Abstract

UREDJAJ ZA IZDVAJANJE MATERIJE U FLUIDIZIRAOM SLOJU I ZA OTKRIVANJE ZAČEPLJENJA, pronalazak se odnosi na postupak i uredjaj za rukovanje praškastom materijom u fluidiziraom sloju, koji omogućava da se otkrije i spreči začepljenje poroznog zida fluidizacije sa proizvodima koji ne mogu dafluidiziraju i koji su pomešani sa praškastom materijom. Pronalazak se sastoji u tome što se porozni zid podeli na dvadelsa: prvi (19) je postavljen ispod dovodne cevi i nalazi se na horizontalnom nivou koji je ispod nivoa za drugi deo (21) koji je postavljen ispodcevi za uravnoteženje, pri čemu se svaki od tih delova napaja iz dva nezavisna prostora (18 i 20) i meri se razlika pritiska fluidizacije u svakom od ta dva prostora. Ova razlika raste u zavisnosti od začepljenja poroznog zida, koji je postavljen ispod dovodne cevi i omogućava otčepljenje tog zida kada razlika predje odredjenu predvidjenu vrednost. Pronalazak se koristi kod prenosa u fluidiziraom sloju za sve sledeće proizvode: aluminijum oksid, kreč, cement, metalne praškove i praškove od veštačkih materija, prehrambene proizvode itd.
