Abstract

OLAKŠANI VOLAN ZA UPRAVLJANJE SAMOHODNIM VOZILIMA NAČINJEN OD SINTETIČKIH OJAČANIH MATERIJA KOJE JE MOGUĆE UTISKIVATI I POSTUPAK IZRADE, pronalazak se odnosi na olakšani volan za upravljanje samohodnim vozilima načinjen od sintetičkih ojačanih materijala koje je moguće utiskivati i na postupak izrade. Kod olakšanog volana prema pronalasku, po ivici obruča (12) i ručice (13) volana (10) utisnute su ploče (20) od sintetičkog termoplastičnog materijala ojačanog dugim vlaknima, pri čemu su vlakna ploča (20) upredena. Postupak izrade volana prema pronalasku sastoji se u tome, što se u udubljenje (320) kalupa (30) sastavljenog od pritiskivača (31) i matrice (32) utiskuju ploče (20) koje su prethodno zagrejane.
