Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na disk kočnicu i kočnu pločicu koja se koristi u takvim kočnicama, koja ima kočne pločice (22) smeštene u otvore (14) obrazovane u nosaču (12), pri čemu spoljna ivica (34) limenog nosača (24) obloge ima najmanje jedan produženi deo (54) smešten u otvoru (56) obrazovanom u kleštima (36) koja obuhvataju disk (10). Ispust (58), načinjen od materijala otpornog na habanje, pruža se sa svakog od delova (54) prema disku. Na taj način u slučaju da kočna pločica (22) klizi izmedju nosača (12) i diska (10) kada je frikciona obloga (26) potpuno istrošena i kada je disk istrošen, produženi deo (54) naleže na ivicu otvora (56), tako da stvara moment koji dovodi ispust (58) u dodir sa spoljnom ivicom (10c) diska. Na taj način je sprečeno ispadanje kočne pločice, vozač vozila je opomenut bukom koja nastaje usled dodira izmedju ispusta (58) i diska (10), pri čemu se gubitak efikasnosti kočnice delimično kompenzuje, a disk (10) je oštećen tako da se ne može opraviti, pa je potrebno da se zameni istovremeno, sa kočnim pločicama (22).
