Abstract

pronalazak se odnosi na postupak i uredjaj za prevlačenje jedne ili obe strane čelične trake metalom ili metalnom legurom, uz korišćenje meniska. Uredjaj obuhvata horizontalnu posudu (50) za prevlačenje sa rastopljenim metalom (80), gasne grejače za održavanje temperature rastpoljenog metala, stabilizacione valjke (36) za pomeranje čelične trake (34) transver-zalno pored izlazne ivice (84) na jednoj strani posude (50) i elemente za dodavanje čvrstog ili rastopljenog metala za održavanje nivoa (82) rastopljenog metala u posudi (50) u odnosu na gornju visinu (88) izlazne ivice, koji obezbedjuje neprekinuti dovod rastopljenog metla na površinu trake. Posuda (50) može biti postavljena obrtno (68) radi regulisanja nivoa rastopljenog metala i obuhvata klizač (66) za lateralno pomeranje radi postavljanja izlazne ivice na unapred odred-jeno rastojanje od trake. Završetak (88) izlazne ivice obuhvata ravnu gornju površinu (90) postavljenu pod oštrim uglom (92) od najmanje 15 prema horizontalnoj ravni. Kroz mlaznicu (42) prolazi neok-sidacioni gas radi regulisanja debljine (104) prevlake.
