Abstract

OBRTNE POLICE SA OBRTNIM ULEŽIŠTENJEM ZA UGAONE ORMANE, obrtne police sa obrtnim uležištenjem za ugaone ormane je izvedena u vidu jedne potpuno kružne ili delimično kružne jednodelne ploče od plastične mase. Obrtna ploča ima noseću ploču (1), ukrućenu sa donje strane postavljenim radijalnim rebrima (5), sa središnim ležajem (2) i po spoljnoj površini izvedenom duboko izvučenom ivicom (3). Rebra 5 se u produžetku na donju stranu la noseće ploče (1) na delu svoje visine pri izradi šire u šuplje profile (6). Rebra (5) su sa svojim šupljim profilima integralno radijalno izlivene od ležaja (2) pa do ivice (3) noseće ploče, i svako od rebara (5) načinjeno je od vertikalnog zida (7) i jednog šupljeg profila (6), postavljenog izmedju zida (7) i donje strane (1a) noseće ploče, sa poprečnim presekom uvećanim u odnosu na zid (7), a koji preko zaobljenja (8) prelazi u vertikalni zid (7) i u noseću ploču (1). Sa gornje strane (1b) noseće ploče načinjena su radijalna rebra (10) za osiguranje protiv klizanja. Obrtno uležištenje za ove obrtne ploče ima jednu vertikalnu cev (13), nepomerljivo pričvršćenu u ugaonom ormanu, na kojoj je obrtna ploča sa ležajem (15) korpe obrtno uležištena, a preko tog ležaja (15) korpe je obrtno uležištena na nosaču (16) korpe, nepomerljivo i neobrtno pričvršćenom na vetikal-noj cevi (13), pri čemu ležaj (15) korpe i nosač (16) korpe imaju klizne prirubnice (17), (18) koje naležu jedna preko druge. Ležaj (15) korpe načinjen je od jednog jednodelnog adaptera od plastične mase i ima najmanje jedan povlakač (22), integralno izliven, koji zahvata u žleb (21) ležaja (2) obrtne ploče.
