Abstract

玉個数の増加を図ると共に、柱部を含む保持器全体の強度が低下することを防ぐアンギュラ玉軸受を提供する。アンギュラ玉軸受(1)は、内輪(2)および外輪(3)と、これら内輪(2)と外輪(3)間に介在される複数の玉(4)と、これら玉(4)を保持するポケット(Pt)が形成される円環状の保持器(5)とを備える。保持器(5)は各ポケット(Pt)が円環部(7,8)と柱部(6)で構成され、保持器(5)は、前記柱部の内径または外径が、玉(4)のピッチ円中心(P4)から玉直径(φDa)の8%以上50%以下の範囲にある。また玉(4)のピッチ円直径(dp)、柱部(6)における円周方向の柱幅のうち最薄部である寸法(T)とすると、T/dp×100が0.40以上1.50以下である。

Description

アンギュラ玉軸受 関連出願
 本出願は、2024年7月11日出願の特願2024-111681の優先権を主張するものであり、その全体を参照により本願の一部をなすものとして引用する。
 本発明は、アンギュラ玉軸受に関し、例えば、産業用ロボット等の減速装置等の主軸受部に使用される、外輪が分離するアンギュラ玉軸受に関する。
 一般に産業用ロボットの関節部等に用いられる偏心揺動型減速装置が知られている。減速機に使用される軸受では、例えば、外輪が分離するタイプのアンギュラ玉軸受が使用される場合がある。減速機へアンギュラ玉軸受を組み込む際、外輪を分離し先にケースへ組み込み、内輪はシャフトまたはフランジへ組み込み、その後ケースに組み込んだ外輪と組み合わせるといった組み立て方法を行う場合がある。
 従来は、内輪のカウンタボア部の外径と、合成樹脂製保持器に玉を組み入れた際の玉内接円径の管理を行うアンギュラ玉軸受が提案されている(特許文献1)。前記管理を行うことで、内輪、玉および保持器を一体に保ち、上記組み立て方法での組立性を向上させている。
 総玉タイプのアンギュラ玉軸受で使用される保持器では、玉のピッチ円上の各ポケット間を開口することで、総玉タイプのアンギュラ玉軸受での保持器の使用を可能としている(特許文献2)。

 近年、減速機に使用される軸受では、更なるモーメント剛性や長寿命への要求に応えるための対策の1つとして、玉個数の増加が挙げられる。
 玉個数を増加させたとき、玉の総重量が増加する。このため、玉重量が保持器に作用した際の保持器変形により、内輪カウンタボア径を玉が乗り越え、内輪、玉、保持器が分離してしまう。
 また、従来の合成樹脂製保持器では、玉個数を増やすためにポケット数を増加させたとき、保持器の柱部が薄くなり、保持器の柱部の強度が低下する。
 本発明の目的は、玉個数の増加を図ると共に、柱部を含む保持器全体の強度が低下することを防ぐアンギュラ玉軸受を提供することである。
 本発明のアンギュラ玉軸受は、内輪および外輪と、これら内輪と外輪間に介在される複数の玉と、これら玉を保持する円環状の樹脂保持器とを備え、前記保持器は一対の円環部と、前記円環部を接続する複数の柱部を有し、前記円環部と柱部で構成されるポケットを有し、前記ポケットで前記玉を保持するアンギュラ玉軸受であって、
 前記保持器は、径方向断面において、前記柱部が前記玉のピッチ円中心と重畳しない事及び、前記玉のピッチ円中心から前記柱部の最短距離が、玉直径の8%以上50%以下である事を特徴とする。
 前記「径方向断面」とは、前記保持器を、この保持器の軸方向を含む仮想平面で切断して見た断面、所謂、縦断面である。
 保持器は、径方向断面において、前記柱部が前記玉のピッチ円中心と重畳しない事及び、前記玉のピッチ円中心から前記柱部の最短距離が、玉直径の8%以上50%以下である。換言すれば、前記保持器は、前記柱部の内径又は外径が、前記玉のピッチ円中心から玉直径の8%以上50%以下の範囲である。
 この構成によると、柱部の内径又は外径が、玉のピッチ円中心から玉直径の8%以上50%以下である。このため、玉個数の増加を図ると共に、柱部を含む保持器全体の強度が低下することを防ぐことができる。柱部の内径又は外径が、玉の中心から玉直径の8%より小さい場合、柱部における円周方向の柱幅のうち最薄部が薄くなり過ぎ、従来構造よりも柱部の強度が低下する。柱部の内径又は外径が、玉の中心から玉直径の50%より大きい場合、保持器の径方向の肉厚が薄くなり、従来構造よりも保持器全体の強度が低下する。
 前記玉のピッチ円直径dp、前記柱部における円周方向の柱幅のうち最薄部である寸法Tとすると、T/dp×100が0.40以上1.50以下であってもよい。この場合、柱部の最薄部の剛性を確保すると共に、保持器全体の強度低下をより確実に防止し得る。dpに対するTの割合が0.40%より小さい場合、最薄部が薄くなり過ぎ、従来構造よりも柱部の強度が低下するおそれがある。dpに対するTの割合が1.50より大きい場合、保持器の径方向の肉厚が薄くなり、従来構造よりも保持器全体の強度が低下するおそれがある。
 前記玉の充填率が88%以上96%以下であってもよい。前記玉の充填率は、次の計算式により表される。
 充填率=(玉径×玉個数)/(ピッチ円直径×π)
 玉の充填率を88%以上96%以下とすることで、要求の定格荷重を充足すると共に、運転時における玉同士の干渉を未然に防ぐことが可能となる。玉の充填率が88%より小さい場合、玉数が少なく要求の定格荷重を充足しない。玉の充填率が96%より大きい場合、玉間距離が小さくなり、運転時における玉同士の干渉が生じる。
 前記保持器の内周面に、径方向内方に突出する爪部を備え、前記内輪の外周面における内輪カウンタボア部には、環状の凹部が設けられると共に、軸受内への前記爪部の通過を許す入れ溝が設けられていてもよい。
 内輪の正面に、前記内輪カウンタボア部を介して、内輪の軌道面が繋がる。前記内輪の正面とは、アキシアル荷重を支持しない側の側面を表す。
 軸受内とは、内外輪間の軸受空間と同義である。
 この構成によると、玉重量により保持器が変形し、玉が内輪カウンタボア部を不所望に乗り越えた場合も、保持器の爪部と、内輪カウンタボア部の凹部が引っ掛かる。これにより、内輪から保持器、玉が分離することを防ぐことができる。
 前記保持器の外周面に、径方向外方に突出する爪部を備え、前記外輪の内周面における外輪カウンタボア部には、環状の凹部が設けられると共に、軸受内への前記爪部の通過を許す入れ溝が設けられていてもよい。
 外輪の正面に、前記外輪カウンタボア部を介して、外輪の軌道面が繋がる。前記外輪の正面とは、アキシアル荷重を支持しない側の側面を表す。
 外輪、玉および保持器を一体化する場合について、玉重量により保持器が変形し、玉が外輪カウンタボア部を不所望に乗り越えた場合も、保持器の爪部と、外輪カウンタボア部の凹部が引っ掛かる。これにより、外輪から保持器、玉が分離することを防ぐことができる。
 前記入れ溝が複数設けられ、これら複数の入れ溝が円周方向に等配に設けられていてもよい。
 前記爪部が複数設けられ、これら複数の爪部が円周方向に等配に設けられていてもよい。この場合、保持器の爪部と内輪の凹部の接触点にかかる荷重を円周方向に均等に振り分けることができる。これにより、保持器、玉を安定して保持することができる。
 前記爪部は、軸方向に異なる位置に2列以上設けられ、異なる列の爪部は、円周方向に異なる位相に配置されていてもよい。内輪、玉および保持器を一体化している状態において、仮に、一列目における爪部の周方向の位相と、内輪カウンタボア部における入れ溝の周方向の位相が一致し、一列目の爪部が入れ溝を通過する場合がある。この場合であっても、二列目の爪部が内輪の凹部に引っ掛かり、内輪、玉および保持器の分離を防ぐことができる。

 [第1の実施形態]
 本発明の実施形態に係るアンギュラ玉軸受を図1ないし図5Bと共に説明する。このアンギュラ玉軸受は、例えば、産業用ロボット等の減速機等の主軸受部に使用される。前記減速機の種類の例として、偏心差動式減速機、波動歯車式減速機、遊星歯車式減速機等が挙げられる。この明細書において、アンギュラ玉軸受を単に「軸受」という場合がある。
 <アンギュラ玉軸受の全体構成>
 図1のように、アンギュラ玉軸受1は、内輪2と、外輪3と、これら内輪2と外輪3間に介在される複数の玉4と、これら玉4を保持するポケットPtが形成される円環状の樹脂保持器5とを備える。保持器5は、一対の円環部7,8と円環部7,8を接続する複数の柱部6を有し、前記ポケットPtは、一対の円環部7,8と柱部6で構成される。なお樹脂保持器5を、単に、保持器5という場合がある。この例のアンギュラ玉軸受1は、外輪3が軸方向に分離するタイプのアンギュラ玉軸受である。
 例えば、減速機等へアンギュラ玉軸受1を組み込む際、外輪3を分離し先に図示外のケースへ組み込み、内輪2は図示外のシャフトまたはフランジへ組み込む。その後、内輪2、玉4および保持器5を一体化した内輪アッシを、前記ケースに組み込んだ外輪3と組み合わせることで、アンギュラ玉軸受1が組み立てられる。内外輪2,3は、例えば、ISO 100Cr6に準拠するJIS G 4805で規定されるSUJ2等の高炭素クロム軸受鋼またはマルテンサイト系のステンレス鋼等からなる。玉4は、例えば、鋼球またはセラミックス等からなる。
 アンギュラ玉軸受1の軸受中心線C1に沿った方向または軸受中心線C1に平行な方向を「軸方向」とする。前記「軸方向」に直交する方向を「径方向」とする。前記中心軸回りの円周方向を「円周方向または周方向」という。
 外輪3の正面に、内周面を介して軌道面3aが繋がる。外輪3における背面側の内周面3dは、外輪3の正面側の内周面よりも径方向内側に位置する。内輪2の正面に、内輪カウンタボア部2bを介して軌道面2aが繋がる。内輪2の軌道面2aと、内輪2の背面2cとの間に、内輪2における背面側の外周面2dが形成されている。この背面側の外周面2dは、内輪2の正面側外周面であるカウンタボア2bよりも径方向外側に位置する。内外輪2,3の正面とは、アキシアル荷重を支持しない側の側面を表し、内外輪2,3の背面2c,3cとは、アキシアル荷重を支持する側の側面を表す。
 <保持器>
 図2および図3Cのように、保持器5は、テーパ筒形の円環状に形成された合成樹脂製であり、玉4を保持する窓型の孔である各ポケットPtが、保持器5における軸方向中間部に設けられる。保持器5は、ポケットPtで玉4を保持する。保持器5は、柱部6と、小径側円環部7と、大径側円環部8とを備え、これらは一体に設けられる。前記「一体に設けられる」とは、柱部6、小径側円環部7および大径側円環部8が、複数の要素を結合したものではなく単一の材料から例えば射出成形、機械加工等により単独の物の一部または全体として成形されたことを意味する。
 図3Bのように、保持器5のうち柱部6は、各ポケットPt間の部分であり、図2および図3Dのように、軸方向一方(図2右側)に向かうに従って径方向外方に傾斜した仕切り壁状である。柱部6のうち、玉4に臨む内側面(ポケットPtの形状)は、玉4の外径に応じた部分球面状に形成されている。小径側円環部7は、ポケットPtよりも小径側の円環状部分であり、内周面7aが円筒面状に形成されている。図3Eのように、大径側円環部8は、ポケットPtよりも大径側の円環状部分であり、外周面8aが円筒面状に形成されている。
 <柱部と玉のピッチ円直径との関係について>
 図2のように、保持器5は、同図2の径方向断面において、玉4のピッチ円直径dp上に柱部6を設けない範囲である柱部逃がし部Esを設定している。すなわち、保持器の柱部の内径面6aが、玉4のピッチ円中心P4から玉直径φDaの8%以上50%以下の範囲にある構成とした。つまり図3Aに示す従来例の保持器50のように、柱部51における円周方向の柱幅は、ピッチ円直径dp上で最も薄くなる。このため、玉52の個数(ポケット数)を増やすと、ピッチ円直径dp上の柱幅が薄くなり、保持器柱部最薄部T1の強度が低下する。
 図3Bのように、ピッチ円直径dp上に柱部6を設けない場合、柱部6における円周方向の柱幅のうち最薄部である寸法T(以後、「柱幅T」という場合がある)を、従来例(図3A)よりも厚くできる。これにより、従来例よりも保持器5の強度を高め、且つ、円周方向に隣り合う玉4,4同士は接触しない。
 <保持器柱幅の定義>
 図4のように、玉4がピッチ円直径dp上で移動することを想定した際、保持器5の柱部6と、円周方向に隣り合う玉4,4とが接触する点同士の最短距離を柱幅Tとする。
 よって、図5Aおよび図5Bのように、ピッチ円直径dp付近の一定範囲に柱幅T部が存在しなければ、玉4と非接触の柱部が存在してもよい。
 <T/dp>
 図3Bのように、玉4のピッチ円直径dpに対して、柱部6における円周方向の柱幅のうち最薄部である寸法Tは、0.40%~1.50%である。すなわちT/dp×100が0.40以上1.50以下である。ピッチ円直径dpに対する柱幅Tの割合が0.40%より小さい場合、最薄部が薄くなり過ぎ、従来構造よりも柱部6の強度が低下するおそれがある。ピッチ円直径dpに対する柱幅Tの割合が1.50より大きい場合、保持器5の径方向の肉厚が薄くなり、従来構造よりも保持器全体の強度が低下するおそれがある。
 <玉の充填率>
 玉4の充填率は88%以上96%以下である。
 充填率=(玉径×玉個数)/(ピッチ円直径×π)
 玉4の充填率を88%以上96%以下とすることで、要求の定格荷重を充足すると共に、運転時における玉4,4同士の干渉を未然に防ぐことが可能となる。玉4の充填率が88%より小さい場合、玉数が少なく要求の定格荷重を充足しない。玉4の充填率が96%より大きい場合、玉間距離が小さくなり、運転時における玉4,4同士の干渉が生じる。
 <作用効果>
 表1は、柱部の内径と保持器強度との関係を示す。表1において、「保持器柱幅部の強度」の欄の「×」は、柱幅部の強度が低下する問題があり、軸受の使用条件、保持器材料等が制限されることを意味する。「保持器柱幅部の強度」の欄の「○」は、柱幅部の所望の強度を満たし、軸受の使用条件、保持器材料等が制限されないことを意味する。
 「保持器全体の強度」の欄の「×」は、保持器全体の強度が低下する問題があり、実施不可能であることを意味する。「保持器全体の強度」の欄の「○」は、保持器全体の所望の強度を満たし、実施可能であることを意味する。
 以上説明した図2のアンギュラ玉軸受1によると、保持器の柱部の内径面6aが、玉4のピッチ円中心P4から玉直径φDaの8%以上50%以下の範囲にある。このため、玉個数の増加を図ると共に、柱部6を含む保持器全体の強度が低下することを防ぐことができる。保持器の柱部の内径面6aが、玉4のピッチ円中心P4から玉直径φDaの8%より小さい範囲にある場合、柱部6における円周方向の柱幅のうち最薄部が薄くなり過ぎ、従来構造よりも柱部6の強度が低下する。保持器の柱部の内径面6aが、玉4の中心P4から玉直径φDaの50%より大きい範囲にある場合、保持器5の径方向の肉厚が薄くなり、従来構造よりも保持器全体の強度が低下する。
 玉4のピッチ円直径dp、柱部6における円周方向の柱幅のうち最薄部である寸法Tとすると、T/dp×100が0.40以上1.50以下である。この場合、柱部6の最薄部の剛性を確保すると共に、保持器全体の強度低下をより確実に防止し得る。
 玉4の充填率を88%以上96%以下とすることで、要求の定格荷重を充足すると共に、運転時における玉4,4同士の干渉を未然に防ぐことが可能となる。
 <他の実施形態について>
 以下の説明においては、各実施形態で先行して説明している事項に対応している部分には同一の参照符号を付し、重複する説明を略する。構成の一部のみを説明している場合、構成の他の部分は、特に記載のない限り先行して説明している実施形態と同様とする。同一の構成は同一の作用効果を奏する。各実施形態で具体的に説明している部分の組合せばかりではなく、特に組合せに支障が生じなければ、実施形態同士を部分的に組合せることも可能である。
 [第2の実施形態]
 図6のように、保持器5AのポケットPtの形状は、部分球面状以外の形態であってもよい。同図6の例では、ポケットPtの形状が円筒形状である。第2の実施形態においても、前記柱部の内径面6aが、玉4の中心から玉直径φDaの8%以上50%以下の範囲にあり、T/dp×100が0.40以上1.50以下、および玉4の充填率が88%以上96%以下である。この場合、前述の第1の実施形態と同様の作用効果を奏する。
 [第3の実施形態]
 図7のように、保持器5における小径側円環部7の内周面7aに、径方向内方に突出する爪部9を備える。この爪部9は、小径側円環部7の内周面7aにおける軸方向先端部に一箇所設けられているが、爪部9の位置、数はこの例に限定されるものではない。
 内輪2の外周面における内輪カウンタボア部2bには、環状の凹部10が設けられる。これと共に、内輪カウンタボア部2bには、軸受内への爪部9の通過を許す入れ溝11が設けられている。入れ溝11は、内輪カウンタボア部2bのうち、例えば、円周方向の一部に軸方向に延びる横断面円弧状の凹み(図9B参照)であり、軸方向からの保持器5の爪部9の挿入を容易にするために形成されている。入れ溝11の溝底は、例えば、前記環状の凹部10と同径に形成されている。
 この構成によると、玉重量により保持器5が変形し、玉4が内輪カウンタボア部2bを不所望に乗り越えた場合も、保持器5の爪部9と、内輪カウンタボア部2bの凹部10が引っ掛かる。これにより、内輪2から保持器5、玉4が分離することを防ぐことができる。
 [第4の実施形態]
 図8、図9Aのように、入れ溝11が複数(この例では2つ)設けられ、これら複数の入れ溝11が円周方向に等配に設けられている。爪部9は、図9Aに示す入れ溝11と同数となるように複数設けられる。図8のように、これら複数の爪部9が円周方向に等配に設けられている。この場合、保持器5の爪部9と内輪2の凹部10の接触点にかかる荷重を円周方向に均等に振り分けることができる。これにより、保持器5、玉4を安定して保持することができる。
 [第5の実施形態]
 図10Aおよび図10Bのように、爪部9は、軸方向に異なる位置に2列以上設けられてもよい。具体的には、図10Aのように、小径側円環部7の内周面7aにおける軸方向先端部に、一列目の爪部9が設けられる。さらに図10Bのように、小径側円環部7の内周面7aにおける軸方向中間付近部に、二列目の爪部9が設けられる。
 図11のように、各列の爪部9は、それぞれ複数(この例では2つ)設けられ、これら複数の爪部9が円周方向に等配に設けられている。図12および図13のように、異なる列の爪部9は、円周方向に異なる位相に配置されている。図10Aおよび図10Bのように、同列の爪部9は、軸方向位置が揃うように配置されている。図11のように、同列の爪部9が円周方向に二等配に配置されるため、対角の爪部9,9の軸方向位置は同じである。
 <組立方法>
 内輪アッシの組立時、図14のように、玉4、保持器5および内輪2が一体となるよう組み立てる。先ずは、保持器5における軸方向内側の列の爪部9と、内輪カウンタボア部2bの入れ溝11が噛み合うように、内輪2を組み付ける。
 図15のように、最初の列の爪部9(図14)が入れ溝11を通過した後、内輪2または保持器5を円周方向に回転させ、次の列の爪部9と入れ溝11を噛み合わせる。これにより内輪アッシが組み立てられる。
 図16および図17のように、第5の実施形態においても、玉重量により保持器5が変形し、玉4が内輪カウンタボア部2bを不所望に乗り越えた場合も、保持器5の爪部9と、内輪カウンタボア部2bの凹部10が引っ掛かる。これにより、内輪2から保持器5、玉4が分離することを防ぐことができる。
 内輪2、玉4および保持器5を一体化している状態において、仮に、一列目における爪部9(図16)の周方向の位相と、内輪カウンタボア部2bにおける入れ溝11(図15)の周方向の位相が一致し、一列目の爪部9が入れ溝11(図15)を通過する場合がある。この場合であっても、二列目の爪部9(図17)が内輪2の凹部10に引っ掛かり、内輪2、玉4および保持器5の分離を防ぐことができる。
 [第6の実施形態]
 図18のように、外輪3、玉4および保持器5を一体化する形態である外輪アッシの場合は、外輪3の内周面における外輪カウンタボア部3bに環状の凹部10Aが設けられる。これと共に、保持器5における大径側円環部8の外周面8aに、径方向外方に突出する爪部9Aを備える。さらに外輪カウンタボア部3bには、軸受内への爪部9Aの通過を許す入れ溝11Aが設けられている。
 この場合、玉重量により保持器5が変形し、玉4が外輪カウンタボア部3bを不所望に乗り越えた場合も、保持器5の爪部9Aと、外輪カウンタボア部3bの凹部10Aが引っ掛かる。これにより、外輪3から保持器5、玉4が分離することを防ぐことができる。図18において、保持器の柱部の外径面6bが、玉4のピッチ円中心から玉直径の8%以上50%以下の範囲にある。このため、玉個数の増加を図ると共に、柱部6を含む保持器全体の強度が低下することを防ぐことができる。保持器の柱部の外径面6bが、玉4のピッチ円中心P4から玉直径φDaの8%より小さい範囲にある場合、柱部6における円周方向の柱幅のうち最薄部が薄くなり過ぎ、従来構造よりも柱部6の強度が低下する。保持器の柱部の内径面6bが、玉4のピッチ円中心P4から玉直径φDaの50%より大きい範囲にある場合、保持器5の径方向の肉厚が薄くなり、従来構造よりも保持器全体の強度が低下する。
 一般的に、アンギュラ玉軸受は、軸・ハウジングに組み込まれ使用されるが、各実施形態で記載した保持器、内輪の特徴は、内輪と軸、外輪とハウジングが一体化した形態にも適用できる。
 また、要求されるモーメント剛性を満たすために、玉サイズの大型化、接触角を大きくすることが考えられる。このとき、玉サイズの大型化、接触角を大きくすることによる軌道輪の荷重負荷箇所の変化が起こる。
 よって、減速機等のアプリケーションで予圧を負荷する場合は、軸肩部での軸受のサポートが必要となるため、内輪を組み込むシャフトまたはフランジの外径寸法は内輪外径より大きく、外輪を組み込むケースの内径寸法は外輪内径より小さい方が好ましい。また、内輪シムにて予圧を負荷する場合も内輪シムの外径寸法は内輪外径より大きいシムを用いて、定位置予圧にて負荷する方が好ましい。
 また、玉サイズを大型化した際、寸法の関係上、軸受にシールを付けることが困難になる。主軸受をグリースまたは油潤滑で使用する場合、軸受の軸方向外側に軸シールを設ける必要がある。
 産業機械用ではモーメント荷重がかかることが多い。モーメント荷重をアンギュラ玉軸受で負荷する使用条件下においては、アンギュラ玉軸受を背面組合わせに配置することで軸受の作用点間距離を大きくできるため、アンギュラ玉軸受を小型化つまりコンパクト化しても許容ラジアル荷重および許容モーメント荷重を大きくできる。さらに、アンギュラ玉軸受を背面組合わせとすることで、両方向のアキシアル荷重を受けることができ、加えて、予圧が付加されることで、軸受部分の剛性を高めることができる。
 軸方向に隣り合うアンギュラ玉軸受間に、内輪間座、外輪間座を介してアンギュラ玉軸受を背面組合わせしてもよく、これら内輪間座、外輪間座を省略してアンギュラ玉軸受を背面組合わせすることも可能である。
 アンギュラ玉軸受を正面組み合わせ、並列組み合わせ等で使用することも可能である。
 アンギュラ玉軸受を産業用ロボット以外の用途に使用することも可能である。
 以上のとおり、図面を参照しながら好適な実施形態を説明したが、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内で、種々の追加、変更、削除が可能である。したがって、そのようなものも本発明の範囲内に含まれる。

Claims (8)

  1.  内輪および外輪と、これら内輪と外輪間に介在される複数の玉と、これら玉を保持する円環状の樹脂保持器とを備え、前記保持器は一対の円環部と、前記円環部を接続する複数の柱部を有し、前記円環部と柱部で構成されるポケットを有し、前記ポケットで前記玉を保持するアンギュラ玉軸受であって、
     前記保持器は、径方向断面において、前記柱部が前記玉のピッチ円中心と重畳しない事及び、前記玉のピッチ円中心から前記柱部の最短距離が、玉直径の8%以上50%以下である事を特徴とするアンギュラ玉軸受。
  2.  請求項1に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記玉のピッチ円直径dp、前記柱部における円周方向の柱幅のうち最薄部である寸法Tとすると、T/dp×100が0.40以上1.50以下であるアンギュラ玉軸受。
  3.  請求項2に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記玉の充填率が88%以上96%以下であるアンギュラ玉軸受。
  4.  請求項3に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記保持器の内周面に、径方向内方に突出する爪部を備え、前記内輪の外周面における内輪カウンタボア部には、環状の凹部が設けられると共に、軸受内への前記爪部の通過を許す入れ溝が設けられているアンギュラ玉軸受。
  5.  請求項3に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記保持器の外周面に、径方向外方に突出する爪部を備え、前記外輪の内周面における外輪カウンタボア部には、環状の凹部が設けられると共に、軸受内への前記爪部の通過を許す入れ溝が設けられているアンギュラ玉軸受。
  6.  請求項4に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記入れ溝が複数設けられ、これら複数の入れ溝が円周方向に等配に設けられているアンギュラ玉軸受。
  7.  請求項6に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記爪部が複数設けられ、これら複数の爪部が円周方向に等配に設けられているアンギュラ玉軸受。
  8.  請求項7に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記爪部は、軸方向に異なる位置に2列以上設けられ、異なる列の爪部は、円周方向に異なる位相に配置されているアンギュラ玉軸受。
