Description

情報処理システム、情報処理方法及びプログラム
 本発明は、情報処理システム、情報処理方法及びプログラムに関する。
 特許文献1には、音楽、動画等のコンテンツのストリーミング再生をトラッキングし、トラッキング情報に基づいて、コンテンツの提供者(権利者)に対価を支払う技術が開示されている。
米国特許第10893112号明細書
 コンテンツの利用者が演奏者である場合、コンテンツは主に練習教材、演奏補助等の目的で用いられる。そのため、1つのコンテンツの繰り返し使用や、1つのコンテンツの一部分の繰り返し使用等といった、多種の使用形態が想定される。これに対し、従来技術では、演奏者による、多種の使用形態に応じたコンテンツの使用対価を算出することは難しい。
 本発明では上記事情に鑑み、使用形態に応じたコンテンツの使用対価を算出できる技術を提供することとした。
 本発明の一態様によれば、情報処理システムであって、少なくとも1つのプロセッサを備え、少なくとも1つのプロセッサはプログラムを読み出すことで次の各ステップを実行するように構成され、受付ステップでは、演奏者による、複数の管理コンテンツの中からの使用コンテンツの選択を受け付け、複数の管理コンテンツは、それぞれの提供者と関連付けられて管理され、算出ステップでは、演奏者による使用コンテンツの使用に関するログに基づいて、使用コンテンツの提供者への使用対価を算出する、情報処理システムが提供される。
 本開示によれば、演奏者によるコンテンツの使用に関するログに基づいて、コンテンツの提供者への使用対価が算出される。そのため、演奏者による多種の使用形態に応じたコンテンツの使用対価の算出が実現される。

 以下、図面を用いて本発明の実施形態について説明する。以下に示す実施形態中で示した各種特徴事項は、互いに組み合わせ可能である。
 ところで、一実施形態に登場するソフトウェアを実現するためのプログラムは、コンピュータが読み取り可能な非一時的な記録媒体(Non-Transitory Computer-Readable Medium)として提供されてもよいし、外部のサーバからダウンロード可能に提供されてもよいし、外部のコンピュータで当該プログラムを起動させてクライアント端末でその機能を実現(いわゆるクラウドコンピューティング)するように提供されてもよい。
 また、一実施形態に係る種々の情報処理において、入力と、入力に応じた出力とが実現されうる。ここで、入力の結果として出力が得られれば、かかる情報処理において参照される情報(以下、参照情報と称する。)の態様は、限定されない。参照情報は、例えば、データベース、ルックアップテーブル、所定の関数(統計学的手法によって構築された、回帰式等の判定式を含む。)等のルールベースの情報でもよいし、入力と出力との相関を予め学習させた学習済みモデルでもよいし、プロンプトを入力することで所望の結果を出力可能な大規模言語モデルでもよい。
 また、一実施形態において「部」とは、例えば、広義の回路によって実施されるハードウェア資源と、これらのハードウェア資源によって具体的に実現されうるソフトウェアの情報処理とを合わせたものも含みうる。また、一実施形態においては様々な情報を取り扱うが、これら情報は、例えば電圧・電流を表す信号値の物理的な値、0又は1で構成される2進数のビット集合体としての信号値の高低、又は量子的な重ね合わせ(いわゆる量子ビット)によって表され、広義の回路上で通信・演算が実行されうる。
 さらに、広義の回路とは、回路(Circuit)、回路類(Circuitry)、プロセッサ(Processor)、及びメモリ(Memory)等を少なくとも適当に組み合わせることによって実現される回路である。また、プロセッサは、汎用プロセッサでもよいし、専用の回路でもよい。すなわち、特定用途向け集積回路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit:ASIC)、プログラマブル論理デバイス(例えば、単純プログラマブル論理デバイス(Simple Programmable Logic Device:SPLD)、複合プログラマブル論理デバイス(Complex Programmable Logic Device:CPLD)、及びフィールドプログラマブルゲートアレイ(Field Programmable Gate Array:FPGA))等を含むものである。
1.ハードウェア構成
 本節では、ハードウェア構成について説明する。
<情報処理システム1>
 図1は、情報処理システム1を表す構成図である。情報処理システム1は、情報処理装置2と、複数の演奏デバイス3と、複数の提供者端末4とを備える。情報処理装置2と、演奏デバイス3と、提供者端末4とは、イーサネット、無線LAN、モバイル通信網等の電気通信回線を通じて相互に通信可能に構成されている。一実施形態において、情報処理システム1とは、1つ又はそれ以上の装置又は構成要素からなるものである。仮に例えば、情報処理装置2のみからなる場合であれば、情報処理システム1は、情報処理装置2となりうる。以下、これらの構成要素について説明する。

 情報処理システム1における情報処理装置2は、図1に示されるように、複数のサーバ装置2Aで構成されてもよいし、単体のサーバ装置2Aで構成されてもよい。情報処理システム1が複数のサーバ装置2Aを含む場合、情報処理システム1が取り扱うデータの種類、処理内容ごとにサーバ装置2Aが設けられる。例えば、情報処理装置2は、ユーザのアカウントを管理するサーバ装置2Aと、コンテンツの管理(格納、送受信等のデリバリ処理)を実行するサーバ装置2Aと、コンテンツの権利情報を管理するサーバ装置2Aと、決済を実行するサーバ装置2Aとを有してもよい。
 図2は、情報処理装置2のハードウェア構成を示すブロック図である。情報処理装置2は、通信バス20と、通信部21と、記憶部22と、プロセッサ23とを備える。通信部21、記憶部22、及びプロセッサ23は、情報処理装置2の内部において通信バス20を介して電気的に接続されている。情報処理装置2が複数のサーバ装置2Aを含む場合、それぞれのサーバ装置2Aが通信部21、記憶部22、及びプロセッサ23を有する。
<通信部21>
 通信部21は、USB、IEEE1394、Thunderbolt(登録商標)、有線LANネットワーク通信等といった有線型の通信手段が好ましいものの、無線LANネットワーク通信、3G/LTE/5G等のモバイル通信、BLUETOOTH(登録商標)通信等を必要に応じて含めてもよい。すなわち、これら複数の通信手段の集合として実施することがより好ましい。すなわち、情報処理装置2は、通信部21及びネットワークを介して、外部から種々の情報を通信してもよい。
<記憶部22>
 記憶部22は、前述の記載により定義される様々な情報を記憶する。これは、例えば、プロセッサ23によって実行される情報処理装置2に係る種々のプログラム等を記憶するソリッドステートドライブ(Solid State Drive:SSD)等のストレージデバイスとして、あるいは、プログラムの演算に係る一時的に必要な情報(引数、配列等)を記憶するランダムアクセスメモリ(Random Access Memory:RAM)等のメモリとして実施されうる。記憶部22は、プロセッサ23によって実行される情報処理装置2に係る種々のプログラムや変数等を記憶している。
<プロセッサ23>
 プロセッサ23は、情報処理装置2に関連する全体動作の処理・制御を行う。プロセッサ23は、例えば中央処理装置(Central Processing Unit:CPU)である。プロセッサ23は、記憶部22に記憶された所定のプログラムを読み出すことによって、情報処理装置2に係る種々の機能を実現する。すなわち、記憶部22に記憶されているソフトウェアによる情報処理が、ハードウェアの一例であるプロセッサ23によって具体的に実現されることで、プロセッサ23に含まれる各機能部として実行されうる。つまり、プロセッサ23は、各機能部がなされるようにプログラムを実行可能である。これらについては、次節においてさらに詳述する。なお、プロセッサ23は単一であることに限定されず、機能ごとに複数のプロセッサ23を有するように実施してもよい。またそれらの組合せであってもよい。
 情報処理装置2は、オンプレミス形態であってもよく、クラウド形態であってもよい。クラウド形態の情報処理装置2としては、例えば、SaaS(Software as a Service)、クラウドコンピューティングという形態で、上述の機能や処理を提供してもよい。
<演奏デバイス3>
 図1に示される演奏デバイス3は、演奏者が自身のユーザアカウントにログインして使用するデバイスである。演奏デバイス3は、情報処理装置2からユーザアカウントを介して提供されるコンテンツの再生、表示等を行う装置であるとともに、演奏者が楽曲の演奏に用いる装置である。演奏デバイス3は、例えば、通信端末3Aと、電子楽器3Bとで構成される。通信端末3Aは、例えば汎用のコンピュータ、スマートフォン、タブレット端末等である。電子楽器3Bは、通信端末3Aと有線又は無線を介して接続され、通信端末3Aを介してネットワークに接続される。
 図3は、図1とは別の構成の情報処理システム1を表す構成図である。図3に示されるように、演奏デバイス3は、ネットワークに直接接続された電子楽器単体、又は通信端末単体で構成されてもよい。演奏デバイス3が通信端末単体である場合は、通信端末自体が演奏に用いられる(演奏が入力される)デバイスとして使用されてもよいし(例えば、DAW:デジタル・オーディオ・ワークステーション等)、アナログ楽器Iの演奏音を取得するデバイスとして使用されてもよい。
 図4は、演奏デバイス3のハードウェア構成を示すブロック図である。図4Aに示されるように、演奏デバイス3を構成する通信端末3Aは、通信バス30と、通信部31と、記憶部32と、プロセッサ33と、表示部34と、入力部35とを備える。通信部31、記憶部32、プロセッサ33、表示部34及び入力部35は、通信端末3Aの内部において通信バス30を介して電気的に接続されている。通信部31、記憶部32及びプロセッサ33の説明は、情報処理装置2における各部の説明と同様のため省略する。
<表示部34>
 表示部34は、ユーザが操作可能なグラフィカルユーザインターフェース(Graphical User Interface:GUI)の画面を表示する。表示部34は、演奏デバイス3の筐体に含まれるものであってもよいし、外付けされるものであってもよい。具体的には、表示部34は、CRTディスプレイ、液晶ディスプレイ、有機ELディスプレイ、又はプラズマディスプレイ等の表示デバイスとして実施されうる。これらの表示デバイスは、演奏デバイス3の種類に応じて使い分けて実施されることが好ましい。
<入力部35>
 入力部35は、ユーザによってなされた操作入力を受け付ける。操作入力は、命令信号として通信バス30を介してプロセッサ33に転送される。プロセッサ33は、必要に応じて、転送された命令信号に基づいて所定の制御や演算を実行しうる。入力部35は、演奏デバイス3の筐体に含まれるものであってもよいし、外付けされるものであってもよい。例えば、入力部35は、表示部34と一体となってタッチパネルとして実施されてもよい。入力部35がタッチパネルとして実施される場合、ユーザは、入力部35に対してタップ操作、スワイプ操作等を入力することができる。入力部35としては、タッチパネルに代えて、スイッチボタン、マウス、トラックパッド、QWERTYキーボード等が採用可能である。
 図4Bに示されるように、演奏デバイス3を構成する電子楽器3Bは、通信バス30と、通信部31と、記憶部32と、プロセッサ33と、表示部34と、演奏入力部36と、音声出力部37と、RTC38とを備える。通信部31、記憶部32、プロセッサ33、表示部34、演奏入力部36、音声出力部37及びRTC38は、電子楽器3Bの内部において通信バス30を介して電気的に接続されている。通信部31、記憶部32、プロセッサ33及び表示部34の説明は、通信端末3Aにおける各部の説明と同様のため省略する。
<演奏入力部36>
 演奏入力部36は、演奏者による演奏入力を受け付ける。演奏入力部36としては、例えば、鍵盤、弦、パッド、ボタン、スイッチ等の楽器に用いられる物理的な入力デバイスが使用される。
<音声出力部37>
 音声出力部37は、コンテンツの再生音、演奏者による演奏音等の音声を出力する。音声出力部37としては、例えば、スピーカが使用される。
<RTC38>
 RTC(リアルタイムクロック)38は、正確な日時(年月日及び時刻)のデジタルデータを出力するように構成された回路である。RTC38は、電子楽器3B本体の電源とは独立した電源を有する。そのため、電子楽器3Bのプロセッサ33が停止している間もRTC38の日時のカウントが継続される。また、電子楽器3Bがネットワークに接続されていない状態でもRTC38の日時のカウントが継続される。電子楽器3Bがネットワークに接続されたとき、信頼できるNTP(ネットワークタイムプロトコル)サーバからの時刻情報によって、RTC38の日時が正確な日時に修正される。
 電子楽器3Bは、必ずしも表示部34及び音声出力部37を有しなくてもよい。例えば、情報処理装置2が提供するコンテンツは、通信端末3Aにおいて表示又は音声出力されてもよい。また、電子楽器3Bの演奏音は、通信端末3Aや他の出力装置から出力されてもよい。一方、電子楽器3B自体が演奏デバイス3として使用されるケース(電子楽器3Bが直接ネットワークに接続されるケース)では、電子楽器3Bは、通信端末3Aと同様の入力部35を有してもよい。
 図5は、提供者端末4のハードウェア構成を示すブロック図である。図5に示されるように、提供者端末4は、通信バス40と、通信部41と、記憶部42と、プロセッサ43と、表示部44と、入力部45とを備える。通信部41、記憶部42、プロセッサ43、表示部44及び入力部45は、提供者端末4の内部において通信バス30を介して電気的に接続されている。通信部41、記憶部42、プロセッサ43、表示部44及び入力部45の説明は、通信端末3Aにおける各部の説明と同様のため省略する。
2.機能構成
 本節では、本実施形態の機能構成について説明する。記憶部22に記憶されているソフトウェアによる情報処理がハードウェアの一例であるプロセッサ23によって具体的に実現されることで、プロセッサ23に含まれる各機能部として実行されうる。情報処理システム1は、演奏に供されるコンテンツの適切な使用対価を、コンテンツ提供者に還元するシステムとして機能する。
 図6は、情報処理装置2(プロセッサ23)によって実現される機能を示すブロック図である。具体的には、情報処理装置2(プロセッサ23)は、登録部231と、受付部232と、記録部233と、取得部234と、評価部235と、算出部236と、送金部237と、課金部238とを備える。また、図7は、演奏デバイス3(プロセッサ33)によって実現される機能を示すブロック図である。具体的には、演奏デバイス3(プロセッサ33)は、演奏出力部331と、ログ作成部332と、ライセンス更新部333と、使用判定部334とを備える。
<登録部231>
 情報処理装置2の登録部231は、種々の情報を登録するように構成される。具体的には、情報処理システム1を利用する演奏者のユーザ情報(ユーザアカウント名(ユーザID)、認証情報、氏名、連絡先、支払い手段、銀行口座等)と、コンテンツ提供者の情報(提供者アカウント名(提供者ID)、認証情報、氏名、連絡先、支払い手段、銀行口座等)とを登録する。演奏者は、ユーザ情報に加えて、情報処理システム1を利用する演奏者の演奏デバイス3(通信端末3A又は電子楽器3B)の情報(デバイスID、シリアルナンバー、MACアドレス等)を登録する。演奏者の情報は、例えば記憶部22に記憶された演奏者データベースに登録される。また、演奏者データベースには、演奏者の保有するコンテンツに対する、使用に関する権利(後述される、購入、レンタル、共通課金(サブスクリプション契約)等の有無)、コンテンツの利用履歴等も記憶される。
 また、登録部231は、コンテンツ提供者から提供されたコンテンツを複数の管理コンテンツの一部として登録する。管理コンテンツとして登録されたコンテンツ(デリバリ用のサーバによってライセンス管理されるコンテンツ)は、情報処理システム1に含まれるデリバリ用のサーバにおいて公開され、情報処理システム1に登録されている演奏者が、ユーザアカウントにログインした状態で、自身の演奏デバイス3において使用可能となる。また、登録部231は、複数の管理コンテンツそれぞれの識別情報(コンテンツID、権利者の情報、タイトル、識別情報(識別コード、データ指紋等)、著作権情報(トークンID、著作権登録番号)等)と、コンテンツ提供者の情報(氏名、連絡先、口座番号等)と、ライセンス形態(使用許諾条件)とを紐づけたリスト、テーブル等の関連付け情報(提供者管理情報)を、例えば記憶部22に記憶された提供者データベースに登録する。さらに、登録部231は、管理コンテンツの識別情報と、提供形態(後述される、購入、レンタル等のオプションの選択可否)とをコンテンツ管理データベースに登録する。このように、複数の管理コンテンツは、それぞれのコンテンツ提供者と関連付けられて管理される。
 登録部231によって登録された提供者管理情報と、後述される使用ログとに基づいて、演奏者の管理コンテンツの使用に応じた使用対価(ロイヤルティ)が当該管理コンテンツのコンテンツ提供者に支払われる。なお、コンテンツ提供者には、コンテンツの制作者(著作者)に加えて、コンテンツの制作者から利用権を譲渡又は貸与された権利者も含まれる。
 情報処理システム1が扱うコンテンツ(つまり、管理コンテンツ及び使用コンテンツ)は、演奏デバイス3において出力(再生、表示、提示等)又は機能の発揮が可能なものであれば特に限定されない。情報処理システム1が扱うコンテンツには、演奏デバイス3でコンテンツ自体の出力が目的の提示用コンテンツと、演奏デバイス3において演奏者の演奏を補助する機能を発揮する音声処理用コンテンツとが含まれる。
 提示用コンテンツは、主に演奏者の教習、又は演奏時の伴奏の目的に使用される。提示用コンテンツには、例えば、楽曲データ、楽譜データ、演奏教習データ等が含まれる。
 楽曲データは、楽曲の演奏音を録音した波形データ、又は楽曲に含まれる一連の音符を表す記号を含む演奏シーケンスデータである。波形データには、例えば、ダウンミックスされた波形データ、ダウンミックス前のマルチトラックの波形データ、楽曲の一部のフレーズの波形データ、単音の波形データ等が含まれる。波形データの形式としては、例えば、wav、mp3、aac、wma、FLAC等が挙げられる。演奏シーケンスデータは、演奏デバイス3に自動演奏を実行させる(演奏者の代わりに演奏デバイス3が演奏することで、楽曲を再生させる)ためのデータである。演奏シーケンスデータには、例えば、MIDIデータ(mid、seq、sng、rcp等の形式のデータ)、MMLデータ、伴奏シーケンスデータ、音符トークン列等が含まれる。楽曲データは、例えば1曲単位、ループフレーズ単位等で提供される。また、楽曲データとして提供される対象楽曲には、音楽市場で流通されている楽曲の他に、演奏教習用に作成された教師演奏の楽曲も含まれる。
 楽譜データは、楽曲の楽譜の画像データ(楽譜描画のためのベクトルデータを含む)、又は楽曲データ(楽曲の演奏シーケンスデータ)と楽譜の画像データとの組み合わせである。楽曲の楽譜データは、例えば1曲単位で提供される。
 演奏教習データは、演奏者が練習するソロパートの楽譜の画像データ及び手本の演奏シーケンスと、対応する伴奏の楽曲データ(波形データ又は演奏シーケンスデータ)との組み合わせである。演奏教習データには、例えば、1曲の楽曲に対する、複数の段階的な教習データが含まれる。例えば、演奏教習データには、フレーズ単位の音取りパート(手本演奏パート)の教習データ、フレーズ単位のリズム付き練習パートの教習データ、セクション単位の伴奏付き練習パートの教習データ、1曲を通じての演奏テスト用の教習データ等の複数の楽曲データが含まれる。ここで、1つの楽曲は、例えば、イントロ、Aメロ、間奏、Bメロ、エンディング等の複数のセクションから構成され、各セクションは複数のフレーズで構成される。また、各パートは、フレーズ単位、セクション単位、及び楽曲単位のいずれかで構成される。演奏教習データの典型的な構成例は、セクションごとの音取りパートと、セクションごとのリズム付き練習パートと、楽曲全体の伴奏付き練習パートと、演奏テストとの組み合わせである。演奏者は、同じフレーズや、同じセクションの練習を繰り返し行うことができる。また、演奏者は、満足できる得点が取得できるまで、楽曲の演奏テストを繰り返し行うことができる。
 音声処理用コンテンツは、特有の演奏音を演奏デバイス3から出力させる目的に使用される。音声処理用コンテンツには、例えば、音色データ、エフェクタデータ、自動伴奏データ等が含まれる。
 音色データは、音色生成アルゴリズム又は音色変換アルゴリズム用のパラメータ群、又は学習モデルである。音声データを構成するパラメータ群は、例えば、入力された演奏から目的の音色の音声(楽器音、歌唱など)を生成する所定の生成器(音色生成アルゴリズム)を構成する1セットのパラメータや、入力された音声を目的の音質(音色)に変換する所定の変換器(音色変換アルゴリズム)を構成する1セットのパラメータである。また、音色データに含まれる学習モデル(音声生成モデル又は音声変換モデル)は、入力される音声と登録音質による音声との関係を機械学習したモデルであり、入力された演奏から目的の音色の音声(楽器音、歌唱など)を生成するか、入力された音声を目的の音質(音色)に変換する。音声データで構築される生成器又は変換器(学習モデル)に入力及び出力される音声は、楽器音又は歌唱である。演奏者が演奏デバイス3において音声データを使用した(機能を有効にした)状態で演奏(演奏又は音声の入力)を行うことで、演奏デバイス3から当該音声データに応じた目的の音質(音色)の音声が出力される。
 エフェクタデータは、所定のエフェクタアルゴリズム用のパラメータ群、又は学習モデルである。エフェクタデータを構成するパラメータ群は、例えば、入力された音声(楽器音、歌唱など)に対し、コンプレッサ、ディストーション、真空管モデル、リバーブ、3D定位制御プロセッサ等のエフェクトを付与するエフェクタアルゴリズムを構成する1セットのパラメータである。また、エフェクタデータには、アンプシミュレータのパラメータ群も含まれる。このようなパラメータ群には、例えば、FIR係数群、信号処理を構成するデータ等が含まれる。また、エフェクタデータに含まれる学習モデル(エフェクト付与モデル)は、入力される音声と目的のエフェクトが付与された音声との関係を機械学習したモデルであり、入力された音声をエフェクトが付与された音声に変換して出力する。演奏者がエフェクタデータを使用した(機能を有効にした)状態で演奏を行うことで、エフェクタが挿入されたパスを通過する音声に対し、当該エフェクタデータによるエフェクトの付与が行われる。
 自動伴奏データは、所定の自動伴奏処理用のパラメータ群、又は学習モデルである。自動伴奏データを構成するパラメータ群は、例えば、入力された演奏(和音又はメロディ)に応じて、その演奏に適した伴奏シーケンス(ドラムパターン等)の生成や、和音に応じた音高変換を実行するためのアルゴリズムを構成する1セットのパラメータである。また、自動伴奏データに含まれる学習モデル(自動伴奏生成モデル)は、入力される演奏(和音又はメロディ)と伴奏シーケンスとの関係を機械学習したモデルであり、入力された演奏に適切な伴奏シーケンスを自動生成して出力する。演奏者が自動伴奏データを使用した(機能を有効にした)状態で演奏を行うことで、自動生成された伴奏シーケンスが出力される。
 情報処理システム1が扱うコンテンツは、他者に対する利用の許諾権、他社の利用に対し対価を受け取る権利等(典型的には著作権)を有するコンテンツ提供者によって提供され、上述のように登録部231によって登録される。コンテンツ提供者は、典型的には登録部231に登録されたコンテンツの著作権者である。
 コンテンツの権利情報は、情報処理システム1の内部のサーバ(サーバ装置2A)に記録されてもよいし、情報処理システム1の外部の権利管理サーバ(例えば、著作権台帳サーバ)に登録される。また、コンテンツの権利情報(著作権台帳)は、データの信頼性が担保されるブロックチェーン技術等を用いて複数の外部装置に分散して記憶されてもよい。
<受付部232>
 情報処理装置2の受付部232は、種々の情報を取得するように構成される。具体的には、受付部232は、演奏者による、複数の管理コンテンツの中からの使用コンテンツの選択を受け付ける。例えば、受付部232は、演奏者のサービスの種々の利用形態に応じて、選択可能な管理コンテンツを演奏デバイス3に提示し、演奏デバイス3において使用する管理コンテンツ(使用コンテンツ)の選択操作を演奏デバイス3から受け付ける。
 情報処理システム1におけるサービスの利用形態(課金方式)には、買い切り方式、レンタル方式、共通課金方式、及び従量課金方式が含まれる。
 買い切り方式は、演奏者が個別に選択した1又は複数の管理コンテンツに対し個別に使用料を支払うことで、当該1又は複数の管理コンテンツを使用コンテンツとして演奏デバイス3で使用する方式である。買い切り方式では、演奏者が一度課金された使用コンテンツを基本的に無期限で使用できる。レンタル方式は、演奏者が個別に選択した管理コンテンツに対し使用料を支払うことで、当該管理コンテンツを所定の期間、使用コンテンツとして演奏デバイス3で使用する方式である。レンタル方式における課金額は、買い切り方式における課金額よりも小さい。レンタル方式では、所定の期間が経過すると、課金された使用コンテンツは使用できなくなる。
 買い切り方式及びレンタル方式では、受付部232は、購入済み又はレンタル済みの使用コンテンツを演奏デバイス3に提示し、演奏デバイス3において使用する使用コンテンツの選択操作を演奏デバイス3から受け付ける。また、買い切り方式及びレンタル方式では、購入又はレンタルしていない管理コンテンツを演奏デバイス3に提示し、当該管理コンテンツの購入若しくはレンタル、又は当該管理コンテンツが対象となる共通課金方式若しくは当該管理コンテンツの従量課金方式への申し込みを受け付けてもよい。
 共通課金方式は、いわゆるサブスクリプションサービスに準拠した購入態様(サブスクリプション方式)であり、先払い又は後払いにて共通課金(サブスクリプション料金の課金)を行ってから一定期間(例えば、1ヶ月間、6ヶ月間、1年間等)、共通課金方式の対象となっている複数の管理コンテンツが使用可能となる。また、サブスクリプション料金は、コンテンツの利用量とは無関係の一定料金でもよいし、コンテンツの利用量に応じて変化する従量料金でもよい。サブスクリプション料金が一定料金の場合は、先払い又は後払いが行われ、サブスクリプション料金が従量料金の場合は、後払いが行われる。
 共通課金方式を演奏者が選択した場合、受付部232は、共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれる複数の管理コンテンツの中からの使用コンテンツの選択を受け付ける。共通課金コンテンツ群は、演奏者に所定の使用料(サブスクリプション料金)が課金されることで演奏者が使用可能となるコンテンツで構成される。共通課金方式には、サブスクリプション料金及び共通課金コンテンツ群の内容が異なる複数のプランが設定されてもよい。例えば、第1プランと、第1プランよりもサブスクリプション料金が高く、かつ、共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれるコンテンツの数が多い第2プランとが、共通課金方式において設定されてもよい。
 共通課金方式では、共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれるコンテンツを演奏デバイス3に提示し、演奏デバイス3において使用する使用コンテンツの選択操作を演奏デバイス3から受け付ける。なお、共通課金コンテンツ群には、コンテンツ提供者との契約等によって、新たなコンテンツの追加、既存のコンテンツの削除等の変更が行われる。
 また、共通課金方式では、演奏者のコンテンツの利用履歴、演奏履歴等に基づいて、共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれるコンテンツを変更してもよい。例えば、受付部232は、演奏者の演奏レベル、レッスン履歴等に基づいて、当該演奏者の共通課金コンテンツ群への新たな教習用のコンテンツの追加(つまり、それまで選択できなかった教習用のコンテンツのアンロック)をしてもよい。
 従量課金方式は、管理コンテンツの使用量に応じた使用料を、その使用後に演奏者に課金する方式である。従量課金方式では、後述される使用量に応じて課金額が決定され、所定の期間ごと(例えば、1ヶ月単位)に使用コンテンツの当該期間でのトータルの使用料が演奏者に課金される。
 受付部232は、管理コンテンツごとに提供者によって設定されたライセンス形態において、演奏デバイス3による使用コンテンツの使用を許可する。このような構成によれば、コンテンツの提供者がコンテンツごとにライセンス内容をコントロールできる。ライセンス形態は、コンテンツの使用を許可する課金方式(コンテンツを買い切り方式、レンタル方式、共通課金方式、及び従量課金方式のいずれの方式で使用許可するか)、コンテンツを使用可能とする期間等が含まれる。ライセンス形態は、提供者管理情報に含まれる。
 図8は、演奏デバイス3に表示されるコンテンツ選択画面SDの一例を示す図である。具体的には、コンテンツ選択画面SDは、ネットワークに接続された演奏デバイス3に、演奏者が自身の情報(ユーザID、認証情報等)を用いて、情報処理装置2における自身のユーザアカウントにログインしたときに表示される。コンテンツ選択画面SDには、複数の管理コンテンツMCの情報がリスト表示される。管理コンテンツMCの情報には、例えば、コンテンツ名(図8の例では曲名)、コンテンツの作者(図8の例では、作詞者、作曲者、及び演奏者)等が含まれる。また、管理コンテンツMCには、選択ボタンB1、購入ボタンB2、レンタルボタンB3、サブスクリプションボタンB4、及び従量課金ボタンB5の少なくとも1つがそれぞれ付される。
 コンテンツ選択画面SDは、通信端末3Aに表示されてもよい。また、演奏者がユーザアカウントにログインしている間、ユーザ情報(ユーザアカウントの情報)及び使用コンテンツに関する情報(コンテンツ管理情報)が、演奏デバイス3(通信端末3A及び電子楽器3B)の記憶部32にキャッシュ(コピー)され、キャッシュされた情報はネットワークが切断された後も演奏デバイス3に保持される。キャッシュされるユーザ情報には、演奏者が購入済みのコンテンツの使用権限を示す情報が含まれる。コンテンツ選択画面SDに表示される管理コンテンツMCの情報は、演奏デバイス3がコンテンツ管理用のサーバから入手した情報に基づいたものである。また、選択ボタンB1、購入ボタンB2、レンタルボタンB3、サブスクリプションボタンB4、及び従量課金ボタンB5は、演奏デバイス3がサーバから取得した各コンテンツのライセンス条件及びユーザ情報に基づいて、表示される。
 選択ボタンB1、購入ボタンB2、レンタルボタンB3、サブスクリプションボタンB4、及び従量課金ボタンB5は、管理コンテンツMCに対する演奏者の使用権限又は購入オプションを表示するオブジェクトである。演奏者が使用権限を有する管理コンテンツMC(つまり、購入済又はレンタル済の管理コンテンツMC、演奏者が課金した共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれる管理コンテンツMC及び無償の管理コンテンツMC(図8の例では「鳥の歌」))には、選択ボタンB1が表示される。演奏者の選択ボタンB1への入力操作によって、演奏デバイス3における当該管理コンテンツMCの使用が開始される。また、演奏者が使用権限を有しない(つまり課金を行っていない)管理コンテンツMCには、選択可能な購入オプション(課金方式)を選択するためのボタン(購入ボタンB2、レンタルボタンB3、サブスクリプションボタンB4、及び従量課金ボタンB5)が表示される。図8の例では、「ふるさと」のコンテンツは、購入、レンタル、又は共通課金が可能であり、「さくら」のコンテンツは、従量課金、又は購入が可能である。
 図9は、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されている場合の、管理コンテンツの表示処理(使用判定処理の一部)の流れの一例を示すアクティビティ図である。以下では、図9の各アクティビティに沿って、管理コンテンツの表示処理を説明する。まず、演奏デバイス3から、管理コンテンツの表示要求が情報処理装置2に送られる(アクティビティA110)。情報処理装置2は、演奏デバイス3からの表示要求を受けて、コンテンツ管理用のサーバのデータベースから演奏デバイス3に提示する管理コンテンツのコンテンツ情報を取得する(アクティビティA120)。コンテンツ情報の取得後、情報処理装置2は、演奏者が有する管理コンテンツに対する使用権限を確認する(アクティビティA130)。演奏者の使用権限は、例えば、演奏者のユーザ情報を参照することで確認される。
 ある管理コンテンツに対する使用権限を演奏者が有する場合は、情報処理装置2は、当該管理コンテンツに「選択ボタン」を付与する(アクティビティA140)。「選択ボタン」は、上述のとおり、演奏者が課金済みの管理コンテンツを使用するための操作オブジェクトである。
 一方、管理コンテンツに対する使用権限を演奏者が有しない場合は、情報処理装置2は、当該管理コンテンツに「購入ボタン」を付与する(アクティビティA150)。「購入ボタン」は、演奏者が管理コンテンツを購入するための操作オブジェクトである。また、情報処理装置2は、当該管理コンテンツがレンタル対象の場合(コンテンツ管理情報にレンタル対象であることを示す情報が含まれる場合)、当該管理コンテンツに「レンタルボタン」をさらに付与する(アクティビティA160)。「レンタルボタン」は、演奏者が管理コンテンツをレンタルするための操作オブジェクトである。さらに、情報処理装置2は、当該管理コンテンツが共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれる場合(つまり、サブスクリプションサービスの対象である場合であり、コンテンツ管理情報に共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれることを示す情報が含まれる場合)、当該管理コンテンツに「サブスクリプションボタン」をさらに付与する(アクティビティA170)。「サブスクリプションボタン」は、演奏者が共通課金方式に申し込むための操作オブジェクトである。また、情報処理装置2は、当該管理コンテンツが従量課金対象の場合(コンテンツ管理情報に従量課金対象であることを示す情報が含まれる場合)、当該管理コンテンツに「従量課金ボタン」をさらに付与する(アクティビティA180)。「従量課金ボタン」は、演奏者が管理コンテンツを従量課金式で使用するための操作オブジェクトである。
 なお、上記例では、全ての管理コンテンツMCについて購入を可能としたが、コンテンツ提供者が購入の禁止を希望する管理コンテンツMCについては、購入を禁止し「購入ボタン」を表示しないように設定されてもよい。
 各種のオプションボタンの追加後、情報処理装置2は、管理コンテンツを演奏デバイス3に表示させる。これにより、図8のコンテンツ選択画面SDのように、演奏デバイス3に管理コンテンツがオプションボタンとともに表示される(アクティビティA190)。なお、情報処理装置2は、演奏デバイス3に提示可能な管理コンテンツごとにアクティビティA120からアクティビティA180までの処理を実行する。なお、図9のアクティビティ図における一部のアクティビティは、複数の管理コンテンツに対しバッチ処理で同時に実行されてもよい。
 なお、演奏デバイス3には、管理コンテンツのコンテンツ管理情報及び演奏者のユーザ情報がキャッシュされているので、アクティビティA120-A180の一部ないし全部は、それらの情報を用いて演奏デバイス3において実行されてもよい。
 演奏者が、例えば「選択ボタン」によって使用コンテンツを選択すると、使用コンテンツが演奏デバイス3において使用可能となる。使用コンテンツは、デリバリ用のサーバから、演奏デバイス3にストリーミング配信されてもよいし、演奏デバイス3にダウンロードされてもよい。演奏デバイス3にダウンロードによって記憶された使用コンテンツは、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されていない状態でも、キャッシュされたコンテンツ管理情報に基づいて使用可能である(つまり、「選択ボタン」が表示される)。なお、演奏デバイス3の記憶部32には、出荷段階で演奏デバイス3に搭載されているコンテンツ、情報処理システム1以外のサービスから演奏者が購入、レンタル等したコンテンツ、演奏者自身が作成したコンテンツ等も記憶される。
 演奏者が使用コンテンツを使用する際には、使用コンテンツ自体のデータ(例えば楽曲データ等)に加えて、当該使用コンテンツに関するコンテンツ管理情報が情報処理装置2から演奏デバイス3へ送信される。コンテンツ管理情報には、使用コンテンツのID、著作権トークンのトークンID、説明情報、オーナーシップ(権利者)情報、ライセンス条件、演奏者の使用履歴、演奏者の課金履歴等が含まれる。トークンID、説明情報、オーナーシップ情報、及びライセンス条件は、例えば、著作権台帳から取得される。コンテンツ管理情報は、使用コンテンツのデータとともに、例えば演奏デバイス3の記憶部32に記憶される。また、使用コンテンツの開始にあたり、後述されるライセンス情報のコピーが情報処理装置2から演奏デバイス3に送信される。演奏デバイス3に記憶された(キャッシュされた)ライセンス情報は、演奏者のユーザアカウントへのログイン及びライセンス情報の変更時に、演奏者のユーザアカウントから取得したライセンス情報によって更新される。
<演奏出力部331>
 演奏デバイス3の演奏出力部331は、使用コンテンツに含まれるデータによる再生音と、演奏者の演奏入力に応じて生成されるデータによる生成音とを演奏音として出力するように構成される。演奏音は、音声として演奏デバイス3から出力されてもよいし、音声データとして演奏デバイス3から出力されてもよい。
<ログ作成部332>
 演奏デバイス3のログ作成部332は、演奏者による使用コンテンツの使用に関する使用ログを作成するように構成される。使用ログについては、後述される記録部233の説明にて詳述する。使用ログは、例えば、演奏デバイス3の記憶部32に記録される。使用ログは、最終的には演奏者のユーザアカウント(ユーザ情報)に紐づけてサーバに記録されるデータであるが、例えば、演奏デバイス3がネットワークから切断されている場合は、演奏デバイス3の記憶部32に少なくとも一時的に記録される。
<記録部233>
 情報処理装置2の記録部233は、使用ログを演奏者又は演奏者が演奏に用いる演奏デバイス3と関連付けて記録されるように、演奏デバイス3を制御するように構成される。このような構成によれば、使用コンテンツの使用ログに基づいて、演奏者に使用コンテンツの使用料を課すことができる。
 例えば、記録部233は、使用コンテンツの使用時に、演奏デバイス3のログ作成部332に使用ログを作成する指令を演奏デバイス3に送信する。また、記録部233は、使用コンテンツが使用可能となった段階(使用が許諾された時点)で、使用ログを作成する指令を演奏デバイス3に送信してもよい。当該指令は、例えば、使用コンテンツ及びコンテンツ管理情報とともに演奏デバイス3に送信される。演奏デバイス3においてログ作成部332によって作成された使用ログは、所定のタイミングで、演奏者のユーザ情報(例えば、演奏デバイス3に関する情報)とともに情報処理装置2に送信され、情報処理装置2の記憶部22(ログサーバ)にユーザアカウントに紐づけられて記憶される。所定のタイミングは、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されている状態では、例えば、数秒、数十秒、数分等の一定の期間であり、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されていない状態では、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されたタイミングである。
 演奏デバイス3が使用コンテンツのデータ及びコンテンツ管理情報を情報処理装置2から取得した後、演奏者は、演奏デバイス3において、使用コンテンツを出力(再生、表示、提示等)させる、又は使用コンテンツの機能(楽音合成、歌唱合成、エフェクト付与、自動伴奏、自動作曲等)を有効化させることで、演奏デバイス3に使用コンテンツの出力又は使用コンテンツの機能の発揮をさせながら、演奏デバイス3による演奏を行う。演奏デバイス3における演奏から得られる演奏データは、使用ログの一部として、使用コンテンツ(例えばコンテンツID)と紐づけられて演奏デバイス3の記憶部32に記録される。すなわち、使用ログは、演奏データを含む。なお、使用ログの対象となる演奏データに加えて、使用ログの対象とならない演奏データ(つまり、使用コンテンツが使用されていない状態の演奏データ)が演奏デバイス3の記憶部32に記憶されてもよい。
 使用ログに用いられる演奏データは、演奏デバイス3において、使用コンテンツを使用しながら演奏者が行った演奏をデータ化したものである。演奏データには、演奏者が行った演奏を再現するための発音指示データ、又は演奏波形データが含まれる。
 発音指示データは、演奏者による演奏に含まれる音を表す信号を含むデータである。具体的には、発音指示データは、演奏入力部36(例えば鍵盤)から入力された、楽曲又はフレーズに含まれる一連の音符の発音指示(note on event)を含む。各音符の発音指示には、発音タイミング(note on timing)が付与される。
 演奏波形データは、演奏者による演奏の波形データである。具体的には、演奏波形データは、発音指示に応じて演奏デバイス3において生成された、演奏者による演奏音の波形データ、又は演奏デバイス3によって録音(キャプチャ)されたアナログ楽器の、演奏者による演奏音の波形データである。演奏波形データには、演奏音の演奏時刻を示す時刻情報(タイムコード等)や、各音の発音タイミング等が含まれる。
 演奏データは、発音指示データ又は演奏波形データと、使用コンテンツの使用情報(再生履歴)とを含む。使用コンテンツが提示用コンテンツの場合、使用情報には、例えば、使用コンテンツのIDと、再生、表示等の出力を行った時刻、時間長、回数等の履歴情報とが含まれる。例えば、楽譜表示の時間長は、楽譜の表示期間のうち、対応する演奏が行われた期間長だけがカウントされたものであってもよい。また、使用コンテンツが音声処理用コンテンツの場合、使用情報には、例えば、使用コンテンツのIDと、使用コンテンツを使って音を出力した実績(楽音合成した音符の数、発音数、エフェクト処理した有音期間の長さ等)と、発音時刻等の履歴情報とが含まれる。なお、使用ログに含まれる時刻に関する情報は、演奏デバイス3のRTC38から取得される。つまり、使用ログには、RTC38によるタイムスタンプが付与される。
<取得部234>
 情報処理装置2の取得部234は、演奏者による演奏の結果を示す演奏データを取得するように構成される。このような構成によれば、演奏者に提供される管理コンテンツに対し、演奏を伴う使用に応じた使用対価の算出が可能となる。具体的には、取得部234は、演奏デバイス3から送信され、ログサーバに記憶された、ユーザアカウントに紐づけられた使用ログを参照して演奏データを取得する。取得部234が取得した演奏データは、後述される算出部236による使用対価の算出に使用される。
 記録部233によって記録された使用ログの演奏データが発音指示データを含む場合、取得部234は、算出部236が参照する演奏データとして、発音指示データを取得する。このような構成によれば、電子楽器等の演奏デバイス3から出力される演奏シーケンスデータを対価算出用の使用ログとして利用することができる。
 記録部233によって記録された使用ログの演奏データが演奏波形データを含む場合、取得部234は、算出部236が参照する演奏データとして、演奏波形データを取得する。このような構成によれば、電子的な出力機構を有しないアナログ楽器等の演奏音の波形データを使用ログとして利用することができる。
<評価部235>
 情報処理装置2の評価部235は、使用コンテンツに対する演奏者の評価を取得するように構成される。評価部235が取得した評価は、例えば、ログサーバにおいてユーザアカウントに紐づけられて記録される。
 演奏者の評価は、例えば、演奏者によって演奏デバイス3から入力され、評価部235は、演奏デバイス3において入力された評価を受け付ける。演奏者からアンケートとして評価を受け付けるタイミング(演奏デバイス3に評価入力画面を表示させるタイミング)としては、例えば、1曲の演奏(1回ないし複数回)が終了したとき(例えば、提示用コンテンツの再生が終了したとき、提示用コンテンツを閉じたとき、別の提示用コンテンツを選択したとき等)とされる。評価部235は、例えば、満足度を数値等のパラメータ又は選択肢で入力するアンケート画面を演奏デバイス3に表示させる。
 複数の使用コンテンツを用いて演奏者が演奏を行う場合は、1日1回(例えば、1日のうちで最初に使用したコンテンツ、n番目(例えば、3曲目)に使用したコンテンツ等に対して)のみ評価を受け付ける、数曲ごと(例えば、5曲ごと)に評価を受け付ける、情報処理システム1の使用終了時(例えば、アプリケーションプログラムの終了時、演奏デバイス3の電源オフ時等)にまとめて評価を受け付ける、等の手順が採用できる。これにより、演奏者が1曲毎に評価を入力する煩わしさを低減できる。また、使用されたコンテンツのうち、使用量が所定量(アンケート閾値)に満たないコンテンツについては、評価部235は評価を受け付けないようにしてもよい。
 評価部235は、使用ログに含まれる情報に基づいて、評価を算出してもよい。このような構成によれば、コンテンツに対する客観的な評価基準を用いて使用対価を決定することができる。また、演奏者が入力する評価に替えて、使用ログに基づく評価が算出されてもよい。「使用ログに含まれる情報」としては、演奏データに加えて、例えば、演奏デバイス3に接続されたカメラ、センサ等から取得される演奏者の演奏状態情報(映像データ又は生体データ)が挙げられる。演奏状態情報は、使用ログの一部として演奏データとともに記録される。演奏状態情報には、例えば、カメラが取得した演奏者の映像データ、センサが取得した演奏者の生体データ等が含まれる。映像データには、例えば、演奏者の表情が含まれる。生体データとしては、例えば、脳波、体温、心拍等が挙げられる。
 評価部235は、一連の演奏状態情報を評価推定モデルに入力し、瞬間評価値を評価推定モデルに出力させる。評価推定モデルは、演奏状態情報を入力とし、瞬間評価値を出力するように学習された学習モデルである。例えば、評価推定モデルは、学習用の演奏状態情報と、当該演奏状態情報と紐づけられた、演奏者自身が入力した評価(Grand Truth)との組み合わせとを教師データとした機械学習によって構築される。評価部235は、評価推定モデルが出力した瞬間評価値をそのまま演奏者の評価としてもよいし、複数の時刻における当該瞬間評価値の統計値(例えば、積算値、平均値、分散、中央値、最大値、最小値、これらの組み合わせ等)を演奏者の評価としてもよい。
 図10は、管理コンテンツの使用開始処理(使用判定処理の一部)の流れの一例を示すアクティビティ図である。以下では、図10の各アクティビティに沿って、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されている場合の、管理コンテンツの使用開始処理を説明する。まず、演奏デバイス3において、表示された管理コンテンツの中から使用コンテンツが選択される(アクティビティA210)。この時点で、管理コンテンツの表示のため、演奏デバイス3には管理コンテンツのコンテンツ管理情報が、既に情報処理装置2(コンテンツ管理用のサーバ)から取得及び記憶されている。使用コンテンツの選択は、例えば、演奏者が使用権限を有する管理コンテンツの選択(上述した「選択ボタン」の入力操作)、又は演奏者が購入、レンタル、サブスクリプションサービスへの登録等の課金が必要な管理コンテンツの選択(上述した「購入ボタン」、「レンタルボタン」、「サブスクリプションボタン」、「従量課金ボタン」等の課金ボタンの入力操作)によって実行される。
 アクティビティA210において課金ボタンが入力操作された場合、情報処理装置2は、課金条件を演奏デバイス3に出力する(アクティビティA220)。これにより、演奏デバイス3に課金条件(課金額、サービス内容、ライセンス条件等)が表示される。演奏者は、演奏デバイス3において、課金条件の諾否を選択する(アクティビティA230)。演奏デバイス3において、課金条件に対する許諾が入力されると、演奏デバイス3を有するユーザ(演奏者)に対する課金処理が実行され、演奏者のユーザ情報に当該管理コンテンツの使用権限を示す情報が追加され、演奏デバイス3におけるライセンス情報のキャッシュが更新される(課金条件が拒否された場合は、管理コンテンツの使用開始処理は終了する)。
 演奏者がある管理コンテンツを購入した場合、その演奏者のユーザ情報には、その管理コンテンツの使用権限が、永続的な使用期限とともに追加される。演奏者がある管理コンテンツについてレンタル又は共通課金方式で課金された場合、その演奏者のユーザ情報には、その管理コンテンツの使用権限が、非永続的な試用期限とともに追加される。演奏者がある管理コンテンツの従量課金を受け入れた場合、その演奏者のユーザ情報には、その管理コンテンツの従量課金を条件とする使用権限が、永続的な使用期限とともに追加される。
 アクティビティA210において演奏者により選択ボタンが入力操作された場合、又は課金条件に対する承諾が入力された場合、情報処理装置2は、選択された管理コンテンツのデータ及び関連情報(例えばライセンス情報等)を演奏デバイス3に送信するとともに、当該管理コンテンツに対する演奏者の管理情報(使用権限の有無、使用期間時等)を更新する(アクティビティA240)。演奏デバイス3では、情報処理装置2が送信した管理コンテンツを使用コンテンツとして受信し、情報処理装置2から取得したライセンス情報に基づき、当該使用コンテンツの使用を開始する(アクティビティA250)。さらに、演奏デバイス3は、演奏者による使用コンテンツの使用に関する使用ログ(演奏データ)の記録を開始する(アクティビティA260)。また、演奏デバイス3は、所定のタイミングで、使用コンテンツに対する評価の入力を演奏者から受け付ける(アクティビティA270)。
 なお、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに未接続の状態で、演奏者により選択ボタンが操作された場合(アクティビティA210)には、選択された使用コンテンツが演奏デバイス3に記憶されていれば、当該使用コンテンツの使用開始(アクティビティA250)、ログの記録開始(アクティビティA260)、及び評価入力(アクティビティA270)が行われる。当該使用コンテンツが演奏デバイス3に記憶されていない場合は、演奏デバイス3において、当該使用コンテンツは使用することができない。
 図11は、管理コンテンツの使用終了処理の流れの一例を示すアクティビティ図である。以下では、図11の各アクティビティに沿って、管理コンテンツの使用終了処理を説明する。演奏デバイス3で使用している管理コンテンツ(使用コンテンツ)が使用期限に到達するか、又は演奏者による使用コンテンツの使用終了の入力を受け付けると、情報処理装置2は、管理コンテンツに対する演奏者の管理情報(使用権限の有無、使用期間時等)を更新する(アクティビティA310)。また、情報処理装置2は、使用コンテンツの使用終了要求を演奏デバイス3に通知する。演奏デバイス3は、使用コンテンツの使用終了要求を受けて、当該使用コンテンツの使用を停止する(アクティビティA320)。さらに、演奏デバイス3は、使用コンテンツの使用に関する使用ログ(演奏データ)の記録を停止する(アクティビティA330)。
 具体的には、使用コンテンツの使用停止時に、演奏デバイス3は、キャッシュされた使用ログに当該使用コンテンツの使用終了を記録させ、さらに、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されていれば、そのキャッシュの更新に基づき、情報処理装置2において演奏者の使用ログを更新する。演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されていない場合は、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されたとき、情報処理装置2において演奏者の使用ログの更新が行われる。
<ライセンス更新部333>
 演奏デバイス3のライセンス更新部333は、演奏者が演奏に用いる演奏デバイス3がサーバ装置2A(情報処理装置2)と通信可能なときに、演奏デバイス3に記録されている使用コンテンツのライセンス情報を、サーバ装置2A(情報処理装置2)に記録されているライセンス情報によって更新するように構成される。ライセンス情報は、使用コンテンツに対する使用期限、使用コンテンツのライセンス形態(使用可能形態、使用可能範囲及び使用可能期間)等を含む。ライセンス情報は、例えば、情報処理装置2の記憶部22に記憶されたライセンスデータベースに登録される。
 演奏デバイス3に記録されている使用コンテンツのライセンス情報は、使用コンテンツの使用開始時に、情報処理装置2から演奏デバイス3に送信された、ライセンスデータベースに登録されたライセンス情報のコピーである。ライセンスデータベースに登録されたライセンス情報は、情報処理システム1におけるサービス提供者と演奏者との契約の変更、サービス提供者とコンテンツ提供者との契約の変更等によって、変更されうる。演奏デバイス3に記録されたライセンス情報のコピーは、ライセンス更新部333によって、ライセンスデータベースに登録された最新のライセンス情報のコピーによって更新(上書き)される。
 演奏デバイス3に記録(キャッシュ)されている使用コンテンツのライセンス情報には、有効期限(すなわち、コピーの生存期限)が設定される。ライセンス情報の有効期限としては、例えば、初回取得時若しくは更新時から所定の期間経過後(例えば1週間後)、又は所定のタイミングが設定される。所定のタイミングとしては、例えば、共通課金方式の契約期間(例えば1ヶ月等の課金期間)の更新タイミング又は毎月の所定の日(例えば25日)、各週の所定の曜日(例えば月曜)等が挙げられる。
 演奏デバイス3において有効なライセンス情報が存在する場合、後述される使用判定部334によって、演奏デバイス3における使用コンテンツの使用が許可される。なお、有効なライセンス情報とは、ライセンス情報自体の有効期限が経過しておらず、かつ、RTC38が示す日時がライセンス情報に含まれる使用コンテンツの使用期限(例えば、課金から3日、1ヶ月、6ヶ月、1年等のサブスクリプションサービスの契約期間)内であるライセンス情報である。
 ライセンス更新部333は、例えば、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続され、情報処理装置2と通信可能となったタイミングで、演奏デバイス3にキャッシュされたライセンス情報を更新する。通信可能となったタイミングとは、例えば、演奏デバイス3を構成する電子楽器3Bが常時ネットワークに接続されている場合は、電子楽器3Bの起動時であり、電子楽器3Bが直接ネットワークに接続する機能を有さず、通信端末3Aを介してネットワークに接続される場合は、通信端末3Aを介して電子楽器3Bがネットワークに接続されたタイミングである。
 演奏デバイス3のRTC38は、演奏者による日時の変更ができないように保護されているとよい。このような構成によれば、RTC38の日時に基づく使用コンテンツの管理及び対価補償の信頼性を高められる。例えば、RTC38は、信頼性のある時刻ソースのみに同期し、日時を変更するためのインタフェースを有しない形態、暗号化により電気的分析が不可能な形態で演奏デバイス3に実装される。信頼性のある時刻サーバとは、例えば、適切な認証保護がされたNTPサーバである。
 ライセンス更新部333は、RTC38が示す日時が演奏デバイス3に記録されているライセンス情報の有効期限外である場合に、演奏デバイス3に記録されているライセンス情報を無効化するとよい。この無効化処理は、演奏デバイス3のネットワーク接続の有無とは無関係に実行される。なお、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されていればキャッシュは更新されるので、その状況でキャッシュされたライセンス情報が無効化されることは想定されない。
<使用判定部334>
 演奏デバイス3の使用判定部334は、演奏デバイス3が有するRTC38が示す日時が演奏デバイス3に記録されているライセンス情報の使用期限内である場合に、演奏デバイス3による使用コンテンツの使用を許可するように構成される。
 具体的には、使用判定部334は、演奏デバイス3に記録されているライセンス情報に含まれるライセンス形態において、演奏デバイス3による使用コンテンツの使用を許可する。このような構成によれば、コンテンツの提供者が設定したライセンス内容にて、演奏者にオフラインでのコンテンツの使用を許可することができる。
 使用判定部334は、所定の使用コンテンツについて、RTC38が示す日時が演奏デバイス3に記録されているライセンス情報の使用期限外である場合に、演奏デバイス3による、当該ライセンス情報に対応する使用コンテンツの使用を許可しない(使用コンテンツの使用を禁止する)。このような構成によれば、使用期限が経過した未許諾状態で使用コンテンツの使用を制限できる。なお、ここでの「所定の使用コンテンツ」とは、例えば、コンテンツ提供者によって使用期限外の使用を禁止するように指定された(ライセンス形態にそのような条件が含まれる)使用コンテンツである。
 また、使用判定部334は、所定の使用コンテンツについて、RTC38が示す日時が演奏デバイス3に記録されているライセンス情報の使用期限外である場合に、演奏者による所定の仮許諾操作に応じて、演奏デバイス3による、当該ライセンス情報に対応する使用コンテンツの使用を許可してもよい。このような構成によれば、使用期限が経過した未許諾状態での使用コンテンツの使用を演奏者に継続させつつ、使用コンテンツのコンテンツ提供者に仮許諾に基づいた補償を行うことができる。なお、ここでの「所定の使用コンテンツ」とは、仮許諾が可能な使用コンテンツであり、コンテンツ提供者によって仮許諾条件が設定されている使用コンテンツである。
 仮許諾操作は、例えば、仮許諾条件が提示された状態で、演奏者が仮許諾へ同意する入力(例えば、同意ボタンへの入力操作)をすることで行われる。仮許諾条件には、使用コンテンツを仮許諾で継続使用する際の、使用期間(使用期限)、料金(対価)、使用制限等が含まれる。仮許諾操作(仮許諾条件への同意)は、演奏デバイス3において記憶され、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続された際に情報処理装置2に送信される。情報処理装置2は、演奏者の管理情報に仮許諾の内容を追加する。なお、演奏デバイス3に仮許諾操作が記録されている場合、使用判定部334は、演奏デバイス3における仮許諾の対象となる使用コンテンツの使用を許可する。
 また、使用判定部334は、ライセンス情報が無効である場合(つまり、ライセンス更新部333によってライセンス情報が無効化された場合)に、演奏デバイス3による、当該ライセンス情報に対応する使用コンテンツの使用を許可しない。換言すれば、使用判定部334は、演奏デバイス3に記録されているライセンス情報が有効期限内であり、かつ、RTC38の日時がライセンス情報の使用期限内である場合に、演奏デバイス3による使用コンテンツの使用を許可する。このような構成によれば、ライセンス情報が一定の期間更新されなかった場合に演奏者による使用コンテンツの使用を制限することができる。そのため、ライセンス契約期間中でのライセンスの取り消しやライセンス期間の変更等があった場合における未許諾状態での使用コンテンツの使用が抑制される。
 図12は、使用コンテンツの使用判定処理の流れの一例を示すアクティビティ図である。以下では、図12の各アクティビティに沿って、使用コンテンツの使用判定処理を説明する。演奏デバイス3は、所定のタイミングで、使用コンテンツのライセンス情報の更新要求を情報処理装置2に通知する(アクティビティA410)。情報処理装置2は、ライセンス情報の更新要求を受けて、最新のライセンス情報を演奏デバイス3に送信する(アクティビティA420)。演奏デバイス3は、情報処理装置2から受信したライセンス情報によって、演奏デバイス3に記録されているライセンス情報を更新する(アクティビティA430)。なお、演奏デバイス3が情報処理装置2と通信できない場合は、ライセンス情報の更新はスキップされる。また、アクティビティA410-A430は、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されている状態で実行される。
 RTC38の示す日時が、演奏デバイス3に記録されたライセンス情報の使用期限内である場合、演奏デバイス3は、演奏者に対し、使用コンテンツの使用を許可する(アクティビティA440)。一方、RTC38の示す日時がライセンス情報の使用期限外である場合は、演奏デバイス3は、演奏者に対し仮許諾を提示する(アクティビティA450)。演奏者が仮許諾を承諾した場合、演奏デバイス3は仮許諾での使用コンテンツの使用を許可する(アクティビティA460)。一方、演奏者が仮許諾を拒否した場合、演奏デバイス3は使用コンテンツの使用を許可しない(アクティビティA470)。なお、アクティビティA440-A470は、演奏デバイス3がネットワークに接続されていない状態で実行される。
<算出部236>
 算出部236は、演奏デバイス3が作成した使用ログと、複数の管理コンテンツそれぞれとコンテンツ提供者との関連付け情報(提供者管理情報)とに基づいて、使用コンテンツのコンテンツ提供者への使用対価を算出するように構成される。具体的には、算出部236は、使用ログに基づいて使用コンテンツの使用量を集計し、集計された使用量に基づいて、使用対価を算出する。このような構成によれば、演奏者の使用コンテンツの使用時間、使用回数等に応じた使用対価の算出が可能となる。
 使用コンテンツの使用量は、例えば、使用コンテンツのトータルでの使用時間、使用回数等によって使用コンテンツごとに個別に集計される。算出部236は、使用ログに含まれる演奏データに基づいて、演奏者による、使用コンテンツを使用した演奏時間を集計し、集計された演奏時間に基づいて、使用対価を算出するとよい。このような構成によれば、演奏者による使用コンテンツの演奏時間に応じた使用対価の算出が可能となる。
 使用コンテンツの演奏時間の集計方法は、使用コンテンツの種類に応じて設定される。コンテンツ自体の出力が可能な提示用コンテンツ(楽曲データ、楽譜データ、演奏教習データ等)の場合は、演奏データに含まれる演奏者の演奏時間のほかに、提示用コンテンツの出力時間(演奏デバイス3が演奏者にコンテンツを提示した時間)が演奏時間とされてもよい。また、提示用コンテンツの演奏時間は、絶対的な時間長(例えば、分、秒等の単位)でもよいし、音楽的な時間長(例えば、小節、拍等の単位)でもよい。
 提示用コンテンツが、演奏者が演奏する任意のテンポに追従して再生されるユーザ主導コンテンツの場合、演奏データには、提示用コンテンツの進行(再生位置)に基づいた使用情報が記録される。例えば、演奏者の演奏入力に基づいて楽譜上の演奏位置を検出し、検出された演奏位置に対応する位置の楽譜をスクロールによって表示させる提示用コンテンツの場合、演奏データに含まれる演奏位置から演奏時間が集計される。
 提示用コンテンツが、当該定時用コンテンツが規定する所定のテンポで再生されるとともに、演奏者がこのテンポに合わせて演奏をするリズム主導コンテンツの場合、演奏データには、コンテンツの出力中における演奏者の演奏入力の有無に基づいた使用情報が記録される。例えば、所定のテンポで伴奏シーケンス又はメトロノームを再生しつつ、そのテンポのリズムの進行(演奏位置)に応じて楽譜を表示させる提示用コンテンツの場合、演奏データにおけるリズムが進行している期間のうち、演奏者の演奏入力が行われた時間長から演奏時間が集計される。
 演奏を補助する機能を発揮する音声処理用コンテンツ(音色データ、エフェクタデータ、自動伴奏データ等)の場合は、演奏データにおいて、単位期間に、音声処理用コンテンツを使用した演奏入力(音声の出力)が行われた時間の累計数、又は音声処理用コンテンツによって生成又は変換された出力(例えば、特定の音質の楽器音、伴奏パターン等)の累計再生時間若しくは累計使用回数(例えば、楽器音の音符数、パターンの繰り返し回数等)が演奏時間とされる。
 算出部236は、使用量と、複数の管理コンテンツごとに予め設定された対価算出ルールとに基づいて使用対価を算出するとよい。対価算出ルールは、使用量と使用対価との対応関係を含む。このような構成によれば、管理コンテンツごとに使用量と使用対価との対応関係を設定することが可能となる。
 対価算出ルールは、例えば、演奏者による使用コンテンツの使用量(例えば演奏時間)が大きくなるに連れて、当該使用コンテンツのコンテンツ提供者への使用対価が大きくなる関数、条件式等として定義される。使用対価は、後述される演奏者に課金される使用料と関係性を有してもよい(例えば、使用対価と使用料とが所定の関係式で表されてもよい)し、使用対価は、使用料と独立して(つまり使用料とは無関係に)算出されてもよい。
 算出部236は、使用ログと、関連付け情報(提供者管理情報)と、評価部235が取得した演奏者の評価とに基づいて、使用コンテンツのコンテンツ提供者への使用対価を算出するとよい。このような構成によれば、ユーザである演奏者の使用コンテンツへの評価を、当該使用コンテンツの使用対価へ反映させることが可能となる。
 算出部236は、例えば、使用コンテンツに対する評価が高くなるにつれて、当該使用コンテンツの単位演奏時間あたりの使用対価(基準対価)が大きくなるような、評価と使用対価との関係を含む対価算出情報を用いて、使用対価を算出する。対価算出情報は、例えば、評価と基準対価との関係を記述したテーブル、評価を変数とした基準対価の関数、評価を変数とした使用対価の関数等を含む。
 同一の使用コンテンツに対し複数の使用ログがある場合、算出部236は、例えば、当該複数の使用ログの評価の統計値(例えば平均値)と、当該複数の使用ログの使用量(演奏時間)の総計値とに基づいて、使用ログ全体の使用対価を算出する。また、同一の使用コンテンツに対し複数の使用ログがある場合、算出部236は、例えば、複数の使用ログごとに、評価と使用量とから使用対価を算出し、当該複数の使用ログの使用対価の総計値を使用ログ全体の使用対価としてもよい。
 使用コンテンツが共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれる場合、算出部236は、所定の金額を、演奏者の使用量に応じて共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれる複数の管理コンテンツに分配することで、使用対価を算出するとよい。このような構成によれば、複数のコンテンツに対する共通課金が行われるサブスクリプション契約等において、演奏者の管理コンテンツの使用量に応じた使用対価の算出が可能となる。「所定の金額」とは、例えば、共通課金方式において演奏者に課金される金額である。例えば、共通課金方式において月額が設定されている場合、共通課金方式の同じプランを選択している全ての演奏者の月額の合計額を、当該プランの共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれる全ての管理コンテンツ間で、それぞれの管理コンテンツの演奏者全体の使用量に応じて分配した額が、各管理コンテンツの使用対価とされる。また、例えば、各演奏者の月額の合計額を、各演奏者の該当月の管理コンテンツごとの使用量に応じて分配した額の総計を、各管理コンテンツの使用対価としてもよい。
 算出部236は、使用量と課金ルールとに基づいて、演奏者に課金される、使用コンテンツの使用料(課金額)を算出する。課金ルールは、例えば、演奏者の使用量(例えば演奏時間)が大きくなるに連れて、使用料が大きくなる関数、条件式等として定義される。また、課金ルールには、買い切り方式及びレンタル方式に対し、使用量とは無関係に、例えばコンテンツ提供者が提示した金額(販売価格又はレンタル価格)を課金額とするルールも含まれる。
 特に従量課金方式において、課金ルールは、単位使用量あたりの使用単価を含むとよく、使用単価は、使用量が大きくなるに連れて小さくなるとよい。このような構成によれば、同一の使用コンテンツを演奏者が繰り返し使用する場合に、演奏者への課金額が過大となることを抑制できる。そのため、演奏者が使用コンテンツを利用しやすくなる。
 また、従量課金方式で、所定の期間(例えば1ヶ月)ごとで使用料を算出する(演奏者に課金する)場合では、前の期間の使用量(演奏時間)を加味した使用単価が用いられてもよい。例えば、算出部236は、複数の期間にまたがって同一の使用コンテンツが使用された場合は、期間をまたいだ累計の使用量を用いて、低減された使用単価を算出し、低減された使用単価と、算出対象期間の使用量とを用いて、当期間の使用料を算出してもよい。
 使用コンテンツが楽曲データである場合、算出部236は、使用ログ(演奏データ)における演奏時間(使用コンテンツの再生時間)が閾値以下の場合は、所定の下限額を使用料とし、演奏時間が閾値を超える場合は、演奏時間に使用単価を乗じた額を使用料としてもよい。使用単価は、演奏時間が大きくなるに連れて徐々に小さくなる。
 使用コンテンツが楽譜データである場合、算出部236は、使用ログ(演奏データ)において、演奏デバイス3で楽譜データの楽譜が表示されている状態で、演奏が行われた時間、又は当該演奏の時間のうち、当該楽譜のフレーズが含まれている時間をカウントしたものを演奏時間とする。また、楽曲データの場合と同様に、算出部236は、演奏時間が閾値以下の場合は、所定の下限額を使用料とし、演奏時間が閾値を超える場合は、演奏時間に使用単価を乗じた額を使用料としてもよい。使用単価は、演奏時間が大きくなるに連れて徐々に小さくなる。
 使用コンテンツが演奏教習データである場合、算出部236は、使用ログ(演奏データ)において、演奏者の得点が表示される演奏テストでの演奏時間又は演奏説との実施回数(得点の表示回数)を使用料の算出に用い、音取りパート及び練習パートでの演奏時間は使用料の算出に用いないとよい。また、楽曲データの場合と同様に、算出部236は、演奏テストの演奏時間(実施回数)が閾値以下の場合は、所定の下限額を使用料とし、演奏テストの演奏時間(実施回数)が閾値を超える場合は、演奏時間(実施回数)に使用単価を乗じた額を使用料としてもよい。使用単価は、演奏テストの演奏時間(実施回数)が大きくなるに連れて徐々に小さくなる。
 使用コンテンツが音色データである場合、算出部236は、使用ログ(演奏データ)から、音色データの選択指示(機能の有効化指示)を検出し、当該音色データが選択された状態(つまり、音色データの選択が解除されるまで、又は別の音色データが選択されるまでの間)において、演奏デバイス3で機能が使用された時間又は音符数(例えば、演奏デバイス3に入力されたノートオン(発音開始指示)の回数をカウントした発音回数)を演奏時間とする。算出部236は、発音回数が閾値以下の場合は、所定の下限額を使用料とし、演奏時間(発音回数)が閾値を超える場合は、発音回数に使用単価を乗じた額を使用料としてもよい。使用単価は、演奏時間(発音回数)が大きくなるに連れて徐々に小さくなる。
 使用コンテンツがエフェクタデータである場合、算出部236は、使用ログ(演奏データ)から、エフェクタデータの選択指示(機能の有効化指示)と、エフェクタへの入力信号の入力レベル(波形データ)とを検出し、当該エフェクタデータが選択された状態(つまり、エフェクタデータの選択が解除されるまで、又は別のエフェクタデータが選択されるまでの間)において、入力信号の入力レベルが所定値以上のエフェクタ処理時間を演奏時間とする。算出部236は、演奏時間(エフェクタ処理時間)が閾値以下の場合は、所定の下限額を使用料とし、エフェクタ処理時間が閾値を超える場合は、演奏時間(エフェクタ処理時間)に使用単価を乗じた額を使用料としてもよい。使用単価は、エフェクタ処理時間が大きくなるに連れて徐々に小さくなる。
 算出部236は、使用コンテンツの使用ログと、評価部235が取得した演奏者の当該使用コンテンツの評価とに基づいて、当該使用コンテンツの使用料を算出してもよい。算出部236は、例えば、評価が高くなるにつれて、単位演奏時間(単位使用量)あたりの使用料(基準使用料)が大きくなるような、評価と使用料との関係を含む使用料算出情報を用いて、使用料を算出する。使用料算出情報は、例えば、評価と使用料との関係を記述したテーブル、評価を変数とした基準使用料の関数、評価を変数とした使用料の関数等を含む。
 算出部236は、所定のタイミングで、サーバ装置2A(情報処理装置2)に記録されたライセンス情報と使用ログとに基づいて、許諾されていない使用コンテンツの未許諾使用を検出するとともに、未許諾使用に対する使用対価を算出してもよい。このような構成によれば、使用期限を過ぎた使用コンテンツの使用を抑制できるとともに、使用期限を過ぎた使用コンテンツの使用に対するコンテンツ提供者への対価補償を行うことができる。
 未許諾使用とは、ライセンス情報の使用期限外における、演奏デバイス3での使用コンテンツの使用である。未許諾使用は、例えば、使用ログにおけるRTC38によるタイムスタンプによって判定される。未許諾使用は、演奏デバイス3が情報処理装置2と通信不可能な状態(ライセンス情報が更新できない状態)で発生しうる。
 未許諾使用には、例えば、共通課金方式の契約が無効になった後の使用コンテンツの使用、共通課金方式の契約は有効であるが、コンテンツ提供者からの許諾取消等によって共通課金コンテンツ群から使用コンテンツが除外された(使用権が消滅した)後の当該使用コンテンツの使用等が含まれる。未許諾使用の対象期間は、使用期限の経過直後から、使用判定部334によって使用コンテンツの使用が制限されるか、又は仮許諾されるまでの期間である。
 算出部236は、例えば、演奏デバイス3が情報処理装置2と通信可能となったタイミングで、未許諾使用の検出を実行する。また、算出部236は、定期的に未許諾使用を検出してもよい。例えば、算出部236は、共通課金方式の契約期間(例えば1ヶ月等の課金期間)の更新タイミングで、未許諾使用を検出してもよい。
 算出部236は、未許諾使用に対する使用対価に応じて、演奏者に課金される追加使用料を算出する。このような構成によれば、使用期限を過ぎた使用コンテンツの使用に対するコンテンツ提供者への補償の原資を演奏者から回収することができる。
 算出部236は、例えば、上述した、使用権利を有する場合の通常の使用対価及び使用料と同様に、使用ログに基づいて使用コンテンツの使用量を集計し、集計された使用量に基づいて、未許諾使用に対する使用対価及び使用料を算出する。未許諾使用に対する使用対価及び使用料は、通常の使用対価及び使用料よりも高くなるように設定される。未許諾使用に対する使用対価及び使用料の算出条件は、通常の使用対価及び使用料と同様の算出条件(例えば、単位使用量あたりの使用単価が、使用量が大きくなるに連れて小さくなる条件)であってもよいし、異なる算出条件であってもよい。
 算出部236は、予め用意された資金プールから、未許諾使用に対する使用対価に応じた金額を減じてもよい。このような構成によれば、個別の演奏者から追加使用料を回収することなく、追加使用に対する補償をコンテンツ提供者に行うことができる。資金プールは、例えば、共通課金方式を選択している全演奏者から徴収した使用料の一部、情報処理システム1を用いた広告料収入の一部等で構成される。すなわち、コンテンツ提供者への使用対価は資金プールから捻出される。
 図13は、使用対価の算出処理の流れの一例を示すアクティビティ図である。以下では、図13の各アクティビティに沿って、使用対価の算出処理を説明する。まず、情報処理装置2は、所定のタイミングで(例えば、ネットワークに接続されているときに常時)、使用ログの送信要求を演奏デバイス3に通知する(アクティビティA510)。演奏デバイス3は、使用ログの送信要求を受けて、使用ログを情報処理装置2に送信する(アクティビティA520)。このとき、演奏デバイス3は、前回の使用ログとの差分のみを送信する。情報処理装置2は、使用ログを演奏デバイス3から受信する(アクティビティA530)。さらに、情報処理装置2は、受信した使用ログに基づいて、該当する管理コンテンツの使用履歴(使用した演奏者、使用期間等)を更新する(アクティビティA540)。さらに、情報処理装置2は、使用ログに基づいて、管理コンテンツのコンテンツ提供者への使用対価を算出する(アクティビティA550)。なお、図13の処理は、主に、共通課金方式又は従量課金方式での利用に適用される。また、アクティビティA550の詳細については、後述する。
<送金部237>
 送金部237は、使用対価の相当額をコンテンツ提供者へ送金するように構成される。このような構成によれば、コンテンツ提供者に対し、使用コンテンツの演奏者による多種の使用形態に応じた使用対価を提供可能なエコシステムが構築できる。送金部237は、例えば、定期的(例えば1ヶ月ごと)に、使用対価の相当額をコンテンツ提供者の口座に振り込まれる。具体的には、送金部237は、演奏者から徴収した使用料が入金されている所定の銀行口座を管理する外部の決済サーバに、各コンテンツの使用対価とそのコンテンツ提供者の情報とを含む支払い要求を送信する。これにより、決済サーバが、その支払い要求に応じて、使用対価の相当額の金額をそのコンテンツ提供者の銀行口座に振り込む。
<課金部238>
 課金部238は、算出部236が算出した使用料及び追加使用料を演奏者に課金するように構成される。課金部238は、例えば、情報処理システム1内、又は演奏者の銀行口座を管理する外部の決済サーバに課金額の情報を含む徴収要求を送信する。これにより、決済サーバが、課金額を演奏者の銀行口座から所定の銀行口座に振り込む。
 情報処理装置2は、演奏者への使用コンテンツの使用に対する課金時に、使用ログのどの部分が課金対象となったか(例えば、使用コンテンツを使用した演奏時間に該当する部分)を演奏デバイス3に表示させてもよい。さらに、情報処理装置2は、課金対象部分について、演奏者からの異議を受け付けてもよい。情報処理装置2が受け付けた異議は、妥当性の審査の対象とされる。また、審査で課金が不適当と判定された場合(異議が妥当と判定された場合)は、返金、クーポン等で演奏者に補償がされてもよい。
 図14は、課金及び送金処理の流れの一例を示すアクティビティ図である。以下では、図14の各アクティビティに沿って、課金及び送金処理を説明する。まず、情報処理装置2は、所定のタイミングで(例えば、1ヶ月等の一定の期間や、数週間程度の変動する期間ごとに)、使用ログに基づいて、所定期間(例えば、前回の集計以降から現在までの期間)に演奏者が使用した全ての使用コンテンツの使用状況を使用コンテンツごとに集計する(アクティビティA610)。使用コンテンツに従量課金方式で使用したものが含まれる場合、情報処理装置2は、当該使用コンテンツの使用量に基づく使用対価及び使用料を算出する(アクティビティA620)。情報処理装置2は、算出した使用料を請求額(課金額)として、演奏デバイス3に送信する。これにより、演奏デバイス3には、従量課金方式に基づく請求額が表示される(アクティビティA630)。なお、図14の処理は、主に、共通課金方式又は従量課金方式での利用に適用される。なお、アクティビティA630(請求額の表示)は省略が可能である。また、アクティビティA610-A640は、図13のアクティビティA550に相当する。
 また、使用コンテンツに共通課金方式(サブスクリプション)の対象コンテンツ(つまり、共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれるコンテンツ)が含まれる場合、情報処理装置2は、当該使用コンテンツの使用量に基づく使用対価を算出し、上述のような手順にて、共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれる管理コンテンツごとに使用対価を分配する(アクティビティA640)。情報処理装置2は、例えば、上述のように決済サーバを用いて、アクティビティA620及び/又はアクティビティA640で算出した使用対価をコンテンツ提供者に送金する(アクティビティA650)。
3.情報処理方法
 本節では、情報処理装置2の情報処理方法について説明する。この情報処理方法は、情報処理装置2の各部が、各ステップとしてコンピュータにより実行される。
 当該情報処理方法は、受付ステップと、算出ステップとを備える。受付ステップでは、演奏者による、複数の管理コンテンツの中からの使用コンテンツの選択を受け付ける。算出ステップでは、演奏者による使用コンテンツの使用に関するログに基づいて、使用コンテンツの提供者への使用対価を算出する。
 当該情報処理方法は、プログラムによって、情報処理システム1に各ステップを実行させることで実現される。すなわち、当該プログラムは、コンピュータに、受付ステップと、算出ステップとを実行させるためのプログラムである。受付ステップでは、演奏者による、複数の管理コンテンツの中からの使用コンテンツの選択を受け付ける。算出ステップでは、演奏者による使用コンテンツの使用に関するログに基づいて、使用コンテンツの提供者への使用対価を算出する。
4.作用
 本実施形態の作用をまとめると、次の通りとなる。すなわち、演奏者によるコンテンツの使用に関する使用ログに基づいて、コンテンツ提供者への使用対価が算出される。そのため、演奏者による多種の使用形態に応じたコンテンツの使用対価の算出が実現される。
 以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されることなく、その発明の技術的思想を逸脱しない範囲で適宜変更可能である。
5.その他
 上記実施形態では、情報処理装置2が種々の記憶・制御をS行ったが、情報処理装置2に代えて、複数の外部装置が用いられてもよい。すなわち、種々の情報やプログラムは、ブロックチェーン技術等を用いて複数の外部装置に分散して記憶されてもよい。
 本実施形態の態様は、情報処理システム1に限定されず、情報処理方法であっても、プログラムであってもよい。情報処理方法は、情報処理システム1の各ステップを備える。プログラムは、コンピュータに、情報処理システム1の各ステップを実行させる。
 情報処理システム1は、情報処理装置2と演奏デバイス3とが統合されたものであってもよい。つまり、演奏デバイス3において、使用対価、使用料等の算出処理が行われてもよい。また、使用ログは必ずしも情報処理装置2(ログサーバ)に記録されなくてもよく、演奏デバイス3のみに記録されてもよい。あるいは、使用ログは情報処理装置2(ログサーバ)に直接記録され、演奏デバイス3に記録されなくてもよい。
 使用ログには、必ずしも演奏者による演奏の結果を示す演奏データが含まれなくてもよい。すなわち、情報処理システム1は、必ずしも演奏データに基づいて使用対価、使用料等を算出しなくてもよく、演奏データ以外の使用ログに含まれる情報に基づいて使用対価、使用料等を算出してもよい。
 情報処理システム1は、必ずしも評価部235を備えなくてもよい。また、情報処理システム1は、必ずしもライセンス更新部333及び使用判定部334を備えなくてもよい。
 次に記載の各態様で提供されてもよい。
(1)情報処理システムであって、少なくとも1つのプロセッサを備え、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサはプログラムを読み出すことで次の各ステップを実行するように構成され、受付ステップでは、演奏者による、複数の管理コンテンツの中からの使用コンテンツの選択を受け付け、ここで、前記複数の管理コンテンツは、それぞれの提供者と関連付けられて管理され、算出ステップでは、前記演奏者による前記使用コンテンツの使用に関するログに基づいて、前記使用コンテンツの前記提供者への使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、演奏者によるコンテンツの使用に関するログに基づいて、コンテンツの提供者への使用対価が算出される。そのため、演奏者による多種の使用形態に応じたコンテンツの使用対価の算出が実現される。
(2)上記(1)に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、さらに記録ステップでは、前記ログを前記演奏者又は前記演奏者が演奏に用いる演奏デバイスと関連付けて記録されるように制御する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、コンテンツの使用に関するログに基づいて、演奏者にコンテンツの使用料を課すことができる。
(3)上記(1)又は(2)に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記算出ステップでは、前記ログに基づいて前記使用コンテンツの使用量を集計し、集計された前記使用量に基づいて、前記使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、演奏者のコンテンツの使用時間、使用回数等に応じた使用対価の算出が可能となる。
(4)上記(3)に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記算出ステップでは、前記使用量と、前記複数の管理コンテンツごとに予め設定された対価算出ルールとに基づいて前記使用対価を算出し、ここで、前記対価算出ルールは、前記使用量と前記使用対価との対応関係を含む、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、コンテンツごとに使用量と使用対価との対応関係を設定することが可能となる。
(5)上記(3)又は(4)に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記算出ステップでは、前記使用量と課金ルールとに基づいて、前記演奏者に課金される、前記使用コンテンツの使用料を算出し、ここで、前記課金ルールは、単位使用量あたりの使用単価を含み、前記使用単価は、前記使用量が大きくなるに連れて小さくなる、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、同一のコンテンツを演奏者が繰り返し使用する場合に、演奏者への課金額が過大となることを抑制できる。そのため、演奏者がコンテンツを利用しやすくなる。
(6)上記(3)に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記受付ステップでは、共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれる前記複数の管理コンテンツの中からの前記使用コンテンツの選択を受け付け、ここで、前記共通課金コンテンツ群は、前記演奏者に所定の使用料が課金されることで前記演奏者が使用可能となるコンテンツで構成され、前記算出ステップでは、所定の金額を、前記使用量に応じて前記共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれる前記複数の管理コンテンツに分配することで、前記使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、複数のコンテンツに対する共通課金が行われるサブスクリプション契約等において、演奏者のコンテンツの使用量に応じた使用対価の算出が可能となる。
(7)上記(1)から(6)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、さらに取得ステップでは、前記演奏者による演奏の結果を示す演奏データを取得し、前記ログは、前記演奏データを含む、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、コンテンツに対し、演奏を伴う使用に応じた使用対価の算出が可能となる。
(8)上記(7)に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記取得ステップでは、前記演奏データとして、前記演奏者による演奏に含まれる音を表す信号を含む発音指示データを取得する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、電子楽器等の演奏デバイスから出力される演奏シーケンスデータを対価算出用のログとして利用することができる。
(9)上記(7)又は(8)に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記取得ステップでは、前記演奏データとして、前記演奏者による演奏の波形データを取得する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、電子的な出力機構を有しないアナログ楽器等の演奏音を使用に関するログとして利用することができる。
(10)上記(7)から(9)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記算出ステップでは、前記演奏データに基づいて、前記演奏者による、前記使用コンテンツを使用した演奏時間を集計し、集計された前記演奏時間に基づいて、前記使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、演奏者の演奏時間に応じた使用対価の算出が可能となる。
(11)上記(1)から(10)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、さらに評価ステップでは、前記使用コンテンツに対する前記演奏者の評価を取得し、前記算出ステップでは、前記ログと、前記評価とに基づいて、前記使用コンテンツの前記提供者への前記使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、ユーザである演奏者の評価を、使用対価へ反映させることが可能となる。
(12)上記(11)に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記評価ステップでは、前記ログに含まれる情報に基づいて、前記評価を算出する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、コンテンツに対する客観的な評価を用いて使用対価を決定することができる。
(13)上記(1)から(12)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記受付ステップでは、前記複数の管理コンテンツごとに前記提供者によって設定されたライセンス形態において、前記演奏者が演奏に用いる演奏デバイスによる前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、コンテンツの提供者がコンテンツごとにライセンス内容をコントロールできる。
(14)上記(1)から(13)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、さらにライセンス更新ステップでは、前記演奏者が演奏に用いる演奏デバイスがサーバ装置と通信可能なときに、前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記使用コンテンツのライセンス情報を、前記サーバ装置に記録されている前記ライセンス情報によって更新し、ここで、前記ライセンス情報は、前記使用コンテンツに対する使用期限を含み、さらに使用判定ステップでは、前記演奏デバイスが有するRTCが示す日時が前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報の前記使用期限内である場合に、前記演奏デバイスによる前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可し、前記算出ステップでは、所定のタイミングで、前記サーバ装置に記録された前記ライセンス情報と前記ログとに基づいて、許諾されていない前記使用コンテンツの未許諾使用を検出するとともに、前記未許諾使用に対する前記使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、使用期限を過ぎたコンテンツの使用を抑制できるとともに、使用期限を過ぎたコンテンツの使用に対する提供者への対価補償を行うことができる。
(15)上記(14)に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記RTCは、前記演奏者による日時の変更ができないように保護されている、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、RTCの日時に基づくコンテンツの管理及び対価補償の信頼性を高められる。
(16)上記(14)又は(15)に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記算出ステップでは、前記未許諾使用に対する前記使用対価に応じて、前記演奏者に課金される追加使用料を算出する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、使用期限を過ぎたコンテンツの使用に対する提供者への補償の原資を演奏者から回収することができる。
(17)上記(14)から(16)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記算出ステップでは、予め用意された資金プールから、前記未許諾使用に対する前記使用対価に応じた金額を減ずる、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、個別の演奏者から追加使用料を回収することなく、追加使用に対する補償をコンテンツの提供者に行うことができる。
(18)上記(14)から(17)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記ライセンス更新ステップでは、前記RTCが示す日時が前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報の有効期限外である場合に、前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報を無効化し、前記使用判定ステップでは、前記ライセンス情報が無効である場合に、前記演奏デバイスによる、当該ライセンス情報に対応する前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可しない、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、ライセンス情報が一定の期間更新されなかった場合に演奏者によるコンテンツの使用を制限することができる。そのため、ライセンス契約期間中でのライセンスの取り消しやライセンス期間の変更等があった場合における未許諾状態でのコンテンツの使用が抑制される。
(19)上記(14)から(18)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記使用判定ステップでは、所定の前記使用コンテンツについて、前記RTCが示す日時が前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報の前記使用期限外である場合に、前記演奏デバイスによる、当該ライセンス情報に対応する前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可しない、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、使用期限が経過した未許諾状態でのコンテンツの使用を制限できる。
(20)上記(14)から(18)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記使用判定ステップでは、所定の前記使用コンテンツについて、前記RTCが示す日時が前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報の前記使用期限外である場合に、前記演奏者による所定の仮許諾操作に応じて、前記演奏デバイスによる、当該ライセンス情報に対応する前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、使用期限が経過した未許諾状態でのコンテンツの使用を演奏者に継続させつつ、コンテンツの提供者に仮許諾に基づいた補償を行うことができる。
(21)上記(14)から(20)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、前記ライセンス情報は、前記提供者が設定した前記使用コンテンツに対するライセンス形態を含み、前記使用判定ステップでは、前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報に含まれるライセンス形態において、前記演奏デバイスによる前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、コンテンツの提供者が設定したライセンス内容にて、演奏者にオフラインでのコンテンツの使用を許可することができる。
(22)上記(1)から(21)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、さらに登録ステップでは、前記提供者から提供されたコンテンツを前記複数の管理コンテンツの一部として登録し、さらに送金ステップでは、前記使用対価の相当額を前記提供者へ送金する、情報処理システム。
 このような構成によれば、コンテンツの提供者に対し、演奏者による多種の使用形態に応じた使用対価を提供可能なエコシステムが構築できる。
(23)情報処理方法であって、上記(1)から(22)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムの各ステップを備える、情報処理方法。
(24)プログラムであって、コンピュータに、上記(1)から(22)のいずれか1つに記載の情報処理システムの各ステップを実行させるための、プログラム。
 もちろん、この限りではない。

Claims (24)

  1.  情報処理システムであって、
     少なくとも1つのプロセッサを備え、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサはプログラムを読み出すことで次の各ステップを実行するように構成され、
     受付ステップでは、演奏者による、複数の管理コンテンツの中からの使用コンテンツの選択を受け付け、ここで、前記複数の管理コンテンツは、それぞれの提供者と関連付けられて管理され、
     算出ステップでは、前記演奏者による前記使用コンテンツの使用に関するログに基づいて、前記使用コンテンツの前記提供者への使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
  2.  請求項1に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     さらに記録ステップでは、前記ログを前記演奏者又は前記演奏者が演奏に用いる演奏デバイスと関連付けて記録されるように制御する、情報処理システム。
  3.  請求項1に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記算出ステップでは、前記ログに基づいて前記使用コンテンツの使用量を集計し、集計された前記使用量に基づいて、前記使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
  4.  請求項3に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記算出ステップでは、前記使用量と、前記複数の管理コンテンツごとに予め設定された対価算出ルールとに基づいて前記使用対価を算出し、ここで、前記対価算出ルールは、前記使用量と前記使用対価との対応関係を含む、情報処理システム。
  5.  請求項3に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記算出ステップでは、前記使用量と課金ルールとに基づいて、前記演奏者に課金される、前記使用コンテンツの使用料を算出し、ここで、前記課金ルールは、単位使用量あたりの使用単価を含み、前記使用単価は、前記使用量が大きくなるに連れて小さくなる、情報処理システム。
  6.  請求項3に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記受付ステップでは、共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれる前記複数の管理コンテンツの中からの前記使用コンテンツの選択を受け付け、ここで、前記共通課金コンテンツ群は、前記演奏者に所定の使用料が課金されることで前記演奏者が使用可能となるコンテンツで構成され、
     前記算出ステップでは、所定の金額を、前記使用量に応じて前記共通課金コンテンツ群に含まれる前記複数の管理コンテンツに分配することで、前記使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
  7.  請求項1に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     さらに取得ステップでは、前記演奏者による演奏の結果を示す演奏データを取得し、
     前記ログは、前記演奏データを含む、情報処理システム。
  8.  請求項7に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記取得ステップでは、前記演奏データとして、前記演奏者による演奏に含まれる音を表す信号を含む発音指示データを取得する、情報処理システム。
  9.  請求項7に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記取得ステップでは、前記演奏データとして、前記演奏者による演奏の波形データを取得する、情報処理システム。
  10.  請求項7に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記算出ステップでは、前記演奏データに基づいて、前記演奏者による、前記使用コンテンツを使用した演奏時間を集計し、集計された前記演奏時間に基づいて、前記使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
  11.  請求項1に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     さらに評価ステップでは、前記使用コンテンツに対する前記演奏者の評価を取得し、
     前記算出ステップでは、前記ログと、前記評価とに基づいて、前記使用コンテンツの前記提供者への前記使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
  12.  請求項11に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記評価ステップでは、前記ログに含まれる情報に基づいて、前記評価を算出する、情報処理システム。
  13.  請求項1に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記受付ステップでは、前記複数の管理コンテンツごとに前記提供者によって設定されたライセンス形態において、前記演奏者が演奏に用いる演奏デバイスによる前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可する、情報処理システム。
  14.  請求項1に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     さらにライセンス更新ステップでは、前記演奏者が演奏に用いる演奏デバイスがサーバ装置と通信可能なときに、前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記使用コンテンツのライセンス情報を、前記サーバ装置に記録されている前記ライセンス情報によって更新し、ここで、前記ライセンス情報は、前記使用コンテンツに対する使用期限を含み、
     さらに使用判定ステップでは、前記演奏デバイスが有するRTCが示す日時が前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報の前記使用期限内である場合に、前記演奏デバイスによる前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可し、
     前記算出ステップでは、所定のタイミングで、前記サーバ装置に記録された前記ライセンス情報と前記ログとに基づいて、許諾されていない前記使用コンテンツの未許諾使用を検出するとともに、前記未許諾使用に対する前記使用対価を算出する、情報処理システム。
  15.  請求項14に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記RTCは、前記演奏者による日時の変更ができないように保護されている、情報処理システム。
  16.  請求項14に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記算出ステップでは、前記未許諾使用に対する前記使用対価に応じて、前記演奏者に課金される追加使用料を算出する、情報処理システム。
  17.  請求項14に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記算出ステップでは、予め用意された資金プールから、前記未許諾使用に対する前記使用対価に応じた金額を減ずる、情報処理システム。
  18.  請求項14に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記ライセンス更新ステップでは、前記RTCが示す日時が前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報の有効期限外である場合に、前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報を無効化し、
     前記使用判定ステップでは、前記ライセンス情報が無効である場合に、前記演奏デバイスによる、当該ライセンス情報に対応する前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可しない、情報処理システム。
  19.  請求項14に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記使用判定ステップでは、所定の前記使用コンテンツについて、前記RTCが示す日時が前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報の前記使用期限外である場合に、前記演奏デバイスによる、当該ライセンス情報に対応する前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可しない、情報処理システム。
  20.  請求項14に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記使用判定ステップでは、所定の前記使用コンテンツについて、前記RTCが示す日時が前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報の前記使用期限外である場合に、前記演奏者による所定の仮許諾操作に応じて、前記演奏デバイスによる、当該ライセンス情報に対応する前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可する、情報処理システム。
  21.  請求項14に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     前記ライセンス情報は、前記提供者が設定した前記使用コンテンツに対するライセンス形態を含み、
     前記使用判定ステップでは、前記演奏デバイスに記録されている前記ライセンス情報に含まれるライセンス形態において、前記演奏デバイスによる前記使用コンテンツの使用を許可する、情報処理システム。
  22.  請求項1に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
     さらに登録ステップでは、前記提供者から提供されたコンテンツを前記複数の管理コンテンツの一部として登録し、
     さらに送金ステップでは、前記使用対価の相当額を前記提供者へ送金する、情報処理システム。
  23.  情報処理方法であって、
     請求項1から請求項22のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理システムの各ステップを備える、情報処理方法。
  24.  プログラムであって、
     コンピュータに、請求項1から請求項22のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理システムの各ステップを実行させるための、プログラム。
