作業者と移動体との協調制御において作業者の安全性や利便性を改善させる。移動体は、荷役作業を行う移動体であって、荷役作業の動作制御を行う制御部と、端末の操作に基づく信号を受信する通信部と、を備える。制御部は、作業者の作業領域から離れた作業待機位置への移動を実行し、作業待機位置において停止する第1制御と、停止状態において端末の操作に基づく信号を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、作業待機位置から作業領域への進入を実行する第2制御と、を実行する。

Description

移動体、制御システム及び移動体の制御方法
 本開示は、移動体、制御システム及び移動体の制御方法に関する。
 例えばフォークリフトなどの移動体に、トラックなどへの荷物の積み下ろしなどの荷役作業を自動的に実施させる技術が知られている。移動体だけでは実施できない作業については、作業者が実施する。例えば特許文献1には、作業者であるトラックドライバに無人フォークリフトを協調させる制御を行う技術が記載されている。

 作業者と移動体との協調制御において作業者の安全性や利便性を改善させることが望まれる。
 本開示は、上述した課題を解決するものであり、作業者と移動体との協調制御において作業者の安全性や利便性を改善させることが可能な移動体、制御システム及び移動体の制御方法を提供することを目的とする。
 本開示に係る移動体は、荷役作業を行う移動体であって、前記荷役作業の動作制御を行う制御部と、端末の操作に基づく信号を受信する通信部と、を備え、前記制御部は、作業者の作業領域から離れた作業待機位置への移動を実行し、前記作業待機位置において停止する第1制御と、停止状態において前記端末の操作に基づく信号を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、前記作業待機位置から前記作業領域への進入を実行する第2制御と、を実行する。
 本開示に係る制御システムは、荷役作業を行う移動体と、操作入力を受け付ける端末と、を備え、前記移動体は、前記荷役作業に関わる作業者の作業領域から離れた作業待機位置への移動を実行し、前記作業待機位置において停止する第1制御と、停止状態において前記端末への操作に基づく信号を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、前記作業待機位置から前記作業領域への進入を実行する第2制御と、を実行する。
 本開示に係る移動体の制御方法は、荷役作業を行う移動体の制御方法であって、前記荷役作業に関わる作業者の作業領域から離れた作業待機位置への移動を実行し、前記作業待機位置において停止するステップと、停止状態において端末の操作に基づく信号を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、前記作業待機位置から前記作業領域への進入を実行するステップと、を備える。
 本開示によれば、作業者と移動体との協調制御において作業者の安全性や利便性を改善させることができる。

 以下に添付図面を参照して、本開示の好適な実施形態を詳細に説明する。なお、この実施形態により本開示が限定されるものではなく、また、実施形態が複数ある場合には、各実施形態を組み合わせて構成するものも含むものである。
 (第1実施形態)
 (制御システム)
 図1は、第1実施形態に係る制御システムの模式図である。図1に示すように、第1実施形態に係る制御システム1は、移動体10と、端末11と、情報処理装置12とを含む。制御システム1は、設備に所属する移動体10の移動を制御するシステムである。設備は、例えば倉庫など、物流管理される設備である。制御システム1は、複数の移動体10を備えることができる。制御システム1においては、移動体10は、トラックなどの貨物車両V(図4参照)に対する荷役作業(荷物Pの積み降ろし)を行う。本実施形態では、荷物Pは、パレット上に物品が積載された搬送対象物である。荷物P(図4参照)は、前面(例えばパレットの前面)に、移動体10の後述するフォーク24が挿入される穴(開口部)が形成されている。
 実施形態では、移動体10は、荷役作業を行う作業者Hと協調作業を行う。つまり、移動体10は、作業者Hが作業を行う領域である作業領域AR内の少なくとも一部に進入して荷役作業を行う。作業領域ARは、設備内や貨物車両Vにおける所定領域であり、荷役作業を行う領域として制御システム1において予め設定される。移動体10は、自律的に移動して荷役作業を実行する。移動体10は、荷役作業の一部について、端末11からの信号に応じて動作を開始したり停止したりする。情報処理装置12は、ネットワークを介して移動体10と端末11とに接続されている。情報処理装置12は、端末11からの信号に応じて移動体10の制御モードを切り替える指示を移動体10に送信する。また、情報処理装置12は、移動体10を管理する処理を行う。情報処理装置12は、移動体10の情報を収集し、端末11に対して送信する。
 以下、移動体10が移動する設備の床面(すなわち、水平面)に沿った一方向をX方向とし、床面に沿った方向であって、X方向に直交する方向をY方向とする。本実施形態では、Y方向は、X方向に直交する方向である。また、X方向及びY方向にそれぞれ直交する方向を、より詳しくは鉛直方向の上方に向かう方向をZ方向とする。また、本実施形態においては、「位置」とは、特に断りのない限り、移動体10が走行する領域上の二次元面(すなわち、水平面)に設定された座標系における位置(座標)を指す。また、移動体10などの「姿勢」とは、特に断りのない限り、上記座標系における移動体10などの向きであり、移動体10のヨー角(回転角度)を指す。
 (移動体)
 図2は、移動体の構成の模式図である。移動体10は、自動で移動可能であり荷物Pを搬送可能な装置である。さらに言えば、本実施形態では、移動体10は、無人のフォークリフトであり、より詳しくはいわゆるAGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)やAGF(Automated Guided Forklift)である。
 図2に示すように、移動体10は、車体20と、車輪20Aと、ストラドルレッグ21と、マスト22と、フォーク24(保持部)と、センサ26と、TOFカメラ27と、制御部28とを備えている。ストラドルレッグ21は、車体20の前後方向における一方の端部に設けられて、車体20から突出する一対の軸状の部材である。車輪20Aは、それぞれのストラドルレッグ21の先端と、車体20とに設けられている。すなわち、車輪20Aは、合計3個設けられているが、車輪20Aの設けられる位置や個数は任意であってよい。マスト22は、ストラドルレッグ21に移動可能に取り付けられ、車体20の前後方向に移動する。マスト22は、前後方向に直交する上下方向(ここではZ方向)に沿って延在する。フォーク24は、マスト22に昇降可能(Z方向に移動可能)に取付けられている。フォーク24は、マスト22に対して、車体20の横方向(上下方向及び前後方向に交差する方向)にも移動可能である。
 移動体10は、荷物Pを保持する保持部として、フォーク24を備える。フォーク24は、一対のツメ24A、24Bを有している。ツメ24A、24Bは、マスト22から車体20の前方向に向けて延在している。ツメ24Aとツメ24Bとは、マスト22の横方向(左右方向)に、所定間隔をあけて互いに離れて配置されている。以下、前後方向のうち、移動体10においてフォーク24(ツメ24A、24B)が設けられている側の方向を前方向とし、フォーク24が設けられていない側の方向を後方向とする。また、ツメ24A、24Bの延在方向におけるマスト22側を基端側とし、マスト22と反対側を先端側とする。
 移動体10は、フォーク24のリフト、リーチ、チルト、サイドシフトの各動作が可能である。リフト動作は、フォーク24をマスト22に沿って上下に移動させる動作である。リーチ動作は、フォーク24及びマスト22を、ストラドルレッグ21に沿って前後に移動させる動作である。チルト動作は、フォーク24の先端側を、基端側に対して斜め上向き又は斜め下向きになるように傾斜させる動作である。サイドシフト動作は、フォーク24を、マスト22に対して左右方向に移動させる動作である。移動体10は、フォーク24を荷物Pのパレットの穴に挿し込むことで、荷物Pを保持する。移動体10は、フォーク24を荷物Pのパレットの穴から抜き取ることで、荷物Pの保持を解除する。
 一対のツメ24A、24Bは、リミットスイッチなどの保持検知センサ25Aを備える。保持検知センサ25Aは、フォーク24(ツメ24A、24B)を荷物P(パレット)の穴に挿し込んだ際に接触を検出する。一対のツメ24A、24Bは、圧力センサなどの接触検知センサ25Bを備える。接触検知センサ25Bは、各ツメ24A、24Bの外側面に設けられる。接触検知センサ25Bは、フォーク24(ツメ24A、24B)が荷物Pや後述する緩衝材Kと接触して作動し、この接触を検出する。
 センサ26は、車体20の周辺に存在する物体の位置及び姿勢の少なくとも1つを検出する。センサ26は、移動体10に対する物体の位置と、移動体10に対する物体の姿勢との少なくとも一方を検出するともいえる。本実施形態では、センサ26は、それぞれのストラドルレッグ21の前方向における先端と、車体20の後方向側とに設けられている。ただし、センサ26の設けられる位置はこれに限られず、任意の位置に設けられてもよいし、設けられる数も任意であってよい。
 センサ26は、例えばレーザ光を照射するセンサである。センサ26は、一方向(ここでは横方向)に走査しつつレーザ光を照射し、照射したレーザ光の反射光から、物体の位置及び向きを検出する。すなわち、センサ26は、いわゆる2次元(2D)-LiDAR(Light Detection And Ranging)であるともいえる。ただし、センサ26は、以上のものに限られず任意の方法で物体を検出するセンサであってよく、例えば、複数の方向に走査されるいわゆる3次元(3D)-LiDARであってもよいし、走査されない、いわゆる1次元(1D)-LiDARであってもよい。
 TOFカメラ27は、フォーク24の前方における物体の画像及び位置情報を検出する。TOFカメラ27は、ToF(Time of Flight)方式の距離画像センサをイメージセンサとして備える。ToF方式とは、発光源からの光を対象物に照射し、その反射光をイメージセンサで検出するまでの時間差を利用して対象物までの距離を測定する距離測定手法である。TOFカメラ27は、撮影画像と共に、画素ごとの深度情報を計測した深度画像を生成する。これにより、撮影画像に写る対象までの距離が取得できる。
 (移動体の制御装置)
 制御部28は、移動体10による荷役作業の動作制御を行う。図1に示すように、制御部28は、演算装置30と、コントローラ40と、を備える。
 演算装置30は、コンピュータであり、CPU(Central Processing Unit)などの演算回路31と、RAMと、ROMのような主記憶装置と、HDDなどの外部記憶装置とを含む記憶部32と、アンテナやWiFiモジュールなどの通信部33と、を備える。演算装置30は、通信部33により情報処理装置12と通信可能である。通信部33は、例えば、情報処理装置12を介して、端末11の操作に基づく信号を受信する。記憶部32は、演算回路31の演算内容やプログラムなどの各種情報を記憶するメモリであり、例えば、RAM(Random Access Memory)と、ROM(Read Only Memory)のような主記憶装置と、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)、SSD(Solid State Drive)などの外部記憶装置とを含む。
 演算装置30は、状態管理部34Aと、走行経路生成部34Bと、自己位置推定部34Cと、荷役処理部34Dと、を備える。演算回路31は、記憶部32からプログラムを読み出して実行することで、状態管理部34Aと、走行経路生成部34Bと、自己位置推定部34Cと、荷役処理部34Dとを実現して、それらの処理を実行する。状態管理部34Aと、走行経路生成部34Bと、自己位置推定部34Cと、荷役処理部34Dとは、それぞれ別々のハードウェアにより実現されてもよい。
 状態管理部34Aは、走行経路生成部34Bと、自己位置推定部34Cと、荷役処理部34Dと、を統括する。状態管理部34Aは、情報処理装置12から受信した制御モードの指示に基づいて、移動体10の制御モードの遷移処理を行う。制御モードは、複数のモードを含む。制御モードは、少なくとも、走行モードと、荷役モードとを含む。走行モードでは、移動体10の目標位置への移動が行われる。荷役モードでは、荷物Pをフォーク24によって保持したり、荷物Pの保持を解除して目標位置に荷物Pを設置したりする動作が行われる。状態管理部34Aは、走行経路、移動体10の自己位置(すなわち、現在位置)、現在の制御モードなどの情報を、通信部33により情報処理装置12へ送信する。
 走行経路生成部34Bは、移動体10が走行する経路(走行パス)を生成する。走行経路生成部34Bは、荷物Pの荷取り位置と荷下ろし位置との間の移動体10の移動経路を生成する。走行経路生成部34Bは、前進後退、横移動、信地旋回などの移動体10が可能な動作を組み合わせて、時系列の移動体10の位置及び姿勢(向き)を含んだ走行経路を生成する。走行経路生成部34Bは、生成した走行経路の情報をコントローラ40に出力する。
 自己位置推定部34Cは、移動体10の位置及び姿勢(向き)を推定する。移動体10は、センサ26やTOFカメラ27などの検出結果に基づいて、自機の周囲の環境情報を検出する。自己位置推定部34Cは、例えば、SLAM(Slmultaneous Localization and Mapping)により、環境情報から移動体10の位置及び姿勢を推定する。推定した移動体10の位置及び姿勢の情報は、走行経路生成部34B及び荷役処理部34Dの処理に利用される。なお、設備の各所に図示しない検出体を設けておき、自己位置推定部34Cが、センサ26による検出体の検出に基づき、移動体10の位置及び姿勢の情報を取得してもよい。
 荷役処理部34Dは、荷役動作の制御を行う。荷役処理部34Dは、フォーク24の動作指示を生成して、コントローラ40に出力する。荷役処理部34Dは、TOFカメラ27による荷物Pの位置の検出結果に基づいた荷物Pの位置情報を取得する。荷役処理部34Dは、荷物Pの穴の位置、荷取り位置や荷積み位置、障害物位置に対するフォーク24のツメ24A、24Bの移動量を算出する。荷役処理部34Dは、これらの情報に基づいて荷役動作の指示を、コントローラ40に出力する。
 コントローラ40は、演算装置30からの制御指示に基づいて、移動体10の車体20(車輪20Aの駆動部)やフォーク24(フォーク24やマスト22の駆動部)の駆動制御を行う。コントローラ40は、各種のセンサの検出制御を行う。コントローラ40は、走行制御部41と、検出制御部42と、荷役制御部43とを含む。
 走行制御部41は、走行経路生成部34Bから出力される走行経路に従って、移動体10の走行制御を行う。走行制御部41は、走行経路と移動体10の自己位置とに基づいて、移動体10の車体20(車輪20Aの駆動部)の駆動制御を行うことにより、移動体10を走行経路に沿って移動させる。
 検出制御部42は、保持検知センサ25A、接触検知センサ25B、センサ26、TOFカメラ27などを含む各種のセンサによる検出制御を行う。検出制御部42は、各種のセンサの検出結果を演算装置30に出力する。検出制御部42は、各種のセンサの検出結果に基づく環境地図の作成などの、自己位置推定の処理の少なくとも一部を実行してもよい。
 荷役制御部43は、荷役処理部34Dから出力される荷役動作の指示に従って、移動体10の荷役動作の制御を行う。すなわち、荷役制御部43は、荷物Pの保持部であるフォーク24及びマスト22の駆動機構を制御する。荷役制御部43は、荷役動作の指示に基づいて、荷物Pの穴や障害物に応じてフォーク24の位置を調整する動作、荷物Pの穴にフォーク24のツメ24A、24Bを挿し込む動作、荷物Pを持ち上げる動作または設置する昇降動作、などの各種の動作制御を行う。
 (情報処理装置)
 情報処理装置12は、設備に設けられ、移動体10の移動に関する情報などを処理する装置である。情報処理装置12は、例えばFCS(Fleet Control System)であるが、それに限られず、移動体10の移動に関する情報を処理する任意の装置であってよい。情報処理装置12は、コンピュータである。情報処理装置12は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)などの演算回路と、RAMと、ROMのような主記憶装置と、HDDなどの外部記憶装置とを含む記憶部と、アンテナやWiFiモジュールなどの通信部と、を備える。
 (端末)
 端末11は、情報処理装置12と通信可能なコンピュータである。端末11は、荷役作業に関わる作業者又は荷役作業の監視(補助)業務を行うオペレータなどの操作入力を受け付ける。端末11は、操作入力に応じた信号を情報処理装置12に送信する。端末11への操作に基づく信号が、情報処理装置12を介して移動体10に送信される。なお、端末11は、情報処理装置12を介さずに、移動体10と直接通信可能であってもよい。端末11は、いわゆる地上システムなどの他のコンピュータを介して、情報処理装置12と通信可能であってもよい。
 第1実施形態では、端末11は、荷役作業を行う作業者Hが操作する操作端末11Aを含む。ここでの作業者Hは、貨物車両Vの運転手など、貨物車両Vに積載される荷物Pを運送する作業者である。操作端末11Aは、作業者Hが携行して荷役作業に従事することが可能な携帯型端末である。携帯型端末は、タブレット型の情報処理端末や、スマートフォンなどであってもよい。携帯型端末は、制御システム1に用いる専用の端末であってもよい。
 図3は、本開示の一実施形態に係る操作端末11Aの模式的なブロック図である。図3に示すように、操作端末11Aは、制御部50と、入力部52と、表示部54と、記憶部56と、通信部58とを備える。入力部52は、ユーザの操作を受け付ける装置であり、例えばタッチパネルや、キースイッチ(押しボタン)などである。表示部54は、画像を表示する表示装置である。記憶部56は、制御部50の演算内容やプログラムの情報などを記憶するメモリであり、例えば、RAMと、ROMのような主記憶装置と、HDDなどの外部記憶装置とのうち、少なくとも1つ含む。通信部58は、外部の装置と通信を行う通信モジュールであり、例えばアンテナなどである。操作端末11Aは、無線通信で情報処理装置12と通信を行うが、通信方式は任意であってよい。
 制御部50は、演算装置、すなわちCPUを含む。制御部50は、情報取得部51Aと、許可信号生成部51Bと、一時停止信号生成部51Cと、を含む。制御部50は、記憶部56からプログラム(ソフトウェア)を読み出して実行することで、情報取得部51Aと、許可信号生成部51Bと、一時停止信号生成部51Cと、を実現する。なお、制御部50は、ハードウェアによってこれらの処理を実現してもよい。
 情報取得部51Aは、情報処理装置12から送信される情報を、通信部33を介して取得する。情報取得部51Aは、例えば移動体10の状態の情報を表示部54に表示させる。
 許可信号生成部51Bは、操作端末11A(入力部52)への操作に基づく信号を生成し、出力する。具体的には、許可信号生成部51Bは、移動体10が後述する第1制御を完了して停止状態に移行した場合に、入力部52への操作に基づいて、第1制御に後続する第2制御を実行するための許可信号60を生成する。許可信号生成部51Bは、生成した許可信号60を、通信部33により情報処理装置12へ送信する。移動体10の制御部28は、停止状態において端末11の操作に基づく信号(許可信号60)を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、停止状態を解除して第2制御を実行する。条件については後述する。
 一時停止信号生成部51Cは、操作端末11A(入力部52)への操作に基づく信号を生成し、出力する。一時停止信号生成部51Cは、許可信号生成部51Bによる許可信号60とは異なる信号を生成する。具体的には、一時停止信号生成部51Cは、入力部52への操作に基づいて、移動体10の状況(第1制御、第2制御の実行状況)に関わらず実行中の動作を一時停止させるための一時停止信号を生成する。一時停止信号生成部51Cは、生成した一時停止信号を、通信部33により情報処理装置12へ送信する。移動体10の制御部28は、一時停止信号を受信すると、第1制御及び第2制御に関わらず実行中の動作を一時停止させる第3制御を実行する。
 なお、一時停止信号生成部51Cは、入力部52への操作に基づいて、移動体10の一時停止状態を解除するための解除信号を生成する。一時停止信号生成部51Cは、生成した解除信号を、通信部33により情報処理装置12へ送信する。移動体10の制御部28は、第3制御による一時停止中に、解除信号を受信すると、第3制御による一時停止を解除して、一時停止の前に実行中の動作制御を再開する。
 (制御部の処理)
 次に、移動体10が作業者Hと協調して荷役作業を行う際の制御部28の処理について説明する。図4は、荷役作業における移動体10の動作の一例を示す図である。
 荷役作業では、移動体10の少なくとも一部は、作業者Hが作業を行う作業領域AR内に進入する。実施形態に係る制御部28は、作業者Hの作業領域ARから離れた作業待機位置92への移動を実行し、作業待機位置92において停止する第1制御と、停止状態において端末11の操作に基づく信号(すなわち、許可信号60)を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、作業待機位置92から作業領域ARへの進入を実行する第2制御と、を実行する。第1制御は、作業領域AR内に進入する直前の位置まで移動する制御であり、第2制御は、作業領域AR内への進入を伴う動作を行う制御である。
 作業領域ARは、作業者Hが荷役作業を行う領域である。作業領域ARは、予め設定される。図4に示す例では、作業領域ARは、貨物車両Vにおける荷物Pを載置する荷台V1上の領域である。例えば荷積みを行う際、移動体10が設備の荷取り位置90から荷物Pを保持し、貨物車両Vの荷台V1上の目標位置93へ荷物Pを積載する。作業者Hは、作業領域ARである荷台V1上で、荷物Pの周囲に緩衝材を設置するなどの作業を行う。
 実施形態では、第1制御は、移動体10を移動させる走行モードの制御である。第2制御は、荷物Pを設置したり荷物Pを取り上げたりする荷役モードの制御である。
 図4の例では、制御部28は、移動体10が荷取り位置90から荷物Pを保持した後、走行モードに遷移して、走行パスに従って作業待機位置92まで移動する第1制御が行われる。作業待機位置92は、作業者Hの作業領域ARから離れているため、作業中の作業者Hと移動体10とが干渉することはない。制御部28は、移動体10が作業待機位置92に到達すると、荷役モードに遷移して停止状態となる。つまり、移動体10の停止状態では、走行モードである第1制御の処理が完了済みとなっており、荷役モードである第2制御の動作開始を待機する状態となる。
 制御部28は、停止状態において条件が満たされると、荷役モードである第2制御を開始する。すなわち、制御部28は、移動体10が作業領域AR内へ進入して目標位置93へアプローチ(接近)し、所定の荷役動作を実行するように移動体10を制御する。所定の荷役動作は、保持している荷物Pを目標位置93へ設置する荷積み動作、又は、目標位置に設置されている荷物Pを保持して取り上げる荷取り動作である。第2制御では、移動体10の少なくとも一部が作業領域ARの内側に進入する。作業領域ARの内側とは、XY座標における作業領域ARとして規定された範囲の内側の意味であり、ここでは貨物車両Vの荷台V1の外周縁よりも内側である。作業領域ARの内側は、荷台V1の床面よりも上方の空間も含む。
 移動体10の少なくとも一部が作業領域ARに進入すると、作業中の作業者Hや、作業領域AR内の障害物と移動体10とが干渉(接触)する可能性がある。そこで、実施形態では、制御部28は、停止状態において条件が満たされることで初めて、第2制御による移動体10の作業領域AR内への進入を伴う第2制御を開始する。
 第2制御を開始するための条件は、端末11の操作に基づく信号(許可信号60)を受信したことを、少なくとも含む。第1実施形態では、許可信号60は、作業者Hが操作する操作端末11Aへの操作入力に応じて送信される。つまり、許可信号60は、作業領域AR内で作業を行う作業者Hの意図的な操作に基づいて送信される。作業者Hは、緩衝材の設置など、作業領域ARにおいて先に実行しておく作業を済ませ、移動体10と干渉することがないような目標位置93から離れた位置(あるいは作業領域ARの外部)に退避してから、許可信号60の送信の操作入力を行う。これにより、移動体10において第2制御(荷役モード)の動作時に、作業領域AR内に進入する移動体10と作業者Hとが干渉することが回避される。
 なお、第2制御を開始するための条件は、許可信号60の受信以外の他の条件を含んでもよい。
 図5は、実施形態に係る移動体10の制御方法の一例を示すフローチャートである。図6は、進入前サイドシフト処理を説明するためのフローチャートである。移動体10の制御方法は、制御部28の処理によって実現される。なお、説明の便宜のため、図5に示したフローチャートは、移動体10は荷取り位置90において荷物Pを保持した状態からスタートすることとする。
 まず、走行経路生成部34Bが、移動体10が走行する経路(走行パス)を生成する(ステップS1)。走行経路生成部34Bは、図4(A)に示したように、荷取り位置90から、リフト制御位置91を通過して、作業待機位置92に到達する経路を生成する。リフト制御位置91は、荷取り位置90と作業待機位置92との間に設定される。リフト制御位置91は、保持部であるフォーク24の上下位置などの制御を開始する位置である。走行パスの生成は、荷物Pを保持する前に行われていてもよい。
 走行パスが生成された後、状態管理部34Aは、制御モードを走行モードに遷移する(ステップS2)。つまり、制御部28は、第1制御を開始する。走行経路生成部34Bは、現在位置から作業待機位置92まで移動する走行制御を行う(ステップS3)。移動体10は、図4の(B)、(C)、(D)に示すように、リフト制御位置91を経て、作業待機位置92まで移動する。図4(C)に示すリフト制御位置91から作業待機位置92までの移動の過程で、荷役処理部34Dは、目標位置93がある荷台V1の高さに合わせるようにフォーク24の高さを調整する制御を行う。作業待機位置92は、移動体10が作業領域ARの目標位置93と正対する位置に設定される。作業待機位置92は、移動体10が目標位置93へのアプローチ動作を開始する位置である。作業待機位置92は、移動体10及び移動体10に保持された荷物Pが、作業領域ARの外部に位置する。
 移動体10が作業待機位置92に到達すると、状態管理部34Aは、制御モードを荷役モードに遷移して、走行経路生成部34Bにより移動体10を停止させる(ステップS4)。これにより、移動体10は、図4(D)に示す作業待機位置92で停止状態になる。
 状態管理部34Aは、許可信号60の受信を含む、第2制御を開始する条件を満たしたか否かを判定する(ステップS5)。状態管理部34Aは、条件が満たされていない場合(ステップS5;NO)、ステップS5の判定を繰り返し、待機する。
 この状態で、作業者Hは、荷物Pの設置前に実行しておくべき作業を行う。図7は、移動体10の停止状態での作業の流れを示した模式図である。図7(A)に示すように、移動体10は、作業待機位置92において停止状態となっている。図7(B)に示すように、作業者Hは、荷台V1上の作業領域ARにおいて、目標位置93に隣接する他の荷物XPの周囲に緩衝材Kを設置するといった作業を行う。図7(C)に示すように、作業者Hは、必要な作業が完了すると、目標位置93から離れた退避位置へ移動し、操作端末11Aの入力部52から許可信号60を送信するための操作入力を行う。許可信号生成部51Bが、操作に基づいて許可信号60を生成し、通信部33により許可信号60を送信する。情報処理装置12は、操作端末11Aから送信された許可信号60を受信すると、移動体10に許可信号60を送信する。情報処理装置12が送信する信号は、許可信号60そのものでなくてもよく、例えば第2制御(荷役モード)の処理を進める旨の指示でもよい。移動体10は、端末11(操作端末11A)の操作に基づく信号を受信できればよい。
 移動体10の状態管理部34Aは、許可信号60を受信し、条件が満たされると(ステップS5;YES)、停止状態を解除して第2制御を進める。なお、図5では荷役モードに遷移してから停止状態となるが、条件が満たされた後で荷役モードに遷移(第2制御を開始)してもよい。
 第2制御は、作業領域ARへの進入(ステップS8)と、作業領域ARの内部における荷積み又は荷取り動作(ステップS10)と、作業領域ARからの離脱(ステップS11)と、を含む。第1実施形態では、制御部28は、第2制御の一連の動作制御を作業者Hによる操作なしで行う。つまり、移動体10は、端末11(操作端末11A)の操作に基づく信号(許可信号)を受信して条件が満たされた後は、作業者Hによる操作端末11Aの操作なしで、作業領域ARへの進入と、荷積み又は荷取りと、作業領域ARからの離脱との一連の動作を自動的に実行する。そのため、作業者Hは、停止状態を解除するための許可信号60の送信の操作を行うだけで、他の操作なしで、移動体10に一連の動作を実行させることが可能である。
 以下、第2制御の詳細を説明する。まず、荷役処理部34Dは、目標位置93に隣接する障害物の位置情報を取得する(ステップS6)。図8は、隣接する障害物の位置情報を取得する方法の例を示した模式図である。荷役処理部34Dは、目標位置93と正対した状態で、TOFカメラ27の検出結果により、目標位置93に対して左右方向に隣接する障害物を検知する。障害物は、図8(A)に示す隣接する他の荷物XPや、図8(B)に示す貨物車両Vの荷台V1の壁部V2などである。このように、荷役処理部34Dは、作業領域ARに存在する障害物の位置情報を取得する。
 次に、図5に示すように、荷役処理部34Dは、隣接する障害物の位置情報に基づいて、進入前サイドシフト処理を行う(ステップS7)。進入前サイドシフト処理は、後述する進入後サイドシフト処理(ステップS9参照)とペアで実行される。サイドシフトとは、荷物Pの保持部であるフォーク24を、左右方向に変位させる動作である。
 図9は、作業領域への進入前のサイドシフト動作の例を示した模式図である。図9では、目標位置93に隣接する障害物Bとして、他の荷物XP及び緩衝材Kが存在する例を示す。進入前サイドシフト処理では、荷役処理部34Dは、作業領域AR内への進入前に、予め、障害物Bに対して離れる方向に保持部(フォーク24)を変位させる。図9では目標位置93の左側に他の荷物XP及び緩衝材Kがあるため、障害物Bに対して離れる方向は右方向である。荷役処理部34Dは、目標位置93に対して右側に、フォーク24をサイドシフトさせる制御を行う。進入前サイドシフト処理によって、目標位置93の周囲に存在する障害物Bからフォーク24及び荷物Pが遠ざかる位置に予め配置されるので、目標位置93へ接近する際に他の荷物XPと接触したり、緩衝材Kを巻き込んだりすることを防止できる。
 具体的には、図6に示すように、荷役処理部34Dは、隣接する障害物の位置情報に基づいて、フォーク24のサイドシフトのみで、隣接する障害物との干渉が回避可能か否かを判定する(ステップS21)。フォーク24のサイドシフトの変位量上限値は既知である。荷役処理部34Dは、フォーク24のサイドシフトによって、障害物とフォーク24との間に閾値以上の間隔を形成できる場合、干渉回避可能と判定する。荷役処理部34Dは、干渉回避可能と判定した場合(ステップS21;YES)、隣接する障害物の位置情報に基づいて、目標位置93に他の荷物があるか否かを判定する(ステップS22)。
 荷役処理部34Dは、目標位置93に他の荷物がある場合(ステップS22;YES)、荷物Pの荷積みが不可能であるためエラー処理を実行する(ステップS23)。例えば制御部28が、情報処理装置12を介して操作端末11Aへエラー情報を送信する。
 荷役処理部34Dは、目標位置93に他の荷物がない場合(ステップS22;NO)、目標位置93に対して、隣接する障害物から離れる方向に、フォーク24を変位させる(ステップS24)。すなわち、荷役処理部34Dは、障害物との左右方向の間隔が閾値以上になる変位量だけ、フォーク24をサイドシフトさせる。このように、荷役処理部34Dは、障害物の位置情報に基づいて変位量を算出することにより、保持部(フォーク24)の変位量を決定する。なお、フォーク24の変位量は、予め設定された固定値としてもよい。すなわち、荷役処理部34Dは、記憶部32に予め設定された変位量を取得することにより、保持部(フォーク24)の変位量を決定してもよい。
 一方、荷役処理部34Dは、ステップS21において、フォーク24のサイドシフトのみによって、障害物とフォーク24との間に閾値以上の間隔を形成できない場合、干渉回避不可能と判定する。荷役処理部34Dは、サイドシフトのみで干渉回避不可能と判定した場合(ステップS21;NO)、干渉回避不可能という判定(不可判定)が1度目か否かを判定する(ステップS25)。
 一方、荷役処理部34Dは、干渉回避不可能という判定が1度目である場合(ステップS25;YES)、サイドシフト以外のシフト手法として、信地旋回及び横移動のいずれか又は両方によって、左右方向の変位量を補正する(ステップS26)。つまり、荷役処理部34Dは、移動体10の全体を障害物から離れる方向に移動させることで、障害物との左右方向の間隔を調節する。
 荷役処理部34Dは、ステップS26の後、再び、ステップS21の判定を行う。荷役処理部34Dは、ステップS26で移動体10の位置を調整しても干渉回避不可能である場合(ステップS21;NO)、ステップS25において不可判定が1度目ではないと判定し(ステップS25;NO)、エラー処理を行う(ステップS27)。このようにして、制御部28は、移動体10が作業領域ARに進入する前に、隣接する障害物と干渉しないようにフォーク24のサイドシフトを予め実施する。
 図5に示すように、荷役処理部34Dは、進入前サイドシフト処理の後、保持部であるフォーク24を作業領域ARに進入させる(ステップS8)。
 図10は作業領域ARへの進入動作を示した模式図である。図10(A)に示すように、荷役処理部34Dは、TOFカメラ27の検出結果に基づいて、荷台V1の外周縁を検知する。次に、荷役処理部34Dは、図10(B)に示すように、荷台V1の外周縁の位置情報に基づいて、フォーク24をリーチアウトさせつつ、移動体10を荷台V1に接近させることにより必要な距離調整を行う。荷役処理部34Dは、フォーク24をチルトアップさせて先端側を持ち上げた状態で、荷台V1の外周縁から作業領域AR内へフォーク24を進入させる。これにより、荷役処理部34Dは、荷物Pを保持したフォーク24を、サイドシフトした状態のまま目標位置93の上方に配置する。したがって、荷物P及びフォーク24は、作業領域AR内に配置される。
 図5に示すように、荷役処理部34Dは、次に、進入後サイドシフト処理を実行する(ステップS9)。進入後サイドシフト処理は、作業領域ARへの進入後に、隣接する障害物に対して近づく方向に保持部(フォーク24)を変位させる制御処理である。
 図11は、進入後サイドシフト処理の動作を示した模式図である。図11(A)に示すように、進入後サイドシフト処理の開始前には、荷物P及びフォーク24は、作業領域AR内の目標位置93の上方で、目標位置93に対して隣接する障害物から離れる方向へサイドシフトした位置に配置される。この状態で、荷役処理部34Dは、進入前サイドシフト処理において移動させた変位方向と反対方向、すなわち隣接する障害物に対して近づく方向にフォーク24を変位させる。荷役処理部34Dは、例えば、保持する荷物Pが緩衝材K(又は荷台V1の壁部V2)に接触するまで、フォーク24を変位させる。サイドシフトによって荷物Pが緩衝材Kなどに接触すると、左右方向の反力が荷物Pのパレットを介してフォーク24に伝わるので、この反力が接触検知センサ25Bにより検知される。荷役処理部34Dは、接触検知センサ25Bの検知結果に基づいて、荷物Pを緩衝材K(又は荷台V1の壁)に接触させた状態でサイドシフトを停止させる。これにより、緩衝材Kは、フォーク24に保持されている荷物Pと他の荷物XPとの間に挟まれて固定される。あるいは、フォーク24に保持されている荷物Pは、荷台V1の壁部V2に接触するまで寄せた位置に配置される。
 続いて、図5に示すように、荷役処理部34Dは、荷物Pの保持を解除する(ステップS10)。つまり、荷役処理部34Dは、荷物Pを荷台V1上に設置することで荷積みを行う。荷役処理部34Dは、フォーク24をチルトダウンさせつつ、リフトダウンさせる。つまり、フォーク24の先端の傾斜角度を水平に近づけながら、フォーク24を目標位置93の上方から下降させて、荷物Pのパレットを荷台V1の床面上に設置する。
 荷役処理部34Dは、荷物Pを設置した後、作業領域ARから離脱する(ステップS11)。荷役処理部34Dは、フォーク24をリーチインさせつつ、移動体10を荷台V1から離れる方向に移動させる。フォーク24が荷物Pのパレットの穴から引き抜かれることで、荷物Pの保持が解除される。荷役処理部34Dは、フォーク24を作業領域ARから離れた位置まで移動させることにより、移動体10の全体を作業領域ARの外部へ離脱させる。これにより、第2制御が終了する。また、これにより、1回(1個の荷物P)の荷積み作業が完了する。
 なお、図5及び図6に示した制御処理の任意のタイミングで、作業者Hは、操作端末11Aを操作して一時停止信号を操作端末11Aから発信させることができる。例えば、作業者Hは、許可信号60の送信の操作を行った後、緩衝材Kの設置忘れなどに気づいた場合、一時停止信号を送信させる。上述の通り、制御部28は、一時停止信号を受信すると、第1制御及び第2制御に関わらず実行中の動作を一時停止させる第3制御を実行する。これにより、作業者Hは、移動体10の動作を一時停止させた状態で自分の作業を行える。
 作業者Hは、作業終了して退避した後で、操作端末11Aを操作して解除信号を操作端末11Aから発信させることができる。制御部28は、解除信号を受信すると、第3制御を解除して、一時停止前に実行していた動作制御を再開する。
 以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る移動体10は、停止状態において端末11の操作に基づく信号(許可信号60)を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、作業待機位置92から作業領域ARへの進入を実行するので、作業者Hが移動体10と干渉しない位置まで退避してから、信号送信を行うだけで安全な協調作業が可能となる。そのため、作業者Hと移動体10との協調制御において作業者Hの安全性や利便性を改善させることができる。
 本実施形態では、作業領域ARは、貨物車両Vにおける荷物Pを載置する荷台V1上の領域であるので、作業者Hが荷台V1上で作業しつつ、移動体10によって荷台V1への積み下ろしを行う場合に、作業者Hの安全性や利便性を改善させることができる。
 本実施形態では、制御部28は、作業領域ARへの進入と、作業領域ARの内部における荷積み又は荷取り動作と、作業領域ARからの離脱と、を含む第2制御の一連の動作制御を作業者Hによる操作なしで行うので、作業者Hが移動体10の位置を確認しながらリアルタイムで移動体10を遠隔操縦するような作業が不要となる。そのため、作業者Hの作業負荷を低減し利便性を改善させることができる。また、遠隔操縦が不要になることで、作業者Hが移動体10の遠隔操縦に習熟している必要がなくなるので、協調作業を容易化させるたり、作業者Hの確保を容易化させたりするなどの効果が得られる。
 本実施形態では、制御部28は、第2制御において、進入前サイドシフト処理と、進入後サイドシフト処理とを行うので、移動体10による荷積みや荷取りの際に緩衝材Kを動かしてしまい作業者Hに対応作業が発生したりすることがなくなる。その結果、移動体10の利便性が向上する。
 本実施形態では、進入前サイドシフト処理において、制御部28は、障害物の位置情報に基づいて変位量を算出するか、又は、予め設定された変位量を取得することにより、保持部(フォーク24)の変位量を決定するので、作業者Hにとっての利便性がさらに向上する。
 本実施形態では、制御部28は、一時停止信号を受信すると、第1制御及び第2制御に関わらず実行中の動作を一時停止させる第3制御を実行するので、一時停止信号により移動体10の動作を一時停止させて作業者Hによる作業を割り込ませることができる。その結果、協調作業を効率的に実行できる。
 (第2実施形態)
 次に、第2実施形態について説明する。第2実施形態では、上記第1実施形態に加えて、更に作業者Hの安全性や移動体10の利便性を向上させる特徴を備える。第2実施形態において、第1実施形態と構成が共通する箇所は、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
 図12は、第2実施形態に係る移動体における近接検知部を説明するための模式図である。第2実施形態に係る移動体10は、作業者Hの接近を検知する接近検知部101を備える。接近検知部101は、所定距離の検知範囲内に存在する作業者Hを検知して、検知信号を制御部28に出力する。接近検知部101の構成は、特に限定されないが、実施形態では、接近検知部101は、作業者Hが携帯する無線タグ102との無線通信によって、検知範囲内に存在する無線タグ102を検知する。接近検知部101は、識別信号を発信し、識別信号の受信に応じて無線タグ102から発信される応答信号を受信する。接近検知部101は、応答信号の受信に基づいて、無線タグ102(無線タグ102を携帯する作業者H)が検知範囲内に存在することを検知する。検知範囲は、識別信号及び応答信号が到達可能な距離で決まる。検知範囲は、移動体10と作業者Hとの接触を防止できると考えられる範囲でなるべく短距離に設定することができる。なお、接近検知部101は、例えばステレオカメラやTOFカメラなどの測距センサにより作業者Hを識別してもよい。
 第2実施形態では、第2制御を開始するための条件は、停止状態において端末11の操作に基づく信号(許可信号60)を受信したことに加えて、接近検知部101が作業者Hを検知していない状態であることを含む。制御部28は、停止状態において許可信号60を受信し、かつ、接近検知部101から検知信号が出力されていないことを条件として、作業領域ARへの進入を実行する第2制御を行う。制御部28は、停止状態において許可信号60を受信した場合でも、接近検知部101から検知信号が出力されている間は、第2制御を開始するための条件が満たされていないことから、第2制御を開始しない。
 図13は、第2実施形態に係る入力部における操作量と入力状態の変化を説明する図である。図13は、縦軸が入力部52の入力状態(ON、OFFの状態)を表し、横軸が入力部52への操作入力の操作量を表すグラフを示す。第2実施形態に係る入力部52は、操作量の上限値よりも低い範囲である操作受付範囲110の操作を受け付けた場合に、許可信号生成部51Bへの信号出力を行う。
 一例では、入力部52は、3ポジションイネーブルスイッチを含む。3ポジションイネーブルスイッチは、スイッチへの操作量(例えば、押しボタンの押し込み量)が、操作受付範囲110の下側閾値TL以上かつ上側閾値TH以下の範囲にある場合に、オン状態になる。3ポジションイネーブルスイッチは、操作量が下側閾値TL未満の場合、及び、操作量が上側閾値THよりも大きい場合に、オフ状態になる。このため、入力部52は、作業者Hがスイッチを限界まで押し込んだ場合には、操作入力を受け付けず、許可信号生成部51Bへの信号出力を行わない。その結果、操作端末11Aから許可信号60が送信されない。作業者Hは、許可信号60を送信させるためには、操作量が操作受付範囲110に収まるように操作量を調整する必要がある。これにより、作業者Hが意図せずに入力部52を操作してしまった場合などに、許可信号60が送信されることを回避できる。
 なお、入力部52における操作受付範囲110での操作受付の機能は、3ポジションイネーブルスイッチであるメカニカルスイッチにより実現されてもよいし、入力圧力の検知機能を有するタッチパネル(又はスタイラス機器)と検知圧力に基づいて入力判定を行うソフトウェア処理との組み合わせにより実現されてもよい。
 図14は、第2実施形態に係る第2制御の条件充足の判定処理を説明するフローチャートである。
 第2実施形態では、制御部28は、条件が満たされている間、第2制御の処理を進行させ、条件の少なくとも一部が満たされなくなると第2制御の処理を停止させる。つまり、制御部28は、条件が満たされている間だけ、第2制御の処理を進める。第2実施形態では、第2制御の条件は、第2制御を開始させるための条件であり、かつ、第2制御の処理を進行させるための条件である。そのため、作業者Hは、移動体10により第2制御の動作を実行させるためには、操作端末11Aから許可信号60を継続的に送信し続ける必要がある。許可信号60の送信が停止されると、条件が満たされなくなるため、第2制御の処理が停止される。
 具体的には、制御部28の状態管理部34Aは、第2制御の条件を満たしているか否かを判定する(ステップS31)。この場合、状態管理部34Aは、第2制御の条件を構成する全ての条件要素が同時に満たされている場合に、第2制御の条件を満たしていると判定する。状態管理部34Aは、第2制御の条件を構成する条件要素のうち1つ以上の条件要素が満たされていない場合に、第2制御の条件を満たしていないと判定する。例えば、第2制御の条件が、許可信号60を受信していること、及び、接近検知部101から検知信号が出力されていないこと、の2つの条件要素を含むとする。状態管理部34Aは、判定時点において2つの条件要素が同時に満たされている場合に第2制御の条件を満たしていると判定し、2つの条件要素のいずれかが満たされていない場合に第2制御の条件を満たしていないと判定する。
 状態管理部34Aは、第2制御の条件を満たしていると判定した場合(ステップS31;YES)、第2制御の処理を進行させる(ステップS32)。状態管理部34Aは、第2制御の条件を満たしていないと判定した場合(ステップS31;NO)、第2制御の処理を停止させる(ステップS33)。
 状態管理部34Aは、ステップS32又はステップS33の後、処理をステップS31に戻してループさせる。そのため、状態管理部34Aは、第2制御の条件を満たしているか否かの判定を常時実行し、第2制御の条件を満たしていると判定した場合だけ、第2制御の処理を進行させる。
 これにより、作業者Hは、操作端末11Aから許可信号60を送信させるための操作を停止するだけで作業領域AR内での移動体10の動作(第2制御の処理)を停止させることができる。
 以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る移動体10では、制御部28は、条件が満たされている間、第2制御の処理を進行させ、条件の少なくとも一部が満たされなくなると第2制御の処理を停止させるので、作業者Hが意図的に信号を送信させている間だけ移動体10の作業が進行する。その結果、作業者Hの安全性をより一層改善できる。
 本実施形態に係る移動体10では、第2制御の条件は、接近検知部101が作業者Hを検知していない状態であることを含むので、接近検知部101により作業者Hの接近が検知されている間は、第2制御の処理が行われない。そのため、作業者Hの安全性をより一層改善できる。
 (第3実施形態)
 次に、第3実施形態について説明する。第3実施形態では、作業者Hの作業領域ARが、貨物車両Vの荷台V1以外である例について説明する。第3実施形態において、第1実施形態と構成が共通する箇所は、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
 図15は、第3実施形態に係る作業領域を説明するための模式図である。第3実施形態では、作業領域ARは、貨物車両Vにおける荷物Pを載置する荷台V1下の、荷台隣接領域である。荷台隣接領域は、荷台V1に隣接し、荷台V1の外周縁に沿って延びる領域である。作業者Hは、荷台V1の下の荷台隣接領域から、荷台V1上への緩衝材Kの設置作業などを行う。そこで、第3実施形態では、荷台V1に隣接する荷台隣接領域が、作業領域ARとして予め設定される。
 この例では、作業待機位置92は、図4に示したリフト制御位置91と同じ位置である。作業待機位置92は、作業領域ARである荷台隣接領域の外側である。
 図15(A)に示すように、移動体10は、荷取り位置90で荷物Pを保持する。図15(B)に示すように、移動体10は、第1制御である走行モードにおいて作業待機位置92へ移動し、停止状態となる。図15(C)に示すように、作業者Hは、作業領域ARでの作業を完了し、目標位置93から離れた退避位置へ移動した後、操作端末11Aの入力部52から許可信号60を送信するための操作入力を行う。移動体10の状態管理部34Aは、許可信号60を受信し、条件が満たされると、停止状態を解除して第2制御を進める。移動体10は、作業待機位置92から、目標位置93と正対するアプローチ位置95へ移動する。これにより、移動体10は、作業領域AR内に進入する。そして、図15(D)に示すように、移動体10は、アプローチ位置95から目標位置93へフォーク24を移動させて、荷積みを行う。
 以上説明したように、本実施形態では、作業領域ARは、貨物車両Vにおける荷物Pを載置する荷台V1下の荷台隣接領域であるので、作業者Hが荷台V1下で作業を行いつつ移動体10によって荷台V1への荷物Pの積み込みや荷台V1からの荷物Pの積み下ろしを行う場合に、作業者Hの安全性や利便性を改善させることができる。
 (第4実施形態)
 次に、第4実施形態について説明する。第4実施形態では、端末11が、オペレータにより操作される作業監視端末11Bを含む例について説明する。第4実施形態において、第1実施形態と構成が共通する箇所は、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
 図16は、第4実施形態に係る制御システム1の模式図である。制御システム1は、移動体10と、端末11と、情報処理装置12とを含む。第4実施形態では、端末11は、作業者Hが操作する操作端末11Aと、オペレータOPが操作する作業監視端末11Bとを含む。
 オペレータOPは、物流拠点での作業の監視業務に従事する。オペレータOPは、作業監視端末11Bを操作して、設備内の監視を行う。作業監視端末11Bは、パーソナルコンピュータなどのコンピュータである。作業監視端末11Bは、演算処理を行う制御部と、情報を記録する記憶部と、情報の表示を行う表示部と、操作を受け付ける入力部と、他の機器と通信を行う通信部と、を備える。制御部は、CPUなどのプロセッサを含む。記憶部は、制御部の演算内容やプログラムの情報などを記憶するメモリであり、例えば、RAMと、ROMのような主記憶装置と、HDDなどの外部記憶装置とのうち、少なくとも1つ含む。入力部は、ユーザの操作を受け付ける装置であり、例えばマウス及びキーボードや、タッチパネルなどである。表示部は、画像を表示する表示装置である。通信部は、外部の装置と通信を行う通信モジュールであり、例えばアンテナなどである。
 作業監視端末11Bは、情報処理装置12との通信により、設備の監視データを取得する。監視データは、例えば、設備の所定位置に設置されたカメラ111により撮影された映像データ、移動体10に設けられたカメラ等により撮影された映像データやセンサの検知結果データ、操作端末11Aに設けられたカメラ等により撮影された映像データ、などを含むことができる。オペレータは、作業監視端末11Bの表示部に監視データを表示させて、作業状況を監視する。
 上述の通り、移動体10の制御部28は、停止状態において端末11の操作に基づく信号を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、作業待機位置92から作業領域ARへの進入を実行する第2制御を行う。第4実施形態では、端末11の操作に基づく信号は、オペレータが操作する作業監視端末11Bへの操作入力に応じて送信される信号を含む。
 このため、第4実施形態では、第2制御の条件には、停止状態で作業監視端末11Bへの操作入力に応じて送信される信号を受信したこと、が含まれる。作業監視端末11Bは、オペレータOPによる操作入力に応じて、許可信号60を生成し、情報処理装置12へ送信する。情報処理装置12は、作業監視端末11Bから送信された許可信号60を受信すると、移動体10に許可信号60を送信する。情報処理装置12が送信する信号は、許可信号60そのものでなくてもよく、例えば荷役モードの処理を進める旨の指示でもよい。移動体10は、端末11(作業監視端末11B)の操作に基づく信号を受信できればよい。
 図17は、第4実施形態に係る荷役作業の流れを示した模式図である。
 まず、図17(A)に示すように、荷物Pを保持した移動体10が、第1制御(走行モード)によって作業待機位置92まで移動する。移動体10の制御部28は、作業待機位置92で停止状態になる。
 図17(B)に示すように、作業者Hは、移動体10が停止状態になっている間に、作業領域ARにおいて、緩衝材Kの配置などの作業を行う。図17(C)に示すように、作業者Hは、荷物Pの設置前に実行しておくべき作業を完了させた後、目標位置93から離れた退避位置へ移動する。そして、作業者Hは、退避位置において、例えば操作端末11Aを操作して、オペレータOPに許可信号60の送信を依頼する。操作端末11Aから送信された依頼は、例えば情報処理装置12を介して作業監視端末11Bに送信されることで、許可信号60の送信の依頼がオペレータOPに把握される。
 図17(D)に示すように、許可信号60の送信の依頼を受けたオペレータOPは、作業監視端末11Bを操作して情報処理装置12から監視データを取得し、作業領域ARにおける作業者Hの状況を確認する。作業監視端末11Bは、オペレータOPの操作に応じて、情報処理装置12から監視データを取得して、表示部に表示する。オペレータOPは、例えば設備のカメラ111の映像から、作業者Hが移動体10による荷物Pの設置位置である目標位置93から十分に離れていることを確認する。オペレータOPは、例えば作業者Hに操作端末11Aで作業領域ARを撮影するように指示し、操作端末11Aで得られた監視データから、作業者Hが目標位置93から十分に離れていることを確認してもよい。図17(E)に示すように、オペレータOPは、作業者Hが目標位置93から離れていることを確認すると、第2制御の許可信号60を送信するための操作を作業監視端末11Bに入力する。作業監視端末11Bは、オペレータOPの操作に応じて、通信部により第2制御の許可信号60を情報処理装置12に送信する。情報処理装置12は、作業監視端末11Bからの第2制御の許可信号60を受信すると、移動体10に許可信号60を送信する。これにより、移動体10の制御部28は、オペレータが操作する作業監視端末11Bへの操作入力に応じて送信される許可信号60を受信する。
 図17(F)に示すように、移動体10の制御部28は、停止状態において、第2制御の条件が充足された否かを判定する。制御部28は、許可信号60の受信を含む条件が充足されると、停止状態を解除し、作業待機位置92から作業領域ARへの進入を実行する。これにより、移動体10は、作業領域AR内に進入して荷物Pを目標位置93に設置し、作業領域ARから退避するという一連の動作を自動で行う。
 以上説明したように、本実施形態では、端末11の操作に基づく信号は、オペレータが操作する作業監視端末11Bへの操作入力に応じて送信される信号を含むので、遠隔監視を行うオペレータが作業監視端末11Bを操作することによって、移動体10への第2制御の開始を指示できる。そのため、作業者Hの安全性を高めつつ、移動体10の利便性を向上させることができる。
 また、第4実施形態において、オペレータOPは、荷役作業の状況を常時監視している必要がなく、作業者Hからの依頼を受けたときに、監視データを確認して許可信号60の送信の操作を行えばよい。そのため、オペレータOPは、複数の荷役作業を並行して担当することが可能であり、効率的である。
 なお、本開示では、端末11の操作に基づく信号は、作業者Hが操作する操作端末11Aへの操作入力、及び、オペレータが操作する作業監視端末11Bへの操作入力の両方に応じて送信される信号を含んでもよい。すなわち、作業者Hが退避位置に移動した状態で、作業者Hが操作端末11Aを操作して、操作端末11Aから許可信号60を送信させる。許可信号60は、情報処理装置12を介して、移動体10及び作業監視端末11Bに送信される。オペレータOPは、作業監視端末11Bが操作端末11Aからの許可信号60を受信すると、作業監視端末11Bに監視データを表示させて作業者Hの状況を確認し、作業監視端末11Bから許可信号60を送信させる。移動体10の制御部28は、操作端末11Aからの許可信号60の受信と、作業監視端末11Bからの許可信号60の受信との両方を含む条件が満たされた場合に、作業領域ARへ進入する第2制御を開始する。この場合には、作業者HとオペレータOPとの両方で、移動体10が作業者Hに干渉する可能性がないことを二重で確認できるので、作業者Hの安全性がさらに向上する。
 (第5実施形態)
 次に、第5実施形態について説明する。第5実施形態では、貨物車両Vからの荷降ろしを行う場合について説明する。第5実施形態において、第1実施形態と構成が共通する箇所は、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
 図18は、第5実施形態図に係る移動体10の制御方法の一例を示すフローチャートである。移動体10の制御方法は、制御部28の処理によって実現される。図18では、移動体10は、保持部であるフォーク24に荷物Pを保持しない状態で作業待機位置92まで移動して、第2制御を開始すると、貨物車両Vの荷台V1の目標位置93にある荷物Pを保持して荷台V1から運び出す動作を行う。
 制御部28は、走行パスを生成し(ステップS1)、制御モードを走行モードに遷移する(ステップS2)。制御部28は、現在位置から作業待機位置92まで移動する走行制御を行う(ステップS3)。また、制御部28は、目標位置93である荷台V1の高さに合わせるようにフォーク24の高さを調整する制御を行う。移動体10が作業待機位置92に到達すると、制御部28は、制御モードを荷役モードに遷移して、移動体10を停止させる(ステップS4)。これにより、移動体10は停止状態になる。
 作業者Hは、移動体10が停止している状態で、例えば移動体10の作業の邪魔になる目標位置周辺の緩衝材Kを予め撤去するなどの作業を行う。作業者Hは、必要な作業が完了すると、操作端末11Aを操作する。操作端末11Aは、作業者Hの操作入力に応じて、許可信号60を情報処理装置12に送信する。許可信号60を受信した情報処理装置12は、移動体10に許可信号60を送信する。
 制御部28は、許可信号60の受信を含む、第2制御を開始する条件を満たしたか否かを判定する(ステップS5)。制御部28は、条件が満たされていない場合(ステップS5;NO)、ステップS5の判定を繰り返し、待機する。
 制御部28は、許可信号60を受信し、条件が満たされると(ステップS5;YES)、停止状態を解除して第2制御を進める。
 制御部28は、目標位置93にある荷物Pの位置情報を取得する(ステップS41)。荷役処理部34Dは、目標位置93と正対した状態で、TOFカメラ27の検出結果により、目標位置93にある荷物Pの位置情報を取得する。
 荷役処理部34Dは、取得した荷物Pの位置情報に基づいて、保持部であるフォーク24を作業領域ARに進入させる(ステップS42)。荷役処理部34Dは、フォーク24の先端をパレットの穴に挿し込み、保持検知センサ25A及び接触検知センサ25Bの検知結果に基づいて、フォーク24がパレットの穴に適切に挿し込まれたことを確認する。荷役処理部34Dは、フォーク24をリフトアップさせて荷物Pを持ち上げることで、フォーク24上に荷物Pを保持する(ステップS43)。荷役処理部34Dは、荷物Pを作業領域ARである荷台V1の床面よりも上方に持ち上げたまま、フォーク24をリーチインさせつつ、移動体10を荷台V1から離れる方向に移動させる。荷役処理部34Dは、フォーク24を作業領域ARから離れた位置まで移動させることにより、移動体10の全体を作業領域ARの外部へ離脱させる(ステップS44)。これにより、第2制御が終了する。
 その後、制御部28は、荷物Pの設置処理を行う(ステップS45)。詳細は省略するが、制御部28は、走行モードに遷移して、設備内の荷降ろし位置まで移動し、フォーク24を動作させて保持している荷物Pを設置させる。これにより、1回(1個の荷物P)の荷降ろし作業が完了する。
 このように、本開示では、貨物車両Vへの荷物Pの荷積みのみならず、貨物車両Vからの荷物Pの荷降ろしを行ってもよい。
 (効果)
 本開示の第1態様に係る移動体10は、荷役作業を行う移動体10であって、予め設定された荷役作業の動作制御を行う制御部28と、端末11の操作に基づく信号を受信する通信部33と、を備え、制御部28は、作業者Hの作業領域ARから離れた作業待機位置92への移動を実行し、作業待機位置92において停止する第1制御と、停止状態において端末11の操作に基づく信号を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、作業待機位置92から作業領域ARへの進入を実行する第2制御と、を実行する。本開示によれば、作業者Hの作業領域ARから離れた作業待機位置92で移動体10が停止状態となり、移動体10が作業領域ARに進入する際には、端末11に操作入力を行って信号を送信することが少なくとも必要となる。これにより、作業者Hが荷役作業を行う移動体10と干渉しない位置まで退避してから、信号送信を行うだけで安全な協調作業が可能となるので、作業者Hと移動体10との協調制御において作業者Hの安全性や移動体10の利便性を改善させることができる。
 本開示の第2態様に係る移動体10は、第1態様に係る移動体10であって、作業領域ARは、貨物車両Vにおける荷物Pを載置する荷台V1上の領域である。本開示によると、作業者Hが荷台V1上で作業する際に、移動体10によって荷台V1への荷物Pの積み下ろしを行う場合に、作業者Hの安全性や移動体10の利便性を改善させることができる。
 本開示の第3態様に係る移動体10は、第1態様又は第2態様に係る移動体10であって、作業領域ARは、貨物車両Vにおける荷物Pを載置する荷台V1下の荷台隣接領域である。本開示によると、作業者Hが荷台V1下で作業を行いつつ移動体10によって荷台V1への荷物Pの積み込みや荷台V1からの荷物Pの積み下ろしを行う場合に、作業者Hの安全性や移動体10の利便性を改善させることができる。
 本開示の第4態様に係る移動体10は、第1態様から第3態様のいずれかに係る移動体10であって、第2制御は、作業領域ARへの進入と、作業領域ARの内部における荷積み又は荷取り動作と、作業領域ARからの離脱と、を含み、制御部28は、第2制御の一連の動作制御を作業者Hによる操作なしで行う。本開示によると、端末11への操作に基づく信号を送信するだけで、作業領域ARへの進入と、荷積み又は荷取り動作と、作業領域ARからの離脱との一連の動作を移動体10に実行させることができる。例えば荷積み又は荷取りの際に、作業者Hが移動体10の位置を確認しながらリアルタイムで移動体10を遠隔操縦するような作業が不要となる。そのため、作業者Hの作業負荷を低減し移動体10の利便性を改善させることができる。また、遠隔操縦が不要になることで、作業者Hが移動体10の遠隔操縦に習熟している必要がなくなるので、協調作業を容易化させたり、作業を容易化させたりするなどの効果が得られる。
 本開示の第5態様に係る移動体10は、第1態様から第4態様のいずれかに係る移動体10であって、荷物Pを保持する保持部(実施形態では、フォーク24)をさらに備え、制御部28は、第2制御において、作業領域ARに存在する障害物の位置情報を取得し、障害物に対して離れる方向にフォーク24を変位させた状態で、作業領域ARへの進入を実行し、作業領域ARへの進入後に、障害物に対して近づく方向にフォーク24を変位させる制御を行う。本開示によると、移動体10による荷積みや荷取りの際に、障害物(他の荷物XPや緩衝材K)との接触の可能性を効果的に低減できる。その結果、移動体10による荷積みや荷取りの際に緩衝材Kを動かしてしまい作業者Hに対応作業が発生したりすることがなくなるので、移動体10の利便性が向上する。
 本開示の第6態様に係る移動体10は、第5態様に係る移動体10であって、制御部28は、障害物の位置情報に基づいて変位量を算出するか、又は、予め設定された変位量を取得することにより、フォーク24の変位量を決定する。本開示によると、フォーク24の変位量を作業者Hが入力することなく、自動で変位量が決定されるので、作業者Hにとっての利便性がさらに向上する。
 本開示の第7態様に係る移動体10は、第1態様から第6態様のいずれかに係る移動体10であって、制御部28は、一時停止信号を受信すると、第1制御及び第2制御に関わらず実行中の動作を一時停止させる第3制御を実行する。本開示によると、例えば移動体10が作業領域ARへの進入を開始した後で、作業者Hが何らかの作業の必要性を認識した場合などに、一時停止信号により移動体10の動作を一時停止させて作業者Hによる作業を割り込ませることができる。これにより、協調作業を効率的に実行できる。
 本開示の第8態様に係る移動体10は、第1態様から第7態様のいずれかに係る移動体10であって、制御部28は、条件が満たされている間、第2制御の処理を進行させ、条件の少なくとも一部が満たされなくなると第2制御の処理を停止させる。本開示によると、端末11の操作に基づく信号が受信されなくなると条件が満たされなくなり第2制御の処理が停止される。作業者Hが意図的に信号を送信させている間だけ移動体10の作業が進行するので、作業者Hの安全性をより一層改善できる。
 本開示の第9態様に係る移動体10は、第1態様から第8態様のいずれかに係る移動体10であって、作業者Hの接近を検知する接近検知部101をさらに備え、条件は、接近検知部101が作業者Hを検知していない状態であることをさらに含む。本開示によると、接近検知部101により作業者Hの接近が検知されている間は、条件が満たされずに第2制御の処理が行われない。そのため、作業者Hの安全性をより一層改善できる。
 本開示の第10態様に係る移動体10は、第1態様から第9態様のいずれかに係る移動体10であって、端末11の操作に基づく信号は、作業者Hが操作する操作端末11Aへの操作入力、及び、オペレータOPが操作する作業監視端末11Bへの操作入力の少なくとも一方に応じて送信される信号を含む。本開示によると、作業者Hが操作端末11Aを操作するか、遠隔監視を行うオペレータOPが作業監視端末11Bを操作することによって、移動体10への第2制御の開始を指示できる。そのため、作業者Hの安全性を高めつつ、移動体10の利便性を向上させることができる。作業者Hの操作に応じた許可信号60とオペレータOPの操作に応じた許可信号60との両方の受信を第2制御の開始の条件とすれば、作業者Hの安全性をさらに向上させることができる。
 本開示の第11態様に係る制御システムは、荷役作業を行う移動体10と、操作入力を受け付ける端末11と、を備え、移動体10は、荷役作業に関わる作業者Hの作業領域ARから離れた作業待機位置92への移動を実行し、作業待機位置92において停止する第1制御と、停止状態において端末11への操作に基づく信号を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、作業待機位置92から作業領域ARへの進入を実行する第2制御と、を実行する。本開示によれば、作業者Hの作業領域ARから離れた作業待機位置92で移動体10が停止状態となり、移動体10が作業領域ARに進入する際には、端末11に操作入力を行って信号を送信することが少なくとも必要となる。これにより、作業者Hが荷役作業を行う移動体10と干渉しない位置まで退避してから、信号送信を行うだけで安全な協調作業が可能となるので、作業者Hと移動体10との協調制御において作業者Hの安全性や移動体10の利便性を改善させることができる。
 本開示の第12態様に係る移動体10の制御方法は、荷役作業を行う移動体10の制御方法であって、荷役作業に関わる作業者Hの作業領域ARから離れた作業待機位置92への移動を実行し、作業待機位置92において停止するステップと、停止状態において端末11の操作に基づく信号を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、作業待機位置92から作業領域ARへの進入を実行するステップと、を備える。本開示によれば、作業者Hの作業領域ARから離れた作業待機位置92で移動体10が停止状態となり、移動体10が作業領域ARに進入する際には、端末11に操作入力を行って信号を送信することが少なくとも必要となる。これにより、作業者Hが荷役作業を行う移動体10と干渉しない位置まで退避してから、信号送信を行うだけで安全な協調作業が可能となるので、作業者Hと移動体10との協調制御において作業者Hの安全性や移動体10の利便性を改善させることができる。
 以上、本開示の実施形態を説明したが、この実施形態の内容により実施形態が限定されるものではない。また、前述した構成要素には、当業者が容易に想定できるもの、実質的に同一のもの、いわゆる均等の範囲のものが含まれる。さらに、前述した構成要素は適宜組み合わせることが可能である。さらに、前述した実施形態の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で構成要素の種々の省略、置換又は変更を行うことができる。
 例えば、実施形態では、保持部の一例としてフォーク24を示し、移動体10がフォークリフトである例を示したが、これには限られない。移動体は、荷役作業を行うことができれば、特に限定されない。移動体は、例えば荷物Pを保持するアーム(マニピュレータ)を保持部として備えていてもよい。したがって、移動体は、フォークリフトに限られず、保持部によって荷物Pを保持したり保持解除したりすることで、荷役作業を行えれば特に限定されない。

Claims (12)

  1.  荷役作業を行う移動体であって、
     前記荷役作業の動作制御を行う制御部と、
     端末の操作に基づく信号を受信する通信部と、を備え、
     前記制御部は、
     作業者の作業領域から離れた作業待機位置への移動を実行し、前記作業待機位置において停止する第1制御と、
     停止状態において前記端末の操作に基づく信号を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、前記作業待機位置から前記作業領域への進入を実行する第2制御と、を実行する、
     移動体。
  2.  前記作業領域は、貨物車両における荷物を載置する荷台上の領域である、
     請求項1に記載の移動体。
  3.  前記作業領域は、貨物車両における荷物を載置する荷台下の荷台隣接領域である、
     請求項1に記載の移動体。
  4.  前記第2制御は、前記作業領域への進入と、前記作業領域の内部における荷積み又は荷取り動作と、前記作業領域からの離脱と、を含み、
     前記制御部は、前記第2制御の一連の動作制御を前記作業者による操作なしで行う、
     請求項1に記載の移動体。
  5.  荷物を保持する保持部をさらに備え、
     前記制御部は、前記第2制御において、
      前記作業領域に存在する障害物の位置情報を取得し、前記障害物に対して離れる方向に前記保持部を変位させた状態で、前記作業領域への進入を実行し、
      前記作業領域への進入後に、前記障害物に対して近づく方向に前記保持部を変位させる制御を行う、
     請求項1に記載の移動体。
  6.  前記制御部は、前記障害物の位置情報に基づいて変位量を算出するか、又は、予め設定された変位量を取得することにより、前記保持部の変位量を決定する、
     請求項5に記載の移動体。
  7.  前記制御部は、一時停止信号を受信すると、前記第1制御及び前記第2制御に関わらず実行中の動作を一時停止させる第3制御を実行する、
     請求項1に記載の移動体。
  8.  前記制御部は、前記条件が満たされている間、前記第2制御の処理を進行させ、前記条件の少なくとも一部が満たされなくなると前記第2制御の処理を停止させる、
     請求項1に記載の移動体。
  9.  作業者の接近を検知する接近検知部をさらに備え、
     前記条件は、前記接近検知部が前記作業者を検知していない状態であることをさらに含む、
     請求項1に記載の移動体。
  10.  前記端末の操作に基づく信号は、前記作業者が操作する操作端末への操作入力、及び、オペレータが操作する作業監視端末への操作入力の少なくとも一方に応じて送信される信号を含む、
     請求項1に記載の移動体。
  11.  荷役作業を行う移動体と、
     操作入力を受け付ける端末と、を備え、
     前記移動体は、
     前記荷役作業に関わる作業者の作業領域から離れた作業待機位置への移動を実行し、前記作業待機位置において停止する第1制御と、
     停止状態において前記端末への操作に基づく信号を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、前記作業待機位置から前記作業領域への進入を実行する第2制御と、を実行する、
     制御システム。
  12.  荷役作業を行う移動体の制御方法であって、
     前記荷役作業に関わる作業者の作業領域から離れた作業待機位置への移動を実行し、前記作業待機位置において停止するステップと、
     停止状態において端末の操作に基づく信号を受信したことを含む条件が満たされた場合に、前記作業待機位置から前記作業領域への進入を実行するステップと、を備える、
     移動体の制御方法。
