Description
본 개시는 흡입 장치를 포함하는 청소기에 관한 것이다.
청소기는 실내의 오물(rubbish)을 제거하여 청결하게 하는 기기이다. 청소기는 흡입력을 발생시키는 흡입 장치를 포함하여, 흡입 장치에 의한 흡입력을 통해 공기와 함께 먼지 등 이물질을 흡입하고, 흡입된 공기 중에 포함된 이물질을 공기로부터 분리한 후 집진하여 청소가 수행되도록 한다.
흡입 장치는 공기의 유동을 발생시키는 임펠러와, 임펠러를 회전시키는 모터를 포함할 수 있다. 모터는 전기에너지로부터 회전력을 얻는 기계로, 스테이터와 로터를 포함한다. 로터는 스테이터와 전자기적으로 상호 작용하도록 구성되며, 자기장과 코일에 흐르는 전류 사이에서 작용하는 힘에 의해 회전할 수 있다. 임펠러는 로터와 연결되어, 로터가 회전함에 따라 회전하여 공기의 유동을 발생시킬 수 있다. 흡입 장치는 스테이터와 로터를 수용하는 모터 하우징, 임펠러를 커버하는 팬 쉬라우드(shroud) 등을 더 포함할 수 있다.
청소기의 종류로는 캐니스터형(canister type), 업라이트형(upright type), 핸디형(handy type), 스틱형(stick type) 등이 있으며, 최근에는 사용자의 조작 없이 청소 영역을 스스로 주행하며 피청소면으로부터 먼지 등의 오물을 흡입하여 청소 작업을 수행하는 로봇청소기가 대중화되고 있다. 또한, 물걸레 패드가 장착되어 피청소면에 대한 습식 청소를 수행하는 타입의 청소기도 있다.
본 개시의 일 측면은 모터 및/또는 모터 드라이버를 효율적으로 냉각시키고 모터의 출력 가능 범위를 증가시킬 수 있도록 개선된 구조를 가지는 흡입 장치 및 이를 포함하는 청소기를 제공한다.
본 개시의 일 측면은 수분이 포함된 흡입 공기가 모터 및/또는 모터 드라이버가 위치하는 공간으로 유입되는 것을 방지하거나 저감시키도록 개선된 구조를 가지는 흡입 장치 및 이를 포함하는 청소기를 제공한다.
본 개시의 일 측면은 먼지 등 이물질을 흡입하고 여과하기 위한 유로와 모터 및/또는 모터 드라이버를 냉각하기 위한 유로를 분리시키도록 개선된 구조를 가지는 흡입 장치 및 이를 포함하는 청소기를 제공한다.
본 문서에서 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 청소기는, 제1 인렛, 제1 아웃렛, 제2 인렛 및 제2 아웃렛을 포함하는 본체 케이스, 상기 본체 케이스 내에 배치되는 모터, 기 본체 케이스 내에 배치되고 상기 제1 인렛으로부터 상기 제1 아웃렛까지 연장되는 제1 유로를 따라 공기가 흐르도록 상기 모터에 의해 회전 가능하게 구성되는 흡입 팬, 상기 본체 케이스 내에 배치되고 상기 제2 인렛으로부터 상기 제2 아웃렛까지 연장되는 제2 유로를 따라 공기가 흐르도록 상기 모터에 의해 회전 가능하게 구성되는 냉각 팬, 상기 모터를 지지하고, 파티션 가이드를 포함하는 모터 하우징, 및 상기 파티션 가이드에 결합되고, 상기 본체 케이스의 내벽에 접하는 씰(seal)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 파티션 가이드 및 상기 씰은 함께 상기 제1 유로와 상기 제2 유로를 구획할 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 청소기는, 공기 및 이물질을 흡입하도록 마련되는 흡입구, 상기 흡입구로부터 흡입된 공기 중 이물질을 집진하도록 마련되는 집진 장치, 상기 흡입구를 통해 공기 및 이물질을 흡입할 수 있도록 마련되는 흡입 장치, 및 제1 인렛, 제1 아웃렛, 제2 인렛 및 제2 아웃렛을 포함하고, 상기 흡입 장치를 수용하는 본체 케이스를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 흡입 장치는, 모터, 상기 모터에 의해 회전 가능하게 구성되고, 회전함으로써 상기 집진 장치를 지나 상기 제1 인렛을 통해 상기 본체 케이스로 유입된 공기를 상기 제1 아웃렛을 향해 유동시키도록 구성되는 흡입 팬, 상기 모터에 의해 회전 가능하게 구성되고, 회전함으로써 상기 제2 인렛을 통해 상기 본체 케이스로 유입된 공기를 상기 모터를 지나 상기 제2 아웃렛을 향해 유동시키도록 구성되는 냉각 팬, 상기 본체 케이스의 내에서, 상기 제1 인렛에서 상기 제1 아웃렛까지 연장되는 제1 유로를 상기 제2 인렛에서 상기 제2 아웃렛까지 연장되는 제2 유로로부터 구획하도록 마련되는 파티션 가이드, 및 상기 파티션 가이드의 외측 둘레와 상기 본체 케이스의 내벽 사이에 배치되는 씰(seal)을 포함할 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 흡입 장치는, 모터, 상기 모터에 의해 회전 가능하게 구성되는 흡입 팬, 상기 모터에 의해 회전 가능하게 구성되는 냉각 팬, 상기 흡입 팬을 커버하는 흡입 팬 쉬라우드, 상기 냉각 팬을 커버하는 냉각 팬 쉬라우드, 상기 흡입 팬 쉬라우드와 상기 냉각 팬 쉬라우드 사이에 배치되고, 상기 모터를 커버하는 모터 하우징으로서, 상기 흡입 팬 쉬라우드와 연결되는 흡입 유로와 상기 냉각 팬 쉬라우드와 연결되고 상기 모터를 지나는 냉각 유로의 사이에 배치되는 파티션 가이드를 포함하는 모터 하우징, 및 상기 파티션 가이드의 외측 둘레를 따라 마련되는 씰(seal)을 포함할 수 있다.

도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 청소기(1)는 본체(10) 및 흡입 헤드(20)를 포함할 수 있다.
흡입 헤드(20)는 본체(10)와 연결될 수 있다. 청소기(1)는 흡입 헤드(20)와 본체(10) 사이를 연결하는 연결관(30)을 포함할 수 있다. 연결관(30)은 본체(10)와 결합 또는 분리되도록 마련될 수 있다. 연결관(30)은 흡입 헤드(20)와 결합 또는 분리되도록 마련될 수 있다. 일 예로, 연결관(30)은 흡입 헤드(20)가 연결관(30)에 장착되거나 연결관(30)으로부터 분리될 수 있도록 마련되는 헤드 커넥터(31)를 포함할 수 있다. 흡입 헤드(20)는 연결관(30)에 회전 가능하게 장착될 수 있다.
흡입 헤드(20)는 공기 및 피청소면의 먼지 등 이물질을 흡입하도록 구성될 수 있다. 흡입 헤드(20)는 공기 및 이물질을 흡입하도록 마련되는 흡입구(20a)를 포함할 수 있다. 흡입구(20a)는 본체(10)와 연결될 수 있고, 후술하는 흡입 장치(100)에 의해 발생된 흡입력에 의해 공기 및 이물질이 흡입구(20a)를 통해 흡입될 수 있다. 흡입구(20a)는 연결관(30)에 의해 본체(10)와 연결될 수 있다.
흡입 헤드(20)에는 브러시(brush)가 마련될 수 있다. 브러시는 흡입구(20a)에 배치될 수 있다. 브러시는 흡입 헤드(20)에 회전 가능하게 장착될 수 있다. 브러시의 회전에 의해 피청소면 상의 이물질이 비산되면, 비산된 이물질은 흡입 장치(100)에 의해 발생된 흡입력에 의해 흡입구(20a)로 흡입될 수 있다.
이처럼, 일 실시예에 따른 청소기(1)는 물을 이용하지 않고 피청소면으로부터 이물질을 흡입하는 건식 청소를 수행할 수 있다.
또한, 일 실시예에 따른 청소기(1)는 물이나 스팀을 이용하는 습식 청소를 수행할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 흡입 헤드(20)는 헤드 본체(21)와, 헤드 본체(21)에 회전 가능하게 장착되고 물걸레 패드(23)를 지지하는 물걸레 패드 홀더(22)를 포함할 수 있다. 물걸레 패드(23)는 물걸레 패드 홀더(22)에 장착 또는 분리 가능할 수 있다. 일 예로, 물걸레 패드(23)는 벨크로(velcro)에 의해 물걸레 패드 홀더(22)에 분리 가능하게 장착될 수 있다. 물걸레 패드(23)는 물걸레 패드 홀더(22)에 장착된 상태에서 피청소면에 접촉할 수 있고, 회전하면서 피청소면을 닦을 수 있다. 헤드 본체(21)에는, 피청소면에 물을 분사하도록 마련되는 노즐이나, 물걸레 패드(23)에 물을 공급하도록 마련되는 급수 장치 등 마련될 수 있고, 물걸레 패드(23)는 노즐에 의해 피청소면에 뿌려진 물을 이용하여 습식 청소를 수행하거나, 급수 장치로부터 직접 공급 받은 물을 이용하여 습식 청소를 수행할 수 있다.
이외에도, 다양한 실시예에 따른 청소기(1)는 건식 또는 습식 청소를 수행하기 위한 다양한 구성을 포함할 수 있다. 이상에서는 하나의 흡입 헤드(20)를 이용하여 건식 청소 및 습식 청소를 모두 수행할 수 있는 청소기(1)를 예로 들어 설명하였다. 그러나 이와 달리, 다양한 실시예에 따를 때 청소기(1)는 헤드 커넥터(31)에 의해 연결관(30)에 각각 장착 또는 분리 가능하여 교체 가능한 다양한 흡입 헤드들을 포함할 수 있고, 흡입 헤드들 중 일부는 건식 청소용으로 이용되고 다른 일부는 습식 청소용으로 이용될 수 있다.
본체(10)는 흡입력을 발생시키도록 구성되는 흡입 장치(100)를 포함할 수 있다. 흡입 장치(100)는 회전함에 따라 공기의 유동을 발생시키도록 마련되는 흡입 팬(130), 흡입 팬(130)과 연결되고 동력을 발생시키도록 마련되는 모터(110) 등을 포함할 수 있다. 흡입 장치(100)에 대한 상세한 설명은 후술한다.
본체(10)는 흡입구(20a)로부터 흡입된 공기로부터 이물질을 여과하도록 구성되는 집진 장치(60)를 포함할 수 있다. 집진 장치(60)는 흡입된 공기 중 이물질을 여과하여 수집하도록 구성될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 집진 장치(60)는 집진 케이스(61)를 포함할 수 있다. 집진 케이스(61)는 연결관(30)과 연결되어 흡입구(20a)를 통해 흡입된 공기 및 이물질이 유입되도록 마련되는 집진 케이스 유입구(61a)를 포함할 수 있다. 집진 케이스(61)는 집진 케이스 유입구(61a)를 통해 유입된 공기로부터 분리된 이물질을 수집하도록 마련될 수 있다. 집진 케이스(61)의 내측에는 이물질이 수집되기 위한 집진 챔버가 형성될 수 있다. 일 예로, 집진 케이스(61)의 일측에는 집진 챔버를 개폐하도록 집진 케이스(61)에 대해 회전 가능하게 장착되는 집진 케이스 도어(61b)가 마련될 수 있다. 일 예로, 집진 케이스(61)는 본체(10)의 다른 구성들에 장착되거나 그들로부터 분리되도록 마련되는 장착 버튼(65)을 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 집진 장치(60)는 사이클론(cyclone) 방식을 이용하여 공기 중 이물질을 여과하도록 구성될 수 있다. 집진 장치(60)는 공기 및 이물질이 회전 유동을 함에 따라 발생하는 원심력으로 이물질을 분리시키는 적어도 하나의 사이클론을 포함할 수 있다. 각각의 사이클론에 마련되는 공기 유입구는 나선형(helical) 입구, 접선 방향의 입구, 안내익 입구 등 공기의 회전 유동을 안내할 수 있는 다양한 구조를 가질 수 있다.
예를 들어, 집진 장치(60)는 공기 중 이물질을 1차적으로 여과하도록 마련되는 제1 사이클론(62)과, 제1 사이클론(62)을 통과한 공기 중 이물질을 2차적으로 여과하도록 마련되는 복수의 제2 사이클론(63)을 포함할 수 있다. 제1 사이클론(62)은 상대적으로 큰 크기의 이물질을 여과하기 위해, 공기가 상대적으로 큰 회전 반경을 따라 흐르도록 유도할 수 있다. 복수의 제2 사이클론(63)은 상대적으로 작은 크기의 이물질을 여과하기 위해, 각각 공기가 상대적으로 작은 회전 반경을 따라 흐르도록 유도할 수 있다.
집진 장치(60)는 제1 사이클론(62)과 제2 사이클론(63)의 사이에는 배치되는 사이클론 커버(64)를 포함할 수 있다. 사이클론 커버(64)는 공기가 통과할 수 있도록 마련될 수 있다. 사이클론 커버(64)는 제1 사이클론(62)으로부터 배출된 공기 및 이물질이 사이클론 커버(64)를 지나 제2 사이클론(63)로 유입되도록 마련될 수 있다. 다시 말해서, 사이클론 커버(64)는 제1 사이클론(62)의 배출구이자, 제2 사이클론(63)의 유입구로서 기능할 수 있다.
제1 사이클론(62)과 제2 사이클론(63)을 지나며 이물질이 여과된 공기는, 제2 사이클론(63)에 마련되는 여과 공기 배출구(63a)를 통해 제2 사이클론(63)으로부터 배출될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 이물질이 여과된 공기는 여과 공기 배출구(63a)를 통해 상측으로 배출될 수 있다. 이물질은 하측으로 가라앉아 집진 케이스(61)에 수집될 수 있다.
이와 같은 구성들에 의해, 집진 장치(60)는 흡입된 공기 중 이물질을 여과하고 수집할 수 있다. 다만 집진 장치(60)의 구조는 이상에서 설명한 실시예로 제한되지 않으며, 다양한 실시예에서 청소기(1)는 공기 중 이물질을 여과하고 수집하기 위한 다양한 구조의 집진 장치를 포함할 수 있다.
집진 장치(60)는 흡입 장치(100)보다 공기 흐름의 상류에 배치될 수 있다. 집진 장치(60)를 지나며 필터링된 공기는 흡입 장치(100)를 향해 흐를 수 있다. 제2 사이클론(63)의 여과 공기 배출구(63a)를 통해 배출된 공기는 흡입 장치(100)를 향해 흐를 수 있다.

본체 케이스(11)는 흡입 장치(100)가 동작함에 따라 공기가 유입되고 배출되도록 마련될 수 있다. 흡입 장치(100)의 흡입력에 의해 흡입구(20a)를 통해 흡입된 공기는 본체 케이스(11) 내로 유입될 수 있고, 본체 케이스(11)의 내부로부터 외부로 배출될 수 있다. 본체 케이스(11)의 내부에는 공기가 흐르기 위한 유로가 마련될 수 있다.
본체 케이스(11)의 구조에 대한 상세한 설명은 후술한다.
본체(10)는 배기 커버(14)를 포함할 수 있다. 배기 커버(14)는 본체 케이스(11)를 커버할 수 있다. 배기 커버(14)는 본체 케이스(11)의 후술할 케이스 바디(12)를 커버할 수 있다. 배기 커버(14)는 케이스 바디(12)의 외주면을 둘러싸도록 배치될 수 있다. 배기 커버(14)는 본체(10)의 외관의 적어도 일부를 형성할 수 있다. 배기 커버(14)는 본체 케이스(11)로부터 배출되는 공기가 통과하여 본체(10)의 외부로 배출될 수 있도록 마련되는 배기 홀(14h)을 포함할 수 있다.
본체(10)는 배기 커버(14)와 본체 케이스(11)의 사이에 배치되는 배기 필터(15)를 포함할 수 있다. 배기 필터(15)는 본체 케이스(11)에서 배출된 공기가 배기 커버(14)의 배기 홀(14h)을 통해 본체(10) 외부로 배출되기 전에 공기 중 이물질을 여과하도록 마련될 수 있다. 즉, 배기 필터(15)는 집진 장치(60)에 의해 필터링된 공기를 한번 더 필텨링하도록 마련될 수 있다.
배기 필터(15)는 본체 케이스(11)의 후술할 케이스 바디(12)를 커버할 수 있다. 배기 필터(15)는 케이스 바디(12)의 외주면을 둘러싸도록 배치될 수 있다. 배기 필터(15)는 배기 홀(14h)과 후술할 제1 아웃렛(11b)의 사이에 배치될 수 있다.
배기 필터(15)는 헤파(HEPA) 필터 등 다양한 종류의 필터를 포함할 수 있다.
청소기(1)는 컨트롤부(17)를 포함할 수 있다. 컨트롤부(17)는 사용자 입력을 획득하도록 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들어 컨트롤부(17)는 청소기(1)의 온/오프, 흡입 강도의 조절, 건식/습식 청소 등 청소 모드의 선택 등을 위한 사용자 입력을 획득하도록 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들어 컨트롤부(17)는 본체(10)에 마련될 수 있다.
청소기(1)는 사용자가 파지 가능하도록 마련되는 핸들(40)을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어 핸들(40)은 본체(10)에 마련될 수 있다. 사용자는 핸들(40)을 손으로 잡고, 청소기(1)를 원하는 방향으로 이동시킬 수 있다.
청소기(1)는 흡입 장치(100) 등 청소기(1)의 각종 부품들에 구동 전력을 공급하도록 마련되는 배터리(50)를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 배터리(50)는 본체(10)에 장착 또는 분리 가능하게 마련될 수 있다. 배터리(50)가 방전된 경우, 사용자는 이를 미리 충전된 배터리(50)로 교체함으로써 청소기의 동작 시간을 늘릴 수 있다. 또는, 예를 들어 배터리(50)는 본체(10)에 내장될 수도 있다.

도 3 내지 도 7을 참조하면, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 청소기(1)의 흡입 장치(100)는 모터(110)를 포함할 수 있다. 모터(110)는 전기에너지를 운동에너지로 변환시키도록 구성될 수 있다. 모터(110)는 전자기력을 기계적인 회전력으로 변환시키도록 구성될 수 있다. 모터(110)는 본체 케이스(11)의 내부에 배치될 수 있다.
모터(110)는 스테이터(111)와, 자성을 가지며 전자기력에 의해 스테이터(111)에 대해 회전 가능한 로터(112)를 포함할 수 있다. 스테이터(111)는 코어(core)와 코어에 권선되는 코일을 포함할 수 있다. 스테이터(111)는 본체 케이스(11), 모터 하우징(150) 등 다른 구성들에 대해 고정된 위치를 가질 수 있다. 도면들에는 로터(112)가 스테이터(111)의 내측에 배치되는 이너 로터 타입(inner-rotor type)인 실시예에 대해 도시하고 있으나, 본 개시의 실시예는 이에 제한되지 않으며 다양한 실시예들에서 모터(110)는 로터가 스테이터의 외측에 배치되는 아우터 로터 타입(outer-rotor type)을 포함할 수 있다.
모터(110)는 로터(112)에 연결되는 회전 샤프트(113)를 포함할 수 있다. 회전 샤프트(113)는 로터(112)의 회전력을 흡입 팬(130)에 전달하도록 마련될 수 있다. 회전 샤프트(113)는 로터(112)의 회전력을 냉각 팬(140)에 전달하도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 회전 샤프트(113)는 로터(112)를 관통하는 긴 바(bar)의 형상을 가질 수 있다.

제1 하우징(151)은 모터(110)의 적어도 일부를 커버할 수 있다. 제1 하우징(151)은 대략 모터(110)의 외측 둘레를 둘러싸도록 형성되는 원통 형상을 가질 수 있다. 제1 하우징(151)은 모터(110)를 둘러싸는 모터 커버부(151a)를 포함할 수 있다. 모터 커버부(151a)는 제1 하우징(151)의 내측 둘레면을 형성할 수 있다. 모터 커버부(151a)는 모터(110)의 외측을 둘러쌀 수 있다. 모터 커버부(151a)는 모터(110)를 수평 방향에서 둘러쌀 수 있다.

제2 하우징(152)은 모터(110)의 일부를 커버할 수 있다. 모터(110)의 일부가 제1 하우징(151)에 의해 커버될 때, 제2 하우징(152)은 제1 하우징(151)에 의해 커버되지 않는 모터(110)의 나머지 부분 중 적어도 일부를 커버할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 모터 지지부(152a)는 모터(110)의 일부를 커버할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 제1 하우징(151)은 제2 하우징(152)보다 하방에 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 하우징(151)은 모터(110)의 하부를 지지하고 커버할 수 있고, 제2 하우징(152)은 모터(110)의 상부를 지지하고 커버할 수 있다.

흡입 팬(130)은 회전함에 따라 후술하는 제1 인렛(11a)을 통해 공기가 본체 케이스(11)로 유입되고, 후술하는 제1 아웃렛(11b)을 통해 공기가 본체 케이스(11)로부터 배출되도록 마련될 수 있다. 흡입 팬(130)이 회전함에 따라 공기는 본체 케이스(11) 내에서 제1 유로(F1)를 따라 흐를 수 있다. 흡입 팬(130)은 본체 케이스(11)의 내부에 배치될 수 있다. 흡입 팬(130)은 모터 하우징(150)의 외측에 배치될 수 있다.
다양한 실시예에서, 흡입 장치(100)의 흡입 팬(130)은 축류형 팬(axial fan), 원심형 팬(centrifugal fan), 사류형 팬(diagonal fan) 등 다양한 종류의 팬을 포함할 수 있다.

이상에서 서술한 공기 가이드(151c)의 구조는 흡입 팬(130)이 회전함에 따라 흐르는 공기를 안내하도록 마련되는 모터 하우징(150)의 일 예시에 불과하며, 본 개시의 실시예는 이에 제한되지 않는다.
이와 같은 모터 하우징(150)의 구조에 의해, 흡입 팬(130)의 회전으로 인해 흐르는 공기가 모터(110)에 접촉되는 것이 방지될 수 있다. 특히 본 개시의 다양한 실시예에 따른 청소기(1)의 경우와 같이 청소기(1)가 습식 청소를 수행할 경우, 흡입구(20a)를 통해 공기와 수분이 함께 흡입될 가능성이 있는데, 흡입된 수분이 모터(110)에 접하게 될 경우 쇼트(short)의 발생 등으로 인해 모터(110)와 같은 부품에 손상이 발생하게 될 우려가 있다. 본 개시의 다양한 실시예에서는, 흡입 팬(130)에 의해 흐르는 공기는 모터 커버부(151a)의 외측을 따라(예를 들어, 공기 가이드(151c)를 따라) 흐르고, 모터(110)는 모터 커버부(151a)의 내측에 배치되므로, 흡입 팬(130)이 회전하더라도 그에 의해 흐르는 공기는 모터(110)를 직접 통과하지 않을 수 있다.
한편, 흡입 장치(100)의 작동 효율을 향상시키기 위해서는 모터(110)를 효율적으로 냉각시키면서 모터(110)가 높은 출력을 제공할 수 있도록 출력 가능 범위가 개선될 필요가 있다. 흡입 팬(130)의 회전에 따라 회전하는 공기가 모터 하우징(150)을 따라 흐르며 모터(110)에서 발생된 열을 간접적으로 방열시킬 수도 있으나, 이러한 간접적인 방열 방식만으로는 모터(110)를 효율적으로 냉각시키기 어려울 수 있다.
이러한 문제를 방지하기 위해, 본 개시의 일 실시예에서 흡입 장치(100)는 냉각 팬(140)을 포함할 수 있다. 냉각 팬(140)은 회전함에 따라 공기의 유동을 발생시킬 수 있다. 냉각 팬(140)은 회전함에 따라 공기가 흐르며 모터(110)를 냉각시키도록 구성될 수 있다. 냉각 팬(140)은 회전함에 따라 공기가 흐르며 모터(110)를 통과하도록 구성될 수 있다. 또한, 일 실시예에 따를 때, 냉각 팬(140)은 회전함에 따라 공기가 흐르며 모터 드라이버(120)를 냉각시키도록 구성될 수 있다.
냉각 팬(140)은 회전함에 따라 후술하는 제2 인렛(11c)을 통해 공기가 본체 케이스(11)로 유입되고, 후술하는 제2 아웃렛(11d)을 통해 공기가 본체 케이스(11)로부터 배출되도록 마련될 수 있다. 냉각 팬(140)이 회전함에 따라 공기는 본체 케이스(11) 내에서 제2 유로(F2)를 따라 흐를 수 있다. 냉각 팬(140)은 본체 케이스(11)의 내부에 배치될 수 있다. 냉각 팬(140)은, 모터 하우징(150)에 대해 흡입 팬(130)이 위치하는 일측과 반대되는 타측에 배치될 수 있다.
일 예로, 냉각 팬(140)은 모터(110)와 모터 드라이버(120)의 사이에 배치될 수 있다. 이로써, 냉각 팬(140)이 회전할 시 모터(110) 및 모터 드라이버(120)가 함께 효율적으로 냉각될 수 있다.

본체 케이스(11)는 제2 인렛(11c)과 제2 아웃렛(11d)을 포함할 수 있다. 제2 인렛(11c)은 냉각 팬(140)이 회전함에 따라 공기가 본체 케이스(11) 내로 유입되도록 마련될 수 있다. 냉각 팬(140)이 회전할 시, 청소기(1) 외부의 공기는 제2 인렛(11c)을 통해 본체 케이스(11)로 유입될 수 있다. 제2 아웃렛(11d)은 냉각 팬(140)이 회전함에 따라 공기가 본체 케이스(11) 외부로 배출되도록 마련될 수 있다. 제2 인렛(11c)과 제2 아웃렛(11d)은 서로 이격될 수 있다.

다만 냉각 팬(140)이 회전할 시 제2 유로(F2)를 따라 공기가 흐르는 방향은 위에서 설명한 바로 제한되지 않는다. 예를 들어, 냉각 팬(140)의 회전 방향에 따라, 공기는 제2 유로(F2)의 제2 부분(F2b)과 제1 부분(F2a)을 순차적으로 지날 수 있다. 상세하게는, 냉각 팬(140)의 회전 방향에 따라 공기는 모터(110), 냉각 팬 쉬라우드(141), 모터 드라이버(120)를 순차적으로 지날 수 있다. 이 경우 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 제2 아웃렛(11d)의 위치에 공기가 유입되는 제2 인렛이 형성될 수 있고, 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 제2 인렛(11c)의 위치에 공기가 배출되는 제2 아웃렛이 형성될 수 있다.
이와 같은 구조에 의해, 냉각 팬(140)이 회전할 시, 청소기(1) 외부의 공기는 제2 인렛(11c)을 통과하여 본체 케이스(11) 내로 유입될 수 있다. 제2 인렛(11c)을 통해 유입된 공기는 제2 유로(F2)를 따라 제2 아웃렛(11d)까지 흐를 수 있으며, 그 과정에서 냉각 팬(140), 모터(110), 모터 드라이버(120), 모터 커버부(151a)와 모터(110) 사이의 이격 공간, 제2 하우징(152) 등을 통과할 수 있다. 본체 케이스(11) 내부의 공기는 제2 아웃렛(11d)을 통해 본체(10)의 외부, 즉 청소기(1)의 외부로 배출될 수 있다.
이처럼, 일 실시예에 따른 청소기(1)는 먼지 등 이물질을 흡입하고 여과하기 위한 유로(제1 유로(F1)를 포함)와, 모터(110) 및/또는 모터 드라이버(120)를 냉각하기 위한 유로(제2 유로(F2)를 포함)를 포함할 수 있다. 이 때, 모터(110) 및/또는 모터 드라이버(120)의 냉각 효율을 향상시키기 위해서, 제1 유로(F1)와 제2 유로(F2)가 서로 분리됨이 바람직하다. 또한, 제1 유로(F1)를 따라 흐르는, 수분을 포함하는 흡입 공기가 모터(110) 및/또는 모터 드라이버(120)로 유입되는 것을 방지하거나 저감시키기 위해, 제1 유로(F1)와 제2 유로(F2)는 서로 분리됨이 바람직하다.
따라서, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 청소기(1)의 본체 케이스(11) 및 그에 장착되는 흡입 장치(100)는 제1 유로(F1)와 제2 유로(F2)가 구획되기 위한 구조를 가질 수 있다.

도 13의 제1 그래프(G1)와 제2 그래프(G2)를 비교하면, 흡입 장치(100)가 냉각 팬(140)(또는 냉각 팬(440))을 포함하는 경우 모터(110)를 보다 효율적으로 냉각시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한, 제1 그래프(G1)를 참조하면 제3 출력값(P3)에서 모터(110)의 온도(Tm)가 허용 온도(Tc)를 초과하는 반면 제2 그래프(G2)를 참조하면 제3 출력값(P3)에서 모터(110)의 온도(Tm)가 허용 온도(Tc) 미만인데, 이로써, 흡입 장치(100)가 냉각 팬(140)(또는 냉각 팬(440))을 포함하는 경우 모터(110)가 보다 높은 에너지를 출력할 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 즉, 흡입 장치(100)가 냉각 팬(140)(또는 냉각 팬(440))을 포함하는 경우 모터(110)의 출력 가능 범위가 증가함을 알 수 있다.
이상에서는 다양한 실시예에 따른 청소기(1)가 스틱형 청소기인 것을 예로 들어 설명하였으나, 본 개시는 이에 제한되지 않는다. 본 개시의 다양한 실시예들에 따를 때 청소기의 상기 구성들은 캐니스터형(canister type) 청소기, 업라이트형(upright type) 청소기, 핸디형(handy type) 청소기, 로봇 청소기 등 다양한 타입의 청소기들에 적용될 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 청소기는, 제1 인렛, 제1 아웃렛, 제2 인렛 및 제2 아웃렛을 포함하는 본체 케이스, 상기 본체 케이스 내에 배치되는 모터, 상기 본체 케이스 내에 배치되고 상기 모터와 연결되어 회전 가능하게 마련되는 흡입 팬, 상기 본체 케이스 내에 배치되고 상기 모터와 연결되어 회전 가능하게 마련되는 냉각 팬, 상기 본체 케이스 내에 배치되고, 상기 모터를 지지하고, 파티션 가이드를 포함하는 모터 하우징, 및 상기 파티션 가이드에 결합되고, 상기 본체 케이스의 내벽에 접하는 씰(seal)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 파티션 가이드 및 상기 씰은, 상기 제1 인렛으로부터 상기 흡입 팬을 지나 상기 제1 아웃렛까지 연장되는 제1 유로와 상기 제2 인렛으로부터 상기 냉각 팬 및 상기 모터를 지나 상기 제2 아웃렛까지 연장되는 제2 유로를 구획하도록 마련될 수 있다.

본 개시의 사상에 따르면, 청소기의 흡입 장치는 냉각 팬을 포함함으로써, 모터 및/또는 모터 드라이버를 지나는 공기의 흐름을 발생시켜 모터 및/또는 모터 드라이버를 효율적으로 냉각시킬 수 있고, 모터의 출력 가능 범위를 증가시킬 수 있다.
본 개시의 사상에 따르면, 청소기의 흡입 장치는 파티션 가이드 및 씰을 포함하여 수분이 포함된 흡입 공기가 모터 및/또는 모터 드라이버가 위치하는 공간으로 유입되는 것을 방지하거나 저감시킬 수 있다.
본 개시의 사상에 따르면, 청소기의 흡입 장치는 파티션 가이드 및 씰을 포함하여 먼지 등 이물질을 흡입하고 여과하기 위한 유로와 모터 및/또는 모터 드라이버를 냉각하기 위한 유로를 분리시킬 수 있다.
본 개시의 사상에 따른 효과는 이상에서 언급한 효과로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제2 실링부는,상기 제1 하우징의 외주면과 상기 본체 케이스의 내벽 사이의 공간을 상기 제1 유로로부터 구획하는 청소기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 아웃렛은,상기 본체 케이스의 상기 제1 실링부가 접하는 일부와 상기 제2 실링부가 접하는 다른 일부의 사이에 배치되는 청소기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 실링부와 상기 제2 실링부는 서로 연결되고,상기 씰은, 상기 제1 유로가 통과하도록 상기 제1 실링부와 상기 제2 실링부 사이에 배치되는 씰 홀(seal hole)을 더 포함하는 청소기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 아웃렛 및 상기 제2 아웃렛은 서로 이격된 청소기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모터 하우징은, 상기 모터를 둘러싸는 모터 커버부;를 더 포함하고,상기 제1 유로는 상기 모터 커버부의 외측에 배치되고, 상기 제2 유로의 적어도 일부는 상기 모터 커버부의 내측에 배치되는 청소기.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제2 유로는,상기 모터와 상기 냉각 팬을 통과하는 제1 부분과,상기 모터와 상기 모터 커버부 사이를 통과하는 제2 부분을 포함하는 청소기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모터와 전기적으로 연결되는 모터 드라이버;를 더 포함하고,상기 냉각 팬은 상기 모터와 상기 모터 드라이버 사이에 배치되는 청소기.
- 제1항에 있어서,공기 및 이물질을 흡입하도록 구성되는 흡입구; 및상기 흡입구로부터 흡입된 공기 중 이물질을 집진하고, 상기 흡입구로부터 흡입된 공기가 통과하여 상기 제1 인렛으로 유입되도록 구성되는 집진 장치;를 더 포함하는 청소기.
