Description

儿童安全座椅 技术领域 本公开涉及一种儿童我具, 特别涉及一种儿童安全座椅。 背景技术 儿童安全座椅为儿童出行提供舒适及安全的坐卧空间,一般儿童安全座椅既可前向使 用, 也可后向使用, 以适应不同大小儿童的使用需求, 极大程度保证儿童的安全, 同时为 避免意外撞击状况下儿童安全座椅翻覆,一般儿童安全座椅还设置有顶部系带 (top tether), 但现有儿童安全座椅后向使用时, 顶部系带的两根织带位于儿童安全座椅的左右两侧, 妨 碍儿童进出儿童安全座椅, 给使用带来不便。 此外, 在儿童安全座椅与顶部系带 (亦称为“顶部系绳”) 之间还设置 加强结构, 以 增强连接的牢固性。 现有的加强结构往往结构复杂, 不便于使用。 发明内容 根据本公开提出一种儿童安全座椅, 包括: 座椅本体, 包括坐部和与坐部连接的背靠 部; 1210左右两侧的两个侧翼 1230, 两个侧翼 1230在左右方向侧向保护儿童的上半身, 以避免上半身遭受来自左右方向的撞 击。 根据本实施例, 连接部 1220沿左右方向延仲, 且其两端分别与土体部 1210连接, 而 其余部分则与主体部 1210上下间隔设置, 从而在连接部 1220与主体部 1210之间形成中 空部 1260a, 连接部 1220用于与系带组件 2000连接, 100在左右方向上的同侧。 由于在后向使用状态卜, 连接部 1220距离车辆座椅 200的 锚固点更远, 此时可以通过调整件 2300, 延长第 :部段 2110和第一部段 2120的整体延 伸长度。 如图 3和图 4所示, 与图 1、 2的前向使用状态相比, 第一部段 2110的第一端部 2111 由连接部 1220在左右方向一侧的定位槽 1222远离连接部 1220中部的一侧移动至连接部 即系带本体 H210内侧面翻转至外侧面。 在发明人已知 的儿童安全座椅中, 顶部系绳的一端固足连接加强管, 当锚固部 H220卡合锚固点时, 锚 固部 H220与连接件之间的系带本体 H210会形成折叠,由此会造成系带本体 H210的磨损。 参见图 1的局部放大图,连接件 H240与加强部 H15。为分体件,连接件 H240可以相对于 加强部 H150自由活动。 当系带组件 H200从后向安装位置移动到前向安装位置时, 系带 本体 H210的笫二端部 H214能够带动连接件 H240转动, 以避免在系带本体 H210将因转 而形成折叠段。 图 1至图 4A示出了儿童安全座椅 H1为前向使用模式。 在此状态下, 系带本体 H210 位于前向安装位置, 即系带组件 H200的系带本体 H210远离儿童安全座椅 H1的前侧,并 向后延伸至车辆座椅的锚固点。 在图 H123 (见图 5) 。 引导部 H152的内部形成 引导孔 H151 , 引导孔 H151 ■侧的开口与穿孔 H121对齐, 另 ■侧开口位丁抵接部 H153 的远离穿孔 H121的表面, 系带本体 H210穿设在引导孔 H151内, 并从穿孔 H121穿出背 靠部 H120的壳体。由此可以更好引导系带本体 H210相对于座椅本体 H100的滑动, 防止 系带本体 H210折叠或卡住。 在其他实施例中, 引导部 H152也可以不延伸至穿孔 H121 , 本公开不以此为限。 引导孔 H151在抵接部 H153表面处的开门横截面设置为长条形(参见图 6)并沿座椅 本体 H100的长度方向延伸 (参见图 1) o 引导孔 H151在中部具有扩宽部 H158o 例如, 引导孔 H151在抵接部 H153表面处的开口的宽度从两端至中部逐渐变大。 引导孔 H151 的中部的扩宽部 H158宽度大于其两个端部的宽度。 由此, 当系带组件 H200位于前向安 装位置或者后向安装位置并被拉紧时, 引导孔 H151 的端部较窄, 能防止系带本体 H210 滑动。 当系带组件 H200在前向安装位置府后向安装位置之间切换时, 系带本体 H210能 够在较宽的扩宽部 H158处翻转方向, 以避免卷绕和折叠。 在本实施例中, 2个穿孔 H123分别设置在背靠部 H120的壳体的左右两侧, 由此, 当 系带本体 H210 位于后向安装位置小 j, 系带本体 H210 不会从背面到侧面卷绕在背靠部 H120的壳体上, 因此可以降低两者之间的摩擦面积。另外, 当系带本体 H210从前向安装 位置向后向安装位置之间切换时, 系带本体 H210不会接触背靠部 H120的后面和侧面的 拐角处, 也能够避免系带本体 H210出现卷绕和折叠。 在其他实施例中, 穿孔 H123也可 以设置在背靠部 Hl 20的背面。 系带组件 H200的连接件 H240设置为扁平扣 H240o 如图 1所示, 连接件 H240设置 为长条形片材, 其在系带本体 H210拉紧的状态卜 '基本上沿座椅本体 H100的高度方向延 伸。 连接件 H240具有至少两个平行开口 H241 , 系带本体 H210的第一 .端部 H214的自由 端顺序穿过至少两个平行开口 H241 , 并在 H180度转变方向后与第一 .端部 H214的其余部 分叠置且可以设置为固定连接, 例如缝合、 粘合等 (参见图 5) 。 连接件 H240也可以具 有三个或更多个平行开口 H241 o 连接件 H240的扁平侧面平行抵接加强部 H150的表面, 扁平侧面的面积大于引导孔 H153在抵接部 H153处的开口面积, 从而在系带本体 H210 的第一端部 H213被固定至车辆座椅的情况下, 连接件 H240能够从座椅内侧卡靠在抵接 部 H153上, 以提供系带本体 H210的第二端部 H214的卡接。 由于引导孔 H153的开口为 长条形目.连接件 H240被设置为扁平长条形片材, 在安装时可以将连接件 H240先从座椅 外侧水平插入引导孔 H153, 在穿过引导孔 H153伸出至座椅内侧以后, 将连接件 H24。变 换方向, 从而卡接在抵接部 H153 ± (参见图 5) 。 H210在引导孔 H151中翻转 H180度, 同口寸需要将 连接件 H240从图 1所示状态翻转 H180度。在翻转过程中,系带本体 H210的织带由于其 宽度在引导孔 H153中会发生变形和挤压, 供至被引导孔 H153卡住。 根据本公开,在引导孔 H153中设置逐渐变宽的扩宽部 H158,从而在翻转连接件 H240 和系带本体 H210时防止织带被引导孔 H153卡住。 参见图 5, 加强部 H150还具有垂直于抵接部 H153的凸出部 H156, 用于抵接背靠部 H120的主体 H121 o 同时, 凸出部 H156加强了固定部 H154的强度。 根据本公开, 凸出 部 H156与横杆 H160形状适配, 具体形式可以相应进行变换, 本公开不以图示为限。 此外,加强部 H150在背离连接件 H240的一侧设置有多个肋部 H155,这些肋部 H155 可以卡接背靠部 H120的主体 9的儿 童安全座椅 H1沿剖线 II-II的剖面图;图 12示山局部 B在图 11中的细节图。为避免重复, 仅阐述与第 1实施例的不同之处。 根据第一实施例,在横杆 H160在靠近背靠部 H120的结合部 H122的两端位置设置有 加强部 H170o 加强部 H170被设置为扁平加强铁片, 具有与横杆 H160固定连接的固定部 H171和开口 H172。 加强部 H170的形状大致为矩形。 如图 9所示, 矩形的侧边也可以设 置有缺口, 以避开背靠部 H120上的部件或成型部。固定部 H171设置于加强部 H170的一 侧, 例如设置在矩形的一个拐角处。 开口 H172设置于加强部 H170的中部, 形式为长条 形。 固定部 H171可 '以设置为圆孔, 位于加强部 H170的一端, 横杆 H160插入圆孔后进行 焊接连接, 更进一步增加了连接强度。 根据本公开, 加强部 H170相对于座椅本体 H100 的高度方向以 淀的角度从横杆 H160伸出,开口 H172位于加强部 H170的另 :端,并沿 座椅本体 H100的高度方向延伸, 从而使得系带本体 H210能够始终以展开状态连接在车 辆座椅与儿童安全座椅 H1之间。可选地, 加强部 H170的开口 H172的中部也具有扩宽部
(图未示出) , 以使得开 H H172的中部的宽度大于两个端部的宽度。 图 13、 图 14和图 15示出本公开第三实施例, 其中, 图 13示出根据第三实施例的儿 童安全座椅 H1的前侧立体图并示出局部 C的细节, 图 14示出图 13的儿童安全座椅 H1 沿剖线山 -III的剖面图; 图 15示出局部 C在图 14中的细节图。 在第三实施例中, 在背靠部 H120的结合部 H122处设置第一加强部 H150, 与第一加 强部 H150平行地设置笫二加强部 H170, 第二加强部 H170固定至横杆 H160。 系带组件 H200的连接件 H240依次穿过座椅本体 H100中的穿孔 H123、第一加强部 H150的引导孔 H151和第一 .加强部 H170的开口 H172并抵接在第一 .加强部 H170上, 从而进一步加强了 系带组件 H200与座椅本体 H100的连接件位。 根据本公开,在儿童安全座椅 H1的座椅本体 H100上对应系带组件 H200的连接处固 定连接有加强部 H150和 /或加强部 H170o加强部 H150和 /或加强部 H170用于加强儿童安 全座椅 H1上系带组件 H200连接位置的强度。加强部 H150和 /或加强部 H170可以为塑胶 材质, 其成本低、 重量轻、 且易加工。 加强部 H150和 /或加强部 H170也可以由其他材料 制成。通过设置加强部 H150和 /或加强部 H170, 儿童安全座椅 H1的背靠部 H120可以以 较容易的形式被模制, 从而节省了材料并减少了制造难度。 由于本申请能够以多种形式具体实施而不脱离本申请的精神和实质, 所以应当理解, 上述实施例不限于任何前述的细节,而应在权利要求书所限定的范围内进行最广泛的解释, 囚此落入权利要求或其等效范围内的全部变化都应为权利要求所涵盖。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种儿童安全座椅, 包括: 座椅本体, 包括坐部和与所述坐部连接的背靠部; 系带组件, 与所述座椅本体连接, 用于将所述座椅本体连接至车辆的锚固点; 其中,当所述儿童安全座椅处于前向使用状态口寸,所述系带组件在所述儿童安全座椅 的左右方向上的两侧分别连接所述背靠部与所述车辆的锚固点, 当所述儿童安全座椅处于后向使用状态时,所述坐部位于所述背靠部的后侧,所述系 带组件在所述儿童安全座椅的左右方向上的仅一侧连接所述背靠部的上部与所述车辆的 锚固点。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的儿童安全座椅, 其中: 当所述儿童安全座椅处于所述后向使用状态时,所述系带绢件的一部分位于所述儿童 安全座椅在所述左右方向上的一侧,并从所述背靠部向后延伸,所述系带组件的另一部分 位于所述儿童安全座椅在所述左右方向上的另一侧, 并自所述坐部向后延伸。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的儿童安全座椅, 其中, 所述系带组件包括锚固部和穿过所述锚固部的系带本体,所述锚固部位于所述系带本 体的两个端部之间或位于所述系带本体的其中一个端部处,用于与所述车辆的锚固点连接, 所述背靠部的上部设有上固定部,所述系带本体的至少一个端部连接至所述上固定部。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的儿童安全座椅, 其中, 所述上固定部包括两个, 分别位于 所述背靠部的左右两侧的两个侧翼, 当所述儿童安全座椅处丁前向使用状态时,所述系带 本体的两个端部分别连接至两个所述上固定部,当所述儿童安全座椅处于所述后向使用状 态时,所述系带本体的一个端部连接至位于所述儿童安全座椅的左右方向上的仅一侧的所 述上固定部。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的儿童安全座椅, 其中, 所述坐部设有下固定部, 所述系带本体的一个端部能够连接至所述下固定部,当所述儿童安全座椅处于所述后 向使用状态时,所述系带木体的与所述座椅木体连接的一端部连接至位于所述儿童安全座 椅的左行方向上的仪一侧的所述上固定部, 另一端部连接至所述下固定部。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的儿童安全座椅, 其中, 所述下固定部包括两个, 分别位于 所述坐部的左右两侧的两个侧翼, 当所述儿童安全座椅处于所述后向使用状态时,所述系 带本体的两个端部分别连接至位于所述儿童安全座椅的左右方向上的不同侧的所述上固 定部和所述卜 '固定部。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的儿童安全座椅, 其中, 所述儿童安全座椅的左右方向上的 同 ■侧设有所述上固定部和所述下固定部以及连接两者的滑动机构,所述滑动机构被设置 成使得所述系带本体的一个端部能够借助于所述滑动机构从所述上固定部和所述下固定 部中的一者滑动至另一者并定位。

8. 根据权利要求 7所述的儿童安全座椅, 其中, 所述滑动机构是设置于所述儿童安 全座椅的外表面上的滑槽或滑轨。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的儿童安全座椅, 其中, 所述系带组件包括锚固部和穿过所 述锚固部的系带本体,所述锚固部位于所述系带本体的两个端部之间或位于所述系带本体 的其中一个端部处, 用于与所述车辆的锚固点连接, 所述背靠部的上部设有上固定部,所述坐部设有下固定部,所述系带本体的所述两个 端部被配置为可拆卸地连接所述上固定部和所述下固定部。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的儿童安全座椅, 其中, 所述背靠部的壳体具有穿孔; 所述系带组件具有系带本体、锚固部和连接件, 其中, 所述系带本体具有扁平的横截 面目 .穿设住所述壳体的所述穿孔处,所述系带本体的第一端部位于所述壳体的外侧,所述 系带本体的第二端部位于所述壳体的内侧;所述锚固部连接于所述第一端部,并适用于连 接车辆的锚固点; 所述连接件连接于所述第二端部; 以及 至少一个加强部,所述加强部设置于所述壳体与所述连接件之间,用于加强所述系带 本体与所述座椅本体连接位置的强度, 其中,当所述锚固部在所述座椅本体的前侧安装位置和后侧安装位置之间移动时,所 述连接件可相对于所述加强部转动, 以避免所述系带本体产生折叠。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的儿童安全座椅, 其中: 所述至少一个加强部包括第一加强部,所述第一加强部具有用于固定连接至所述座椅 本体的抵接部和突出于所述抵接部的引导部; 其中, 所述引导部具有引导孔,所述引导孔从所述抵接部延伸至所述穿孔, 所述系带 本体穿设在引导孔内, 所述引导孔的横截面设置为长条形并沿所述背靠部的长度方向延伸, 所述引导孔在中部具有扩宽部, 以使得所述引导孔的所述中部宽度大于端部的宽度。
