Abstract

被印刷物に対して画像を精度良く印刷する。被印刷物が印刷装置に配置される第1状態で被印刷物を撮影して得られる対象画像が取得される。対象画像は被印刷物のうちの複数のマークが付加された部分を少なくとも示す。対象画像内の複数のマークの位置と、複数の点の位置関係と、を用いて、第1状態における印刷装置に対する被印刷物の位置関係が特定される。印刷装置に対する被印刷物の位置関係に応じた前処理が実行される。前処理の後に、被印刷物に特定画像が印刷される。複数の点の位置関係は、例えば、第1状態とは異なる第2状態で、複数のマークが付加された被印刷物を撮影して得られる基準画像内の複数のマークが位置する点を含む被印刷物上の点であって良い。

Description

コンピュータプログラム、および、印刷済み製品の製造方法
 本明細書は、被印刷物に画像を印刷するための技術に関する。
 特許文献1に記載された技術では、布地に画像を印刷する場合に、マーキング用の4個の穴が形成された位置出し用部材を用いて、布地の印刷すべき領域に4カ所のマークを付ける。印刷装置に布地をセットする際には、4カ所のマークが矩形のプラテン部材の4隅の角に位置するように布地を配置する。これによって、布地の印刷を施す部分をプラテン部材に正確にセットできる、とされている。
特開2019-206132号公報
 このように、布素材または皮革素材を用いて作成される製品などの被印刷物の所定の位置に画像を印刷する技術が求められている。
 本明細書は、被印刷物に対して画像を精度良く印刷し得る技術を開示する。
 本明細書に開示された技術は、以下の適用例として実現することが可能である。
[適用例1]コンピュータプログラムであって、被印刷物が印刷装置に配置される第1状態とは異なる第2状態で、複数のマークが付加された前記被印刷物を撮影して得られる基準画像を取得する基準画像取得機能であって、前記基準画像は前記被印刷物のうちの前記複数のマークが付加された部分を少なくとも示す、前記基準画像取得機能と、前記第1状態で前記被印刷物を再度撮影して得られる対象画像を取得する対象画像取得機能であって、前記対象画像は前記被印刷物のうちの前記複数のマークが付加された部分を少なくとも示す、前記対象画像取得機能と、前記対象画像内の前記複数のマークの位置と、前記基準画像内の複数の点の位置関係と、を用いて、前記第1状態における前記印刷装置に対する前記被印刷物の位置関係を特定する特定機能であって、前記基準画像内の複数の点は、前記複数のマークが位置する点を含む前記被印刷物上の点である、前記特定機能と、前記印刷装置に対する前記被印刷物の位置関係に応じた前処理を実行する前処理実行機能と、前記前処理の後に、前記被印刷物に特定画像を印刷する印刷実行機能と、を備える、コンピュータプログラム。
 被印刷物が印刷位置に配置された第1状態では、被印刷物の変形等に起因して、印刷装置に対する被印刷物の位置関係(例えば、位置や方向)が特定し難い場合がある。上記構成によれば、第1状態とは異なる第2状態で撮影して得られる基準画像内の複数のマークの位置を含む複数の点の位置関係と、第1状態で被印刷物を再度撮影して得られる対象画像と、が取得される。そして、対象画像内の複数のマークの位置と、基準画像内の複数の点の位置関係と、を用いて、第1状態における印刷装置に対する被印刷物の位置関係を特定する。この結果、第1状態における印刷装置に対する被印刷物の位置関係を精度良く特定し得る。その結果、被印刷物に対して特定画像を精度良く印刷し得る。
[適用例2]コンピュータプログラムであって、被印刷物が印刷装置に配置される第1状態とは異なる第2状態における前記被印刷物上の複数の点の位置関係を示す位置関係情報をメモリに記録する記録機能であって、前記複数の点は、前記被印刷物に付加された複数のマークが位置する点を含む前記被印刷物上の点であり、前記被印刷物上の位置関係は、前記複数のマークが位置する点と、前記被印刷物上の基準点と、の位置関係を含み、前記基準点は、前記特定画像が印刷されるべき前記被印刷物上の位置を規定するための点であり、前記第1状態は、前記被印刷物が、前記被印刷物を保持するための特定の部材に支持された状態であり、前記複数のマークは、前記第1状態において、前記被印刷物のうち、前記特定の部材に支持される部分に位置し、かつ、基準線上に付加され、前記基準線は、前記基準点を通り、基準方向に伸びる線であり、前記基準方向は、印刷されるべき前記特定画像の前記被印刷物に対する方向を示す、前記記録機能と、前記第1状態で前記被印刷物を撮影して得られる対象画像を取得する対象画像取得機能であって、前記対象画像は前記被印刷物のうちの前記複数のマークが付加された部分を少なくとも示す、前記対象画像取得機能と、前記対象画像内の前記複数のマークの位置と前記位置関係情報とを用いて、前記第1状態における前記印刷装置に対する前記被印刷物の位置関係に応じた前処理を実行する前処理実行機能と、前記前処理の後に、前記被印刷物に特定画像を印刷する印刷実行機能と、を備える、コンピュータプログラム。
 被印刷物が印刷位置に配置された第1状態では、被印刷物の変形等に起因して、印刷装置に対する被印刷物の位置関係が特定し難い場合がある。上記構成によれば、第1状態とは異なる第2状態における複数のマークの位置を含む複数の点の位置関係を示す位置関係情報が記録される。そして、第1状態で被印刷物を撮影して得られる対象画像内の複数のマークの位置と、位置関係情報と、を用いて、第1状態における印刷装置に対する被印刷物の位置関係が特定される。この結果、第1状態における印刷装置に対する被印刷物の位置関係を精度良く特定し得る。その結果、被印刷物に対して特定画像を精度良く印刷し得る。
 なお、本明細書に開示の技術は、種々の態様で実現することが可能であり、例えば、の布製品の製造方法、画像処理装置、印刷装置、印刷方法、これらの方法または装置の機能を実現するためのコンピュータプログラム、そのコンピュータプログラムを記録した記録媒体(例えば、一時的ではない記録媒体)、等の形態で実現することができる。

A-1:印刷システム1000の構成
 次に、実施の形態を実施例に基づき説明する。図1は、実施例の印刷システム1000の構成を示すブロック図である。印刷システム1000は、プリンタ200と、本実施例の画像処理装置としての端末装置300と、第1カメラ400aと、第2カメラ400bと、を含んでいる。プリンタ200と端末装置300、および、2個のカメラ400a、400bと端末装置300とは、通信可能に接続されている。
 端末装置300は、プリンタ200のユーザが使用する計算機であり、例えば、パーソナルコンピュータやスマートフォンである。端末装置300は、端末装置300のコントローラとしてのCPU310と、2種類のメモリ(ハードディスクドライブなどの不揮発性記憶装置320とRAMなどの揮発性記憶装置330)と、を備えている。端末装置300は、さらに、マウスやキーボードなどの操作部360と、液晶ディスプレイなどの表示部370と、通信部380と、を備えている。通信部380は、外部機器、例えば、プリンタ200や第1カメラ400aと通信可能に接続するための有線または無線のインタフェースを含む。
 揮発性記憶装置330は、CPU310が処理を行う際に生成される種々の中間データを一時的に格納するバッファ領域331を提供する。不揮発性記憶装置320には、コンピュータプログラムPG1とデータベースDBとが格納されている。コンピュータプログラムPG1は、例えば、サーバからダウンロードされる形態、あるいは、USBメモリやDVD-ROMなどに格納される形態で、プリンタ200の製造者によって提供される。CPU310は、コンピュータプログラムPG1を実行することによって、画像処理やプリンタ200の制御を実行する。具体的には、CPU310は、例えば、後述する位置関係情報取得処理や印刷関連処理を実行する。
 第1カメラ400aと第2カメラ400bは、それぞれ、イメージセンサを用いて光学的に被写体を撮影することによって被写体を表す画像データ(撮影画像データとも呼ぶ)を生成するデジタルカメラである。例えば、カメラ400a、400bは、端末装置300の制御に従って、撮影画像データを生成し、端末装置300に送信する。
 プリンタ200は、例えば、印刷機構100と、プリンタ200のコントローラとしてのCPU210と、ハードディスクドライブなどの不揮発性記憶装置220と、RAMなどの揮発性記憶装置230と、ユーザによる操作を取得するためのボタンやタッチパネルなどの操作部260と、液晶ディスプレイなどの表示部270と、通信部280と、を備えている。通信部280は、外部機器、例えば、端末装置300と通信可能に接続するための有線または無線のインタフェースを含む。
 揮発性記憶装置230は、CPU210が処理を行う際に生成される種々の中間データを一時的に格納するバッファ領域231を提供する。不揮発性記憶装置220には、コンピュータプログラムPG2が格納されている。コンピュータプログラムPG2は、本実施例では、プリンタ200を制御するための制御プログラムであり、プリンタ200の出荷時に不揮発性記憶装置220に格納されて提供され得る。これに代えて、コンピュータプログラムPG2は、サーバからダウンロードされる形態で提供されても良く、USBメモリやDVD-ROMなどに格納される形態で提供されてもよい。CPU210は、コンピュータプログラムPG2を実行することにより、例えば、端末装置300から送信される印刷データに従って印刷機構100を制御して被印刷物に画像を印刷する。なお、本実施例のプリンタ200は、被印刷物として衣服、具体的には、Tシャツが想定されている。
 印刷機構100は、C、M、Y、Kの各インク(液滴)を吐出して印刷を行うインクジェット方式の印刷機構である。印刷機構100は、印刷ヘッド110とヘッド駆動部120と主走査部130と搬送部140とを備えている。
 図2を参照して、さらに、説明する。図2は、印刷システム1000の概略構成を示す斜視図である。図2の+X方向、-X方向、+Y方向、-Y方向、+Z方向、-Z方向は、それぞれ、プリンタ200の左方、右方、前方、後方、上方、下方である。
 主走査部130は、筐体201の内部において、図示しない主走査モータの動力を用いて、印刷ヘッド110を搭載するキャリッジ(図示省略)を主走査方向(図2のX方向)に沿って往復動させる。これによって、TシャツSなどの被印刷物に対して主走査方向(X方向)に沿って印刷ヘッド110を往復動させる主走査が実現される。
 搬送部140は、筐体201のX方向中央部に設けられたプラテン142およびトレイ144を備えている。プラテン142は、TシャツSなどの被印刷物を印刷可能に保持するための板状の部材である。プラテン142は、プラテン142の-Z方向に配置された板状のトレイ144に固定されている。トレイ144は、プラテン142より一回り大きい。プラテン142とトレイ144とによって、TシャツSなどの被印刷物が保持される。プラテン142とトレイ144は、図示しない副走査モータの動力を用いて、主操作方向と交差する搬送方向(図2のY方向)に搬送される。これによって、TシャツSなどの被印刷物を印刷ヘッド110に対して搬送方向に搬送する副走査が実現される。
 ヘッド駆動部120(図1)は、主走査部130が印刷ヘッド110の主走査を行っている最中に、印刷ヘッド110に駆動信号を供給して、印刷ヘッド110を駆動する。印刷ヘッド110は、図示しない複数個のノズルを備え、駆動信号に従って、搬送部140によって搬送される被印刷物上にインクを吐出してドットを形成する。
 図2に示すように、第1カメラ400aは、図示しない支持具によって支持されて、作業台600の+Z方向に配置される。第1カメラ400aは、作業台600の上面に対向して設けられ、作業台600の上面に載置されたTシャツSを撮影可能である。これによって、第1カメラ400aは、TシャツSを含む後述する基準画像を示す撮影画像データを生成することができる。
 図2に示すように、第2カメラ400bは、図示しない支持具によって支持されて、プリンタ200の+Z方向に配置される。第2カメラ400bは、プリンタ200から離れた場所に位置し、プラテン142の上面に対向して設けられ、プラテン142の上面に載置されたTシャツSを撮影可能である。これによって、第2カメラ400bは、TシャツSを含む後述する対象画像を示す撮影画像データを生成することができる。
A-2.プリントTシャツの製造工程
 次にプリントTシャツの製造工程について説明する。プリントTシャツは、印刷システム1000を用いて、TシャツSの胸部に特定画像を印刷することによって製造される。図3は、プリントTシャツの製造工程のフローチャートである。図4は、第1実施例の基準画像と対象画像の説明図である。
 S100では、作業者は、印刷前のTシャツSを準備する。TシャツSは、例えば、無地のTシャツであり、公知の方法で製造された既製品である。図4(A)には、準備されたTシャツSが図示されている。TシャツSには、QRコード(登録商標)が印刷されたシール10が貼り付けられている。QRコード(登録商標)は、公知の二次元コードであり、TシャツSの識別番号(例えば、シリアル番号)と、TシャツSの属性情報(例えば、サイズ、素材、男女の別)と、が符号化されたコードである。
 S105では、作業者は、TシャツSの情報をデータベースDBに登録する。具体的には、作業者は、端末装置300に接続された図示しない読取装置を用いて、TシャツSのQRコード(登録商標)を読み取る。これによって、読取装置からTシャツSのシリアル番号や属性情報が端末装置300に送信される。端末装置300のCPU310は、読取装置から受信した情報をデータベースDBに記録する。
 図5は、データベースDBに記録される情報を示す図である。データベースDBには、TシャツSの識別番号と対応付けて、TシャツSの属性情報と、後述する位置関係情報と、が記録される。S105では、例えば、図5に符号RD1で示すように、識別番号と属性情報とが、対応付けてデータベースDBに記録される。位置関係情報は、後述する位置関係情報取得処理において記録される。
 S110では、作業者は、TシャツSを作業台600に載置する。作業台600は、上面にTシャツSを広げて載置できる十分な大きさを有する平板である。TシャツSは、シワが生じないように、作業台600に広げて載置される。図4(A)は、作業台600に載置された状態のTシャツSを示している。また、TシャツSは、丈方向(図4(A)のY方向)が、作業台600の所定方向(具体的には、矩形の作業台600の長辺の方向)と一致するように、作業台600に載置される。TシャツSが作業台600に載置された状態を、作業台載置状態とも呼ぶ。作業台載置状態では、TシャツSの全体が作業台600によって支持されている。このために、作業台載置状態では、TシャツSに予測できない変形が生じにくく、TシャツSは、シワなく広げられた状態に維持される。
 S115では、作業者は、チャコペン500を用いて、TシャツSにマークを付加する。本実施例では、チャコペン500のインクは、アイロンの熱で容易に蒸発する水性のインクである。チャコペン500でTシャツSに付加されたマークは、アイロンがけによって容易に消去することができる。
 第1実施例では、3つのマークMr、Ma、MbがTシャツSに付加される。3つのマークMr、Ma、Mbは、1個の基準マークMrと、2個の任意マークMa、Mbと、を含む。基準マークMrは、TシャツS上の基準点Msに付加されるマークである。基準点Msは、特定画像(印刷対象の画像)が印刷されるべき印刷領域のTシャツS上の位置を規定するための点である。基準点Msは、図4(A)に示すように、前側の襟ぐり(ネックライン)に沿う点であり、かつ、TシャツSのX方向(図4(A)の左右方向)の中心に位置する点である。任意マークMa、Mbは、TシャツSのプラテン支持部分PAにおける任意の2つの点に付加される。プラテン支持部分PAは、印刷時にプラテン142に支持される部分である。これらのマークMa、Mb、Mrは、予め定められた色、形状、および、大きさを有するように付加される。本実施例では、マークMa、Mb、Mrは、赤色のチャコペン500を用いて付加され、直径0.5~1センチメートルの赤色の円形を有する。なお、TシャツSが赤色の部分を含む場合は、マークの色には、赤色とは異なる色が採用される。
 S125では、端末装置300のCPU310は、位置関係情報取得処理を実行する。具体的には、作業者は、TシャツSにマークを付加した後に、端末装置300の操作部360を操作して、位置関係情報取得処理の開始指示を入力する。端末装置300のCPU310は、該開始指示を取得すると、位置関係情報取得処理を開始する。
 図6は、第1実施例の位置関係情報取得処理のフローチャートである。S210では、CPU310は、第1カメラ400aを用いてTシャツSを示す基準画像RIを取得する。具体的には、CPU310は、第1カメラ400aに撮影指示を送信する。第1カメラ400aは、作業台600に載置されたTシャツSを撮影して撮影画像データを生成する。第1カメラ400aは、生成した撮影画像データを端末装置300に送信する。第1カメラ400aから取得される撮影画像データによって示される画像が基準画像RIである。基準画像RIのデータは、例えば、複数個の画素に対応する複数個のRGB値を含み、RGB値で画素ごとの色を示すRGB画像データである。
 図4(B)には、基準画像RIの一例が示されている。基準画像RIは、TシャツSの全体の画像を含む。本実施例では、基準画像RIの縦方向(図4(B)のY方向)は、TシャツSの丈方向と一致しており、基準画像RIの横方向(図4(B)のX方向)は、TシャツSの幅方向と一致している。
 S220では、CPU310は、基準画像RIに含まれる2個の任意マークMa、Mbと、1個の基準マークMrと、を検出する。例えば、CPU310は、基準画像RIに含まれる複数の画素のうち、所定の色範囲内のRGB値を有する画素を、オブジェクト画素として特定する。所定の色範囲は、マークの色(例えば、赤)を示す予め定められたRGB値の範囲である。CPU310は、特定された複数のオブジェクト画素に対して、公知のラベリング処理を行うことによって、複数のオブジェクト領域を特定する。ラベリング処理は、例えば、連続する1以上のオブジェクト画素で構成される1つのオブジェクト領域に、1つの識別子を割り当て、互いに離れた複数のオブジェクト領域に、互いに異なる識別子を割り当てる処理である。CPU310は、特定されたオブジェクト領域のうち、マークが有するべき大きさと形状(例えば、直径0.5~1センチメートルの円形)を有するオブジェクト領域を、マークMa、Mb、Mrとして検出する。この段階で、通常は、3つのマークが検出される。3つのマークが検出されない場合には、CPU310は、所定のエラー通知を表示して、位置関係情報取得処理を中断する(図6のフローチャートでは図示省略)。
 CPU310は、検出された3つのマークのうち、最も上方(図4(B)の+Y方向)に位置するマークを、基準マークMrとして決定し、残りの2個のマークを、任意マークMa、Mbとして、決定する。なお、マークの検出方法は、他の様々が用いられて良い。例えば、CPU310は、基準画像RIの襟ぐりNLを示すエッジを検出し、該エッジの近傍に位置するマークを、基準マークMrとして決定しても良い。あるいは、CPU310は、3つの検出されたマークのうち、作業者によって選択されたマークを、基準マークMrとして決定しても良い。
 S240では、CPU310は、線分Ma-Mbと線分Ma-Mrが成す角度α(図4(B))と、線分Ma-Mbと線分Mb-Mrが成す角度β(図4(B))と、を算出する。線分Ma-Mbは、任意マークMaが位置する点と、任意マークMbが位置する点と、を結ぶ線分である。例えば、任意マークMa、Mbが位置する点は、それぞれ、検出された任意マークMa、Mbの重心である。同様に、線分Ma-Mrは、任意マークMaが位置する点と、基準マークMrが位置する点と、を結ぶ線分である。線分Mb-Mrは、任意マークMbが位置する点と、基準マークMrが位置する点と、を結ぶ線分である。基準マークMrが位置する点は、例えば、検出された基準マークMrの重心(上述した基準点Ms)である。
 S250では、CPU310は、基準線L1と線分Ma-Mbが成す角度θ(図4(B))を算出する。基準線L1は、基準マークMrが位置する基準点Msを通り、TシャツSの丈方向と平行な線である。基準画像RIは、TシャツSの丈方向と、基準画像RIの縦方向(図4(B)のY方向)と、が平行になるように撮影されている。このために、CPU310は、例えば、基準点Msを通り、かつ、基準画像RIの縦方向と平行な直線を、基準線L1として用いて、角度θを算出する。後述するように、基準線L1と、印刷すべき特定画像の一辺とが平行になるように印刷領域が設定される。
 S260では、CPU310は、算出された角度α、β、θを位置関係情報としてデータベースDBに記録する。例えば、図5に符号RD2で示すように、本ステップでは、位置関係情報は、図3のS105にてデータベースDBに記録されたTシャツSの識別番号および属性情報(図5のRD1)と対応付けて、記録される。位置関係情報がデータベースDBに記録されると、位置関係情報取得処理は終了される。
 位置関係情報取得処理が終了されると、図3のS130にて、作業者は、TシャツSをプラテン142に載置する。図4(C)には、TシャツSがプラテン142に載置された状態を示す図である。作業者は、例えば、特定画像が印刷されるべき部分がプラテン142の上面の中央部に位置するように、TシャツSをプラテン142に配置する。TシャツSがプリンタ200のプラテン142に載置された状態を、プラテン載置状態とも呼ぶ。
 本実施例では、プラテン142の上面よりもTシャツSが大きい。このために、プラテン載置状態では、TシャツSの中央部は、プラテン142によって支持されるが、TシャツSの縁部(図4(C)の上下左右の端部)は、プラテン142によって支持されない。このために、プラテン載置状態では、TシャツSの縁部が変形して垂れ下がるため、作業台載置状態(図4(A))と異なり、プラテン142に対してTシャツSを正確に位置決めして載置することは困難である。本実施例では、後述する印刷関連処理において、プラテン載置状態におけるプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係に応じて印刷領域の位置や方向が調整可能であるので、プラテン142に対してTシャツSが配置される位置が理想的な位置から多少ずれることは許容される。図4(C)に示すように、TシャツSは、2個の任意マークMa、Mbがプラテン142上に位置するように、プラテン142に対して配置される。
 S135では、端末装置300のCPU310は、印刷関連処理を実行する。具体的には、作業者は、TシャツSをプラテン142に載置した後に、端末装置300の操作部360を操作して、印刷関連処理の開始指示を入力する。端末装置300のCPU310は、該開始指示を取得すると、印刷関連処理を開始する。
 図7は、第1実施例の印刷関連処理のフローチャートである。S310では、CPU310は、第2カメラ400bを用いてTシャツSを示す対象画像SIを取得する。具体的には、CPU310は、第2カメラ400bに撮影指示を送信する。第2カメラ400bは、プラテン142に載置されたTシャツSを撮影して撮影画像データを生成する。第2カメラ400bは、生成した撮影画像データを端末装置300に送信する。第2カメラ400bから取得される撮影画像データによって示される画像が対象画像SIである。対象画像SIのデータは、例えば、基準画像RIのデータと同様に、RGB画像データである。
 図4(D)、(E)には、対象画像SIの一例が示されている。対象画像SIは、TシャツSのうち、プラテン142に支持される部分の全体の画像を含む。対象画像SIは、TシャツSのうち、プラテン142に支持されていない縁部を含まない。このために、対象画像SIは、3つのマークMa、Mb、Mrのうち、2個の任意マークMa、Mbを含み、基準マークMrを含まない。
 S320では、CPU310は、対象画像SIに含まれる2個の任意マークMa、Mbを検出する。2個の任意マークMa、Mbの検出方法は、例えば、上述した図6のS220にてマークMa、Mb、Mrを検出する方法と同じである。これによって、通常は、2個の任意マークMa、Mbが検出される。2個のマークが検出されない場合には、CPU310は、所定のエラー通知を表示して、印刷関連処理を中断する(図7のフローチャートでは図示省略)。
 S330では、CPU310は、位置関係情報取得処理(図6)のS260にて記録した位置関係情報(角度α、β、θ)をデータベースDBから取得する。S340では、CPU310は、位置関係情報に含まれる角度α、βに基づいて、対象画像SIの座標系における基準点Msの座標を算出する。対象画像SIの座標系は、例えば、対象画像SIの左下の頂点を原点とし、X方向とY方向の単位長さのベクトルを単位ベクトルとする座標系である。例えば、CPU310は、検出済みの任意マークMaの重心と、検出済みの任意マークMbの重心と、を通る線分Ma-Mbを特定する。CPU310は、任意マークMaの重心を通り、かつ、線分Ma-Mbと角度αを成す直線Lα(図4(D))を特定する。CPU310は、任意マークMbの重心を通り、かつ、線分Ma-Mbと角度βを成す直線Lβ(図4(D))を特定する。CPU310は、直線Lαと直線Lβとの交点の座標を基準点Msの座標として算出する。対象画像SIは、プラテン142に対して固定された位置にある第2カメラ400bによって撮影された画像であるので、対象画像SIは、プラテン142に対して固定された画像である。このために、対象画像SIにおける基準点Msの座標を算出することは、プリンタ200のプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置を特定することを意味する。
 S350では、CPU310は、線分Ma-Mbと成す角度がθであり、かつ、基準点Msを通る基準線L1を特定する。基準線L1は、基準画像RI(図4(A))ではY方向と平行であるが、図4(B)の対象画像SIではY方向と平行ではない。これは、TシャツSの丈方向(基準線L1と平行)がプラテン142の長手方向(図4(A))に対して傾いていることを意味している。
 このように、基準点Msと基準線L1とを算出することで、プリンタ200のプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係が特定される。ここで、プリンタ200のプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係とは、本実施例では、プラテン142に対するTシャツSの相対的な位置および方向である。
 S360では、CPU310は、特定された基準点Msと基準線L1とに基づいて、特定画像が印刷されるべき印刷領域IAを設定する。プリンタ200は、プラテン142上に配置された被印刷物に対して印刷を行うので、印刷領域IAの位置および角度は、プラテン142に対する位置および角度で表される。具体的には、CPU310は、図4(E)に示すように、基準線L1と垂直で基準点Msとの距離が、所定の距離Drである補助線VL2を特定する。CPU310は、基準線L1と補助線VL2との交点Pxと、印刷領域IAの重心Pcとが一致し、かつ、印刷領域IAの左右の辺が基準線L1と平行になるように、プラテン142に対する印刷領域IAの位置を決定する。印刷領域IAは、印刷すべき特定画像の同じサイズに設定される。このように、基準線L1と平行な方向は、印刷すべき特定画像のTシャツSに対する方向を示しており、印刷領域IAを設定する際に基準となる方向である。このために、基準線L1と平行な方向を基準方向とも呼ぶ。したがって、基準線L1は、基準点Msを通り、基準方向に伸びる線である、と言うことができる。
 S370では、CPU310は、設定された印刷領域IAは、印刷可能範囲内であるか否かを判断する。本実施例では、プリンタ200の印刷可能範囲は、プラテン142の上面の範囲(図4(E))である。設定された印刷領域IAが、印刷可能範囲外である場合には(S370:NO)、該印刷領域IAに特定画像の全体を印刷することはできないので、CPU310は、S380にて、図示しないエラー通知を表示部370に表示して、印刷関連処理を中断する。エラー通知には、例えば、TシャツSが正しくプラテン142に配置されていないために、印刷ができないことを示すメッセージが含まれる。この場合には、例えば、作業者は、図3のS130のTシャツSをプラテン142に載置する工程から、プリントTシャツの製造工程をやり直す。
 設定された印刷領域IAが、印刷可能範囲内である場合には(S370:YES)、CPU310は、S385にて、設定された印刷領域IAに特定画像が印刷されるように、印刷データを生成する。具体的には、CPU310は、特定画像のデータ(例えば、RGB画像データ)を不揮発性記憶装置320から取得し、該特定画像のデータに回転処理や平行移動処理を実行して、設定された印刷領域IAに合致するように特定画像の位置や角度を調整する。CPU310は、調整済みの特定画像に対して、公知の色変換処理やハーフトーン処理を実行して印刷データを生成する。
 S390では、CPU310は、プリンタ200を制御して、該印刷領域IA内に特定画像を印刷させる。例えば、CPU310は、S385にて生成済みの印刷データをプリンタ200に送信する。プリンタ200は、受信した印刷データに従って、印刷機構100を制御して、TシャツSに特定画像を印刷する。特定画像が印刷されると、印刷関連処理は終了される。
 図3のS135の印刷関連処理が終了して、TシャツSに特定画像が印刷されると、S140にて、作業者は、印刷済みのTシャツSに対してアイロンがけを行う。アイロンがけには、例えば、公知のヒートプレス機が用いられる。アイロンがけによって、TシャツSに熱が加えられることによって、TシャツSに付加された任意マークMa、Mb、Mrが消去される。また、TシャツSに印刷された特定画像を構成するインクがTシャツSの表面に定着する。
 以上説明した第1実施例によれば、CPU310は、プラテン載置状態(図4(C))とは異なる作業台載置状態(図4(A))で、複数のマークMa、Mb、Mrが付加されたTシャツSを撮影して得られる基準画像RIを取得する(図6のS210)。CPU310は、基準画像RI内のTシャツS上の複数の点、具体的には、マークMa、Mb、Msが位置する点の位置関係(角度α、β、θ)を取得する(図6のS240-S260)。CPU310は、プラテン載置状態でTシャツSを再度撮影して得られる対象画像SIを取得する(図7のS310)。CPU310は、対象画像SI内の複数のマークMa、Mbの位置と、基準画像RI内の複数の点の位置関係(角度α、β、θ)と、を用いて、プラテン載置状態におけるプリンタ200のプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係(具体的には、基準点Msの座標や基準線L1)を特定する(図7の320-S350)。CPU310は、プラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係(具体的には、基準点Msの座標や基準線L1)に応じて、プラテン142に対して印刷領域IAを設定し(図7のS360)、印刷領域IAに印刷するように印刷データを生成する(図7のS385)。プリンタ100は、その後に、該印刷データを用いてTシャツSに特定画像を印刷する(図7のS390)。
 プラテン載置状態では、TシャツSの変形(図4(C))等に起因して、プラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係が特定し難い場合がある。本実施例によれば、作業台載置状態で撮影して得られる基準画像RI内の複数のマークMa、Mb、Msが位置する複数の点の位置関係情報が記録される。そして、プラテン載置状態でTシャツSを再度撮影して得られる対象画像SI内の複数のマークMa、Mbの位置と位置関係情報とを用いて、プラテン載置状態におけるプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係が特定される。この結果、プラテン載置状態におけるプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係を精度良く特定し得る。その結果、TシャツSに対して特定画像を精度良く印刷し得る。ひいては、特定画像が適切な位置に印刷された印刷済みのTシャツSを製造することができる。
 さらに、本実施例によれば、対象画像SI内の複数の点の位置関係は、複数の任意マークMa、Mbが位置する点と、TシャツS上の基準点Ms(基準マークMrが位置する点)と、の位置関係(角度α、β、θ)を含む。この結果、例えば、図4(B)の対象画像SIのように、対象画像SIに基準点Msが含まれていない場合やTシャツSの変形によって複数の任意マークMa、Mbと基準点Msとの位置関係が変動している場合であっても、プラテン142とTシャツSとの位置関係を精度良く特定できるので、プラテン142に対して印刷領域IAを適切に設定できる。
 さらに、本実施例によれば、複数の任意マークMa、Mbは、プラテン載置状態において、TシャツSのうち、プラテン142に支持される部分に位置する(図4(C))。この結果、プラテン142が位置する領域を撮影して得られる対象画像SIに複数の任意マークMa、Mbが含まれるので、対象画像SIを解析することで、任意マークMa、Mbを検出できる(図6のS220)。
 さらに、基準点Ms(基準マークMr)は、プラテン載置状態において、TシャツSのうち、プラテン142に支持されない部分に位置する(図4(C))。このような場合には、TシャツSのうち、基準点Ms(基準マークMr)が位置する部分は、予測が困難な形状に変形する場合がある。したがって、プラテン載置状態では、基準点Msを基準に印刷領域IAを設定することが困難である。このような場合であっても、本実施例では、作業台載置状態における任意マークMa、Mbと基準点Ms(基準マークMr)との位置関係に基づいて、基準点Msの座標が算出される(図7のS340)。算出される基準点Msの座標は、プラテン載置状態において、TシャツSが作業台載置状態と同様の形状を維持していると仮定した場合における基準点Msの座標である。このために、算出された該基準点Msの座標に基づいて印刷領域IAを設定することによって、プラテン載置状態において、TシャツSの縁部が変形していたとしても、印刷領域IAを適切に設定できる。
 さらに、本実施例によれば、対象画像SIは、TシャツSのうち、基準点Msが位置する部分の画像を含まない(図4(D)、(E))。このような場合には、対象画像SIだけを用いても、プラテン142とTシャツSとの位置関係が特定し難く、プラテン142に対して印刷領域IAを精度良く設定することも困難である。本実施例によれば、対象画像SIに加えて、基準画像RIを用いて生成される位置関係情報を用いるので、対象画像SIが基準点Msを含まない場合であっても、プラテン142とTシャツSとの位置関係を特定することができ、ひいては、プラテン142に対して印刷領域IAを精度良く設定できる。
 さらに、本実施例では、基準点Msは、TシャツSの襟ぐりNLに沿う位置にある点である。襟ぐりNLは、印刷領域IA(TシャツSの胸部)から離れているので、プラテン142に支持されない可能性が高い。このために、基準点Msが位置する部分は変形しやすく、対象画像SIに含まない可能性も高い。このような場合であっても、本実施例によれば、プラテン142とTシャツSとの位置関係を特定することができ、ひいては、プラテン142に対して印刷領域IAを精度良く設定できる。
 さらに、本実施例によれば、複数の任意マークMa、Mbは、TシャツSのうち、プラテン142に支持されるプラテン支持部分PAにおける任意の位置に付加される(図3のS115)。この結果、作業者は、プラテン142に支持される部分であれば、任意の位置にマークMa、Mbを付加すれば良いので、例えば、厳密な位置にマークすることが要求される場合と比較して、作業者の負担を軽減できる。また、作業者の技量に依存することなく、プラテン載置状態におけるプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係を精度良く特定し得る。
 さらに、本実施例では、基準画像RI内の複数の点の位置関係は、角度θを含む。角度θは、任意マークMa、Mbと、TシャツS上の基準方向(基準線L1と平行な方向)と、の位置関係を示す情報である、と言うことができる(図4(D))。角度θを用いることで、プラテン載置状態におけるプラテン142に対するTシャツSの角度を精度良く特定できる。したがって、TシャツSに対して、適切な角度で特定画像を印刷できる。
 以上の説明から解るように、本実施例のプラテン載置状態は、第1状態の例であり、作業台載置状態は、第2状態の例である。また、本実施例のプラテン142に対して印刷領域IAを設定し、印刷領域IAに印刷するように印刷データを生成する処理(図7のS360、S385)は、前処理の例である。
B.第2実施例
 図8は、第2実施例の基準画像の説明図である。図8(A)には、作業台載置状態におけるTシャツSが示されている。第1実施例では、図3のS115にて、作業者は、チャコペン500を用いて、2個の任意マークMa、Mbと、基準マークMrと、を付加する。これに代えて、第2実施例では、図4(A)に示すように、作業者は、2個の任意マークMa、Mbだけを付加し、基準マークを付加しない。
 第2実施例では、さらに、図3のS125の位置関係情報取得処理と、図3のS135の印刷関連処理と、の内容が第1実施例とは異なる。第2実施例のその他の構成は、第1実施例と同一である。
 先ず、第2実施例の位置関係情報取得処理について説明する。図9は、第2、第3実施例の位置関係情報取得処理のフローチャートである。S210Bでは、図6のS210と同様に、CPU310は、第1カメラ400aを用いて作業台600に載置されたTシャツSを撮影することによって、TシャツSを示す基準画像RIbを取得する。
 図8(B)には、第2実施例の基準画像RIbの一例が示されている。基準画像RIbは、TシャツSの全体の画像を含む。第2実施例では、第1実施例と異なり、基準画像RIbの縦方向(図8(B)のY方向)は、TシャツSの丈方向と厳密に一致している必要はなく、ずれていても良い。図8(B)の例では、TシャツSの丈方向は、基準画像RIbの縦方向に対して、僅かに傾いている。
 S220Bでは、CPU310は、基準画像RIbに含まれる2個の任意マークMa、Mbを検出する。任意マークMa、Mbの検出方法は、例えば、第1実施例の図6のS220にて、3個のマークMa、Mb、Mrを検出する方法と同じである。第2実施例では、基準マークMrが存在しないので、2個の任意マークMa、Mbだけが検出される。
 S230Bでは、CPU310は、エッジ解析によってTシャツSの両肩の特徴点SPa、SPbを検出する。エッジ解析の具体的な手法は、様々な手法が採用されて良い。
 例えば、TシャツSは、作業台600の所定の位置に配置されて、作業台600に対する位置が固定された第1カメラ400aによって撮影される。このために、基準画像RIbにおける両肩のおおよその位置は決まっている。例えば、右肩の特徴点SPaは、基準画像RIbの右上の角の近傍の所定の領域EA内に位置する。右肩の特徴点SPaは、TシャツSの右肩から右袖に至る輪郭線EL1と、右袖の布地と胸部の布地との接合線EL2と、の交点である。このために、例えば、CPU310は、領域EA内の画像に対して、canny関数などの公知のエッジ検出処理を実行して、領域EA内のエッジを示すエッジ画像を生成する。CPU310は、例えば、該エッジ画像に対してパターンマッチング等の公知の処理を実行して、エッジ画像において、輪郭線EL1と接合線EL2とのT字状の交点を探索することによって、右肩の特徴点SPaを特定できる。CPU310は、同様の手法によって、左肩の特徴点SPbを特定できる。
 S240Bでは、CPU310は、両肩の特徴点SPa、SPbの中点を第1基準点Ms1として特定する。これによって、例えば、図8(B)に示すように、TシャツSの襟ぐりNLに沿う第1基準点Ms1が特定される。
 S250Bでは、CPU310は、基準画像RIbを解析することによって、基準線L1を特定する。具体的には、CPU310は、第1基準点Ms1を通り、かつ、両側の脇線RL、LLまでの距離が等しい直線を基準線L1として特定する。
 例えば、CPU310は、基準画像RIbに対して、canny関数などの公知のエッジ検出処理を実行して、TシャツSの脇線RL、LLを含む輪郭線を検出する。CPU310は、第1基準点Ms1を通り、基準画像RIbの縦方向(図8(B))のY方向と平行な直線を、基準線L1として仮に決定する。CPU310は、仮に決定された基準線L1上に位置し、第1基準点Ms1から下方に(-Y方向に)所定距離だけ離れた測定点Vpを設定する。CPU310は、測定点Vpを通り、仮に決定された基準線L1と直交する補助線Lhを設定する。CPU310は、補助線Lhと右側の脇線RLとの交点prと、補助線Lhと左側の脇線LLとの交点plと、を特定する。CPU310は、測定点Vpと交点prとの間の距離DRと、測定点Vpと交点plとの間の距離DLと、を算出して、距離DRと距離DLとを比較する。CPU310は、距離DRと距離DLとが等しい場合には、仮決定した基準線L1を最終的な基準線L1に決定する。CPU310は、距離DRと距離DLとが異なる場合には、距離DRと距離DLとが近づくように、仮決定した基準線L1の傾き(Y方向に対する角度)を調整する。CPU310は、このような基準線L1の傾きの調整を、距離DRと距離DLとが等しくなるまで繰り返すことによって、最終的な基準線L1を特定する。
 S260Bでは、CPU310は、基準線L1上に、第2基準点Ms2を決定する。第2基準点Ms2は、例えば、第1基準点Ms1と第2基準点Ms2との距離が特定距離Dsになるように決定される。特定距離Dsは、例えば、プラテン142のY方向の長さと同程度の長さである。
 S270Bでは、CPU310は、線分Ma-Mbと線分Ma-Ms1が成す角度a(図8(C))と、線分Ma-Mbと線分Mb-Ms1が成す角度b(図8(C))と、を算出する。線分Ma-Mbは、任意マークMaが位置する点と、任意マークMbが位置する点と、を結ぶ線分である。線分Ma-Ms1は、任意マークMaが位置する点と、第1基準点Ms1と、を結ぶ線分である。線分Mb-Ms1は、任意マークMbが位置する点と、第1基準点Ms1と、を結ぶ線分である。
 S280Bでは、CPU310は、線分Ma-Mbと線分Ma-Ms2が成す角度c(図8(C))と、線分Ma-Mbと線分Mb-Ms2が成す角度d(図8(C))と、を算出する。線分Ma-Ms2は、任意マークMaが位置する点と、第2基準点Ms2と、を結ぶ線分である。線分Mb-Ms2は、任意マークMbが位置する点と、第2基準点Ms2と、を結ぶ線分である。
 S290Bでは、CPU310は、算出された角度a、b、c、dを位置関係情報としてデータベースDBに記録する。位置関係情報がデータベースDBに記録されると、位置関係情報取得処理は終了される。
 次に、第2実施例の印刷関連処理について説明する。図10は、第2実施例の印刷関連処理のフローチャートである。図11は、第2実施例の対象画像の説明図である。
 S310Bでは、図7のS310と同様に、CPU310は、第2カメラ400bを用いてTシャツSを示す対象画像SIbを取得する。図11(B)、(C)には、対象画像SIbの一例が示されている。対象画像SIbは、図11(A)に示すプラテン載置状態のTシャツSを撮影して得られる画像である。対象画像SIbは、2個の任意マークMa、Mbを含む。
 S320Bでは、図7のS320と同様に、CPU310は、対象画像SIbに含まれる2個の任意マークMa、Mbを検出する。2個の任意マークMa、Mbの検出方法は、例えば、図7のS320の検出方法と同一である。
 S330Bでは、CPU310は、位置関係情報取得処理(図9)のS290Bにて記録した位置関係情報(角度a、b、c、d)をデータベースDBから取得する。
 S340Bでは、CPU310は、位置関係情報に含まれる角度a、bに基づいて、対象画像SIの座標系における第1基準点Ms1の座標を算出する。対象画像SIbの座標系は、例えば、対象画像SIbの左下の頂点を原点とし、X方向とY方向の単位長さのベクトルを単位ベクトルとする座標系である。例えば、CPU310は、検出済みの任意マークMaの重心と、検出済みの任意マークMbの重心と、を通る線分Ma-Mbを特定する。CPU310は、任意マークMaの重心を通り、かつ、線分Ma-Mbと角度aを成す直線La(図11(C))を特定する。CPU310は、任意マークMbの重心を通り、かつ、線分Ma-Mbと角度bを成す直線Lb(図11(C))を特定する。CPU310は、直線Laと直線Lbとの交点の座標を第1基準点Ms1の座標として算出する。
 S350Bでは、CPU310は、位置関係情報に含まれる角度c、dに基づいて、対象画像SIの座標系における第2基準点Ms2の座標を算出する。例えば、CPU310は、任意マークMaの重心を通り、かつ、線分Ma-Mbと角度cを成す直線Lc(図11(C))を特定する。CPU310は、任意マークMbの重心を通り、かつ、線分Ma-Mbと角度dを成す直線Ld(図11(C))を特定する。CPU310は、直線Lcと直線Ldとの交点の座標を第2基準点Ms2の座標として算出する。
 S360Bでは、CPU310は、第1基準点Ms1と第2基準点Ms2とを通る直線を基準線L1として特定する。このように、第1基準点Ms1と基準線L1とを算出することで、プリンタ200のプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係が特定される。
 S365Bでは、図7のS360と同様に、CPU310は、特定された第1基準点Ms1と基準線L1とに基づいて、特定画像が印刷されるべき印刷領域IAを設定する。具体的には、CPU310は、図11(C)に示すように、基準線L1と垂直で第1基準点Ms1との距離が、所定の距離Drである補助線VL2を特定する。CPU310は、基準線L1と補助線VL2との交点Pxと、印刷領域IAの重心Pcとが一致し、かつ、印刷領域IAの左右の辺が基準線L1と平行になるように、プラテン142に対する印刷領域IAの位置を決定する。このように、第1実施例と同様に、基準線L1と平行な方向は、印刷領域IAを設定する際に基準となる基準方向である。したがって、第2実施例の基準線L1は、第1基準点Ms1を通り、基準方向に伸びる線である、と言うことができる。
 S370B-S390Bの処理は、図7のS370-S390と同様の処理である。S370Bでは、CPU310は、設定された印刷領域IAは、印刷可能範囲内であるか否かを判断する。設定された印刷領域IAが、印刷可能範囲外である場合には(S370B:NO)、CPU310は、S380Bにて、エラー通知を表示部370に表示して、印刷関連処理を中断する。設定された印刷領域IAが、印刷可能範囲内である場合には(S370B:YES)、CPU310は、S385Bにて、印刷領域IAに印刷するように印刷データを生成し、S390Bにて、該印刷データを用いてプリンタ200を制御して、該印刷領域IA内に特定画像を印刷させる。特定画像が印刷されると、印刷関連処理は終了される。
 以上説明した第2実施例によれば、CPU310は、基準画像RIbを解析することによって第1基準点Ms1を決定する(図9のS220B、240B)。CPU310は、基準画像RIbを解析することによって決定される第1基準点Ms1と、複数の任意マークMa、Mbが位置する点と、の位置関係を用いて、プラテン載置状態におけるプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係を特定する(図10のS320B-S340B)。この結果、作業者は、第1実施例とは異なり、基準画像RIbを生成する際に、TシャツSに基準マークを付加する必要がない。基準マークは、精度良く第1基準点Ms1を示すように付加される必要があるので、作業者の負担が大きくなる場合や、作業者に高い技量が要求される場合がある。本実施例によれば、第1実施例と比較して、作業者の負担を軽減できる。また、第1実施例と比較して、作業者の技量に依存することなく、特定画像をTシャツSに精度良く印刷することができる。
 さらに、本実施例によれば、CPU310は、基準画像RIbを解析することによって基準方向を決定する(図9のS250B、S260B)。具体的には、CPU310は、基準画像RIbを解析することによって基準方向と平行な基準線L1を特定している。この結果、例えば、基準線L1をY方向と平行に決定する第1実施例と比較して、TシャツSが基準画像RIbのY方向に対して傾いていたとしても、適切な基準線L1を決定できる。したがって、作業者は、作業台600にTシャツSを載置する際に、TシャツSの丈方向が、作業台600の長手方向と一致するように、厳密に載置する必要がない。この結果、第1実施例と比較して、作業者の負担を軽減できる。また、第1実施例と比較して、作業者の技量に依存することなく、特定画像をTシャツSに精度良く印刷することができる。
 より具体的には、CPU310は、第1基準点Ms1から第2基準点Ms2に向かう方向が基準方向になるように、第1基準点Ms1と第2基準点Ms2とを決定する(図9のS240B-S260B)。CPU310は複数の任意マークMa、Mbが位置する点と、第1基準点Ms1と第2基準点Ms2との位置関係を示す情報(角度a、b、c、d)を算出する(図9のS270B、280B)。この結果、角度a、b、c、dだけで、任意マークMa、Mbが位置する点と、印刷領域IAを配置するための基準点と基準方向と、の位置関係を適切に示すことができる。
C.第3実施例
 第3実施例の位置関係情報取得処理では、図3のS125において、図9にて説明済みの位置関係情報取得処理が実行される。ただし、第2実施例では、図9のS290Bにて、CPU310は、角度情報(角度a、b、c、d(図8(C)))だけが、位置関係情報としてデータベースDBに記録される。これに代えて、第3実施例では、S290Bにて、CPU310は、角度情報(角度a、b、c、d(図8(C))に加えて、座標情報を取得する。座標情報は、対象画像SIにおける任意マークMa、Mbが位置する点と、基準点Ms1、Ms2と、の座標である。これらの座標は、基準画像RIbの座標系の座標である。基準画像RIbの座標系は、例えば、基準画像RIbの左下の頂点を原点とし、X方向とY方向の単位長さのベクトルを単位ベクトルとする座標系である。
 第3実施例では、さらに、図3のS135の印刷関連処理の内容が第2実施例とは異なる。第3実施例のその他の構成は、第2実施例と同一である。
 第3実施例の印刷関連処理について説明する。図12は、第3実施例の印刷関連処理のフローチャートである。
 S310Cでは、CPU310は、図10のS310B-S350Bの処理を実行する。これによって、角度情報(角度a、b、c、d(図8(C))に基づく基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標が算出される(図10の340B、S350B)。
 S320Cでは、CPU310は、位置関係情報に含まれる座標情報をデータベースDBから取得する。すなわち、基準画像RIbの座標系における任意マークMa、Mbが位置する点と、基準点Ms1、Ms2と、の座標が取得される。
 S330Cでは、CPU310は、座標情報に含まれる基準画像RIbの座標系における基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標を、対象画像SIbの座標系の座標に変換する。例えば、基準画像RIbの座標系における任意マークMa、Mbの座標は、S320CにてデータベースDBから取得済みである。そして、図10のS320Bでは、対象画像SIbにおいて任意マークMa、Mbが検出済みである。このために、CPU310は、基準画像RIbの座標系における任意マークMa、Mbの座標と、対象画像SIbにおいて任意マークMa、Mbの座標に基づいて、基準画像RIbの座標系の座標を、対象画像SIbの座標系の座標に変換する変換行列を算出する。CPU310は、該変換行列を用いて、基準画像RIbの座標系における基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標を、対象画像SIbの座標系の座標に変換する。
 この時点で、角度情報(角度a、b、c、d(図8(C))に基づく基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標と、座標情報に基づく基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標と、2種類が算出されている。これらの2種類の座標は、いずれも対象画像SIbの座標系における基準点Ms1、Ms2を示しているので、理想的には、同一の値になる。しかしながら、例えば、作業台載置状態とプラテン載置状態との少なくとも一方で、TシャツSの任意マークMa、Mbの近傍の部分が変形している場合がある。この場合には、作業台載置状態とプラテン載置状態との間で、TシャツSの任意マークMa、Mbの位置関係が変動している場合がある。この場合には、角度情報に基づく基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標と、座標情報に基づく基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標と、に差異が生じる。
 S340Cでは、CPU310は、角度情報に基づく基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標と、座標情報に基づく基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標と、の差異ΔRVを算出する。例えば、ΔRVは、角度情報に基づく第1基準点Ms1と座標情報に基づく第1基準点Ms1との間のユークリッド距離ΔD1と、角度情報に基づく第2基準点Ms2と座標情報に基づく第2基準点Ms2との間のユークリッド距離ΔD2と、の合計である(ΔRV=ΔD1+ΔD2)。
 S350Cでは、CPU310は、算出された差異ΔRVが閾値THd以下であるか否かを判断する。閾値THdは、実験的に予め定められた値である。
 差異ΔRVが閾値THdより大きい場合には(S350C:NO)、CPU310は、S355Cにて、図示しないエラー通知を表示部370に表示して、印刷関連処理を中断する。エラー通知には、例えば、TシャツSの変形しており、印刷ができないことを示すメッセージが含まれる。この場合には、例えば、作業者は、図3のS130のTシャツSをプラテン142に載置する工程から、プリントTシャツの製造工程をやり直す。
 差異ΔRVが閾値THd以下である場合には(S350C:YES)、CPU310は、S360Bに処理を進める。図12のS360B以降の処理、すなわち、S360B-S390Bの処理は、図10の同符号の処理(図10のS360B-S390Bの処理)と同一であるので、その説明を省略する。
 以上説明した第3実施例によれば、データベースDBに記録される位置関係情報は、角度情報と座標情報とを含む(図9)。CPU310は、角度情報を用いて基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標を算出する、すなわち、プラテン142に対するTシャツSの第1位置関係を特定する(図12のS310C)。CPU310は、座標情報を用いて基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標を算出する、すなわち、プラテン142に対するTシャツSの第2位置関係を特定する(図12のS320C、S330C)。CPU310は、角度情報を用いて特定される第1位置関係と、座標情報を用いて特定される第2位置関係と、の差異が基準(例えば閾値THd)より大きい場合に(図12のS350CにてNO)、ユーザに対してエラーを通知する(図12のS380B)。
 例えば、TシャツSなどの布製品は、柔らかい材質で作られているので、プラテン載置状態において変形しやすい。プラテン載置状態において任意マークMa、Mbの近傍が変形していると、例えば、適切に画像を印刷できない可能性が高い。例えば、プラテン載置状態において任意マークMa、Mbの近傍が変形しており、任意マークMa、Mbの位置関係(2個の任意マークMa、Mb間の距離)が変動していると、角度情報を用いて特定される第1位置関係と、座標情報を用いて特定される第2位置関係と、の差異が大きくなりやすい。本実施例によれば、角度情報を用いて特定される第1位置関係と、座標情報を用いて特定される第2位置関係と、の差異が基準より大きい場合には、エラー通知を行うので、不適切な印刷が行われることを抑制できる。
 以上の説明から解るように、本実施例の角度情報は、第1情報の例であり、座標情報は、第2情報の例である。
D.第4実施例
 図13は、第4実施例の基準画像と対象画像の説明図である。図13(A)には、作業台載置状態におけるTシャツSが示されている。第1実施例では、図3のS115にて、作業者は、チャコペン500を用いて、2個の任意マークMa、Mbと、1個の基準マークMrと、を付加する。これに代えて、第4実施例では、図13(A)に示すように、作業者は、基準線L1上に、2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbを付加する。例えば、本実施例では、作業者は、TシャツSの左右の袖や左右の脇線がぴったりと重なるように、TシャツSを折ることで、TシャツSの基準線L1の位置に折り目を形成する。作業者は、折り目(基準線L1)上であり、かつ、プラテン支持部分PAに位置する2点にマークを付与する。図13(A)には、このように付与された2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbが図示されている。
 第4実施例では、さらに、図3のS125の位置関係情報取得処理と、図3のS135の印刷関連処理と、の内容が第1実施例とは異なる。第4実施例のその他の構成は、第1実施例と同一である。
 先ず、第4実施例の位置関係情報取得処理について説明する。図14は、第4実施例の位置関係情報取得処理のフローチャートである。S210Dでは、図6のS210と同様に、CPU310は、第1カメラ400aを用いて作業台600に載置されたTシャツSを撮影することによって、TシャツSを示す基準画像RIdを取得する。
 図13(B)には、第4実施例の基準画像RIdの一例が示されている。基準画像RIdは、TシャツSの全体の画像を含む。第4実施例では、第1実施例と異なり、基準画像RIdの縦方向(図13(B)のY方向)は、TシャツSの丈方向とが厳密に一致している必要はなく、ずれていても良い。図13(B)の例では、TシャツSの丈方向は、基準画像RIdの縦方向に対して、僅かに傾いている。
 S220Dでは、CPU310は、基準画像RIdに含まれる2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbを検出する。基準線マークMla、Mlbの検出方法は、例えば、第1実施例の図6のS220にて、3個のマークMa、Mb、Mrを検出する方法と同じである。第4実施例では、2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbだけが存在するので、2個の2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbだけが検出される。
 S230Dでは、CPU310は、2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbが位置する点を通る直線を基準線L1として特定する(図13(B))。
 S240Dでは、CPU310は、特定された基準線L1と、襟ぐりNL部分のエッジEGと、の交点を基準点Msとして特定する。例えば、TシャツSは、作業台600の所定の位置に配置されて、作業台600に対する位置が固定された第1カメラ400aによって撮影される。このために、基準画像RIdにおける襟ぐりNLのおおよその位置は決まっている。例えば、襟ぐりNLは、基準画像RIdの上辺の中央部の近傍の所定の領域EAd内に位置する(図13(B))。このために、例えば、CPU310は、領域EAd内の画像に対して、canny関数などの公知のエッジ検出処理を実行して、領域EAd内のエッジを示すエッジ画像を生成する。CPU310は、例えば、該エッジ画像に対してパターンマッチング等の公知の処理を実行して、エッジ画像において、円弧状のエッジEGを検出する。これによって、例えば、領域EAd内に3本の円弧状のエッジEGが検出される(図13(B))。CPU310は、検出されたエッジEGと基準線L1との交点のうち、最も下方に位置する点を基準点Msとして特定する
 S250Dでは、2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbのうちの上方の基準線マークMlaと、基準点Msと、の間の距離DLを算出する(図13(B))。
 S260Dでは、CPU310は、算出された距離DLを位置関係情報としてデータベースDBに記録する。位置関係情報がデータベースDBに記録されると、位置関係情報取得処理は終了される。
 次に、第4実施例の印刷関連処理について説明する。図15は、第4実施例の印刷関連処理のフローチャートである。
 S310Dでは、図7のS310と同様に、CPU310は、第2カメラ400bを用いてTシャツSを示す対象画像SIdを取得する。図13(D)には、対象画像SIdの一例が示されている。対象画像SIdは、図13(C)に示すプラテン載置状態のTシャツSを撮影して得られる画像である。対象画像SIdは、2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbを含む。
 S320Dでは、CPU310は、対象画像SIdに含まれる2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbを検出する。2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbの検出方法は、例えば、図7のS320にて、2個の任意マークMa、Mbを検出する方法と同一である。
 S330Dでは、CPU310は、2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbが位置する点を通る直線を基準線L1として特定する(図13(D))。
 S340Dでは、CPU310は、位置関係情報取得処理(図14)のS260Dにて記録した位置関係情報(距離DL)をデータベースDBから取得する。
 S350Dでは、CPU310は、取得した距離DLを用いて、対象画像SIdの座標系において、基準線L1上の基準点Msの座標を算出する。具体的には、図13(D)に示すように、CPU310は、基準線マークMlaから上方に距離DLだけ離れた基準線L1上の点の座標を基準点Msの座標として算出する。
 基準点Msの座標が算出されると、CPU310は、S360に処理を進める。図15のS360以降の処理、すなわち、S360-S390の処理は、図7の同符号の処理(図7のS360-S390の処理)と同一であるので、その説明を省略する。
 以上説明した第4実施例によれば、複数の基準線マークMla、Mlbは、TシャツSのうち、プラテン142に支持されるプラテン支持部分PAにおいて基準線L1上に付加される(図13(A))。この結果、位置関係情報取得処理(図14)において、第1-第3実施例よりも簡単な処理で、必要な位置関係情報(距離DL)を算出し、データベースDBに記録できる。また、印刷関連処理(図14)において、距離DLを用いることで、第1-第3実施例よりも簡単な処理で、プラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係(具体的には基準点Msと基準線L1)を特定することができる。
E.第5実施例
 第4実施例の位置関係情報取得処理(図14)では、CPU310は、基準画像RIdを取得し、該基準画像RIdを解析することによって、位置関係情報(距離DL)を取得している(図14のS210-S250D)。第5実施例の位置関係情報取得処理では、基準画像RIdを用いることなく、位置関係情報(距離DL)が取得される。第5実施例の他の構成は、第4実施例と同一である。
 図16は、第5実施例の位置関係情報取得処理のフローチャートである。S250Eでは、CPU310は、入力画面を表示して、作業者から距離DLを取得する。具体的には、CPU310は、距離DLの入力を受け取るための入力画面(図示省略)を表示部370に表示する。作業者は、2個の基準線マークMla、Mlbを付加した後のTシャツS(図13(A))において、襟ぐり部分の縫い目と基準線L1(折り目)との交点である基準点Msを特定する。作業者は、基準線マークMlaと基準点Msとの間の距離DLを、例えば、定規や巻き尺を用いて測定する。作業者は、操作部360を操作して、測定した距離DLを入力画面に入力する。CPU310は、入力画面に入力された距離DLを取得する。
 S260Eでは、CPU310は、図14のS260Dと同様に、取得した距離DLを位置関係情報としてデータベースDBに記録する。位置関係情報(距離DL)がデータベースDBに記録されると、位置関係情報取得処理は終了される。
 以上説明した第5実施例によれば、CPU310は、作業台載置状態におけるTシャツS上の基準点Msと基準線マークMla、Mlbとの位置関係を示す位置関係情報(距離DL)をデータベースDBに記録する(図16のS260E)。複数の基準線マークMla、Mlbは、TシャツSのうち、プラテン支持部分PAに位置し、かつ、基準線L1上に付加される(図13(A))。基準線L1は、基準点Msを通り、基準方向に伸びる線である(図13(A))。CPU310は、プラテン載置状態でTシャツSを撮影して得られる対象画像SIdを取得する(図15のS310D)。CPU310は、対象画像SId内の複数の基準線マークMla、Mlbの位置と、位置関係情報(距離DL)と、を用いて、プラテン載置状態におけるプリンタ200のプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係(具体的には、基準点Msの座標や基準線L1)を特定する(図15の330D、S350D)。CPU310は、プラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係(具体的には、基準点Msの座標や基準線L1)に応じて、プラテン142に対して印刷領域IAを設定し(図15のS360)、該印刷領域IAに印刷するように印刷データを生成する(図15のS385)。プリンタ100は、その後に、該印刷データを用いてTシャツSに特定画像を印刷する(図15のS390)。このように、プラテン載置状態でTシャツSを撮影して得られる対象画像SId内の複数の基準線マークMla、Mlbの位置と、位置関係情報(距離DL)と、を用いて、プラテン載置状態におけるプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係が特定されるので、プラテン載置状態におけるプラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係を精度良く特定し得る。その結果、TシャツSに対して特定画像を精度良く印刷し得る。ひいては、特定画像が精度良く印刷された印刷済みのTシャツSを製造することができる。
F.変形例
(1)上記各実施例の印刷関連処理(例えば、図7)では、プラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係(基準点Msの座標と基準線L1)が特定された後、印刷(図7のS390)の前処理として、図7のS360、S385の処理を実行している。すなわち、上記各実施例では、前処理として、プラテン142に対するTシャツSの位置関係に応じて、印刷領域IAを設定し(図7のS360)、印刷領域IAに印刷するように印刷データを生成する処理(図7のS385)が実行される。これに限らず、TシャツSに対して精度良く特定画像を印刷するための様々な前処理が実行されて良い。
 図17は、変形例の説明図である。図17には、プラテン142と、プラテン載置状態のTシャツSと、S360にて設定された印刷領域IAと、デフォルト印刷領域DPAと、が示されている。デフォルト印刷領域DPAは、例えば、予め用意された印刷データを用いて印刷を行う場合に、特定画像が印刷されるプラテン142上の領域である。
 例えば、変形例の前処理は、前処理は、印刷領域IAを設定し、印刷領域IAとデフォルト印刷領域DPAとが一致するように、プラテン142を移動させる処理であっても良い。この場合には、例えば、プラテン142は、モータの動力によって、X方向とY方向の平行移動と、Z方向を回転軸とする回転移動と、が可能なように構成される。CPU310は、例えば、基準点Msや基準線L1に基づいて、回転量と平行移動量を算出し、プラテン142を移動させても良い。この場合には、図7のS390では、予め用意された印刷データを用いて印刷を行えば良い。
 なお、印刷領域は、プラテン142と、印刷ヘッド110と、の相対的な位置関係によって決まるので、前処理は、印刷領域IAとデフォルト印刷領域DPAとが一致するように、印刷ヘッド110と主走査部130とを移動させる処理であっても良い。この場合には、印刷ヘッド110と主走査部130との全体は、モータの動力によって、平行移動と回転移動とが可能なように構成される。
 さらに、前処理は、作業者にTシャツSのプラテン142に対する位置を調整させるための処理であっても良い。例えば、CPU310は、印刷領域IAとデフォルト印刷領域DPAとが一致するように、TシャツSを配置した場合に、任意マークMa、Mbが位置するべき位置を作業者に指示する指示マークRMa、RMb(図17)を表示する処理を実行しても良い。例えば、指示マークRMa、RMbは、CPU310の制御に従って、例えば、レーザマーカやプロジェクタを用いて、プラテン載置状態のTシャツSの上に表示されても良い。あるいは、指示マークRMa、RMbは、プラテン載置状態のTシャツSを示す対象画像SIに合成されて、表示部370に表示されても良い。あるいは、指示マークRMa、RMbは、作業者が装着するVRゴーグルの表示部に表示されるプラテン載置状態のTシャツSに合成されても良い。
(2)上記各実施例で用いられる位置関係情報は例示であり、これに限られない。例えば、第1実施例の位置関係情報は、角度α、β、θである。角度α、βに代えて、3個のマークMa、Mb、Msを頂点とする三角形の各辺の長さが、位置関係情報として用いられても良い。この場合には、位置関係情報取得処理では、CPU310は、該三角形の各辺の長さと、角度θと、をデータベースDBに記録する。印刷関係処理では、CPU310は、この場合には、該三角形の各辺の長さと、対象画像SIにて検出される任意マークMa、Mbの位置と、を用いて、対象画像SIの座標系における基準点Msの座標を算出する。
 同様に、第2実施例の位置関係情報には、角度a、b、c、dに代えて、2個の任意マークMa、Mbと第1基準点Ms1とを頂点とする三角形の各辺の長さと、2個の任意マークMa、Mbと第2基準点Ms2とを頂点とする三角形の各辺の長さと、が位置関係情報として用いられても良い。
 一般的には、第1実施例では、対象画像SI内に検出される任意マークMa、Mbの位置と、位置関係情報と、を用いて、対象画像SIの座標系における基準点Msの座標が算出できるような位置関係情報が採用されれば良い。第2実施例では、対象画像SI内に検出される任意マークMa、Mbの位置と、位置関係情報と、を用いて、対象画像SIの座標系における第1基準点Ms1と第2基準点Ms2の座標が算出できるような位置関係情報が採用されれば良い。
(3)第3実施例の印刷関連処理では、位置関係情報として記録された角度情報と座標情報とをそれぞれ用いて算出された2つの位置関係(具体的には、基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標)の差異が基準以上である場合に、エラー通知を行っている(図12のS310C-S355)。これに加えて、あるいは、これに代えて、他の情報を用いて、基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標が算出されても良い。例えば、上述した2個の任意マークMa、Mbと第1基準点Ms1とを頂点とする三角形の各辺の長さと、2個の任意マークMa、Mbと第2基準点Ms2とを頂点とする三角形の各辺の長さと、位置関係情報として記録されても良い。この場合には、CPU310は、これらの辺の長さを用いて、基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標を算出しても良い。この場合であっても、これらの辺の長さを用いて算出された基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標と、他の情報を用いて算出された基準点Ms1、Ms2の座標と、の差異が基準より大きい場合には、エラー通知が行われることが好ましい。
 また、例えば、CPU310は、角度情報を用いて算出された基準点Ms1、Ms2と、対象画像SIcにて検出された任意マークMa、Mbと、で形成される2つの三角形の各辺の長さを算出しても良い。そして、CPU310は、算出された三角形の各辺の長さと、位置関係情報として記録された三角形の各辺の長さと、を比較しても良い。そして、算出された三角形の各辺の長さと、位置関係情報として記録された三角形の各辺の長さと、の差異が基準より大きい場合には、エラー通知が行われることが好ましい。
(4)上記実施例では、被印刷物として、TシャツSが用いられているが、これに限られない。被印刷物としては、例えば、TシャツSとは異なる種類の衣服、例えば、Yシャツなどの襟付きのシャツ、ジャケットが被印刷物として用いられても良い。
 衣服に限らず、帽子を被印刷物として、帽子の鍔に画像が印刷されても良い。この場合には、例えば、鍔と本体部分との接合線が基準線として用いられても良いし、鍔の円弧状の外縁が基準線として用いられても良い。また、該基準線上に位置する所定の点(例えば、円弧状の外縁の周方向の中心点)が基準点として用いられても良い。
 また、靴を被印刷物として、靴の外側面に画像が印刷されても良い。この場合には、例えば、靴の底面と側面との境界線が基準線として用いられてもよい。また、靴紐を通すための孔の中心が基準点として用いられても良い。トートバックなどのバック、財布などの物入れ、ハンカチを被印刷物として画像が印刷されても良い。
 一般的には、上に例示した製品を含む布素材や皮革素材を用いて作成される各種の製品が被印刷物として用いられることが好ましい。
(5)上記第1実施例では、基準画像RIは、TシャツSの全体を含むように撮影される。これに限らず、基準画像RIは、TシャツSのうち、3個のマークMa、Mb、Msを含む一部分を含み、TシャツSの全部を含まなくても良い。第1実施例では、対象画像SIは、TシャツSのうち、プラテン支持部分PAを含み、縁部を含まないように撮影されている。これに限らず、対象画像SIは、TシャツSの全体を含んでも良い。例えば、対象画像SIは、TシャツSのうち、基準点Msが位置する部分を含んでも良い。一般的には、基準画像は、位置関係情報取得処理における解析に必要な部分を少なくとも含むことが好ましい。また、対象画像は、検出すべきマーク(例えば、任意マークMa、Mb)が付加された部分を少なくとも含むことが好ましい。他の実施例についても同様である。
(6)上記各実施例では、プラテン載置状態では、TシャツSの中央部だけがプラテン142に支持され、TシャツSの縁部は、プラテン142に支持されていない。これに限らず、例えば、TシャツSなどの被印刷物に対してプラテン142が十分に大きい場合には、被印刷物の全体がプラテン142によって支持されても良い。
(7)上記第5実施例において、位置関係情報である距離DLは、TシャツSに印刷を行う度に、作業者によって端末装置300に入力される(図16のS250E)。これに代えて、距離DLは、予め端末装置300のメモリ(例えば、不揮発性記憶装置320)に記録された固定値であっても良い。この場合には、例えば、作業者は、TシャツSに基準線マークMla、Mlbを付加する際に、TシャツSの基準点Msから基準線マークMlaまでの距離が、固定値である距離DLになるように、厳密に測定して、基準線マークMlaを付加する。
(8)各実施例の位置関係情報取得処理および印刷関連処理の全部または一部を実行する装置は、端末装置300に代えて、他の種々の装置であってよい。例えば、プリンタ200のCPU210や、カメラ400a、400bのCPUが、位置関係情報取得処理および印刷関連処理を実行しても良い。この場合には、端末装置300は不要である。また、位置関係情報取得処理および印刷関連処理を実行する装置は、プリンタ200、端末装置300、カメラ400a、400bの少なくとも1つとインターネットを介して接続されたサーバであっても良い。この場合に、サーバは、複数個の互いに通信可能な計算機によって構成されるいわゆるクラウドサーバであっても良い。
(9)上記各実施例において、ハードウェアによって実現されていた構成の一部をソフトウェアに置き換えるようにしてもよく、逆に、ソフトウェアによって実現されていた構成の一部あるいは全部をハードウェアに置き換えるようにしてもよい。
 また、本発明の機能の一部または全部がコンピュータプログラムで実現される場合には、そのプログラムは、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体(例えば、一時的ではない記録媒体)に格納された形で提供することができる。プログラムは、提供時と同一または異なる記録媒体(コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体)に格納された状態で、使用され得る。「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」は、メモリーカードやCD-ROMのような携帯型の記録媒体に限らず、各種ROM等のコンピュータ内の内部記憶装置や、ハードディスクドライブ等のコンピュータに接続されている外部記憶装置も含み得る。
 以上、実施例、変形例に基づき本発明について説明してきたが、上記した発明の実施の形態は、本発明の理解を容易にするためのものであり、本発明を限定するものではない。本発明は、その趣旨を逸脱することなく、変更、改良され得ると共に、本発明にはその等価物が含まれる。

Claims (14)

  1.  コンピュータプログラムであって、
     被印刷物が印刷装置に配置される第1状態とは異なる第2状態で、複数のマークが付加された前記被印刷物を撮影して得られる基準画像を取得する基準画像取得機能であって、前記基準画像は前記被印刷物のうちの前記複数のマークが付加された部分を少なくとも示す、前記基準画像取得機能と、
     前記第1状態で前記被印刷物を再度撮影して得られる対象画像を取得する対象画像取得機能であって、前記対象画像は前記被印刷物のうちの前記複数のマークが付加された部分を少なくとも示す、前記対象画像取得機能と、
     前記対象画像内の前記複数のマークの位置と、前記基準画像内の複数の点の位置関係と、を用いて、前記第1状態における前記印刷装置に対する前記被印刷物の位置関係に応じた前処理を実行する前処理実行機能であって、前記基準画像内の複数の点は、前記複数のマークが位置する点を含む前記被印刷物上の点である、前記前処理実行機能と、
     前記前処理の後に、前記被印刷物に特定画像を印刷する印刷実行機能と、
     を備える、コンピュータプログラム。
  2.  請求項1に記載のコンピュータプログラムであって、
     前記基準画像内の複数の点の位置関係は、前記複数のマークが位置する点と、前記被印刷物上の基準点と、の位置関係を含み、
     前記基準点は、前記特定画像が印刷されるべき前記被印刷物上の位置を規定するための点である、コンピュータプログラム。
  3.  請求項2に記載のコンピュータプログラムであって、
     前記第1状態は、前記被印刷物が、前記被印刷物を保持するための特定の部材に支持された状態であり、
     前記複数のマークは、前記第1状態において、前記被印刷物のうち、前記特定の部材に支持される部分に位置する、コンピュータプログラム。
  4.  請求項3に記載のコンピュータプログラムであって、
     前記基準点は、前記第1状態において、前記被印刷物のうち、前記特定の部材に支持されない部分に位置し、
     前記対象画像は、前記被印刷物のうち、前記基準点が位置する部分の画像を含まない、コンピュータプログラム。
  5.  請求項3に記載のコンピュータプログラムであって、
     前記複数のマークは、前記被印刷物のうち、前記特定の部材に支持される部分における任意の位置に付加される、コンピュータプログラム。
  6.  請求項3に記載のコンピュータプログラムであって、
     前記複数のマークは、前記被印刷物のうち、前記特定の部材に支持される部分において基準線上に付加され、
     前記基準線は、前記基準点を通り、基準方向に伸びる線であり、
     前記基準方向は、印刷されるべき前記特定画像の前記被印刷物に対する方向を示す、コンピュータプログラム。
  7.  請求項2に記載のコンピュータプログラムであって、
     前記被印刷物は、襟ぐりを有する衣服であり、
     前記基準点は、前記襟ぐりに沿う位置にある点である、コンピュータプログラム。
  8.  請求項2に記載のコンピュータプログラムであって、さらに、
     前記基準画像を解析することによって前記基準点を決定する基準点決定機能をコンピュータに実現させ、
     前記基準画像内の複数の点の位置関係は、前記基準画像を解析することによって決定される前記基準点と、前記複数のマークが位置する点と、の位置関係を含む、コンピュータプログラム。
  9.  請求項1に記載のコンピュータプログラムであって、
     前記基準画像内の複数の点の位置関係は、前記複数のマークが位置する点と、前記被印刷物上の基準方向と、の位置関係を含み、
     前記基準方向は、印刷されるべき前記特定画像の前記被印刷物に対する方向を示す、コンピュータプログラム。
  10.  請求項9に記載のコンピュータプログラムであって、
     前記基準画像内の複数の点の位置関係は、前記複数のマークが位置する点と、前記被印刷物上の第1点と第2点との位置関係を含み、
     前記第1点と前記第2点とは、前記第1点から前記第2点に向かう方向が前記基準方向になるように決定される、コンピュータプログラム。
  11.  請求項9に記載のコンピュータプログラムであって、
     前記基準画像を解析することによって前記基準方向を決定する基準方向決定機能をコンピュータに実現させ、
     前記基準画像内の複数の点の位置関係は、前記基準画像を解析することによって特定される前記基準方向と、前記複数のマークが位置する点と、の位置関係を含む、コンピュータプログラム。
  12.  請求項1に記載のコンピュータプログラムであって、
     前記基準画像内の複数の点の位置関係を示す情報は、第1情報と第2情報とを含み、
     前記特定機能は、前記第1情報を用いて前記印刷装置に対する前記被印刷物の第1位置関係を特定し、前記第2情報を用いて前記印刷装置に対する前記被印刷物の第2位置関係を特定し、
     前記コンピュータプログラムは、さらに、
     前記第1位置関係と、前記第2位置関係と、の差異が基準より大きい場合に、ユーザに対してエラーを通知するエラー通知機能をコンピュータに実現させる、コンピュータプログラム。
  13.  コンピュータプログラムであって、
     被印刷物が印刷装置に配置される第1状態とは異なる第2状態における前記被印刷物上の複数の点の位置関係を示す位置関係情報をメモリに記録する記録機能であって、前記複数の点は、前記被印刷物に付加された複数のマークが位置する点を含む前記被印刷物上の点であり、前記被印刷物上の位置関係は、前記複数のマークが位置する点と、前記被印刷物上の基準点と、の位置関係を含み、前記基準点は、前記特定画像が印刷されるべき前記被印刷物上の位置を規定するための点であり、前記第1状態は、前記被印刷物が、前記被印刷物を保持するための特定の部材に支持された状態であり、前記複数のマークは、前記第1状態において、前記被印刷物のうち、前記特定の部材に支持される部分に位置し、かつ、基準線上に付加され、前記基準線は、前記基準点を通り、基準方向に伸びる線であり、前記基準方向は、印刷されるべき前記特定画像の前記被印刷物に対する方向を示す、前記記録機能と、
     前記第1状態で前記被印刷物を撮影して得られる対象画像を取得する対象画像取得機能であって、前記対象画像は前記被印刷物のうちの前記複数のマークが付加された部分を少なくとも示す、前記対象画像取得機能と、
     前記対象画像内の前記複数のマークの位置と前記位置関係情報とを用いて、前記第1状態における前記印刷装置に対する前記被印刷物の位置関係に応じた前処理を実行する前処理実行機能と、
     前記前処理の後に、前記被印刷物に特定画像を印刷する印刷実行機能と、
     を備える、コンピュータプログラム。
  14.  布素材または皮革素材を用いて作成される印刷済みの製品の製造方法であって、
     印刷前の前記製品が印刷装置に配置される第1状態とは異なる第2状態で、複数のマークが付加された前記製品を撮影して得られる基準画像を取得する基準画像取得工程であって、前記基準画像は前記製品のうちの前記複数のマークが付加された部分を少なくとも示す、前記基準画像取得工程と、
     前記第1状態で前記製品を再度撮影して得られる対象画像を取得する対象画像取得工程であって、前記対象画像は前記製品のうちの前記複数のマークが付加された部分を少なくとも示す、前記対象画像取得工程と、
     前記対象画像内の前記複数のマークの位置と、前記基準画像内の複数の点の位置関係と、を用いて、前記第1状態における前記印刷装置に対する前記製品の位置関係に応じた前処理を実行する前処理実行工程であって、前記基準画像内の複数の点は、前記複数のマークが位置する点を含む前記製品上の点である、前記前処理実行工程と、
     前記前処理の後に、前記製品に特定画像を印刷する印刷実行工程と、
     を備える、印刷済み製品の製造方法。
