Description

漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット、漏洩検査システム及び漏洩検査方法
 本開示は、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット、漏洩検査システム及び漏洩検査方法に関する。
 特開2023-039662号公報には、圧縮エア配管に対して、蛍光検査液のミストを配管に導入し、漏洩箇所を紫外光の照射による蛍光で確認する方法が開示されている。この方法では、ルブリケータに蛍光検査液を充填して蛍光検査液のミストを発生させる。
 ところが、ルブリケータでは、供給される圧縮エアの流量、圧力が低いと、建築物の配管に対して蛍光検査液のミストを遠距離まで到達させることが難しいことが判明した。
 特に、空調設備の冷媒配管は、直径が比較的大きく、配管内を流れる圧縮エアの流速が低下する。そのため、ルブリケータで発生させた蛍光検査液のミストでは、遠距離に到達する前に、配管内壁に付着してしまうという問題がある。
 本開示は、上記した課題を解決することを目的とする。
 本開示の第1の態様は、蛍光色素が溶解した蛍光検査液を漏洩検査の対象となる配管の内部に噴霧する漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、前記蛍光検査液と噴霧エアとを混合して前記蛍光検査液のミストを吐出する二流体ノズルと、前記蛍光検査液を前記二流体ノズルに供給する検査液配管と、前記噴霧エアを前記二流体ノズルに供給する噴霧エア配管と、前記検査液配管、前記噴霧エア配管、及び、前記二流体ノズルを収容する筐体と、を備え、前記筐体は、前記二流体ノズルの吐出方向に形成され、前記ミストを前記筐体の外部に吐出する吐出ポートと、前記筐体の内部の混合室にアシストエアを導入する希釈ポートと、を備える、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットである。
 本開示の第2の態様は、第1の態様による漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットと、前記噴霧エア配管に前記噴霧エアを供給するエア供給源と、前記蛍光検査液を収容し、前記蛍光検査液を前記検査液配管に供給する検査液タンクと、を備えた、漏洩検査システムである。
 本開示の第3の態様は、第2の態様による漏洩検査システムを使用した漏洩検査方法であって、漏洩検査の対象となる前記配管に、前記漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットを接続する工程と、前記漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットを利用して前記ミストを発生させ、前記噴霧エアとともに漏洩検査の対象となる前記配管に前記ミストを流通させる工程と、前記配管の外部に紫外光を照射して前記蛍光検査液の漏洩の有無を検出する工程と、を有する、漏洩検査方法である。
 本開示によれば、低出力のエアーコンプレッサを使用した場合であっても蛍光検査液のミストを遠距離の配管に到達させることが可能となる。
 上記の目的、特徴及び利点は、添付した図面を参照して説明される以下の実施の形態の説明から容易に了解されるであろう。

(第1実施形態)
 図1に示されるように、本実施形態に係る漏洩検査システム10は、配管系統12に接続されて、配管16、接続ポイント14、バルブ18及びこれらの部材の接続箇所の漏洩検査に使用される。配管系統12は、接続ポイント14で互いに連結された複数の配管16を有している。配管系統12の所定箇所には複数のバルブ18が取り付けられている。配管系統12は、例えば、浄水を供給する水配管、又は、熱源機器と建物の室内に配置された空調機(室内機)との間で冷媒を循環させる空調配管である。
 配管系統12の第1端部12aには、漏洩検査システム10が接続され、配管系統12の第2端部12bには、排気部20が接続される。排気部20は、フィルタ22と、排気口24とを備える。フィルタ22は、蛍光検査液のミストを圧縮エアから分離して回収する。排気口24は、漏洩検査システム10から供給された圧縮エアを排出する。
 図2に示されるように、漏洩検査システム10は、エア供給源26と、第1調整部28と、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30と、検査液供給部31と、を有する。エア供給源26は、例えば、エアーコンプレッサであり、圧縮エアを発生させる。エア供給源26は、第1配管34を通じて漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30に接続され、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30に噴霧用の圧縮エア(噴霧エア)を供給する。
 第1配管34には、第1調整部28が設けられている。第1調整部28は、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30に供給される圧縮エアの圧力と流量とを所定値に調整する。第1調整部28は、第1減圧弁36と、第1流量調整弁38とを有する。第1減圧弁36は、第1流量調整弁38の上流(エア供給源26に近い側)に位置する。第1減圧弁36は、圧縮エアの圧力を所定範囲に整える。第1流量調整弁38は、第1減圧弁36の下流に位置し、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30に供給される圧縮エアの流量を所定範囲に整える。
 図3に示されるように、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30は、筐体40と、混合室42と、二流体ノズル44と、噴霧エア配管46と、検査液配管48と、吐出ポート50と、を含む。筐体40は、筒体52と、基端壁54と先端壁56と、を有する。筒体52は、軸線方向から見て円形に形成されており(図4参照)、軸線方向に筒状に延在する。筒体52の軸線方向の寸法は、例えば60mm~100mmとすることができる。また筒体52の内径は、80mm~100mmとすることができる。なお、筒体52は、多角形状に形成されてもよい。多角形状の筒体52は、中心軸線Cに対して回転対称に形成され得る。
 基端壁54は、筐体40の軸線方向の基端に位置し、筒体52の基端を覆って塞ぐ。先端壁56は、基端壁54と反対の筒体52の軸線方向の先端に位置し、筒体52の先端を覆う。混合室42は、筒体52、基端壁54及び先端壁56の内部に形成される。
 図3及び図4に示されるように、基端壁54は、噴霧エアポート58と、検査液ポート60と、複数の希釈ポート62とを有する。噴霧エアポート58は、筐体40の中心軸線Cから外側にずれた位置に配置されている。噴霧エアポート58は、基端壁54から基端側に延び出た第1コネクタ58aを有している。第1コネクタ58aには、第1配管34(図2参照)が接続される。噴霧エアポート58の先端側(筐体40の内部側)には、噴霧エア配管46が接続される。
 検査液ポート60は、筐体40の中心軸線Cの位置に配置されている。検査液ポート60は、基端壁54から基端側に延び出た第2コネクタ60aを備える。第2コネクタ60aには、第2配管64(図2参照)が接続される。検査液ポート60の先端側には、検査液配管48が接続される。
 希釈ポート62は、筐体40の中心軸線Cから離れた位置に配置されている。希釈ポート62は、複数設けられてもよい。図4に示す例では、3つの希釈ポート62が、検査液ポート60の周囲を囲むように設けられている。各々の希釈ポート62は、基端壁54から基端側に突出した第3コネクタ62aを有する。
 希釈ポート62の先端側は、混合室42に向けて開口しており、混合室42にアシストエア(希釈用の空気)を吐出する。なお、希釈ポート62の開口位置は、基端壁54に限定されず、筒体52で開口するように構成されてもよい。ただし、希釈ポート62の開口位置は、二流体ノズル44の軸線方向の位置よりも、基端側に設けられることが好ましい。このような配置は、二流体ノズル44から広がるように噴射されたミストの吐出を妨げない。
 本実施形態において、第3コネクタ62aの基端側には、何も接続されておらず大気開放されており、大気をそのまま取り込めるように構成される。二流体ノズル44からのミストの噴霧により、混合室42の内部の空気が先端方向に流出することにともなって、混合室42の内部に負圧が生じる。希釈ポート62は、混合室42に負圧が生じると、外気をアシストエアとして、混合室42の内部に導入する。
 希釈ポート62から混合室42の内部に取り込まれたアシストエアは、二流体ノズル44から噴霧されたミストと混合されて、蛍光検査液の液滴の密度を低下させる。また、アシストエアは、二流体ノズル44から広角に噴射されて混合室42の内部に滞留するミストを吐出ポート50に向けて流すことで、ミストのロスを防ぎ、より多くのミストを効率よく吐出ポート50から吐出させる。さらに、アシストエアは、ミストを含む気流の配管16内での流速低下を抑制し、配管16内の遠距離に速くミストを到達させる。
 希釈ポート62は、筒体52の内壁の近くに配置され、かつ、流れの中心が、先端壁56に当たるように配置すると好適である。このような希釈ポート62は、筒体52の内壁を覆うようなアシストエアの流れを生み出し、筒体52の内壁へのミストの付着を抑制する。また、筒体52の内壁に沿うように流れたアシストエアは、先端壁56に当たることで、先端壁56付近で内方に巻き込む流れを生み出し、先端壁56の近傍で滞留するミストを効率よく吐出ポート50に導く。
 複数の希釈ポート62の流路断面積は、噴霧エア配管46及び噴霧エアポート58の実効的な流路断面積よりも大きい。これにより、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30は、噴霧エアの流量よりも多量のアシストエアを流すことが可能であり、配管16内でのミストを含む気流の流速低下を抑制する。
 吐出ポート50は、先端壁56を軸線方向に貫通して形成される。吐出ポート50は、二流体ノズル44の吐出中心の延長線上に配置され、二流体ノズル44から吐出されたミストを通過させる。本実施形態では、吐出ポート50は、筐体40の中心軸線Cを中心とする孔として形成される。吐出ポート50は、中心軸線Cに垂直な断面が円形であってもよい。吐出ポート50の内径は、例えば、10mm~60mmの範囲とすることができる。吐出ポート50の内径は、二流体ノズル44の軸線方向の位置に応じて適宜調整され得る。
 なお、吐出ポート50の内径は、二流体ノズル44から所定の広がり角度で噴霧される円錐状の領域が先端壁56の位置に形成する円の直径よりも小さくてもよい(図5参照)。このような構成であっても、アシストエアにより効率よくミストを吐出ポート50から吐出させることができる。
 吐出ポート50の内周部にはネジ構造(図示せず)が設けられている。ネジ構造には、配管コネクタが接続可能である。配管コネクタは、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30と配管系統12との接続に使用される。
 噴霧エア配管46は、基端が噴霧エアポート58に接続され、先端に向けて軸線方向に延びる。噴霧エア配管46は、先端付近に設けられた屈曲部46aで中心軸線Cに向けて屈曲し、二流体ノズル44に接続される。噴霧エア配管46は、二流体ノズル44に噴霧エアを供給する。
 検査液配管48は、基端が検査液ポート60に接続され、検査液ポート60から中心軸線Cに沿って軸線方向に延在する。検査液配管48の先端は、二流体ノズル44に接続されている。噴霧エア配管46及び検査液配管48は、硬質の材料によって形成されており、二流体ノズル44を筐体40から離間して支持する。
 図3に示されるように、二流体ノズル44は、検査液配管48から供給される蛍光検査液と、噴霧エア配管46から供給される噴霧エアとを混合させて、蛍光検査液のミストを発生させる。二流体ノズル44は、軸線方向に延び、基端に検査液配管48が接続された中心流路44aと、径方向に延びて中心流路44aに連通する径方向流路44bとを有する。径方向流路44bには、噴霧エア配管46が接続されて噴霧エアが供給される。二流体ノズル44は、中心流路44aの先端側への延長線を中心とする円錐状の領域に、蛍光検査液のミストを吐出する。二流体ノズル44は、中心軸線Cに垂直な断面において筒体52の中央に位置する。そのため、中心流路44aは、中心軸線Cと同一軸上に位置し、中心軸線Cに沿ってミストが吐出される。
 ここで、二流体ノズル44の軸線方向の位置は、二流体ノズル44の先端と先端壁56との離間距離dで表される。離間距離dは、先端壁56の基端側の位置(基端位置)56aの位置を0とする。二流体ノズル44の先端が、先端壁56の基端位置56aから基端側へ離れる程、離間距離dの値が増加する。二流体ノズル44の離間距離dは、例えば-1mm~45mmとすることができる。離間距離dが-1mmの場合には、二流体ノズル44の先端が1mmだけ先端壁56の基端位置56aよりも先端側に位置することを意味する。この場合には、二流体ノズル44の先端の一部が吐出ポート50の内部に挿入されてもよい。
 二流体ノズル44の軸線方向の配置位置は、筐体40の軸線方向の中心付近であってもよい。この場合には、二流体ノズル44から吐出され、混合室42の内部に滞留するミストの量が変化し、アシストエアの効果をより大きくすることができる。
 検査液供給部31は、検査液タンク32と、第2配管64とを備える。検査液タンク32は、蛍光検査液を収容する容器である。検査液タンク32は、第2配管64を通じて漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30と接続されている。蛍光検査液は、二流体ノズル44によって、検査液タンク32から吸い出される。
 検査液タンク32に収容される蛍光検査液は、蛍光色素を水に溶解させた水溶液である。蛍光色素は、緑色、青色、及び赤色のものの単独又はこれらの組み合わせで構成される。緑色蛍光色素としては、リボフラビン、フルオレセイン、アクリジンオレンジ、フロキシンB(赤色104号)、及びリコピン等が挙げられる。また、青色蛍光色素としては、ホルミルメチルフラビン及びルミクロムの混合物、キニーネ、ピレン、アントシアニン、及びウンベリフェロン等が挙げられる。また、赤色蛍光色素としては、例えば、クロロフィル、ローダミンB、アシッドレッド(赤色106号)、エオシン、コチニール色素、タンニン、フィコシアニン(スピルリナ色素)、カルタミン(ベニバナ色素)、フィコエリスリン、エリスロシン(赤色3号)、及びローズベンガル(赤色105号)等が挙げられる。
 なお、リボフラビンと、ホルミルメチルフラビン及びルミクロムの混合物とは、水が蒸発すると蛍光を失うため、検査完了後の清掃作業を簡略化できる。また、上記に列挙された蛍光色素は、食品添加物として使用される物質であり、人体及び環境への安全性に優れるとともに、比較的短時間で分解されて消失する。そのため、回収した蛍光検査液の廃棄が容易である。なお、蛍光検査液は、パラベン類等の防腐剤を含んでもよい。また、蛍光検査液は、配管16の内面への濡れ性を向上させるために界面活性剤を含んでもよい。
 本実施形態の漏洩検査システム10は、以上のように構成される。以下、漏洩検査システム10を使用した漏洩検査方法について説明が行われる。なお、漏洩検査は、例えば、建物に配管系統12が配置された後、使用が開始される前に実施される。また、漏洩検査は、配管系統12の点検の際にも行われ得る。
 まず、図1に示されるように、漏洩検査システム10が配管系統12の一端に接続される。また、配管系統12の所定の端部には、排気部20が接続される。
 次に、エア供給源26を通じて噴霧エアの供給が開始される。図5に示されるように、噴霧エアは、第1配管34を通じて噴霧エアポート58に流入し、噴霧エア配管46を通じて二流体ノズル44に供給される。二流体ノズル44に流入した噴霧エアは、二流体ノズル44の中心流路44aを通じて軸線方向の先端に向けて吐出される。噴霧エアの吐出により、中心流路44aに負圧が発生し、この負圧により、第2配管64及び検査液配管48を通じて検査液タンク32から蛍光検査液が吸い出され、中心流路44aに蛍光検査液が供給される。
 蛍光検査液は、二流体ノズル44の内部の中心流路44aにおいて噴霧エアと混合され、ミスト化されて二流体ノズル44から軸線方向の先端方向に向けて吐出される。二流体ノズル44から吐出されるミストは噴霧エアとともに、吐出ポート50から吐出される。ミスト及び噴霧エアの混合流体の流れによって、混合室42の内部に負圧が生じる。この負圧により、希釈ポート62を通じて外気がアシストエアとして混合室42の内部に流入する。
 アシストエアは、二流体ノズル44よりも基端側から混合室42の内部を広がりつつ先端側に向けて流れる。アシストエアの一部は、先端壁56に当たることで、先端壁56の近くの混合室42の内部に乱流を発生させる。アシストエアの流れは、ミストの筐体40の内壁への付着を防ぐことで、ミストの減少を抑制する。また、アシストエアは、ミストを希釈するとともに、混合室42の内部に滞留するミストを吐出ポート50に流すことで、遠距離まで到達できる粒径が1μm~10μmの粒子を効率よく吐出ポート50から吐出させる。なお、粒径が1μm未満のミストは、蒸発しやすく、配管系統12の内部を遠距離まで到達することができない。また、粒径10μmを超えるミストは、重力の影響で比較的短い距離で配管16の内部で落下してしまうため、低出力のエアーコンプレッサで配管16内を遠距離に到達させることが難しい。
 このようにして、混合室42及び吐出ポート50でアシストエアによって希釈されたミストは、図1に示される配管系統12の内部に流入し配管16の内部を流通する。漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30で発生したミストは、配管系統12の内部で分岐した各配管16に広がるようにして煙のように漂いながら流れる。ミストの一部は、各配管16の内表面に付着する。また、ミストの他の一部及び圧縮エアは、排気部20から排出される。排気部20に流れたミストは、フィルタ22によって除去され、圧縮エアのみが排気口24から大気に排出される。
 配管系統12において、漏洩箇所が有る場合がある。漏洩箇所は、特に限定されないが、例えば、配管16同士を接続する継ぎ手の締結不足箇所や、配管16、接続ポイント14、バルブ18等の部品の破損箇所等である。配管系統12に漏洩箇所があると、漏洩箇所から圧縮エアとともにミストが漏洩する。その結果、ミストを構成する液滴が漏洩箇所とその周囲に付着することで、漏洩箇所を蛍光色素で染色する。
 次に、紫外光による配管系統12の各部の照射が行なわれる。この工程では、紫外光の照射により、配管系統12の表面において蛍光を放つ箇所の有無が調べられる。蛍光の検出により、漏洩箇所が特定される。漏洩箇所が発見された場合には、継ぎ手の締め込み作業や部品の交換作業等が行なわれ、再び、漏洩検査が行なわれる。その後、漏洩検査システム10及び排気部20が配管系統12から取り外されて、漏洩検査が完了する。
(実験例1)
 実験例1は、図3の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30において、二流体ノズル44に、圧力0.3MPaで流量22L/minの条件で圧縮エアを供給して蛍光検査液のミストを発生させた。また、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30から吐出されるミストの粒径分布が、パーティクルカウンタにより測定された。その結果、図6に示されるように、本実施形態の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30によれば、遠距離に到達可能な粒径1μm~10μmの微粒子を多く含んだ蛍光検査液のミストを発生できることが確認できた。
(第1実施形態の変形例1)
 図7Aに示されるように、本変形例は、別の構成例に係る検査液供給部31Aを有する。検査液供給部31Aは、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30と検査液タンク32とを接続する第2配管64の途上に、ポンプ66を有する。ポンプ66は、検査液タンク32の蛍光検査液を加圧して二流体ノズル44に向けて送り出す。本変形例は、二流体ノズル44に一定の圧力及び流量で蛍光検査液を供給できるため、蛍光検査液の流量を増加させてミストの発生量を増加できる。また、本変形例は、二流体ノズル44の噴霧条件を安定化でき、ミストの粒径を安定化できる。
(第1実施形態の変形例2)
 図7Bに示されるように、本変形例は、さらに別の構成例に係る検査液供給部31Bを有する。検査液供給部31Bは、検査液タンク32に接続された加圧用エア源68を有する。加圧用エア源68は、検査液タンク32に加圧用エア(圧縮エア)を供給することで、蛍光検査液を加圧する。検査液タンク32の蛍光検査液は、加圧用エアの圧力で加圧されて漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30に送り出される。本変形例は、二流体ノズル44に供給される蛍光検査液の流量を増加させてミストの発生量を増加させる。また、本変形例は、二流体ノズル44の噴霧条件を安定化でき、安定したミストを発生できる。
(第2実施形態)
 図8に示されるように、本実施形態の漏洩検査システム10Aは、エア供給源26の圧縮エアの一部が漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30の希釈ポート62に供給される。なお、漏洩検査システム10Aの構成において、第1実施形態の漏洩検査システム10(図2参照)と同様の構成には、同一の符号が付されてその詳細な説明は省略される。
 漏洩検査システム10Aは、第1配管34から分岐する第3配管70を備える。第3配管70の上流側の端部は、第1減圧弁36の上流側に位置する分岐部70aにて第1配管34と連通する。第3配管70の下流側の端部は、希釈ポート62に接続されている。漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30は、3つの希釈ポート62を有している。第3配管70は、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30の近くで3本に分岐し、3つの希釈ポート62の各々に接続されている。第3配管70は、エア供給源26の圧縮エアの一部を、アシストエアとして漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30に供給する。
 第3配管70の途中には、第2調整部72が設けられている。第2調整部72は、希釈ポート62を通じて混合室42に供給されるアシストエアの圧力及び流量を所定値にする。第2調整部72は、第2減圧弁74と、第2流量調整弁76とを備える。第2減圧弁74は、アシストエアの圧力を所定値に調整する。第2流量調整弁76は、アシストエアの流量を所定値に調整する。
 漏洩検査システム10Aにおいて、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30及び検査液供給部31の構成は、第1実施形態の漏洩検査システム10と同様である。
 本実施形態の漏洩検査システム10Aは、以上のように構成される。漏洩検査システム10Aは、アシストエアの流量を増加させることができ、より多量のミストをより速い流速で配管系統12(図1参照)の内部に噴霧できる。これにより、漏洩検査システム10Aは、配管16の内部において、ミストの流速が向上し、ミストの到達距離をさらに延伸できる。
(第3実施形態)
 図9に示されるように、本実施形態の漏洩検査システム10Bは、混合室42の内壁及び漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30の近傍の配管16に付着した蛍光検査液を回収する回収流路78を備える。なお、漏洩検査システム10Bの構成において、第1実施形態の漏洩検査システム10(図2参照)又は第2実施形態の漏洩検査システム10A(図8参照)と同様の構成には、同一の符号が付されてその詳細な説明は省略される。
 図10に示されるように、回収流路78は、第1回収流路78aと、第2回収流路78bとを有する。第1回収流路78aは、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30の筐体40の底部に形成された水抜孔80と、検査液タンク32とを接続する。第1回収流路78aは、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30の混合室42の内壁に付着した蛍光検査液を検査液タンク32に戻す。
 第2回収流路78bは、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30と、配管系統12とを接続する接続コネクタ82に接続される。接続コネクタ82は、主流路82aと、主流路82aの底部から分岐した水抜ポート82bとを有する。水抜ポート82bは、接続コネクタ82の内部及び漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30の近傍の配管系統12の内壁に付着した蛍光検査液を回収して排出する。第2回収流路78bは、水抜ポート82bと検査液タンク32とを接続し、水抜ポート82bに集められた蛍光検査液を検査液タンク32に流す。
 本実施形態の漏洩検査システム10Bは、以上のように構成される。漏洩検査システム10Bは、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30の内部又は漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット30の至近距離の配管16の内面に付着してしまった蛍光検査液を回収して再利用できるため、蛍光検査液の利用効率に優れる。
 上記実施形態に関し、さらに以下の付記が開示される。
(付記1)
 本開示は、蛍光色素が溶解した蛍光検査液を漏洩検査の対象となる配管(16)の内部に噴霧する漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット(30)であって、前記蛍光検査液と噴霧エアとを混合して前記蛍光検査液のミストを吐出する二流体ノズル(44)と、前記蛍光検査液を前記二流体ノズルに供給する検査液配管(48)と、前記噴霧エアを前記二流体ノズルに供給する噴霧エア配管(46)と、前記検査液配管、前記噴霧エア配管、及び、前記二流体ノズルを収容する筐体(40)と、を備え、前記筐体は、前記二流体ノズルの吐出方向に形成され、前記ミストを前記筐体の外部に吐出する吐出ポート(50)と、前記筐体の内部の混合室(42)にアシストエアを導入する希釈ポート(62)と、を備える。
 上記の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットは、エア供給源として低出力のエアーコンプレッサを使用した場合であっても、蛍光検査液のミストを遠距離の配管まで到達させることができる。
(付記2)
 付記1に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、前記二流体ノズルは、前記噴霧エア配管と前記検査液配管とによって、前記筐体から離間して支持されてもよい。この漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットは、二流体ノズルから吐出され、筐体の内部に滞留するミストを効率良く検査対象となる配管に流すことができる。
(付記3)
 付記2に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、前記筐体は、前記吐出方向に沿った軸線方向に延び、前記二流体ノズルを覆う筒体(52)と、前記筒体の先端側を覆う先端壁(56)と、前記筒体の前記先端側と反対の基端側を覆う基端壁(54)と、を有し、前記希釈ポートは、前記基端壁に設けられてもよい。この漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットは、希釈ポートを基端壁に設けることで、アシストエアが広がりながら流れ、ミストを効率よく検査対象となる配管に流すことができる。
(付記4)
 付記3に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、前記二流体ノズルは、前記先端壁の前記吐出ポートに挿入されてもよい。この漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットは、発生した蛍光検査液のミストを、より多く検査対象となる配管に流すことができる。
(付記5)
 付記3に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、前記二流体ノズルは、前記軸線方向に垂直な断面において前記筐体の中央に位置してもよい。この漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットは、筐体の内部で効率よくアシストエアでミストを希釈できる。
(付記6)
 付記3に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、前記基端壁は、前記蛍光検査液を前記検査液配管に供給する検査液ポート(60)を有し、前記希釈ポートは、前記検査液ポートの周囲を囲むように複数設けられてもよい。この漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットは、ミストの筐体内壁への付着を防ぎ、より多くのミストを検査対象となる配管に流すことができる。
(付記7)
 付記1~6のいずれか1つに記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、前記希釈ポートは、大気開放されており、外気を前記アシストエアとして導入してもよい。この漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットは、少量の圧縮エアで、検査対象となる配管により多くのミストを流すことができるとともに、検査対象となる配管における流速低下を抑制してより遠距離までミストを供給できる。
(付記8)
 付記1~7のいずれか1つに記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、前記希釈ポートは、圧縮エアをアシストエアとして導入してもよい。この漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットは、圧縮エアによりアシストエアの流速が向上し、検査対象となる配管内でのミストを含む気流の流速を高めることで、より遠距離までミストを供給できる。
(付記9)
 付記1~8のいずれか1つに記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、前記希釈ポートに導入される前記アシストエアの流量は、前記二流体ノズルに供給される前記噴霧エアの流量よりも大きくてもよい。この漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットは、検査対象となる配管内でのミストを含む気流の流速低下を抑制し、より遠距離までミストを到達させることができる。
(付記10)
 本開示の漏洩検査システム(10、10A、10B)は、付記1~9のいずれか1つに記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットと、前記噴霧エア配管に前記噴霧エアを供給するエア供給源(26)と、前記蛍光検査液を収容し、前記蛍光検査液を前記検査液配管に供給する検査液タンク(32)と、を備える。この漏洩検査システムは、低出力のエアーコンプレッサを使用した場合であっても、蛍光検査液のミストを遠距離まで到達させることができる。
(付記11)
 付記10に記載の漏洩検査システムは、さらに、前記筐体の内部又は前記筐体の近傍の検査対象となる前記配管に付着した前記蛍光検査液を回収して前記検査液タンクに戻す回収流路(78)を備えてもよい。この漏洩検査システムは、蛍光検査液の無駄を抑制できる。
(付記12)
 本開示は、付記10又は11に記載の漏洩検査システムを使用した漏洩検査方法であって、漏洩検査の対象となる前記配管に、前記漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットを接続する工程と、前記漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットを利用して前記ミストを発生させ、前記噴霧エアとともに漏洩検査の対象となる前記配管に前記ミストを流通させる工程と、前記配管の外部に紫外光を照射して前記蛍光検査液の漏洩の有無を検出する工程と、を有してもよい。この漏洩検査方法は、低出力のエアーコンプレッサを使用した場合であっても、大規模な配管の漏洩検査を行える。
 本開示について詳述したが、本開示は上記した個々の実施形態に限定されるものではない。これらの実施形態は、本開示の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、又は、請求の範囲に記載された内容とその均等物から導き出される本開示の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で、種々の追加、置き換え、変更、部分的削除等が可能である。また、これらの実施形態は、組み合わせて実施することもできる。例えば、上記した実施形態において、各動作の順序や各処理の順序は、一例として示したものであり、これらに限定されるものではない。また、上記した実施形態の説明に数値又は数式が用いられている場合も同様である。

Claims (12)

  1.  蛍光色素が溶解した蛍光検査液を漏洩検査の対象となる配管(16)の内部に噴霧する漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット(30)であって、
     前記蛍光検査液と噴霧エアとを混合して前記蛍光検査液のミストを吐出する二流体ノズル(44)と、
     前記蛍光検査液を前記二流体ノズルに供給する検査液配管(48)と、
     前記噴霧エアを前記二流体ノズルに供給する噴霧エア配管(46)と、
     前記検査液配管、前記噴霧エア配管、及び、前記二流体ノズルを収容する筐体(40)と、を備え、
     前記筐体は、
     前記二流体ノズルの吐出方向に形成され、前記ミストを前記筐体の外部に吐出する吐出ポート(50)と、
     前記筐体の内部の混合室(42)にアシストエアを導入する希釈ポート(62)と、を備える、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット。
  2.  請求項1に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、
     前記二流体ノズルは、前記噴霧エア配管と前記検査液配管とによって、前記筐体から離間して支持される、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット。
  3.  請求項2に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、
     前記筐体は、
     前記吐出方向に沿った軸線方向に延び、前記二流体ノズルを覆う筒体(52)と、
     前記筒体の先端側を覆う先端壁(56)と、
     前記筒体の前記先端側と反対の基端側を覆う基端壁(54)と、を有し、
     前記希釈ポートは、前記基端壁に設けられる、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット。
  4.  請求項3に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、
     前記二流体ノズルは、前記先端壁の前記吐出ポートに挿入されている、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット。
  5.  請求項3に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、
     前記二流体ノズルは、前記軸線方向に垂直な断面において前記筐体の中央に位置する、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット。
  6.  請求項3に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、
     前記基端壁は、前記蛍光検査液を前記検査液配管に供給する検査液ポート(60)を有し、
     前記希釈ポートは、前記検査液ポートの周囲を囲むように複数設けられている、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット。
  7.  請求項1に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、
     前記希釈ポートは、大気開放されており、外気を前記アシストエアとして導入する、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット。
  8.  請求項1に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、
     前記希釈ポートは、圧縮エアを前記アシストエアとして導入する、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット。
  9.  請求項1に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットであって、
     前記希釈ポートに導入される前記アシストエアの流量は、前記二流体ノズルに供給される前記噴霧エアの流量よりも大きい、漏洩検査用噴霧ユニット。
  10.  請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットと、
     前記噴霧エア配管に前記噴霧エアを供給するエア供給源(26)と、
     前記蛍光検査液を収容し、前記蛍光検査液を前記検査液配管に供給する検査液タンク(32)と、を備えた、漏洩検査システム(10、10A、10B)。
  11.  請求項10に記載の漏洩検査システムであって、
     さらに、前記筐体の内部又は前記筐体の近傍の漏洩検査の対象となる前記配管に付着した前記蛍光検査液を回収して前記検査液タンクに戻す回収流路(78)を備える、漏洩検査システム。
  12.  請求項10に記載の漏洩検査システムを使用した漏洩検査方法であって、
     漏洩検査の対象となる前記配管に、前記漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットを接続する工程と、
     前記漏洩検査用噴霧ユニットを利用して前記ミストを発生させ、前記噴霧エアとともに漏洩検査の対象となる前記配管に前記ミストを流通させる工程と、
     前記配管の外部に紫外光を照射して前記蛍光検査液の漏洩の有無を検出する工程と、を有する、漏洩検査方法。
