Abstract

本公开涉及清洁设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种滚刷盖、清洁机器人及清洁系统。
清洁机器人的滚刷处往往设置有用于覆盖或敞开滚刷安装仓的盖板,以保证滚刷的安装可靠性和维护便利性。盖板与机体之间通常通过锁合机构配合。然而,前述锁合机构容易影响滚刷的安装空间,不利于滚刷执行清洁动作,限制了清扫效果的提升。
本公开旨在至少解决相关技术中存在的技术问题之一。
有鉴于此,第一方面,根据本公开实施例提出了一种滚刷盖,用于可拆卸地连接于清洁机器人的滚刷支架,滚刷盖包括:盖体部,形成有避让口;传动部,活动地设置于盖体部,传动部在沿避让口的长度方向上的至少一端为操作端;以及锁合部,设置于传动部,传动部用于带动锁合部运动。
第二方面,根据本公开实施例提出了一种清洁机器人,包括:滚刷支架;如上述第一方面中任一项提出的滚刷盖,滚刷盖可拆卸地连接于滚刷支架。
第三方面,根据本公开实施例提出了一种清洁系统,包括:清洁基站;以及如上述第二方面中任一项提出的清洁机器人,可分离地设置于清洁基站。

需要说明的是,传统技术中,清洁机器人的滚刷处往往设置有用于覆盖或敞开滚刷安装仓的盖板,以保证滚刷的安装可靠性和维护便利性,且盖板与机体之间通常通过锁合机构配合。然而,传统技术中的锁合机构较为复杂,例如,前述锁合机构具有两个或两个以上的卡钩,每个卡钩又具有相应的传动机构和操作件,从而不仅部件数量较多,容易限制清洁机器人的结构紧凑性和滚刷安装仓的提升,而且用户在操作时需要同时或逐一对前述操作件进行操作,操作便利性也相对较差。同时,前述操作件往往延伸于盖板的避让口的宽度方向上,从而在盖板的整体尺寸有限的情况下,容易影响避让口和前述安装仓的开设宽度,不利于滚刷执行清洁作业。
第一方面,如图1至图5所示,根据本公开的一些实施例提出了一种滚刷盖100,用于可拆卸地连接于清洁机器人的滚刷支架200。滚刷盖100包括:盖体部110,形成有避让口1101;传动部120,活动地设置于盖体部110,传动部120在沿避让口1101的长度方向上的至少一端为操作端1201;以及锁合部130,设置于传动部120,用于带动锁合部130运动。
本公开实施例提供的滚刷盖100在实际应用中可以作为清洁机器人的一个部件使用。在一些实施例中滚刷盖100可拆卸地连接于清洁机器人的滚刷支架200。可以理解的是,在滚刷盖100设置于滚刷支架200的情况下,滚刷盖100可以与滚刷支架200围成安装腔。安装腔用于安装滚刷本体300。在滚刷盖100分离于滚刷支架200的情况下,安装腔处于敞开状态,便于用户对滚刷本体300进行维护更换;在滚刷盖100设置于滚刷支架200的情况下,可以保证滚刷本体300的安装可靠性和稳定性,有利于滚刷本体300在清洁作业过程中稳顺地执行清洁动作。
如图1和图2所示,本公开实施例提供的滚刷盖100包括盖体部110、传动部120和锁合部130。盖体部110形成有避让口1101。在一些实施例中,避让口1101可以对应于滚刷本体300布置,以减少盖体部110对于滚刷本体300的遮挡,便于滚刷本体300通过并对待清洁物体进行清理;传动部120设置在盖体部110上,并可以相对于盖体部110活动。在一些实施例中,传动部120的操作端1201可以用于接收动力,以便于传动部120在前述动力的驱使下产生相对于盖体部110移动,从而可以方便用户通过触动操作端1201的方式促使传动部120移动;锁合部130设置在传动部120上,从而传动部120在移动时可以带动锁合部130。在一些实施例中,锁合部130可以用于与前述滚刷支架200配合,以实现滚刷盖100的拆装。前述传动部120可以在第一位置和第二位置之间相对于盖体部110移动。在传动部120位于第一位置的情况下,锁合部130可以与滚刷支架200锁紧配合,从而滚刷盖100可以固定连接于滚刷支架200,能够保证滚刷本体300的安装可靠性和稳定性。在传动部120位于第二位置的情况下,锁合部130与滚刷支架200之间的锁紧配合关系解除,从而滚刷盖100可以分离于滚刷支架200,以敞开前述安装仓,可以便于用户对滚刷本体300进行维护更换。
在一些实施例中,避让口1101的宽度方向可以用于匹配于滚刷本体300的径向方向。,相应地,避让口1101的长度方向可以用于匹配于滚刷本体的轴向。相比于前述传统技术,本公开实施例提供的滚刷盖100通过设置传动部120沿避让口1101的长度方向上的至少一端为操作端1201的方式,能够在滚刷盖100的宽度有限的情况下,节省滚刷盖100在避让口1101宽度方向上的空间,从而利于拓宽避让口1101和前述安装腔的宽度,以为滚刷本体300提供更为宽裕的径向空间,进而有利于滚刷本体300执行清洁动作,提升滚刷本体300与待清洁物体之间的接触面积,改善清扫效果。
可以理解的是,前述滚刷支架200可以形成有与前述锁合部130相适配的配合部。在传动部120处于第一位置的情况下,锁合部130用于与前述配合部锁紧配合。在传动部120处于第二位置的情况下,锁合部130与前述配合部脱离配合。前述配合部的数量亦可以为至少两个,且锁合部130与配合部一一对应。
可以理解的是,前述传动部120在沿避让口1101的长度方向上的至少一端为操作端1201指的是,传动部120在避让口1101的长度方向上的一端可以设置为操作端1201,且另一端可以为非操作端;在一些实施例中传动部120在避让口1101的长度方向上的两端可以均设置为操作端1201。操作端1201的数量可以结合实际需求设置,这里不做过多限定。
如图3和图5所示,在一些示例中,锁合部130的数量为至少两个。各个锁合部130设置于同一传动部120。传动部120用于带动各个锁合部130同步运动。
在该技术方案中,前述锁合部130的数量为至少两个,从而在实际应用中,能够便于滚刷盖100与滚刷支架200之间进行多位置的配合,有利于提高滚刷盖100与滚刷支架200之间的连接可靠性,降低滚刷盖100脱落的风险。在一些实施例中,前述各个锁合部130可以在同一传动部110的带动下同步动作,从而各个锁合部130可以同时与滚刷支架200锁紧配合或脱离配合,能够减少用于带动锁合部130移动的机构数量,提高滚刷盖100的拆装操作便利性,并可以降低滚刷盖100的结构体积。这样有利于前述安装腔的容积拓展,并便于滚刷本体300执行清洁动作,从而提升清洁机器人的清洁性能。
相比于前述传统技术,本公开实施例提供的滚刷盖100基于前述设置,则可以在保证滚刷盖100与滚刷支架200之间能够进行多位置的锁紧配合的情况下,利用同一传动部120同步带动各个锁合部130动作。这样能够减少用于带动锁合部130移动的机构数量,以提高滚刷盖100的拆装操作便利性。还可以降低滚刷盖100的结构体积,以有利于前述安装腔的容积拓展,并便于滚刷本体300执行清洁动作,从而提升清洁机器人的清洁性能。
可以理解的是,前述至少两个锁合部130可以间隔的设置于传动部120,从而可以增强各个锁合部130之间的位置差异性。这样能够进一步提高滚刷盖100与滚刷支架200之间的配合位置多样性,以有利于增强滚刷盖100与滚刷支架200之间的连接可靠性,并降低滚刷盖100脱落的风险。
可以理解的是,前述锁合部130的数量可以大于或等于两个。在一些实施例中,锁合部130的数量可以为2个、3个、4个、5个或6个等等。锁合部130的数量的具体数量可以结合实际需求选取,这里不做过多限定。
如图2和图4所示,在一些示例中,传动部120可以包括:传动件121,活动地设置于盖体部110,传动件121可沿第一方向带动锁合部130移动;复位件122,连接于盖体部110和传动件121之间,复位件122用于沿与第一方向相反的第二方向对传动件121施加作用力;以及按压件123,设置于传动件121的一端。
在该技术方案中,前述传动部120可以包括传动件121、复位件122和按压件123。在一些实施例中,传动件121与盖体部110之间活动连接,并可以在前述第一位置和前述第二位置之间移动。相应地,传动件121在移动过程中可以带动各个锁合部130沿第一方向同步移动。前述按压件123设置在传动件121的一端且具有前述操作端1201,从而传动部120可以通过按压件123接收外部动力,并可以通过传动件121将外部动力传递至锁合件,以使锁合件在前述外部动力的作用下发生位置变化,进而可以提高传动部120在实际应用当中的操作便利性。前述复位件122连接在盖体部110和传动件121之间,并用于沿第二位置至第一位置的方向对传动件121施加作用力,也即沿与前述第一方向相反的第二方向对传动件121施加作用力,从而在按压件123未接收外部动力的情况下,传动件121可以在复位件122的作用力的作用下保持在第一位置处,以使锁合部130与滚刷支架200之间保持锁紧配合关系,进而保证滚刷盖100与滚刷支架200之间的连接可靠性,以降低滚刷盖脱落的风险。在按压件123受到外部动力作用的情况下,并且若前述外部动力能够克服复位件122的作用力,则传动部120可以由第一位置向第二位置移动,以使锁合部130与滚刷支架200之间的锁紧配合解除,进而滚刷盖100与滚刷支架200之间可以相互分离,以便于敞开前述安装腔,并提高滚刷本体300的维护更滑的便利性。
可以理解的是,前述复位件122用于沿与第一方向相反的第二方向对传动件121施加作用力,指的是复位件122对传动件121施加的作用力具有在第二方向上的分量,从而复位件122对传动件121施加的作用力可以促使传动件121由第二位置向第一位置移动或保持在第一位置。考虑到复位件122的作用力的效率,可以设置复位件122对传动件121施加的作用力在第二方向上的分量大于或等于该作用力在前述第二方向的正交方向上的分量。
可以理解的是,前述复位件122可以包括弹性件,例如弹簧。弹性件的劲度系数可以结合实际需求选取,这里不做过多限定。
在一些实施例中,前述传动件121可以为传动轴。这样可以令传动件121具有相对简单的形状构造,以便于传动件121的装配。还能够有利于提高传动件121的结构紧凑性,以提升滚刷盖100的空间利用率。
如图2和图4所示,在一些示例中,锁合部130与传动件121为一体式结构。
在该技术方案中,锁合部130与传动件121可以为一体式结构。一方面,可以提高锁合部130与传动件121之间的连接可靠性,以避免锁合部130与传动件121之间发生相对运动;并且有利于增强传动件121与锁合部130之间的传动效果,以为锁合部130与滚刷支架200之间稳定可靠地配合提供保障。另一方面,在制作滚刷盖100的过程中,通过一体成型的方式进行锁合部130与传动件121的制作,亦可以有利于降低锁合部130与传动件121之间的组装难度,以降低滚刷盖100的制作成本。
在一些可行的示例中,锁合部130和传动件121可以均由塑料材料制成,例如,可以均由ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene;丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)材料制成。由此,可以在保证锁合部130与传动件121的结构可靠性的情况下,令锁合部130和传动件121具有相对较轻的质量。这样有利于提高滚刷盖100的轻量化水平,并且可以避免锁合部130的硬度过大,以有利于减小滚刷支架200在配合过程中发生损伤的风险。
在一些示例中,传动件121形成有防滑纹,锁合部130设置于防滑纹处。
在该技术方案中,传动件121和锁合部130可以为分体式结构。相应地,传动件121的表面可以形成有防滑纹。锁合部130可以设置在防滑纹处。基于前述设置,一方面,在制作传动件121和锁合部130的过程中,能够便于结合传动件121和锁合部130各自的工作特性,来分别选取合适的制作材料,以有利于延长传动件121和锁合部130的使用寿命,并提升传动件121和锁合部130的结构可靠性;另一方面,也能够增强传动件121与锁合部130之间的连接可靠性,以降低锁合部130与传动件121之间发生相对运动的风险,从而能够有利于增强传动件121与锁合部130之间的传动效果,以为锁合部130与滚刷支架200之间稳定可靠地配合提供保障。
在一些实施例中,在传动件121为前述传动轴的情况下,前述防滑纹可以形成于传动轴的周侧。相应地,锁合部130可以开设有连接孔。连接孔套设于防滑纹处。可以理解的是,前述防滑纹可以通过但不限于挫花工艺形成。
在一些可行的示例中,前述传动件121可以由金属材料制成,且前述锁合部130可以由塑料材料制成。在一些实施例中,前述传动件121可以由USU304不锈钢制成。前述锁合部130可以由ABS制成。
如图2和图4所示,在一些示例中,复位件122的数量为至少两个。传动部120远离于按压件123的一端与盖体部110之间设置有至少一个复位件122。按压件123与盖体部110之间设置有至少一个复位件122。
在该技术方案中,前述复位件122的数量可以为至少两个,且至少一个复位件122设置在传动部120远离于按压件123的一端与盖体部110之间。至少一个复位件122设置在按压件123与盖体部110之间。基于前述设置,传动件121的两端均可以受到复位件122的作用力影响,使得锁合部130与滚刷支架200之间更为可靠地保持锁紧配合关系,从而能够提升传动部120由第二位置复位至第一位置的效率和稳定性,以有利于进一步提高滚刷盖100的操作便利性。
在一些示例中,传动件121由金属材料或塑料材料制成。
在该技术方案中,传动件121可以由金属材料制成。这样可以增强传动件121的结构强度,以延长传动件121的使用寿命。还可以降低传动件121的形变几率,以有利于保证传动件121的运动稳顺性。
在一些实施例中,传动件121可以由塑料材料制成,从而可以令传动件121具有良好的结构可靠性的情况下,兼具较轻的质量。这样有利于提升滚刷盖100的轻量化水平,以降低用户操作传动部120时的阻力。
可以理解的是,前述金属材料可以为但不限于不锈钢、碳钢等金属材料。在一些实施例中,金属材料可以是USU304不锈钢。
可以理解的是,前述塑料材料可以为但不限于ABS、聚丙烯等塑料材料。
如图1、图2和图4所示,在一些示例中,盖体部110可以包括:第一盖板111,形成有避让口1101;以及第二盖板112,设置于第一盖板111,第二盖板112与第二盖板112之间围成安装空间1102;。传动部120远离于操作端1201的一端位于安装空间1102内金属材料操作端1201位于安装空间1102外。
在该技术方案中,前述盖体部110可以包括第一盖板111和第二盖板112。前述避让口1101形成于前述第一盖板111。前述第二盖板112与第一盖板111围成安装空间1102。安装空间1102可以用于安装前述传动部120。这样可以降低传动部120的暴露程度,以有利于降低传动部120的损坏风险。在一些实施例中,可以设置传动部120远离于操作端1201的一端位于安装空间1102内,且操作端1201位于安装空间1102外。这样可以令传动部120得到盖体部110的保护的情况下,便于操作端1201接收外部动力,以有利于保证传动部120的操作便利性。
可以理解的是,第一盖板111和第二盖板112可以分别形成有第一限位件1111和第二限位件1121。第一限位件1111用于配合第二限位件1121限制传动部120的自由度,并避免传动部120发生大幅度的形变,以有利于保证传动部120的运动稳定性和结构可靠性。在一些实施例中,在传动部120包括前述传动轴的情况下,前述第一限位件1111和前述第二限位件1121可以分别开设有相适配的半圆形缺口。第一限位件1111的半圆形缺口可以与第二限位件1121的半圆形缺口拼接成圆孔。前述传动轴活动地穿设于前述圆孔。前述第一限位件1111和前述第二限位件1121的数量均为多个且一一对应。多个第一限位件1111或第二限位件1121间隔布置。前述传动轴依次穿过各个圆孔。这样可以在避免传动轴发生其它方向上的运动的情况下,降低传动轴产生弯曲形变的几率。
如图1、图2和图4所示,在一些示例中,锁合部130可以包括:卡扣131,设置于传动部120,用于可移动地卡接于滚刷支架200的卡槽。
在该技术方案中,锁合部130可以包括卡扣131。相应地,锁合部130可以用于可移动地卡接于滚刷支架200的卡槽。这样在传动部120位于第一位置的情况下,卡钩卡接于卡槽,以及在传动部120位于第二位置的情况下,卡扣131可脱离于卡槽。基于前述设置,可以在便于锁合部130进行锁紧与解锁的情况下,令锁合部130具有相对简单的构造,以降低锁合部130的制作成本和使用成本。
如图1、图2和图4所示,在一些示例中,至少两个卡扣131间隔地设置于传动部120。
在该技术方案中,可以设置至少两个卡扣131间隔地设置于传动部120。这样可以增强各个锁合部130的卡钩之间的位置差异性,以提高滚刷盖100与滚刷支架200之间的配合位置多样性。还能够有利于增强滚刷盖100与滚刷支架200之间的连接可靠性,以降低滚刷盖100脱落的风险。

本公开实施例提供的清洁机器人包括滚刷支架200和如上述第一方面中任一项提出的滚刷盖100。滚刷盖100可以可拆卸地连接于清洁机器人的滚刷支架200。可以理解的是,在滚刷盖100设置于滚刷支架200的情况下,滚刷盖100可以与滚刷支架200围成安装腔。安装腔用于安装滚刷本体300。在滚刷盖100分离于滚刷支架200的情况下,安装腔处于敞开状态。在滚刷盖100分离于滚刷支架200的情况下,可以便于用户进行滚刷本体300的维护更换。在滚刷盖100设置于滚刷支架200的情况下,可以保证滚刷本体300的安装可靠性和稳定性,以有利于滚刷本体300在清洁作业过程中稳顺地执行清洁动作。
如图1和图2所示,本公开实施例提供的滚刷盖100包括盖体部110、传动部120和锁合部130。盖体部110形成有避让口1101。在一些实施例中,避让口1101可以对应于滚刷本体300布置,以减少盖体部110对于滚刷本体300的遮挡,并便于滚刷本体300通过并对待清洁物体进行清理。传动部120可以设置在盖体部110上,并可以相对于盖体部110活动。在一些实施例中,传动部120的操作端1201可以用于接收动力,以便于传动部120在前述动力的驱使下产生相对于盖体部110移动,从而可以方便用户通过触动操作端1201的方式促使传动部120移动。锁合部130设置在传动部120上,从而传动部120在移动时可以带动锁合部130。在一些实施例中,锁合部130可以用于与前述滚刷支架200配合,以实现滚刷盖100的拆装。前述传动部120可以在第一位置和第二位置之间相对于盖体部110移动。在传动部120位于第一位置的情况下,锁合部130可以与滚刷支架200锁紧配合,使得滚刷盖100可以固定连接于滚刷支架200,从而能够保证滚刷本体300的安装可靠性和稳定性。在传动部120位于第二位置的情况下,锁合部130与滚刷支架200之间的锁紧配合关系解除,使得滚刷盖100可以分离于滚刷支架200,从而敞开前述安装仓,以便于用户对滚刷本体300进行维护更换。
在一些实施例中,避让口1101的宽度方向可以用于匹配于滚刷本体300的径向方向。相应地,避让口1101的长度方向可以用于匹配于滚刷本体的轴向。相比于前述传统技术,本公开实施例提供的滚刷盖100通过设置传动部120沿避让口1101的长度方向上的至少一端为操作端1201,能够在滚刷盖100的宽度有限的情况下,节省滚刷盖100在避让口1101宽度方向上的空间,从而利于拓宽避让口1101和前述安装腔的宽度,以为滚刷本体300提供更为宽裕的径向空间。进而有利于滚刷本体300执行清洁动作,以提升滚刷本体300与待清洁物体之间的接触面积,并改善清扫效果。
可以理解的是,清洁机器人还可以包括移动组件,前述滚刷支架200可以设置于前述移动组件。
可以理解的是,清洁机器人还可以包括前述滚刷本体300。
此外,由于本公开实施例提供的清洁机器人包括如上述第一方面中任一项提出的滚刷盖100,因而具备了该滚刷盖100的一切有益效果,这里不做赘述。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面提出了一种清洁系统,包括:清洁基站;以及如上述第二方面中任一项提出的清洁机器人,可分离地设置于清洁基站。
由于本公开实施例提供的清洁机器人包括如上述第二方面中任一项提出的清洁机器人,因而具备了该清洁机器人的一切有益效果,这里不做赘述。
在本公开中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性;术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。

Claims (13)
- 一种滚刷盖,用于可拆卸地连接于清洁机器人的滚刷支架(200),所述滚刷盖(100)包括:盖体部(110),形成有避让口(1101);传动部(120),活动地设置于所述盖体部(110),所述传动部(120)在沿所述避让口(1101)的长度方向上的至少一端为操作端(1201);以及锁合部(130),设置于所述传动部(120),所述传动部(120)用于带动所述锁合部(130)运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的滚刷盖,其中,所述锁合部(130)的数量为至少两个,各个所述锁合部(130)设置于同一所述传动部(120),所述传动部(120)用于带动各个所述锁合部(130)同步运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的滚刷盖,其中,所述传动部(120)包括:传动件(121),活动地设置于所述盖体部(110),所述传动件(121)可沿第一方向带动所述锁合部(130)移动;复位件(122),连接于所述盖体部(110)和所述传动件(121)之间,所述复位件(122)用于沿与所述第一方向相反的第二方向对所述传动件(121)施加作用力;按压件(123),设置于所述传动件(121)的一端。
- 根据权利要求3所述的滚刷盖,其中,所述锁合部(130)与所述传动件(121)为一体式结构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的滚刷盖,其中,所述传动件(121)形成有防滑纹,所述锁合部(130)设置于所述防滑纹处。
- 根据权利要求3所述的滚刷盖,其中,所述复位件(122)的数量为至少两个,所述传动部(120)远离于所述按压件(123)的一端与所述盖体部(110)之间设置有至少一个所述复位件(122),且所述按压件(123)与所述盖体部(110)之间设置有至少一个所述复位件(122)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的滚刷盖,其中,所述传动件(121)由金属材料或塑料材料制成。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的滚刷盖,其中,所述盖体部(110)包括:第一盖板(111),形成有所述避让口(1101);第二盖板(112),设置于所述第一盖板(111),所述第二盖板(112)与所述第二盖板(112)之间围成安装空间(1102);其中,所述传动部(120)远离于所述操作端(1201)的一端位于所述安装空间(1102)内,所述操作端(1201)位于所述安装空间(1102)外。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的滚刷盖,其中,所述锁合部(130)包括:卡扣(131),设置于所述传动部(120),用于可移动地卡接于所述滚刷支架(200)的卡槽。
- 根据权利要求9所述的滚刷盖,其中,至少两个所述卡扣(131)间隔地设置于所述传动部(120)。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的滚刷盖,其中,所述锁合部(130)由塑料材料制成。
- 一种清洁机器人,包括:滚刷支架(200);以及如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的滚刷盖(100),所述滚刷盖(100)可拆卸地连接于所述滚刷支架(200)。
- 一种清洁系统,包括:清洁基站;以及如权利要求12所述的清洁机器人,可分离地设置于所述清洁基站。
