Description

진공 단열패널
본 개시는 개선된 구조를 포함하는 진공 단열패널에 관한 것이다.
단열재는 보온을 하거나 열을 차단하기 위해 사용된다. 예를 들면, 단열재는 냉장고의 저장실 내부와 외부를 단열하도록 냉장고에 사용될 수 있다.
일반적으로, 냉장고의 단열재로서 폴리우레탄 폼이 활용될 수 있다. 폴리우레탄 폼의 경우 냉장고 활용에 적합한 단열효과를 내기 위해서 다소 두껍게 마련될 필요가 있으므로, 냉장고 내부의 저장공간이 줄어들 수 있다.
진공 단열패널(Vacuum Insulation Panel)은 폴리우레탄 폼보다 낮은 열전도도를 가져, 냉장고 활용을 위해 목적한 단열효과를 내는 동시에 폴리우레탄 폼보다 얇게 만들어질 수 있다. 따라서, 진공 단열패널을 냉장고에 사용하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있다.
진공 단열패널은 심재(Core Material)의 외부를 복수의 외피층들로 구성된 외피재로 감싸고, 내부를 진공 처리한 단열재이다. 진공 단열패널의 경우 단열성능이 뛰어난 장점이 있으나, 심재 부분이 대부분 진공 상태로 마련되고, 외피재는 얇은 두께를 갖게 되므로 강성이 부족할 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 측면은 강성이 개선되는 구조를 포함하는 진공 단열패널을 제공한다.

본 문서에서 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 개시의 사상에 따른 진공 단열패널은, 내부에 수용공간을 형성하는 외피재 및 상기 수용공간 내에 배치되는 심재(Core Material)를 포함한다. 상기 심재는, 상기 외피재의 길이방향으로 연장되는 코어층 및 상기 외피재와 상기 코어층의 사이에 배치되고, 다공성 소재를 포함하는 지지체 및 상기 지지체보다 높은 굴곡 탄성률(Flexural Modulus)을 갖는 복수의 판상 소재들을 포함하며, 상기 코어층의 두께보다 얇은 두께를 갖는 코팅층을 포함한다.

본 개시의 사상에 따른 진공 단열패널은, 내부에 수용공간을 형성하고 복수의 외피층들을 포함하는 외피재 및 상기 수용공간 내에 배치되는 심재를 포함한다. 상기 심재는, 상기 외피재의 길이방향으로 연장되는 코어층 및 상기 외피재 및 상기 코어층과 각각 접촉하도록 배치되고, 다공성 소재를 포함하는 지지체 및 상기 지지체보다 높은 굴곡 탄성률(Flexural Modulus)을 갖는 복수의 판상 소재들을 포함하는 코팅층을 포함한다. 상기 코팅층은, 상기 코어층의 일면과 접촉하는 제1 코팅층과, 상기 제1 코팅층과 이격 배치되고 상기 코어층의 타면과 접촉하는 제2 코팅층을 포함하고, 상기 심재의 부피에 대한 상기 복수의 판상 소재들의 부피 비율이 2.7vol% 이상 및 3.6 vol% 이하가 되도록 마련되며, 상기 제1 코팅층 또는 상기 제2 코팅층의 두께는 상기 코어층의 두께의 0.1배 이하이다.

도 1 내지 3을 참조하면, 진공 단열패널(1)은 외피재(10)와, 외피재(10)가 형성하는 수용공간(15)에 수용되는 심재(Core Material)(20, 30a, 30b)를 포함할 수 있다. 외피재(10)는 심재(20, 30a, 30b)를 수용하도록 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 외측에 배치될 수 있다. 외피재(10)의 수용공간(15)은 내부가 진공이 되도록 마련될 수 있고, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)는 진공상태의 수용공간(15)에 수용될 수 있다(도 9 참조).
일례로, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)는 다공성 소재를 포함하는 지지체(21)를 가질 수 있고, 다공성 소재의 빈 공간은 진공상태로 유지될 수 있어 진공 외피재(10)는 단열기능을 수행할 수 있다. 상기한 다공성 소재의 빈 공간은 공극(22, 후술한다)이라고 지칭되고 호칭될 수 있다.
일례로, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 지지체(21)는 글라스울(Glass Wool) 또는 흄드 실리카(Fumed Silica) 등을 포함할 수 있다. 이하에서는, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 지지체(21)가 글라스울(21, Glass Wool)을 포함하는 것으로 도시하고 설명하도록 하나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.

내부(15)를 진공 상태로 유지하기 위해, 외피재(10)는 공기나 가스 등의 기체 및 수분의 침투를 차단하도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 외피재(10)는 수분 및 가스 차단 필름을 포함할 수 있다. 심재(20, 30a, 30b)는 외피재(10)에 의해 보호되어 단열수명을 유지할 수 있다.
외피재(10)는 복수의 외피층들(11, 12, 13, 14)을 포함할 수 있다. 복수의 외피층들(11, 12, 13, 14)은 외측 방향으로 적층되어 심재(20, 30a, 30b)를 둘러싸도록 마련될 수 있다. 복수의 외피층들(11, 12, 13, 14)은 서로 다른 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 복수의 외피층들(11, 12, 13, 14)은 서로 다른 두께를 포함하도록 형성될 수 있다.
외피재(10)는 제1 외피층(14)을 포함할 수 있다. 제1 외피층(14)은 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 외면을 감싸도록 배치되어 심재(20, 30a, 30b)와 접촉하도록 마련될 수 있다.
일례로, 제1 외피층(14)은 LLDPE(Linear low Density Polyethylene) 소재를 포함할 수 있으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. LLDFE는 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 외면과 접촉하여 심재(20, 30a, 30b)를 안정적으로 지지할 수 있다.
외피재(10)는 외측 방향으로 제1 외피층(14)과 이격되도록 배치되는 제2 외피층(11)을 포함할 수 있다. 제2 외피층(11)은 외피재(10)의 최 외측 부분에 배치될 수 있다.
일례로, 제2 외피층(11)은 PA(Polyamide)계 섬유 소재를 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 일례로, PA는 나일론(Nylon)으로 마련되어 외부의 수증기가 외피층을 투과하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
외피재(10)는 제1 외피층(14)과 제2 외피층(11) 사이에 배치되는 제3 외피층(12)을 포함할 수 있다.

코어층(20)의 글라스울(21)은 복수의 유리섬유(211)들을 포함할 수 있다. 글라스울(21)은 심재(20, 30a, 30b)가 형태를 유지하도록 심재(20, 30a, 30b)에 강성을 부여하고, 진공 단열패널(1)을 지지하는 역할을 수행할 수 있다.
일례로, 글라스울(21)은 다공성 소재일 수 있다. 즉, 코어층(20)의 글라스울(21)은 복수의 유리섬유(211)들과, 복수의 유리섬유(211)들이 배열되며 형성하는 공극(孔隙, 22)을 포함할 수 있다. 달리 표현하면, 복수의 유리섬유(211)들은 서로 불규칙하게 배열될 수 있고, 이를 통해 글라스울(21)의 내부에는 공극(22)이 형성될 수 있다.
일례로, 공극(22)은 글라스울(21) 내부의 빈 공간을 의미할 수 있다. 후술하겠으나, 코어층(20)이 진공상태인 수용공간(15)에 배치될 때, 공극(22) 또한 진공상태로 유지될 수 있다.

일례로, 판상 소재(33)는 질석(Verminulite, V)으로부터 박리되어 형성되는 버미큘라이트 시트(Vermiculite Sheet, 33))들을 포함할 수 있다. 즉, 판상 소재(33)는 버미큘라이트 소재(V)를 포함할 수 있다.
이하에서는 판상 소재(33)들은 버미큘라이트 시트(33)인 것으로 가정하여 설명한다. 판상 소재(33)는 복수의 판상 소재(33)들을 포함할 수 있다. 일례로, 복수의 판상 소재(33)들은 지지체(21)의 공극(22) 내에 배치될 수 있다.
일례로, 버미큘라이트 시트(33)는 글라스울(21)의 유리섬유(211)보다 높은 굴곡 탄성률(Flexural Modulus)을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고 코팅층(30)은 유리섬유(211)와 버미큘라이트 시트(33)가 혼합되어 형성되는 바, 글라스울(21)을 갖는 코어층(20)보다 높은 굴곡 탄성률을 가질 수 있다. 따라서 글라스울(21)만으로 형성되는 경우에 비해, 코어층(20)과 코팅층(30)을 포함하여 보다 높은 굴곡 탄성률을 갖는 심재(20, 30a, 30b)를 형성할 수 있다. 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 굴곡 탄성률에 관한 상세한 설명은 후술한다.
이하에서는, 지지체(21)와 판상 소재(33)가 서로 혼합되어 코팅층(30)이 형성되는 과정을 살핀다.
앞서 살핀 바와 같이, 복수의 판상 소재(33)들인 버미큘라이트 시트(33)들은 원재료인 질석에서 박리되어 형성될 수 있다. Expanded Vermiculite로 가공된 질석은, density gradient separation method를 활용하여 불순물이 제거될 수 있다.
이후 Nacl과 1대1의 질량비로 50mg/ml의 농도로 물과 혼합시킨 후, 400~1000rpm으로 ball milling process하여 질석(V)으로부터 복수의 판상 소재(33)들인 버미큘라이트 시트(33)들 박리해낼 수 있다. 그리고 보다 효과적으로 복수의 판상 소재(33)들을 박리해 내도록 초음파 및 원심분리 단계가 수행될 수도 있다.
상기 과정을 통해 박리된 복수의 판상 소재(33)들은, 글라스울(21)을 포함하는 지지체(21)와 함께 물(W)과 섞여 서로 혼합될 수 있다. 해당 과정에서 복수의 판상 소재(33)들은 지지체(21)의 공극(22) 내부에 균일하게 배치될 수 있다.
이후 지지체(21)와 복수의 판상 소재(33)들의 혼합물을 물(W)로부터 꺼내어 건조시키면 코팅층(30)이 형성될 수 있다.
코팅층(30)은 코어층(20)의 일면과 접촉하는 제1 코팅층(30a)과, 코어층(20)의 타면과 접촉하는 제2 코팅층(30b)을 포함할 수 있다. 도 5에서는 상술한 코팅층(30)을 활용하여 제작된 제1 코팅층(30a)을 일례로서 도시하였으나, 제2 코팅층(30b) 또한 상술한 코팅층(30)이 활용되어 제작될 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 8은 일 실시예에 따른 진공 단열패널에서, 심재를 분리하여 도시한 도면이다. 도 9는 일 실시예에 따른 진공 단열패널에서, 코어층이 코팅층(30)에 코팅되는 과정을 도시한 도면이다. 도 10은 일 실시예에 따른 진공 단열패널이 외력을 받아 변형되는 모습을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다. 도 11은 일 실시예에 따른 진공 단열패널에서 열이 진공 단열패널을 지나가며 전달되는 모습을 개념적으로 도시한 도면이다.
진공 단열패널(1)이 활용목적에 맞는 안정적인 단열기능을 수행하도록 하기 위해서는, 진공 단열패널(1)이 특정 값 이상의 강성을 가져야 한다. 일례로, 진공 단열패널(1)에는 사용 환경에 따라 외력이 발생할 수 있고, 이를 통해 일정 변형량만큼 변형될 수 있다(도 10 참조). 만일 진공 단열패널(1)이 충분한 강성을 갖지 못하는 경우, 외력이 가해지는 환경에서는 변형량이 커져 패널이 손상될 수 있고, 이에 따라 단열성능이 하락할 수 있다. 따라서, 진공 단열패널(1)은 일정 수치 이상의 강성을 가질 필요가 있다.
진공 단열패널(1)의 강성을 판단할 때, 굴곡 탄성률(Flexural Modulus)이 그 기준이 될 수 있다. 굴곡 탄성률은 굽힘 시험에서 발생하는 변형에 대하여 적용되는 응력의 비율을 의미하고, 재료의 강성을 측정하는 측정기준이 될 수 있다.
진공 단열패널(1)에서는 일측과 타측의 온도차에 따라 열전달이 일어날 수 있다(도 11 참조). 다시말해, 진공 단열패널(1)이 활용 목적에 따른 단열성능을 내기 위해서는 특정 값 이하의 열전도도를 가질 필요가 있다.
이하에서는 진공 단열패널(1)의 목표 굴곡 탄성률이 300Mpa이상이고, 목표 열전도도가 2.5mW/mK 이하인 것으로 가정한다.
본 개시에 따른 진공 단열패널(1)은, 코어층(20)과 코팅층(30)의 두께의 비율과, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 부피 대비 코팅층(30)에 포함되는 복수의 판상소재들의 부피의 비율이, 상기한 굴곡 탄성률과 열전도도를 조절하는 변수로 작용할 수 있다.
이하에서는 진공 단열패널(1)이 상기한 굴곡 탄성률 값과 열전도도 값을 갖기 위한 코어층(20)과 코팅층(30)의 두께의 비율 및 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 부피 대비 코팅층(30)에 포함되는 복수의 판상소재들의 부피의 비율 값이 무엇인지에 관해 도 8 내지 11을 참조하여 계산하기로 한다.
이하에서는 설명의 편의를 위해 코어층(20)과 코팅층(30)의 두께의 비율을 '두께비(L'/L1)'로, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 부피 대비 코팅층(30)에 포함되는 복수의 판상소재들의 부피의 비율을 '부피비(x)'로 호칭하고 지칭하기로 한다. 일례로, L2 및 L3는 같은 값을 가질 수 있고, L'으로 지칭될 수 있다. 이에 대해서는 후술한다.
진공 단열패널(1)의 외피재(10)의 경우, 두께가 수십 μm에 불과하여 심재(20, 30a, 30b)에 비해 진공 단열패널(1) 전체의 굴곡 탄성률에 기여하는 정도가 매우 적다. 또한, 열전도도의 계산 시 기여하는 정도가 심재(20, 30a, 30b)에 비해 저조할 수 있다. 따라서, 이하의 계산에서는 심재(20, 30a, 30b)가 갖는 굴곡 탄성률 및 열전도도만을 고려하기로 가정한다. 일례로, 지지체(21)는 글라스울(21)을 형성하는 유리섬유(211)인 것으로 가정하고, 복수의 판상 소재(33)들은 질석(V)에서 박리된 버미큘라이트 시트(33)들인 것으로 가정한다.
한편, 글라스울(21) 단독의 굴곡 탄성률은 180Mpa이고, 열전도도는 2mW/mK임을 실험을 통해 얻을 수 있다. 그리고, 판상 소재(33)인 버미큘라이트 시트(33)의 굴곡 탄성률 및 열전도도는 이하의 과정을 통해 얻을 수 있다.
우선, 글라스울(21)의 유리섬유(211)가 전체의 10vol%의 부피비(x)로 포함되고, 버미큘라이트 시트(33)가 전체의 5.4vol%로 균일하게 포함되어 있는 시험편을 가정한다(시험편의 나머지 영역인 84.6vol%은 진공상태일 수 있다).
해당 시험편의 굴곡 탄성률 및 열전도도는 실험을 통해 각각 277Mpa 및 10mW/mK임을 얻을 수 있다. 이때, Rules of Mixture에 의해 시험편의 굴곡 탄성률 및 열전도도는 이하의 식으로 표현될 수 있다.

k1은 코어층(20)에서의 열전도도이고, k2는 제1 코팅층(30a)에서의 열전도도이고, k3는 제2 코팅층(30b)에서의 열전도도를 의미한다.
이때, 본 개시의 복합체인 심재(20, 30a, 30b)는 복수의 층을 갖는 구성으로서, 복합체의 유효 열전도도는 Multilayer의 열전도도 계산식에 의거하여 계산될 수 있다. 그리고 해당 계산을 위해 직렬 열저항 계산식을 활용할 수 있다.
유효 열전도도를 K로 표현할 때, 이하의 식이 성립할 수 있다.
(L1 + L2 + L3)/(K*A) = L1 / (k1 * A) + L2 / (k2 * A) + L3 / (k3 * A)
상기 A는 열이 통과하는 단면적으서, 제1 코팅층(30a)과 코어층(20)과 제2 코팅층(30b)은 모두 갖은 값을 갖도록 가정할 수 있다. 상기 식을 유효 열전도도인 K에 관하여 정리하면 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 열전도도는 이하와 같이 표현될 수 있다(이때, L2 및 L3는 같은 값은 갖는 것으로서 L'로 표기한다).
K = (L1 + 2*L') / [(2*L'/ {kg + kv * x * (L1 + 2*L')/(2*L')} + L1/kg]
결론적으로, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 열전도도에 대한 식 또한 굴곡 탄성률에 관한 식과 마찬가지로 L1, L'(L2 또는 L3), x라는 3개의 변수를 갖게 된다. 즉, 부피비(x)(x) 및 두께비(L'/L1)(L'/L1)에 관한 식으로 표현될 수 있게 된다.
종합하면, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 굴곡 탄성률에 관한 식과 열전도도에 관한 식은 L1, L', x을 미지수로 변수로 가질 수 있다. 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 목표 굴곡 탄성률은 300Mpa 이상이고, 목표 열전도도는 2.5mW/mK 이하인 것으로 앞서 가정한 바, 2개의 식에 3개의 미지수를 포함되는 결과를 얻을 수 있다.
따라서, 이하에서는 두께비(L'/L1)를 가정하여 L1과 L'의 값을 각각 결정한 후, 상기 목표 굴곡 탄성률 및 목표 열전도도를 갖는 x값을 계산하기로 한다.
일례로 진공 단열패널(1)을 제조함에 있어서, 코어층(20) 및 코팅층(30)에는 모두 글라스울(21)이 포함될 수 있다. 앞서 살핀 바와 같이 코어층(20)은 글라스울(21) 만을 포함하고, 코팅층(30)은 해당 글라스울(21)에 버미큘라이트 시트(33)를 섞어서 제조할 수 있기 때문이다.
일례로, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)는 약 20cm 이하의 두께를 포함하도록 제조될 수 있고, 글라스울(21) 한 다발은 대략 0.555cm일 수 있다. 즉, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)는 글라스울(21) 36다발을 활용하여 제조될 수 있고, 이는 예시에 불과하다.
일례로, L1은 10a인 것으로, L'는 a인 것으로 가정할 수 있다. 즉, L1 : L' = 10 : 1인 것으로 가정할 수 있다. 따라서, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 두께는 제1 코팅층(30a)과 코어층(20)과 제2 코팅층(30b)을 합쳐 12a인 것으로 가정할 수 있다. 상기와 같이 가정할 경우, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)를 제조하기 위한 글라스울(21)의 다발수인 36이 12의 배수에 해당하므로, 보다 용이하게 심재(20, 30a, 30b)를 제조할 수 있는 상태가 된다.
따라서, 이하에서는 L1 : L' = 10 : 1인 것으로 가정하여 x를 결정하기로 한다. 전술한 바와 같이, 해당 가정은 어디까지나 예시에 불과하는 바, L1 : L'은 얼마든지 다양한 값을 상정할 수 있음은 물론이다.
상기 가정에 의해, L1은 10a로, L'는 a로, 부피비(x)는 x가 되어 변수를 2개로 줄일 수 있고, 전술한 바와 같이 식이 2개에 해당하므로, x에 관한 범위를 계산할 수 있다. 즉 L1 : L' = 10 : 1일 때, 목표 굴곡 탄성률은 300Mpa 이상이고 목표 열전도도가 2.5mW/mK 이하이기 위한 부피비(x)인 x값은 0.027보다 큰 값을 가지는 경우로 계산될 수 있다(0.027<x, 즉 2.7vol% < x). 해당 범위의 x값의 경우 진공 단열패널(1)의 굴곡 탄성률은 300Mpa 이상이고 목표 열전도도가 2.5mW/mK이하일 수 있다.
한편, 심재(20, 30a, 30b)에 포함된 버미큘라이트 시트(33)의 부피비(x)인 x가 커지는 경우, 일반적으로 Percolation Threshold가 발생하여 열전도도가 상승할 수 있고, 이는 진공 단열패널(1)의 성능 하락을 야기할 수 있다. 일례로, 상기 Percolation Threshold 상황을 방지하기 위한 x의 바람직한 값은 이하의 식으로 산출될 수 있다.
x < 2 * L' / (2 * L' + L1) * 0.2
상기한 L1 : L' = 10 : 1을 상기 식에 대입하는 경우, x는 0.033 이하의 부피비(x)를 가져야 함을 알 수 있다.
종합하자면 L1 : L' = 10 : 1인 경우, 진공 단열패널(1)의 굴곡 탄성률이 300Mpa 이상이고 열전도도가 2.5mW/mK 이하이며, Percolation Threshold에 의한 단열성능 하락을 방지하기 위한 x값은 2.7vol% < x < 3.33vol%임을 계산할 수 있게 된다.
상술한 값은 L1 : L' = 10 : 1인 경우를 상정한 x의 범위이다.
일례로, L1 : L' = 11 : 1인 경우, 굴곡 탄성률이 300Mpa 이상이고 열전도도가 2.5mW/mK 이하이며 Percolation Threshold에 의한 단열성능 하락을 방지하기 위한 x값은 2.6vol% < x < 3.1vol%일 수 있다.
일례로, L1 : L' = 12 : 1인 경우, 굴곡 탄성률이 300Mpa 이상이고 열전도도가 2.5mW/mK 이하이며 Percolation Threshold에 의한 단열성능 하락을 방지하기 위한 x값은 2.6vol% < x < 2.8vol%일 수 있다.
일례로, L1 : L' = 13 : 1인 경우, 굴곡 탄성률이 300Mpa 이상이고 열전도도가 2.5mW/mK 이하이며 Percolation Threshold에 의한 단열성능 하락을 방지하기 위한 x값은 2.6vol% < x < 2.7vol%일 수 있다.
상기한 x값들은 L1 : L'의 비율을 조절함에 따라 얼마든지 다양하게 마련될 수 있음은 물론이다.
상술한 부피비(x)를 만족하도록 버미큘라이트 시트(33)가 제1 코팅층(30a) 및 제2 코팅층(30b)에 포함되면, 제1 코팅층(30a) 및 제2 코팅층(30b)은 코어층(20)과 접촉하도록 배치될 수 있다(도 9 참조). 이후, 제1 코팅층(30a)과 코어층(20)과 제2 코팅층(30b)은 외피재(10)가 형성하는 수용 공간(15) 내에 배치될 수 있다. 일례로, 진공 이젝터(P)는 수용 공간(15)의 공기들을 외부로 배출하여 수용 공간(15)을 진공상태로 형성시킬 수 있다(O). 수용 공간(15)이 진공 상태가 되면 대기압이 수용 공간(15)내부의 압력보다 높아질 수 있다. 따라서, 외피재(10)는 수용 공간(15)의 중심을 향하는 방향으로 가압될 수 있다.
상기 과정에서 외피재(10)의 제1 외피층(14)은 제1 코팅층(30a) 및 제2 코팅층(30b)과 접촉하고, 제1 코팅층(30a) 및 제2 코팅층(30b)을 수용 공간(15)의 중심을 향하는 방향으로 강하게 가압할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 수용 공간(15)에 수용된 제1 코팅층(30a)과 코어층(20)과 제2 코팅층(30b)은 서로 강하게 밀착되어 수용 공간(15) 내에 고정될 수 있게 된다.
본 개시의 사상에 따른 진공 단열패널(1)은, 내부에 수용공간(15)을 형성하는 외피재(10) 및 상기 수용공간(15) 내에 배치되는 심재(20, 30a, 30b)(Core Material)를 포함한다. 상기 심재(20, 30a, 30b)는, 상기 외피재(10)의 길이방향으로 연장되는 코어층(20) 및 상기 외피재(10)와 상기 코어층(20)의 사이에 배치되고, 다공성 소재를 포함하는 지지체(21) 및 상기 지지체(21)보다 높은 굴곡 탄성률(Flexural Modulus)을 갖는 복수의 판상 소재(33)들을 포함하며, 상기 코어층(20)의 두께보다 얇은 두께를 갖는 코팅층(30)을 포함한다.
상기 지지체(21)는 글라스울(21)(Glass Wool)을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 판상 소재(33)들은 버미큘라이트(Vermiculite) 소재를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 글라스울(21)은 서로 불규칙하게 배열되는 복수의 유리섬유(211)(Glass Fiber)들 및 상기 복수의 유리섬유(211)들이 배열되며 형성하는 공극(22)(孔隙)을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 판상 소재(33)들은 상기 공극(22) 내에 배치될 수 있다.
상기 코팅층(30)은, 상기 코어층(20)의 일면과 접촉하는 제1 코팅층(30a) 및 상기 제1 코팅층(30a)과 이격 배치되고 상기 코어층(20)의 타면과 접촉하는 제2 코팅층(30b)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 부피에 대한 상기 복수의 판상 소재(33)들의 부피의 비율은 2.7vol% 이상으로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 부피에 대한 상기 복수의 판상 소재(33)들의 부피의 비율은 3.33vol% 이하로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 코어층(20)의 두께는 상기 제1 코팅층(30a)의 두께의 10배 이상으로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 진공 단열패널(1)의 굴곡 탄성률은 300MPa 이상으로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 진공 단열패널(1)의 열전도도는 2.5mW/mK 이하로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 외피재(10)는, 상기 코팅층(30)과 접촉하도록 마련되는 제1 외피층(14) 및 상기 제1 외피층(14)과 이격 배치되고 상기 진공 단열패널(1)의 외면을 형성하는 제2 외피층(11)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제1 외피층(14)은 LLDPE(Linear Low Density Polyethylene)을 포함하고, 상기 제2 외피층(11)은 PA(Polyamide)계 섬유를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 수용공간(15)은 진공 상태로 마련될 수 있다.
본 개시의 사상에 따른 진공 단열패널(1)은, 내부에 수용공간(15)을 형성하고 복수의 외피층들을 포함하는 외피재(10) 및 상기 수용공간(15) 내에 배치되는 심재(20, 30a, 30b)를 포함한다. 상기 심재(20, 30a, 30b)는, 상기 외피재(10)의 길이방향으로 연장되는 글라스울(21)(Glass Wool)을 포함하는 코어층(20) 및 상기 외피재(10) 및 상기 코어층(20)과 각각 접촉하도록 배치되고, 다공성 소재를 포함하는 지지체(21) 및 상기 지지체(21)보다 높은 굴곡 탄성률(Flexural Modulus)을 갖는 복수의 판상 소재(33)들을 포함하며, 상기 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 부피에 대한 상기 복수의 판상 소재(33)들의 부피 비율이 2.7vol% 이상으로 마련되는 코팅층(30)을 포함한다.
상기 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 부피에 대한 상기 복수의 판상 소재(33)들의 부피의 비율은 3.33vol% 이하로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 지지체(21)는 글라스울(21)(Glass Wool)을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 판상 소재(33)들은 버미큘라이트(Vermiculite) 소재를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 글라스울(21)은 서로 불규칙하게 배열되는 복수의 유리섬유(211)(Glass Fiber)들 및 상기 복수의 유리섬유(211)들이 배열되며 형성하는 공극(22)(孔隙)을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 판상 소재(33)들은 상기 공극(22) 내에 분포하도록 배치될 수 있다.
상기 코팅층(30)은, 상기 코어층(20)의 일면과 접촉하는 제1 코팅층(30a) 및 상기 제1 코팅층(30a)과 이격 배치되고 상기 코어층(20)의 타면과 접촉하는 제2 코팅층(30b)을 포함하고, 상기 코어층(20)의 두께는 상기 제1 코팅층(30a) 또는 상기 제2 코팅층(30b)의 두께의 10배 이상으로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 진공 단열패널(1)은, 굴곡 탄성률이 300MPa 이상이고, 열전도도는 2.5mW/mK 이하로 마련될 수 있다.
상기 복수의 외피층들은, 상기 코팅층(30)과 접촉하도록 마련되고, LLDPE(Linear Low Density Polyethylene)을 포함하는 제1 외피층(14) 및 상기 제1 외피층(14)과 이격 배치되고 PA(Polyamide)계 섬유를 포함하는 제2 외피층(11)을 포함할 수 있다.
본 개시의 사상에 따른 진공 단열패널(1)은, 내부에 수용공간(15)을 형성하고 복수의 외피층들을 포함하는 외피재(10) 및 상기 수용공간(15) 내에 배치되는 심재(20, 30a, 30b)를 포함한다. 상기 심재(20, 30a, 30b)는, 상기 외피재(10)의 길이방향으로 연장되는 코어층(20) 및 상기 외피재(10) 및 상기 코어층(20)과 각각 접촉하도록 배치되고, 다공성 소재를 포함하는 지지체(21) 및 상기 지지체(21)보다 높은 굴곡 탄성률(Flexural Modulus)을 갖는 복수의 판상 소재(33)들을 포함하는 코팅층(30)을 포함한다. 상기 코팅층(30)은, 상기 코어층(20)의 일면과 접촉하는 제1 코팅층(30a)과, 상기 제1 코팅층(30a)과 이격 배치되고 상기 코어층(20)의 타면과 접촉하는 제2 코팅층(30b)을 포함하고, 상기 심재(20, 30a, 30b)의 부피에 대한 상기 복수의 판상 소재(33)들의 부피 비율이 2.7vol% 이상 및 3.6 vol% 이하가 되도록 마련되며, 상기 제1 코팅층(30a) 또는 상기 제2 코팅층(30b)의 두께는 상기 코어층(20)의 두께의 0.1배 이하이다.
본 개시의 사상에 따르면, 심재가 높은 굴곡 탄성률을 갖는 복수의 판상 소재들이 포함된 코팅층을 포함하므로, 진공 단열패널의 강성이 확보될 수 있다.
본 개시의 사상에 따르면, 복수의 판상 소재들이 코팅층에 특정 부피 비율만큼 포함됨에 따라, 고강성 및 저 열전도율의 진공 단열패널을 제조할 수 있다.
본 개시의 사상에 따르면, 코팅층의 두께와 코어층의 두께의 비율이 특정 값을 갖도록 형성됨에 따라, 고강성 및 저 열전도율의 진공 단열패널을 제조할 수 있다.
본 개시에서 얻을 수 있는 효과는 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급하지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 개시가 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
이상에서는 특정의 실시예에 대하여 도시하고 설명하였다. 그러나, 상기한 실시예에만 한정되지 않으며, 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이하의 청구범위에 기재된 발명의 기술적 사상의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 얼마든지 다양하게 변경 실시할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 내부에 수용공간을 형성하는 외피재; 및
    상기 수용공간 내에 배치되는 심재(Core Material); 를 포함하고,
    상기 심재는,
    상기 외피재의 길이방향으로 연장되는 코어층; 및
    상기 외피재와 상기 코어층의 사이에 배치되고, 다공성 소재를 포함하는 지지체 및 상기 지지체보다 높은 굴곡 탄성률(Flexural Modulus)을 갖는 복수의 판상 소재들을 포함하며, 상기 코어층의 두께보다 얇은 두께를 갖는 코팅층; 을 포함하는 진공 단열패널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지체는 글라스울(Glass Wool)을 포함하고,
    상기 복수의 판상 소재들은 버미큘라이트(Vermiculite) 소재를 포함하는 진공 단열패널.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 글라스울은 서로 불규칙하게 배열되는 복수의 유리섬유(Glass Fiber)들 및 상기 복수의 유리섬유들이 배열되며 형성하는 공극(孔隙)을 포함하고,
    상기 복수의 판상 소재들은 상기 공극 내에 배치되는 진공 단열패널.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 코팅층은,
    상기 코어층의 일면과 접촉하는 제1 코팅층 및
    상기 제1 코팅층과 이격 배치되고 상기 코어층의 타면과 접촉하는 제2 코팅층을 포함하는 진공 단열패널.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 심재의 부피에 대한 상기 복수의 판상 소재들의 부피의 비율은 2.7vol% 이상으로 마련되는 진공 단열패널.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 심재의 부피에 대한 상기 복수의 판상 소재들의 부피의 비율은 3.33vol% 이하로 마련되는 진공 단열패널.
  7. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 코어층의 두께는 상기 제1 코팅층의 두께의 10배 이상으로 마련되는 진공 단열패널.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 진공 단열패널의 굴곡 탄성률은 300MPa 이상으로 마련되는 진공 단열패널.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 진공 단열패널의 열전도도는 2.5mW/mK 이하로 마련되는 진공 단열패널.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 외피재는,
    상기 코팅층과 접촉하도록 마련되는 제1 외피층 및
    상기 제1 외피층과 이격 배치되고 상기 진공 단열패널의 외면을 형성하는 제2 외피층을 포함하는 진공 단열패널.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 외피층은 LLDPE(Linear Low Density Polyethylene)을 포함하고,
    상기 제2 외피층은 PA(Polyamide)계 섬유를 포함하는 진공 단열패널.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 수용공간은 진공 상태로 마련되는 진공 단열패널.
