長時間の停止ができない圧縮機において、空気圧縮機が負荷状況に応じて、空気圧縮機自らソフトウェアの更新タイミングを判断可能なシステムを実現する。その手段として、圧縮空気を生成する圧縮機本体と、圧縮機本体を駆動するモータと、プログラムを記憶し、プログラムに従ってモータの制御を行う制御部と、を備え、制御部は、プログラムの更新所要時間を算出した後、圧縮機本体の無負荷運転中において、更新所要時間を確保できると判断した場合に、プログラムの更新を行う、圧縮機システムを用いる。

Description

圧縮機システムおよびプログラムの更新方法
 本開示は、気体を圧縮して送出する圧縮機に関する圧縮機システムおよびプログラムの更新方法に関する。
 圧縮空気を使用した負荷設備に圧縮空気を供給する装置として空気圧縮機を用いられている。圧縮機は、昇圧および降圧を繰り返し、圧縮空気貯蔵部(エアタンク)の圧力を所定の範囲内に保ちつつ24時間稼働する場合がある。
 特許文献1(特開2022-106467号公報)には、給水装置用制御装置において、新制御ソフトウェアを受信時間中に旧制御ソフトウェアを利用可能とすることで、ソフトウェアの更新時間を短縮することが記載されている。

 特許文献1に記載の構成においては、圧力制御部のソフトウェアを更新するタイミングは管理サーバによる判断の元、またはユーザが事前に設定した時間帯にシステムを停止させ、更新を実施する。すなわち、装置が稼働しない時間帯を把握する必要な構成となっている。しかし、このような構成では、常時稼働が必要な産業機器に対応することができない。
 例えば、ソフトウェアに不具合があるため、ソフトウェアの更新が急を要する場合、機器が決まった時間帯かつ停止時のみ更新可能となっているため、緊急時のソフトウェア更新に人による介入が必要とされる。
 本開示は、上記の実情に鑑みて、長時間の停止ができない圧縮機において、空気圧縮機が負荷状況に応じて、空気圧縮機自らソフトウェアの更新タイミングを判断可能なシステムの実現を目的とする。
 本願において開示される実施の形態のうち、代表的なものの概要を簡単に説明すれば、次のとおりである。
 一実施の形態である圧縮機システムは、圧縮空気を生成する圧縮機本体と、圧縮機本体を駆動するモータと、プログラムを記憶し、前記プログラムに従って前記モータの制御を行う制御部と、を備えるものである。ここで、前記制御部は、前記プログラムの更新所要時間を算出した後、前記圧縮機本体の無負荷運転中において、前記更新所要時間を確保できると判断した場合に、前記プログラムの更新を行う。
 一実施の形態であるプログラムの更新方法は、圧縮空気を生成する圧縮機本体と、制御部と、圧縮機本体を駆動するモータとを備えた圧縮機の制御に用いるプログラムの更新方法であって、前記制御部は、前記プログラムの更新所要時間を算出した後、前記圧縮機本体の無負荷運転中において、前記更新所要時間を確保できると判断した場合に、前記プログラムの更新を行うものである。
 本願において開示される発明のうち、代表的なものによって得られる効果を簡単に説明すれば以下のとおりである。
 本開示によれば、長時間の停止ができない圧縮機において、空気圧縮機が負荷状況に応じて、空気圧縮機自らソフトウェアの更新タイミングを判断可能なシステムを実現できる。

 以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、実施の形態を説明するための全図において、同一の機能を有する部材には同一の符号を付し、その繰り返しの説明は省略する。また、以下の実施の形態では、特に必要なときを除き、同一または同様な部分の説明を原則として繰り返さない。また、実施の形態を説明する図面においては、構成を分かり易くするために、平面図または斜視図などであってもハッチングを付す場合がある。さらに、実施の形態を説明する図面においては、構成を分かり易くするために、断面図においてハッチングを省略する場合がある。
 (実施の形態)
 <圧縮空気供給システムの構成>
 図1に、本実施の形態の圧縮空気供給システム(圧縮機システム)1の一例を示す。圧縮空気供給システム1は、機器の運転情報および機器のソフトウェアバージョンの管理を行う管理サーバ2と、圧縮空気を供給するための複数の圧縮空気供給ユニット3とを有する。管理サーバ2は、複数の圧縮空気供給ユニット3のそれぞれに接続されている。
 図2に、実施の形態の圧縮空気供給ユニット3の構成の一例を示す。圧縮空気供給ユニット3は、最低でも、空気圧縮機5と圧縮空気貯蔵部6とで構成される。ただし、1つの圧縮空気貯蔵部6に対し、複数台の空気圧縮機5を接続可能である。また、通信機器4は、空気圧縮機5の外付けに限らず、空気圧縮機5の内部に設置されることもある。
 管理サーバ2は、定期的に通信機器4を介して、空気圧縮機5の運転情報を取得し、遠隔から運転状況を監視する。また、管理サーバ2は、空気圧縮機5とデータの送受信機能を備える。
 管理サーバ2は、空気圧縮機5の圧力制御部7を更新するための新しいファームウェア(以下更新ソフトウェアと呼ぶ場合がある)を管理する。同時に、更新ソフトウェアを暗号化し、通信機器4を経由して圧力制御部7に送信する機能を持つ。更新命令は管理サーバ2が空気圧縮機に送信するが、更新の実施タイミングは空気圧縮機5が決定する。
 通信機器4は、管理サーバ2と空気圧縮機5との双方通信を成立するための中継機器である。通信機器4は、管理サーバ2と無線または有線のいずれでも通信可能であり、空気圧縮機5と有線または無線で接続される。通信機器4は少なくとも1台の空気圧縮機5と通信する機能を備える。
 また、通信機器4は、通信を制御するための制御部10と、外部接続するための通信部11と、通信記憶部12とを含む。通信機器4は、制御部10の制御により、管理サーバ2と空気圧縮機のデータ送受信を行い、また、通信記憶部12の書込み、読出し機能を備える。通信記憶部12は、通信制御に使用するパラメータ、または更新ソフトウェアなどを記憶する機能を備える。通信記憶部12は、通信機器4内に設けられたメモリ、または、USB(Universal Serial Bus)メモリなどの外付けメモリである。
 空気圧縮機5は、ユーザが設定した圧力値に従い、圧縮空気を生成し、圧縮空気貯蔵部6に蓄える。また、空気圧縮機5は常時稼働するのではなく、圧力値の推移または圧力値の制御方法などに応じて、負荷運転と無負荷運転とを自動的に切り替える。空気圧縮機5は、少なくとも圧力制御部7と圧縮空気生成部8とで構成される。
 圧縮空気貯蔵部(エアタンク)6は、空気圧縮機5が生成した圧縮空気を蓄積する装置である。また、1つの圧縮空気貯蔵部6は複数の空気圧縮機5と接続することが可能であり、圧縮空気貯蔵部6は空気圧縮機5と一体化することも可能である。また、空気圧縮機5は、圧力センサPsを備える。圧力センサPsは、空気圧縮機5から外部の配管へ吐出する前の圧縮空気を、空気圧縮機5で計測する計器である。圧力センサPsで検出した圧力値は、圧力制御部7に有線または無線で送信される。
 圧力制御部7は、空気圧縮機5の制御および通信を行う。例えば、圧力制御部7は、ユーザインタフェース13に設定した圧力設定値に従い、圧力センサPsで検出した圧力値を基に、空気圧力を設定範囲内になるように圧縮空気生成部8を制御する。また、圧力制御部7は圧力制御を実行しながら、通信機器4を介して管理サーバ2との通信を行う。
 圧縮空気生成部8は、圧縮空気を生成する圧縮機本体AEと、圧縮機本体AEを駆動するモータMと、モータMに電力を供給するインバータまたはマグネットスイッチなどの開閉器とを備えており、それら圧縮空気を生成するための動的な部品で構成される。圧縮空気生成部8は、圧力制御部7の運転指令に従い、動力源であるモータMを駆動し、モータMと連結した圧縮機本体AEで圧縮空気を生成する。圧縮空気生成部8により圧縮された圧縮空気は、配管を通じて、圧縮空気貯蔵部6に吐出する。
 <圧力制御部の概要>
 圧力制御部7は、圧縮空気を生成するために、空気圧縮機の状態を監視し、モータMおよびリレーなどを制御するユニットである。圧力制御部7は、ユーザインタフェース13、通信機器4と接続する通信インタフェース14、圧縮機情報記憶部15およびファームウェアにより作動するマイコン16で構成される。
 通信インタフェース14は、通信機器4とマイコン16と相互に通信可能にするための部品である。ここでは通信インタフェース14と通信機器4との間は通信線を介して接続されるが、無線で接続されてもよい。また、通信インタフェース14にも直接管理サーバ2と直接通信する機能を持つ。
 ユーザインタフェース13は、ユーザが操作する入力装置および表示装置で構成される。ユーザインタフェース13は、ユーザの入力操作に従い、入力操作に示す信号および通信内容をマイコン16に供給する。マイコン16はユーザインタフェース13から受信した信号と制御状態を表す情報を表示装置に表示する。
 圧縮機情報記憶部15は、圧縮機制御に関するユーザ設定値を含み、各種プログラムとプログラムの実行に必要なデータを記憶する。当該記憶部は、フラッシュメモリなどの書換可能な不揮発性メモリである。また、圧縮機情報記憶部15には、管理サーバから受信した更新ソフトウェア、および、更新失敗時にシステムを復帰するバックアップ用の制御ソフトウェアが保存される。本願において、更新ソフトウェアおよび制御ソフトウェアなどのソフトウェアは、プログラムに言い換えられる。
 マイコン16は、通信機器4と通信する機能、空気圧縮機5の制御に必要な入出力処理機能など、および、圧縮機情報記憶部15に対する書込み・読出し機能を有する。マイコン16は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)17、RAM(Random Access Memory)18およびROM(Read Only Memory)19などを有する。ROM19は、圧縮空気生成部8を制御するためのソフトウェア(以下制御ソフトウェア)を記憶するソフトウェア記憶部21と更新制御を実行する更新部20を記憶する。マイコン16は、ROM19に記憶されたソフトウェア記憶部21に従ってCPU17の動作および圧縮空気生成部8の制御を行う。CPU17は、RAM18およびROM19のそれぞれに接続されている。
 <更新部>
 更新部20は、更新制御を実行可能な制御部である。更新制御とは、管理サーバ2から通信インタフェース14を介して空気圧縮機5に送信された更新ソフトウェアを圧縮機情報記憶部15に記憶すること、および、空気圧縮機5の状態を検知し、更新可能なタイミングを自動的に確認し、更新処理を実行することである。
 更新処理とは、ソフトウェア記憶部21に記憶されている制御ソフトウェアを、通信インタフェース14により受信した更新ソフトウェアに書き換える制御である。なお、更新ソフトウェアでは、管理サーバ2から受信し、予め圧縮機情報記憶部15に記憶するものとする。また、係る更新部20は、更新途中に発生する瞬時停電などでデータが損壊することを検知・リカバリーする自動復帰機能を備える。
 更新部20は、通信インタフェース14を介して受信した更新指令により、ソフトウェア記憶部21に記憶されている制御ソフトウェアの更新制御を実行する。更新部20は、更新指令受信後、管理サーバ2と圧力制御部7が互いに送信元の信頼性を確認するための認証処理を実行する。また、更新部20は、前回更新制御を実施した結果を記憶し、同様なソフトウェアがリトライ回数を重ねても更新失敗した場合、以後、当該更新ソフトウェアの更新指令を受理しなくなり、更新失敗の情報を管理サーバ2に送信する。
 本実施の形態に係る認証処理とは、更新ソフトウェアの送信元が空気圧縮機5の管理業者が管理する正規な管理サーバなどであるか否かを判断する機能である。認証処理では、管理サーバ2が通信機器4に対し、認証パスワードを送信する。そして、通信機器4が当該パスワードを用いて送信元を判断する。送信元の確認が取れた場合、通信機器4は空気圧縮機5に対し、更新開始用の認証キーを送信する。通信機器4が接続せず、管理サーバ2が直接に空気圧縮機5と接続する場合、ソフトウェア記憶部21に記憶する認証機能が同様な処理を行う。
 自動復帰機能とは、ソフトウェア記憶部21に記憶されるソフトウェアの整合性が取れない場合に、圧縮機情報記憶部15にバックアップした制御ソフトウェアで空気圧縮機5を運転継続する機能である。自動復帰機能は更新部20に記憶される。
 更新部20は、更新ソフトウェアが圧縮機情報記憶部15に記憶された後、当該ソフトウェアに対し、整合性検査を実行する。整合性検査の結果に従い、更新部20は、ソフトウェア記憶部21における更新ソフトウェアの記憶または削除を行う。また、更新失敗時の対応策であるシステム復帰機能のため、制御ソフトウェアも同様に圧縮機情報記憶部15に保存され、上記と同様な処理を行う。
 整合性検査では、圧縮機情報記憶部15または、ソフトウェア記憶部21に保存済みのソフトウェアに対し、管理サーバ2から経由して送信された電子証明書および公開鍵を用いて検証を実施する。検証実施の結果、ハッシュ値の検証に合格できたら、当該ソフトウェアは整合性を有しているとみなし、次の処理に進む。
 なお、更新部20は、上記整合性検査を実施完了後、空気圧縮機が負荷運転中か無負荷運転中かの情報を用いて、更新処理を実施するタイミングを判断する。例えば、負荷運転の場合、圧力サイクルに基づいて、圧縮空気の使用負荷を判断する。低負荷状態であると判断した場合、更新処理を実行する。無負荷運転とは、圧力値がユーザの設定値(停止圧力)を超えた場合、負荷運転に復帰する圧力(復帰圧力)に下がるまで、モータMが一時停止するか、または、モータMの運転は継続するが、圧縮空気を生成しない運転方法である。負荷運転は、圧縮空気供給システム1(圧縮機)が圧縮空気貯蔵部の空気圧力が停止圧力に達するまで、圧縮空気を生成する状態である。ロードアンロード機構を備えている場合は、ロード運転中の状態である。
 低負荷状態とは、空気圧縮機が負荷運転から無負荷運転に切り替えた後、圧力値の降下時間が更新に必要な時間(以下、更新所要時間)より十分長い状態で、一定サイクルを継続する状態である。本実施の形態では、実測した圧力の降下時間を更新余裕時間と称す。更新所要時間は、上記更新ソフトウェアの書込みに必要な時間以外に、空気圧縮機の始動および停止に要する時間を含む。
 <更新制御の詳細>
 本実施の形態に係る更新制御によるファームウェア更新について、図3を参照して更新ソフトウェアの保存処理および、更新判定の手順を説明し、図4~図6を参照して更新制御の実施タイミングを判断する手順を説明する。また、図7を参照して更新処理および更新失敗時の復帰手順を説明する。当該更新制御は、圧力制御部7に電源が導入されたときに起動し、空気圧縮機の制御を実行しながら、更新制御の各条件の確認を行う。
 図3は、更新ソフトウェアを保存する手順の一例を示すフローである。図3には、更新ソフトウェアの保存・更新判定に係るステップS300~S311を記載している。
 図3によれば、空気圧縮機5に電源が投入された後、更新制御が起動される。更新部20は、所定時間ごと(例えば1時間ごと)に、管理サーバ2が更新指令を発したか否かを確認する(S300)。更新指令を受信したと更新部20が判断した場合(S300:Yes)に、通信機器4は、送信元の確認を実施し、更新開始用の認証キーを圧力制御部7に送信する(S301)。また、更新指令を受信していないと更新部20が判断した場合(S300:No)に、更新制御は一旦終了し、空気圧縮機の他制御(図3に示すZ)に移行する。
 更新部20は、ステップS301において更新開始用の認証キーを受信した後、更新ソフトウェアの受信を開始する(S302)。この時、更新部20は、管理サーバ2から受信した更新ソフトウェアを圧縮機情報記憶部15に逐次書込みしながら(S303)、空気圧縮機5の制御を実行する。更新ソフトウェアが全て圧縮機情報記憶部15に記憶されると(S304:Yes)、更新部20は、更新ソフトウェアに対し整合性検査を実施する(S305)。整合性検査で合格であると判断した場合(S305:Yes)、更新部20は、更新失敗時のバックアップとして、ソフトウェア記憶部21に記憶している制御ソフトウェアを圧縮機情報記憶部15に記憶する(S306)。しかし、整合性検査が不合格であると判断した場合(S305:No)に、更新部20は、更新ソフトウェアを削除し(S310)、次の更新指令を受信するまで更新制御を待機状態とし、また所定時間ごとに管理サーバ2が更新指令を発したか否かを確認する(S300)。
 次に、ステップS306の後、更新部20は、空気圧縮機5の起動・停止を含めた更新所要時間(tm_min)を算出する(S307)。その後、更新部20は、空気圧縮機5の運転状態が負荷運転中か否かを判定する(S308)。負荷運転中の場合(S308:Yes)、運転の負荷状態を判定するための準備として、負荷無負荷運転のサイクルを2回経過した後(S309:Yes)、更新部20は、低負荷状態の判断フローを開始する。すなわち、図3に示すA(図4のフロー)に移行する。一方、負荷運転でない場合に(S308:No)、更新部20は、圧力制御の停止指令の有無を判断する(S311)。停止指令が入った場合(S311:Yes)、空気圧縮機5が停止、または、空気圧縮機5の停止プロセスを実行される状態にある(図3に示すB)。その後は図5に示す停止段階の更新フローに移行する。一方、停止指令が入っていない場合(S311:No)、更新部20は空気圧縮機5が無負荷運転中であると判断し、更新制御は負荷運転になるまで待機させる。
 次に、更新処理の実施に必要な空気圧縮機5の低負荷状態を判断する手順を、図4および図6を参照して説明する。図4には、空気圧縮機5の低負荷状態の判断に係るステップS400~S412を記載している。
 図6の上側では、圧力と時間との関係をグラフで示し、図6の下側では、当該時間と対応する空気圧縮機5の運転状態をタイムチャートで示している。当該グラフの横軸は時間であり、縦軸は圧力値である。図6のタイムチャートに示すように、空気圧縮機5は負荷運転と無負荷運転を繰り返し行う。図6のグラフに示すように、空気圧縮機5が負荷運転を行うときに圧力は上昇し、空気圧縮機5が無負荷運転を行うときに圧力は降下する。当該グラフが破線で示されている部分(グラフ602)は、未だ計測されていない推定の圧力の推移を示すものであり、以下では更新所要時間(tm_min)がその推定の圧力推移の時間である推定余裕時間(tpm)内に収まるか否かを判定する。
 まず、図3を用いて説明したように、負荷運転および無負荷運転のサイクルを2回経過した後(S309:Yes)、図4に示すように、負荷運転から無負荷運転に切り替えてから低負荷状態の判断を開始する(S400)。運転状態を無負荷運転に切り替えた直後(S400:Yes)、圧力の過渡変化による判定異常を避けるため、更新部20は、圧力安定時間(t)とサンプリング時間(t)が経過した後(S401)に、運転状態が負荷運転に切り換わるまでの更新余裕時間(tm_n)を計測する(S402)。
 その後、更新余裕時間(tm_n)が更新所要時間(tm_min)より長い場合(S403:Yes)、更新部20は低負荷状態の判定用変数である安定変数に1を足す(S404)。その後、更新部20は、安定変数が設定値(n)に達したか否かを判断する(S405)。更新余裕時間(tm_n)が更新所要時間(tm_min)より短い場合(S403:No)、更新部20は安定変数をリセットし(S411)、ステップS400に移行する。安定変数は設定値(n)に達するまで繰り返し検知する(S405)。nは正の自然数とする。安定変数が設定値に達した場合(S405:Yes)、更新処理の実行前の検知に移る。つまり、図4のステップS406に移行する。安定変数の設定値を0に設定した場合、安定変数は必ず0以上であるのだから、直ちに下記の処理(図4のステップS406)に移行する。
 安定変数が設定値に達した場合(S405:Yes)、その後、更新部20は、空気圧縮機5が無負荷運転へ転換済みであるか否かを判断する(S406)。無負荷運転へ転換が済んでいない場合(S406:No)、当該判断(S406)を繰り返す。無負荷運転へ転換が済んでいる場合(S406:Yes)、更新処理が実行される前に圧力安定時間(t)を経過させる(S407)。その後、更新の推定余裕時間(tpm)を計算するため、更新部20は、サンプリング時間(t)で圧力の推移(P-Pk-1)を記録する(S408)。続いて、更新部20は、ステップS408でサンプリングした結果を用いて、更新の推定余裕時間(tpm)を計算する(S409)。圧力(Pk-1)はサンプリング時間(t)の経過時、つまりの開始時の圧力であり、圧力(P)はサンプリング時間(t)の経過時の圧力である。図6に示す圧力(PCO)は、空気圧縮機5が負荷運転から無負荷運転に切り替えたときの圧力であり、圧力(PCi)は、空気圧縮機5が負荷運転に復帰する圧力(復帰圧力)である。推定余裕時間(tpm)は、無負荷運転中の時間であって、サンプリング時間(t)が経過した後(S408)に、運転状態が負荷運転に切り換わるまでの時間を演算により推定したものである。推定余裕時間(tpm)は、以下の式(1)を用いて算出できる。
 更新の推定余裕時間(tpm)が更新所要時間(tm_min)より長い場合(S410:Yes)、更新処理(C)が実行される。すなわち、更新部20は更新所要時間(tm_min)を確保できると判断して、図4に示すC(図7のフロー)に移行する。これに対し、更新の推定余裕時間(tpm)が更新所要時間(tm_min)より短い場合(S410:No)、更新部20は安定変数をリセットし(S412)、ステップS400に移行する。
 図5には、空気圧縮機5に停止指令が入った際の停止段階の更新フローを示す。まず、モータMが運転中か否かを判断する(S500)。運転中の場合(S500:Yes)、空気圧縮機5の停止プロセスを全て経過してから(S501)、更新処理(C)に移行する。一方、モータMが停止中の場合(S500:No)、直ちに更新処理(C)に移行する。
 更新処理の実行および更新後起動不可の状態に陥る場合の自動復帰について、図7を参照して説明する。まず、空気圧縮機5を停止し(S700)、更新部20は、更新ソフトウェアを圧縮機情報記憶部15から、ソフトウェア記憶部21に書き換えることで、ソフトウェアを更新する(S701)。ソフトウェアの書き換えが終了した後、空気圧縮機5を再起動させる(S702)。
 次に、更新部20は、ソフトウェア記憶部21のデータに対し、整合性検査を実施する(S703)。整合性検査で合格と判断された場合(S703:Yes)、更新部20は、空気圧縮機5の更新処理実施前の運転状態を読込み(S704)、運転を再開させる(S705)。一方、整合性検査で不合格と判断された場合(S703:No)、更新部20は、ソフトウェア記憶部21を初期化させ(S708)、制御ソフトウェアをソフトウェア記憶部21に再び記憶させる(S709)。その後、上述と同様に、更新前の運転状態に復帰させる。つまり、ステップS702に移行する。ステップS705で運転を再開させた後、更新部20は更新結果を管理サーバ2へ送信し(S706)、更新指令待ちの状態(図3のステップS300)に移行する(S707)。
 <実施の形態の効果>
 空気圧縮機を含むシステムにおいて、例えばエネルギーとして使用される圧縮空気を送出する空気圧縮機を例えば24時間可動させる場合がある。しかし、空気の圧力は、空気圧縮機の負荷運転と無負荷運転の繰り返しによりほぼ一定に保たれるため、無負荷運転時のように更新できるタイミングは存在する。
 本実施の形態では、空気圧縮機の動作を制御するソフトウェアの更新に要する時間と、圧力を下げる無負荷運転の時間と比較し、更新が可能なタイミングを制御部が判断して自動的にソフトウェアを更新するものである。これにより、空気圧縮機の使用状況に影響を与えずに、空気圧縮機システムのソフトウェアの更新を行える。つまり、長時間の停止ができない圧縮機において、空気圧縮機が負荷状況に応じて、空気圧縮機自らソフトウェア(プログラム)の更新タイミングを判断可能なシステムを実現できる。
 <変形例1>
 上述の実施の形態に係る低負荷状態の判断フローでは、更新余裕時間を更新所要時間(tm_min)と比較した結果により、安定変数を計測し、その後、更新の推定余裕時間(tpm)を判定した結果で、更新実施の判断を行うものである。これに対し、本変形例では、所要時間を推定せず、圧力推移の勾配を用いて更新可能なタイミングを判断する。以下に、本変形例に係る空気圧縮機の低負荷状態の判断手順を、図8と図9を参照して説明する。図8に示すフローは、図4に示すフローの変形例である。図9では、図6と同様に空気圧縮機のタイムチャートと圧力のグラフとを示している。
 まず、更新部20は安定変数の参考値として、更新所要時間(tm_min)を用いて更新最大勾配(Smax)を計算する(S800)。この更新最大勾配(Smax)は、無負荷運転時における、図9に破線で示すグラフ901の傾きである。更新最大勾配(Smax)は、以下の式(2)で算出できる。
 次に、更新部20は空気圧縮機5を負荷運転から無負荷運転に切り替え(S801:Yes)、圧力安定時間(t)が経過した後(S802)、実測勾配(S)を計測する(S803)。ステップS801において無負荷運転への転換が行われていない場合は(S801:No)、再度ステップS801の切り替え判断を行う。実測勾配(S)は、無負荷運転時における、図9に実線で示すグラフ902の傾きである。実測勾配(S)は、以下の式(3)で算出できる。
 ステップS803の後、更新部20は、更新最大勾配(Smax)と実測勾配(S)とを比較する(S804)。比較の結果、実測勾配(S)が更新最大勾配(Smax)より小さい場合(S804:Yes)、更新部20は安定変数を1増加させる(S805)。それに対し、実測勾配(S)が更新最大勾配(Smax)以上である場合(S804:No)、更新部20は安定変数をリセットする(S808)。その後、ステップS801へ移行する。
 安定変数が一定数(ここではn)に達したら(S806:Yes)、更新部20は空気圧縮機5が低負荷状態であると判断し、圧力安定時間(t)経過後(S807)、更新処理(C)を実行する。つまり、すなわち、更新部20は更新所要時間(tm_min)を確保できると判断して、更新処理(C)を実行する。その後の処理手順は、図7を用いて説明した手順と同様に行う。ステップS806において安定変数が一定数に達していない場合は、ステップS801へ移行する。
 本変形例では、図1~図7を用いて説明した実施の形態と比較し、推定計算に必要な時間が不要になることで、更新時間の短縮が可能である。
 以上、本発明者らによってなされた発明を実施の形態に基づき具体的に説明したが、本開示は前記実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変更可能であることはいうまでもない。
 例えば本実施例では空気圧縮機を例にして述べたが、作動流体は空気に限らず、窒素や水素等の異なる気体でも構わない。圧縮機の種別も特定の圧縮機には限定されず、スクリュー圧縮機、スクロール圧縮機、レシプロ圧縮機またはターボ圧縮機などいずれの圧縮機であっても構わない。
 本発明は、圧縮機システムおよびプログラムの更新方法に幅広く利用することができる。

Claims (8)

  1.  圧縮空気を生成する圧縮機本体と、
     圧縮機本体を駆動するモータと、
     プログラムを記憶し、前記プログラムに従って前記モータの制御を行う制御部と、
    を備え、
     前記制御部は、前記プログラムの更新所要時間を算出した後、前記圧縮機本体の無負荷運転中において、前記更新所要時間を確保できると判断した場合に、前記プログラムの更新を行う、圧縮機システム。
  2.  請求項1に記載の圧縮機システムにおいて、
     前記制御部は、前記更新所要時間を算出した後、前記圧縮機本体の無負荷運転中に、更新の推定余裕時間を算出し、前記更新の推定余裕時間が前記更新所要時間より大きい場合に、前記更新所要時間を確保できると判断し、前記プログラムの更新を行う、圧縮機システム。
  3.  請求項1に記載の圧縮機システムにおいて、
     前記制御部は、前記更新所要時間を算出した後、更新最大勾配を計算し、前記圧縮機本体の無負荷運転中に、実測勾配を計算し、前記実測勾配が前記更新最大勾配より小さい場合に、前記更新所要時間を確保できると判断し、前記プログラムの更新を行う、圧縮機システム。
  4.  請求項2または3に記載の圧縮機システムにおいて、
     負荷運転は、前記圧縮機システムが圧縮空気貯蔵部の空気圧力が停止圧力に達するまで、圧縮空気を生成する状態であり、前記圧縮機システムがロードアンロード機構を備えている場合は、ロード運転中の状態である、圧縮機システム。
  5.  圧縮空気を生成する圧縮機本体と、制御部と、圧縮機本体を駆動するモータとを備えた圧縮機の制御に用いるプログラムの更新方法であって、
     前記制御部は、前記プログラムの更新所要時間を算出した後、前記圧縮機本体の無負荷運転中において、前記更新所要時間を確保できると判断した場合に、前記プログラムの更新を行う、プログラムの更新方法。
  6.  請求項5に記載のプログラムの更新方法において、
     前記制御部は、前記更新所要時間を算出した後、前記圧縮機本体の無負荷運転中に、更新の推定余裕時間を算出し、前記更新の推定余裕時間が前記更新所要時間より大きい場合に、前記更新所要時間を確保できると判断し、前記プログラムの更新を行う、プログラムの更新方法。
  7.  請求項5に記載のプログラムの更新方法において、
     前記制御部は、前記更新所要時間を算出した後、更新最大勾配を計算し、前記圧縮機本体の無負荷運転中に、実測勾配を計算し、前記実測勾配が前記更新最大勾配より小さい場合に、前記更新所要時間を確保できると判断し、プログラムの更新方法。
  8.  請求項6または7に記載のプログラムの更新方法において、
     負荷運転は、前記圧縮機が圧縮空気貯蔵部の空気圧力が停止圧力に達するまで、圧縮空気を生成する状態であり、前記圧縮機がロードアンロード機構を備えている場合は、ロード運転中の状態である、プログラムの更新方法。
