Description

受付システム、情報処理装置、情報処理方法、および記録媒体
 本開示は、受付システム、情報処理装置、情報処理方法、および記録媒体に関し、特に、空港等でチェックインの手続きを受け付ける受付システム、情報処理装置、情報処理方法、および記録媒体に関する。
 関連する技術は、渡航者(旅客と呼ぶ)の入出国に関する手続き(例えば、入管手続きや税関手続き)を簡素に、かつ便利にするためのサービスを提供している。旅客へのサービスの提供のために、自立式の情報端末が、自動チェックイン機として利用されている。
 例えば、特許文献1には、そのような情報端末の一例が開示されている。具体的には、特許文献1に記載された情報端末は、操作メニュー等を表示するユーザインタフェースと、音声出力を備えており、コンシェルジュの映像および音声により、情報端末の操作をガイドする。

 空港等において、自動チェックイン端末(受付機)の利用に不慣れな旅客や、特別な事情を抱える旅客を助けるために、職員や係員が、自動チェックイン端末(受付機)の付近に待機している。そのために多くの人的コストが掛かっている。
 本開示は、上記の課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、受付機を利用する人物を支援するための人的コストを削減することにある。
 本開示の一態様に係る受付システムは、人物からの入力を受け付ける受付機と、前記受付機の操作を支援することを担当する担当者の端末と、情報処理装置と、を備え、前記情報処理装置が、前記受付機が使用されていることを検出し、前記受付機を使用している前記人物により前記受付機へ入力された入力データ、および、前記人物を撮影した画像データを取得し、前記入力データ、および、前記画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記人物の心理状態を推測し、前記人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末へ、警告を出力する。
 本開示の一態様に係る情報処理装置は、受付機が使用されていることを検出する検出手段と、前記受付機を使用している人物により前記受付機へ入力された入力データ、および、前記人物を撮影した画像データを取得する取得手段と、前記入力データ、および、前記画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記人物の心理状態を推測する推測手段と、前記人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末へ、警告を出力する出力手段と、を備えている。
 本開示の一態様に係る情報処理方法では、コンピュータが、受付機が使用されていることを検出し、前記受付機を使用している人物により前記受付機へ入力された入力データ、および、前記人物を撮影した画像データを取得し、前記入力データ、および、前記画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記人物の心理状態を推測し、前記人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末へ、警告を出力する。
 本開示の一態様に係る記録媒体は、受付機が使用されていることを検出する処理と、前記受付機を使用している人物により前記受付機へ入力された入力データ、および、前記人物を撮影した画像データを取得する処理と、前記入力データ、および、前記画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記人物の心理状態を推測する処理と、前記人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末へ、警告を出力する処理と、をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムを格納している。
 本開示の一態様によれば、受付機を利用する人物を支援するための人的コストを削減することができる。

 (受付システム1)
 図1は、本実施形態1に係る受付システム1の構成および動作を説明する図である。
 図1に示すように、受付システム1は、情報処理装置10(20、30)、操作支援装置200、および、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機の一例)を備えている。ここでは、「情報処理装置10(20、30)」は、後述する実施形態2~4に係る「情報処理装置10、20、30のいずれか」を意味する。なお、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、自動チェックイン端末300の一部であってもよい。
 情報処理装置10(20、30)、操作支援装置200、および、自動チェックイン端末300は、図示しない通信ネットワーク(例えば、LAN(Local Area Network)、WAN(Wide Area Network)、インターネット)を介して、互いに通信可能である。また、通信ネットワークには、空港などの場内に設置されているカメラ(図示せず)も、通信可能に接続されている。
 以下では、自動チェックイン端末300を使用する人物が、旅客である場合を一例として説明する。
 担当者の端末100は、自動チェックイン端末300を使用中の旅客と担当者が、通信するために使用される。担当者の端末100は、通信ネットワークを介して、自動チェックイン端末300と通信している。担当者の端末100は、自動チェックイン端末300が備えたカメラ(図示せず)によって取得された撮影画像を、リアルタイムで表示する機能を有していてもよい。
 操作支援装置200は、旅客による自動チェックイン端末300の操作を支援する操作支援機能を備えている。
 操作支援装置200には、空港などの場内に設置されているカメラ(図示せず)によって取得された撮影画像が保存されている。操作支援装置200に保存されている撮影画像の中には、場内の旅客の姿を撮影することによって得られた撮影画像が含まれている。例えば、操作支援装置200には、自動チェックイン端末300を使用中の旅客を、監視カメラ(図示せず)が撮影することによって得られた撮影画像が、格納されている。
 自動チェックイン端末300は、旅客がチェックイン(搭乗手続き)をする際に利用される。旅客は、自動チェックイン端末300に、旅客自身の旅券を読み取らせるとともに、旅客の識別情報を入力する。
 旅客の識別情報は、例えば、自動チェックイン端末300により撮影された旅客の顔画像である。他の一例では、旅客の識別情報は、自動チェックイン端末300により、旅客の旅券から抽出された旅券情報である。
 さらに他の一例では、旅客の識別情報は、自動チェックイン端末300により、旅客の端末(例えば、スマートフォン)の表示画面からスキャンされた2次元コードである。この場合、2次元コードは、受付システム1に予め登録された、旅客に関する情報(例えば、旅客の旅券情報、顔画像)と紐づけられている。
 本例では、旅客は、所旅客の端末にインストールされたアプリケーションソフトウェアを使って、受付システム1が発行した2次元コードを取得して、それを旅客の端末の表示画面に表示する。
 自動チェックイン端末300は、旅客の端末(例えば、スマートフォン)の表示画面に表示された2次元コードを読み取ると、読み取った2次元コードを、旅客の識別情報として、情報処理装置10(20、30)へ送信する。
 情報処理装置10(20、30)は、旅客が自動チェックイン端末300に対して行った操作を示す情報を取得する。
 ここでの「操作」とは、例えば、(タッチパネルに対する)タッチ操作、(物理ボタンやキーボードなどに対する)入力操作、旅客の旅券情報や搭乗券を、自動チェックイン端末300に読み取らせる操作、または、旅客の顔をカメラに撮影させる操作である。
 情報処理装置10(20、30)は、自動チェックイン端末300から受信した情報に基づいて、自動チェックイン端末300が使用されていることを検出する。例えば、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、旅客が自動チェックイン端末300に対する操作を行ったことを検出する。あるいは、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、旅客が自動チェックイン端末300により撮影されたことを検出する。
 情報処理装置10(20、30)は、自動チェックイン端末300を使用している旅客により自動チェックイン端末300へ入力された入力データ、および、旅客を撮影した画像データを取得する。そして、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、入力データ、および、画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、旅客の心理状態を推測する。
 例えば、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、自動チェックイン端末300により撮影された旅客の顔画像を含む画像データに基づいて、旅客の心理状態を推測する。具体的には、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、旅客の顔画像から、旅客の表情を分析することにより、旅客の心理状態を推測する。
 あるいは、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、旅客の顔画像から、旅客の顔の動きを分析することにより、旅客の心理状態を推測してもよい。
 さらに他の一例では、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、旅客を撮影した映像から、旅客の体の動きを分析することにより、旅客の心理状態を推測する。
 その後、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、旅客の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、自動チェックイン端末300の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末100へ、警告を出力する。ここでの「異常」とは、例えば、緊張している、焦っている、うろたえている、不安である、急いでいる、(何か、誰かを)探している、などである。
 なお、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、旅客が自動チェックイン端末300に2次元コードを読み取らせる前であれば、担当者の端末100に通知(通報)する一方、旅客が自動チェックイン端末300に2次元コードを読み取らせた後であれば、旅客の端末に予めインストールされたアプリケーションソフトウェアに、有人の税関検査台へ、旅客を誘導させてもよい。
 情報処理装置10(20、30)は、旅客を支援する操作支援機能を呼び出すこともできる。操作支援機能とは、自動チェックイン端末300のユーザインタフェースを用いて、旅客による自動チェックイン端末300の操作を支援するためのコンピュータプログラムである。
 例えば、操作支援機能は、音声、テキスト、イラスト、および/または図を提示することにより、旅客を支援する。
 後述する実施形態3では、操作支援装置200が備えた操作支援機能が、情報処理装置20によって呼び出される。
 (受付システム1の動作)
 図2を参照して、本実施形態1に係る受付システム1の動作を説明する。図2は、受付システム1の構成要素である情報処理装置10(20、30)、担当者の端末100、および自動チェックイン端末300が、それぞれ実行する処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。
 図2に示すように、自動チェックイン端末300は、旅客から操作を受け付ける(S3011)。自動チェックイン端末300は、旅客が行った操作を示す情報を、情報処理装置10(20、30)へ送信する(S3012)。
 情報処理装置10(20、30)は、旅客が自動チェックイン端末300に対して行った操作を示す情報に基づいて、自動チェックイン端末300が使用されていることを検出する(S1011)。
 情報処理装置10(20、30)は、旅客により自動チェックイン端末300へ入力された入力データ、および/または、旅客を撮影した画像データに基づいて、旅客の心理状態を推測する(S1012)。ステップS1012の詳細は、上述したとおりである。
 旅客の心理状態が異常であると推測した場合(S1013でYes)、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、担当者の端末100へ、警告を出力する(S1014)。
 担当者の端末100は、情報処理装置10(20、30)からの警告を受信する(S2011)。そこで、担当者は、旅客に困り事を尋ねたり、旅客が自動チェックイン端末300を操作することを支援したりするために、担当者の端末100を通じて、自動チェックイン端末300と通信してもよい。あるいは、担当者は、自動チェックイン端末300のもとへ出向いて、実地で、旅客による操作を支援してもよい。
 旅客は、担当者による支援を得ながら、自動チェックイン端末300の操作を行うことができる。
 以上で、本実施形態1に係る受付システム1の動作は終了する。
 (本実施形態の効果)
 本実施形態の構成によれば、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)は、旅客(人物)からの入力を受け付ける。担当者の端末100は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)の操作を支援することを担当する。
 情報処理装置10(20、30)は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)が使用されていることを検出し、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を使用している旅客(人物)により自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)へ入力された入力データ、および、旅客(人物)を撮影した画像データを取得する。
 情報処理装置10(20、30)は、入力データ、および、画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、旅客(人物)の心理状態を推測する。そして、情報処理装置10(20、30)は、人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末100へ、警告を出力する。
 担当者は、オンラインで、または実地で、旅客(人物)が自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を操作することを支援する。これにより、旅客(人物)は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)に対して、チェックインの手続きを継続することができる。常に、職員や係員が、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)の付近に待機している必要がないので、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を利用する旅客(人物)を支援するための人的コストを削減することができる。
 〔実施形態2〕
 図3から図4を参照して、本開示の実施形態2を説明する。本実施形態2では、前記実施形態1において説明した情報処理装置10の構成および動作の一例を説明する。
 (情報処理装置10の構成)
 図3は、本実施形態2に係る情報処理装置10の構成を示すブロック図である。図3に示すように、情報処理装置10は、検出部11、取得部12、推測部13、および出力部14を備えている。
 検出部11は、自動チェックイン端末300(図1)(受付機)が使用されていることを検出する。検出部11は、検出手段の一例である。
 例えば、検出部11は、旅客が自動チェックイン端末300に対する操作を行ったことを検出する。他の一例では、検出部11は、旅客が自動チェックイン端末300により撮影されたことを検出する。
 検出部11は、自動チェックイン端末300(図1)(受付機)が使用されていることを検出したことを、取得部12へ通知する。
 取得部12は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を使用している人物により自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)へ入力された入力データ、および、旅客(人物)を撮影した画像データを取得する。取得部12は、取得手段の一例である。
 取得部12は、検出部11から、自動チェックイン端末300が使用されていることを検出したことを通知される。
 例えば、取得部12は、自動チェックイン端末300が読み取った旅客の旅券または搭乗券のデータを含む入力データを取得する。
 他の一例では、取得部12は、自動チェックイン端末300が撮影した旅客の顔画像を含む画像データを取得する。
 取得部12は、取得した入力データ、および、画像データを、推測部13へ出力する。
 一変形例では、取得部12は、入力データ、および、画像データのどちらか一方のみを取得して、取得したデータを、推測部13へ出力してもよい。
 推測部13は、入力データ、および、画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、旅客(人物)の心理状態を推測する。推測部13は、推測手段の一例である。
 推測部13は、取得部12が自動チェックイン端末300から取得した入力データ、および、画像データを受信する。
 例えば、推測部13は、自動チェックイン端末300により撮影された旅客の顔画像を含む画像データに基づいて、旅客の心理状態を推測する。具体的には、推測部13は、旅客の顔画像から、旅客の表情を分析することにより、旅客の心理状態を推測する。あるいは、推測部13は、図示しない監視カメラが撮影した旅客の映像(動画)から、旅客の動きを分析することにより、旅客の心理状態を推測してもよい。
 推測部13は、推測した旅客の心理状態を示す情報を、出力部14へ出力する。
 出力部14は、旅客(人物)の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末100へ、警告を出力する。出力部14は、出力手段の一例である。
 出力部14は、推測部13から、推測された旅客の心理状態を示す情報を受信する。
 例えば、出力部14は、推測された旅客の心理状態を示す情報を受信すると、担当者の端末100へ、自動チェックイン端末300の操作に支援が必要であることを通知する。あるいは、出力部14は、担当者の端末100へ、旅客の状態が異常(例えば、焦っている)であることを通知する。
 他の一例では、出力部14は、推測された旅客の心理状態を示す情報に基づいて、旅客に確認すべき事項を決定する。そいて、出力部14は、旅客に確認すべき事項を示す情報を、担当者の端末100(図1)へ送信する。
 (情報処理装置10の動作)
 図4を参照して、本実施形態2に係る情報処理装置10の動作を説明する。図4は、情報処理装置10の動作を示すフローチャートである。
 図4に示すように、まず、検出部11は、自動チェックイン端末300(図1)が使用されていることを検出する(S101)。検出部11は、自動チェックイン端末300が使用されていることを検出したことを、取得部12へ通知する。
 次に、取得部12は、旅客により自動チェックイン端末300へ入力された入力データ、および、旅客を撮影した画像データを取得する(S102)。取得部12は、取得した入力データ、および、画像データを、推測部13へ出力する。
 推測部13は、入力データ、および、画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、旅客の心理状態を推測する(S103)。
 推測部13は、推測した旅客の心理状態を示す情報を、出力部14へ出力する。
 最後に、出力部14は、旅客の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、警告を出力する(S104)。例えば、出力部14は、推測された旅客の心理状態を示す情報を受信すると、担当者の端末100へ、自動チェックイン端末300の操作に支援が必要であることを通知する。
 以上で、本実施形態2に係る情報処理装置10の動作は終了する。
 (本実施形態の効果)
 本実施形態の構成によれば、検出部11は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)が使用されていることを検出する。取得部12は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を使用している旅客(人物)により自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)へ入力された入力データ、および、旅客(人物)を撮影した画像データを取得する。
 推測部13は、入力データ、および、画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、旅客(人物)の心理状態を推測する。出力部14は、旅客(人物)の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、警告を出力する。
 担当者は、オンラインで、または実地で、旅客(人物)が自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を操作することを支援する。これにより、旅客(人物)は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)に対して、チェックインの手続きを継続することができる。常に、職員や係員が、自動チェックイン端末(受付機)の付近に待機している必要がないので、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を利用する旅客(人物)を支援するための人的コストを削減することができる。
 〔実施形態3〕
 図5から図6を参照して、実施形態3を説明する。本実施形態3では、旅客を支援する操作支援機能を呼び出す構成を説明する。本実施形態3では、前記実施形態2と共通する構成要素に対して、前記実施形態2と同じ符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
 (情報処理装置20の構成)
 図5は、本実施形態3に係る情報処理装置30の構成を示すブロック図である。図5に示すように、情報処理装置20は、検出部11、取得部12、推測部13、および出力部14を備えている。さらに、情報処理装置20は、記録部25を備えている。
 記録部25は、旅客(人物)により自動チェックイン端末300(図1)(受付機)へ入力された入力データおよび画像データを、旅客の識別情報と紐づけて、一時記録する。記録部25は、記録手段の一例である。
 例えば、取得部12は、自動チェックイン端末300から、旅客の識別情報をさらに取得する。例えば、旅客の識別情報は、旅客の顔画像、指紋画像、および旅券のデータのいずれかである。
 旅客は、自動チェックイン端末300に、旅客自身の旅券を読み取らせるとともに、旅客の識別情報を入力する。取得部12は、このときに自動チェックイン端末300に入力された旅客の識別情報を、自動チェックイン端末300から取得する。
 あるいは、自動チェックイン端末300は、旅客の端末(例えば、スマートフォン)の表示画面に表示された2次元コードを読み取る。取得部12は、自動チェックイン端末300が読み取った2次元コードを、旅客の識別情報として、自動チェックイン端末300から取得する。
 取得部12は、自動チェックイン端末300から取得した入力データおよび画像データを、旅客の識別情報とともに、記録部25へ出力する。
 記録部25は、取得部12が自動チェックイン端末300から取得した入力データおよび画像データを受信する。さらに、記録部25は、取得部12から、旅客の識別情報を受信する。そして、記録部25は、自動チェックイン端末300から取得した入力データおよび画像データを、旅客の識別情報と紐づけて、図示しない記憶装置に一時記録する。
 その後、自動チェックイン端末300に入力された第2の識別情報と、一時記録された旅客の識別情報との照合に成功したとき、記録部25は、旅客の識別情報と紐づけて一時記録した情報を、図示しない記憶装置から読み出す。そして、記録部25は、記憶装置から読み出した情報を、自動チェックイン端末300へ出力する。
 (情報処理装置20の動作)
 図6を参照して、本実施形態3に係る情報処理装置20の動作を説明する。図6は、情報処理装置20の動作を示すフローチャートである。
 図6に示すように、まず、検出部11は、自動チェックイン端末300(図1)が使用されていることを検出する(S201)。検出部11は、自動チェックイン端末300が使用されていることを検出したことを、取得部12へ通知する。
 次に、取得部12は、旅客により自動チェックイン端末300へ入力された入力データ、および、旅客を撮影した画像データを取得する(S202)。取得部12は、取得した入力データ、および、画像データを、推測部13へ出力する。
 推測部13は、入力データ、および、画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、旅客の心理状態を推測する(S203)。
 推測部13は、推測した旅客の心理状態を示す情報を、出力部14へ出力する。
 最後に、出力部14は、旅客の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、警告を出力する(S204)。例えば、出力部14は、推測された旅客の心理状態を示す情報を受信すると、担当者の端末100へ、自動チェックイン端末300の操作に支援が必要であることを通知する。
 さらに、取得部12は、自動チェックイン端末300から、旅客の識別情報をさらに取得する(S205)。取得部12は、自動チェックイン端末300から取得した情報を、旅客の識別情報とともに、記録部25へ出力する。
 記録部25は、自動チェックイン端末300から取得した情報を、旅客の識別情報と紐づけて、図示しない記憶装置に一時記録する(S206)。
 以上で、本実施形態3に係る情報処理装置20の動作は終了する。
 (本実施形態の効果)
 本実施形態の構成によれば、検出部11は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)が使用されていることを検出する。取得部12は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を使用している旅客(人物)により自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)へ入力された入力データ、および、旅客(人物)を撮影した画像データを取得する。推測部13は、入力データ、および、画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、旅客(人物)の心理状態を推測する。出力部14は、旅客(人物)の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末へ、警告を出力する。
 担当者は、オンラインで、または実地で、旅客(人物)が自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を操作することを支援する。これにより、旅客(人物)は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)に対して、チェックインの手続きを継続することができる。常に、職員や係員が、自動チェックイン端末(受付機)の付近に待機している必要がないので、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を利用する旅客(人物)を支援するための人的コストを削減することができる。
 さらに、本実施形態の構成によれば、記録部25は、旅客が自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)に対して行った操作を示す情報を、旅客(人物)の識別情報と紐づけて、一時記録する。これにより、旅客(人物)が自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)の操作を一時中断した場合、後で、一時記録された情報に基づいて、旅客(人物)が途中の操作を再開することができる。
 〔実施形態4〕
 図7から図8を参照して、実施形態4を説明する。本実施形態4では、旅客を支援する操作支援機能を呼び出す構成を説明する。本実施形態4では、前記実施形態2または3と共通する構成要素に対して、前記実施形態2または3と同じ符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
 (情報処理装置30の構成)
 図7は、本実施形態4に係る情報処理装置30の構成を示すブロック図である。図7に示すように、情報処理装置30は、検出部11、取得部12、推測部13、および出力部14を備えている。さらに、情報処理装置30は、呼出部35を備えている。
 呼出部35は、旅客(人物)の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、旅客を支援する操作支援機能を呼び出す。呼出部35は、呼出手段の一例である。
 呼出部35は、推測部13から、推測された旅客の心理状態を示す情報を受信する。
 例えば、呼出部35は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)の操作の支援を担当する担当者、あるいは操作支援機能を呼び出すことが可能であることを、自動チェックイン端末300に提示する。
 また、呼出部35は、担当者が呼び出される可能性があることを、担当者の端末100(図1)に通知する。
 (情報処理装置30の動作)
 図8を参照して、本実施形態4に係る情報処理装置30の動作を説明する。図8は、情報処理装置30の動作を示すフローチャートである。
 図8に示すように、まず、検出部11は、自動チェックイン端末300(図1)が使用されていることを検出する(S301)。検出部11は、自動チェックイン端末300が使用されていることを検出したことを、取得部12へ通知する。
 次に、取得部12は、旅客により自動チェックイン端末300へ入力された入力データ、および、旅客を撮影した画像データを取得する(S302)。取得部12は、取得した入力データ、および、画像データを、推測部13へ出力する。
 推測部13は、入力データ、および、画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、旅客の心理状態を推測する(S303)。
 推測部13は、推測した旅客の心理状態を示す情報を、出力部14および呼出部35へ出力する。
 出力部14は、旅客の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、警告を出力する(S304)。例えば、出力部14は、推測された旅客の心理状態を示す情報を受信すると、担当者の端末100へ、自動チェックイン端末300の操作に支援が必要であることを通知する。
 また、呼出部35は、旅客を支援する操作支援機能を呼び出す(S305)。例えば、呼出部35は、操作支援装置200(図1)の操作支援機能を呼び出す。
 操作支援機能は、旅客を支援するための情報を、自動チェックイン端末300に出力する。例えば、操作支援機能は、音声、テキスト、イラスト、および/または図を提示することにより、旅客を支援する。
 以上で、本実施形態4に係る情報処理装置30の動作は終了する。
 (本実施形態の効果)
 本実施形態の構成によれば、検出部11は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)が使用されていることを検出する。取得部12は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を使用している旅客(人物)により自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)へ入力された入力データ、および、旅客(人物)を撮影した画像データを取得する。推測部13は、入力データ、および、画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、旅客(人物)の心理状態を推測する。出力部14は、旅客(人物)の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末へ、警告を出力する。
 担当者は、オンラインで、または実地で、旅客(人物)が自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を操作することを支援する。これにより、旅客(人物)は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)に対して、チェックインの手続きを継続することができる。常に、職員や係員が、自動チェックイン端末(受付機)の付近に待機している必要がないので、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を利用する旅客(人物)を支援するための人的コストを削減することができる。
 さらに、本実施形態の構成によれば、呼出部35は、旅客(人物)の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、旅客(人物)を支援する操作支援機能を呼び出す。
 操作支援機能は、旅客(人物)が自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を操作することを支援する。これにより、旅客(人物)は、自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)に対して、チェックインの手続きを継続することができる。自動チェックイン端末300(受付機)を利用する旅客(人物)を支援するための人的コストを削減することができる。
 (ハードウェア構成)
 前記実施形態1~4で説明した情報処理装置10、20、30の各構成要素は、機能単位のブロックを示している。これらの構成要素の一部又は全部は、例えば図9に示すような情報処理装置により実現される。図9は、情報処理装置のハードウェア構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
 図9に示すように、コンピュータ110は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)111と、メインメモリ112と、記憶装置113と、入力インターフェイス114と、表示コントローラ115と、データリーダ/ライタ116と、通信インターフェイス117とを備える。これらの各部は、バス121を介して、互いにデータ通信可能に接続される。なお、コンピュータ110は、CPU111に加えて、又はCPU111に代えて、GPU(Graphics Processing Unit)、又はFPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)を備えていてもよい。
 CPU111は、記憶装置113に格納された、本実施形態におけるプログラム(コード)をメインメモリ112に展開し、これらを所定順序で実行することにより、各種の演算を実施する。メインメモリ112は、典型的には、DRAM(Dynamic Random Access Memory)などの揮発性の記憶装置である。また、本実施形態におけるプログラムは、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体120に格納された状態で提供される。なお、本実施形態におけるプログラムは、通信インターフェイス117を介して接続されたインターネット上で流通するものであってもよい。
 また、記憶装置113の具体例としては、ハードディスクドライブの他、フラッシュメモリなどの半導体記憶装置があげられる。入力インターフェイス114は、CPU111と、キーボード及びマウスといった入力機器118との間のデータ伝送を仲介する。表示コントローラ115は、ディスプレイ装置119と接続され、ディスプレイ装置119での表示を制御する。
 データリーダ/ライタ116は、CPU111と記録媒体120との間のデータ伝送を仲介し、記録媒体120からのプログラムの読み出し、及びコンピュータ110における処理結果の記録媒体120への書き込みを実行する。通信インターフェイス117は、CPU111と、他のコンピュータとの間のデータ伝送を仲介する。
 また、記録媒体120の具体例としては、CF(Compact Flash(登録商標))及びSD(Secure Digital)などの汎用的な半導体記憶デバイス、フレキシブルディスク(Flexible Disk)などの磁気記録媒体、又はCD-ROM(Compact Disk Read Only Memory)などの光学記録媒体があげられる。

 以上、いくつかの実施の形態を参照して本開示を説明した。しかしながら、本開示は上記実施の形態に限定されない。各実施の形態は、適宜他の実施の形態と組み合わせることができる。また、上記実施形態の構成や詳細には、本開示のスコープ内で当業者が理解し得る様々な変更をすることができる。

Claims (20)

  1.  受付機が使用されていることを検出する検出手段と、
     前記受付機を使用している人物により前記受付機へ入力された入力データ、および、前記人物を撮影した画像データを取得する取得手段と、
     前記入力データ、および、前記画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記人物の心理状態を推測する推測手段と、
     前記人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末へ、警告を出力する出力手段と、を備えた、
     情報処理装置。
  2.  前記検出手段は、前記人物が前記受付機に対する操作を行ったことを検出する
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
  3.  前記検出手段は、前記人物が前記受付機により撮影されたことを検出する
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
  4.  前記取得手段は、前記受付機が読み取った前記人物の旅券または搭乗券のデータを含む前記入力データを取得する
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
  5.  前記取得手段は、前記受付機が撮影した前記人物の顔画像を含む前記画像データを取得する
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
  6.  前記推測手段は、前記受付機により撮影された前記人物の前記顔画像を含む前記画像データに基づいて、前記人物の心理状態を推測する
     ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の情報処理装置。
  7.  前記推測手段は、前記顔画像から、前記人物の表情を分析することにより、前記人物の心理状態を推測する
     ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の情報処理装置。
  8.  前記推測手段は、前記人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記受付機の警告灯を点灯させる
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
  9.  前記出力手段は、前記人物に確認すべき事項を示す情報を、前記担当者の端末へ送信する
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
  10.  前記人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記人物を支援する操作支援機能を呼び出す呼出手段をさらに備えた
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
  11.  前記呼出手段は、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者を呼び出すことが可能であることを、前記受付機に提示する
     ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の情報処理装置。
  12.  前記呼出手段は、前記担当者が呼び出される可能性があることを、前記担当者の端末に通知する
     ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の情報処理装置。
  13.  前記取得手段は、前記人物の属性情報をさらに取得する
     ことを特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
  14.  前記人物の前記属性情報は、前記人物の年齢、国籍、および、身体障害の少なくともいずれか1つを含む
     ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の情報処理装置。
  15.  前記人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記人物の前記属性情報に基づいて、前記人物を支援する操作支援機能、および、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末のいずれか一方を呼び出す
     ことを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の情報処理装置。
  16.  前記取得手段は、前記人物の識別情報をさらに取得する
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
  17.  前記受付機を使用している人物により前記受付機へ入力された前記入力データおよび前記画像データを、前記人物の前記識別情報と紐づけて、一時記録する記録手段をさらに備えた
     ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の情報処理装置。
  18.  人物からの入力を受け付ける受付機と、
     前記受付機の操作を支援することを担当する担当者の端末と、
     情報処理装置と、を備え、
     前記情報処理装置が、
     前記受付機が使用されていることを検出し、
     前記受付機を使用している前記人物により前記受付機へ入力された入力データ、および、前記人物を撮影した画像データを取得し、
     前記入力データ、および、前記画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記人物の心理状態を推測し、
     前記人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末へ、警告を出力する、
     受付システム。
  19.  コンピュータが、
     受付機が使用されていることを検出し、
     前記受付機を使用している人物により前記受付機へ入力された入力データ、および、前記人物を撮影した画像データを取得し、
     前記入力データ、および、前記画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記人物の心理状態を推測し、
     前記人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末へ、警告を出力する、
     情報処理方法。
  20.  受付機が使用されていることを検出する処理と、
     前記受付機を使用している人物により前記受付機へ入力された入力データ、および、前記人物を撮影した画像データを取得する処理と、
     前記入力データ、および、前記画像データの少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記人物の心理状態を推測する処理と、
     前記人物の心理状態が異常であると推測された場合、前記受付機の操作の支援を担当する担当者の端末へ、警告を出力する処理と、
     をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムを格納した、一時的でない記録媒体。
