Description

駆動装置、圧縮機駆動システム、および冷凍サイクル装置
 本開示は、交流電力を用いて駆動対象を駆動する駆動装置、圧縮機駆動システム、および冷凍サイクル装置に関する。
 交流電動機を駆動するためにAC(Alternating Current、交流)-DC(Direct Current、直流)コンバータとDC-ACコンバータ(インバータ)とを組み合わせた駆動装置が多用されている。この駆動装置の直流母線部にはコンデンサが使用されている。また、力率改善および昇圧を目的としてAC-DCコンバータ側にはリアクトル(インダクタンス)が挿入されることが多い。この駆動装置に対しては、コストの低減を目的として、コンデンサおよびリアクトルの小型化および小容量化が検討されている。
 ところが、容量の小さいコンデンサまたはリアクトルが用いられると、直流母線電圧の周期的な脈動が増大し、交流電動機の電流制御に悪影響が生じる。特に、直流母線電圧の脈動周波数(外乱周波数)と交流電動機の相電流の周波数とが近くなると、ビート振動と呼ばれる低周波の電流脈動が発生する。ビート振動によって相電流が脈動すると、電流ピーク値の増加によってモータ効率が悪化したり、過電流保護の制約によってモータの最大出力が低下したり、交流電動機の振動または騒音が増加したりするなどのデメリットが生じる。
 ビート振動を抑制するための制御であるビートレス制御は、これまでにさまざまな手法が提案されている。例えば、ビートレス制御を行う駆動装置は、直流母線電圧およびモータ電流の少なくとも一方を検出し、検出した直流母線電圧またはモータ電流に含まれる脈動成分をバンドパスフィルタ等によって抽出し、抽出した脈動成分が低減されるようにフィードバック制御を行うことで、ビート振動を抑制している。
 特許文献1のビートレス制御は、フーリエ級数の原理でq軸電流の脈動に含まれるcos(コサイン)成分およびsin(サイン)成分を抽出し、これらをそれぞれ比例制御または積分制御した後、制御結果を交流信号に復元して、インバータに出力するdq軸電圧を補正している。

 しかしながら、上記特許文献1の技術では、インバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域では所望の電圧操作を行うことができなくなるので、意図した通りに脈動を小さくすることはできないという問題があった。
 本開示は、上記に鑑みてなされたものであって、インバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域においても、意図した通りに脈動を小さくすることができる駆動装置を得ることを目的とする。
 上述した課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本開示の駆動装置は、インバータによって交流電動機を駆動する駆動装置であって、交流電動機に流れる電流を検出する電流検出部と、交流電動機が有する回転子の位置の情報である回転子位置情報を演算する回転子位置演算部とを備える。また、本開示の駆動装置は、電流の電流ベクトルおよび回転子位置情報に基づいて、電圧指令を決定する電圧指令決定部と、電圧指令の電圧位相を操作することによって直流母線電圧の周期脈動に起因する電流の脈動を抑制するビートレス制御部とを備える。また、本開示の駆動装置は、インバータに電力を供給する交流電源とインバータとの間におけるインダクタ-コンデンサ共振を検知する共振検知部を備える。ビートレス制御部は、インダクタ-コンデンサ共振が励起された場合に電圧位相の操作量を低減する。
 本開示にかかる駆動装置は、インバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域においても、意図した通りに脈動を小さくすることができるという効果を奏する。

 以下に、本開示の実施の形態にかかる駆動装置、圧縮機駆動システム、および冷凍サイクル装置を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
実施の形態1.
 図1は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置の構成を示す図である。駆動装置4は、交流電力を所望の電力に変換して交流電動機1を駆動する装置である。交流電動機1の回転軸は機械装置2と機械的に接続されている。機械装置2は、例えば、冷媒の圧縮機構である。交流電動機1と機械装置2とで圧縮機3が構成されている。駆動装置4および圧縮機3を含んだシステムが、後述する圧縮機駆動システム800である。
 なお、圧縮機構は、交流電動機1によって駆動される機械装置2の一例に過ぎず、駆動装置4は他種の機械装置への応用も可能である。駆動装置4は、交流電源5から入力された交流電力を電力変換して交流電動機1を駆動する。駆動装置4と交流電源5との間には、電源インピーダンス(寄生インピーダンス)が存在する。電源インダクタンス6は、電源インピーダンスのインダクタンス成分である。
 なお、説明の都合上、ここでは入力電源である交流電源5が三相交流である場合について説明するが、交流電源5が単相交流である場合にも実施の形態1の駆動装置4は適用可能である。
 駆動装置4は、ダイオード整流器7と、直流リアクトル8と、コンデンサ9と、直流母線電圧検出部10と、インバータ11と、電流検出部12と、制御部400とを備えている。
 駆動装置4では、ダイオード整流器7、直流リアクトル8、コンデンサ9などによってAC-DCコンバータが構成されている。駆動装置4は、このAC-DCコンバータによって、入力交流電圧を直流電圧に変換する。図1に示したAC-DCコンバータは、ごく単純なAC-DCコンバータであるが、力率改善または昇圧などが必要な場合は別種類のAC-DCコンバータが用いられてもよい。
 直流リアクトル8の一端はダイオード整流器7の正極側の出力点に接続され、直流リアクトル8の他端はインバータ11の正極側の入力点に接続される。また、直流リアクトル8の他端には、コンデンサ9の一端が接続されている。コンデンサ9の他端は、ダイオード整流器7の負極側の出力点およびインバータ11の負極側の入力点に接続されている。直流リアクトル8およびコンデンサ9は、ダイオード整流器7から出力される直流電力を平滑化するために設けられている。
 直流母線電圧検出部10は、コンデンサ9の両端電圧を直流母線電圧VDCとして検出し、制御部400に出力する。インバータ11は、直流電圧を交流電圧に変換し、交流電圧によって交流電動機1を駆動する。
 電流検出部12は、インバータ11から交流電動機1に流れる相電流(相電流ベクトルIuvw)を検出して制御部400に出力する。制御部400は、交流電動機1を駆動するための一連の制御演算を行う。制御部400の詳細なハードウェア構成については後述する。
 制御部400は、変調部13と、回転子位置演算部14と、電圧指令決定部15と、座標変換部16と、座標変換部17と、ビートレス制御部18と、加算器19と、共振検知部20とを有している。座標変換部17が第1の座標変換部であり、座標変換部16が第2の座標変換部である。
 制御部400は、交流電動機1の制御を回転二相座標系で行う。ここでは、制御部400が、回転子磁石の方向を基準としたdq回転座標系で制御を行う場合について説明するが、制御部400は、dq回転座標系以外の他の座標系で制御を行ってもよい。
 制御部400は、回転二相座標系で制御を行うために、固定二相座標と回転二相座標との角度差を求める。実施の形態1の駆動装置4は、dq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqとdq軸電流ベクトルIdqとから、推定磁極位置θ^eと推定角速度ω^eとを推定する。以下、「*」を用いて示される情報は指令の情報であり、「^」を用いて示される情報は推定された情報である。
 dq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqは、インバータ11が交流電動機1に印加する電圧に対応している。dq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqは、dq回転座標系での電圧指令ベクトルである。
 dq軸電流ベクトルIdqは、電流検出部12が実際に検出しdq回転座標系に座標変換された電流ベクトルである。推定磁極位置θ^eは、交流電動機1が備える回転子の磁極位置を推定した情報である。推定角速度ω^eは、回転子の角速度を推定した情報である。
 交流電動機1が回転している最中に発生する速度起電力から回転子の磁極位置を推定する方法としては、適応磁束オブザーバ、拡張誘起電圧オブザーバなど、種々の方法がある。また、制御部400は、エンコーダ、レゾルバといった位置センサを用いて回転子の磁極位置を直接的に観測してもよい。制御部400は、回転子の磁極位置に基づいて、回転子の角速度を算出する。
 座標変換部17は、電流検出部12から交流電動機1の相電流ベクトル(三相電流ベクトル)Iuvwを受け付ける。座標変換部17は、相電流ベクトルIuvwを、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqに座標変換する。すなわち、座標変換部17は、三相電流ベクトルを、回転二相座標系の電流ベクトルである2つのベクトル(d軸電流ベクトルおよびq軸電流ベクトル)に変換する。座標変換部17は、この座標変換に推定磁極位置θ^eを用いる。すなわち、座標変換部17は、回転子位置情報である推定磁極位置θ^eに基づいて回転二相変換を行う。座標変換部17は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqを、回転子位置演算部14、電圧指令決定部15、およびビートレス制御部18に出力する。
 電圧指令決定部15は、交流電動機1に印加する電圧指令を決定する。すなわち、電圧指令決定部15は、速度制御演算および電流制御演算を実行して、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqからdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを決定する。電圧指令決定部15は、例えば、ベクトル制御によって、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqをd軸電流ベクトルとq軸電流ベクトルとに分解してd軸電圧指令ベクトルとq軸電圧指令ベクトルとを決定する。そして、電圧指令決定部15は、d軸電圧指令ベクトルおよびq軸電圧指令ベクトルからdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを決定する。電圧指令決定部15は、速度指令ω* eと、回転子位置演算部14から送られてくる推定角速度ω^eとが一致するように、dq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを決定する。速度指令ω* eは、回転子の角速度の指令である。電圧指令決定部15は、駆動装置4の上位装置が用いる上位プログラムから速度指令ω* eを取得する。電圧指令決定部15は、dq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを回転子位置演算部14および座標変換部16に出力する。
 回転子位置演算部14は、交流電動機1の回転子の位置情報(回転子位置情報)を演算する。具体的には、回転子位置演算部14は、dq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqとdq軸電流ベクトルIdqとから、推定磁極位置θ^eと推定角速度ω^eとを推定する。
 なお、圧縮機3に回転子の位置を検出する位置センサが配置されている場合、回転子位置演算部14は、位置センサが検出した回転子の位置に基づいて、推定磁極位置θ^eと推定角速度ω^eとを推定してもよい。回転子位置演算部14は、推定磁極位置θ^eを座標変換部17および加算器19に出力する。また、回転子位置演算部14は、推定角速度ω^eを電圧指令決定部15に出力する。
 ビートレス制御部18は、インバータ11への電圧指令の電圧位相を操作することによって直流母線電圧VDCの周期脈動に起因するモータ電流(交流電動機1の電流)の脈動を抑制する。ビートレス制御部18は、ユーザによって入力される外乱周波数fdisに基づいて、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqの中に含まれる外乱周波数fdisの成分を抽出し、抽出した成分を低減する電圧位相の操作量(位相変化量)θbを決定する。外乱周波数fdisは、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動周波数である。ビートレス制御部18は、電圧位相の操作量θbを加算器19に出力する。このように、ビートレス制御部18は、電圧位相の操作量θbを出力することでインバータ11への電圧指令の電圧位相を操作し、これにより、モータ電流の脈動を抑制する。
 このとき、共振検知部20は、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動に基づいてLC(エルシー)共振の発生を検知し、共振の発生を検知した場合、共振が発生したことを示す共振検知信号をビートレス制御部18に送信する。LC共振は、インバータ11に電力を供給する交流電源5とインバータ11との間におけるインダクタ-コンデンサ共振である。共振検知部20は、直流母線電圧VDCおよび予め設定された外乱周波数fdisに基づいて、共振の発生を検知する。ビートレス制御部18の詳細な内部構成および効果については後述する。
 加算器19は、回転子位置演算部14から送られてくる推定磁極位置θ^eに、ビートレス制御部18から送られてくる電圧位相の操作量θbを加算することで、位相角θ^ebを決定する。すなわち、加算器19は、電圧位相の操作量θbと推定磁極位置θ^eとの和を位相角θ^ebに決定する。位相角θ^ebは、外乱周波数fdisに対応する脈動を抑制するために調整された、回転子の磁極位置である。加算器19は、位相角θ^ebを座標変換部16に送る。
 座標変換部16は、位相角θ^ebを用いてdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwに変換する。すなわち、座標変換部16は、脈動を抑制するために調整された回転子の磁極位置(位相角θ^eb)に基づいて、三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwを生成する。具体的には、座標変換部16は、位相角θ^ebを用いてdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqの電圧位相を操作し、操作したdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwに変換する。座標変換部16は、三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwを変調部13に出力する。
 変調部13は、インバータ11を動作させるためのPWM(Pulse Width Modulation)信号を決定する。具体的には、変調部13は、直流母線電圧検出部10から送られてくる直流母線電圧VDCおよび座標変換部16から送られてくる三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwに基づいて、PWM信号を決定し、インバータ11に出力する。
 インバータ11は、PWM信号に応じた電圧を交流電動機1に出力する。これにより、交流電動機1は、駆動装置4によって駆動される。一般的に、直流リアクトル8またはコンデンサ9が小容量化されると、直流母線電圧VDCが大きく脈動しやすくなる。入力が三相交流電源の場合、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動周波数である外乱周波数は、電源周波数の6倍になることが知られている。また、単相交流電源の場合、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動周波数である外乱周波数は、電源周波数の2倍になることが知られている。さらに、これらの整数倍の周波数の高調波脈動が生じる。こういった直流母線電圧VDCの脈動により、モータ電流に脈動が生じる。
 dq軸電流で見ると、この電流脈動の周波数は、外乱周波数および外乱周波数の整数倍の周波数に一致する。この電流脈動を三相座標上で観測すると、外乱周波数fdisと交流電動機1の相電流の周波数feとの和および差の周波数|fdis±fe|の電流脈動になる。この電流脈動は、差の周波数|fdis-fe|が小さいときに顕在化しやすい。
 直流母線電圧VDCの脈動によって生じるこの低周波(外乱周波数fdis)の相電流脈動はビート振動と呼ばれ、古くからさまざまな対策が検討されてきた。ビート振動によって相電流が脈動すると、電流ピーク値の増加によってモータ効率が悪化したり、過電流保護の制約によって交流電動機1の最大出力が低下したり、交流電動機1の振動または騒音が増加したりするなどのデメリットが生じる。
 実施の形態1の駆動装置4は、モータ電流の脈動を抑制するためビート振動を自動的に最小化する。駆動装置4は、電圧位相を操作することで、電圧指令の振幅を操作することができないインバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域においてもビート振動を最小化する。
 図2は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置が電圧位相操作を行わない場合のビート振動を説明するための図である。図3は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置が電圧位相操作によってビート振動を抑制する原理を説明するための図である。
 図2および図3に示すグラフの横軸はd軸であり、縦軸はq軸である。図2および図3では、駆動装置4が平均的に出力する電圧を(vd0,vq0)で示し、平均的に出力する電流を(id0,iq0)で示している。すなわち、平均的にみると、駆動装置4がvd0およびvq0の電圧を出力しており、交流電動機1にはid0およびiq0の電流が流れているとする。
 インバータ11の電圧であるインバータ電圧が飽和しているとき、インバータ電圧は、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動(外乱電圧VD)によって、図2に示すように伸縮する。これによりdq軸電流は、(id0,iq0)の点を中心とした楕円状の軌跡を描く。すなわち、dq軸電流の軌跡である電流軌跡Itaは、楕円状の軌跡となる。このdq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itaが大きくなるほど、相電流に現れるビート振動も大きくなる。
 実施の形態1では、駆動装置4は、インバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域では、電圧指令の振幅を操作することができないので、ビート振動を小さくするために電圧位相を操作する。
 一般的に、dq軸電圧指令に対して、適切に電圧位相に変化を与えれば、dq軸電流の楕円軌跡が小さくなることが知られている。こういった電圧位相操作型のビートレス制御は種々検討されているが、効率的にdq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itaの軌跡を小さくするために、どのような電圧位相変化(電圧位相の操作量θb)を与えればよいのかという点については検討されていなかった。
 駆動装置4は、適切に電圧位相を変化させることで、図3に示すように、効率的にdq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itbを小さくする。図3では、駆動装置4が、電圧位相を位相変化量Pcだけ変化させることで、駆動装置4の電圧の軌跡が電圧軌跡Vtとなり、dq軸電流の楕円状の電流の軌跡が電流軌跡Itbとなった場合を示している。
 また、駆動装置4は、ビートレス制御の効果を高めるために、dq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itbの長短軸方向が、ユーザが所望する角度になるように交流電動機1を駆動する。
 実施の形態1では、駆動装置4がdq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itbを小さくし、且つ長短軸方向をユーザに設定された所望の角度にするために、ビートレス制御部18の構成を後述する図5に示す構成とした。
 従来の駆動装置では、電源インダクタンス6が、直流リアクトル8よりも十分に小さいので、電源インダクタンス6の大きさが問題になることは少なかった。ところが、直流リアクトル8を小型化していくと、電源インダクタンス6の影響が無視できなくなる。上述したように、電圧位相操作型のビートレス制御は、種々検討されているが、近年では、直流リアクトル8およびコンデンサ9の小容量化が一層進んだこともあり、従来の手法では十分な脈動低減効果が得られないケースが増えてきた。
 また、実施の形態1の駆動装置4のような入力インピーダンスの低い装置が、複数台交流電源5に並列接続されると、見かけ上の電源インピーダンスが増加するので、電源インダクタンス6の影響はさらに大きくなる。これは、駆動装置4から見ると、並列接続された他の装置(他の駆動装置など)が電源インピーダンスと同じ働きをしているように見えるからである。こういった装置の並列接続の台数が増えるほど、電源インダクタンス6は大きくなる。そして、電源インダクタンス6が大きくなると、LC共振周波数が低下して、ビートレス制御に悪影響を及ぼす。
 図3で説明したビートレス制御では、駆動装置4は、外乱角周波数ωdis=2πfdisに同期して電圧位相を変化させることによって、dq軸電圧に変化を与え、ビート振動を抑制する。この場合において、駆動装置4および交流電源5を含んだシステムのLC共振角周波数ωLCが外乱角周波数ωdisに近い場合、ビートレス制御を行うことによってLC共振が励起されてしまう。LC共振が励起されると、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動が増大する。これにより、電流脈動が増加するので、ビートレス制御の効果は減少する。
 このようなケースでも電流脈動をゼロにさせたいのであれば、積分制御を利用することが考えられる。ところが、積分制御を用いると、電流脈動を打ち消すためにさらにビートレス制御の操作量を大きくしてしまうので、ますます直流母線電圧VDCの脈動を増加させてしまうという悪循環に陥る。この悪循環により、ビートレス制御が不安定化することがある。
 一般に電源インピーダンスは、時間によって変化し、かつ未知の値であり、その正確な値をリアルタイムで知ることは難しい。直流リアクトル8またはコンデンサ9のさらなる小容量化を追求するためには、電源インピーダンスの大小によらず、確実に動作するビートレス制御が求められる。
 実施の形態1の駆動装置4は、LC共振角周波数ωLCが外乱角周波数ωdisに接近し、ビートレス制御による電圧操作でLC共振が励起していることを検知した場合、ビートレス制御の挙動を変化させる。これにより、駆動装置4は、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動の過剰な増加を防ぎ、電源電流およびモータ電流に含まれる脈動成分を低減する。このような脈動成分の低減を実現するため、実施の形態1では、駆動装置4に共振検知部20が設けられている。
 図4は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置が備える共振検知部の構成例を示す図である。共振検知部20は、脈動振幅演算部401と、比較器402とを有している。ここでは、共振検知部20が、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動振幅に基づいて、LC共振の発生の有無を判定する場合について説明する。
 なお、AC-DCコンバータの直近に電流センサが配置されている場合、直流母線電圧VDCの代わりにAC-DCコンバータに流れる電流の脈動振幅が検出されてもよい。この場合、共振検知部20は、AC-DCコンバータに流れる電流の脈動振幅に基づいて、LC共振の発生の有無を判定する。例えば、ダイオード整流器7に接続された何れかの電力線に電流センサが取り付けられ、この電流センサが検知した電流からLC共振の発生の有無が判定される。
 脈動振幅演算部401は、直流母線電圧検出部10から直流母線電圧VDCを受け付けるとともに、ユーザによって入力される外乱周波数fdisを受け付ける。脈動振幅演算部401は、外乱周波数fdisに基づいて、直流母線電圧VDCに含まれる脈動成分を抽出する。このとき、脈動振幅演算部401が抽出する周波数成分は、直流母線電圧VDCの外乱周波数(基本周波数)fdisの成分および外乱周波数fdisの整数倍の高調波成分である。
 ビートレス制御がLC共振を励起すると、これらの周波数成分の脈動が増加する。脈動振幅演算部401は、何れの抽出方法によって直流母線電圧VDCに含まれる脈動成分を抽出してもよい。
 脈動振幅演算部401は、例えば、フーリエ級数の原理を用いて、直流母線電圧VDCに含まれる脈動成分を抽出する。また、脈動振幅演算部401は、バンドパスフィルタを用いて脈動成分を抽出してもよい。ここでは、脈動振幅演算部401にて抽出された直流母線電圧VDCの脈動振幅を|VdcDis|という記号で表す。脈動振幅演算部401は、抽出した|VdcDis|をビートレス制御部18および比較器402に出力する。
 比較器402は、|VdcDis|と予め設定された閾値とを比較し、比較結果である検知フラグをビートレス制御部18に出力する。検知フラグは、オンまたはオフの2値信号であり、|VdcDis|が閾値よりも大きい場合はオンを示し、|VdcDis|が閾値以下の場合はオフを示す。なお、閾値近傍でのチャタリングを避ける場合には、閾値にヒステリシス幅が設けられてもよい。
 実施の形態1では、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動振幅である|VdcDis|および検知フラグの少なくとも一方を含む信号を共振検知信号と呼ぶ。すなわち、共振検知信号には、|VdcDis|および検知フラグの少なくとも一方が含まれていればよい。
 ビートレス制御部18は、共振検知信号に基づいて、LC共振の発生状況を診断することができる。なお、図1に不図示の電流センサが用いられる場合、電流の脈動振幅が検出されることになるが、その場合は電流の脈動振幅が共振検知信号に含められてもよい。また、共振検知部20は、電流の脈動振幅と、予め設定された閾値とを比較し、比較結果である検知フラグをビートレス制御部18に出力してもよい。
 図5は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置が備えるビートレス制御部の構成を示す図である。ビートレス制御部18は、ノルム演算部101と、重み係数設定部102と、脈動抽出部103と、脈動抑制部104と、リミット値決定部105とを有している。ノルム演算部101へは、座標変換部17からdq軸電流ベクトルIdqが入力され、脈動抽出部103および脈動抑制部104へは、予め記憶しておいた外乱周波数fdisが入力される。
 ノルム演算部101は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqのノルム(絶対値)、または重み付きノルムを計算する。ビートレス制御部18は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqの重み付きノルムを計算する場合に重み係数設定部102を有していればよく、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqのノルムを計算する場合(重み付きノルムを計算しない場合)には重み係数設定部102を有していなくてもよい。重み係数設定部102は、ユーザによって設定される後述の重み係数w1,w2を記憶しておき、ノルム演算部101に重み係数w1,w2を設定する。
 重み係数w1は、d軸電流への重みであり、重み係数w2は、q軸電流への重みである。重み係数w1,w2の比率によって、d軸電流およびq軸電流の重みが調整される。ノルムには種々の種類があるが、もっとも有名なノルムは以下の式(1)を用いて計算されるL2ノルムである。
 ただし、式(1)でのidおよびiqは、dq軸電流(d軸電流およびq軸電流)である。ノルム演算部101は、式(1)を用いてノルムである|Idq2を計算する。|Idq2は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqの絶対値に相当する。なお、ノルム演算部101は、L2ノルムの代わりに、L1ノルム、L∞ノルムなどを用いてもよい。
 また、ノルム演算部101は、重み係数w1,w2を適用した以下の式(2)を用いて重み付きノルムである|Idqw|を計算してもよい。この場合、ノルム演算部101は、重み係数設定部102が記憶している重み係数w1,w2を用いて|Idqw|を計算する。
 式(2)での重み係数w1,w2は、ゼロ以上の任意の値とする。なお、式(2)においては、id 2およびiq 2の代わりに、id 3およびiq 3が適用されてもよいし、id 4およびiq 4などが適用されてもよい。また、|Idq2は、w1=w2=1のときの|Idqw|に等しい。図5では、ノルム演算部101が|Idqw|を計算して脈動抽出部103に出力する場合のビートレス制御部18の構成を示している。
 実施の形態1のビートレス制御部18は、ノルム演算部101が演算したノルム(|Idq2または|Idqw|)の脈動成分を低減する。ビートレス制御部18が、どういったノルムの脈動成分を抑えるかによって、ビートレス制御によって得られる効果が変わってくる。
 例えば、相電流ピーク値を抑えたい場合は、ビートレス制御部18は、|Idq2の脈動を小さく抑える。また、交流電動機1の振動および騒音を抑えたい場合は、ビートレス制御部18は、w1=0、w2=1とし、q軸電流の脈動を抑える。また、ビートレス制御部18は、これらの中間の状態を目指す場合は、w1=0.5、w2=0.5のように重み係数w1,w2を変えてもよい。また、ビートレス制御部18は、w1=0.25、w2=0.75などのように重み係数w1,w2を変えてもよいし、w1=0.75、w2=0.25などのように重み係数w1,w2を変えてもよい。また、ビートレス制御部18は、d軸電流がq軸電流よりも大きいケースでは、w1=1、w2=0とし、d軸電流の脈動を抑えるようにしてもよい。
 ノルム演算部101での演算は、dq軸電流の楕円状の電流軌跡Itbの長短軸方向をユーザが所望する角度にするための演算であり、ビートレス制御を効果的に作用させるための演算である。
 重み係数設定部102には、ビートレス制御の目的(ビートレス制御によってどのような制御効果を得たいか)に応じて、重み係数w1,w2が設定される。重み係数w1,w2は、駆動装置4のユーザが任意に設定してよい。なお、以下では、重み付けされていないノルムについて説明する場合があるが、ノルムは、重み付きノルムであってもよい。なお、重み係数設定部102は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdq、交流電動機1の回転数などに基づいて、重み係数w1,w2を調整してもよい。
 脈動抽出部103は、ノルム演算部101で計算されたノルム(重み付けなしのノルム|Idqw|または重み付きノルム|Idqw|)の脈動成分(周期脈動)を抽出する。このときに脈動抽出部103が抽出する周波数成分は、外乱周波数fdisの成分および外乱周波数fdis(基本周波数)の整数倍の高調波成分である。脈動抽出部103は、何れの抽出方法によってノルムの脈動成分を抽出してもよい。
 脈動抽出部103は、例えば、フーリエ級数の原理を用いて、ノルムの脈動のsin成分とcos成分とを分離してノルムの脈動成分を抽出する。また、脈動抽出部103は、バンドパスフィルタを用いて脈動成分を抽出してもよい。以下では、脈動抽出部103が、フーリエ級数の原理を用いてノルムの脈動成分を抽出する場合について説明する。
 ここでは、脈動抽出部103にて抽出されたノルムの脈動のsin成分およびcos成分をそれぞれysin、ycosの記号で表す。脈動抽出部103は、ysin、ycosを脈動抑制部104に出力する。
 リミット値決定部105は、共振検知部20から共振検知信号を受け付ける。リミット値決定部105は、共振検知信号に基づいてビートレス制御のリミット値を決定する。リミット値は、電圧位相が操作される際の電圧位相の操作量θbを制限するリミット値である。リミット値決定部105は、リミット値を脈動抑制部104に出力する。
 ビートレス制御がLC共振を励起した場合、電流脈動をゼロにできたとしても、良好な電流波形にはならない。このため、実施の形態1の駆動装置4は、電圧位相の操作量θbを低減するためのリミット値を決定し、このリミット値を用いてビートレス制御を実行する。これにより、駆動装置4は、ビートレス制御がLC共振を励起した場合であっても良好な電流波形を得ることができ、モータ効率の上昇および騒音の低減を図ることができる。
 脈動抑制部104は、リミット値に基づいてビートレス制御を実行する。すなわち、脈動抑制部104は、リミット値の範囲内で、ysin、ycosが低減されるような電圧位相の操作量θbを計算する。
 図6は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置が決定するリミット値の第1の決定方法を説明するための図である。図7は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置が決定するリミット値の第2の決定方法を説明するための図である。図6および図7に示すグラフの横軸は時刻であり、縦軸はリミット値である。
 図6および図7では、共振検知信号が検知された時刻が時刻t1である場合について説明する。リミット値決定部105は、共振検知信号を検知すると、ビートレス制御のリミット値Θlimを低下させる。図6および図7では、初期状態のリミット値ΘlimをΘLBで示し、低下させた後のリミット値ΘlimをΘLSで示している。
 図6では、リミット値決定部105が、LC共振が発生して共振検知信号が検知された時刻t1の時点でステップ状にリミット値ΘlimをΘLBからΘLSまで減少させる場合を示している。
 図7では、リミット値決定部105が、LC共振が発生して共振検知信号が検知された時刻t1の時点から一定時間が経過した後の時刻t2の時点にかけて、ランプ状にリミット値ΘlimをΘLBからΘLSまで減少させる場合を示している。
 このように、リミット値決定部105は、図6に示すようにステップ状にリミット値Θlimを減少させてもよいし、図7に示すようにランプ状にリミット値Θlimを減少させてもよい。また、リミット値決定部105は、ローパスフィルタ(LPF:Low Pass Filter、低域通過濾波器)等を用いて、リミット値Θlimをなめらかに減少させてもよい。なお、時刻t2、減少後のリミット値ΘlimであるΘLSは駆動装置4のユーザが自由に設定してよい。
 リミット値決定部105は、フィードバック制御によってリミット値Θlimを自動的に調整してもよい。図8は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部が有するリミット値決定部の構成例を示す図である。
 リミット値決定部105は、減算器701と、リミッタ付きのPID(Proportional-Integral-Differential、比例積分微分)制御器702とを具備している。リミット値決定部105は、共振検知部20から直流母線電圧VDCの脈動振幅|VdcDis|を含んだ共振検知信号を取得する。また、リミット値決定部105は、駆動装置4の上位装置が用いる上位プログラムから直流母線電圧VDCの指令値|V* dcDis|を取得する。なお、図1および図5では、直流母線電圧VDCの指令値|V* dcDis|の図示を省略している。
 リミット値決定部105は、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動振幅|VdcDis|が、その指令値|V* dcDis|に一致するようにビートレス制御のリミット値Θlimを決定する。具体的には、減算器701が、指令値|V* dcDis|と脈動振幅|VdcDis|との偏差を計算して、偏差をPID制御器702に出力する。PID制御器702は、指令値|V* dcDis|と脈動振幅|VdcDis|との偏差がゼロになるようにリミット値Θlimを決定する。すなわち、PID制御器702は、減算器701からの偏差を用いてPID制御を行うことでリミット値Θlimを決定し、脈動抑制部104にリミット値Θlimを出力する。なお、ここでは、フィードバック制御にリミッタ付きのPID制御器702を用いているが、リミット処理を適切に行うことができれば、I制御やPI制御などを行う別種の制御器が用いられてもよい。
 図9は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置が実行するリミット処理を説明するための図である。ここでは、PID制御器702が、リミッタ付きのPID制御器である場合のリミット値Θlimの決定方法について説明する。図9に示すグラフの横軸は入力値であり、縦軸は出力値である。ここでの入力値は、PID制御器702がリミット処理を実行する前のリミット値Θlimであり、出力値は、PID制御器702がリミット処理を実行した後のリミット値Θlimである。PID制御器702は、閾値を超えなくなるようなリミット値Θlimを出力する。
 PID制御器702が、リミッタ付きのPID制御器である場合、PID制御器702は、内部に積分器を備えているので、最終的な出力段の部分、または積分処理の部分にリミッタを挿入しておかないと出力が発散する場合がある。ビートレス制御におけるリミット値Θlimはゼロ以上でなければならないので、PID制御器702の出力、または積分器の出力がゼロ以下の値になった場合、PID制御器702は、それらの出力をゼロでクランプする。
 また、PID制御器702は、PID制御器702の出力または積分器の出力が特定値以上大きくなることも避けなければならないので、出力値が特定値以上大きくなる場合には、出力を特定値よりも小さな値でクランプする。図9では、PID制御器702が、PID制御器702からの出力、または積分器の出力が初期状態のリミット値ΘlimであるΘLBを超えた時に、これらの出力をΘLBでクランプする。このように、PID制御器702は、PID制御器702がゼロ未満とならないよう、且つΘLBを超えないように、リミット値Θlimを制限する。
 PID制御器702が、図6および図7で説明したようにリミット値Θlimを自動調整した場合において、脈動振幅|VdcDis|が指令値|V* dcDis|よりも小さい場合(通常時)は、リミッタ付きのPID制御器702の内部に配置された積分器の作用によって、ビートレス制御のリミット値Θlimが初期状態のΘLBと等しくなる。一方、脈動振幅|VdcDis|が指令値|V* dcDis|よりも大きい場合(LC共振検知時)は、PID制御器702は、|VdcDis|=|V* dcDis|となるまでビートレス制御のリミット値Θlimを減少させる。脈動振幅|VdcDis|と指令値|V* dcDis|とが同じ大きさである場合、PID制御器702は、|VdcDis|=|V* dcDis|を維持するため、リミット値Θlimを変化させない。
 このように、実施の形態1の駆動装置4は、ビートレス制御による電圧操作でLC共振が励起されていることを検知して、ビートレス制御のリミット値Θlimを減少させる。脈動抑制部104は、リミット値Θlimの範囲内でysin、ycosが低減されるような電圧位相の操作量θbを計算する。
 ここで、脈動抑制部104で行われる計算について詳しく説明する。図10は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部が備える脈動抑制部の構成を示す図である。脈動抑制部104は、脈動成分の目標値r*とノルムのcos成分との差および脈動成分の目標値r*とノルムのsin成分との差を回転させて、電圧位相の操作量θbを計算する。
 脈動抑制部104は、減算器201A,201Bと、回転演算部202と、積分制御部(積分制御器)203A,203Bと、交流復元部204と、回転量調整部205とを具備する。積分制御部203Aが第1の積分制御部であり、積分制御部203Bが第2の積分制御部である。回転演算部202は、脈動抽出部103の内部に配置されてもよい。
 脈動抑制部104へは、予め記憶しておいた脈動成分の目標値r*と、ノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動のcos成分であるycos、およびsin成分であるysinと、外乱周波数fdisとが入力される。通常、脈動成分の目標値r*はゼロに設定されるが、脈動成分の目標値r*は非ゼロの値(ゼロ以外の値)にしても構わない。
 減算器201Aは、脈動成分の目標値r*と、ノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動のcos成分であるycosとの差を演算し、演算結果をcos成分の偏差ecosとして回転演算部202および回転量調整部205に出力する。
 減算器201Bは、脈動成分の目標値r*と、ノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動のsin成分であるysinとの差を演算し、演算結果をsin成分の偏差esinとして回転演算部202および回転量調整部205に出力する。
 回転演算部202は、ecosと、esinとに対し、以下の式(3)を用いて回転演算を行う。ここでは回転演算後のcos成分をeRcosといい、回転演算後のsin成分をeRsinという。
 式(3)におけるθRは、回転演算の回転量である。回転量調整部205は、予めユーザによって設定された回転量θRを回転演算部202に設定する。また、回転量調整部205は、cos成分の偏差ecos、およびsin成分の偏差esinを用いて、回転量θRを修正する。回転量調整部205は、回転量θRを回転演算部202に出力する。
 回転演算部202は、回転量調整部205から回転量θRを受け付ける。回転演算部202は、回転量調整部205から受け付けた回転量θRを用いて、ecosとesinとに対して回転演算を行う。
 積分制御部203Aは、ycosに対応する偏差eRcos(回転演算されたcos成分)を積分し、積分制御部203Bは、ysinに対応する偏差eRsin(回転演算されたsin成分)を積分する。すなわち、積分制御部203Aは、eRcosに対して積分制御を実行することでxcosを決定し、積分制御部203Bは、eRsinに対して積分制御を実行することでxsinを決定する。xcos、xsinは、それぞれビートレス制御の出力信号のcos成分、sin成分である。積分制御部203A,203Bは、脈動成分の目標値r*と実際の値との誤差を累積させ、この累積値に比例させた量を電圧位相の操作量θbに加えることで積分制御を実行する。
 積分制御部203Aは、回転されたcos成分であるeRcosがゼロになるように積分制御を行う。すなわち、積分制御部203Aは、脈動成分の目標値r*と、ノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動のcos成分であるycosとの差である偏差ecosがゼロになるように、eRcosからxcosを決定する。すなわち、積分制御部203Aは、ycosが脈動成分の目標値r*に近付くよう積分制御することでxcosを決定する。
 また、積分制御部203Bは、回転されたsin成分であるeRsinがゼロになるように積分制御を行う。すなわち、積分制御部203Bは、脈動成分の目標値r*と、ノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動のsin成分であるysinとの差である偏差esinがゼロになるように、eRsinからxsinを決定する。すなわち、積分制御部203Bは、ysinが脈動成分の目標値r*に近付くよう積分制御することでxsinを決定する。
 なお、ここでは脈動抑制部104が、積分制御部203A,203Bを用いているが、脈動抑制部104は、他の制御部を用いてもよい。例えば、脈動抑制部104は、P(Proportional、比例)制御を行う制御部を用いてもよいし、PI(Proportional-Integral、比例積分)制御を行う制御部を用いてもよいし、PID制御を行う制御部を用いてもよい。
 積分制御部203A,203Bは、リミット値Θlimの範囲内で動作する。換言すると、積分制御部203A,203Bは、Θlim≧√(xcos 2+xsin 2)の範囲内で、xcos、xsinを決定する。積分制御部203A,203Bは、リミット値Θlimが引き下げられた場合には、Θlim≧√(xcos 2+xsin 2)となるようにxcos、xsinを引き下げる。実施の形態1では、cos成分とsin成分との2つの制御器(積分制御部203A,203B)が脈動抑制部104に配置されており、リミット値Θlimをcos側の制御器である積分制御部203Aと、sin側の制御器である積分制御部203Bとにどのように配分するかは駆動装置4の設計者またはユーザが任意に決めてよい。どのように配分するかの情報は、予め設計者またはユーザによって積分制御部203A,203Bに設定される。
 交流復元部204は、積分制御の出力を交流化して電圧位相の操作量θbを決定する。すなわち、交流復元部204は、xcos、xsin、およびfdisに基づいて、電圧位相の操作量θbを演算する。
 ここで、最適化の対象となる電圧位相の操作量θbの計算式について説明する。まず、外乱周波数であるfdisを角周波数に換算した換算結果を外乱角周波数ωdisとする。ωdisとfdisとの関係式は、以下の式(4)となる。
 ここで、以下の式(5)のようにωdisを時間tで積分した積分結果をθdisの記号で表すことにする。
 ここで、fdisは定数とみなすことができるので、θdisは時間tの1次関数として表せる。このとき、電圧位相の操作量θbは、例えば以下の式(6)のように表せる。
 式(6)での、xcos、xsinは、それぞれビートレス制御の出力信号のcos成分およびsin成分である。交流復元部204は、式(4)~式(6)にxcos、xsin、およびfdisを適用することで、電圧位相の操作量θbを演算する。式(4)~式(5)にfdisが適用されることで、fdisに対応する正弦波および余弦波が導出され、fdisに対応する電圧位相の操作量θbが導出される。
 図11は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部が、回転量が最適な状態にあるときにビートレス制御を実行した場合の偏差ベクトルの動作パターンを示す図である。図12は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部が、回転量が最適値から±90度未満の範囲内の状態にあるときにビートレス制御を実行した場合の偏差ベクトルの動作パターンを示す図である。図13は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部が、回転量が最適値から±90度よりも離れている状態にあるときにビートレス制御を実行した場合の偏差ベクトルの動作パターンを示す図である。
 回転量θRが最適値から±90度未満の範囲内の状態にあるときは、回転量θRと最適値との差の絶対値が90度未満の場合である。回転量θRが最適値から±90度よりも離れている状態にあるときは、回転量θRと最適値との差の絶対値が90度よりも大きい場合である。
 図11~図13の横軸はcos成分(ecos)であり、縦軸はsin成分(esin)である。図11~図13では、ビートレス制御部18がビートレス制御を実行した場合の、ecosおよびesinから構成される偏差ベクトルE(図示せず)の動作パターンである偏差ベクトル軌跡Etを示している。偏差ベクトルEは、原点から(ecos,esin)に向かうベクトルである。ビートレス制御部18は、(ecos,esin)が原点に近付くよう、すなわち偏差ベクトルEの絶対値が小さくなるように制御する。偏差ベクトル軌跡Etは、「Start」が始点であり、「Goal」が終点である。ビートレス制御による偏差ベクトルEの動作パターン(制御部400の挙動に対応する偏差ベクトル軌跡Et)は、ビートレス制御の内部に積分制御が含まれている場合、回転量θRに応じて、おおまかに4種類に分類できる。
 図11に示す第1の動作パターンは、回転量θRが最適な状態にあるときである。この状態のときにビートレス制御部18がビートレス制御を開始すると、ecosとesinとから構成される偏差ベクトルEは、積分制御の作用によって、最短距離で原点に近付いていく。
 図12に示す第2の動作パターンは、回転量θRが最適値から±90度未満の範囲内にあるときである。このときに、ビートレス制御部18がビートレス制御を開始すると、偏差ベクトルEは、螺旋を描きながら原点に近付いていく。
 図13に示す第3の動作パターンは、回転量θRが最適値から±90度よりも離れているときである。このときに、ビートレス制御部18がビートレス制御を開始すると、偏差ベクトルEは螺旋を描きながら原点から遠ざかっていく。
 図示していない第4の動作パターンは、回転量θRが最悪な状態(最適値から180度離れている状態)にあるときである。このときに、ビートレス制御部18がビートレス制御を開始すると、偏差ベクトルEは原点から一直線で遠ざかっていく。
 以上のように、脈動抑制部104は、適切な回転量θRが与えられていれば、偏差ecosおよび偏差esinをゼロに制御することが可能であるが、回転量θRが不適切である場合、偏差ecos,sinが発散してしまう。
 なお、ビートレス制御部18内に積分制御部が配置されていない場合(例えば、P制御が利用されている場合)は、偏差ecos,esinが発散することはないものの、回転量θRが不適切な時には制御効果が減少するという点では、ビートレス制御部18内に積分制御部が配置されている場合と同じである。
 実施の形態1の駆動装置4は、電源インピーダンスの変化によって回転量θRの最適値が変化した場合であっても、変化した回転量θRの最適値を算出して調整する。ビートレス制御がLC共振を励起するか否かは、電源インピーダンスによって決まる。このため、ビートレス制御がLC共振を励起してしまった時に、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動振幅は増加する。これに伴い、回転量θRの最適値は変化する。そのため、回転量θRが固定値として設定されると、電源インピーダンスの値によってはビートレス制御が図13に示したように不安定化する場合がある。前述したように、電源インピーダンスは、時間によって変化し、かつ未知の値であり、その正確な値をリアルタイムで知ることは難しいので、従来の技術では回転量θRの最適値を算出することはできない。
 実施の形態1のビートレス制御部18は、dq軸電流のノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動のcos成分であるycos、またはsin成分であるysinが意図せずに増加している場合、この増加を検知して、回転量θRを調整する。これにより、ビートレス制御部18は、電源インピーダンスによらず常にビート振動を抑制できる。
 図14は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部がビートレス制御を実行した場合の偏差ベクトルの動作パターンを示す図である。図14の横軸はcos成分(ecos)であり、縦軸はsin成分(esin)である。図14では、ビートレス制御部18がビートレス制御を実行した場合の、ecosおよびesinから構成される偏差ベクトルE(図示せず)の動作パターンである偏差ベクトル軌跡Etを示している。偏差ベクトル軌跡Etは、「Start」が始点であり、「Goal」が終点である。
 実施の形態1の駆動装置4は、dq軸電流のノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動のcos成分であるycosまたはsin成分であるysinが意図せずに増加している場合、この増加を検知する。回転量調整部205は、ycosおよびysinの意図しない増加を検知すると、ビートレス制御が異常状態にある(回転量θRが不適切な状態である)と判断し、回転量θRを修正する。回転量調整部205は、この修正動作によってycosおよびysinを減少させる探索方向を発見することで、偏差ベクトルEを最終的にゼロにする。
 ここでビートレス制御部18が修正する探索方向の概念について説明する。図15は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部が修正する探索方向を説明するための第1の説明図である。図16は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部が修正する探索方向を説明するための第2の説明図である。図17は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部が修正する探索方向を説明するための第3の説明図である。図18は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部が修正する探索方向を説明するための第4の説明図である。
 図15~図18では、ビートレス制御部18が修正する探索方向のイメージを示している。図15~図18の横軸はcos成分(ecos,eRcos,xcos)であり、縦軸はsin成分(esin,eRsin,xsin)である。図15~図17では、図11~図13に対し、回転演算後の偏差ベクトルER(図示せず)の動作パターン(軌跡)である偏差ベクトル軌跡ERtと、出力信号ベクトルx(図示せず)の動作パターンである出力信号軌跡xtと、探索方向のイメージを表す扇形領域とを追記している。回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERは、回転演算部202によって回転演算前の偏差ベクトルEを回転演算した回転結果のベクトルである。出力信号軌跡xtは、ビートレス制御の出力信号ベクトルxの軌跡である。
 偏差ベクトルERは、原点から(eRcos,eRsin)に向かうベクトルであり、偏差ベクトルEは、前述したように、原点から(ecos,esin)に向かうベクトルである。ここでは、回転演算前の偏差ベクトルEおよび回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERの理想値が、ゼロ(原点)である場合について説明する。
 図15~図18では、探索方向のイメージを、人間の視野を模した扇形の図形(扇形領域)で示している。扇形領域の中心がある時刻での出力信号ベクトルxの位置であるとした場合、扇形領域の弧の部分がその時刻での前方方向の視野のイメージである。
 具体的には、図15では、探索方向のイメージを探索方向イメージSD1で示し、図16では、探索方向のイメージを探索方向イメージSD2,SD3で示している。また、図17では、探索方向のイメージを探索方向イメージSD4,SD5,SD6で示し、図18では、探索方向のイメージを探索方向イメージSD7,SD8で示している。
 図15に示す探索方向イメージSD1は、回転量θRが最適な値である場合の探索方向イメージである。回転量θRが最適な場合、探索方向イメージSD1は、探索を開始してから完了するまで変化させる必要がない。
 図16に示す探索方向イメージSD2,SD3は、回転量θRが適切な値である場合の探索方向イメージである。探索方向イメージSD2は、探索を開始した際の探索方向のイメージであり、探索方向イメージSD3は、探索を完了できた際の探索方向のイメージである。すなわち、探索方向イメージSD3は、探索方向イメージSD2を用いた探索開始から特定時間が経過した後の探索方向イメージである。
 図17に示す探索方向イメージSD4,SD5,SD6は、回転量θRが不適切な値である場合の探索方向イメージである。探索方向イメージSD4は、探索を開始した際の探索方向のイメージであり、探索方向イメージSD5は、探索中の探索方向のイメージであり、探索方向イメージSD6は、探索を失敗した際の探索方向のイメージである。すなわち、探索方向イメージSD5は、探索方向イメージSD4を用いた探索開始から特定時間が経過した後の探索方向イメージである。探索方向イメージSD6は、探索方向イメージSD5を用いた探索から特定時間が経過した後の探索方向イメージである。
 図15~図17では、回転演算前の偏差ベクトルEが、偏差ベクトルEの初期値Esの地点から偏差ベクトルEの理想値Eiの地点(原点)へと向かおうとする際の軌跡を偏差ベクトル軌跡Etとして図示している。
 また、図15~図17では、回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERが、偏差ベクトルERの初期値ERsの地点から偏差ベクトルERの理想値Eiの地点(原点)へと向かおうとする際の軌跡を偏差ベクトル軌跡ERtとして図示している。
 また、図18では、図17に示すように回転量θRが不適切で探索に失敗し、回転量θRが調整された後に、偏差ベクトルERの初期値ERsの地点から偏差ベクトルERの理想値Eiの地点(原点)へと向かおうとする際の軌跡を偏差ベクトル軌跡ERt2として図示している。
 ここでは、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値を探索することができれば、回転演算前の偏差ベクトルEおよび回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERをゼロにすることができるものとする。ただし、ビートレス制御部18は、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値が図中のどこにあるかを事前に知ることはできない。
 ビートレス制御部18は、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値の探索に成功したか否かを、偏差ベクトルE,ERを観測することによってのみ判断できる。ただし、出力信号ベクトルxは、探索範囲が制限されている。すなわち、出力信号ベクトルxには、探索可能な範囲である探索可能範囲SRが設けられている。出力信号ベクトルxの理想値が探索可能範囲SR内にない場合は偏差ベクトルE,ERをゼロにすることができないので、ビートレス制御部18は、探索可能範囲SR内で偏差ベクトルE,ERを最小化するような出力信号ベクトルxを探索するものとする。
 出力信号ベクトルxの初期値xsは任意の値であり、多くの場合はゼロに設定されるが、ここでは作図の都合上、非ゼロの値としている。また、偏差ベクトルE,ERの初期値は、非ゼロの任意の値とした。図15~図17では、偏差ベクトルEの初期値を初期値Esで示し、偏差ベクトルERの初期値を初期値ERsで示している。なお、偏差ベクトルERの初期値ERsは、偏差ベクトルEの初期値Esと同じであってもよい。
 図15では、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部18が、回転量θRが最適な状態にあるときにビートレス制御を実行した場合の偏差ベクトルE,ERおよび出力信号ベクトルxの動作パターンを表している。
 偏差ベクトルEの軌跡である偏差ベクトル軌跡Etと、回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERの軌跡である偏差ベクトル軌跡ERtとは、回転量θRの分だけ位相が異なっている。回転量θRが理想的な状態にあるとき、偏差ベクトルE,ERは、初期値Es,ERsから偏差ベクトルE,ERの理想の地点である理想値Ei(原点)に向かって最短距離で移動していく。そのためには、出力信号ベクトルxも同様に初期値xsから出力信号ベクトルxの理想の地点である理想値xiに向かって最短距離で移動する必要がある。
 出力信号ベクトルxは、偏差ベクトルERを積分したベクトルであるので、偏差ベクトルERの方向と理想的な出力信号ベクトルxの移動方向とが一致していなければ、出力信号ベクトルxの最短距離での移動は不可能である。この場合において、偏差ベクトルERの方向を調整するためのパラメータが回転量θRであるので、ビートレス制御部18は、回転量θRを最適な状態にすれば、偏差ベクトルE,ERを理想値Eiに向かって最短距離で移動させることができる。
 出力信号ベクトルxは、原点から見た偏差ベクトルERの向きに沿って移動していくので、原点から見た偏差ベクトルERの向きは出力信号ベクトルxの探索方向であると考えることができる。あるいは、ビートレス制御の探索方向は、出力信号ベクトルxのおおよその進行方向であると言える。
 図15に示す扇形領域(探索方向イメージSD1)は、回転量θRが最適値である場合の視野に対応している。この場合、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiが探索方向の延長線上にあるので、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiの探索はスムーズに成功する。
 図16に示す扇形領域(探索方向イメージSD2,SD3)は、回転量θRが最適値から±90度未満の範囲内にある場合の視野に対応している。この場合、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiの方向と探索方向との間に多少のずれがある。ビートレス制御部18における内部の積分制御(積分制御部203A,203Bによる積分制御)によって探索方向の多少のずれは許容されるので、ビートレス制御部18は、偏差ベクトルE,ERを最終的に理想値Eiに到達させることができる。ただし、出力信号ベクトルxが、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiに最短距離で向かわない分、偏差ベクトルE,ERは螺旋を描くような形で減少していくことになる。
 図17に示す扇形領域(探索方向イメージSD4,SD5,SD6)は、回転量θRが最適値から±90度よりも離れている場合の視野に対応している。この場合、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiの方向と探索方向との間に大きなずれがある。この場合、ビートレス制御部18は、出力信号ベクトルxを変化させても偏差ベクトルE,ERが意図した通りに減少しないので、探索方向が一意に定まらず、偏差ベクトルE,ERが理想値Eiとは異なる地点に向かうように出力信号ベクトルxを操作してしまう。このため、ビートレス制御部18は、偏差ベクトルE,ERが螺旋を描くような軌跡で偏差ベクトルE,ERを増加させてしまい、ビートレス制御に失敗する。
 図17では、探索に失敗したことが検知された際の偏差ベクトルE,ERの地点を、それぞれ偏差ベクトルEf,ERfで示している。また、図17では、探索に失敗したことが検知された際の出力信号ベクトルxの地点を到達値xfで示している。
 実施の形態1では、偏差ベクトルE,ERが図17に示すような動作を行った場合に備えて、ビートレス制御部18に、回転量θRの最適値の探索に失敗したことを検知する探索失敗検知部が設けられてもよい。図17で説明した動作において探索に失敗した原因は、探索方向が不適切であった(言い換えると、回転量θRが不適切であった)からである。ビートレス制御部18は、探索に失敗した場合は探索の失敗を検知して探索方向を修正することで、いずれ回転量θRの最適値の探索に成功することができる。
 図18では、回転量θRの最適値の探索に失敗した後、探索方向を修正して再度探索が実行された場合の動作イメージを示している。すなわち、図18に示す挙動は、ビートレス制御部18が、探索の失敗を検知した場合に、回転量θRを調整し、回転量θRを適切な値に再設定したときの挙動である。なお、図18でも図17と同様に、探索に失敗したことが検知された際の偏差ベクトルE,ERの地点を、それぞれ偏差ベクトルEf,ERfで示している。
 図18では、修正前の回転量を回転量BθRで示し、修正後の回転量を回転量AθRで示している。また、図18では、探索に失敗したことが検知された際の探索方向イメージSD7に対して、ビートレス制御部18が、回転量BθRを調整した後の探索方向イメージを探索方向イメージSD8で示している。ビートレス制御部18が回転量BθRを調整すると、回転量が回転量AθRとなり、回転演算後の偏差ベクトルERおよび探索方向が変化する。
 図18では、回転量BθRが調整された後の出力信号ベクトルxの軌跡を軌跡xt2で示している。また、図18では、調整後の回転量AθRによって回転演算された偏差ベクトルERの軌跡を偏差ベクトル軌跡ERt2で示している。また、図18では、調整後の回転量AθRによって回転演算された偏差ベクトルEの軌跡を偏差ベクトル軌跡Et2で示している。
 仮に、回転量BθRの調整によって回転量AθRが最適値となった場合、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiは探索方向の延長線上にくるので、最適値の探索はスムーズに完了する。
 なお、図18では、説明の都合上、1度の回転量θRの調整で回転量θRを最適値に調整できた場合について説明したが、実際には回転量θRの最適値は不明であるので、回転量θRの調整は積分制御部203A,203Bによって複数回に渡って少しずつ行われる。
 また、ビートレス制御部18は、後述の外積演算とPID制御とを組み合わせた方法によって、ビートレス制御の動作中に常に回転量θRを修正し続けてもよい。このような回転量θRの修正プロセスによって、偏差ベクトルEは、図14に示したような複雑な偏差ベクトル軌跡Etを通って原点に近づく場合がある。また、偏差ベクトルEは、図18に示したように、回転量θRの修正後に、偏差ベクトルEが直線的な偏差ベクトル軌跡Et2で原点に向かう場合もある。
 ビートレス制御では、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiが何れの地点にあるかは不明であり、出力信号ベクトルxが不適切な方向に操作されてしまうとビート振動が増加してしまうので、出力信号ベクトルxの理想値xiの探索は慎重に行われる必要がある。このため、実施の形態1では、ビートレス制御部18が、ビートレス制御の探索方向を適宜修正することで、出力信号ベクトルxが理想値xiに確実に到達できるようにしている。
 回転量調整部205は、何れの方法によって回転量θRを調整してもよい。回転量調整部205は、例えば、後述の外積演算とPID制御とを組み合わせた方法によって回転量θRを修正(調整)する。また、回転量調整部205は、AI(Artificial Intelligence、人工知能)または機械学習を用いて回転量θRを自動探索してもよい。
 ここで、回転量θRの調整方法の一例について説明する。図19は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部がビートレス制御を実行している際の偏差ベクトルの第1の挙動を示す図である。図20は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部がビートレス制御を実行している際の偏差ベクトルの第2の挙動を示す図である。図21は、実施の形態1にかかるビートレス制御部がビートレス制御を実行している際の偏差ベクトルの第3の挙動を示す図である。
 図19~図21の横軸はcos成分(ecos)であり、縦軸はsin成分(esin)である。図19~図21では、脈動抑制部104がビートレス制御を実行している際のecosおよびesinから構成される偏差ベクトルEの挙動を模式的に示している。
 脈動抑制部104は、ビートレス制御が適切に行われているか否かを、偏差ベクトルEと、偏差ベクトルEの時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとを調べることで判別できる。以下、偏差ベクトルEの時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eを時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eという場合がある。
 図19に示す偏差ベクトルEの第1の挙動のように、偏差ベクトルEと時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとが逆位相である場合、脈動抑制部104は、ビートレス制御が良好に行われていると判断する。
 また、図20に示す偏差ベクトルEの第2の挙動のように、偏差ベクトルEの垂直線よりも時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eの向きが内側(原点側)にある場合、脈動抑制部104は、ビートレス制御はある程度適切に行われていると判断する。
 図21に示す偏差ベクトルEの第3の挙動のように、偏差ベクトルEの垂直線よりも時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eの向きが外側にある場合、脈動抑制部104は、ビートレス制御が適切に行われていないと判断する。
 図21に示す偏差ベクトルEの状態を放置すると、ビートレス制御が不安定化して発散するので、脈動抑制部104は、偏差ベクトルEが図19または図20に示す状態になるように回転量θRを修正する。
 なお、脈動抑制部104は、図20に示すように、偏差ベクトルEの垂直線よりも時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eの向きが内側にある場合に、時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eの向きがさらに内側に向くように回転量θRを修正してもよい。
 脈動抑制部104は、回転量θRを修正するために、ビートレス制御が適切に行われているか否かを定量的な数値(評価値)で評価する。脈動抑制部104は、評価値に応じた修正量で回転量θRを修正する。
 図22は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制部が、ビートレス制御が適切に行われているか否かを評価するための評価値を説明するための図である。図22の横軸はcos成分であり、縦軸はsin成分である。
 図22では、評価値の定義の一例を示している。脈動抑制部104は、例えば、偏差ベクトルEと、偏差ベクトルEの時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとの外積(2つのベクトルがなす平行四辺形の面積)を利用して、ビートレス制御の動作の妥当性を評価する。ここでは、ビートレス制御が適切に行われているか否かを評価するための評価値をCdで示している。偏差ベクトルEと、偏差ベクトルEの時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとの外積がCdである。
 脈動抑制部104は、偏差ベクトルEと、偏差ベクトルEの時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとがなす平行四辺形の面積が小さいほど、回転量θRの修正量を小さくする。これにより、偏差ベクトルEと時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとのなす角度が180度に近いほど、または0度に近いほど回転量θRの修正量が小さくなる。すなわち、脈動抑制部104は、偏差ベクトルEと時間微分ベクトル(d/dt)Eとのなす角度が90度に近いほど回転量θRの修正量を大きくする。
 図23は、実施の形態1にかかる脈動抑制部が有する回転量調整部の構成を示す図である。実施の形態1の回転量調整部205は、外積演算部300と、不感帯305と、PID制御部306と、加算器309とを有している。
 外積演算部300は、疑似微分器302A,302Bと、乗算器303A,303Bと、減算器304とを備えている。
 なお、図23で示している記号sはラプラス演算子である。回転量調整部205に対しては、疑似微分器302A,302Bの代わりに、ローパスフィルタ(LPF)のない微分器が用いられてもよいが、図23では、微分ノイズを除去するためのローパスフィルタが付与された疑似微分器302A,302Bが用いられる場合について説明する。
 外積演算部300へは、減算器201Aから偏差ecosが入力され、減算器201Bから偏差esinが入力される。
 外積演算部300は、前述の外積演算によって評価値であるCdを計算する。外積演算部300では、偏差ecosが疑似微分器302Aおよび乗算器303Bに入力され、偏差esinが疑似微分器302Bおよび乗算器303Aに入力される。
 疑似微分器302Aは、偏差ecosを時間tで微分してローパスフィルタを通すことによって(d/dt)ecosを算出し、乗算器303Aに出力する。乗算器303Aは、esinと(d/dt)ecosとを乗算し、乗算結果を減算器304に出力する。
 疑似微分器302Bは、偏差esinを時間tで微分してローパスフィルタを通すことによって(d/dt)esinを算出し、乗算器303Bに出力する。乗算器303Bは、ecosと(d/dt)esinとを乗算し、乗算結果を減算器304に出力する。
 減算器304は、乗算器303Aから出力された乗算結果から、乗算器303Bから出力された乗算結果を減算することで、評価値であるCdを計算する。減算器304は、Cdを不感帯305に出力する。
 不感帯305は、ビートレス制御が最終値に収束した後に回転量θRの調整を停止させる。回転量θRの調整が必要以上に行われることは、ビートレス制御の安定性の面で好ましくないので、実施の形態1の回転量調整部205は、ビートレス制御が最終値に収束した後、不感帯305によって回転量θRの調整を停止させている。なお、回転量調整部205が不感帯305を用いることは一例であり、回転量θRの調整を停止させるための仕組みとして不感帯305以外の他の回路等が用いられてもよい。
 PID制御部306は、不感帯305から出力されてくる信号に対してPID制御を実行し、回転量θRを加算器309に出力する。なお、回転量θRの調整も何れの回路を用いて行われてもよい。回転量θRの調整は、例えば、PI制御を実行するPI制御部で行われてもよい。さらに良い制御結果が期待できるのであれば、別種類の制御部またはAIを用いて回転量θRが調整されてもよい。
 加算器309は、PID制御部306から送られてくる回転量θRに予め記憶しておいたデフォルト値(例えば、90度)を加算することで回転量θRを修正する。加算器309は、加算結果である回転量θRを回転演算部202に出力する。
 このように、実施の形態1の回転量調整部205は、回転量θRを、デフォルト値と、PID制御部306からの出力との和によって決定する。
 回転量調整部205が回転量θRを変化させると、ビートレス制御の動作が適正化され、評価値Cdが減少していく。評価値Cdが特定値まで減少すると、回転量θRの変化が停止する。このとき、回転量θRは、適切な値になっているので、偏差ベクトルEはいずれゼロに収束する。
 実施の形態1においてノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動の最小化を目指す理由は、最小化がインバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域(インバータ過変調領域)で実現できる最も良い状態だからである。直流母線電圧VDCが脈動している場合、dq軸電流の両方に脈動が生じるが、dq軸電流脈動の両方を同時に抑制するためには、電圧の振幅と位相との両方を操作しなければならない。これは制御自由度の観点から考えて自明なことである。インバータ過変調のときのように電圧の位相しかコントロールできない状態では、制御部400が制御できるパラメータは1つだけである。したがって、このような状況下において、制御部400では、電圧の位相を制御することで、ノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動の最小化を目指す。
 このように、制御部400は、電圧の位相を適切に操作することで任意のノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動を最小化する。ただし、積分制御を利用して最適な電圧位相の操作量θbを決定(探索)しようとした場合、図13で説明したような制御発散が生じることがある。直流リアクトル8またはコンデンサ9を小容量化していくと、電源インピーダンスの影響を受けやすくなり、ビートレス制御がますます不安定化しやすくなる。こういった制御の不安定化を防ぐため、実施の形態1の制御部400は、回転量θRを自動的に調整する。
 電流のノルムまたは重み付きノルムの脈動成分を常にゼロにできるようになったことで、ビートレス制御によってLC共振が励起される場合がある。このため、実施の形態1の制御部400は、LC共振を検知してビートレス制御のリミット値を引き下げる。これにより、LC共振角周波数ωLCが外乱角周波数ωdisに接近しているケースでも、制御部400は、LC共振の影響を低減し、良好な電流波形を得ることができる。
 駆動装置4を上述した構成とすることで、駆動装置4は、幅広い電源環境に対応することができるので、ビート振動による相電流の脈動を的確に抑えることができる。駆動装置4が、どのようなノルムの脈動を低減するかによってビートレス制御の効果は変わってくる。制御部400は、LC共振を検知してビートレス制御のリミット値を引き下げることで、例えば、電流ピーク値の増加によるモータ効率の悪化、過電流保護の制約による交流電動機1の最大出力の低下、交流電動機1の振動および騒音の増加などを防ぐことができる。
 図24は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置の制御部が実行する制御処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。制御部400は、電流検出部12によって検出された交流電動機1に流れる相電流(相電流ベクトルIuvw)を電流検出部12から取得する(ステップS10)。続いて、制御部400は、直流母線電圧検出部10によって検出されたコンデンサ9の両端電圧である直流母線電圧VDCを直流母線電圧検出部10から取得する(ステップS20)。
 その後、座標変換部17は、電流の座標変換演算を行う(ステップS30)。すなわち、座標変換部17は、電流検出部12から受け付けた相電流ベクトルIuvwを、推定磁極位置θ^eを用いてdq軸電流ベクトルIdqに座標変換する。
 回転子位置演算部14は、回転子位置を演算する(ステップS40)。これにより、回転子位置演算部14は、交流電動機1の回転子の位置情報および回転子の速度情報を取得する。具体的には、回転子位置演算部14は、dq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqとdq軸電流ベクトルIdqとから、回転子の位置情報である推定磁極位置θ^eと、回転子の速度情報である推定角速度ω^eとを推定する。
 電圧指令決定部15は、交流電動機1を所望の速度およびトルクで回転させるための電圧指令を演算する(ステップS50)。具体的には、電圧指令決定部15は、速度指令ω* eと、推定角速度ω^eとが一致するように、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqからdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを演算する。
 ビートレス制御部18は、ビートレス制御演算を実行する(ステップS60)。これにより、ビートレス制御部18は、電圧位相の操作量θbを決定する。具体的には、ビートレス制御部18は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqの中に含まれる外乱周波数fdisの成分を抽出し、抽出した成分を低減する電圧位相の操作量θbを決定する。
 座標変換部16は、電圧指令を三相座標上の値に座標変換する(ステップS70)。具体的には、座標変換部16は、電圧位相の操作量θbと推定磁極位置θ^eとの和である位相角θ^ebを用いてdq軸電圧指令ベクトルV* dqを三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwに変換する。
 変調部13は、変調演算を実行する(ステップS80)。具体的には、変調部13は、直流母線電圧VDCおよび三相電圧指令ベクトルV* uvwに基づいて、PWM信号を決定する。変調部13は、インバータ11にPWM信号を与える。
 つぎに、ビートレス制御部18の動作について説明する。図25は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置のビートレス制御部が実行するビートレス制御処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。
 ビートレス制御部18では、重み係数設定部102が、予め記憶しておいた重み係数w1,w2をノルム演算部101に設定する(ステップS110)。ノルム演算部101は、ノルム演算を実行する(ステップS120)。すなわち、ノルム演算部101は、dq軸電流ベクトルIdqのノルムまたは重み付きノルムを計算する。
 脈動抽出部103は、ノルム演算部101で計算されたノルムまたは重み付きノルムの脈動抽出演算を実行する(ステップS130)。すなわち、脈動抽出部103は、外乱周波数fdisの成分および外乱周波数fdisの整数倍の高調波成分に基づいて、ノルムまたは重み付きノルムに含まれる脈動成分を抽出する。脈動抽出部103は、ノルムの脈動のsin成分およびcos成分をそれぞれysin、ycosとして脈動抑制部104に出力する。
 リミット値決定部105は、共振検知信号に基づいて、リミット値演算を実行する(ステップS140)。脈動抑制部104は、脈動抑制演算を実行する(ステップS150)。すなわち、脈動抑制部104は、リミット値の範囲内でysin、ycosが低減されるような電圧位相の操作量θbを計算する。
 つぎに、脈動抑制部104の動作について説明する。図26は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置の脈動抑制部が実行する脈動抑制処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。脈動抑制部104は、以下の手順でノルムまたは重み付けノルムの脈動が最小となる点を決定する。
 減算器201Aは、cos成分の偏差ecosを演算し、減算器201Bは、sin成分の偏差esinを演算する(ステップS210)。回転量調整部205は、回転量θRを回転演算部202に設定し、cos成分の偏差ecos、およびsin成分の偏差esinを用いて、回転量θRを修正する(ステップS220)。回転量調整部205は、調整した回転量θRを回転演算部202に設定する。
 回転演算部202は、回転量θRを用いて、ベクトルの回転演算を行う(ステップS230)。具体的には、回転演算部202は、ecosと、esinと、回転量θRとを式(3)に適用することで、回転演算後のcos成分であるeRcosと、回転演算後のsin成分であるeRsinとを演算する。
 積分制御部203A,203Bは、積分制御演算を実行する(ステップS240)。具体的には、積分制御部203Aは、回転演算後のeRcosを積分することで、ビートレス制御の出力信号のcos成分であるxcosを決定し、積分制御部203Bは、回転演算後のeRsinを積分することで、ビートレス制御の出力信号のsin成分であるxsinを決定する。
 交流復元部204は、交流復元演算を実行する(ステップS250)。具体的には、交流復元部204は、式(4)~式(6)にxcos、xsin、およびfdisを適用することで、電圧位相の操作量θbを演算する。駆動装置4は、電圧位相の操作量θbを用いて交流電動機1を駆動することで、動作条件が大きく変化しても、電流のビート振動を効果的に抑制することが可能となる。
 つぎに、回転量調整部205の動作について説明する。図27は、実施の形態1にかかる回転量調整部が実行する回転量調整処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。
 外積演算部300は、ビートレス制御が適切に行われているかを判定するための評価値であるCdを、外積演算によって計算する(ステップS320)。すなわち、外積演算部300は、減算器201Aが演算したcos成分の偏差ecosと、減算器201Bが演算した偏差esinとに基づいて、評価値であるCdを演算する。
 回転量調整部205の不感帯305は、不感帯処理を実行する(ステップS330)。回転量調整部205のPID制御部306は、PID制御演算を行い(ステップS340)、評価値Cdがゼロになるように回転量θRを修正する。
 加算器309は、加算処理を実行する(ステップS370)。具体的には、加算器309は、PID制御部306から送られてくる回転量θRにデフォルト値(例えば、90度)を加算することで回転量θRを調整する。
 つづいて、駆動装置4が備える制御部400のハードウェア構成について説明する。図28は、実施の形態1にかかる駆動装置が備える制御部を実現するハードウェア構成の一例を示す図である。
 制御部400は、プロセッサ91、メモリ92、および周辺機器93により実現される。なお、実施の形態1だけでなく、他の実施の形態においても、制御部400は、プロセッサ91、メモリ92、および周辺機器93により実現される。
 制御部400の各機能は、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはソフトウェアとファームウェアとの組み合わせにより実現される。ソフトウェアまたはファームウェアは制御プログラムとして記述され、メモリ92に格納される。制御部400を実現する処理回路では、メモリ92に記憶された制御プログラムをプロセッサ91が読み出して実行することにより、各機能を実現する。この制御プログラムは、制御プログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体により提供されてもよいし、通信媒体など他の手段により提供されてもよい。制御プログラムは、図24のステップS10~S80の処理を制御部400に実行させるプログラムであるとも言える。
 プロセッサ91は、CPU(Central Processing Unit、中央処理装置、処理装置、演算装置、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコンピュータ、プロセッサ、DSP(Digital Signal Processor)ともいう)、またはシステムLSI(Large Scale Integration)である。
 メモリ92は、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、フラッシュメモリー、EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)、EEPROM(登録商標)(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)といった不揮発性または揮発性の半導体メモリを例示できる。また、メモリ92は、これらに限定されず、磁気ディスク、光ディスク、コンパクトディスク、ミニディスク、またはDVD(Digital Versatile Disc)でもよい。
 周辺機器93は、例えば、PWMパルス発生回路、アナログデジタル変換回路、エンコーダカウンタなどである。PWMパルス発生回路は、変調部13に配置されている。PWMパルス発生回路は、インバータ11およびAC-DCコンバータの駆動に用いられる。
 アナログデジタル変換回路は、変調部13、座標変換部17などに配置されている。アナログデジタル変換回路は、例えば、直流母線電圧VDCおよび交流電動機1の相電流の検出などに用いられる。
 エンコーダカウンタは、圧縮機3に配置された位置センサによって回転子の位置が検出される場合に、回転子位置演算部14に配置される。エンコーダカウンタは、例えば、回転子位置情報の取得に用いられる。
 このように、実施の形態1によれば、駆動装置4の制御部400は、脈動成分を最小化するような電圧位相の操作量θbを計算するので、電圧指令の振幅を操作することができないインバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域においても、意図した通りに脈動を小さくすることができる。
 また、制御部400は、LC共振を検知するとビートレス制御のリミット値を引き下げるので、LC共振角周波数ωLCが外乱角周波数ωdisに接近しているケースでも、LC共振の影響を低減し、種々の電源環境において良好な電流波形を得ることができる。これにより、制御部400は、種々の電源環境において、煩雑な制御調整を行うことなく、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動によって生じるビート振動を効果的に抑制することができる。
 また、制御部400は、ビート振動を効果的に抑制することができるので、直流リアクトル8およびコンデンサ9の小型化および小容量化が可能となる。これにより、駆動装置4の製造コストを低減できるとともに、省エネルギー性能の向上を図ることができる。
 また、制御部400は、ビート振動の抑制によって、電流ピーク値の増加によるモータ効率の悪化、過電流保護の制約によるモータの最大出力の低下、交流電動機1の振動および騒音の増加などを防ぐことができる。
 また、制御部400は、抽出された脈動成分を最小化するような電圧位相の操作量θbを演算し、この操作量θbを用いてインバータ11を制御するので、駆動装置4の運転条件、駆動装置4の設置条件によらず電流脈動の低減効果を容易に安定させることができる。したがって、制御部400は、駆動装置4の動作条件および設置条件が大きく変化しても、電流のビート振動を効果的に抑制することができる。
実施の形態2.
 つぎに、図29から図33を用いて実施の形態2について説明する。実施の形態1では、電源インピーダンスの変化によって、回転量θRの最適値が変化することについて説明した。回転量θRが最適値から外れている場合、回転量θRの最適値を探索する時間が長くなるので、ビートレス制御の制御応答が緩慢になる場合がある。そこで、実施の形態2では、LC共振を検知したときに回転量θRの探索時間を短縮するために、回転量θRを回転量補正値によって補正する。
 図29は、実施の形態2にかかる駆動装置が備えるビートレス制御部の構成を示す図である。図29の各構成要素のうち図5に示す実施の形態1のビートレス制御部18と同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 実施の形態2のビートレス制御部18Aは、実施の形態1のビートレス制御部18が備える構成要素に加えて、回転量補正値演算部106を有している。また、ビートレス制御部18Aは、ビートレス制御部18と比較して、脈動抑制部104の代わりに脈動抑制部104Aを有している。
 ビートレス制御部18Aでは、回転量補正値演算部106およびリミット値決定部105が、共振検知部20から共振検知信号を受け付ける。回転量補正値演算部106は、共振検知信号を受け付けると、回転量補正値を演算する。回転量補正値は、回転量θRを補正するための値である。
 回転量補正値演算部106は、予め共振検知信号と回転量補正値との対応関係を示す補正値情報を記憶しておく。回転量補正値演算部106は、補正値情報と、共振検知部20から受け付けた共振検知信号とに基づいて、回転量補正値を演算する。
 回転量補正値は、デフォルトではゼロであるが、回転量補正値演算部106が、共振検知部20から共振検知信号を受け付けた際には、非ゼロの値(ゼロ以外の値)となる。すなわち、回転量補正値は、LC共振検知時には非ゼロの値となる。
 回転量補正値演算部106は、LC共振の発生リスクおよび発生度合いの少なくとも一方に応じて、回転量補正値の大きさを変えてもよい。例えば、共振検知信号に直流母線電圧VDCの脈動振幅である|VdcDis|が含まれている場合、回転量補正値演算部106は、|VdcDis|が大きいほど回転量補正値を大きくしてもよい。また、回転量補正値演算部106は、共振検知信号を受け付けた頻度を演算し、頻度が多いほど回転量補正値を大きくしてもよい。
 回転量補正値演算部106は、回転量補正値を変化させた場合、変化させた回転量補正値を脈動抑制部104Aに出力する。なお、回転量補正値演算部106は、回転量補正値を変化させていない場合に、変化させていない回転量補正値(デフォルト値であるゼロ)を脈動抑制部104Aに出力してもよい。
 脈動抑制部104Aは、回転量補正値を受け付けると、回転量θRを回転量補正値によって補正する。以下では、補正値情報が、共振検知信号と回転量補正値との対応関係を示すグラフである場合について説明するが、補正値情報は、共振検知信号と回転量補正値との対応関係を示すテーブルであってもよい。
 図30は、実施の形態2にかかるビートレス制御部が用いる補正値情報の第1例を説明するための図である。図30に示すグラフの横軸は脈動振幅(|VdcDis|)であり、縦軸は回転量補正値である。
 ビートレス制御部18Aの回転量補正値演算部106は、図30に示すグラフに対応する補正値情報を予め記憶しておく。例えば、共振検知信号に直流母線電圧VDCの脈動振幅である|VdcDis|が含まれている場合、回転量補正値演算部106は、脈動振幅および補正値情報に基づいて、LC共振が励起されているか否かを判断する。
 回転量補正値演算部106は、|VdcDis|が特定の閾値よりも大きくなった場合に、ビートレス制御がLC共振を励起していると判断できる。例えば、補正値情報が図30に示す情報である場合、回転量補正値演算部106は、|VdcDis|が閾値p1よりも大きくなった場合に、回転量補正値を非ゼロの値にする。この場合において、回転量補正値演算部106は、補正値情報に基づいて、|VdcDis|に対応する値を回転量補正値として演算する。なお、回転量θRの探索時間を短縮できるのであれば、回転量補正値を何れの値にするかは自由に決められてよい。
 また、ダイオード整流器7に接続された何れかの電力線に電流センサが取り付けられて、共振検知部20が、この電流センサが検知した電流からLC共振の発生の有無を判定する場合、原理上はLC共振角周波数そのものを計算できる。この場合、共振検知部20は、LC共振角周波数を共振検知信号に含めて回転量補正値演算部106に出力する。
 回転量補正値演算部106は、回転量補正値をLC共振角周波数の推定値の関数とした補正値情報(第2例)を記憶しておく。図31は、実施の形態2にかかるビートレス制御部が用いる補正値情報の第2例を説明するための図である。
 図31に示すグラフの横軸はLC共振角周波数の推定値であるω^LCであり、縦軸は回転量補正値である。図31では、回転量補正値がLC共振角周波数の推定値の関数である場合の補正値情報を示している。
 ビートレス制御部18Aの回転量補正値演算部106は、図31に示すグラフに対応する補正値情報を予め記憶しておく。例えば、共振検知信号にLC共振角周波数の推定値であるω^LCが含まれている場合、回転量補正値演算部106は、LC共振角周波数の推定値および補正値情報に基づいて、ビートレス制御がLC共振を励起しているか否かを判断する。
 ω^LC(LC共振角周波数の推定値)がωdis(fdisを角周波数に換算した換算結果)に近付くと、直流母線電圧VDCが不安定になるので、回転量補正値演算部106は、ω^LCがωdisに近付くに従って、すなわち、ω^LCが小さくなるほど回転量補正値を大きくする。
 図32は、実施の形態2にかかるビートレス制御部が備える脈動抑制部の構成を示す図である。実施の形態2の脈動抑制部104Aは、実施の形態1の脈動抑制部104と比較して、回転量調整部205の代わりに回転量調整部206を有している。
 回転量調整部206は、回転量補正値演算部106から送られてくる回転量補正値を用いて、回転量θRを決定する。このように、回転量調整部206は、回転量補正値を回転量θRの探索に用いる。回転量調整部206は、回転量θRを回転演算部202に出力する。
 図33は、実施の形態2にかかる脈動抑制部が有する回転量調整部の構成を示す図である。実施の形態2の回転量調整部206は、実施の形態1の回転量調整部205と同様の構成要素を備えている。実施の形態2の回転量調整部206は、実施の形態1の回転量調整部205と比較して、加算器309が実行する処理が異なる。具体的には、実施の形態2の回転量調整部206では、加算器309が、PID制御部306から送られてくる回転量θRに、予め記憶しておいたデフォルト値と、回転量補正値演算部106から送られてくる回転量補正値とを加算することで回転量θRを修正する。加算器309は、加算結果である回転量θRを回転演算部202に出力する。
 このように、駆動装置4は、LC共振の発生リスクおよび発生度合いの少なくとも一方に応じて回転量補正値を変化させているので、回転量θRの最適値を探索する時間を短縮することができる。これにより、駆動装置4は、短時間でビート振動を抑えることができる。
 このように実施の形態2によれば、駆動装置4の制御部400は、LC共振の発生リスクおよび発生度合いの少なくとも一方に応じて回転量補正値を変化させるので、電源インピーダンスによらず、回転量θRの最適値を探索する時間を短縮することができる。これにより、駆動装置4は、直流母線電圧VDCの脈動によって生じるビート振動を短時間で効果的に抑制することができる。
実施の形態3.
 つぎに、図34を用いて実施の形態3について説明する。実施の形態3では、実施の形態1,2で説明した駆動装置4を冷凍サイクル装置に適用する。
 図34は、実施の形態3にかかる冷凍サイクル装置の構成を示す図である。図34の各構成要素のうち図1に示す実施の形態1の駆動装置4および圧縮機3と同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 実施の形態3の冷凍サイクル装置900は、圧縮機駆動システム800を有している。圧縮機駆動システム800は、制御部400を有した駆動装置4と、実施の形態1における交流電動機1を内蔵した圧縮機3とを備えている。また、冷凍サイクル装置900は、四方弁902と、室内熱交換器906と、膨張弁908と、室外熱交換器910と、冷媒配管912とを備えている。
 冷凍サイクル適用機器である冷凍サイクル装置900は、空気調和機、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、ヒートポンプ給湯器といった冷凍サイクルを備える製品に適用することが可能である。圧縮機駆動システム800では、圧縮機3と、駆動装置4と、四方弁902と、室内熱交換器906と、膨張弁908と、室外熱交換器910とが冷媒配管912を介して接続されている。
 圧縮機3の内部には、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構904と、圧縮機構904を動作させる交流電動機1とが設けられている。圧縮機構904が実施の形態1で説明した機械装置2に対応している。冷凍サイクル装置900は、四方弁902の切替動作によって暖房運転または冷房運転をすることができる。圧縮機構904は、可変速制御される交流電動機1によって駆動される。
 暖房運転時には、実線矢印で示すように、冷媒が圧縮機構904で加圧されて送り出され、四方弁902、室内熱交換器906、膨張弁908、室外熱交換器910および四方弁902を通って圧縮機構904に戻る。
 冷房運転時には、破線矢印で示すように、冷媒が圧縮機構904で加圧されて送り出され、四方弁902、室外熱交換器910、膨張弁908、室内熱交換器906および四方弁902を通って圧縮機構904に戻る。
 暖房運転時には、室内熱交換器906が凝縮器として作用して熱放出を行い、室外熱交換器910が蒸発器として作用して熱吸収を行う。冷房運転時には、室外熱交換器910が凝縮器として作用して熱放出を行い、室内熱交換器906が蒸発器として作用し、熱吸収を行う。膨張弁908は、冷媒を減圧して膨張させる。
 このように、実施の形態3によれば、インバータ電圧の電圧飽和領域においても、意図した通りに脈動を小さくすることができるので、冷凍サイクル装置900は、ビート振動の抑制によって、電流ピーク値の増加によるモータ効率の悪化、過電流保護の制約によるモータの最大出力の低下、交流電動機1の振動および騒音の増加などを防ぐことができる。
 また、制御部400は、ビート振動を効果的に抑制することができるので、直流リアクトル8およびコンデンサ9の小型化および小容量化が可能となる。これにより、冷凍サイクル装置900の製造コストを低減できるとともに、省エネルギー性能の向上を図ることができる。
 以上の実施の形態に示した構成は、一例を示すものであり、別の公知の技術と組み合わせることも可能であるし、実施の形態同士を組み合わせることも可能であるし、要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、構成の一部を省略、変更することも可能である。

Claims (7)

  1.  インバータによって交流電動機を駆動する駆動装置であって、
     前記交流電動機に流れる電流を検出する電流検出部と、
     前記交流電動機が有する回転子の位置の情報である回転子位置情報を演算する回転子位置演算部と、
     前記電流の電流ベクトルおよび前記回転子位置情報に基づいて、電圧指令を決定する電圧指令決定部と、
     前記電圧指令の電圧位相を操作することによって直流母線電圧の周期脈動に起因する前記電流の脈動を抑制するビートレス制御部と、
     前記インバータに電力を供給する交流電源と前記インバータとの間におけるインダクタ-コンデンサ共振を検知する共振検知部と、
     を備え、
     前記ビートレス制御部は、前記インダクタ-コンデンサ共振が励起された場合に前記電圧位相の操作量を低減する、
     ことを特徴とする駆動装置。
  2.  前記ビートレス制御部は、
     前記電流ベクトルのノルムを演算するノルム演算部と、
     前記ノルムの脈動成分を抽出する脈動抽出部と、
     前記脈動成分が低減される前記操作量を決定する脈動抑制部と、
     前記共振検知部が検知した前記インダクタ-コンデンサ共振に基づいて、前記操作量を制限するリミット値を演算するリミット値決定部と、
     を有し、
     前記脈動抑制部は、前記リミット値の範囲内で前記脈動成分が低減される前記操作量を決定する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
  3.  前記脈動抑制部は、
     前記脈動成分のコサイン成分およびサイン成分に対して回転演算を行う際の回転量を決定する回転量調整部と、
     前記コサイン成分および前記サイン成分に対して前記回転量で回転演算を行う回転演算部と、
     回転演算された前記コサイン成分を積分する第1の積分制御部と、
     回転演算された前記サイン成分を積分する第2の積分制御部と、
     積分された前記コサイン成分、積分された前記サイン成分、および前記直流母線電圧の脈動周波数である外乱周波数に基づいて、前記操作量を演算する交流復元部と、
     を具備する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の駆動装置。
  4.  前記回転量調整部は、
     前記コサイン成分および前記サイン成分が増加したことを検知すると、前記回転量を修正する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の駆動装置。
  5.  前記ビートレス制御部は、
     前記共振検知部が検知した前記インダクタ-コンデンサ共振に基づいて、前記回転量の補正値である回転量補正値を演算する回転量補正値演算部をさらに有し、
     前記回転量調整部は、前記回転量補正値を用いて前記回転量を補正し、
     前記回転演算部は、補正された前記回転量で回転演算を行う、
     ことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の駆動装置。
  6.  請求項1から5の何れか1つに記載の駆動装置と、
     前記交流電動機によって駆動される圧縮機と、
     を具備する、
     ことを特徴とする圧縮機駆動システム。
  7.  請求項6に記載の圧縮機駆動システムを具備する、
     ことを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
