Abstract

腐食性ガスが存在する環境下において配管接合部分のろう材の腐食を抑制できる冷媒配管を提供する。このため、冷媒配管は、内部に冷媒が流通する第1配管と、内部に冷媒が流通し、第1配管とろう付けにより接合された第2配管とを備える。第2配管の外径は、第1配管の内径よりも小さい。ろう付けのろう材は、第1配管の内側に挿入された第2配管の外周と第1配管の内周との間に設けられる。冷媒配管は、酸性ガス及びアルカリ性ガスの一方又は両方を中和する中和剤と、水分を吸着する吸着剤と、第1配管と第2配管との接合部分における第1配管の外周及び第2配管の外周を被覆するシール材とをさらに備える。中和剤及び吸着剤は、シール材と第2配管の外周との間に配置される。

Description

冷媒配管
 本開示は、冷媒配管に関するものである。
 圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張機構及び蒸発器を冷媒配管で接続して冷凍サイクルを形成し、この冷凍サイクルに可燃性冷媒を封入するとともに、内箱と外箱の間に断熱材を充填した断熱箱体で庫内を形成し、冷凍サイクルを構成するサイクル部品間の配管接続部を熱収縮チューブで覆ったものが知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

 しかしながら、特許文献1に示されるような技術においては、ろう付けによる配管接続部を熱収縮チューブで覆っただけであるため、例えば、二酸化硫黄、硫化水素、アンモニア等の腐食性ガスが存在する環境下においては、これらの腐食性ガスが熱収縮チューブを透過して、ろう付け部に到達し、ろう材が腐食する可能性がある。
 本開示は、このような課題を解決するためになされたものである。その目的は、例えば、二酸化硫黄、硫化水素、アンモニア等の腐食性ガスが存在する環境下において、配管接合部分のろう材の腐食を抑制できる冷媒配管を提供することにある。
 本開示に係る冷媒配管は、内部に冷媒が流通する第1配管と、内部に冷媒が流通し、前記第1配管とろう付けにより接合された第2配管と、を備え、前記第2配管の外径は、前記第1配管の内径よりも小さく、前記ろう付けのろう材は、前記第1配管の内側に挿入された前記第2配管の外周と前記第1配管の内周との間に設けられ、酸性ガス及びアルカリ性ガスの一方又は両方を中和する中和剤と、水分を吸着する吸着剤と、前記第1配管と前記第2配管との接合部分における前記第1配管の外周及び前記第2配管の外周を被覆するシール材と、をさらに備え、前記中和剤及び前記吸着剤は、前記シール材と前記第2配管の外周との間に配置される。
 本開示に係る冷媒配管によれば、腐食性ガスが存在する環境下において、配管接合部分のろう材の腐食を抑制できるという効果を奏する。

 本開示に係る冷媒配管を実施するための形態について添付の図面を参照しながら説明する。各図において、同一又は相当する部分には同一の符号を付して、重複する説明は適宜に簡略化又は省略する。以下の説明においては便宜上、図示の状態を基準に各構造の位置関係を表現することがある。なお、本開示は以下の実施の形態に限定されることなく、本開示の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において、各実施の形態の自由な組み合わせ、各実施の形態の任意の構成要素の変形、又は各実施の形態の任意の構成要素の省略が可能である。
実施の形態1.
 図1から図8を参照しながら、本開示の実施の形態1について説明する。図1は冷媒配管の構成の一例を模式的に示す断面図である。図2は冷媒配管の構成の別例を模式的に示す断面図である。図3は冷媒配管の第1変形例の構成を模式的に示す断面図である。図4は冷媒配管の第2変形例の構成を模式的に示す断面図である。図5は冷媒配管の第3変形例の構成を模式的に示す断面図である。図6は冷媒配管の第4変形例の構成を模式的に示す断面図である。図7は冷媒配管の第5変形例の構成を模式的に示す断面図である。図8は冷媒配管の第6変形例の構成を模式的に示す断面図である。
 この実施の形態に係る冷媒配管10は、図1に示すように、第1配管11及び第2配管12を備えている。第1配管11及び第2配管12は、中空筒状を呈する。第1配管11及び第2配管12の内部には、冷媒が流通する。第1配管11及び第2配管12は、例えば銅、アルミニウム等からなる金属管である。
 第1配管11と第2配管12とは、ろう付けにより接合されている。第2配管12の外径は、第1配管11の内径よりも小さい。なお、第2配管12の外径は第2配管12の長手方向にわたって同一でなく変化していてもよい。同様に、第1配管11の内径は第1配管11の長手方向にわたって同一でなく変化していてもよい。したがって、より詳しくは、第2配管12における少なくとも第1配管11に接続される側の端部の外径は、第1配管11における少なくとも第2配管12に接続される側の端部の内径よりも小さい。
 第1配管11と第2配管12の接合部において、第2配管12は、第1配管11の内側に挿入されている。そして、ろう付けに用いられたろう材20が、第1配管11の内側に挿入された第2配管12の外周と、第1配管11の内周との間に充填されている。第1配管11及び第2配管12が銅管の場合、ろう材20は、例えば、りん銅ろう等が用いられる。また、第1配管11及び第2配管12がアルミニウム管の場合、ろう材20は、例えば、アルミニウムろう等が用いられる。
 この実施の形態の冷媒配管10は、シール材30をさらに備えている。シール材30は、第1配管11と第2配管12との接合部分において、第1配管11の外周と第2配管12の外周とを連続して被覆している。シール材30は、溶解パラメーター(Solubility Parameter/SP値)が10以下である物質を用いることが好ましい。具体的に例えば、ブチルゴム、天然ゴム、スチレン・ブタジエンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン等が挙げられる。
 シール材30は、ゴム状態、あるいは、厚さが1mm以下のテープ状のものを用いるとよい。このようにすることで、製品ごとに形状のばらつきがあるろう付け部に対して、多少の形状のばらつきがあってもシール材30を、ろう付け部に密着させることができる。また、シール材30を接着剤で固定することで、シール材30の剥離を防止してもよい。
 この実施の形態の冷媒配管10は、中和剤41及び吸着剤42をさらに備えている。中和剤41は、酸性ガス及びアルカリ性ガスの一方又は両方を中和する。中和剤41は、水素イオン濃度緩衝剤であってもよい。中和剤41に用いる水素イオン濃度緩衝剤として、具体的に例えば、炭酸水素ナトリウム、クエン酸、炭酸カルシウム等、あるいは、これらの混合したものを挙げることができる。吸着剤42は、水分を吸着する。吸着剤42として、例えば、活性炭等を用いることができる。
 中和剤41及び吸着剤42は、シール材30と第2配管12の外周との間に配置されている。図1に示す構成例では、中和剤41及び吸着剤42は、第2配管12の軸方向に沿って並べられている。また、図1に示す例では、ろう材20により近い側に中和剤41が配置され、ろう材20からより遠い側に吸着剤42が配置されている。そして、中和剤41は、ろう材20と隣接している。ただし、この配置順は、図1に示すものに限られない。図2に示すように、ろう材20により近い側に吸着剤42が配置され、ろう材20からより遠い側に中和剤41が配置されてもよい。
 以上のように構成された冷媒配管10によれば、ろう付けによる配管接合部分をシール材30で覆い、シール材30よりも内側に中和剤41及び吸着剤42を充填することで、冷媒配管10の外部に存在する二酸化硫黄、硫化水素、アンモニア等のろう材20を腐食させる性質を有するガスがシール材30を透過して、シール材30の内側に侵入した際に、侵入した腐食性ガスを中和剤41で中和するとともに、腐食性ガスが溶解した水を吸着剤42で吸着除去することができる。このため、シール材30の内側に侵入した腐食性ガスを、ろう材20に到達する前に中和・除去することが可能であり、腐食性ガスが存在する環境下において、配管接合部分のろう材の腐食を抑制できる。また、シール材30に、溶解パラメーターが10以下の物質を用いることで、冷媒配管10の外部に存在する二酸化硫黄、硫化水素、アンモニア等の腐食性ガスがシール材30を透過し難くでき、配管接合部分のろう材の腐食をさらに抑制できる。
 次に、図3から図8を参照しながら、この実施の形態に係る冷媒配管10の変形例について説明する。図3に示すのは、冷媒配管10の第1変形例である。この第1変形例においては、シール材30は、肉厚部31を備えている。シール材30の肉厚部31は、その厚さが、シール材30の肉厚部31以外の部分における厚さよりも大きい部分である。
 この第1変形例では、シール材30における、中和剤41及び吸着剤42よりも第2配管12の径方向の外側に配置される部分が、肉厚部31になっている。そして、中和剤41及び吸着剤42よりも第2配管12の軸方向の第1配管11とは反対側に配置される部分は、肉厚部31でない。すなわち、中和剤41及び吸着剤42よりも第2配管12の径方向の外側に配置される部分の厚さが、中和剤41及び吸着剤42よりも第2配管12の軸方向の第1配管11とは反対側に配置される部分の厚さよりも大きい。
 このような第1変形例によれば、肉厚部31が設けられた第2配管12の径方向からは、腐食性ガスがシール材30を透過し難くできる。このため、腐食性ガスが第2配管12の径方向からシール材30を透過し、中和剤41又は吸着剤42の一方のみを通ってろう材20に到達することを抑制できる。換言すれば、シール材30を透過した腐食性ガスが、中和剤41及び吸着剤42の両方を順次に通過するよう誘導でき、シール材30の内側に侵入した腐食性ガスを中和かつ吸着除去することが可能である。よって、配管接合部分のろう材の腐食を、より確実に抑制できる。
 図4に示すのは、冷媒配管10の第2変形例である。この第2変形例においては、吸着剤42が、中和剤41よりも第2配管12の径方向の外側と、中和剤41よりも第2配管12の軸方向の第1配管11とは反対側とに配置されている。なお、図示は省略するが、この第2変形例において、中和剤41と吸着剤42の位置関係を交換してもよい。すなわち、中和剤41を、吸着剤42よりも第2配管12の径方向の外側と、吸着剤42よりも第2配管12の軸方向の第1配管11とは反対側とに配置してもよい。
 このような第2変形例によれば、腐食性ガスが第2配管12の径方向からシール材30を透過した場合、及び、腐食性ガスが第2配管12の軸方向からシール材30を透過した場合のいずれの場合であっても、中和剤41及び吸着剤42の両方を順次に通過するようにできる。このため、シール材30の内側に侵入した腐食性ガスを中和かつ吸着除去することが可能であり、配管接合部分のろう材の腐食を、より確実に抑制できる。
 図5に示すのは、冷媒配管10の第3変形例である。この第3変形例においては、中和剤41及び吸着剤42の一方は、第1配管11の内側に挿入された第2配管12の外周と第1配管11の内周との間に配置されている。図示の例では、中和剤41が、第1配管11の内側に挿入された第2配管12の外周と第1配管11の内周との間に充填されている。ここで、ろう材20は、第1配管11の内側に挿入された第2配管12の外周と第1配管11の内周との間における、最も奥に充填されている。すなわち、ろう材20は、冷媒配管10内の冷媒が流通する空間に隣接している。そして、中和剤41は、ろう材20と隣接している。また、吸着剤42は、第1配管11の外側であって、かつ、シール材30と第2配管12の外周との間に配置されている。吸着剤42は、中和剤41と隣接している。
 なお、図示は省略するが、この第3変形例において、中和剤41と吸着剤42の位置関係を交換してもよい。すなわち、吸着剤42を、第1配管11の内側に挿入された第2配管12の外周と第1配管11の内周との間に充填してもよい。そして、中和剤41を、第1配管11の外側であって、かつ、シール材30と第2配管12の外周との間に配置してもよい。
 このような第3変形例によれば、シール材30を透過した腐食性ガスが、確実に中和剤41及び吸着剤42の両方を順次に通過するようにできる。このため、シール材30の内側に侵入した腐食性ガスを中和かつ吸着除去することが可能であり、配管接合部分のろう材の腐食を、より確実に抑制できる。
 図6に示すのは、冷媒配管10の第4変形例である。この第4変形例においては、中和剤41及び吸着剤42の両方が、第1配管11の内側に挿入された第2配管12の外周と第1配管11の内周との間に配置されている。図示の例では、ろう材20により近い側に中和剤41が配置され、ろう材20からより遠い側に吸着剤42が配置されている。ここで、ろう材20は、第1配管11の内側に挿入された第2配管12の外周と第1配管11の内周との間における、最も奥に充填されている。すなわち、ろう材20は、冷媒配管10内の冷媒が流通する空間に隣接している。そして、中和剤41はろう材20と隣接し、吸着剤42は中和剤41と隣接している。
 なお、図示は省略するが、この第4変形例において、中和剤41と吸着剤42の位置関係を交換してもよい。すなわち、ろう材20により近い側に吸着剤42を配置し、ろう材20からより遠い側に中和剤41を配置してもよい。
 このような第4変形例によっても、前述した第3変形例と同様に、シール材30を透過した腐食性ガスが、確実に中和剤41及び吸着剤42の両方を順次に通過するようにできる。このため、シール材30の内側に侵入した腐食性ガスを中和かつ吸着除去することが可能であり、配管接合部分のろう材の腐食を、より確実に抑制できる。
 なお、図6に示す構成例では、シール材30は、肉厚部31を備えている。すなわち、シール材30における、中和剤41及び吸着剤42よりも第2配管12の軸方向の第1配管11とは反対側に配置される部分が、肉厚部31になっている。このような肉厚部31を設けることで、冷媒配管10の外部に存在する腐食性ガスがシール材30を透過し難くでき、配管接合部分のろう材の腐食をさらに抑制できる。ただし、この第4変形例において、シール材30は、肉厚部31を必ずしも備えていなくともよい。
 図7に示すのは、冷媒配管10の第5変形例である。この第5変形例においては、冷媒配管10は仕切部材50をさらに備えている。仕切部材50は、中和剤41と吸着剤42との間に配置されている。また、図7に示すように、仕切部材50を、中和剤41とろう材20との間、及び、吸着剤42とシール材30との間にさらに設けてもよい。この第5変形例においては、中和剤41及び吸着剤42の一方又は両方は、粉末状である。そして、仕切部材50には、この粉末の粒径よりも小さい内径の孔が複数形成されている。このため、中和剤41及び吸着剤42は仕切部材50を通過できない。一方、腐食性ガス及び水は、仕切部材50を通過できる。仕切部材50は、例えば、ネット状、メッシュ状、又は、パンチングメタルである。
 なお、図7に示すのは、前述した図6に示す第4変形例、すなわち、中和剤41及び吸着剤42の両方を、第1配管11の内側に挿入された第2配管12の外周と第1配管11の内周との間に充填した構成において、仕切部材50を追加した場合の例である。しかしながら、仕切部材50を追加して設ける構成は、図6に示す第4変形例をもとにしたものに限られない。図1から図5のいずれかに示すような構成において、仕切部材50を追加して設けてもよい。
 このような第5変形例によれば、ろう材20の外側で、かつ、シール材30と第2配管12の外周との間に、粉末状の中和剤41及び吸着剤42を充填する際に、これらの粉末を仕切部材50で押さえつつ充填でき、粉末状の中和剤41及び吸着剤42が飛散等してしまうことを抑制できる。このため、据付時の作業性を向上できる。
 図8に示すのは、冷媒配管10の第6変形例である。この第6変形例においては、中和剤41及び吸着剤42は、粉末状であり混合されている。図8に示す構成例では、混合された粉末状の中和剤41及び吸着剤42の全部が、第1配管11の内側に挿入された第2配管12の外周と第1配管11の内周との間に充填されている。ただし、混合された粉末状の中和剤41及び吸着剤42の一部のみが、第1配管11の内側に挿入された第2配管12の外周と第1配管11の内周との間に充填され、他部が第1配管11の外側であって、かつ、シール材30と第2配管12の外周との間に配置されてもよい。あるいは、混合された粉末状の中和剤41及び吸着剤42の全部が、第1配管11の外側であって、かつ、シール材30と第2配管12の外周との間に配置されてもよい。また、図8に示す構成例では、仕切部材50を、中和剤41とろう材20との間、及び、吸着剤42とシール材30との間に設けているが、仕切部材50を設けなくともよい。
 このような第6変形例によれば、ろう材20の外側で、かつ、シール材30と第2配管12の外周との間に、粉末状の中和剤41及び吸着剤42を、混合した状態で一度に充填できる。このため、据付時の作業性を向上できる。
 本開示は、内部に冷媒が配管同士をろう付けにより接合する冷媒配管に利用できる。

Claims (10)

  1.  内部に冷媒が流通する第1配管と、
     内部に冷媒が流通し、前記第1配管とろう付けにより接合された第2配管と、を備え、
     前記第2配管の外径は、前記第1配管の内径よりも小さく、
     前記ろう付けのろう材は、前記第1配管の内側に挿入された前記第2配管の外周と前記第1配管の内周との間に設けられ、
     酸性ガス及びアルカリ性ガスの一方又は両方を中和する中和剤と、
     水分を吸着する吸着剤と、
     前記第1配管と前記第2配管との接合部分における前記第1配管の外周及び前記第2配管の外周を被覆するシール材と、をさらに備え、
     前記中和剤及び前記吸着剤は、前記シール材と前記第2配管の外周との間に配置される冷媒配管。
  2.  前記中和剤及び前記吸着剤は、前記第2配管の軸方向に沿って並べられ、
     前記シール材は、前記中和剤及び前記吸着剤よりも前記第2配管の径方向の外側に配置される部分の厚さが、前記中和剤及び前記吸着剤よりも前記軸方向の前記第1配管とは反対側に配置される部分の厚さよりも大きい請求項1に記載の冷媒配管。
  3.  前記吸着剤は、
     前記中和剤よりも前記第2配管の径方向の外側と、
     前記中和剤よりも前記第2配管の軸方向の前記第1配管とは反対側と、に配置される請求項1に記載の冷媒配管。
  4.  前記中和剤は、
     前記吸着剤よりも前記第2配管の径方向の外側と、
     前記吸着剤よりも前記第2配管の軸方向の前記第1配管とは反対側と、に配置される請求項1に記載の冷媒配管。
  5.  前記中和剤及び前記吸着剤の一方又は両方は、前記第1配管の内側に挿入された前記第2配管の外周と前記第1配管の内周との間に配置される請求項1に記載の冷媒配管。
  6.  前記中和剤と前記吸着剤との間に配置された仕切部材をさらに備えた請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の冷媒配管。
  7.  前記中和剤及び前記吸着剤の一方又は両方は、粉末状である請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の冷媒配管。
  8.  前記中和剤及び前記吸着剤は、混合されている請求項7に記載の冷媒配管。
  9.  前記中和剤は、炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸カルシウム又はクエン酸である請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の冷媒配管。
  10.  前記シール材の溶解パラメーターは、10以下である請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の冷媒配管。
