Description

儿童安全座椅和儿童安全座椅的防误触系统 技术领域
本申请涉及儿童安全座椅技术领域,特别是涉及一种儿童安全座椅和一种儿童安全座椅的防误触系统。
背景技术
为提高乘坐的安全性和舒适性,儿童安全座椅通配备有角度调节功能。市售的儿童安全座椅可以通过电动和/或手动方式来调节倾斜角度。但是,市售的儿童安全座椅的倾斜角度调整机构往往结构复杂、结构强度低且安装不便。
此外,为了使用方便,儿童安全座椅上常配备有用于操作儿童安全座椅的按键等输入组件。但是,这些输入组件在使用的过程中容易被误触,造成各种功能被意外启动,给使用者带来不便。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对座椅儿童安全座椅的倾斜角度调整机构往往结构复杂、结构强度低且安装不便问题,提供一种具有结构相对简单、结构坚固且安装方便的倾斜角度调整机构的儿童安全座椅。此外,还有必要针对儿童安全座椅的输入组件易被误触的问题,提供一种防误触系统。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种儿童安全座椅,该儿童安全座椅包括:底座;座椅本体,其可滑动地连接至底座;和倾斜角度调整机构,其可枢转地连接至所述底座,并且连接至所述座椅本体,以驱动所述座椅本体相对于所述底座滑动,所述倾斜角度调整机构包括:传动件;驱动器,其与所述传动件可驱动地连接;和滑块,其可枢转地连接于所述座椅本体,并可分离地啮合于所述传动件,其中,所述驱动器驱动所述传动件带动所述滑块运动,所述滑块的运动驱动所述座椅本体相对于所述底座滑动。
本申请所提供的儿童安全座椅,通过设置可分离地啮合于传动件并连接于座椅本体的滑块,由驱动器驱动传动件以带动滑块运动,滑块的运动驱动座椅本体相对于底座滑动,由此调整座椅角度,简化了该儿童安全座椅的结构复杂程度;另一方面,滑块与传动件啮合,传动效率高,连接方式简单,安装难度低,有助于提高组装效率。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种防误触系统,用于儿童安全座椅,其中,儿童安全座椅包括座椅本体、底座、输入组件和座椅姿态调整组件,输入组件包括按键或者触控屏中的至少一者;座椅姿态调整组件包括用于调整座椅本体的旋转位置的旋转位置调整机构和用于调整座椅本体的倾斜角度的倾斜角度调整机构中的至少一者。防误触系统包括:座椅姿态检测模块,其设置在座椅本体或者底座上,以检测座椅本体的座椅姿态;以及控制模块,其电性连接输入组件和座椅姿态检测模块。其中,控制模块响应于座椅姿态在预设时间内未发生变化,禁用输入组件,控制模块响应于座椅姿态发生变化,激活输入组件。其中,座椅姿态包括座椅本体的旋转位置和座椅本体的倾斜角度中的至少一者。

在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,若有出现这些术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等,这些术语指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
需要说明的是,若元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。若一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
参考图1、图2和图3,本申请的实施例提供一种儿童安全座椅,包括底座100、倾斜角度调整机构200和座椅本体130。座椅本体130可滑动地连接至底座100;倾斜角度调整机构200可枢转地连接至底座100,并且可驱动地连接至座椅本体130,以驱动座椅本体130相对于底座100相对滑动,继而实现对座椅角度的调节。
具体来说,如图3所示,倾斜角度调整机构200包括传动件230、驱动器260和滑块220。滑块220连接于座椅本体130,并可分离地啮合于传动件230;驱动器260与传动件230可驱动地连接,以驱动传动件230带动滑块220运动。滑块220的运动驱动座椅本体130相对于底座100滑动,实现对座椅角度的调节。
在根据本申请的实施例的儿童安全座椅中,通过设置可分离地啮合于传动件230并连接于座椅本体130的滑块220,由驱动器260驱动传动件230以带动滑块220运动,滑块220的运动驱动座椅本体130相对于底座100滑动,由此调整座椅角度,简化了该儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构的结构复杂程度;另一方面,滑块220与传动件230啮合,传动效率高,连接方式简单,安装难度低,有助于提高组装效率。
在本申请的一个实施例中,倾斜角度调整机构200还包括支架210,支架210包括可枢转地连接至底座100的连接端2102和伸入座椅本体130的自由端2103。示例性地,结合图1和图3所示,支架210的连接端2102设置有枢转部211,枢转部211开设有枢转孔2110,通过将转轴(图未示)穿设于枢转孔2110以及位于底座100上的与枢转孔2110匹配的插孔(图未示),使得支架210能够围绕该转轴枢转。
在图3所示的实施例中,座椅本体130包括固定在座椅本体130上的推动杆132,推动杆132穿过滑块220。推动杆132随滑块220运动,以驱动座椅本体130相对于底座100滑动。当座椅本体130相对于底座100滑动时,支架210也适应性地围绕穿设于枢转孔2110内的转轴转动。
同时参考图1和图2,底座100设置有滑动杆110,滑动杆110固定在底座100上。在本实施例中,滑动杆110数量为二,两根滑动杆110相互平行设置。座椅本体130上形成有两组第二滑动槽131,每组第二滑动槽131包括两个相对设置的第二滑动槽131。当座椅本体130安装在底座100上时,每根滑动杆110穿设于一组第二滑动槽131中,并可沿着第二滑动槽131的延伸方向滑动,由此引导座椅本体130相对于底座100滑动。
在本实施例中,传动件230为螺杆231。螺杆231外表面设置有螺纹。
倾斜角度调整机构200包括驱动器260,驱动器260与支架210固定连接。本实施例中的驱动器260位于枢转部211的旁侧,驱动器260包括电机和诸如齿轮的传动机构(图未示),电机的转轴(图未示)的轴向与螺杆231的轴向呈夹角设置,通过传动机构使得电机的旋转可驱动螺杆231发生转动。在一些其他实施例中,传动件230也可以是齿轮、齿条或者链条等。
参考图4A、图4B、图5A以及图5B,滑块220包括设置有螺纹部241的卡合件240,以及连接于卡合件240以驱动卡合件240移动的驱动块270。卡合件240具有第一位置和第二位置。如图4A所示,卡合件240处于第一位置,卡合件240的螺纹部241与螺杆231外表面的螺纹啮合。可以理解地,当螺杆231旋转时,可驱动滑块220沿螺杆231的轴线方向运动,以改变滑块220所处的位置。如图4B所示,卡合件240处于第二位置,卡合件240的螺纹部241与螺杆231外表面的螺纹脱离啮合。可以理解地,螺杆231的旋转不再能够驱动滑块220运动。参考图5A和图5B,卡合件240包括相互连接的螺纹部241以及主体242。可选地,螺纹部241以及主体242一体成型。
参考图4A、图4B、图6和图7,滑块220设置有第一通道222和第二通道223,螺杆231穿设于第一通道222,卡合件240设置在第二通道223中,且可以在第二通道223内往复移动。以图4A和图7所示的滑块220为例,第一通道222较靠近滑块220的底部,并沿水平方向H贯穿滑块220,第二通道223沿竖直方向V设置在滑块220的中部,且第二通道223的底端与第一通道222连通,使得卡合件240可以与第一通道222内的螺杆231啮合。将第一通道222与第二通道223设置为相互垂直的形式,卡合件240与螺杆231的啮合效果较好。在一些实施例中,卡合件240从一侧方向啮合螺杆231,即螺纹部241仅与螺杆231的周面的一部分啮合。由于螺杆231和滑块220均被固定在支架210上,且螺杆231被限制在第一通道222,卡合件240被限制在第二通道223中,螺纹部241仅与螺杆231的周面的一部分啮合即可提供适当的啮合力,从而简化了结构。
在其他实施例中,第二通道223的延伸方向和第一通道222的延伸方向也可以不垂直,而是呈一定的夹角,该夹角可以是锐角或钝角。如此可以使得滑块220的相对的两条边不等长,以缩小滑块220的体积,使得滑块220结构更为紧凑,有利于在较小空间内使用。
继续参考图4A、图4B、图6和图7,滑块220还设置有第三通道224。驱动块270形成为大致的长方体结构,驱动块270设置在第三通道224中,可沿第三通道224滑动。以图7所示的滑块220为例,第三通道224较靠近滑块220的顶部,并沿水平方向H贯穿滑块220。第三通道224的中部与第二通道223交叉连通,使得驱动块270同时位于第二通道223和第三通道224内。
驱动块270在第三通道224中可以沿着第三通道224的延伸方向往复移动,并可移动至如图4A所示的第三位置,即驱动块270沿第三通道224移至右侧;驱动块270也可移动至如图4B所示的第四位置,即驱动块270沿第三通道224移至左侧。这里的方位术语“左侧”和“右侧”是以图4A和图4B中所示的方位为参照。
驱动块270设置有驱动槽2701,卡合件240上固定地设置有驱动杆2401,驱动杆2401插入驱动槽2701内,驱动杆2401的延伸方向与第一通道222的延伸方向不平行。具体来说,参考图4A、图4B、图5A和图5B,在沿第三通道224远离枢转部211的方向上,驱动槽2701向远离第一通道222的方向倾斜。
结合图4A以及图7所示,当驱动块270在第三通道224内朝向第三位置移动时,驱动槽2701也朝向第三位置移动。在这个过程中,在驱动槽2701的内壁驱动下,驱动杆2401逐渐靠近第一通道222,即驱动杆2401和卡合件240会逐渐朝向第一位置移动。当驱动块270到达第三位置,卡合件240到达第一位置,由此,卡合件240与螺杆231啮合。此时,座椅角度的调节可以通过驱动器260的驱动来实现,儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构处于自动调节模式。类似地,结合图4B和图7所示,当驱动块270在第三通道224内向第四位置移动时,驱动槽2701也朝向第四位置移动。在这个过程中,在驱动槽2701的内壁驱动下,驱动杆2401逐渐远离第一通道222,即驱动杆2401和卡合件240会逐渐朝向第二位置移动。当驱动块270到达第四位置,卡合件240到达第二位置,由此,卡合件240与螺杆231脱离啮合。此时,座椅角度的调节无法通过驱动器260的驱动来实现,可以通过使用者的手动调节来实现,儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构处于手动调节模式。如此,本申请所述的儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构可通过驱动块270驱动卡合件240与螺杆231进入或者脱离啮合状况,以使得儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构在自动调节模式和手动调节模式之间切换。
驱动块270还设置有定位槽2702,定位槽2702与驱动槽2701连通,定位槽2702用于限制驱动杆2401在驱动槽2701内的相对移动,使驱动杆2401在驱动槽2701内的位置相对固定。参考图5A和图5B,定位槽2702连通于驱动槽2701的靠近第一通道222的一端,在本实施例中,定位槽2702的延伸方向与第一通道222的延伸方向平行。结合图4A、图5A和图5B,驱动块270位于第三位置时,驱动杆2401位于定位槽2702内。由于定位槽2702的延伸方向与驱动槽2701的延伸方向呈夹角设置,驱动杆2401可相对稳定地停留在第三位置,降低在发生摇晃、倒置或碰撞等状况时驱动块270意外地离开第三位置的几率,有助于卡合件240与螺杆231维持啮合状态,以保持座椅角度。
倾斜角度调整机构200还包括复位件250。参考图4A和图4B,滑块220还设置有止挡部226,该止挡部226固定设置在滑块220的左侧,部分止挡部226位于第三通道224的延伸方向上。复位件250设置在止挡部226和驱动块270之间,复位件250的一端抵靠于驱动块270,另一端则抵靠于止挡部226。复位件250对驱动块270持续施加向远离止挡部226方向移动的推力,使得驱动块270始终具有向第三位置移动的趋势。通过设置复位件250,使驱动块270向第三位置移动,有助于卡合件240与螺杆231稳定保持啮合状态;另一方面,设置复位件250也可以使卡合件240和螺杆231脱离啮合后自动恢复啮合状态。
在本实施例中,复位件250为压缩弹簧,其成本较低,可稳定地对驱动块270施加推力。压缩弹簧在止挡部226和驱动块270之间始终保持压缩状态,以对驱动块270持续施加推力。可选地,复位件250也可以选择其他合适的结构,例如弹片、扭簧等,只需能够稳定地对驱动块270施加推力即可。
在其他一些实施例中,复位件250的两端也可以分别与驱动块270和止挡部226固定连接,如此可以降低复位件250与驱动块270和止挡部226脱离接触的几率,可更稳定地持续对驱动块270施加推力。
在本实施例中,止挡部226通过螺钉与滑块220固定连接。在其他实施例中,止挡部226还可以通过粘接、焊接等方式与滑块220连接。止挡部226还可以与滑块220一体成型,如此,止挡部226在滑块220上的固定效果更好。
倾斜角度调整机构200还包括连接件290和操作件280,以便于远程驱使驱动块270在第三通道224内移动。
参考图2、图4A和图4B,具体地,操作件280设置在座椅本体130上,连接件290的一端与操作件280连接,连接件290的另一端与驱动块270连接。示例性地,连接件290为钢线,操作件280牵引钢线,钢线牵引驱动块270克服复位件250的推力并使驱动块270向第四位置移动,进而使卡合件240与螺杆231脱离啮合状态,允许滑块220沿螺杆231的轴线方向自由移动。此时,儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构处于手动调节模式,使用者可手动调节座椅本体130的角度。
参考图3,止挡部226设置有穿槽2261,穿槽2261与复位件250在沿第三通道224的延伸方向上对位,穿槽2261供连接件290穿过。在本实施例中,在安装时,先将钢线穿过穿槽2261,并沿弹簧的轴线方向从弹簧内穿过,再与驱动块270连接。设置穿槽2261可以对连接件290限位,防止连接件290摆动,提升切换至手动调节模式的灵敏度。
继续参考图3,支架210包括两个相对设置的限位架212,两个限位架212间隔设置以形成第一滑动槽2101。滑块220的至少一部分位于第一滑动槽2101内,使得滑块220受两个限位架212的限位作用而沿第一滑动槽2101的延伸方向移动。螺杆231与第一滑动槽2101的延伸方向平行,以顺利驱动滑块220沿第一滑动槽2101移动,降低发生卡滞的几率。
滑块220上还设置有连接部227,推动杆132穿设于连接部227。在本实施例中,同时参考图1、图3和图6,连接部227凸出于滑块220表面,对推动杆132的支撑性更好。连接部227设置有连接孔2271,该连接孔2271的延伸方向平行于滑动杆110的延伸方向。推动杆132穿设于连接孔2271,在连接孔2271所对应的环形内壁的限位作用下与滑动杆110保持接近平行的状态,降低了调节座椅角度时发生卡滞的几率。
进一步地,连接部227设置有检测凸部2273。参考图1、图3和图6,支架210还设置有限位夹213,在本实施例中,限位夹213设置于靠近驱动器260的限位架212,且位于该限位架212的背离螺杆231的一侧。可选地,还设置有位置检测器2130,位置检测器2130可以包括第一位置检测器2131和第二位置检测器2132。第一位置检测器2131设置在限位夹213靠近连接端的一侧,第二位置检测器2132设置在限位夹213靠近自由端的一侧。可选地,位置检测器2130还可以包括第三位置检测器2133。第三位置检测器2133设置在限位夹213的两个相对的端部之间,并且位于第一位置检测器2131和第二位置检测器2132之间。检测凸部2273沿平行于第二通道223的延伸方向朝远离第三通道224的方向延伸,以在滑块220沿螺杆231的长度方向移动时抵接第一位置检测器2131、第二位置检测器2132或第三位置检测器2133。通过设置位置检测器2130,可检测滑块220在第一滑动槽2101的延伸方向上的行程,使得儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构可在预设范围内调整角度。
图10至图16示出了根据本申请的另一实施例的儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构。以下仅对根据本实施例的儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构与前述实施例中的儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构之间的差异进行说明。
参考图11,在本实施例中,底座100上设置有电源接口101,以用于连接外部电源为儿童安全座椅的部件供电。例如,外部电源经由电源接口101为驱动器260中的电机供电。可选地,电源接口可以是本领域中已知的任意电气接口,例如DC接口、USB接口、lighting接口等。在图11所示的实施例中,电源接口101为USB Type-C接口。另外,在本实施例中,电源接口101位于底座100底部的靠近支撑脚的位置,一方面可以避免就坐于儿童安全座椅内的儿童的脚踢到电源线,另一方面可以避免电源线在儿童安全座椅安装于车辆座椅上时与车辆座椅发生干涉。
参考图12,在本实施例中,倾斜角度调整机构200的支架210包括可枢转地连接至底座100的连接端2102和与连接端2102相对的自由端2103,即,支架210大致“躺倒”地设置在底座100中。调整座椅角度时,驱动器260驱动螺杆231枢转,螺杆231的枢转带动滑块220沿螺杆231的轴线方向运动,由此,滑块220经由设置在座椅本体130上的推动杆132(参考图13)驱动座椅本体130相对于底座100滑动。
参考图14和图15,座椅本体130相对于底座100滑动时,座椅本体130运动形成一大致圆弧形的运动轨迹。在该圆弧形所在的平面中,将圆弧形的圆心O与推动杆132之间的虚拟连线L1与滑块220作用在推动杆132上的驱动力F的方向L2相交所形成的夹角中朝向座椅本体130前部的夹角定义为作用角α。在本申请中,座椅本体130的前部是指座椅本体130的背离背靠的部分,相应地,座椅本体130的后部是指座椅本体130的背靠所在的部分。如图14所示,座椅本体130处于躺倒状态,此时支架210的连接端2102和自由端2103在竖直方向V上大致等高,由此支架210处于大致“平躺”的姿态。此时,作用角α为最大值。可选地,作用角α的最大值为94°。在座椅本体130从图14所示的躺倒状态切换至图15所示的直立状态的过程中,随着座椅本体130相对于底座100滑动,支架210发生枢转,支架210的自由端2103在竖直方向V上逐渐升高,作用角α逐渐减小。当在座椅本体130到达图15所示的直立状态时,在竖直方向V上,支架210的自由端2103的高度大于连接端2102的高度,由此支架210处于大致“斜躺”的姿态。此时,作用角α为最小值。可选地,作用角α的最小值为78°。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,驱动力F的垂直于虚拟连线L1的分力能够驱动座椅本体130滑动,因此,作用角α越接近90°,该分力越大,驱动力F的作用效率就越高。当作用角α等于90°时,驱动力F完全用于驱动座椅本体130滑动,此时可以用最小的驱动力F驱动座椅本体130滑动,驱动力F的作用效率最高。在本实施例中,当座椅本体130在躺倒状态和直立状态之间切换时,作用角α始终接近于90°,例如,作用角α处于78°至98°的范围内,由此驱动力F始终具有较高的作用效率,使得座椅本体130的滑动更加顺畅,对于驱动器260的负荷也更小,有利于延长儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构的使用寿命,降低故障率。
再次参考图12,在本实施例中,支架210的连接端2102穿设有枢转轴2104,底座100上设置有安装肋1201和安装座1202,安装肋1201上开设有通孔12011。枢转轴2104的端部穿过通孔12011,并且枢转轴2104固定在安装座1202上。具体地,底座100上设置有两组安装肋1201,每组安装肋1201包含两个安装肋1201,每一根滑动杆110穿设在一组安装肋1201中,以固定在底座100上。可选地,安装肋1201由金属片材形成,例如,由铁制的片材形成。其中一个安装肋1201上开设有通孔12011,枢转轴2104的第一端穿过该通孔12011,枢转轴2104的与第一端相对的第二端固定连接在安装座1202上,由此将连接端2102可枢转地连接至底座100。可选地,底座100上设置有两个安装座1202,枢转轴2104的第一端穿过通孔12011后容纳在或者固定在其中一个安装座1202上,枢转轴2104的第二端固定连接在另一个安装座1202上。
一并参考图12和图16,安装座1202上设置有安装槽1203,枢转轴2104的端部容纳在安装槽1203中。具体地,在图16所示的实施例中,枢转轴2104的第一端穿过通孔12011后容纳在其中一个安装座1202的安装槽1203中,枢转轴2104的第二端的一部分容纳另一个安装座1202的安装槽1203中,枢转轴2104的第二端的其他分部通过固定件400固定在另一个安装座1202上。可选地,固定件400可以是诸如螺钉、铆钉、固定销等的任意固定装置。可选地,枢转轴2104的穿过通孔12011的第一端的一部分容纳在安装座1202的安装槽1203中,枢转轴2104的穿过通孔12011的第一端的其他部分固定在该安装座1202上。可选地,枢转轴2104的端部也可以不通过固定件400固定在安装座1202上,枢转轴2104的端部例如可以通过磁吸连接、粘接、焊接等方式固定在安装座1202上。
继续参考图16,在本实施例中,枢转轴2104的端部套设有缓震套2105,缓震套2105位于枢转轴2104的端部与安装槽1203之间。具体地,枢转轴2104的第一端和第二端的容纳于安装槽1203中的部分上套设有缓震套2105,以缓冲由驱动器260(例如电机)导致的,且经由支架210、枢转轴2104传递至安装肋1201的震动,由此降低或者避免因震动导致的噪音和机械磨损,优化了乘坐人的乘坐体验、延长了儿童安全座椅的角度调节机构的使用寿命。可选地,缓震套1205例如由硅胶材料制成。在一些实施例中,底座100还包括旋转座120。参考图8至图11,旋转座120可转动地设置在底座100上,倾斜角度调整机构200可枢转地连接至旋转座120。如此,该儿童安全座椅不仅能调节角度,还能调节乘坐人面朝的方向,提升了使用便利度。
参考图17、图18、图27和图28,根据本申请的一个实施例提供了一种儿童安全座椅1,包括座椅本体130、底座100以及设置在座椅本体130或底座100中至少一者的座椅姿态调整组件20。座椅姿态调整组件20用于调整座椅本体130相对于底座100的位置。示例性地,座椅姿态调整组件20包括用于调整座椅本体130的旋转位置的旋转位置调整机构和用于调整座椅本体130的倾斜角度的倾斜角度调整机构200中的至少一者。如图27所示,旋转位置调整机构包括连接于座椅本体130的旋转盘72,座椅本体130连接于旋转盘72,并且旋转盘72枢转连接于底座100。由此座椅本体130通过旋转盘72可枢转地连接至底座100,座椅本体130可以相对于底座100自由旋转。另外,旋转盘72上还设有可伸缩的卡合销513,底座100设有配合卡合销513的多个卡合孔510。当卡合销513插入卡合孔510,座椅本体130能够锁定在相对于底座100的前向位置(如图17所示)和后向位置(如图18所示)。一并参考图27和图28,可选地,座椅姿态调整组件20包括倾斜角度调整机构200,以实现座椅本体130相对于底座100在图17所示的W1和W2方向上的滑动,以调整座椅本体130的背靠的倾斜角度,由此实现在直立模式和躺倒模式之间的切换。
参考图17和图19,在本实施例中,底座100的前端设置有输入组件30可选地,输入组件30也可以设置在儿童安全座椅1的其他合适位置,例如设置在座椅本体130上。可选地,输入组件也可以是其他合适的机构,只要能够输入控制命令即可。图19示出了图17中的输入组件30的示意性的结构。在图19所示的实施例中,输入组件30包括多个按键31和显示屏32。可选地,输入组件30也可以仅包括按键31或者显示屏32中的至少一者。可选地,显示屏32可以是触控屏,使用者通过触摸触控屏上显示的虚拟按钮来输入控制命令。按键具体地,在本实施例中,按键31包括电源按键311、通风控制按键312以及两个座椅倾斜角度调整按键313。电源按键311用于控制输入组件30进入释锁状态或进入待机状态。通风控制按键312用于控制座椅通风装置71(参考图27)的风扇的开闭,以及用于调整风速。其中一个座椅倾斜角度调整按键313用于控制座椅本体130的背靠的倾斜角度的增加;另一个座椅倾斜角度调整按键313用于控制座椅本体130的背靠的倾斜角度的减小。需要注意的是,图19示出的电源按键311、通风控制按键312以及两个座椅倾斜角度调整按键313仅为示例性的,本领域技术人员可以根据需要在输入组件30上设置其他合适的按键,例如显示屏亮度调整按键、座椅通风装置功率调整按键等。可选地,按键31可以是触摸式按键或者机械式按键。设置在底座100或者座椅本体130的按键31容易被乘坐于儿童安全座椅1中儿童误触或者误操作,导致儿童安全座椅1的通风及电动倾斜角度调整等功能被意外启动,给使用者造成不便。
一并参考图19和图20a,在本申请的一个实施例中,显示屏32包括第一显示区域321和第二显示区域322,第一显示区域321和第二显示区域322可以分别显示不同的界面。后文将结合图20a至图22b描述显示屏32显示的界面内容。
一并参考图23a、图23b、图25a和图25b,在本申请的一个实施例中,儿童安全座椅1的防误触系统50包括:座椅姿态检测模块51和控制模块52。座椅姿态检测模块51设置在座椅本体130或者底座100上,以检测座椅本体130的座椅姿态。在本申请的实施例中,术语“座椅姿态”包括座椅本体130的旋转位置和座椅本体130的背靠的倾斜角度中的至少一者。控制模块52电性连接至输入组件30和座椅姿态检测模块51。控制模块52能够响应于座椅姿态在预设时间内未发生变化,禁用输入组件30。例如,当仅由内置电池供电,且座椅姿态在5分钟内没有发生变化时,控制模块52会禁用输入组件30,此时无法通过输入组件30触发功能,因此可以避免因误触导致的座椅功能的意外触发。例如,当座椅姿态发生变化时,控制模块52将激活输入组件30,此时能够通过输入组件30触发对应功能。本领域及人员可以理解的是,乘坐于座椅本体130中的儿童无法自行改变座椅姿态,因此可以有效避免儿童误操作输入组件30。
在本申请的一个实施例中,儿童安全座椅1具有待机状态、解锁状态和锁定状态。在解锁状态下,通过长按例如电源按键311可进入待机状态。在待机状态下,儿童安全座椅1由内置电池提供供电,切断显示屏32、通风装置71的风扇及倾斜角度调整机构200的驱动器260等能耗较大的组件的供电,同时控制模块52的微控制器进入低功耗模式,以节约电力消耗。可选地,驱动器260可以包括电机和诸如齿轮的传动机构(图未示)。此时使用者无法通过按键31来开启风扇或者调整背靠的倾斜角度,控制模块52仅响应来自电源按键311、外部电源接口(例如,电源接口101,参考图27)、座椅姿态检测模块51的就位传感器531和位置检测器2130等的开机输入信号(即第一解锁操作)。开机输入信号可以通过以下一种或者多种方式产生:(1)长按电源按键311;(2)接入外部电源;(3)就位传感器531检测到左右任一侧的ISOFIX连接器532到达ISOFIX插口内的预设插接位置;(4)前向传感器511检测到座椅本体130位于前向位置或者后向传感器512检测到座椅本体130位于后向位置;(5)角度传感器检测到座椅本体130的背靠相对于底座的倾斜角度发生变化。当待机状态下收到开机输入信号后,儿童安全座椅1从待机状态切换至解锁状态,并对显示屏32等供电。在解锁状态下使用者可以通过输入组件30,例如通过按压按键31,来开启风扇或者调整背靠的倾斜角度。在锁定状态下,控制模块52不响应解锁信号以外的任何输入信号,以避免因误触导致的座椅功能的意外触发,此时正在运行的风扇等功能不会因中断供电而被关闭。
具体而言,在锁定状态和待机状态,输入组件30被禁用从而不触发功能,在解锁状态,输入组件30被激活从而可触发功能。在防误触系统50处于待机状态时,控制模块52响应于第一解锁操作控制防误触系统50进入解锁状态,以激活输入组件30,在防误触系统50处于锁定状态时,控制模块52响应于第二解锁操作控制防误触系统50进入解锁状态,以激活输入组件30。可选地,第一解锁操作为手动调整座椅姿态,第二解锁操作为通过输入组件30输入特定的输入操作的组合。“通过输入组件30输入特定的输入操作的组合”例如为在第三预设时间内按压两个不同的按键31。可选地,第三预设时间可以为0.5S、1S等。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,0.5S、1S仅为示例性的,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要为第三预定时间选择合适的时长。在本实施例中,需要在例如0.5S内按压两个不同的按键31,才能使得防误触系统50换至解锁状态,由此可以避免因误触按键31导致意外激活输入组件30。可选地,在本申请的一个实施例中,当防误触系统50处于解锁状态,响应于输入组件30无操作的时间大于第一预定时间,防误触系统50换至锁定状态,以禁用输入组件30。可选地,第一预定时间可以为5S、10S等。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,5S、10S仅为示例性的,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要为第一预定时间选择合适的时长。可选地,在本申请的一个实施例中,当防误触系统50处于锁定状态,响应于输入组件30无操作的时间大于第二预定时间时,防误触系统50换至待机状态,以禁用输入组件30。可选地,第二预定时间可以为5分钟、10分钟等。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,5分钟、10分钟仅为示例性的,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要为第二预定时间选择合适的时长。
在本申请的一个实施例中,防误触系统50还包括用于检测ISOFIX连接器532是否到达ISOFIX插口内的预设插接位置的ISOFIX检测机构53。ISOFIX检测机构53包括就位传感器531。当就位传感器531检测到ISOFIX连接器532到达ISOFIX插口内的预设插接位置时,就位传感器531向控制模块52输出就位信号。当防误触系统50处于待机状态,且控制模块52接收到就位信号时,控制模块52将防误触系统50切换至解锁状态,以激活输入组件30。具体地,参考图18,在左右ISOFIX连接器532分别设置有ISOFIX检测机构53。为了简化描述,以位于左侧的ISOFIX连接器532为例进行说明。当就位传感器531检测到底座100的左侧的ISOFIX连接器532到达车辆后座的左侧的ISOFIX插口(图未示)内的预设插接位置时,就位传感器531向控制模块52输出就位信号,若此时防误触系统50处于待机状态,控制模块52激活输入组件30,防误触系统50切换至解锁状态。如此,使用者在将儿童安全座椅1通过ISOFIX连接器532安装至车辆后座时,只要左侧ISOFIX连接器和右侧的ISOFIX连接器中的任一者插接到位,防误触系统50就可以从待机状态切换至解锁状态,以激活输入组件30,无需手动进行状态切换,提升了使用便利性。可选地,控制模块52还可以配置为,只有两侧的ISOFIX 532都插接到位,才会将防误触系统50切换至解锁状态,以激活输入组件30。可选地,显示屏32可以显示ISOFIX连接器532的插接状态。例如,如图21d所示,当两侧的ISOFIX连接器532都未插接到位时,α、β和γ区域显示为红色;当仅右侧的ISOFIX连接器532插接到位时,α和γ区域显示为红色,β区域显示绿色;当仅左侧的ISOFIX连接器532插接到位时,β和γ区域显示为红色,α区域显示绿色;当两侧的ISOFIX连接器532都插接到位时,α、β和γ区域都显示绿色。可选地,在本实施例中,就位传感器531为行程开关,底座100的左右两侧分别设置有一个第二驱动件533。当ISOFIX连接器532的卡钩枢转并卡合于车辆座椅处的ISOFIX接口内的卡杆时,配合卡钩的第二驱动件533随着卡钩的枢转而移动并与行程开关抵接而触发行程开关,行程开关向控制模块52输出就位信号。
在本申请的一个实施例中,底座100还设置有电池(图未示),用于给输入组件30和防误触系统50供电,可选的,当防误触系统50锁定状态或者解锁状态,且电池电量低于预设值时,显示屏显示电量低的信息,例如,如图22a所示。可选地,输入组件30设置有电源接口101(参考图27),该电源接口101与控制模块52电性连接,用于连接外接电源。外接电源用于给例如通风装置71和座椅姿态调整组件20供电。在电池为可充电电池的实施例中,外接电源还可以用于给电池充电。在这样的实施例中,与连接外接电源的情况相比,未连接外接电源的情况下,第二预定时间将更短,例如,第二预定时间可以为1分钟、3分钟等,以便于更快进入待机状态,节省电池电量。
参考图24和图25b,在本申请的一个实施例中,儿童安全座椅1还包括无线接收模块和遥控器60。该无线接收模块例如设置在儿童安全座椅1上,并且与控制模块52电性连接。遥控器60与无线接收模块无线通信连接。在这样的实施例中,输入组件30包括遥控器60。可选地,遥控器60设置有多个遥控按键,在本实施例中,遥控按键包括通风按键611、通风关闭按键612、座椅直立按键613、座椅斜躺按键614以及两个座椅倾斜角度调整按键615。具体地,按下通风关闭按键612,座椅通风装置71关闭。按下通风按键611,座椅通风装置71开启,再次按下通风按键611,则座椅通风装置71可在高速通风、中速通风和低速通风三种通风强度模式下依次切换。按下座椅直立按键613,座椅本体130的倾斜角度逐渐减小至使得座椅本体130到达直立模式。按下座椅斜躺按键614,座椅本体130的倾斜角度逐渐增大使得座椅本体130到达躺倒模式。两个座椅倾斜角度调整按键615分别控制座椅本体130向倾斜角度增大和倾斜角度减小的方向转动,即按一下座椅倾斜角度调整按键615,座椅角度变化一档。
可选地,遥控器60还可以具有对码功能,通过对码,可让遥控器60与无线接收模块配对。在一个实施例中,对码方式为:在输入组件30处于激活状态时,先按压输入组件30上的的配对按键33,然后在设定时间内,例如8秒、10秒等,再按压任一遥控按键,以完成配对。
在另一实施例中,可选地,控制模块52配置为响应于在预设时间内没有任何操作,禁用遥控器60;控制模块52响应于第二解锁操作,激活遥控器60。第二解锁操作包括通过遥控器60输入特定的输入操作的组合。“通过遥控器60输入特定的输入操作的组合”例如为在第四预设时间内按压两个不同的遥控按键。可选地,第四预设时间可以为0.5S、1S等。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,0.5S、1S仅为示例性的,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要为第四预定时间选择合适的时长。通过这样的方式,可以避免因误触遥控按键导致意外执行相应地功能,给使用者带来不便。
在本申请的一个实施例中,儿童安全座椅1还设置有提示器。提示器例如设置在座椅本体130或者底座100内,并且与控制模块52电性连接。可选地,提示器为可以发出声音提示信号的蜂鸣器。当出现某些特定事件时,蜂鸣器会发出蜂鸣声。示例性地,在遥控器60对码成功时,蜂鸣器发出蜂鸣声;或者当防误触系统50进入或者脱离待机状态时,蜂鸣器发出持续时间较长(大于1S,例如持续2S、5S等)的蜂鸣声。
参考图25b,在本申请的一个实施例中,控制模块52包括:第一控制板;第二控制板和第三控制板(图未示)。第一控制板设置底座100中,第二控制板设置在座椅本体130中。并且第一控制板与第二控制板通过例如电滑环(图未示)电性连接。在本实施例中,座椅姿态检测模块51包括倾斜角度检测机构、朝向检测机构和ISOFIX检测机构。倾斜角度检测机构用于检测座椅本体130的倾斜角度,并且倾斜角度检测机与第二控制板电性连接。在其他实施例中,可选地,倾斜角度检测机构包括角度传感器,角度传感器与控制模块52电性连接。可选地,角度传感器为霍尔传感器,当霍尔传感器检测到座椅本体130的倾斜角度发生改变时,角度传感器向控制模块52输出倾斜角度变化信号。若此时防误触系统50处于待机状态,控制模块52激活输入组件30,防误触系统50切换至解锁状态。例如,在儿童坐于座椅本体130之前,为了适配安全性和舒适性而手动调整座椅本体130倾斜角度时,输入组件30自动激活,防误触系统50切换至解锁状态,由此提升了使用便利性。在其他实施例中,角度传感器也可以是陀螺仪等可以感应角度变化的其他传感器。朝向检测机构用于检测座椅本体130的旋转位置,并且朝向检测机构与第一控制板电性连接。ISOFIX检测机构例如为前述实施例中的ISOFIX检测机构53,其与第一控制板电性连接。可选地,第三控制板设置在输入组件30中,与第一控制板电性连接。
参考图26和图27,在本申请的一个实施例中,朝向检测机构包括:前向传感器511、后向传感器512和检测凸513。前向传感器511和后向传感器512二者相对地设置在在底座100中,检测凸513设置在座椅本体130的旋转盘72上,并且可以随着座椅本体130转动而转动。可选地,设置在旋转盘72的可伸缩的卡合销513可以用做检测凸513。示例性地,前向传感器511和后向传感器512为弹片开关。当座椅本体130位于前向位置时,检测凸513伸入到位于底座100后部的卡合孔510内,抵压并触发前向传感器511向控制模块52输出前向位置信号;当座椅本体130位于后向位置时,检测凸513伸入到位于底座100前部的卡合孔510内,抵压并触发后向传感器512向控制模块52输出后向位置信号。具体地,当防误触系统50处于待机状态,使用者手动旋转座椅本体130以改变座椅本体130的旋转位置,当座椅本体130旋转至并锁定在前向位置(或者后向位置)时,前向传感器511(或者后向传感器512)被检测凸513触发,向控制模块52输入前向位置信号(或者后向位置信号),控制模块52激活输入组件30,并恢复向显示屏、风扇及驱动电机等组件供电,防误触系统50进入解锁状态。由此可以快速地解除锁定状态,提升了使用便利性。可选地,显示屏显示底座100当前处于前向模式,如图21a所示。具体地,当防误触系统50处于待机状态,控制模块52接收到后向位置信号时,控制模块52激活输入组件30,防误触系统50进入解锁状态。可选地,显示屏显示底座100当前处于后向模式,如图21b所示。
在其他的实施例中,朝向检测机构还可以包括侧向传感器(图未示)。当座椅本体130位于侧向位置时,检测凸513触发侧向传感器向控制模块52输出侧向位置信号。当防误触系统50处于待机状态,控制模块52接收到侧向位置信号时,控制模块52激活输入组件30,防误触系统50进入解锁状态。可选地,显示屏显示底座100当前处于侧向模式,如图21c所示。
继续参考图26和图27,在本实施例中,座椅姿态检测模块51包括:固定座516、第一驱动件517、触发弹簧519、前向传感器511;和后向传感器512。前向传感器511和后向传感器512为相同的传感器。具体地,前向传感器511和后向传感器512为行程开关,该行程开关可通过例如电线或其他电连接件与控制模块52电性连接。固定座516固定安装在底座100上,底座100设置有卡合孔510,第一驱动件517呈柱状并同轴地设置在卡合孔510内。第一驱动件517的周侧设置有触发弹簧519,前向传感器511设置在位于第一驱动件517周侧的触发弹簧519的旁侧。第一驱动件517的端部还设置有与底座100抵接的复位弹簧518。座椅本体130的底侧设置有例如为卡合销形式的检测凸513,检测凸513的周侧环设有环接部514。
在其他实施例中,前向传感器511和后向传感器512也可以是对射式传感器,当座椅本体130旋转到位时,检测凸513移出,以遮挡对射式传感器的光束,触发对射式传感器,继而对射式传感器向控制模块52输出位置信号,以达到根据座椅本体130的旋转位置选择性地激活输入组件30,使得防误触系统50进入解锁状态。前向传感器511和后向传感器512还可以选择其他类型的传感器,此处不一一列举。
参考图27和图28,在本申请的一个实施例中,座椅姿态调整组件20还包括倾斜角度调整机构200。倾斜角度调整机构200包括:传动件230、滑块220、驱动器260、操作件280和位置检测器2130。可选地,位置检测器2130可以包括:第一位置检测器2131;第二位置检测器2132;和第三位置检测器2133。滑块220的一端上穿设有推动杆132,滑块220通过推动杆132可驱动地连接至座椅本体130。滑块220的另一端可分离地啮合于传动件230。传动件230例如是螺杆。滑块220的一端枢接于座椅本体130处的推动杆132,滑块220的另一端套接在螺杆上。滑块220的内侧面设有螺纹,能够沿着传动件230运动。滑块220沿着传动件230的运动能够驱动座椅本体130相对于底座100滑动,以改变座椅本体130的倾斜角度。驱动器260与传动件230可驱动地连接,以驱动传动件230带动滑块220运动。操作件280设置在座椅本体130上,操作件280用于驱动滑块220与传动件230脱离啮合,以实现手动调整座椅本体130的倾斜角度。具体地,通过操作件280通过例如钢线连接滑块220,当使用者拉动操作件280时,操作件280通过钢线驱动滑块220远离传动件230,与传动件230脱离啮合,由此座椅本体130与驱动器260之间的可驱动连接被释放,座椅本体130可以由使用者手动改变倾斜角度。多个位置检测器2130沿传动件230的延伸方向设置,并电性连接控制模块52,用于检测滑块220相对于传动件230的位置。示例性地,位置传感器405为光电传感器。在本实施例中,当处于防误触系统50处于待机状态或者锁定状态时,使用者不能够通过输入组件30调整座椅本体130的倾斜角度。此时,使用者可以通过操作件280手动地调整座椅本体130的倾斜角度,位置传感器405检测滑块220的移动,向控制模块52输出座椅姿态信号,以激活输入组件30。当输入组件30处于激活状态时,用户可以通过输入组件30的功能按钮快捷地控制驱动器260调整座椅本体130的倾斜角度,由此提升了使用便利性。
在图27所示的实施例中,座椅本体130设置有通风装置71,该通风装置71与控制模块52电性连接,可通过输入组件30上的按键31,例如通风控制按键312,启动或者关闭通风装置71。可选地,通风控制按键312还可以用于调节座椅通风装置71的功率,例如通过长按或者双击通风控制按键312改变座椅通风装置71的功率。在设置有通风装置71的实施例中,当未接入外接电源时按压了通风控制按键312或者座椅倾斜角度调整按键313,显示屏32会显示如图22b所示的“连接电源图案”,提示使用者需要接入外接电源才能启用座椅通风功能或座椅倾斜角度调整功能。
本申请还提供一种对于该儿童安全座椅的操控方法,参考图23b,该操控方法包括以下步骤:
当防误触系统50处于待机状态时,操作儿童安全座椅1的座椅本体130相对于底座100旋转至预设卡合位置,例如,前向位置、后向位置或者侧向位置,防误触系统50进入解锁状态。当防误触系统50处于待机状态时,操作ISOFIX连接器到达ISOFIX插口内的预设插接位置,例如,任一侧的ISOFIX连接器到达ISOFIX插口内的预设插接位置或者两侧的ISOFIX连接器都到达ISOFIX插口内的预设插接位置,防误触系统50进入解锁状态。当防误触系统50处于待机状态时,使得座椅本体130的背靠的倾斜角度发生变化,防误触系统50进入解锁状态。当防误触系统50处于待机状态时,按压输入组件30上的电源按键311,防误触系统50进入解锁状态。当防误触系统50处于待机状态时,将外接电源插入电源接口101,防误触系统50进入解锁状态。
可选地,当防误触系统50处于解锁状态时,对儿童安全座椅1无操作(包括操作按键、调整背靠的倾斜角度、调整座椅本体130的旋转位置以及卡合ISOFIX插头连接器等)的时间大于第一预定时间(例如,5S、10S等)时,防误触系统50换至锁定状态。参考图20b,当防误触系统50换至锁定状态,显示屏32的第一显示区域321短暂显示“按键锁定图案”。
可选地,当防误触系统50处于锁定状态且按键无操作的时间大于第二预定时间(例如5分钟、10分钟等)时,防误触系统50换至待机状态。
可选地,当防误触系统50处于锁定状态且至少两个不同按键被按下的时间间隔短于第三预设时间(例如,0.5S、1S等)时,防误触系统50换至解锁状态。参考图20a,显示屏32的第一显示区域321的右部显示“按键锁定图案”,表明此时处于锁定状态。显示屏32的第一显示区域321的左部向使用者提供提示,先点击电源按键311,再点击通风控制按键312,即可激活输入组件30,使得防误触系统50切换至解锁状态。切换至解锁状态后,如图20c所示,显示屏32的第一显示区域321短暂显示“按键释锁图案”。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,包括:
    底座(100);
    座椅本体(130),其可滑动地连接至底座(100);和
    倾斜角度调整机构(200),其可枢转地连接至所述底座(100),并且连接至所述座椅本体(130),以驱动所述座椅本体(130)相对于所述底座(100)滑动,
    所述倾斜角度调整机构(200)包括:
    传动件(230);
    驱动器(260),其与所述传动件(230)可驱动地连接;和
    滑块(220),其可枢转地连接于所述座椅本体(130),并可分离地啮合于所述传动件(230),其中,所述驱动器(260)驱动所述传动件(230)带动所述滑块(220)运动,所述滑块(220)的运动驱动所述座椅本体(130)相对于所述底座(100)滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,所述传动件(230)为螺杆(231),
    所述滑块(220)包括:
    卡合件(240),所述卡合件(240)可在第一位置和第二位置之间移动;和
    驱动块(270),所述驱动块(270)可驱动地连接至所述卡合件(240),
    其中,所述卡合件(240)设置有螺纹部(241),当所述卡合件(240)位于所述第一位置,所述卡合件(240)的螺纹部(241)与所述螺杆(231)啮合,所述螺杆(231)的旋转驱动所述滑块(220)沿所述螺杆(231)的轴线方向运动;当所述卡合件(240)位于所述第二位置,所述卡合件(240)的螺纹部(241)与所述螺杆(231)脱离啮合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,
    所述倾斜角度调整机构(200)还包括支架(210),所述支架(210)的至少一部分设置在所述底座(100)中,所述支架(210)包括可枢转地连接至所述底座(100)的连接端(2102)和与所述连接端(2102)相对的自由端(2103);
    所述支架(210)还包括两个平行设置的限位架(212),两个所述限位架(212)之间限定出第一滑动槽(2101),所述螺杆(231)平行于所述第一滑动槽(2101)固定在所述支架(210)上,所述滑块(220)可滑动地设置在所述第一滑动槽(2101)中,以被所述限位架(212)限位。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,
    所述滑块(220)设置有:
    第一通道(222),所述螺杆(231)穿设在所述第一通道(222)中;和
    第二通道(223),其与所述第一通道(222)相交并且相互导通,所述卡合件(240)设置在所述第二通道(223)中,所述卡合件(240)沿着所述第二通道(223)可在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间滑动,所述第一位置比所述第二位置更加靠近所述第一通道(222)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,
    所述滑块(220)还设置有:第三通道(224),所述驱动块(270)可滑动地设置在所述第三通道(224)中,并且所述驱动块(270)沿着所述第三通道(224)在第三位置和第四位置之间可滑动;
    所述驱动块(270)设置有驱动槽(2701),所述卡合件(240)上固设有驱动杆(2401),所述驱动杆(2401)插入所述驱动槽(2701)中,
    其中,所述驱动槽(2701)的延伸方向与所述第一通道(222)的延伸方向不平行,
    当所述驱动块(270)朝向所述第三位置滑动时,所述驱动块(270)通过驱动槽(2701)驱动所述卡合件(240)朝向所述第一位置移动,以使得所述卡合件(240)从一侧啮合所述螺杆(231);
    当所述驱动块(270)朝向所述第四位置滑动时,所述驱动块(270)通过所述驱动槽(2701)驱动所述卡合件(240)朝向所述第二位置移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,
    所述驱动块(270)还设置有定位槽(2702),所述定位槽(2702)与所述驱动槽(2701)相连通,且所述定位槽(2702)的延伸方向平行于所述驱动槽(2701),当所述驱动块(270)位于所述第三位置时,所述驱动杆(2401)位于所述定位槽(2702)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,
    所述倾斜角度调整机构(200)还包括:复位件(250),所述复位件(250)的第一端抵靠所述滑块(220),所述复位件(250)的第二端抵靠所述驱动块(270),所述复位件(250)持续向所述驱动块(270)施加推力,使得所述驱动块(270)具有朝向所述第三位置滑动的趋势。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,
    所述倾斜角度调整机构(200)还包括:
    连接件(290),所述连接件(290)的一端连接至所述驱动块(270);
    操作件(280),所述操作件(280)设置在座椅本体(130)上,所述连接件(290)的另一端连接至所述操作件(280),所述操作件(280)配置为:牵引所述连接件(290),以驱动所述驱动块(270)克服所述复位件(250)的推力朝向所述第四位置滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,
    所述座椅本体(130)包括固定在所述座椅本体(130)上的推动杆(132),
    所述滑块(220)上设置有连接部(227),所述推动杆(132)穿设在所述连接部(227)中,
    其中,所述滑块(220)在所述支架(210)中的滑动经由所述推动杆(132)驱动所述座椅本体(130)相对于所述底座(100)滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,所述座椅本体(130)的运动轨迹为一圆弧形,在所述圆弧形所在的平面中,所述圆弧形的圆心与所述推动杆(132)之间的虚拟连线与所述滑块(200)作用在所述推动杆(132)上的力的方向相交形成的作用角处于78度至98度的范围。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,
    所述支架(210)的所述连接端(2102)穿设有枢转轴(2104),
    所述底座(100)上设置有安装肋(1201)和安装座(1202),所述安装肋(1201)上开设有通孔(12011),
    其中,所述枢转轴(2104)的端部穿过所述通孔(12011),并且所述枢转轴(2104)固定在所述安装座(1202)上,
    所述安装座(1202)设置有安装槽(1203),所述枢转轴(2104)的所述端部容纳在所述安装槽(1203)中,
    所述枢转轴(2104)的所述端部套设有缓震套(1205),所述缓震套(2105)位于所述枢转轴(2104)的所述端部与所述安装槽(1203)之间。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅(1),其特征在于,还包括:
    输入组件(30),其包括按键或者触控屏中的至少一者;
    座椅姿态检测模块(51),其设置在所述座椅本体(130)或者所述底座(100)上,以检测所述座椅本体(130)的座椅姿态;以及
    控制模块(52),其电性连接所述输入组件(30)和所述座椅姿态检测模块(51),
    其中,所述控制模块(52)响应于所述座椅姿态在预设时间内未发生变化,禁用所述输入组件(30),所述控制模块(52)响应于所述座椅姿态发生变化,激活所述输入组件(30),
    其中,所述座椅姿态包括所述座椅本体(130)的倾斜角度。
  13. 一种儿童安全座椅(1)的防误触系统(50),其中,所述儿童安全座椅(1)包括座椅本体(130)、底座(100)、输入组件(30)和座椅姿态调整组件(20),所述输入组件(30)包括按键或者触控屏中的至少一者;所述座椅姿态调整组件(20)包括用于调整所述座椅本体(130)的旋转位置的旋转位置调整机构和用于调整所述座椅本体的倾斜角度的倾斜角度调整机构中的至少一者,
    其特征在于,所述防误触系统(50)包括:
    座椅姿态检测模块(51),其设置在所述座椅本体(130)或者所述底座(100)上,以检测所述座椅本体(130)的座椅姿态;以及
    控制模块(52),其电性连接所述输入组件(30)和所述座椅姿态检测模块(51),
    其中,所述控制模块(52)响应于所述座椅姿态在预设时间内未发生变化,禁用所述输入组件(30),所述控制模块(52)响应于所述座椅姿态发生变化,激活所述输入组件(30),
    其中,所述座椅姿态包括所述座椅本体(130)的所述旋转位置和所述座椅本体(130)的所述倾斜角度中的至少一者。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的防误触系统(50),其特征在于,
    所述座椅姿态检测模块(51)包括设在所述底座(100)的前向传感器(511)和后向传感器(512),以及设在所述座椅本体(130)且随所述座椅本体(130)转动的检测凸(513),其中,所述前向传感器(511)和所述后向传感器(512)相对设置;
    当所述座椅本体(130)位于前向位置时,所述检测凸(513)触发所述前向传感器(511)向所述控制模块(52)输出前向位置信号;
    当所述座椅本体(130)位于后向位置时,所述检测凸(513)触发所述后向传感器(512)向所述控制模块(52)输出后向位置信号。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的防误触系统(50),其特征在于,所述座椅姿态调整组件(20)包括驱动器(260),所述输入组件(30)在被激活时能够通过控制模块(52)控制所述驱动器(260),以调整所述座椅本体(130)的所述倾斜角度。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的防误触系统(50),其特征在于,所述座椅姿态调整组件(20)包括所述倾斜角度调整机构(200),所述倾斜角度调整机构(200)包括:
    传动件(230);
    滑块(220),其一端连接于所述座椅本体(130),另一端可分离地啮合于所述传动件(230),所述滑块(220)的运动驱动所述座椅本体(130)相对于所述底座(100)滑动;
    驱动器(260),其与所述传动件(230)可驱动地连接,以驱动所述传动件(230)带动所述滑块(220)运动,以调整所述座椅本体(130)的倾斜角度;
    操作件(280),其能够驱动所述滑块(220)与所述传动件(230)分离,以使得能够手动调整所述座椅本体(130)的倾斜角度;以及
    位置检测器(2130),其电性连接所述控制模块(52),用于检测所述滑块(220)相对于所述传动件(230)的位置;
    其中,所述输入组件(30)在被激活时能够控制所述驱动器(260),以调整所述座椅本体(130)的倾斜角度。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的防误触系统(50),其特征在于,所述防误触系统(50)具有待机状态、解锁状态和锁定状态,在所述锁定状态和所述待机状态,所述输入组件(30)被禁用从而不触发功能,在所述解锁状态,所述输入组件(30)被激活从而可触发功能,
    其中,在所述防误触系统(50)处于待机状态时,所述控制模块(52)响应于第一解锁操作控制所述防误触系统(50)进入所述解锁状态,以激活所述输入组件(30),在所述防误触系统(50)处于锁定状态时,所述控制模块(52)响应于第二解锁操作控制所述防误触系统(50)进入所述解锁状态,以激活所述输入组件(30),
    其中,所述第一解锁操作为手动调整座椅姿态,所述第二解锁操作为通过所述输入组件(30)输入特定的输入操作的组合。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的防误触系统(50),其特征在于,
    在所述防误触系统(50)处于所述解锁状态下,响应于所述输入组件(30)无操作的时间大于第一预定时间,所述防误触系统(50)换至所述锁定状态;在所述防误触系统(50)处于所述锁定状态下,响应于所述输入组件(30)无操作的时间大于第二预定时间时,所述防误触系统(50)换至所述待机状态。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的防误触系统(50),其特征在于,还包括:
    ISOFIX检测机构(53),其包括就位传感器(531),当所述就位传感器(531)检测到ISOFIX连接器(532)到达ISOFIX插口内的预设插接位置时,所述就位传感器(531)向所述控制模块(52)输出就位信号,
    其中,当所述防误触系统(50)处于所述待机状态,且所述控制模块(52)接收到所述就位信号时,所述控制模块(52)激活所述输入组件(30),所述防误触系统(50)切换至所述解锁状态。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的防误触系统(50),其特征在于,
    所述输入组件(30)还包括:电源接口,其与所述控制模块(52)电性连接,
    其中,当所述防误触系统(52)处于所述待机状态,且外接电源插入所述电源接口时,所述控制模块(52)激活所述输入组件(30),所述防误触系统(50)切换至所述解锁状态。
  21. 根据权利要求13所述的防误触系统(50),其特征在于,还包括:
    无线接收模块,其设置在所述儿童安全座椅(1)上,并且与所述控制模块(52)电性连接;和
    遥控器(60),其与所述无线接收模块无线通信连接,
    其中,所述输入组件(30)包括所述遥控器(60),所述控制模块(52)响应于在预设时间内所述遥控器(60)没有任何操作,禁用所述遥控器(60);所述控制模块(52)响应于第三解锁操作,激活所述遥控器(60),所述第三解锁操作为通过所述遥控器(60)输入特定的输入操作的组合。
