Description

冷凍サイクル装置 関連出願の相互参照
 本出願は、2024年4月1日に出願された日本特許出願2024-058847号、2024年7月1日に出願された日本特許出願2024-106027号、および2024年10月29日に出願された日本特許出願2024-189727号に基づくもので、ここにその記載内容を援用する。
 本開示は、冷凍サイクル装置に関する。
 従来、特許文献1に、いわゆるハイブリッド式の冷凍サイクル装置が開示されている。ハイブリッド式の冷凍サイクル装置とは、冷媒に吸着体を混合させた混合冷媒を循環させる蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクル装置である。
 この種の冷凍サイクル装置では、吸着体に冷媒を吸着させる際の吸着熱、および吸着体から冷媒を脱着させる際の脱着熱を利用することができる。これにより、ハイブリッド式の冷凍サイクル装置では、冷媒に吸着体を混合させていない通常の蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクル装置よりも、高圧側の冷媒の圧力を低下させて、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができる。
 また、特許文献1には、低圧側の混合冷媒から吸着体を分離し、吸着体が分離された冷媒を圧縮機にて圧縮し、冷媒から分離された吸着体を昇圧器にて昇圧させることが記載されている。そして、圧縮機から吐出された冷媒に昇圧器にて昇圧された吸着体を混合させて、高圧側の混合冷媒とすることが記載されている。さらに、特許文献1には、吸着体を昇圧させる昇圧器として、粉体ポンプを採用できることも記載されている。

 しかしながら、一般的な粉体ポンプでは、粉体の流動によって、摺動部やシール部の摩耗が進行しやすい。このため、粉体ポンプは、他の冷凍サイクル装置の構成機器よりも耐久寿命が短くなりやすい。その結果、特許文献1のように、昇圧器として粉体ポンプを採用する構成では、冷凍サイクル装置全体としての信頼性が低下しやすい。
 本開示は、上記点に鑑み、冷媒に吸着体を混合させた混合冷媒を循環させる冷凍サイクル装置であって、信頼性の高い冷凍サイクル装置を提供することを目的とする。
 本開示の第1の態様の冷凍サイクル装置は、冷媒を吸着および脱着する吸着体を冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒を循環させる。さらに、低圧側抽出部と、圧縮部と、吐出側輸送部と、放熱部と、混合冷媒減圧部と、吸熱部と、を備える。
 低圧側抽出部は、混合冷媒から冷媒を抽出する。圧縮部は、低圧側抽出部にて抽出された冷媒を吸入し、圧縮して吐出する。吐出側輸送部は、圧縮部から吐出された吐出冷媒の圧力エネルギを用いて、低圧側抽出部から流出した混合冷媒を吐出冷媒側へ輸送する。放熱部は、吐出側輸送部から流出した混合冷媒を放熱させる。混合冷媒減圧部は、放熱部から流出した混合冷媒を減圧させる。吸熱部は、混合冷媒減圧部にて減圧された混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体から冷媒を脱着させて、混合冷媒を低圧側抽出部の混合冷媒入口側へ流出させる。
 これによれば、いわゆるハイブリッド式の冷凍サイクル装置が構成される。このため、放熱部では、吸着体が冷媒を吸着する際の吸着熱を放熱させることができる。また、吸熱部では、吸着体が冷媒を脱着する際の脱着熱を吸熱させることができる。従って、吸着体を冷媒に混合させていない通常の蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクル装置よりも、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができる。
 さらに、吐出側輸送部では、吐出冷媒の圧力エネルギを用いて混合冷媒を輸送するので、摺動部やシール部の少ない輸送部を実現しやすい。その結果、冷媒に吸着体を混合させた混合冷媒を循環させる冷凍サイクル装置の信頼性を向上させることができる。
 ここで、ハイブリッド式の冷凍サイクル装置の作動効率は、吸熱部における吸熱量を、冷媒および吸着体の双方を低圧から高圧に昇圧させるために要した消費動力で除算した値等で定義することができる。
 本開示についての上記目的およびその他の目的、特徴や利点は、添付の図面を参照しながら下記の詳細な記述により、より明確となる。

 以下に、図面を参照しながら本開示を実施するための複数の実施形態を説明する。各実施形態において先行する実施形態で説明した事項に対応する部分には同一の参照符号を付して重複する説明を省略する場合がある。各実施形態において構成の一部のみを説明している場合は、構成の他の部分については先行して説明した他の実施形態を適用することができる。各実施形態で具体的に組合せが可能であることを明示している部分同士の組合せばかりではなく、特に組合せに支障が生じなければ、明示していなくとも実施形態同士を部分的に組み合せることも可能である。
 (第1実施形態)
 図1、図2を用いて、本開示に係る冷凍サイクル装置の第1実施形態を説明する。本実施形態では、図1の全体構成図に示す冷凍サイクル装置10を、空調装置1に適用している。空調装置1は、冷凍サイクル装置10、制御装置20等を備えている。
 冷凍サイクル装置10は、空調装置1において、空調対象空間である室内へ送風される送風空気を冷却する蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクルを構成する。冷凍サイクル装置10では、冷媒として二酸化炭素(すなわち、R744)を採用している。
 冷媒には、吸着体が混合されている。吸着体は、高圧下では冷媒を吸着し、低圧下では冷媒を脱着(換言すると、脱離)する。さらに、吸着体は、冷媒を吸着する際には吸着した冷媒の有する熱(すなわち、内部エネルギ)を吸着熱として放熱し、冷媒を脱着する際には周囲の熱を脱着熱として吸熱する。
 より具体的には、本実施形態では、吸着体として、金属有機構造体(MOF:Metal-Organic Framework)を採用している。MOFは、金属イオンと有機配位子とを反応させることによって得られる多孔性材料である。MOFは、金属イオンと有機配位子と連結することにより、内部に無数の開口を有する高分子構造体である。
 MOFは、金属イオンと有機配位子との組み合わせによって、開口径の最適化を行うことができる。MOFでは、開口径を調整することによって、吸着対象物を選択的に吸着することができる。本実施形態では、冷媒である二酸化炭素の吸着に適したMOFを採用している。具体的には、MOF-5、あるいは、MOF-200を採用することができる。
 吸着体は、冷媒に溶けることなく、粉末状あるいは粒子状の固体の状態で冷媒に混合されている。さらに、本実施形態の冷媒に混合されている吸着体の量は、冷凍サイクル装置10の通常使用条件では、全ての冷媒を吸着可能な量よりも少ない。このため、冷凍サイクル装置10では、吸着体のみがサイクル内を循環することはない。
 以下の説明では、説明の明確化のため、吸着体を混合させた冷媒を混合冷媒と記載し、吸着体を混合させていない冷媒については、混合という用語を用いずに、冷媒、吐出冷媒、吐出側噴射冷媒、減圧側噴射冷媒等と記載する。
 圧縮機11は、冷凍サイクル装置10において、冷媒を吸入し、圧縮して吐出する圧縮部である。圧縮機11は、吐出容量が固定された固定容量型の圧縮機構を電動モータにて回転駆動する電動圧縮機である。圧縮機構としては、ロータリ式の圧縮機構、スクロール式の圧縮機構等を採用することができる。圧縮機11は、制御装置20から出力される制御信号によって、回転数(すなわち、冷媒吐出能力)が制御される。
 圧縮機11の吐出口には、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側ノズル部12aの入口側が接続されている。
 吐出側エジェクタ12は、吐出側ノズル部12aから噴射された吐出側噴射冷媒の吸引作用によって、吐出側ボデー部12bに形成された吐出側吸引口12cから、後述する低圧側抽出部16から流出した混合冷媒を吸引する。さらに、吐出側エジェクタ12は、吐出側噴射冷媒に吸着体を混合させた混合冷媒の速度エネルギ(すなわち、膨張エネルギ)を圧力エネルギに変換して、混合冷媒を昇圧させる。
 吐出側エジェクタ12の詳細構成については、図2を用いて説明する。吐出側エジェクタ12は、吐出側ノズル部12a、および吐出側ボデー部12bを有している。
 吐出側ノズル部12aは、圧縮機11から吐出された吐出冷媒の圧力エネルギを速度エネルギに変化して冷媒を噴射するノズルである。吐出側ノズル部12aは、冷媒の流れ方向に向かって徐々に先細る形状の金属製(本実施形態では、ステンレス製)の略円筒状部材で形成されている。
 吐出側ノズル部12aは、吐出冷媒を等エントロピ的に減圧して、超音速となるまで加速させた吐出側噴射冷媒を、吐出側ボデー部12bに形成された吐出側混合部12eへ噴射する。吐出側ノズル部12aとしては、いわゆるラバルノズルや先細ノズルを採用することができる。
 吐出側ボデー部12bは、吐出側ノズル部12aを支持固定するとともに、吐出側エジェクタ12の外殻を形成している。吐出側ボデー部12bは、金属製(本実施形態では、アルミニウム合金製)の略円筒状部材で形成されている。吐出側ノズル部12aは、吐出側ボデー部12bの長手方向一端側の内部に、圧入等の手段で固定されている。吐出側ボデー部12bは、樹脂にて形成されていてもよい。
 吐出側ボデー部12bの筒状壁面のうち、吐出側ノズル部12aの外周側に対応する部位には、吐出側ボデー部12bの内外を貫通して吐出側ノズル部12aの冷媒噴射口と連通するように設けられた吐出側吸引口12cが形成されている。吐出側吸引口12cは、吐出側ノズル部12aから噴射される吐出側噴射冷媒の吸引作用によって、低圧側抽出部16から流出した混合冷媒を、吐出側ボデー部12bの内部へ吸引する貫通穴である。
 さらに、吐出側ボデー部12bの内部には、吐出側吸引通路12d、吐出側混合部12e、吐出側昇圧部12fが形成されている。吐出側吸引通路12d、吐出側吸引口12cから吸引された混合冷媒を吐出側混合部12eへ導く通路である。吐出側混合部12eは、吐出側吸引口12cから吸引された混合冷媒と吐出側噴射冷媒とを混合させるための空間である。吐出側混合部12eは、略円柱状に形成されている。
 吐出側昇圧部12fは、吐出側吸引口12cから吸引された混合冷媒と吐出側噴射冷媒との混合冷媒を昇圧させるための空間である。吐出側昇圧部12fは、混合冷媒の流れ方向に向かって断面積を拡大させる円錐台状に形成されている。吐出側昇圧部12fでは、吐出側噴射冷媒が生じさせた衝撃波の作用および通路断面積の拡大によって、混合冷媒の速度エネルギを圧力エネルギに変換する。
 従って、吐出側エジェクタ12は、圧縮機11から吐出された吐出冷媒の圧力エネルギを用いて、低圧側抽出部16から流出した混合冷媒を吐出冷媒側へ輸送する吐出側輸送部である。換言すると、吐出側エジェクタ12は、吐出冷媒の圧力エネルギを用いて、低圧側抽出部16から流出した混合冷媒を、圧力エネルギを消費した吐出冷媒である吐出側噴射冷媒に混合させる。
 吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側昇圧部12fの出口には、放熱用熱交換器13の混合冷媒入口側が接続されている。放熱用熱交換器13は、吐出側エジェクタ12から流出した混合冷媒と、図示しない外気ファンから送風された外気とを熱交換させて、混合冷媒の有する熱を外気へ放熱させる放熱部である。
 放熱用熱交換器13の混合冷媒出口には、電気式膨張弁14の入口側が接続されている。電気式膨張弁14は、放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒を減圧させる混合冷媒減圧部である。より詳細には、電気式膨張弁14では、混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒を減圧させて、吸着体の雰囲気冷媒の圧力を低下させている。さらに、電気式膨張弁14は、吸熱用熱交換器15へ流入する混合冷媒の流量を調整する流量調整部である。
 具体的には、電気式膨張弁14は、弁体部と駆動部とを有している。弁体部は、絞り開度を変化させる。駆動部は、弁体部を変位させる。駆動部としては、ステッピングモータやブラシレス直流モータ等の電動アクチュエータを採用することができる。電気式膨張弁14は、制御装置20から出力される制御信号によって、その作動が制御される。
 電気式膨張弁14の出口には、吸熱用熱交換器15の混合冷媒入口側が接続されている。吸熱用熱交換器15は、電気式膨張弁14にて減圧された混合冷媒と図示しない送風機から室内へ送風される送風空気とを熱交換させる。吸熱用熱交換器15は、混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体から冷媒を脱着させて吸熱作用を発揮させることによって、送風空気を冷却する吸熱部である。
 吸熱用熱交換器15の混合冷媒出口には、低圧側抽出部16の混合冷媒入口16c側が接続されている。低圧側抽出部16は、吸熱用熱交換器15から流出した混合冷媒から吸着体が含まれていない冷媒の一部を抽出する。換言すると、低圧側抽出部16は、吸着体を混合させていない冷媒と混合冷媒とを分離する低圧側分離部と呼ぶことができる。
 低圧側抽出部16にて冷媒が抽出された残余の混合冷媒の状態は、吸熱用熱交換器15から流出した混合冷媒の圧力、低圧側抽出部16が配置されている箇所の雰囲気温度、冷媒の種類、冷媒封入量等の影響を受ける。
 すなわち、低圧側抽出部16にて一部の冷媒が抽出された残余の混合冷媒は、吸着体を気相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒、吸着体を気液二相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒、あるいは、吸着体を液相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒となり得る。
 低圧側抽出部16は、内部に空間を形成する金属製の有底円筒状の容器によって形成されている。低圧側抽出部16は、軸方向が鉛直方向となるように配置されている。低圧側抽出部16の内部空間には、平板状の吸着体フィルタ161が配置されている。
 吸着体フィルタ161は、低圧側抽出部16の内部空間を、上下方向に上方空間16bおよび下方空間16aに区画している。吸着体フィルタ161は、混合冷媒から分離された低圧側の気相冷媒が通過することを許容し、少なくとも吸着体が通過することを禁止する選択的透過性を有する吸着体濾過部である。
 下方空間16aには、低圧側抽出部16の混合冷媒入口16cおよび混合冷媒出口16dが連通している。下方空間16aでは、冷媒と吸着体との比重差を利用して混合冷媒から冷媒を抽出する構成を採用している。
 また、残余の混合冷媒が、吸着体を液相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒となる場合に、下方空間16aをサイクルの余剰冷媒を飽和液相冷媒として蓄える貯液部として利用することができるように、下方空間16aの容積が設定されている。これにより、低圧側抽出部16では、上方空間16bに気相冷媒が抽出される。
 混合冷媒出口16dは、下方空間16aに蓄えられた混合冷媒、すなわち、気相冷媒が抽出された残余の混合冷媒を流出させる出口である。混合冷媒出口16dは、低圧側抽出部16の底面に形成されている。混合冷媒出口16dには、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側吸引口12c側が接続されている。混合冷媒出口16dと吐出側吸引口12cとを接続する冷媒通路は、混合冷媒通路23である。
 上方空間16bには、低圧側抽出部16の気相冷媒出口16eが連通している。気相冷媒出口16eは、吸着体フィルタ161を通過した低圧側の気相冷媒を流出させる出口である。気相冷媒出口16eは、低圧側抽出部16の天面に形成されている。低圧側抽出部16には、圧縮機11の吸入口側が接続されている。
 次に、本実施形態の空調装置1の電気制御部について説明する。制御装置20は、CPU、ROM、およびRAM等を含む周知のマイクロコンピュータとその周辺回路を有している。制御装置20は、ROM内に記憶された制御プログラムに基づいて各種演算、処理を行う。そして、制御装置20は、演算、処理結果に基づいて、出力側に接続された各種制御対象機器の作動を制御する。
 制御装置20の入力側には、各種制御用のセンサ群が接続されている。制御用のセンサ群には、図示しない内気温センサ、外気温センサ、高圧圧力センサ、高圧温度センサ、蒸発器圧力センサ、蒸発器温度センサ等が含まれる。
 内気温センサは、室内空気温度(すなわち、内気温)Trを検出する内気温検出部である。外気温センサは、室外空気温度(すなわち、外気温)Tamを検出する外気温検出部である。
 高圧圧力センサは、放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒の圧力である高圧圧力Pdを検出する高圧圧力検出部である。高圧温度センサは、放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒の温度である高圧温度Tdを検出する高圧温度検出部である。
 蒸発器圧力センサは、吸熱用熱交換器15から流出した混合冷媒の圧力である蒸発器圧力Peを検出する蒸発器圧力検出部である。蒸発器温度センサは、吸熱用熱交換器15から流出した混合冷媒の温度である蒸発器温度Teを検出する蒸発器温度検出部である。
 また、制御装置20の入力側には、図示しない操作パネルが、有線あるいは無線で接続されている。制御装置20には、操作パネルに設けられた各種操作スイッチからの操作信号が入力される。操作パネルに設けられた各種操作スイッチとしては、作動スイッチ、温度設定スイッチ、風量設定スイッチ等がある。
 制御装置20は、出力側に接続された各種制御対象機器を制御する制御部が一体に構成されたものである。従って、それぞれの制御対象機器の作動を制御する構成(ハードウェアおよびソフトウェア)が、それぞれの制御対象機器の作動を制御する制御部を構成している。例えば、制御装置20のうち、圧縮機11の冷媒吐出能力を制御する構成は、吐出能力制御部を構成している。
 次に、上記構成における空調装置1の作動について説明する。空調装置1では、作動スイッチが投入(すなわち、ON)されると、制御装置20が制御プログラムを実行する。制御プログラムでは、上述した制御用のセンサ群の検出信号および操作パネルの操作信号を読み込む。
 そして、読み込まれた検出信号および操作信号に基づいて、各種制御対象機器の作動を制御する。その後、制御プログラムの終了条件が成立するまで、所定の制御周期毎に、上述した検出信号および操作信号の読み込み、検出信号および操作信号に基づく各種制御対象機器の制御といった制御ルーチンを繰り返す。
 より具体的には、本実施形態の制御プログラムでは、蒸発器温度センサによって検出された蒸発器温度Teが、目標蒸発器温度TEOに近づくように、圧縮機11の冷媒吐出能力を制御する。目標蒸発器温度TEOは、内気温センサによって検出された内気温Tr、外気温センサによって検出された外気温Tam、温度設定スイッチによって設定された設定温度Tset等に基づいて算定される。
 また、制御プログラムでは、高圧圧力センサによって検出された高圧圧力Pdが目標高圧PDOに近づくように、電気式膨張弁14の絞り開度を制御する。目標高圧PDOは、高圧温度センサによって検出された高圧温度Tdに基づいて、サイクルの作動効率が極大値に近づくように決定される。
 冷凍サイクル装置10では、制御装置20が圧縮機11を作動させると、圧縮機11が低圧側抽出部16の気相冷媒出口16eから流出した低圧側の気相冷媒を吸入し、圧縮して吐出する。
 圧縮機11から吐出された吐出冷媒は、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側ノズル部12aへ流入する。吐出側ノズル部12aへ流入した吐出冷媒は、等エントロピ的に減圧されて吐出側ボデー部12bの吐出側混合部12eへ噴射される。そして、吐出側ノズル部12aから噴射された吐出側噴射冷媒の吸引作用によって、低圧側抽出部16の混合冷媒出口16dから流出した混合冷媒が、吐出側吸引口12cから吸引される。
 吐出側吸引口12cから吸引された混合冷媒は、吐出側吸引通路12dを介して、吐出側混合部12eへ流入する。この際、仮に、吐出側吸引口12cから吸引された混合冷媒に液相冷媒が含まれている場合には、吐出側混合部12eにて、液相冷媒が吐出側噴射冷媒から吸熱して蒸発する。このため、吐出側混合部12e内の混合冷媒は、吸着体を気相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒となって、吐出側昇圧部12fへ流入する。
 吐出側昇圧部12fでは、吐出側噴射冷媒が生じさせた衝撃波の作用、および通路断面積の拡大によって、混合冷媒の速度エネルギが圧力エネルギに変換される。これにより、混合冷媒の圧力が上昇する。そして、吐出側昇圧部12fにおける混合冷媒の圧力上昇に伴って、吸着体の吸着量が増加して、混合冷媒の体積が縮小していく。
 吐出側昇圧部12fから流出した混合冷媒は、放熱用熱交換器13へ流入する。放熱用熱交換器13へ流入した混合冷媒は、吸着体が気相冷媒を吸着する際に蓄えた内部エネルギを、吸着熱として外気へ放熱する。
 放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒は、電気式膨張弁14へ流入して減圧される。電気式膨張弁14にて減圧された混合冷媒は、吸熱用熱交換器15へ流入する。吸熱用熱交換器15へ流入した混合冷媒では、圧力低下に伴って、吸着体から冷媒が脱着する。この際、吸着体は、送風空気の有する熱を脱着熱として吸熱する。さらに、混合冷媒に液相冷媒が含まれている場合には、液相冷媒が蒸発して吸熱作用を発揮することにより、送風空気が冷却される。
 吸熱用熱交換器15から流出した混合冷媒は、低圧側抽出部16の下方空間16aへ流入する。下方空間16aへ流入した混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒の一部は、吸着体フィルタ161を介して、上方空間16bへ流入する。
 上方空間16bから流出した低圧側の気相冷媒は、圧縮機11に吸入されて再び圧縮される。下方空間16aから流出した混合冷媒は、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側吸引口12cから吸引される。
 以上の如く、本実施形態の空調装置1では、吸熱用熱交換器15を通過する際に冷却された送風空気を室内へ吹き出すことによって、室内の冷房を行うことができる。
 さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、冷媒に吸着体を混合させた混合冷媒を循環させるハイブリッド式の冷凍サイクル装置を構成している。このため、放熱用熱交換器13では、吸着体が冷媒を吸着する際の吸着熱を外気へ放熱させることができる。また、吸熱用熱交換器15では、吸着体が冷媒を脱着する際の脱着熱を送風空気から吸熱させることができる。
 従って、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10によれば、冷媒に吸着体を混合させていない通常の蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクル装置よりも、放熱用熱交換器13における混合冷媒の圧力や吐出冷媒の圧力を低下させることができる。その結果、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができる。
 ここで、混合冷媒を循環させる冷凍サイクル装置では、冷媒とともに吸着体を圧縮機に吸入させると圧縮機の耐久寿命に悪影響を与える可能性がある。これに対して、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、低圧側抽出部16を備えているので、圧縮機11が吸着体を吸入してしまうことを抑制することができる。
 さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10は、吐出側輸送部を備えている。吐出側輸送部では、吐出冷媒の圧力エネルギを用いて混合冷媒を吐出冷媒側へ輸送するので、摺動部やシール部の少ない輸送部を実現することができる。その結果、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10によれば、冷媒に吸着体を混合させた混合冷媒を循環させる冷凍サイクル装置の信頼性を向上させることができる。
 また、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、吐出側輸送部として、具体的に、吐出側エジェクタ12を採用している。これによれば、粉体ポンプ等で構成される昇圧器よりも少ない消費動力で吸着体を昇圧して輸送することができる。さらに、吐出側エジェクタ12によれば、小型かつ簡素な構成で、冷媒と混合冷媒とを混合させることができる。
 また、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、冷媒に混合されている吸着体の量が、全ての冷媒を吸着可能な量よりも少ない。このため、冷媒を吸着した吸着体のみがサイクル内を循環することがない。従って、粉末状あるいは粒子状の吸着体を採用しても、吸着体がサイクル内の所定の箇所に滞留してしまうことを抑制しやすい。
 (第2実施形態)
 本実施形態では、本開示に係る冷凍サイクル装置10aを空調装置1aに適用した例を説明する。冷凍サイクル装置10aでは、図3の全体構成図に示すように、第1実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10に対して、高圧側抽出部26、減圧側エジェクタ22、固定絞り17が追加されている。
 冷凍サイクル装置10aでは、放熱用熱交換器13の冷媒出口に、高圧側抽出部26の混合冷媒入口26c側が接続されている。高圧側抽出部26は、放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒から吸着体が含まれていない冷媒の一部を抽出する。換言すると、高圧側抽出部26は、吸着体を混合させていない冷媒と混合冷媒とを分離する高圧側分離部と呼ぶことができる。
 本実施形態では、高圧側抽出部26にて抽出された冷媒の状態は、放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒の圧力、高圧側抽出部26が配置されている箇所の雰囲気温度、冷媒の種類、冷媒封入量等の影響を受ける。すなわち、高圧側抽出部26にて抽出された冷媒は、超臨界状態の冷媒、気相冷媒、気液二相冷媒、あるいは、液相冷媒となり得る。
 高圧側抽出部26にて冷媒が抽出された残余の混合冷媒の状態は、放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒の圧力、高圧側抽出部26が配置されている箇所の雰囲気温度、冷媒の種類、冷媒封入量等の影響を受ける。
 すなわち、高圧側抽出部26にて冷媒が抽出された残余の混合冷媒は、吸着体を超臨界状態の冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒、吸着体を気相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒、吸着体を気液二相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒、あるいは、吸着体を液相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒となり得る。
 高圧側抽出部26の基本的構成は、低圧側抽出部16と同様である。従って、高圧側抽出部26の内部空間は、フィルタ261によって上方空間26bおよび下方空間26aに区画されている。下方空間26aには、高圧側抽出部26の混合冷媒入口26cおよび混合冷媒出口26dが連通している。上方空間26bには、高圧側抽出部26の冷媒出口26eが連通している。
 高圧側抽出部26の冷媒出口26eには、電気式膨張弁14aの入口側が接続されている。電気式膨張弁14aの基本的構成は、第1実施形態で説明した電気式膨張弁14と同様である。電気式膨張弁14aの出口には、減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側ノズル部22aの入口側が接続されている。
 高圧側抽出部26の混合冷媒出口26dには、固定絞り17の入口側が接続されている。固定絞り17は、高圧側抽出部26の混合冷媒出口26dから流出した混合冷媒を減圧させる混合冷媒減圧部である。より詳細には、固定絞り17では、混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒を減圧させて、吸着体の雰囲気冷媒の圧力を低下させている。
 さらに、固定絞り17は、減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側吸引口22cへ吸引される混合冷媒の流量を調整する流量調整部である。より具体的には、固定絞り17としては、オリフィス、キャピラリチューブ等を採用することができる。固定絞り17の出口には、減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側吸引口22c側が接続されている。
 減圧側エジェクタ22は、減圧側ノズル部22aから噴射された減圧側噴射冷媒の吸引作用によって、減圧側ボデー部22bに形成された減圧側吸引口22cから、固定絞り17にて減圧された混合冷媒を吸引する。さらに、減圧側エジェクタ22は、減圧側噴射冷媒に吸着体を混合させた混合冷媒の速度エネルギを圧力エネルギに変換して、混合冷媒を昇圧させる。
 減圧側エジェクタ22の基本的構成は、吐出側エジェクタ12と同様である。従って、減圧側エジェクタ22は、図3に示すように、減圧側ノズル部22a、および減圧側ボデー部22bを有している。減圧側ボデー部22bには、減圧側吸引口22c、減圧側混合部22e、減圧側昇圧部22f等が形成されている。
 本実施形態の減圧側昇圧部22fにおける昇圧性能は、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側昇圧部12fにおける昇圧性能よりも低く設定されている。減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側昇圧部22fの出口には、吸熱用熱交換器15の冷媒入口側が接続されている。
 従って、減圧側エジェクタ22は、高圧側抽出部26にて抽出された冷媒の圧力エネルギを用いて、高圧側抽出部26から流出した混合冷媒を高圧側抽出部26にて抽出された冷媒側へ輸送する減圧側輸送部である。換言すると、減圧側エジェクタ22は、高圧側抽出部26にて抽出された冷媒の圧力エネルギを用いて、高圧側抽出部26から流出した混合冷媒を、圧力エネルギを消費した高圧側抽出部26にて抽出された冷媒である減圧側噴射冷媒に混合させる。
 その他の冷凍サイクル装置10aおよび空調装置1aの構成は、第1実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10および空調装置1と同様である。
 次に、上記構成における空調装置1aの作動について説明する。本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10aの基本的作動は、第1実施形態と同様である。
 冷凍サイクル装置10aでは、放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒が、高圧側抽出部26の下方空間26aへ流入する。下方空間26aへ流入した混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒の一部は、フィルタ261を介して、上方空間26bへ流入する。
 上方空間26bから流出した冷媒は、電気式膨張弁14aを介して、減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側ノズル部22aへ流入する。減圧側ノズル部22aへ流入した冷媒は、等エントロピ的に減圧されて減圧側ボデー部22bの減圧側混合部22eへ噴射される。
 そして、減圧側ノズル部22aから噴射された減圧側噴射冷媒の吸引作用によって、固定絞り17にて減圧された混合冷媒が、減圧側ボデー部22bの減圧側吸引口22cから吸引される。
 減圧側吸引口22cから吸引された混合冷媒は、減圧側混合部22eへ流入する。減圧側混合部22eでは、減圧側ノズル部22aから噴射された減圧側噴射冷媒と、減圧側吸引口22cから吸引された混合冷媒が混合される。
 減圧側混合部22eにて混合された混合冷媒は、減圧側昇圧部22fから流出して、吸熱用熱交換器15へ流入する。吸熱用熱交換器15では、第1実施形態と同様に、送風空気が冷却される。その他の作動は、第1実施形態と同様である。
 以上の如く、本実施形態の空調装置1aでは、吸熱用熱交換器15を通過する際に冷却された送風空気を室内へ吹き出すことによって、室内の冷房を行うことができる。
 さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10aによれば、第1実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。すなわち、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10aによれば、冷媒に吸着体を混合させていない通常の蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクル装置よりも、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができる。さらに、冷媒に吸着体を混合させた混合冷媒を循環させる冷凍サイクル装置の信頼性を向上させることができる。
 また、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10aでは、高圧側抽出部26を備えている。従って、電気式膨張弁14aへ吸着体が流入してしまうことを抑制することができる。これによれば、電気式膨張弁14aの保護を図ることができ、より一層、冷凍サイクル装置の信頼性を向上させることができる。また、電気式膨張弁14aにおける減圧量の調整精度や、流量の調整精度を向上させることができる。
 また、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10aでは、減圧側輸送部を備えている。減圧側輸送部では、高圧側抽出部26にて抽出された冷媒の圧力エネルギを用いて混合冷媒を高圧側抽出部26にて抽出された冷媒側へ輸送することができる。従って、吐出側輸送部と同様に、摺動部やシール部の少ない輸送部を実現することができ、より一層、冷凍サイクル装置の信頼性を向上させることができる。
 また、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10aでは、減圧側輸送部として、減圧側エジェクタ22を採用しているので、小型かつ簡素な構成で、冷媒と混合冷媒とを混合させることができる。
 (第3実施形態)
 本実施形態では、本開示に係る冷凍サイクル装置10bを空調装置1bに適用した例を説明する。冷凍サイクル装置10bでは、第2実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10aに対して、第2吸熱用熱交換器15bが追加されている。本実施形態では、説明の明確化のため、第1実施形態で説明した吸熱用熱交換器15を第1吸熱用熱交換器15aと記載する。
 第2吸熱用熱交換器15bは、混合冷媒減圧部である固定絞り17にて減圧された混合冷媒と第1吸熱用熱交換器15aを通過した送風空気とを熱交換させる。第2吸熱用熱交換器15bは、混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体から冷媒を脱着させて吸熱作用を発揮させることによって、送風空気を冷却する吸熱部である。
 第2吸熱用熱交換器15bの基本的構成は、第1吸熱用熱交換器15aと同様である。また、本実施形態では、固定絞り17の出口に、第2吸熱用熱交換器15bの混合冷媒入口側が接続されている。第2吸熱用熱交換器15bの混合冷媒出口には、減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側吸引口22c側が接続されている。
 本実施形態の減圧側エジェクタ22では、適切な昇圧性能を発揮できるように、減圧側昇圧部22fの寸法諸元が設定されている。その他の冷凍サイクル装置10bおよび空調装置1bの構成は、第2実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10aおよび空調装置1aと同様である。
 次に、上記構成における空調装置1bの作動について説明する。本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10bの基本的作動は、第2実施形態と同様である。
 冷凍サイクル装置10bでは、高圧側抽出部26の上方空間26bから流出した冷媒が、電気式膨張弁14aを介して、減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側ノズル部22aへ流入する。減圧側ノズル部22aへ流入した冷媒は、等エントロピ的に減圧されて減圧側ボデー部22bの減圧側混合部22eへ噴射される。
 そして、減圧側ノズル部22aから噴射された減圧側噴射冷媒の吸引作用によって、第2吸熱用熱交換器15bから流出した混合冷媒が、減圧側ボデー部22bの減圧側吸引口22cから吸引される。
 減圧側混合部22eでは、減圧側ノズル部22aから噴射された減圧側噴射冷媒と、減圧側吸引口22cから吸引された混合冷媒が混合される。減圧側混合部22eにて混合された混合冷媒は、減圧側昇圧部22fへ流入する。減圧側昇圧部22fでは、減圧側噴射冷媒が生じさせた衝撃波の作用、および通路断面積の拡大によって、混合冷媒の速度エネルギが圧力エネルギに変換される。これにより、混合冷媒の圧力が上昇する。
 減圧側昇圧部22fから流出した混合冷媒は、第1吸熱用熱交換器15aへ流入する。第1吸熱用熱交換器15aへ流入した混合冷媒では、圧力に応じて、吸着体から冷媒が脱着する。この際、吸着体は、送風空気の有する熱を脱着熱として吸熱する。さらに、混合冷媒に液相冷媒が含まれている場合には、液相冷媒が蒸発して吸熱作用を発揮することにより、送風機から送風された送風空気が冷却される。
 また、高圧側抽出部26の下方空間26aから流出した混合冷媒は、固定絞り17へ流入する。固定絞り17にて減圧された混合冷媒は、第2吸熱用熱交換器15bへ流入する。第2吸熱用熱交換器15bへ流入した混合冷媒では、圧力低下によって、吸着体から冷媒が脱着する。
 この際、吸着体は、第1吸熱用熱交換器15aを通過した送風空気の有する熱を脱着熱として吸熱する。さらに、混合冷媒に液相冷媒が含まれている場合には、液相冷媒が蒸発して吸熱作用を発揮することにより、第1吸熱用熱交換器15aを通過した送風空気が冷却される。その他の作動は、第2実施形態と同様である。
 以上の如く、本実施形態の空調装置1bは、第1吸熱用熱交換器15aおよび第2吸熱用熱交換器15bにて冷却された送風空気を室内へ吹き出すことによって、室内の冷房を行うことができる。
 さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10bでは、第1実施形態および第2実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。すなわち、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10bによれば、冷媒に吸着体を混合させていない通常の蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクル装置よりも、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができる。さらに、冷媒に吸着体を混合させた混合冷媒を循環させる冷凍サイクル装置の信頼性を向上させることができる。
 また、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10bでは、第2吸熱用熱交換器15bの混合冷媒出口に、減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側吸引口22c側が接続されている。これによれば、減圧側エジェクタ22の昇圧作用によって、第2吸熱用熱交換器15bにおける混合冷媒の圧力が、第1吸熱用熱交換器15aにおける混合冷媒の圧力よりも低くなる。
 このため、第2吸熱用熱交換器15bにおける送風空気の冷却量(すなわち、吸着体の吸熱量)が、第1吸熱用熱交換器15aにおける送風空気の冷却量よりも多くなる。従って、冷凍サイクル装置10bでは、第1吸熱用熱交換器15aから第2吸熱用熱交換器15bの順で、室内へ送風される送風空気を効率的に冷却することができる。
 (第4実施形態)
 本実施形態では、第1実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10の変形例を説明する。本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、図5の全体構成図に示すように、第1実施形態に対して、低圧側抽出部16の構成の一部を変更するとともに、異物フィルタ18を追加している。
 本実施形態の低圧側抽出部16は、図6に示すように、有底円筒状の容器の下端側に下方側に向かって先細る円錐台状の空間を形成する先細部16fを有している。本実施形態の下方空間16hは、先細部16fの内側に形成されている。
 さらに、混合冷媒入口16cは、低圧側抽出部16の断面円形状の内壁面の接線方向に冷媒を流入させるように形成されている。混合冷媒出口16dは、低圧側抽出部16の円錐台状底面の中心部に形成されている。このため、本実施形態の下方空間16hは、遠心力の作用によって混合冷媒から気相冷媒を抽出する遠心分離部を構成している。
 また、低圧側抽出部16の内壁面のうち、少なくとも下方空間16hを形成する部位の内壁面16iには、吸着体の滑り性を向上させるための表面加工がなされている。具体的には、本実施形態の内壁面16iには、フッ素樹脂コーティングが施されている。
 異物フィルタ18は、低圧側抽出部16の気相冷媒出口16eから圧縮機11の吸入口へ至る冷媒通路に配置されている。異物フィルタ18の平均開口径は、吸着体フィルタ161の平均開口径よりも小さい。換言すると、異物フィルタ18の目の粗さは、吸着体フィルタ161の目の粗さよりも細かい。すなわち、異物フィルタ18のメッシュサイズは、吸着体フィルタ161のメッシュサイズよりも小さい。
 その他の冷凍サイクル装置10および空調装置1の構成および作動は、第1実施形態と同様である。従って、本実施形態の空調装置1によれば、第1実施形態と同様に、室内の冷房を行うことができる。
 さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10によれば、第1実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。すなわち、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10によれば、冷媒に吸着体を混合させていない通常の蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクル装置よりも、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができる。さらに、冷媒に吸着体を混合させた混合冷媒を循環させる冷凍サイクル装置の信頼性を向上させることができる。
 ここで、吸着体の中には、サイクルを循環する際に構造の一部が崩れて異物を発生させてしまうものが存在する。そして、圧縮機が冷媒とともに異物を吸入してしまうと、圧縮機の耐久寿命に悪影響を与える可能性がある。これに対して、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、異物フィルタ18を備えているので、圧縮機11が異物を吸入してしまうことを抑制することができる。
 また、本実施形態の低圧側抽出部16では、下方空間16hが遠心分離部を構成している。これによれば、簡素な構成で、混合冷媒から気相冷媒を抽出する低圧側抽出部を実現することができる。
 また、本実施形態の低圧側抽出部16では、混合冷媒出口16dが、低圧側抽出部16の円錐台状底面の中心部に形成されている。これにより、混合冷媒出口16dから、粉末状あるいは粒子状の吸着体を流出させやすい。
 ここで、低圧側抽出部16の下方空間16hに貯留される混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体の割合が増加すると、粉末状あるいは粒子状の吸着体が下方空間16h内に詰まってしまう可能性がある。そして、吸着体が下方空間16h内に詰まってしまうと、冷凍サイクル装置10が安定的に冷却能力を発揮できなくなってしまう可能性がある。
 これに対して、本実施形態の低圧側抽出部16の内壁面には、吸着体の滑り性を向上させるためのフッ素樹脂コーティングが施されている。これによれば、粉末状あるいは粒子状の吸着体が下方空間16h内に詰まってしまうことを抑制することができる。従って、本実施形態によれば、冷凍サイクル装置10の信頼性を向上させることができるとともに、冷凍サイクル装置10を安定的に作動させることができる。
 (第5実施形態)
 本実施形態では、第1実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10の変形例を説明する。本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、図7の全体構成図に示すように、第1実施形態に対して、補助吸着体ポンプ27を追加している。
 補助吸着体ポンプ27は、低圧側抽出部16の混合冷媒出口16dから流出した混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒を昇圧させることなく、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側吸引口12c側へ輸送する補助輸送部である。
 ここで、補助吸着体ポンプ27が混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒を昇圧させないとは、補助吸着体ポンプ27では、吐出側吸引口12cにおける冷媒の圧力を、混合冷媒出口16dにおける混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒の圧力よりも昇圧させないことである。従って、補助吸着体ポンプ27が混合冷媒を輸送する際に、混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体の充填密度が変化して周囲の気相冷媒の圧力が上昇することは、補助吸着体ポンプ27が混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒を昇圧させることに含まれない。
 補助吸着体ポンプ27としては、容積変化の少ない電動式の回転容積式一軸偏心ねじポンプ、ロータリ式ポンプ、ダイヤフラムポンプ等を採用することができる。補助吸着体ポンプ27は、制御装置20から出力される制御信号によって、回転数(すなわち、輸送能力)が制御される。その他の冷凍サイクル装置10および空調装置1の構成は、第1実施形態と同様である。
 次に、上記構成における空調装置1の作動について説明する。本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、制御装置20が、圧縮機11の冷媒吐出能力の増加に伴って、補助吸着体ポンプ27の輸送能力を増加させる。
 その他の作動は、第1実施形態と同様である。従って、本実施形態の空調装置1によれば、第1実施形態と同様に、室内の冷房を行うことができる。さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10によれば、第1実施形態と同様に、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができるとともに、信頼性を向上させることができる。
 ここで、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側昇圧部12fでは、吐出側噴射冷媒および吐出側吸引口12cから吸引された混合冷媒に含まれる気相冷媒の双方を昇圧させるために、吐出冷媒の圧力エネルギを用いている。従って、圧縮機11の消費動力を低減させるためには、吐出側吸引口12cから吸引される混合冷媒に含まれる気相冷媒の量を減少させることが有効である。
 ところが、吐出側エジェクタ12の吸引作用によって、混合冷媒出口16dから流出した混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体を吐出側吸引口12cへ輸送するためには、混合冷媒に含まれる気相冷媒を流動させて、気相冷媒の抗力によって吸着体を輸送する必要がある。従って、吐出側エジェクタ12の吸引作用によって、吸着体を適切に輸送するためには、混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒の量を減少させることは好ましくない。
 これに対して、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、補助吸着体ポンプ27を備えている。これによれば、混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒の量を減少させても、補助吸着体ポンプ27の輸送能力によって、混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体を輸送することができる。従って、混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒の量を減少させて、圧縮機11の消費動力を低減させることができる。
 また、本実施形態の補助吸着体ポンプ27は、混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒を昇圧させない。従って、補助吸着体ポンプ27の消費電力を抑制することができ、補助吸着体ポンプ27を追加したことに起因するサイクルの作動効率の悪化を招きにくい。さらに、補助吸着体ポンプ27には、高いシール性等が要求されない。従って、補助吸着体ポンプ27を追加したことに起因するサイクルの信頼性の低下を招きにくい。
 (第6実施形態)
 本実施形態では、第1実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10の変形例を説明する。本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、図8の説明図に示すように、第1実施形態に対して、低圧側抽出部16、および吐出側エジェクタ12の位置関係を明確化するとともに、吸着体流量調整弁28を追加している。
  本実施形態の吐出側エジェクタ12、および低圧側抽出部16は、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側吸引口12cの上方側に、低圧側抽出部16の混合冷媒出口16dが位置付けられている。このため、吐出側エジェクタ12、および低圧側抽出部16は、混合冷媒出口16dから流出した混合冷媒が、重力の作用によって、混合冷媒通路23を流通して、吐出側吸引口12c側へ移動可能に配置されている。
 吸着体流量調整弁28は、混合冷媒通路23を流通する吸着体の流量を調整する粉体流量調整部である。吸着体流量調整弁28は、混合冷媒通路23を閉塞させることなく、混合冷媒通路23の通路断面積を変化させることによって、混合冷媒通路23を流通する吸着体の流量を調整する。
 吸着体流量調整弁28としては、比較的小さな駆動力で作動する電動式の仕切り弁等を採用することができる。吸着体流量調整弁28は、制御装置20から出力される制御信号によって、開度(通路断面積の開口面積)が制御される。その他の冷凍サイクル装置10および空調装置1の構成は、第1実施形態と同様である。
 次に、上記構成における空調装置1の作動について説明する。本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、制御装置20が、圧縮機11の冷媒吐出能力の増加に伴って、混合冷媒通路23の通路断面積を増加させるように吸着体流量調整弁28の作動を制御する。
 その他の作動は、第1実施形態と同様である。従って、本実施形態の空調装置1によれば、第1実施形態と同様に、室内の冷房を行うことができる。さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10によれば、第1実施形態と同様に、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができるとともに、信頼性を向上させることができる。
 また、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、混合冷媒出口16dから流出した混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体を、重力の作用によって、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側吸引口12cへ輸送することができる。従って、第5実施形態と同様に、混合冷媒に含まれる冷媒の量を減少させて、圧縮機11の消費動力を低減させることができる。
 また、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、吸着体流量調整弁28を備えているので、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側吸引口12cから吸引される吸着体を適切な量に調整することができる。さらに、吸着体流量調整弁28は、混合冷媒通路23を閉塞させないので、摺動部やシール部の摩耗を招きにくい。従って、吸着体流量調整弁28を追加したことに起因するサイクルの信頼性の低下を招きにくい。
 (第7実施形態)
 本実施形態では、第1実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10の変形例を説明する。本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、図9の全体構成図に示すように、第1実施形態に対して、吸着体熱交換器29を追加している。
 吸着体熱交換器29は、放熱用熱交換器13の混合冷媒出口から吸熱用熱交換器15の混合冷媒入口へ至る流路を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体と、吸熱用熱交換器15の混合冷媒出口から放熱用熱交換器13の混合冷媒入口へ至る流路を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させる吸着体熱交換部である。
 より具体的には、本実施形態の吸着体熱交換器29は、放熱用熱交換器13の混合冷媒出口から電気式膨張弁14の入口へ至る流路を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体と、混合冷媒通路23を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させる。すなわち、本実施形態の吸着体熱交換器29は、図9のH1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とL1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させる。
 ここで、吸着体熱交換器29では、粉末状あるいは粒子状の吸着体を含む混合冷媒を流通させる。このため、吸着体熱交換器29は、通路抵抗の少ない構成であることが望ましい。そこで、本実施形態では、図10に示すように、金属製の冷媒配管で形成された高温側通路29aと低温側通路29bとを接合することによって、それぞれの通路を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体同士を熱交換させる熱交換部を形成している。
 高温側通路29aは、放熱用熱交換器13の混合冷媒出口から流出した混合冷媒を流通させる冷媒通路である。低温側通路29bは、吸熱用熱交換器15の混合冷媒出口から流出した混合冷媒を流通させる冷媒通路である。吸着体熱交換器29では、図10に示すように、高温側通路29aを流通する吸着体の流れ方向と、低温側通路29bを流通する吸着体の流れ方向が逆方向となる、いわゆる対向流型の熱交換部を形成している。
 その他の冷凍サイクル装置10および空調装置1の構成および作動は、第1実施形態と同様である。従って、本実施形態の空調装置1によれば、第1実施形態と同様に、室内の冷房を行うことができる。さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10によれば、第1実施形態と同様に、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができるとともに、信頼性を向上させることができる。
 ここで、粉末状あるいは粒子状の固体である吸着体は、周囲の圧力が変化しても体積変化せず、温度変化もしない。このため、放熱用熱交換器13へ低温の吸着体を流入させると、放熱用熱交換器13にて放熱される吸着熱が、外気に放熱されるだけでなく、吸着体自身に放熱されて吸着体の温度を上昇させるために消費されてしまう。
 同様に、吸熱用熱交換器15へ高温の吸着体を流入させると、吸熱用熱交換器15にて吸熱される脱着熱が、送風空気から吸熱されるだけでなく、吸着体自身からも吸熱されて吸着体の温度を低下させるために消費されてしまう。その結果、空調装置1では、送風空気の冷却能力を充分に向上させることができなくなってしまう可能性がある。
 これに対して、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、吸着体熱交換器29を備えている。吸着体熱交換器29では、吸熱用熱交換器15へ流入する吸着体が有する熱を、放熱用熱交換器13へ流入する吸着体へ移動させることができる。そして、放熱用熱交換器13へ流入する吸着体の温度を上昇させるとともに、吸熱用熱交換器15へ流入する吸着体の温度を低下させることができる。
 これにより、放熱用熱交換器13における吸着体の顕熱変化量を抑制して、外気への放熱量を増加させることができる。さらに、吸熱用熱交換器15における吸着体の顕熱変化量を抑制して、送風空気からの吸熱量を増加させることができる。その結果、空調装置1では、送風空気の冷却能力を充分に向上させることができる。
 また、本実施形態では、図9のH1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体と、図9のL1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させる吸着体熱交換器29を採用した例を説明したが、吸着体熱交換部は、これに限定されない。
 吸着体熱交換部では、吸熱用熱交換器15へ流入する吸着体が有する熱を、放熱用熱交換器13へ流入する吸着体へ移動させることが可能であれば、異なる組み合わせの吸着体同士を熱交換させてもよい。
 例えば、図9のH1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、およびH2領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体のいずれか1つと、L1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、L2領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、およびL3領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体のいずれか1つとを、熱交換させるようにしてもよい。
 L2領域は、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側昇圧部12fの出口から放熱用熱交換器13の混合冷媒入口へ至る流路を示している。L3領域は、吸熱用熱交換器15の混合冷媒出口から低圧側抽出部16の混合冷媒入口16cへ至る流路を示している。H2領域は、電気式膨張弁14の出口から吸熱用熱交換器15の混合冷媒入口へ至る流路を示している。
 冷凍サイクル装置10では、吸着体同士の熱交換の効率化や、混合冷媒に含まれる気相冷媒同士の不必要な熱交換の抑制のために、吸着体熱交換器29にて、L1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とH1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させることが望ましい。
 (第8実施形態)
 本実施形態では、第2実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10aの変形例を説明する。本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10aは、図11の全体構成図に示すように、第2実施形態に対して、第7実施形態と同様の吸着体熱交換器29を追加している。
 本実施形態の吸着体熱交換器29は、高圧側抽出部26の混合冷媒出口26dから固定絞り17の入口へ至る流路を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体と、混合冷媒通路23を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させる。すなわち、本実施形態の吸着体熱交換器29は、図11のH3領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体と、図11のL1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させる。
 その他の冷凍サイクル装置10aおよび空調装置1aの構成および作動は、第2実施形態と同様である。従って、本実施形態の空調装置1aによれば、第2実施形態と同様に、室内の冷房を行うことができる。さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10aによれば、第2実施形態と同様に、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができるとともに、信頼性を向上させることができる。
 これに加えて、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10aでは、吸着体熱交換器29を備えているので、第7実施形態と同様に、送風空気の冷却能力を充分に向上させることができる。
 また、本実施形態では、図11のH3領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体と、図11のL1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させる吸着体熱交換器29を採用した例を説明したが、吸着体熱交換部は、これに限定されない。
 例えば、図11のH1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、H3領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、H4領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、およびH5領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体のいずれか1つと、L1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、L2領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、およびL3領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体のいずれか1つとを、熱交換させるようにしてもよい。
 H3領域は、高圧側抽出部26の混合冷媒出口26dから固定絞り17の入口へ至る流路を示している。H4領域は、固定絞り17の出口から減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側吸引口22cへ至る流路を示している。H5領域は、減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側昇圧部22fの出口から吸熱用熱交換器15の混合冷媒入口へ至る流路を示している。
 冷凍サイクル装置10aでは、吸着体同士の熱交換の効率化や、混合冷媒に含まれる気相冷媒同士の不必要な熱交換の抑制のために、吸着体熱交換器29にて、L1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体と、H3領域またはH4領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させることが望ましい。
 (第9実施形態)
 本実施形態では、第3実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10bの変形例を説明する。本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10bは、図12の全体構成図に示すように、第3実施形態に対して、第7実施形態と同様の吸着体熱交換器29を追加している。
 本実施形態の吸着体熱交換器29は、第8実施形態と同様に、図12のH3領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体と、図12のL1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させる。
 その他の冷凍サイクル装置10bおよび空調装置1bの構成および作動は、第3実施形態と同様である。従って、本実施形態の空調装置1bによれば、第3実施形態と同様に、室内の冷房を行うことができる。さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10bによれば、第3実施形態と同様に、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができるとともに、信頼性を向上させることができる。
 これに加えて、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10bでは、吸着体熱交換器29を備えているので、第7実施形態と同様に、送風空気の冷却能力を充分に向上させることができる。
 また、本実施形態では、図12のH3領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体と、図12のL1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させる吸着体熱交換器29を採用した例を説明したが、吸着体熱交換部は、これに限定されない。
 例えば、図12のH1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、H3領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、およびH6領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体のいずれか1つと、L1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、L2領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体、およびL3領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体のいずれか1つとを、熱交換させるようにしてもよい。
 H6領域は、固定絞り17の出口から第2吸熱用熱交換器15bの混合冷媒入口へ至る流路を示している。
 本実施形態では、混合冷媒中の気相冷媒の温度変化による冷却能力への影響を最小限とするために、吸着体熱交換器29にて、L1領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とH3領域またはH6領域を流通する混合冷媒に含まれる吸着体とを熱交換させることが望ましい。
 (第10実施形態)
 本実施形態では、第4実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10の変形例を説明する。本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、図13の説明図に示すように、第1実施形態に対して、振動伝達棒16jを有している。
 振動伝達棒16jは、圧縮機11の振動を低圧側抽出部16に伝達する振動伝達部である。振動伝達棒16jは、圧縮機11および低圧側抽出部16の双方に直接連結された金属製の剛体である。従って、振動伝達棒16jは、低圧側抽出部16を振動させる振動部に含まれる。また、本実施形態の圧縮機11は、振動部としての機能を兼ね備える。
 その他の冷凍サイクル装置10および空調装置1の構成および作動は、第1実施形態と同様である。従って、本実施形態の空調装置1によれば、第1実施形態と同様に、室内の冷房を行うことができる。さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10によれば、第1実施形態と同様に、サイクルの作動効率を向上させることができるとともに、信頼性を向上させることができる。
 さらに、本実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置10では、振動伝達棒16jが、圧縮機11の振動を低圧側抽出部16に伝達する。従って、粉末状あるいは粒子状の吸着体が下方空間16h内に詰まってしまうことを抑制することができる。
 本開示は上述の実施形態に限定されることなく、本開示の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内で、以下のように種々変形可能である。
 上述の実施形態では、本開示に係る冷凍サイクル装置10、10a、10bを空調装置に適用した例を説明したが、本開示に係る冷凍サイクル装置10、10a、10bの適用は、これに限定されない。例えば、車両用空調装置、冷凍装置、冷蔵装置等に適用してもよい。
 また、上述の実施形態では、放熱部にて、混合冷媒の有する熱を外気に放熱させ、吸熱部にて、混合冷媒に冷却対象物である送風空気の有する熱を吸熱させた例を説明したが、これに限定されない。放熱部にて、混合冷媒の有する熱を加熱対象物に放熱させ、吸熱部にて、混合冷媒に外気の有する熱を吸熱させるようにしてもよい。この場合は、加熱対象物として送風空気を加熱する暖房装置、加熱対象物として生活用水等を加熱する給湯装置等に適用してもよい。
 冷凍サイクル装置の構成は、上述の実施形態に開示された構成に限定されない。
 上述の実施形態では、吐出側輸送部として吐出側エジェクタ12を採用した例を説明したが、これに限定されない。例えば、吐出側輸送部として、冷媒の圧力エネルギを、混合冷媒を輸送するための機械エネルギに変換する膨張機を採用してもよい。このことは、減圧側輸送部についても同様である。
 また、上述の第2実施形態、および第3実施形態では、電気式膨張弁14aを採用した例を説明したが、電気式膨張弁14aは必須の構成ではない。従って、減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側ノズル部22aへ高圧側抽出部26にて分離された冷媒を直接流入させてもよい。
 さらに、電気式膨張弁14aと減圧側エジェクタ22とを一体化させてもよい。この場合は、減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側ノズル部22aの通路内に、ニードル状、あるいは円錐状の弁体を配置し、弁体を変位させることで電気式膨張弁14aと同様の機能を発揮させるようにしてもよい。
 また、上述の第4実施形態では、低圧側抽出部16の内壁面の滑り性を向上させるために、フッ素樹脂コーティングを採用した例を説明したが、これに限定されない。低圧側抽出部16の内壁面の滑り性を向上させることができれば、酸化チタンコーティング、ニッケル-ポリテトラエチレン複合めっき、超音波表面仕上げ等を採用してもよい。
 また、上述の第10実施形態では、圧縮機11および振動伝達棒16jによって振動部を形成した例を説明したが、これに限定されない。例えば、作動時に振動を発生するその他の車載機器によって振動部を形成してもよい。例えば、超音波振動装置によって振動部を形成してもよい。この場合は、振動部である超音波振動装置を低圧側抽出部16に直接取り付けて、振動伝達棒16jを廃止してもよい。
 また、上述の第10実施形態では、振動伝達棒16jによって圧縮機11の振動を低圧側抽出部16に伝達した例を説明したが、これに限定されない。例えば、低圧側抽出部16の気相冷媒出口16eと圧縮機11の吸入口とを接続する冷媒配管によって圧縮機11の振動を低圧側抽出部16に伝達してもよい。
 また、振動伝達棒16jは、金属製の剛体に限定されず、弾性材で形成されていてもよい。さらに、振動伝達棒16jは、吸着体の詰まり防止に有効な周波数の振動を伝達し、その他の周波数の振動を減衰させる周波数フィルタ機能を備えていてもよい。
 また、冷凍サイクル装置10a、10bでは、高圧側抽出部26を振動させる高圧側抽出部用の振動部を備えていてもよい。
 また、上述の実施形態では、吸着体として、金属有機構造体を採用した例を説明したが、これに限定されない。例えば、吸着体として、活性炭、水和物(ハイドレート)を採用してもよい。
 また、上述の実施形態では、冷凍サイクル装置10、10a、10bの冷媒として、二酸化炭素を採用して例を説明したが、これに限定されない。例えば、冷媒として、R1234yf、R134a、R600a、R410A、R404A、R32、R407C、R290(プロパン)、アンモニア、あるいは、これらの混合冷媒等を採用してもよい。
 また、上述の実施形態の低圧側抽出部16の下方空間16a、および高圧側抽出部26の下方空間26aに、混合冷媒を衝突板に衝突させることによって減速させ、密度の高い液相冷媒を下方側へ落下させる衝突方式の気液分離部を適用してもよい。液相冷媒を波状に折り曲げられた付着板に付着させることによって気液分離する表面張力式の気液分離部を適用してもよい。
 冷凍サイクル装置の作動態様は、上述の実施形態に開示された作動態様に限定されない。
 上述の実施形態では、混合冷媒から気相冷媒を抽出する低圧側抽出部16について説明したが、低圧側抽出部16にて抽出された冷媒は、飽和気相冷媒や過熱度を有する気相冷媒に限定されない。例えば、圧縮機11の潤滑のために適度な液相冷媒を含んだ、比較的乾き度の高い気液二相冷媒であってもよい。
 上述の実施形態では、圧縮機11から吐出された吐出冷媒の状態について記載していないが、吐出冷媒の状態は、冷媒の種類や外気温等に応じて変化する。例えば、吐出冷媒の圧力が冷媒の臨界圧力以上となる超臨界状態となることもあるし、吐出冷媒の圧力が冷媒の臨界圧力よりも低い亜臨界状態となることもある。
 上述の実施形態では、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側昇圧部12fから流出した混合冷媒中の冷媒の状態について記載していないが、吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側昇圧部12fから流出した混合冷媒中の冷媒の状態は、冷媒の種類や外気温等に応じて変化する。例えば、吐出側昇圧部12fから流出した混合冷媒中の冷媒の状態は、超臨界状態となることもあるし、亜臨界状態となることもある。
 上述の実施形態では、放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒の状態について詳細を記載していないが、放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒の状態は、冷媒の種類や外気温等に応じて変化する。例えば、放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒は、冷媒の種類や外気温等に応じて、超臨界状態になることもあるし、亜臨界状態の液相冷媒、気液二相冷媒、あるいは気相冷媒になることもある。
 換言すると、放熱用熱交換器13から流出した混合冷媒は、冷媒の種類や外気温等に応じて、吸着体を超臨界状態の冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒、吸着体を液相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒、吸着体を比エンタルピの低い気液二相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒、あるいは、吸着体を気相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒となることもある。
 上述の実施形態では、吸熱用熱交換器15から流出した混合冷媒が吸着体を比エンタルピの高い気液二相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒となる例を説明したがこれに限定されない。例えば、冷媒の種類や外気温等に応じて、吸着体を液相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒、あるいは、吸着体を気相冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒となることもある。
 上記の各実施形態に開示された手段は、実施可能な範囲で適宜組み合わせてもよい。
  例えば、第4実施形態で説明した先細部16fを有する低圧側抽出部16を、第2~第9実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10、10a、10bに適用してもよい。また、上述の第2実施形態等で説明した高圧側抽出部26として、第4実施形態で説明した低圧側抽出部16と同様に、先細部、および遠心分離部を有する構成を採用してもよい。さらに、高圧側抽出部26の内壁面に、第4実施形態と同様に、吸着体の滑り性を向上させるための表面加工がなされていてもよい。
 また、第4実施形態で説明した異物フィルタ18の配置は、低圧側抽出部16の気相冷媒出口16eから圧縮機11の吸入口へ至る冷媒通路に限定されない。例えば、圧縮機11の吐出口から吐出側エジェクタ12の吐出側ノズル部12aの入口へ至る冷媒通路に配置してもよい。これによれば、吐出側ノズル部12aへ異物が混入してしまうことを抑制することができる。
 例えば、高圧側抽出部26の冷媒出口26eから電気式膨張弁14aへ至る冷媒通路に配置してもよい。これによれば、電気式膨張弁14aへ異物が混入してしまうことを抑制することができる。
 例えば、電気式膨張弁14aの出口から減圧側エジェクタ22の減圧側ノズル部22aの入口へ至る冷媒通路に配置してもよい。これによれば、減圧側ノズル部22aへ異物が混入してしまうことを抑制することができる。もちろん、異物フィルタ18の配置は一箇所に限定されず、複数の箇所に配置されていてもよい。
 また、第5実施形態で説明した補助輸送部を、第2~第4、第7~第9実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10、10a、10bに適用してもよい。
 また、第6実施形態で説明した低圧側抽出部16、および吐出側エジェクタ12の位置関係、並びに、吸着体流量調整弁を、第2~第4、第7~第9実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10、10a、10bに適用してもよい。
 また、第10実施形態で説明した振動部を第2~第9実施形態で説明した冷凍サイクル装置10、10a、10bに適用してもよい。

 前記低圧側抽出部にて抽出された前記冷媒が通過することを許容し、前記冷媒に含まれる異物を通過することを禁止する異物濾過部(18)を、備え、
 前記異物濾過部の平均開口径は、前記吸着体濾過部の平均開口径よりも小さい項目7に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。

 前記低圧側抽出部は、遠心力の作用によって前記冷媒と前記吸着体とを分離する遠心分離部(16h)を有している項目1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
(項目10)
 前記低圧側抽出部の内壁面には、滑り性を向上させる表面加工がなされている項目1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
(項目11)
 前記低圧側抽出部を振動させる振動部を備える項目1ないし10に記載に冷凍サイクル装置。
(項目12)
 前記放熱部の混合冷媒出口から前記吸熱部の混合冷媒入口へ至る流路を流通する前記吸着体と前記吸熱部の混合冷媒出口から前記放熱部の混合冷媒入口へ至る流路を流通する前記吸着体とを熱交換させる吸着体熱交換部を備える項目1ないし11のいずれか1つに記載に冷凍サイクル装置。
(項目13)
 前記吸着体は、金属イオンおよび有機配位子を有する金属有機構造体を含んでいる項目1ないし12のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。

Claims (13)

  1.  冷媒を吸着および脱着する吸着体を前記冷媒に混合させた混合冷媒を循環させる冷凍サイクル装置であって、
     前記混合冷媒から前記冷媒を抽出する低圧側抽出部(16)と、
     前記低圧側抽出部にて抽出された前記冷媒を吸入し、圧縮して吐出する圧縮部(11)と、
     前記圧縮部から吐出された吐出冷媒の圧力エネルギを用いて、前記低圧側抽出部から流出した前記混合冷媒を前記吐出冷媒側へ輸送する吐出側輸送部(12)と、
     前記吐出側輸送部から流出した前記混合冷媒を放熱させる放熱部(13)と、
     前記放熱部から流出した前記混合冷媒を減圧させる混合冷媒減圧部(14、17)と、
     前記混合冷媒減圧部にて減圧された前記混合冷媒に含まれる前記吸着体から前記冷媒を脱着させて、前記混合冷媒を前記低圧側抽出部の混合冷媒入口側へ流出させる吸熱部(15、15a、15b)と、を備える冷凍サイクル装置。
  2.  前記吐出側輸送部は、前記吐出冷媒を減圧させる吐出側ノズル部(12a)、および前記低圧側抽出部から流出した前記混合冷媒を吸引する吐出側吸引口(12c)が形成された吐出側ボデー部(12b)を有する吐出側エジェクタ(12)であり、
     前記吐出側ボデー部には、前記吐出側ノズル部から噴射された吐出側噴射冷媒に、前記吐出側吸引口から吸引された前記混合冷媒を混合させる吐出側混合部(12e)が形成されている請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  3.  前記低圧側抽出部から流出した前記混合冷媒に含まれる前記冷媒を昇圧させることなく、前記混合冷媒を前記吐出側吸引口側へ輸送する補助輸送部(27)を備える請求項2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  4.  前記放熱部から流出した前記混合冷媒から前記冷媒を抽出する高圧側抽出部(26)と、
     前記高圧側抽出部にて抽出された前記冷媒の圧力エネルギを用いて、前記高圧側抽出部から流出した前記混合冷媒を前記高圧側抽出部にて抽出された前記冷媒側へ輸送する減圧側輸送部(22)と、を備える請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  5.  前記減圧側輸送部は、前記高圧側抽出部にて抽出された前記冷媒を減圧させる減圧側ノズル部(22a)、および前記高圧側抽出部から流出した前記混合冷媒を吸引する減圧側吸引口(22c)が形成された減圧側ボデー部(22b)を有する減圧側エジェクタ(22)であり、
     前記減圧側ボデー部には、前記減圧側ノズル部から噴射された減圧側噴射冷媒に、前記減圧側吸引口から吸引された前記混合冷媒を混合させる減圧側混合部(22e)が形成されている請求項4に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  6.  前記吸熱部(15b)の混合冷媒出口は、前記減圧側吸引口に接続されている請求項5に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  7.  前記低圧側抽出部は、前記混合冷媒から分離された前記冷媒が通過することを許容し、少なくとも前記吸着体が通過することを禁止する吸着体濾過部(161)を有している請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  8.  前記低圧側抽出部にて抽出された前記冷媒が通過することを許容し、前記冷媒に含まれる異物が通過することを禁止する異物濾過部(18)を、備え、
     前記異物濾過部の平均開口径は、前記吸着体濾過部の平均開口径よりも小さい請求項7に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  9.  前記低圧側抽出部は、遠心力の作用によって前記冷媒と前記吸着体とを分離する遠心分離部(16h)を有している請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  10.  前記低圧側抽出部の内壁面には、滑り性を向上させる表面加工がなされている請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  11.  前記低圧側抽出部を振動させる振動部を備える請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  12.  前記放熱部の混合冷媒出口から前記吸熱部の混合冷媒入口へ至る流路を流通する前記吸着体と前記吸熱部の混合冷媒出口から前記放熱部の混合冷媒入口へ至る流路を流通する前記吸着体とを熱交換させる吸着体熱交換部(29)を備える請求項1に記載に冷凍サイクル装置。
  13.  前記吸着体は、金属イオンおよび有機配位子を有する金属有機構造体を含んでいる請求項1ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
