Abstract
本申请涉及一种有机化合物、太阳能电池、光伏组件、光伏系统、用电装置及发电装置。有机化合物如式(1)所示,各Q1分别独立地选自H或*——(L2)n2-A,各A分别独立地选自H或含氧酸基团,且至少有一个Q1选自*——(L2)n2-A、至少有一个A选自含氧酸基团;各L1和各L2分别独立地选自-C(R1R2)-、-NR3-、-O-、-Si(R4R5)-、-PR6-、-S-、-C(=O)-、-C(=S)-、-C(=NR7)-、-C(=CR8R9)-以及L1~L8中的任意一种;或者,有机化合物为式(1)所示化合物的含氧酸根盐。该有机化合物应用于制备太阳能电池时,能提高太阳能电池的光电转换效率。

钙钛矿太阳能电池具有优异的光电特性、光吸收系数高、载流子寿命长及扩散长度较长等诸多特点,已成为第三代新型太阳能电池中的佼佼者。
然而,传统的钙钛矿太阳能电池仍难以满足大面积市场化生产及应用的要求,一方面,钙钛矿材料体相中及表界面一般存在缺陷,这些缺陷不仅会导致晶体质量的下降,影响载流子的传输,进而对钙钛矿太阳能电池的效率和长期稳定性均产生不利影响;另一方面,传统的无机类空穴传输层材料不稳定且缺陷过多,也会降低太阳能电池的光电转化效率及其稳定性。
因此,传统技术仍有待改进。
基于此,有必要提供一种有机化合物、太阳能电池及其应用,旨在提高太阳能电池的光电转化效率。
本申请是通过如下的技术方案实现的。
本申请的第一方面,提供一种有机化合物,所述有机化合物如式(1)所示:
m1~m4各自独立地选自0~5任一整数,且m1~m4中至少一个不为0,各Q1分别独立地选自H或*——(L2)n2-A,各A分别独立地选自H或含氧酸基团,且至少有一个Q1选自*——(L2)n2-A、至少有一个A选自含氧酸基团;

上述有机化合物用于制备太阳能电池时,能提高太阳能电池的光电转化效率及其稳定性,上述有机化合物在钝化材料或有机空穴传输材料的基本结构:末端基-连接基团L2-头基(含氧酸根A)的基础上,对末端基结构进行调整,采用两个二苯胺基团通过特定的连接基团L1连接,形成末端基团的母核结构,使有机化合物自组装后形成的分子膜的能级与钙钛矿层更适配;同时,在母核结构上引入可以与三价镍等金属离子结合、或可锚定空穴传输层的含氧酸根A,且含氧酸根A还可以与钙钛矿中的A位阳离子有氢键的相互作用,当有机化合物掺杂进钙钛矿层中,还能起到钝化钙钛矿材料的作用。该有机物应用于制备太阳能电池时,可提高太阳能电池的光电转换效率。

可选地,K1可为1wt%~100wt%,例如10wt%、20wt%、30wt%、40wt%、50wt%、60wt%、70wt%、80wt%、90wt%或100wt%。
上述有机化合物在空穴传输层中的质量占比是指空穴传输层含的有机化合物在空穴传输层中的质量百分比,即空穴传输层含的有机化合物的质量与空穴传输层的总质量的百分比。
可理解,空穴传输层的组分可以是单一的上述有机化合物,也可以是多组分,包括上述有机化合物和其他本领域常用的空穴传输材料,此时在空穴传输层中,上述有机化合物和其他本领域常用的空穴传输材料可以是混合掺杂的状态,可以是各自成膜呈层叠设置状态,此时,采用上述有机化合物形成的膜层实际也相当于钝化层。但需说明的是:不管是以哪种状态配合使用,都不会限定上述有机化合物同时发挥空穴传输作用和钝化作用。
本领域中常用的各类空穴传输材料包括有机空穴传输材料和无机空穴传输材料中的至少一种,具体不限于以下材料及其衍生物中的至少一种:氧化镍、氧化锌、氧化钼、2,2',7,7'-四(N,N-对甲氧苯胺基)-9,9'-螺二芴(Spiro-OMeTAD)、聚[双(4-苯基)(2,4,6-三甲基苯基)胺](PTAA)、[4-(3,6-二甲基-9H-咔唑-9-基)丁基]磷酸(Me-4PACz)。
在其中一些实施例中,上述空穴传输层包括组分不同、层叠设置的第一空穴传输层和第二空穴传输层,第二空穴传输层包括上述有机化合物。
可理解,第一空穴传输层的组分可以使本领域常用的空穴传输材料,具体如上,不再赘述。

在上述方案中,上述空穴传输层包括混合掺杂的第一传输材料和第二传输材料,可对上述空穴传输层进行取样,然后采用溶剂溶解后进行核磁氢谱测试,获得核磁谱图。不同的物质具有不同的特定官能团,不同的官能团在核磁氢谱中会对应有不同的特征峰,根据官能团特征峰积分面积即可确定特征峰对应的物质的含量,从而确定各组分的质量配比。
需要说明的是,上述只是对第一传输材料和第二传输材料的分离测试进行举例说明,也可以采用本领域其他物化方法进行,例如可以将样品采用液相色谱质谱联用仪进行测试,以确认样品中不同组分的种类及其质量配比,在此不再赘述。
在其中一些实施例中,请参照图1,一种太阳能电池10,该太阳能电池10包括层叠设置的第一电极11、空穴传输层12、钙钛矿层13、电子传输层14和第二电极16,空穴传输层12和钙钛矿层13中的至少一层包括上述有机化合物。
在其中一些实施例中,上述太阳能电池还包括钝化层,设于空穴传输层12和钙钛矿层13之间,钝化层的组分包括第一方面的有机化合物,有机化合物在钝化层中的质量占比为K2,0<K2≤100%。
在其中一些实施例中,在K2不为100%的情况下,此时钝化层还可以包括本领域常用的其他钝化材料,在K2为100%的情况下,意味着钝化层的材料为上述有机化合物。
钝化层中上述有机化合物的质量占比的测试方法可参照上述空穴传输层中有机化合物的质量占比K2的测试方法,在此不再赘述。
在一个实施例中,钝化层的厚度为1纳米(nm)~50nm。
可选地,钝化层的厚度可为1nm、5nm、10nm、15nm、20nm、25nm、30nm、35nm、40nm、45nm、50nm或任意两个值组成的范围。
本申请的上述有机化合物既能起到空穴传输作用也能起到钝化作用,在空穴传输层中含有上述有机化合物的基础上,即使不再另外设置额外的钝化材料层,使空穴传输层12与钙钛矿层13直接接触,也可实现优异的光转换效率。
在一个实施例中,空穴传输层的厚度为1nm~50nm。
可选地,空穴传输层的厚度可为1nm、5nm、10nm、15nm、20nm、25nm、30nm、35nm、40nm、45nm、50nm或任意两个值组成的范围。
在其中一些实施例中,钙钛矿层包括上述有机化合物,上述有机化合物在钙钛矿层中的质量占比为K3,0.01%≤K3≤0.5%。
可选地,0.01%<K3≤0.5%;进一步地,K3可选为0.1wt%~0.5wt%,例如0.1wt%、0.2wt%、0.3wt%、0.4wt%、0.5wt%或任意两个值组成的范围。
在其中一些实施例中,空穴传输层12中包括上述有机化合物的情况下,钙钛矿层13中上述有机化合物的占比可为0~0.5%;进一步地,上述有机化合物在钙钛矿层中的质量占比可为0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%或任意两个值组成的范围。
在上述方案中,上述有机化合物在钙钛矿层中的质量占比,可对上述钙钛矿层进行取样,然后采用溶剂溶解后进行核磁氢谱测试,获得核磁谱图。不同的物质具有不同的特定官能团,不同的官能团在核磁氢谱中会对应有不同的特征峰,根据官能团特征峰积分面积即可确定特征峰对应的物质的含量,从而确定钙钛矿层中各组分的质量配比。

在其中一些实施例中,上述有机化合物通过添加至钙钛矿前驱体溶液的方式实现掺杂,其中,有机化合物在钙钛矿前驱体溶液中的浓度为0.1毫克/毫升(mg/mL)~5mg/mL。
需要说明的是,在钙钛矿层包括上述有机化合物的情况下,空穴传输中可存在上述有机化合物也可采用本领域其他常用的空穴传输材料,或二者的混合物。
本领域常用的领域其他常用的空穴传输材料同上所述,在此不再赘述。

在其中一些实施例中,上述太阳能电池10可以是正式太阳能电池(n-i-p平面结构)或反式太阳能电池(p-i-n平面结构)。
需要说明的是,在第一电极11为透明电极的情况下,即第一电极11侧作为光入射侧,此时上述太阳能电池10是反式太阳能电池,反之在第二电极16为透明电极的情况下,即第二电极侧作为光入射侧,此时上述太阳能电池10是正式太阳能电池。在其中一些实施例中,第一电极11为透明导电电极,第一电极11的材质可以是掺氟二氧化锡(FTO),掺锡氧化铟(ITO),掺硼氧化锌(BZO)和氧化锌铝(AZO)、IZO中的任意一种。

本申请一实施方式,还提供一种光伏组件,该光伏组件包括上述太阳能电池。
上述太阳能电池的光转化效率高且稳定性好,可提高光伏组件的效率。
上述光伏组件中,包括一个或多个太阳能电池,可根据具体的应用场景选择;进一步地,上述光伏组件中包括多个太阳能电池,多个太阳能电池串联或并联连接形成电池片。
在其中一些实施例中,上述光伏组件还包括光伏玻璃层、粘结层、背板。
电池片的两个表面分别设有粘结层,在其中一个粘结层中远离电池片的表面设有背板,在另一个粘结层中远离电池片的表面设有光伏玻璃层。
光伏玻璃层和背板用于保护保护太阳能电池,密封、绝缘、防水;粘结层起到粘结光伏玻璃层与电池片、粘结背板与电池片的作用。
可选地,光伏玻璃层的材质钢化玻璃,背板的材质采用TPT(聚氟乙烯)或TPE(热塑性弹性体)材质,粘结层的材质采用EVA(聚乙烯-聚醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)。
进一步地,上述光伏组件还包括接线盒及外框。
接线盒用于保护整个光伏组件的发电系统,它相当于一个电流中转站,当有电池片出现短路,接线盒会自动断开短路的电池串。
外框可以起到支撑和保护整个光伏组件的作用,边框可采用铝合金材质,强度、耐腐蚀性优异。
进一步地,通过硅胶来粘结、密封边框与光伏组件中其他部位的连接处。光伏组件可以将太阳能转化为电能,或送往蓄电池中存储起来,或推动负载工作。
在其中一些实施例中,上述光伏组件为太阳能电池板。
本申请一实施方式,还提供一种光伏系统,包括上述光伏组件。
光伏系统利用上述光伏组件中太阳能电池的光生伏特效应,将太阳辐射能直接转换成电能,效率高;进一步地,上述光伏系统为光伏发电系统。
光伏组件是光伏发电系统中的核心部分,上述光伏系统中,包括一个或多个光伏组件,可根据具体的应用场景选择;进一步地,上述光伏系统中包括多个光伏组件的情况下,多个光伏组件形成光伏阵列。
上述光伏系统可以是独立光伏发电系统,也可以是并网光伏发电系统。
独立光伏发电系统包括光伏阵列、蓄电池组、充电控制器、电力电子变换器(逆变器)、负载等。其工作原理是,太阳辐射能量经过光伏阵列首先被转换成电能,然后由电力电子变换器变换后给负载供电,同时将多余的电能经过充电控制器后以化学能的形式储存在储能装置中,这样在日照不足时,储存在电池中的能量就可经过电力电子逆变器、滤波和工频变压器升压后变成交流220V、50Hz的电能供交流负载使用。
并网光伏发电系统包括光伏阵列、高频DC/DC升压电路、电力电子变换器(逆变器)和系统监控。其工作原理是,太阳辐射能量经过光伏阵列转换后,再经高频直流变换后变成高压直流电,然后经过电力电子逆变器逆变后向电网输出与电网电压相频一致的正弦交流电流。
上述两种光伏发电系统各有特点,可根据具体的应用场景选择。
本申请一实施方式,还提供一种用电装置,包括上述太阳能电池和光伏组件中的至少一个。
上述用电装置可以但不限于是移动设备、电动车辆、电气列车、船舶及卫星、储能系统等。
在其中一些实施例中,移动设备可以是手机或笔记本电脑等。
在其中一些实施例中,电动车辆包括但不限于:纯电动车、混合动力电动车、插电式混合动力电动车、电动自行车、电动踏板车、电动高尔夫球车、电动卡车等。

以下为具体实施例。
实施例1
步骤一:有机化合物SAM1的制备,具体步骤如下:
(1)化合物1(CAS:525602-17-9,1mmol)、1,1'-双二苯基膦二茂铁二氯化钯(Pd(dppf)Cl2,0.2mmol)、醋酸钾(KOAc,8mmol)、联硼酸频那醇酯(4.8mmol)、1,4-二氧六环(30mL)共混,在氮气保护条件下85℃加热反应12小时后,通过硅藻土得到澄清的滤液,将滤液减压蒸馏后得到淡黄色固体。再将淡黄色固体和化合物2(2.4mmol)、四(三苯基膦)钯(Pd(PPh3)4、0.1mmol)、甲苯(10mL)、碳酸钾水溶液(K2CO3、2mol/L,10mL)共混,在氮气保护条件下110℃加热反应48小时后,通过硅胶色谱层析柱进行分离后得到化合物3;合成路线如下:
对化合物3进行核磁氢谱测试,结果如下:
1H NMR(400MHz,DMSO-d6)δ7.62(d,J=7.2Hz,4H),7.55(d,J=7.2Hz,4H),7.37-7.24(m,12H),7.14(s,4H),7.08-7.00(m,6H),4.04-3.99(m,4H),2.86-2.81(m,4H),2.58-2.53(m,4H),1.09-1.05(m,6H)。
综上结果可知:上述制备步骤成功获得了目标产物,进一步采用如下公式计算化合物3的收率为89%。
产率=化合物3的摩尔数/化合物1的摩尔数×100%
(2)将化合物3(1mmol)溶解在四氢呋喃(10mL)中,与氢氧化钠水溶液(NaOH,2M,10mL)共混,在75℃加热20h后,滴加浓盐酸至溶液pH<1时,收集沉淀获得SAM1。合成路线如下:
对产物SAM1进行核磁氢谱测试,测试结果如下:
1H NMR(400MHz,DMSO-d6)δ12.09(s,2H),7.62(d,J=7.2Hz,4H),7.55(d,J=7.2Hz,4H),7.37-7.24(m,12H),7.14(s,4H),7.08-7.00(m,6H),2.86-2.81(m,4H),2.58-2.53(m,4H)。
综上结果可知:上述制备步骤成功获得了目标产物SAM1。

1、FTO导电玻璃的清洗:把2.0cm×2.0cm的FTO导电玻璃两端通过激光刻蚀各去掉0.35cm,裸露出玻璃基底,然后放入去离子水、丙酮、异丙醇依次超声清洗10分钟,将清洗后的FTO导电玻璃在氮气枪下吹干溶剂,放入紫外臭氧机中进行紫外臭氧清洗处理,作为第一电极11。
2、空穴传输层的制备:将上述有机化合物SAM1溶于甲醇中,溶解后得到自组装分子溶液(1mg/mL);然后将自组装分子溶液在第一电极11表面上以3000rpm的转速旋涂,退火得到厚度5nm的空穴传输层12。
3、钙钛矿层的制备:称取碘化铅(726mg)、碘甲脒(240mg)、碘化铯(19mg)、溴化铅(11mg)溶解在1mL体积比为4:1的DMF:DMSO混合溶剂中,搅拌3h,用0.22μm有机滤膜过滤,得到钙钛矿前驱体溶液,在钝化层表面上以3000rpm的速度旋涂钙钛矿前驱液,100℃下退火30min,冷却至室温,形成活性物质为CsFA体系的钙钛矿层13,厚度为800nm。
4、电子传输层的制备:钙钛矿层13远离空穴传输层12的表面上以1500rpm的速度旋涂电子传输材料PC61BM,形成厚度为35nm的电子传输层14。
5、阻挡层的制备:在电子传输层14远离钙钛矿层13的表面以5000rpm旋涂钝化材料BCP(2,9-二甲基-4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲啰啉),100℃下退火10min,形成厚度为15nm的阻挡层15。
6、第二电极的制备:将步骤5中获得的器件中放入掩模版中,在真空蒸镀设备中在空穴阻挡层表面蒸镀80nm的铜,形成第二电极,得到完整的钙钛矿太阳能电池10。
7、性能测试:
(1)将钙钛矿太阳能电池在氮气氛围室温条件下进行自然老化10天,在此过程中,每隔12h按照下述步骤测试其光电转化效率,测得的最高效率记为最优效率,具体请见表1。
(2)将钙钛矿太阳能电池在N2氛围、室温环境下静置30天后的光电转化效率P30结果请见表1。
光电转化效率利用I-V测量法测定,具体步骤如下:
a)将装有样品电池的测试夹具置于样品架上,使其位于测量平面内,并保证样品电池位于太阳模拟器出射光斑的中心位置(或光伏电池法线与太阳模拟器光源出射光束的中心线平行);
b)采用光焱的太阳光模拟器,符合国家标准IEC61215进行测试,采用晶硅太阳能电池校正光的强度,将被测样品电池加装掩膜版,用温度监控设备对样品电池温度进行控制,使得在测量过程中,被测样品的温度维持在(30±5℃),使其达到一个太阳强度AM1.5。
c)将样品电池与数字源表连接。测量被测样品电池的正反扫电流-电压特性,记录最大功率点电流Vm、最大功率点电压、开路电压Voc和短路电流Jsc。
计算公式:填充因子FF=Jm×Vm/Voc×Jsc,电转化效率PCE=Voc×Jsc×FF/Pin。Pin为入射光强度。

各实施例及对比例中相关的物理参数及测试结果请见表1。

分析上述表1中实验结果,对比实施例1~9和对比例1~3可知:采用本申请的有机化合物制备太阳能电池时,能提高太阳能电池的光电转化效率,且同时能提高贮存稳定性。
进一步分析实施例10~12可知,采用本申请的有机化合物制备太阳能电池时,既能起到空穴传输的作用,也能起到钝化作用,且不仅能作为单独的原料制备空穴传输层,也能与本领域传统的空穴传输材料配合使用制备空穴传输层,且本申请的有机化合物可以与本领域传统的空穴传输材料掺杂混合制备空穴传输层,也可以分别单独成膜层共同组成空穴传输层,均能同时起到空穴传输和钝化作用,提高太阳能电池的效率,例如分别单独形成膜层共同组成空穴传输层,采用有机化合物形成的膜层实际也相当于钝化层。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准,说明书及附图可以用于解释权利要求的内容。
Claims (20)
- 一种有机化合物,所述有机化合物如式(1)所示:
m1~m4各自独立地选自0~5任一整数,且m1~m4中至少一个不为0,各Q1分别独立地选自H或*——(L2)n2-A,各A分别独立地选自H或含氧酸基团,且至少有一个Q1选自*——(L2)n2-A、至少有一个A选自含氧酸基团;各L1和各L2分别独立地选自-C(R1R2)-、-NR3-、-O-、-Si(R4R5)-、-PR6-、-S-、-C(=O)-、-C(=S)-、-C(=NR7)-、-C(=CR8R9)-以及如下L1~L8中的任意一种:
Y1~Y6分别独立地选自-C(R10R11)-、-NR12-、-O-、-Si(R13R14)-、-PR15-、-S-、-As-、-Se-、-C(=O)-、-C(=S)-、-C(=NR16)-或-C(=CR17R18)-中的任意一种;各Z1~Z8分别独立地选自CR19或N;R1~R19分别独立地选自氢、卤素、-ORa、-OCORb、-NHCORc、-N(Rd)2、-SRe、-P(Rf)2、Rg中的任意一种;Ra~Rg分别独立地选自取代或未取代的成环原子数为6~15的芳香基、取代或未取代的成环原子数为5~15的杂芳香基、取代或未取代的碳原子数为1~5的烷基中的任意一种;*表示连接位点;n1~n2各自独立地选自1~10任一整数;或者,所述有机化合物为式(1)所示化合物的含氧酸根盐。 - 如权利要求1所述的有机化合物,其中,Y1~Y6分别独立地选自-CR10R11-、-NR12-、-O-、-S-、-C(=O)-、-C(=NR16)-或-C(=CR17R18)-中的任意一种。
- 如权利要求1~2任一项所述的有机化合物,其中,Ra~Rg分别独立地选自成环原子数为6~10的芳香基、成环原子数为5~10的杂芳香基、碳原子数为1~5的烷基或被卤素取代的碳原子数为1~5的烷基中的任意一种。
- 如权利要求1~3任一项所述的有机化合物,其中,R1~R19分别独立地选自氢、卤素、碳原子数为1~5的烷基或被卤素取代的碳原子数为1~5的烷基。
- 如权利要求1~4任一项所述的有机化合物,其中,各L1和各L2分别独立地选自-C(R1R2)-、-NR3-、-O-、-C(=O)-以及如下基团中的任意一种:
其中,R19分别独立地选自氢、卤素、-ORa、-OCORb、-NHCORc、-N(Rd)2、-SRe、-P(Rf)2、Rg中的任意一种;*表示连接位点。 - 如权利要求1~5任一项所述的有机化合物,其中,各L1分别独立地选自-CH2-、-O-、-C(=O)-以及如下基团中的任意一种:
- 如权利要求1~6任一项所述的有机化合物,其中,各*——(L2)n2-A分别独立地选自如下基团中的任意一种:
其中,L11选自碳原子为1~5的烷烃亚基;L12~L14分别独立地选自单键或碳原子为1~5的烷烃亚基。 - 如权利要求1~7任一项所述的有机化合物,其中,所述含氧酸基团选自膦酸基团、次磷酸基团、磺酸基团、羧酸基团、亚磺酸基团、硼酸基团或硅酸基团中的任意一种。
- 如权利要求1~8任一项所述的有机化合物,其中,所述式(1)所示化合物的含氧酸根盐包括阴离子和阳离子,所述阴离子为所述式(1)所示化合物中的含氧酸基团中的至少一个醇羟基失去H形成,所述阳离子选自金属离子或NH4 +中的至少一种。
- 如权利要求1~9任一项所述的有机化合物,其中,所述有机化合物包括式(SAM1)~式(SAM9)所示化合物及式(SAM1)~式(SAM9)所示化合物的含氧酸根盐中的至少一种:
- 如权利要求1~10任一项所述的有机化合物作为钝化材料或空穴传输材料的应用。
- 一种太阳能电池,所述太阳能电池包括如权利要求1~10任一项所述的有机化合物。
- 如权利要求12所述的太阳能电池,其中,所述太阳能电池满足条件(1)~(3)中的一个或多个条件:(1)所述太阳能电池包括钙钛矿层,所述钙钛矿层包括所述有机化合物;(2)所述太阳能电池包括层叠设置的钙钛矿层和空穴传输层;所述钙钛矿层和所述空穴传输层中的至少一层包括所述有机化合物;(3)所述太阳能电池包括层叠设置的钙钛矿层和空穴传输层,以及设于所述空穴传输层的至少一侧表面的钝化层;所述钙钛矿层、所述空穴传输层和所述钝化层中的至少一层包括所述有机化合物。
- 根据权利要求13所述的太阳能电池,其中,所述太阳能电池包括层叠设置的钙钛矿层和空穴传输层,所述空穴传输层包括所述有机化合物,所述有机化合物在所述空穴传输层中的质量占比为K1,0<K1≤100%。
- 根据权利要求13任一项所述的太阳能电池,其中,所述太阳能电池包括层叠设置的钙钛矿层和空穴传输层,以及设于所述空穴传输层的至少一侧表面的钝化层,所述钝化层包括所述有机化合物,所述有机化合物在钝化层中的质量占比为K2,0<K2≤100%。
- 根据权利要求13~15任一项所述的太阳能电池,其中,所述钙钛矿层包括所述有机化合物,所述有机化合物在所述钙钛矿层中的质量占比为K3,0.01%≤K3≤0.5%。
- 一种光伏组件,包括如权利要求12~16任一项所述的太阳能电池。
- 一种光伏系统,包括如权利要求17所述的光伏组件。
- 一种用电装置,包括如权利要求12~16任一项所述的太阳能电池和权利要求17所述的光伏组件中的至少一个。
- 一种发电装置,包括如权利要求12~16任一项所述的太阳能电池和权利要求17所述的光伏组件中的至少一个。
