Abstract

本发明提供一种扬声器,包括盆架、固定于盆架的振动系统和驱动振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,振动系统包括振膜和驱动振膜振动的音圈,扬声器包括固定于振膜的定心支片,定心支片覆盖固定于振膜远离音圈的一侧,扬声器还包括贯穿振膜将定心支片和音圈电连接的电连接件,该结构将定心支片固定于振膜远离音圈的一侧,定心支片不占用磁路系统的空间,扬声器的声学性能好。

扬声器 技术领域
本发明涉及扬声器领域,尤其涉及扬声器的定心支片。
背景技术
近年来随着移动通信技术的快速发展,消费者越来越多地使用带有语音功能的移动通讯设备,例如便携式电话、掌上游戏机、手提电脑、膝上型计算机、多媒体播放器及能够通过公共或专用通信网络进行通信的其他设备。而扬声器作为语音功能的播放装置,其内部的磁路系统直接关系到产品声学性能的提升。
相关技术中扬声器的定心支片设置在音圈的四个圆角或者四边,定心支片需要占据部分磁路系统的空间,进而影响扬声器的驱动力导致扬声器失真。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器来解决上述问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种大驱动力、声学性能好的扬声器。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案如下:本发明提供一种扬声器,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动的音圈,所述扬声器包括固定于所述振膜的定心支片,所述定心支片覆盖固定于所述振膜远离所述音圈的一侧,所述扬声器还包括贯穿所述振膜将所述定心支片和所述音圈电连接的电连接件。
优选地,所述定心支片包括与所述振膜固定的内环部、与所述盆架固定的外环部和连接所述内环部与所述外环部的连接部。
优选地,所述定心支片胶合于所述振膜的上方。
优选地,所述电连接件位于所述内环部与所述连接部的交界处。
优选地,所述电连接件包括靠近所述定心支片的上表面和远离所述定心支片的下表面,所述上表面与所述下表面电连接,所述上表面与所述定心支片电连接,所述下表面与所述音圈电连接,所述定心支片与外部电路电连接。
优选地,所述电连接件的材料为石墨烯、碳纳米管、纳米碳纤维、银粉、液态金属中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述振膜包括球顶、设置于所述内环部下方的平面部、环绕所述平面部设置的折环部和与所述盆架固定的固定部,所述电连接件嵌设于所述平面部。
优选地,所述电连接件为两个且以所述振膜的几何中心点为中心对称设置,所述球顶设有避让所述电连接件的第一开口,所述平面部设有避让所述电连接件的第二开口,所述第二开口与所述第一开口连通。
优选地,所述振膜包括四个角部,所述折环部包括间隔对称设置在所述角部的褶皱,多个所述褶皱沿所述折环部的内边缘朝外边缘的方向呈放射状分布。
优选地,所述扬声器还包括与所述盆架固定的前盖,所述定心支片夹设于所述前盖与所述振膜之间。
有益效果
本发明的有益处在于:本发明提供了一种扬声器,其定心支片固定于振膜远离音圈的一侧,与相关技术相比,本发明的定心支片不占用磁路系统的空间,增大了扬声器的驱动力。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请同时参阅图1-4,本发明提供了一种扬声器100,所述扬声器100包括前盖1、固定于所述前盖1的盆架2、固定于所述盆架2的定心支片3、振动系统4、驱动所述振动系统4振动发声的磁路系统5以及与所述定心支片3电连接的电连接件6。
所述前盖1包括主体部11和贴设于所述主体部11上方的透气隔离件12,所述主体部11设有多个开孔110,所述透气隔离件12盖设于所述多个开孔110的上方。
所述定心支片3包括内环部31、嵌设于所述前盖1的外环部32和连接所述内环部31和所述外环部32的连接部33,所述连接部33的结构为直线形的条状,所述内环部31、外环部32和连接部33为一体化成型。在其他实施例中,所述外环部32也可以夹设于所述前盖1与所述盆架2之间,所述连接部33的结构也可以为弯曲形的条状或其他形状。
所述振动系统4包括振膜41、驱动所述振膜41振动发声的音圈42、支撑所述振膜41与所述音圈42的骨架43,所述定心支片3胶合于所述振膜41远离所述音圈42的一侧,所述定心支片3不占用磁路系统5的空间,提升了扬声器的驱动力,所述定心支片3夹设于所述前盖1与所述振膜41之间。
所述振膜41包括球顶411、设置于所述球顶411上方的平面部412、环绕所述平面部412设置的折环部413、与所述盆架2固定的固定部414,所述平面部412、折环部413和固定部414位一体化成型,所述内环部31贴设于所述平面部412上,所述球顶411设有避让所述电连接件6的第一开口4110,所述平面部412设有避让所述电连接件6的第二开口4120,所述第二开口4120与所述第一开口4110连通,所述电连接件6嵌设于所述第二开口4120。
所述折环部413还包括四个角部4131,所述折环部413包括间隔对称设置在所述角部4131的褶皱4132,多个所述褶皱4132沿所述折环部413的内边缘朝外边缘的方向呈放射状分布。
所述磁路系统5包括磁轭51、设置于所述磁轭51上方的主磁钢52和环绕所述主磁钢52设置的副磁钢53,所述主磁钢52与所述副磁钢53形成磁间隙7,所述音圈42悬置于所述磁间隙7中,所述磁路系统5还包括位于所述主磁钢52上方的主极芯54和位于所述副磁钢53上方的副极芯55,所述副极芯55与所述盆架2固定。
所述电连接件6位于所述内环部31与所述连接部33的交界处的下方,所述电连接件6包括靠近所述定心支片3的上表面61和远离所述定心支片3的下表面62,所述上表面61与所述下表面62电连接,所述上表面61与所述定心支片3电连接,所述下表面62与所述音圈42电连接,所述定心支片3与外部电路电连接,所述电连接件6由导电材料制成,通过与所述音圈42和所述定心支片3电连接,实现了音圈42与外部电路电连接。
所述电连接件6为两个且以所述振膜41的几何中心点为中心对称设置,本实施例中电连接件6的材料为石墨烯、碳纳米管、纳米碳纤维、银粉、液态金属中的一种或多种。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供一种扬声器,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动的音圈,所述扬声器包括固定于所述振膜的定心支片,所述定心支片覆盖固定于所述振膜远离所述音圈的一侧,所述扬声器还包括贯穿所述振膜将所述定心支片和所述音圈电连接的电连接件,本发明的定心支片固定于振膜远离音圈的一侧,不占用磁路系统的空间,增大了扬声器的驱动力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动的音圈,所述扬声器包括固定于所述振膜的定心支片,其特征在于,所述定心支片覆盖固定于所述振膜远离所述音圈的一侧,所述扬声器还包括贯穿所述振膜将所述定心支片和所述音圈电连接的电连接件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述定心支片包括与所述振膜固定的内环部、与所述盆架固定的外环部和连接所述内环部与所述外环部的连接部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述定心支片胶合于所述振膜的上方。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述电连接件位于所述内环部与所述连接部的交界处。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述电连接件包括靠近所述定心支片的上表面和远离所述定心支片的下表面,所述上表面与所述下表面电连接,所述上表面与所述定心支片电连接,所述下表面与所述音圈电连接,所述定心支片与外部电路电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述电连接件的材料为石墨烯、碳纳米管、纳米碳纤维、银粉、液态金属中的一种或多种。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振膜包括球顶、设置于所述内环部下方的平面部、环绕所述平面部设置的折环部和与所述盆架固定的固定部,所述电连接件嵌设于所述平面部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述电连接件为两个且以所述振膜的几何中心点为中心对称设置,所述球顶设有避让所述电连接件的第一开口,所述平面部设有避让所述电连接件的第二开口,所述第二开口与所述第一开口连通。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振膜包括四个角部,所述折环部包括间隔对称设置在所述角部的褶皱,多个所述褶皱沿所述折环部的内边缘朝外边缘的方向呈放射状分布。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括与所述盆架固定的前盖,所述定心支片夹设于所述前盖与所述振膜之间。
