Abstract

Description

冷媒冷却部を有する冷凍サイクル装置
 本開示は、冷媒冷却部を有する冷凍サイクル装置に関する。
 冷凍サイクル装置を制御するための制御回路には、電気回路部品が含まれる。特許文献1(特開2012-132637号公報)に開示されている冷凍サイクル装置には、電気回路部品が発する熱を除去する目的で、冷媒冷却部が設けられている。冷媒冷却部とは、電気回路部品が発する熱を冷媒流に吸収させることによって、電気回路部品の損傷を防ぐための装置である。
 冷媒冷却部の冷却性能を保つためには、冷媒冷却部に一定の状態の冷媒を一定量流し続ける必要がある。冷凍サイクル装置が多数の構成要素を有し、それによって冷媒回路の構造が複雑になっている場合、冷凍サイクル装置の多様な動作モードごとに冷媒の流れ方は変化する。したがって、複雑な冷媒回路の中で冷媒冷却部を配置すべき場所を注意深く選ぶことによって、冷媒冷却部の冷却性能を最適化する必要がある。
 第1観点の冷凍サイクル装置は、第1熱源熱交換器と、第2熱源熱交換器と、第1配管と、第2配管と、第1熱源膨張弁と、第2熱源膨張弁と、第1切換手段と、第2切換手段と、制御部と、冷媒冷却部と、を備える。第1配管は、第1熱源熱交換器から分岐点まで延びる。第2配管は、第2熱源熱交換器から分岐点まで延びる。第1熱源膨張弁は、第1配管に配置されている。第2熱源膨張弁は、第2配管に配置されている。第1切換手段は、第1熱源熱交換器を流れる冷媒の方向を切り換える。第2切換手段は、第2熱源熱交換器を流れる冷媒の方向を切り換える。制御部は、温熱利用運転、冷熱利用運転、及び部分デフロスト運転、を実行するように第1熱源膨張弁、第2熱源膨張弁、第1切換手段、及び第2切換手段を制御する。温熱利用運転では、第1熱源熱交換器及び第2熱源熱交換器の両方を吸熱器として動作させる。冷熱利用運転では、第1熱源熱交換器及び第2熱源熱交換器の両方を放熱器として動作させる。部分デフロスト運転では、第1熱源熱交換器又は第2熱源熱交換器の一方を放熱器として動作させるとともに他方を吸熱器として動作させる。冷媒冷却部は、電気回路を冷却するためのものである。冷媒冷却部は、減圧膨張弁の近傍において、減圧膨張弁よりも冷媒の流れの上流に配置されている。減圧膨張弁は、部分デフロスト運転のときに冷媒を減圧させる。減圧膨張弁は、第1熱源膨張弁又は第2熱源膨張弁のうちの一方である。
 この構成によれば、冷媒冷却部は、減圧膨張弁よりも冷媒の流れの上流に配置されている。したがって、冷媒冷却部を流れる冷媒は膨張されていない液冷媒であるので、過度に温度が下がり過ぎていない。よって、冷媒冷却部が電気回路の結露を誘発しにくいので、電気回路が損傷することを抑制できる。
 第2観点の冷凍サイクル装置は、第1観点の冷凍サイクル装置であって、冷媒冷却部が、第1配管又は第2配管の一方に配置されている。
 この構成によれば、冷媒冷却部は、第1又は第2熱源熱交換器の近傍に配置される。したがって、冷媒冷却部に冷媒が供給されなくなる可能性が低い。
 第3観点の冷凍サイクル装置は、第1観点又は第2観点の冷凍サイクル装置であって、バイパス流路をさらに備える。バイパス流路は、第1配管又は第2配管のうちの冷媒冷却部が配置されている方の両端を結ぶとともに、冷媒冷却部を迂回する。
 この構成によれば、冷媒冷却部を迂回するバイパス流路が設けられる。したがって、冷媒冷却部を通過する冷媒の量が多くなり、それによって電気回路を損傷するおそれがあるときは、冷媒の一部をバイパス流路へ送ることにより、電気回路の損傷を抑制できる。
 第4観点の冷凍サイクル装置は、第3観点の冷凍サイクル装置であって、電動弁をさらに備える。電動弁は、バイパス流路に配置されており、かつ、冷媒の流量調整のために用いられる。
 この構成によれば、バイパス流路には流量調整用の電動弁が設けられる。したがって、冷媒冷却部を流れる冷媒の量と、冷媒冷却部を迂回する冷媒の量を決定する自由度が高くなる。
 第5観点の冷凍サイクル装置は、第1観点から第4観点のいずれか1つの冷凍サイクル装置であって、部分デフロスト運転が、第1部分デフロスト運転と、第2部分デフロスト運転と、を含む。第1部分デフロスト運転では、制御部が第1熱源熱交換器を放熱器として動作させるとともに第2熱源熱交換器を吸熱器として動作させる。第2部分デフロスト運転では、制御部が第1熱源熱交換器を吸熱器として動作させるとともに第2熱源熱交換器を放熱器として動作させる。
 この構成によれば、第1部分デフロスト運転と第2部分デフロスト運転において、第1熱源熱交換器及び第2熱源熱交換器のいずれかは吸熱器としての機能を維持できる。したがって、利用熱交換器を放熱器として機能させることができるので、冬場においてデフロスト運転中にも暖房を行うことができる。
 第6観点の冷凍サイクル装置は、第1観点から第5観点のいずれか1つの冷凍サイクル装置であって、利用熱交換器をさらに備える。制御部は、温熱利用運転及び部分デフロスト運転において利用熱交換器を放熱器として動作させ、冷熱利用運転において利用熱交換器を吸熱器として動作させる。
 この構成によれば、冷凍サイクル装置は利用熱交換器を有する。したがって、利用熱交換器が第1熱源熱交換器及び第2熱源熱交換器と協働して冷凍サイクルを構成する。
 第7観点の冷凍サイクル装置は、第6観点の冷凍サイクル装置であって、利用膨張弁をさらに備える。利用膨張弁は、利用熱交換器に接続されている。利用膨張弁は分岐点に接続されている。
 この構成によれば、利用熱交換器の近傍に利用膨張弁が設けられる。したがって、利用熱交換器を流れる冷媒量の制御の自由度が高まる。

 <第1実施形態>
 (1)全体構成
 図1は、第1実施形態に係る冷凍サイクル装置100を示す。冷凍サイクル装置100は、熱源から取得した温熱(hot heat)又は冷熱(cold heat)をユーザに提供するためのものであり、例えば、空気調和装置として構成されるがこれに限られない。冷凍サイクル装置100は、ユーザに冷熱を提供する冷熱利用運転と、ユーザに温熱を提供する温熱利用運転を行うことができる。これらは、冷凍サイクル装置100が空気調和装置である場合には、それぞれ冷房運転と暖房運転に相当する。
 冷凍サイクル装置100は、熱源ユニット10、利用ユニット20、連絡配管30、通信線35を有している。これらの構成要素の部分によって、冷媒を循環させる冷媒回路90と、冷媒回路90を制御する制御部9とが構成されている。
 冷凍サイクル装置100には、あらゆる冷媒が使用可能である。以下の記述では、冷媒は液体への相変化を生じうるものとして扱い、説明には「凝縮」「蒸発」「液冷媒」「気液二相冷媒」などの用語を使用する。しかしながら、冷媒が二酸化炭素などのように相変化を伴わないものである場合には、厳密にはこれらの用語が当てはまらない点に留意されたい。以下の記述では、「放熱」は「凝縮」の上位概念であり、「吸熱」は「蒸発」の上位概念であり、「放熱」及び「吸熱」は冷媒の相変化を必ずしも伴わない現象であるとして扱っている。

 熱源ユニット10は、室外空気などの熱源から温熱又は冷熱を取得する。熱源ユニット10は、冷媒回路90の構成要素として、圧縮機11、第1切換手段12a、第2切換手段12b、第3切換手段12c、第4切換手段12d、第1熱源熱交換器13a、第2熱源熱交換器13b、第1熱源膨張弁14a、第2熱源膨張弁14b、電動弁14c、過冷却弁14d、冷媒冷却部15、過冷却熱交換器16、液閉鎖弁17、第1ガス閉鎖弁18a、第2ガス閉鎖弁18b、アキュムレータ19を有する。これらの構成要素を接続するために、熱源ユニット10は、配管P1~配管P9を有する。熱源ユニット10はまた、第1熱源熱交換器13a及び第2熱源熱交換器13bの近傍に設けられた図示しない熱源ファンを有する。熱源ユニット10はさらに、制御部9の構成要素である熱源制御部7を有する。
 (1-1-1)圧縮機11
 圧縮機11は、吸入管11aと吐出管11bを有する。圧縮機11は、吸入管11aから吸入した低圧ガス冷媒を圧縮し、高圧ガス冷媒を生成して吐出管11bから吐出する。吸入管11aは、配管P8に接続されている。吐出管11bは、配管P1に接続されている。
 (1-1-2)第1切換手段12a、第2切換手段12b、第3切換手段12c、及び、第4切換手段12d
 第1切換手段12aは、第1熱源熱交換器13aを流れる冷媒の方向を切り換えるためのものである。第1切換手段12aは、例えば、ポートA1、ポートA2、ポートA3、ポートA4を有する四路切換弁である。第1切換手段12aは、ポートA1とポートA3が接続されるとともにポートA2とポートA4が接続される第1状態と、ポートA1とポートA4が接続されるとともにポートA2とポートA3が接続される第2状態とを切り換えることができる。
 ポートA1は、配管P2に接続されている。配管P2は、配管P1に接続されている。ポートA2は、配管P7に接続されている。ポートA3は、第1熱源熱交換器13aに接続されている。ポートA4はどこにも接続されておらず、塞がれている。
 第2切換手段12bは、第2熱源熱交換器13bを流れる冷媒の方向を切り換えるためのものである。第2切換手段12bは、例えば、ポートB1、ポートB2、ポートB3、ポートB4を有する四路切換弁である。第2切換手段12bは、ポートB1とポートB3が接続されるとともにポートB2とポートB4が接続される第1状態と、ポートB1とポートB4が接続されるとともにポートB2とポートB3が接続される第2状態とを切り換えることができる。
 ポートB1は、配管P1に接続されている。ポートB2は、配管P7に接続されている。ポートB3は、第2熱源熱交換器13bに接続されている。ポートB4はどこにも接続されておらず、塞がれている。
 第3切換手段12cは、後述する第1利用熱交換器23aを流れる冷媒の方向を切り換えるためのものである。第3切換手段12cは、例えば、ポートC1、ポートC2、ポートC3、ポートC4を有する四路切換弁である。第3切換手段12cは、ポートC1とポートC3が接続されるとともにポートC2とポートC4が接続される第1状態と、ポートC1とポートC4が接続されるとともにポートC2とポートC3が接続される第2状態とを切り換えることができる。
 ポートC1は、配管P7に接続されている。ポートC2は、配管P2に接続されている。ポートC3は、第1ガス閉鎖弁18aに接続されている。ポートC4はどこにも接続されておらず、塞がれている。
 第4切換手段12dは、後述する第2利用熱交換器23bを流れる冷媒の方向を切り換えるためのものである。第4切換手段12dは、例えば、ポートD1、ポートD2、ポートD3、ポートD4を有する四路切換弁である。第4切換手段12dは、ポートD1とポートD3が接続されるとともにポートD2とポートD4が接続される第1状態と、ポートD1とポートD4が接続されるとともにポートD2とポートD3が接続される第2状態とを切り換えることができる。
 ポートD1は、配管P7に接続されている。ポートD2は、配管P2に接続されている。ポートD3は、第2ガス閉鎖弁18bに接続されている。ポートD4はどこにも接続されておらず、塞がれている。
 (1-1-3)第1熱源熱交換器13a、及び、第2熱源熱交換器13b
 第1熱源熱交換器13a及び第2熱源熱交換器13bは、室外空気と冷媒の間の熱交換を行うものであり、あるときは冷媒の凝縮器又は放熱器として機能し、あるときは冷媒の蒸発器又は吸熱器として機能する。図2に示すように、第1熱源熱交換器13a及び第2熱源熱交換器13bは、熱源ユニット10のケーシング10aの中に、鉛直方向に並んで配置されている。第1熱源熱交換器13aは、第2熱源熱交換器13bの上側に設置されている。
 図1に戻り、第1熱源熱交換器13aは、一端がポートA3に接続されており、他端が配管P3に接続されている。第2熱源熱交換器13bは、一端がポートB3に接続されており、他端が配管P4に接続されている。
 (1-1-4)第1熱源膨張弁14a、第2熱源膨張弁14b、電動弁14c、及び、過冷却弁14d
 第1熱源膨張弁14a及び第2熱源膨張弁14bは、冷媒を減圧するとともに、冷媒の流量を調節する。第1熱源膨張弁14aは配管P3に配置されている。第2熱源膨張弁14bは配管P4に配置されている。配管P3と配管P4は、分岐点N1で合流している。
 電動弁14cは、配管P9に配置されている。配管P9は、配管P4の両端を結ぶとともに、冷媒冷却部15を迂回するバイパス流路である。電動弁14cは、このバイパス流路を通過する冷媒の流量を調節する。
 過冷却弁14dは、過冷却熱交換器16に供給する中間圧冷媒を生成する。過冷却弁14dは、配管P6に配置されている。配管P6は、配管P5から分岐している。配管P5は、分岐点N1と液閉鎖弁17とを接続している。
 (1-1-5)冷媒冷却部15
 冷媒冷却部15は、電子回路部品と接触するように配管P4に配置されている。冷媒冷却部15は、配管P4を流れる冷媒に電気回路部品が発する熱を吸収させることによって、電気回路部品の損傷を防ぐ。冷媒冷却部は、冷媒冷却ジャケットと呼ばれることもある。
 (1-1-6)過冷却熱交換器16
 過冷却熱交換器16は、配管P5及び配管P6に配置されている。過冷却熱交換器16は、配管P6を通過する中間圧冷媒を利用して、配管P5を通過する冷媒に過冷却度を与えるためのものである。過冷却熱交換器16を出た中間圧冷媒は、配管P7へ進む。
 (1-1-7)アキュムレータ19
 アキュムレータ19は、配管P7から供給されたガス冷媒の中に混入している液冷媒成分を貯留するとともに、ガス冷媒を配管P8へ排出する。アキュムレータ19は、液冷媒が圧縮機11に吸入されることを防ぐ。
 (1-1-8)液閉鎖弁17、第1ガス閉鎖弁18a、及び、第2ガス閉鎖弁18b
 液閉鎖弁17は、液冷媒又は気液二相冷媒などを通過させ、又は遮断する。第1ガス閉鎖弁18a及び第2ガス閉鎖弁18bは、低圧ガス冷媒又は高圧ガス冷媒などを通過させ、又は遮断する。液閉鎖弁17、第1ガス閉鎖弁18a、及び第2ガス閉鎖弁18bの開閉は、例えば冷凍サイクル装置100の設置作業者によって手動で行われる。
 (1-1-9)熱源制御部7
 熱源制御部7は、熱源ユニット10に設置された図示しないセンサから測定値データを取得する。熱源制御部7はまた、圧縮機11、第1切換手段12a、第2切換手段12b、第3切換手段12c、第4切換手段12d、第1熱源膨張弁14a、第2熱源膨張弁14b、電動弁14c、及び過冷却弁14dを制御する。
 (1-2)利用ユニット20
 利用ユニット20は、ユーザに温熱又は冷熱を提供する。利用ユニット20は、冷媒回路90の構成要素として、第1利用膨張弁22a、第2利用膨張弁22b、第1利用熱交換器23a、第2利用熱交換器23bを有する。利用ユニット20はさらに、制御部9の構成要素である利用制御部8を有する。
 (1-2-1)第1利用熱交換器23a、及び、第2利用熱交換器23b
 第1利用熱交換器23a及び第2利用熱交換器23bは、室内空気と冷媒の間の熱交換を行うものであり、あるときは冷媒の凝縮器又は放熱器として機能し、あるときは冷媒の蒸発器又は吸熱器として機能する。図3に示すように、第1利用熱交換器23a及び第2利用熱交換器23bは、利用ユニット20のケーシング20aの中に、水平方向に並んで配置されている。第1利用熱交換器23a及び第2利用熱交換器23bの近傍には、利用ファン24が配置されている。利用ファン24は、ケーシング20aの吸込口20bから空気を吸い込む。利用ファン24が作り出す空気流は、まず第1利用熱交換器23aを通過し、次に第2利用熱交換器23bを通過した後、吹出口20cからケーシング20aの外へ吹き出す。
 図1に戻り、第1利用熱交換器23aは、一端が後述する第1高低圧ガス冷媒管32に接続されており、他端が第1利用膨張弁22aに接続されている。第2利用熱交換器23bは、一端が後述する第2高低圧ガス冷媒管33に接続されており、他端が第2利用膨張弁22bに接続されている。
 (1-2-2)第1利用膨張弁22a、及び、第2利用膨張弁22b
 第1利用膨張弁22a及び第2利用膨張弁22bは、冷媒を減圧するとともに、冷媒の流量を調節する。第1利用膨張弁22aは、一端が後述する液冷媒管31、液閉鎖弁17、過冷却熱交換器16、配管P5を介して分岐点N1に接続されており、他端が第1利用熱交換器23aに接続されている。第2利用膨張弁22bは、一端が後述する液冷媒管31後述する液冷媒管31、液閉鎖弁17、過冷却熱交換器16、配管P5を介して分岐点N1に接続されており、他端が第2利用熱交換器23bに接続されている。
 (1-2-3)利用制御部8
 利用制御部8は、利用ユニット20に設置された図示しないセンサから測定値データを取得する。利用制御部8はまた、利用ファン24を制御する。加えて、利用制御部8は、熱源制御部7と通信を行うことにより、熱源制御部7とともに制御部9を構成する。
 (1-3)連絡配管30
 連絡配管30は、冷媒回路90を構成するために熱源ユニット10と利用ユニット20を接続する。連絡配管30は、液冷媒管31、第1高低圧ガス冷媒管32、第2高低圧ガス冷媒管33を有する。
 (1-3-1)液冷媒管31
 液冷媒管31は、液閉鎖弁17を第1利用膨張弁22a及び第2利用膨張弁22bと接続し、液冷媒又は気液二相冷媒などを移動させる。
 (1-3-2)第1高低圧ガス冷媒管32、
 第1高低圧ガス冷媒管32は、第1ガス閉鎖弁18aと第1利用熱交換器23aを接続し、低圧ガス冷媒又は高圧ガス冷媒などを移動させる。
 (1-3-3)第2高低圧ガス冷媒管33
 第2高低圧ガス冷媒管33は、第2ガス閉鎖弁18bと第2利用熱交換器23bを接続し、低圧ガス冷媒又は高圧ガス冷媒などを移動させる。
 (1-4)通信線35
 通信線35は、制御部9を構成するために、熱源制御部7と利用制御部8を接続する。通信線35は、熱源制御部7と利用制御部8の間で制御信号、ステータス、データ、その他の信号を伝送する。
 (2)運転
 冷凍サイクル装置100は、以下に説明する多様な運転を行うことができる。以下の記述では、冷媒は液体への相変化を生じうるものとして扱うが、前述の通り、冷媒はこのようなものに限られない。
 (2-1)冷熱利用運転
 図4は、冷熱利用運転における冷凍サイクル装置100の状態を示す。冷熱利用運転では、ユーザが冷熱を利用することができる。第1切換手段12a、第2切換手段12b、第3切換手段12c、第4切換手段12dは、いずれも第1状態に設定されている。冷熱利用運転では、第1熱源熱交換器13a及び第2熱源熱交換器13bはいずれも凝縮器として機能しており、第1利用熱交換器23a及び第2利用熱交換器23bはいずれも蒸発器として機能している。
 圧縮機11の吐出管11bから吐出された高圧ガス冷媒は、配管P1及び配管P2を経て、第1切換手段12a及び第2切換手段12bを通過し、第1熱源熱交換器13a及び第2熱源熱交換器13bで凝縮されて、高圧液冷媒となる。
 第1熱源膨張弁14a、第2熱源膨張弁14b、電動弁14cはいずれも全開にされている。高圧液冷媒は、第1熱源膨張弁14a、第2熱源膨張弁14b、電動弁14c、及び冷媒冷却部15を通過する。その後、高圧液冷媒は過冷却熱交換器16によって過冷却度を付与される。その後、高圧液冷媒は液閉鎖弁17と液冷媒管31を通過し、第1利用膨張弁22a及び第2利用膨張弁22bで減圧されて、気液二相冷媒となる。気液二相冷媒は、第1利用熱交換器23a及び第2利用熱交換器23bで蒸発させられ、低圧ガス冷媒になる過程でユーザに冷熱を提供する。低圧ガス冷媒は、第1高低圧ガス冷媒管32及び第2高低圧ガス冷媒管33を通過し、次に第3切換手段12c及び第4切換手段12dを通過し、次にアキュムレータ19を通過した後、吸入管11aにおいて圧縮機11に吸入される。
 (2-2)温熱利用運転
 図5は、温熱利用運転における冷凍サイクル装置100の状態を示す。温熱利用運転では、ユーザが温熱を利用することができる。第1切換手段12a、第2切換手段12b、第3切換手段12c、第4切換手段12dは、いずれも第2状態に設定されている。温熱利用運転では、第1熱源熱交換器13a及び第2熱源熱交換器13bはいずれも蒸発器として機能しており、第1利用熱交換器23a及び第2利用熱交換器23bはいずれも凝縮器として機能している。
 圧縮機11の吐出管11bから吐出された高圧ガス冷媒は、配管P1及び配管P2を経て、第3切換手段12c及び第4切換手段12dを通過し、第1利用熱交換器23a及び第2利用熱交換器23bで凝縮されて、高圧液冷媒となる過程でユーザに温熱を提供する。
 第1利用膨張弁22a及び第2利用膨張弁22bはいずれも全開にされている。高圧液冷媒は、液冷媒管31、液閉鎖弁17、過冷却熱交換器16、配管P5を順に通過した後、第1熱源膨張弁14a及び第2熱源膨張弁14bで減圧されて、気液二相冷媒となる。気液二相冷媒は、第1切換手段12a及び第2切換手段12bを通過し、次に配管P7及びアキュムレータ19を通過した後、吸入管11aにおいて圧縮機11に吸入される。
 (2-3)第1部分デフロスト運転
 図6は、第1部分デフロスト運転における冷凍サイクル装置100の状態を示す。冬場に冷凍サイクル装置100が温熱利用運転をしている場合に、蒸発器として機能している第1熱源熱交換器13a及び第2熱源熱交換器13bには霜が付く。これらの熱交換器の一方についた霜を溶かす運転を部分デフロスト運転と呼ぶ。部分デフロスト運転は、第1部分デフロスト運転と第2部分デフロスト運転を含む。
 第1部分デフロスト運転では、第1熱源熱交換器13aを凝縮器として機能させることにより、第1熱源熱交換器13aに付いた霜を溶かすことができる。なお、蒸発器として機能する第2熱源熱交換器13bが室外空気から温熱を取得することができるので、第1部分デフロスト運転の間もユーザは温熱を利用し続けることができる。
 第1切換手段12aが第1状態に設定されており、第2切換手段12b、第3切換手段12c、第4切換手段12dが第2状態に設定されている。これにより、第1熱源熱交換器13a、第1利用熱交換器23a、及び第2利用熱交換器23bが放熱器として機能しており、第2熱源熱交換器13bが吸熱器として機能している。
 圧縮機11の吐出管11bから吐出された高圧ガス冷媒の一部は、配管P1及び配管P2を経て、第1切換手段12aを通過し、第1熱源熱交換器13aで凝縮されて、高圧液冷媒となる過程で、第1熱源熱交換器13aに付いている霜を溶かす。
 第1熱源膨張弁14aは全開にされている。一方、第2熱源膨張弁14bは、適度に小さな開度を設定されている。高圧液冷媒は、第1熱源膨張弁14a、分岐点N1、及び冷媒冷却部15を通過した後、第2熱源膨張弁14bで減圧されて、気液二相冷媒となる。気液二相冷媒は、第2熱源熱交換器13bで蒸発させられて低圧ガス冷媒となる。低圧ガス冷媒は、第2切換手段12b、配管P7、アキュムレータ19、配管P8を順に通過した後、吸入管11aにおいて圧縮機11に吸入される。
 (2-4)第2部分デフロスト運転
 図7は、第2部分デフロスト運転における冷凍サイクル装置100の状態を示す。第2部分デフロスト運転では、第2熱源熱交換器13bを凝縮器として機能させることにより、第2熱源熱交換器13bに付いた霜を溶かすことができる。なお、蒸発器として機能する第1熱源熱交換器13aが室外空気から温熱を取得することができるので、第2部分デフロスト運転の間もユーザは温熱を利用し続けることができる。
 第2切換手段12bが第1状態に設定されており、第1切換手段12a、第3切換手段12c、第4切換手段12dが第2状態に設定されている。これにより、第2熱源熱交換器13b、第1利用熱交換器23a、及び第2利用熱交換器23bが凝縮器として機能しており、第1熱源熱交換器13aが蒸発器として機能している。
 圧縮機11の吐出管11bから吐出された高圧ガス冷媒の一部は、配管P1を経て、第2切換手段12bを通過し、第2熱源熱交換器13bで凝縮されて、高圧液冷媒となる過程で、第2熱源熱交換器13bに付いている霜を溶かす。
 第2熱源膨張弁14bは全開にされている。一方、第1熱源膨張弁14aは、適度に小さな開度を設定されている。高圧液冷媒は、第2熱源膨張弁14b、冷媒冷却部15、及び分岐点N1を通過した後、第1熱源膨張弁14aで減圧されて、気液二相冷媒となる。気液二相冷媒は、第1熱源熱交換器13aで蒸発させられて低圧ガス冷媒となる。低圧ガス冷媒は、第1切換手段12a、配管P7、アキュムレータ19、配管P8を順に通過した後、吸入管11aにおいて圧縮機11に吸入される。
 (2-5)交互デフロスト運転
 制御部9は、第1部分デフロスト運転と第2部分デフロスト運転を交互に行うことによって、交互デフロスト運転を実行することができる。交互デフロスト運転においては、第1熱源熱交換器13a及び第2熱源熱交換器13bに付いた霜が交互に溶かされる。交互デフロスト運転においては、第1熱源熱交換器13a及び第2熱源熱交換器13bの一方が必ず蒸発器として機能するので、その蒸発器が室外空気から温熱を取得することができる。このため、第1利用熱交換器23a及び第2利用熱交換器23bを凝縮器として機能させることによって、ユーザに温熱を利用させることが可能である。
 (3)冷媒冷却部15の構造
 図8は、電装品ユニット70に取り付けられている冷媒冷却部15の構造を示す。冷媒冷却部15は、金属ブロック61、冷媒案内管62、取付板63、及びスペーサ64を有している。一方、電装品ユニット70は、プリント基板71、パワー素子72、及びその他の電気回路部品73を有している。
 金属ブロック61には貫通穴が設けられており、その貫通穴を冷媒案内管62が通過している。冷媒案内管62は、第1端部62a、第2端部62b、及び折り返し部62cを有している。この冷媒案内管62は、前述の配管P4の一部を構成している。取付板63は金属ブロック61に広い面積で接触するように金属ブロック61に固定されている。スペーサ64は、取付板63とプリント基板71を所定の間隔を開けて相互に固定する。パワー素子72及び電気回路部品73は、プリント基板71に実装されており、電気回路を形成している。プリント基板71に実装されている部品のうち、とりわけ発熱量の多いものがパワー素子72である。パワー素子72は、取付板63と広い面積で接触するように取付板63に固定されている。
 金属ブロック61は、冷媒案内管62を流れる冷媒によって冷却されている。パワー素子72が発する熱は、取付板63を介して金属ブロック61に吸収される。これにより、パワー素子72が冷却される。
 (4)冷媒冷却部15の配置位置
 図9は、各運転における冷媒冷却部15の位置を示す模式図である。いずれの運転においても、冷媒の流れに対し、冷媒冷却部15は、凝縮器の下流かつ蒸発器の上流に配置されていることが図8より理解できる。
 凝縮器と冷媒冷却部15の間に配置されている膨張弁(例えば、第1部分デフロスト運転においては、第1利用膨張弁22a、第2利用膨張弁22b、及び第1熱源膨張弁14a)は、いずれの運転においても全開に保たれている。したがって、凝縮機から放出される高圧液冷媒は、そのまま冷媒冷却部15を通過し、電気回路素子を冷却する。
 冷媒冷却部15と凝縮器の間に配置されている膨張弁は開度を狭められるように制御され、それによって冷媒を減圧させて気液二相冷媒を生成する役割を担う。以下では、この冷媒を減圧させる膨張弁を減圧膨張弁という。部分デフロスト運転においては、減圧膨張弁は、第1熱源膨張弁14a又は第2熱源膨張弁14bのうちの一方である。具体的には、第1部分デフロスト運転においては、減圧膨張弁は第2熱源膨張弁14bである。第2部分デフロスト運転においては、減圧膨張弁は第1熱源膨張弁14aである。
 気液二相冷媒は高圧液冷媒よりもはるかに温度が低いため、もしこの気液二相冷媒によって電気回路素子が冷却される場合、電気回路素子は結露し、損傷してしまうおそれがある。したがって、冷媒冷却部15を配置すべき場所は、減圧膨張弁の近傍であり、かつ、減圧膨張弁よりも冷媒の流れの上流とする必要がある。
 なお、冷媒冷却部15は、上記のとおり、電装品ユニット70内の電子回路部品と接触するように取り付けられている。そして、熱源ユニット10において、電装品ユニット70から延びるハーネスに接続されることになる減圧膨張弁は、自然と電装品ユニット70の近傍に配置されることになる。したがって、冷媒冷却部15は、減圧膨張弁の近傍に配置されることになる。ここでは、減圧膨張弁と冷媒冷却部15とを結ぶ冷媒配管の長さが1m以内になるように、冷媒冷却部15を減圧膨張弁の近傍に配置している。
 (5)特徴
 (5-1)
 部分デフロスト運転において、冷凍サイクル装置100には冷媒を減圧する膨張弁が存在する。第1部分デフロスト運転においては、第2熱源膨張弁14bが冷媒を減圧する。第2部分デフロスト運転においては、第1熱源膨張弁14aが冷媒を減圧する。冷媒冷却部15は、そのような冷媒を減圧する膨張弁の近傍に配置されている。加えて、冷媒冷却部15は、冷媒を減圧する膨張弁よりも冷媒の流れの上流に配置されている。したがって、冷媒冷却部15を流れる冷媒は、膨張されていない液冷媒であるので、過度に温度が下がり過ぎていない。よって、冷媒冷却部15が電気回路の結露を誘発しにくいので、電気回路が損傷することを抑制できる。
 (5-2)
 冷媒冷却部15は、第1熱源熱交換器13a又は第2熱源熱交換器13bの近傍に配置される。したがって、冷媒冷却部15に冷媒が供給されなくなる可能性が低い。
 (5-3)
 冷凍サイクル装置100には、冷媒冷却部15を迂回するバイパス流路として配管P9が設けられる。したがって、冷媒冷却部15を通過する冷媒の量が多くなり、それによって電気回路を損傷するおそれがあるときは、冷媒の一部をバイパス流路へ送ることにより、電気回路の損傷を抑制できる。
 (5-4)
 バイパス流路である配管P9には流量調整用の電動弁14cが設けられる。したがって、冷媒冷却部15を流れる冷媒の量と、冷媒冷却部15を迂回する冷媒の量を決定する自由度が高くなる。
 (5-5)
 第1部分デフロスト運転と第2部分デフロスト運転において、第1熱源熱交換器13a及び第2熱源熱交換器13bのいずれかは蒸発器又は吸熱器としての機能を維持できる。したがって、第1利用熱交換器23a及び第2利用熱交換器23bを凝縮器又は放熱器として機能させることができるので、冬場においてデフロスト運転中にも暖房を行うことができる。
 (5-6)
 冷凍サイクル装置100は、第1利用熱交換器23a又は第2利用熱交換器23bを有する。したがって、第1利用熱交換器23a又は第2利用熱交換器23bが第1熱源熱交換器13a及び第2熱源熱交換器13bと協働して冷凍サイクルを構成する。
 (5-7)

 前述の実施形態では、冷媒冷却部15は、下側の第2熱源熱交換器13bに接続される配管P4に配置されている。これに代えて、冷媒冷却部15は、上側の第1熱源熱交換器13aに接続される配管P3に配置されていてもよい。
 (6-2)第1変形例
 前述の実施形態では、利用ユニット20は、第1利用熱交換器23a及び第2利用熱交換器23bという2つの熱交換器を有している。これに代えて、利用ユニット20は単一の利用熱交換器を有していてもよい。

Claims (7)

  1.  第1熱源熱交換器(13a)と、
     第2熱源熱交換器(13b)と、
     前記第1熱源熱交換器から分岐点(N1)まで延びる第1配管(P3)と、
     前記第2熱源熱交換器から前記分岐点(N1)まで延びる第2配管(P4)と、
     前記第1配管に配置されている第1熱源膨張弁(14a)と、
     前記第2配管に配置されている第2熱源膨張弁(14b)と、
     前記第1熱源熱交換器を流れる冷媒の方向を切り換える第1切換手段(12a)と、
     前記第2熱源熱交換器を流れる前記冷媒の方向を切り換える第2切換手段(12b)と、
     前記第1熱源熱交換器及び前記第2熱源熱交換器の両方を吸熱器として動作させる温熱利用運転、前記第1熱源熱交換器及び前記第2熱源熱交換器の両方を放熱器として動作させる冷熱利用運転、及び、前記第1熱源熱交換器又は前記第2熱源熱交換器の一方を放熱器として動作させるとともに他方を吸熱器として動作させる部分デフロスト運転、を実行するように前記第1熱源膨張弁、前記第2熱源膨張弁、前記第1切換手段、及び前記第2切換手段を制御する制御部(9)と、
     前記部分デフロスト運転のときに前記冷媒を減圧させる減圧膨張弁の近傍において、前記減圧膨張弁よりも前記冷媒の流れの上流に配置されている、電気回路を冷却するための冷媒冷却部(15)と、
    を備え、
     前記減圧膨張弁は、前記第1熱源膨張弁又は前記第2熱源膨張弁のうちの一方である、
    冷凍サイクル装置(100)。
  2.  前記冷媒冷却部は、前記第1配管又は前記第2配管の一方に配置されている、
    請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  3.  前記第1配管又は前記第2配管のうちの前記冷媒冷却部が配置されている方の両端を結ぶとともに、前記冷媒冷却部を迂回するバイパス流路(P9)、
    をさらに備える、
    請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  4.  前記バイパス流路に配置されている流量調整用の電動弁(14c)、
    をさらに備える、
    請求項3に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  5.  前記部分デフロスト運転は、
      前記制御部が前記第1熱源熱交換器を放熱器として動作させるとともに前記第2熱源熱交換器を吸熱器として動作させる第1部分デフロスト運転と、
      前記制御部が前記第1熱源熱交換器を吸熱器として動作させるとともに前記第2熱源熱交換器を放熱器として動作させる第2部分デフロスト運転と、
    を含む、
    請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  6.  利用熱交換器(23a、23b)、
    をさらに備え、
     前記制御部は、前記温熱利用運転及び前記部分デフロスト運転において前記利用熱交換器を放熱器として動作させ、前記冷熱利用運転において前記利用熱交換器を吸熱器として動作させる、
    請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
  7.  前記利用熱交換器に接続された利用膨張弁(22a、22b)、
    をさらに備え、
     前記利用膨張弁は前記分岐点に接続されている、
    請求項6に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
