Description

電力伝送デバイスおよびモータ装置
 本発明は、非接触で電力を伝送する電力伝送デバイス、およびそのような電力伝送デバイスが設けられたモータ装置に関する。
 例えば、モータには、巻線界磁式の同期モータ(EESM:Electrically Excited Synchronous Motor)がある。このモータは、巻線が巻かれた固定子と、巻線が巻かれた回転子とを有する。このモータでは、モータの回転速度に応じて、回転子に巻かれた巻線に流す電流を変化させることにより、モータの効率の向上を図ることができる。
 ところで、固定子と回転子との間で電力を伝送可能なデバイスがある。例えば、特許文献1には、固定子から回転子へ非接触で電力を供給可能な電力伝送装置が開示されている。
米国特許第5637973号明細書
 このような電力伝送デバイスでは、例えば、大きな電力を伝送するほど発熱量が大きくなり得る。よって、電力伝送デバイスでは、放熱しやすいことが期待されている。
 放熱しやすくすることができる電力伝送デバイスおよびモータ装置を提供することが望ましい。
 本発明の一実施の形態に係る電力伝送デバイスは、回転部材と、第1の巻線と、第2の巻線と、磁気コアとを備えている。回転部材は、シャフトに接続され、シャフトの周方向に回動可能なものである。第1の巻線は、回転部材に設けられ、周方向に沿って巻かれたものである。第2の巻線は、シャフトの軸方向において、回転部材が設けられた位置とは異なる位置に設けられ、周方向に沿って巻かれたものである。磁気コアは、回転部材および第2の巻線を囲むように設けられ、軸方向と交差する第1の方向において、シャフトから離れる方向の面に設けられた第1の開口部を有するものである。
 本発明の一実施の形態に係るモータ装置は、モータと、シャフトと、インバータと、回転部材と、第1の巻線と、第2の巻線と、磁気コアと、整流回路とを備えている。モータは、第1のモータ磁気コアと第1のモータ巻線とを含むモータ固定子と、第2のモータ磁気コアと第2のモータ巻線とを含むモータ回転子とを有するものである。シャフトは、モータ回転子に接続されたものである。回転部材は、シャフトに接続され、シャフトの周方向に回動可能なものである。第1の巻線は、回転部材に設けられ、周方向に沿って巻かれたものである。第2の巻線は、シャフトの軸方向において、回転部材が設けられた位置とは異なる位置に設けられ、周方向に沿って巻かれ、インバータに接続されたたものである。磁気コアは、回転部材および第2の巻線を囲むように設けられ、軸方向と交差する第1の方向において、シャフトから離れる方向の面に設けられた第1の開口部を有するものである。整流回路は、第1の巻線および第2のモータ巻線を結ぶ経路に設けられたものである。
 本発明の一実施の形態に係る電力伝送デバイスおよびモータ装置によれば、放熱しやすくすることができる。

 以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
<実施の形態>
[構成例]
 図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る電力伝送デバイスを備えたモータ装置1の一構成例を表すものである。モータ装置1は、外部制御装置8および直流電源9に接続される。外部制御装置8は、モータ装置1に対して、回転速度を指示するように構成される。直流電源9は、モータ装置1に対して直流電力を供給するように構成される。モータ装置1は、直流電源9から供給された直流電力を用いて、外部制御装置8からの指示に基づいて、機械的エネルギである駆動力を生成するように構成される。モータ装置1は、駆動部10と、モータ50とを備えている。
 駆動部10は、モータ50を駆動するように構成される。駆動部10は、インバータ11,12と、電力伝送デバイス20と、送風装置13と、整流回路14と、制御回路19とを有している。
 インバータ11は、制御回路19からの指示に基づいて、直流電源9から供給された直流電力を3相(U相、V相、W相)の交流電力に変換するように構成される。そして、インバータ11は、この3相の交流電力を、モータ50の固定子51の巻線51B(後述)に供給するようになっている。
 インバータ12は、制御回路19からの指示に基づいて、直流電源9から供給された直流電力を単相の交流電力に変換するように構成される。そして、インバータ12は、この交流電力を、電力伝送デバイス20の固定子30の巻線36(後述)に供給するようになっている。
 電力伝送デバイス20は、非接触伝送により、交流電力を整流回路14に供給するように構成される。電力伝送デバイス20は、固定子30と、回転子40と、シャフト24とを有している。
 図2,3は、電力伝送デバイス20の一構成例を表すものである。図3には、III-III矢視方向の電力伝送デバイス20の断面構造をも描いている。図4は、回転軸AZを含む面内での電力伝送デバイス20の断面構造の一例を表すものである。図5は、固定子30の基板34(後述)および回転子40の基板41(後述)の一構成例を表すものである。
 固定子30は、モータ装置1の図示しない筐体に固定される。固定子30は、図2~5に示したように、磁気コア31と、基板34と、巻線36とを有している。
 磁気コア31は、例えばフェライトなどの磁性材料を用いて構成される。磁気コア31は、図2~4に示したように、基板34および回転子40を囲むように構成される。磁気コア31は、磁気コア31Aと、磁気コア31Bとを有している。磁気コア31Aおよび磁気コア31Bは、Z方向において、この順に配置される。ここで、Z方向は、図1に示したように、回転軸AZの軸方向であり、モータ50から電力伝送デバイス20に向かう方向である。磁気コア31には、シャフト24を通すための貫通穴33が設けられる。
 磁気コア31Aは、図3に示したように、回転軸AZの軸方向と交差するXY面内において、円形状におけるY方向とその反対方向の両端部を切り取ったような形状を有している。磁気コア31Aは、X方向とその反対方向の両端部のそれぞれにおいて、磁気コア31Bが設けられた方向に突出する凸部31Cを有する。磁気コア31Aの2つの凸部31Cのそれぞれは、XY面内において弧形状を有する。磁気コア31Bは、磁気コア31Aと同様の形状を有している。この磁気コア31Bは、磁気コア31Aと同様に、X方向とその反対方向の両端部のそれぞれにおいて、磁気コア31Aが設けられた方向に突出する凸部31Cを有する。磁気コア31Aおよび磁気コア31Bは、磁気コア31Aの2つの凸部31Cと、磁気コア31Bの2つの凸部31Cとがそれぞれ接するように連結される。このようにして、磁気コア31には、内部に空洞が設けられるとともに、Y方向とその反対方向の両端部のそれぞれに、磁気コア31の内部の空洞と外部とをつなぐ開口部120が設けられる。
 基板34は、例えばプリント基板(PCB:Printed Circuit Board)である。基板34は、この例では、図4に示したように、磁気コア31Aにおける、磁気コア31Bと対向する面に設けられる。基板34は、図3,5に示したように、リング形状を有する。基板34には、図5に示したように、巻線36が設けられる。基板34は、基板34におけるY方向の反対方向の端部に設けられた配線引出部34Aを有している。この配線引出部34Aには、巻線36の両端を外部に引き出す2つのパターン配線が設けられる。図5では、この2つのパターン配線を太線で示している。巻線36は、この配線引出部34Aにおける2つのパターン配線を介して、インバータ12に接続される。
 巻線36は、基板34に設けられたパターン配線を用いて構成され、回転軸AZの周方向に沿って複数回巻かれている。図5では、基板34における巻線36が設けられた領域を網掛けで示している。巻線36は、基板34の両面のうちの一方の面に設けられてもよいし、双方の面に設けられてもよい。また、基板34が多層基板である場合には、巻線36は、基板34の内部のパターン配線を用いて構成されてもよい。巻線36は、基板34の配線引出部34Aにおける2つのパターン配線を介して、インバータ12に接続される。
 図6は、XY面内における巻線36の位置を表すものである。この図6では、磁気コア31Aおよび基板34を重ねて描いている。XY面内において、巻線36が設けられた領域のうちの、Y方向とその反対方向の両端部(部分W1)は、磁気コア31の領域からはみ出している。すなわち、磁気コア31AのY方向における幅は狭いので、巻線36が設けられた領域のうちの一部が、磁気コア31の領域からはみ出す。
 回転子40は、回転軸AZを中心として回動するように構成される。回転子40は、図4に示したように、Z方向において、固定子30の磁気コア31Aおよび磁気コア31Bにより挟まれるように配置されるとともに、シャフト24に固定される。回転子40は、図2~5に示したように、基板41と、巻線42とを有している。
 基板41は、例えばプリント基板である。基板41は、Z方向において、固定子30の基板34が設けられた位置と異なる位置に設けられる。基板41は、図5に示したように、円形状を有する。この例では、基板41の大きさは、固定子30の基板34の大きさとほぼ同じである。基板41には、図5に示したように、巻線42が設けられる。
 巻線42は、基板41に設けられたパターン配線を用いて構成され、回転軸AZの周方向に沿って複数回巻かれている。図5では、基板41における巻線42が設けられた領域を網掛けで示している。巻線42は、基板41の両面のうちの一方の面に設けられてもよいし、双方の面に設けられてもよい。また、基板41が多層基板である場合には、巻線42は、基板41の内部のパターン配線を用いて構成されてもよい。図5に示したように、この例では、基板41における巻線42が設けられた領域は、固定子30の基板34における巻線36が設けられた領域とほぼ同じである。なお、これに限定されるものではなく、基板41における巻線42が設けられた領域は、基板34における巻線36が設けられた領域と異なっていてもよい。巻線36(図6)の場合と同様に、巻線42が設けられた領域のうちの、Y方向とその反対方向の両端部は、磁気コア31の領域からはみ出している。巻線42の両端は、基板41に設けられた2つのパターン配線、およびシャフト24に設けられた図示しない配線を介して、整流回路14に接続される。図5では、この2つのパターン配線を太線で示している。
 シャフト24は、モータ50の回転子52に接続され、モータ50が生成した駆動力に応じて、回転軸AZを中心に回転するように構成される。シャフト24は、モータ50の回転子52に直接接続されていてもよいし、他の部品を介して間接接続されていてもよい。また、シャフト24は、モータ50の回転子52と一体として形成されていてもよい。また、この例では、シャフト24は、図1,2に示したように、Z方向において電力伝送デバイス20を貫くようにしたが、これに限定されるものではなく、電力伝送デバイス20からZ方向に突出しないようにしてもよい。
 この構成により、電力伝送デバイス20は、シャフト24が回転軸AZを中心に回転することにより、インバータ12から供給された交流電力を、固定子30から回転子40に伝送し、伝送された交流電力を整流回路14に供給するようになっている。電力伝送デバイス20は、ロータリトランスとも呼ばれる。
 なお、この例では、電力伝送デバイス20では、Z方向において、磁気コア31A、基板34、基板41、磁気コア31Bがこの順に並ぶように配置したが、これに限定されるものではない。これに代えて、この電力伝送デバイス20を、Z方向において反対向きに配置してもよい。この場合には、Z方向において、磁気コア31B、基板41、基板34、磁気コア31Aがこの順に並ぶように配置される。
 送風装置13(図1)は、電力伝送デバイス20に向かって空気を送ることにより、電力伝送デバイス20を冷却するように構成される。送風装置13は、例えば、電力伝送デバイス20における、開口部120に向かって空気を送る。これにより、電力伝送デバイス20の内部の空洞をY方向に向かって空気が流れる。このようにして、送風装置13は、空冷により、電力伝送デバイス20における、例えば磁気コア31、基板34の巻線36、基板41の巻線42を冷却することができるようになっている。
 整流回路14は、回転子40の巻線42から供給された交流電力を整流し、整流された電力をモータ50の回転子52の巻線52B(後述)に供給するように構成される。図示していないが、整流回路14は、シャフト24に接続される。すなわち、巻線42およびモータ50の回転子52は、シャフト24に接続されるので、整流回路14もまた、シャフト24に接続される。なお、この例では、整流回路14により整流された電力を巻線52Bに直接供給したが、これに限定されるものではなく、これに代えて、例えば、整流回路14により整流された電力を、キャパシタを含む安定化回路を介して、巻線52Bに供給してもよい。
 制御回路19は、外部制御装置8からの指示、およびモータ50から供給された回転速度を示す制御信号に基づいて、インバータ11,12の動作を制御するように構成される。具体的には、制御回路19は、外部制御装置8からの指示、およびモータ50における回転速度を示す制御信号に基づいて、インバータ11の動作を制御することにより、モータ50の回転速度を制御する。また、制御回路19は、モータ50から供給された回転速度を示す制御信号に基づいて、インバータ12の動作を制御することにより、モータ50の回転子52が生成する磁界の強さを制御する。具体的には、制御回路19は、例えば、モータ50の回転速度が遅い場合には、モータ50の回転子52が生成する磁界を強くし、モータ50の回転速度が速い場合には、モータ50の回転子52が生成する磁界を弱くするようになっている。
 モータ50は、巻線界磁式の同期モータである。モータ50は、固定子51と、回転子52と、センサ53とを有している。
 固定子51は、いわゆるステータであり、モータ50の図示しない筐体に固定される。固定子51は、磁気コア51Aと、巻線51Bとを有している。巻線51Bには、インバータ11により生成された3相(U相、V相、W相)の交流電力が供給されるようになっている。
 回転子52は、いわゆるロータであり、回転軸AZを回転するように構成される。回転子52は、磁気コア52Aと、巻線52Bとを有している。巻線52Bには、整流回路14により整流された信号が供給されるようになっている。
 センサ53は、回転子52の回転速度を検出するように構成される。そして、センサ53は、回転子52の回転速度を示す制御信号を制御回路19に供給するようになっている。
 この構成により、モータ装置1では、インバータ11が生成した3相(U相、V相、W相)の交流電力に基づいて、モータ50の回転速度を制御し、インバータ12が生成した単相の交流電力に基づいて、モータ50の回転子52が生成する磁界を制御する。モータ装置1では、例えば、モータ50の回転速度が遅い場合には、モータ50の回転子52が生成する磁界を強くし、モータ50の回転速度が速い場合には、モータ50の回転子52が生成する磁界を弱くする。これにより、モータ装置1では、幅広い回転速度において、モータ50の効率を高めることが出来るようになっている。
 ここで、シャフト24は、本開示の一実施の形態における「シャフト」の一具体例に対応する。基板41は、本開示の一実施の形態における「回転部材」の一具体例に対応する。巻線42は、本開示の一実施の形態における「第1の巻線」の一具体例に対応する。巻線36は、本開示の一実施の形態における「第2の巻線」の一具体例に対応する。磁気コア31は、本開示の一実施の形態における「磁気コア」の一具体例に対応する。開口部120は、本開示の一実施の形態における「第1の開口部」および「第2の開口部」の一具体例に対応する。
 固定子51は、本開示の一実施の形態における「モータ固定子」の一具体例に対応する。磁気コア51Aは、本開示の一実施の形態における「第1のモータ磁気コア」の一具体例に対応する。巻線51Bは、本開示の一実施の形態における「第1のモータ巻線」の一具体例に対応する。回転子52は、本開示の一実施の形態における「モータ回転子」の一具体例に対応する。磁気コア52Aは、本開示の一実施の形態における「第2のモータ磁気コア」の一具体例に対応する。巻線52Bは、本開示の一実施の形態における「第2のモータ巻線」の一具体例に対応する。インバータ12は、本開示の一実施の形態における「インバータ」の一具体例に対応する。整流回路14は、本開示の一実施の形態における「整流回路」の一具体例に対応する。送風装置13は、本開示の一実施の形態における「冷却装置」の一具体例に対応する。
[動作および作用]
 続いて、本実施の形態のモータ装置1の動作および作用について説明する。
(全体動作概要)
 制御回路19は、外部制御装置8からの指示、およびモータ50から供給された回転速度を示す制御信号に基づいて、インバータ11,12の動作を制御する。インバータ11は、制御回路19からの指示に基づいて、直流電源9から供給された直流電力を3相(U相、V相、W相)の交流電力に変換し、この3相の交流電力を、モータ50の固定子51の巻線51Bに供給する。インバータ12は、制御回路19からの指示に基づいて、直流電源9から供給された直流電力を単相の交流電力に変換し、この交流電力を、電力伝送デバイス20の固定子30の巻線36に供給する。電力伝送デバイス20は、非接触伝送により、交流電力を整流回路14に供給する。整流回路14は、回転子40の巻線42から供給された交流電力を整流し、整流された電力をモータ50の回転子52の巻線52Bに供給する。モータ50は、インバータ11から供給された3相(U相、V相、W相)の交流電力に基づいて、機械的エネルギである駆動力を生成する。これにより、シャフト24が回転軸AZを中心に回転する。モータ50のセンサ53は、モータ50の回転速度を示す制御信号を制御回路19に供給する。
[動作および作用]
 続いて、本実施の形態の電力伝送デバイス20の動作および作用について説明する。
 電力伝送デバイス20の固定子30の巻線36には、インバータ12から交流電力が供給される。回転子40は、回転軸AZを中心に、例えば図2に示した周方向Aに回動する。
 図7は、電力伝送デバイス20における、固定子30および回転子40の断面図を表すものである。固定子30において、巻線36が設けられた領域を網掛けで示している。また、回転子40において、巻線42が設けられた領域を網掛けで示している。
 固定子30の巻線36は、インバータ12から供給された交流電力に基づいて磁界を発生させる。磁気コア31Aのうちのシャフト24に近い部分、および磁気コア31Bのうちのシャフトに近い部分は、互いに磁気的に結合される。これにより、電力伝送デバイス20では、図7に示したように、磁気コア31Aおよび磁気コア31Bを経由する磁路MPが生成される。
 そして、回転子40の巻線42は、この磁路MPにおける磁界に基づいて交流電力を生成し、生成した交流電力を整流回路14に供給する。このようにして、電力伝送デバイス20は、非接触伝送により、交流電力を整流回路14に供給することができる。
 このように、電力伝送デバイス20では、非接触伝送により電力が伝送されるので、例えばスリップリングおよびブラシを用いて接触伝送により電力を伝送する場合に比べて、信頼性を高めることができる。
 整流回路14は、回転子40の巻線42から供給された交流電力を整流し、整流された電力をモータ50の回転子52の巻線52Bに供給する。これにより、モータ50の回転子52では、磁界が生成される。制御回路19は、例えば、モータ50の回転速度が遅い場合には、モータ50の回転子52が生成する磁界を強くし、モータ50の回転速度が速い場合には、モータ50の回転子52が生成する磁界を弱くする。これにより、モータ装置1では、幅広い回転速度において、モータ50の効率を高めることが出来る。
 このように、電力伝送デバイス20では、シャフト24に接続され、シャフト24の周方向に回動可能な回転部材(基板41)と、回転部材(基板41)に設けられ、周方向に沿って巻かれた第1の巻線(巻線42)と、シャフト24の軸方向において、回転部材(基板41)が設けられた位置とは異なる位置に設けられ、周方向に沿って巻かれた第2の巻線(巻線36)と、回転部材(基板41)および第2の巻線(巻線36)を囲むように設けられ、軸方向と交差する第1の方向(Y方向)において、シャフトから離れる方向の面に設けられた第1の開口部(Y方向に設けられた開口部120)を有する磁気コア31とを設けるようにした。これにより、電力伝送デバイス20では、磁気コア31、基板34の巻線36、基板41の巻線42を放熱することができる。すなわち、例えば、開口部120を設けずに磁気コア31を構成した場合には、例えば巻線36,42の発熱により、磁気コア31の内部の空洞に熱がたまり、放熱性が悪くなってしまう。一方、電力伝送デバイス20では、磁気コア31に開口部120を設けるようにしたので、磁気コア31の内部の空洞に熱がたまりにくい。その結果、電力伝送デバイス20では、放熱しやすくすることができる。
 また、電力伝送デバイス20では、開口部120を設けるようにしたので、磁気コア31の内部に設けられた巻線36とインバータ12とを結ぶ配線を配置しやすくすることができる。すなわち、例えば、開口部120を設けずに磁気コア31を構成した場合には、磁気コア31の内部に設けられた巻線36をインバータ12に導くのが難しい。一方、電力伝送デバイス20では、磁気コア31に開口部120を設けるようにしたので、巻線36は、磁気コア31の内部から外部へ容易に導かれ、インバータ12に接続される。よって、電力伝送デバイス20では、巻線36とインバータ12とを結ぶ配線を配置しやすくすることができる。
 また、電力伝送デバイス20では、磁気コア31は、第1の方向(Y方向)とは反対の第2の方向において、シャフト24から離れる方向の面に設けられた第2の開口部(Y方向とは反対の方向に設けられた開口部120)を有するようにした。これにより、磁気コア31では、磁気コア31の内部の空洞において、空気がY方向に流れやすくなる。その結果、電力伝送デバイス20では、放熱しやすくすることができる。
 特に、モータ装置1では、磁気コア31の第1の開口部(開口部120)に向かって冷却媒体(この例では空気)を供給可能な冷却装置(送風装置13)を設けるようにした。これにより、モータ装置1では、電力伝送デバイス20の内部に、例えば温度が低い空気を送りこむことができる。その結果、電力伝送デバイス20では、磁気コア31、基板34の巻線36、基板41の巻線42を冷却することができる。
 また、電力伝送デバイス20では、回転部材(基板41)は、プリント基板を含むようにした。第1の巻線(巻線42)は、プリント基板に設けられたパターン配線であるようにした。これにより、例えば、鉄心を用いて回転子40を構成する場合に比べて、回転子40を軽くすることができるので、回転のモーメントを低減することができ、慣性力を低減することができる。
 また、電力伝送デバイス20では、軸方向と交差する面内における第1の方向(Y方向)において、回転部材(基板41)の一部は、磁気コア31の第1の開口部(開口部120)からはみ出すようにした。これにより、電力伝送デバイス20では、磁気コア31のサイズを小さくすることができる。すなわち、巻線42は、基板41に設けられたパターン配線であるので、巻線42の巻数を多くしようとすると、基板41の径が大きくなってしまう。よって、例えば、基板41の一部が、磁気コア31の開口部120からはみ出ないように構成した場合には、磁気コア31のサイズが大きくなってしまう。この場合には、例えば、電力伝送デバイス20のサイズが大きくなってしまう。また、磁気コア31のコストが高くなってしまう。一方、電力伝送デバイス20では、磁気コア31の開口部120からはみ出るようにしたので、磁気コア31のサイズを小さくすることができる。これにより、例えば、電力伝送デバイス20のサイズを小さくすることができ、磁気コア31のコストを抑えることができる。
 特に、電力伝送デバイス20では、軸方向と交差する面内における第1の方向(Y方向)において、回転部材(基板41)に設けられた第1の巻線(巻線42)の一部は、磁気コア31の第1の開口部(開口部120)からはみ出すようにした。これにより、磁気コア31のサイズを小さくすることができるので、例えば、電力伝送デバイス20のサイズを小さくすることができ、磁気コア31のコストを抑えることができる。
[効果]
 以上のように本実施の形態では、シャフトに接続され、シャフトの周方向に回動可能な回転部材と、回転部材に設けられ、周方向に沿って巻かれた第1の巻線と、シャフトの軸方向において、回転部材が設けられた位置とは異なる位置に設けられ、周方向に沿って巻かれた第2の巻線と、回転部材および第2の巻線を囲むように設けられ、軸方向と交差する第1の方向において、シャフトから離れる方向の面に設けられた第1の開口部を有する磁気コアとを設けるようにした。これにより、放熱しやすくすることができる。
[変形例1]
 上記実施の形態では、図3に示したように、磁気コア31におけるY方向とその反対方向の両端部のそれぞれに開口部120を設けたが、これに限定されるものではない。これに代えて、例えば、図8,9に示すように、磁気コア31におけるY方向とその反対方向の両端部の一方のみに開口部120を設けてもよい。この例では、磁気コア31Aは、図9に示したように、XY面内において、円形状におけるY方向の反対方向の端部を切り取ったような形状を有している。磁気コア31Aは、XY面内における、この切り取られた部分以外の端部において、磁気コア31Bが設けられた方向に突出する凸部31Cを有する。この凸部31Cは、XY面内において弧形状を有する。磁気コア31Bは、磁気コア31Aと同様の形状を有している。この磁気コア31Bは、磁気コア31Aと同様に、切り取られた部分以外の端部において、磁気コア31Aが設けられた方向に突出する凸部31Cを有する。磁気コア31Aおよび磁気コア31Bは、磁気コア31Aの凸部31Cと、磁気コア31Bの凸部31Cとが接するように連結される。これにより、磁気コア31には、Y方向の反対方向の端部のみに、開口部120が設けられる。
[変形例2]
 上記実施の形態では、例えば図4に示したように、磁気コア31Aにおけるシャフト24に対向する内側の側面の位置と、基板34におけるシャフト24に対向する内側の側面の位置とを揃えたが、これに限定されるものではない。これに代えて、例えば、図10,図11に示すように、これらの位置は揃っていなくてもよい。この例では、磁気コア31Aは、内側の端部において、磁気コア31Bがもうけられた方向に突出する凸部31Dを有する。この凸部31Dは、XY面内においてリング形状を有する。そして、このリング形状を有する凸部31Dの外側に、基板34がはめ込まれている。この構成では、図12に示すように、この凸部31Dを経由するように磁路MPが生成される。
[変形例3]
 上記実施の形態では、固定子30の巻線36を、基板34に設けられたパターン配線を用いて構成したが、これに限定されるものではない。これに代えて、例えば、巻線36は、導線を用いて構成してもよいし、銅板を用いて構成してもよい。導線を用いる場合には、例えばリッツ線を用いてもよい。導線を用いて巻線36を構成する場合には、例えば、図13に示すように、巻線36はボビン37に巻き付けられたものであってもよい。上記実施の形態のように、基板34を用いることにより、基板34の重心が回転軸AZに一致するように調節しやすくすることができ、偏心を抑えることができる。
[変形例4]
 上記実施の形態では、図5に示したように、巻線36は基板34において円形状に巻かれるようにしたが、これに限定されるものではなく、これに代えて、例えば多角形状に巻かれるようにしてもよい。同様に、巻線42は基板41において円形状に巻かれるようにしたが、これに限定されるものではなく、これに代えて、例えば多角形状に巻かれるようにしてもよい。
[変形例5]
 上記実施の形態では、固定子30の基板34は、円形のリング形状を有するようにしたが、これに限定されるものではなく、例えば、図14に示すように、円形ではない形のリング形状を有していてもよい。この例では、外形が矩形のリング形状を有している。
[変形例6]
 上記実施の形態では、図2,3に示したように、磁気コア31A,31Bは、XY面内において、円形状におけるY方向とその反対方向の両端部を切り取ったような形状を有するようにしたが、これに限定されるものではない。これに代えて、例えば、図15,16に示したように、磁気コア31A,31Bは、XY面内において、矩形状を有するようにしてもよい。この場合、磁気コア31Aの2つの凸部31Cのそれぞれは、XY面内において矩形状を有する。磁気コア31Bについても同様である。磁気コア31Aおよび磁気コア31Bは、磁気コア31Aの2つの凸部31Cと、磁気コア31Bの2つの凸部31Cとがそれぞれ接するように連結される。このようにして、磁気コア31には、内部に空洞が設けられるとともに、Y方向の両側のそれぞれに、磁気コア31の内部の空洞と外部とをつなぐ開口部120が設けられる。
[変形例7]
 上記実施の形態では、送風装置13を設け、空気を冷却媒体として、空冷により電力伝送デバイス20を冷却したが、冷却媒体は空気に限定されるものではない。これに代えて、例えば、油を冷却媒体として、油冷により電力伝送デバイス20を冷却してもよいし、水を冷却媒体として、水冷により電力伝送デバイス20を冷却してもよい。
[その他の変形例]
 また、これらの変形例のうちの2以上を組み合わせてもよい。
 以上、実施の形態および変形例を挙げて本発明を説明したが、本発明はこれらの実施の形態等には限定されず、種々の変形が可能である。
 例えば、上記の各実施の形態等において示した、磁気コア31、基板34、基板41の形状は、一例であり、開示した形状に限定されるものではない。
 本明細書中に記載された効果はあくまで例示であり、本開示の効果は、本明細書中に記載された効果に限定されない。よって、本開示に関して、他の効果が得られてもよい。
 さらに、本開示は、以下の態様を取り得る。
(1)
 シャフトに接続され、前記シャフトの周方向に回動可能な回転部材と、
 前記回転部材に設けられ、前記周方向に沿って巻かれた第1の巻線、
 前記シャフトの軸方向において、前記回転部材が設けられた位置とは異なる位置に設けられ、前記周方向に沿って巻かれた第2の巻線と、
 前記回転部材および前記第2の巻線を囲むように設けられ、前記軸方向と交差する第1の方向において、前記シャフトから離れる方向の面に設けられた第1の開口部を有する磁気コアと
 を備えた電力伝送デバイス。
(2)
 前記磁気コアは、前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向において、前記シャフトから離れる方向の面に設けられた第2の開口部を有する
 前記(1)に記載の電力伝送デバイス。

 前記回転部材は、プリント基板を含み、

 第1のモータ磁気コアと第1のモータ巻線とを含むモータ固定子と、第2のモータ磁気コアと第2のモータ巻線とを含むモータ回転子とを有するモータと、

 前記シャフトに接続され、前記シャフトの周方向に回動可能な回転部材と、
 前記回転部材に設けられ、前記周方向に沿って巻かれた第1の巻線と、
 前記シャフトの軸方向において、前記回転部材が設けられた位置とは異なる位置に設けられ、前記周方向に沿って巻かれ、前記インバータに接続された第2の巻線と、
 前記回転部材および前記第2の巻線を囲むように設けられ、前記軸方向と交差する第1の方向において、前記シャフトから離れる方向の面に設けられた第1の開口部を有する磁気コアと、
 前記第1の巻線および前記第2のモータ巻線を結ぶ経路に設けられた整流回路
 を備えたモータ装置。

 前記磁気コアの前記第1の開口部に向かって冷却媒体を供給可能な冷却装置をさらに備えた

Claims (7)

  1.  シャフトに接続され、前記シャフトの周方向に回動可能な回転部材と、
     前記回転部材に設けられ、前記周方向に沿って巻かれた第1の巻線と、
     前記シャフトの軸方向において、前記回転部材が設けられた位置とは異なる位置に設けられ、前記周方向に沿って巻かれた第2の巻線と、
     前記回転部材および前記第2の巻線を囲むように設けられ、前記軸方向と交差する第1の方向において、前記シャフトから離れる方向の面に設けられた第1の開口部を有する磁気コアと
     を備えた電力伝送デバイス。
  2.  前記磁気コアは、前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向において、前記シャフトから離れる方向の面に設けられた第2の開口部を有する
     請求項1に記載の電力伝送デバイス。
  3.  前記回転部材は、プリント基板を含み、
     前記第1の巻線は、前記プリント基板に設けられたパターン配線である

  4.  前記軸方向と交差する面内における前記第1の方向において、前記回転部材の一部は、前記磁気コアの前記第1の開口部からはみ出している

  6.  第1のモータ磁気コアと第1のモータ巻線とを含むモータ固定子と、第2のモータ磁気コアと第2のモータ巻線とを含むモータ回転子とを有するモータと、
     前記モータ回転子に接続されたシャフトと、
     インバータと、
     前記シャフトに接続され、前記シャフトの周方向に回動可能な回転部材と、
     前記回転部材に設けられ、前記周方向に沿って巻かれた第1の巻線と、
     前記シャフトの軸方向において、前記回転部材が設けられた位置とは異なる位置に設けられ、前記周方向に沿って巻かれ、前記インバータに接続された第2の巻線と、
     前記回転部材および前記第2の巻線を囲むように設けられ、前記軸方向と交差する第1の方向において、前記シャフトから離れる方向の面に設けられた第1の開口部を有する磁気コアと、
     前記第1の巻線および前記第2のモータ巻線を結ぶ経路に設けられた整流回路と
     を備えたモータ装置。
  7.  前記磁気コアの前記第1の開口部に向かって冷却媒体を供給可能な冷却装置をさらに備えた
     請求項6に記載のモータ装置。
