Abstract

The invention relates to accordion insoles for use in all kinds of products such as sandals, slippers, shoes and boots produced for women, men and children.

Description

ACCORDION INSOLES
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to accordion insoles for use in all kinds of products such as sandals, slippers, shoes and boots produced for women, men and children.
PRIOR ART
In the production technology widely used in the technical field, adhesive chemicals are applied on the fusped, then leather and similar materials are adhered. The two products in question, which are glued together, are passed through the inside of items such as shoes or slippers to complete the production. However, the current production technology brings along problems such as folding and deformation of the leather tip. In the final case, there is a need for new structures that will eliminate the mentioned problems and provide an aesthetic and comfortable use.
In the patent and literature research conducted for the known state of the art, the utility model document numbered TR 2022/013580 was determined. The document in question describes insoles that can be placed in any desired part of the foot in different ways, which can be placed in any part of the foot in different ways, which have no difference between the right foot and the left foot, which contain flexible pipes or similar structures with air-filled cavities inside, and which may be made of a spongy soft material on the outside.
As a result, it was deemed necessary to make an improvement in the relevant technical area due to the above-mentioned drawbacks and due to the fact that existing solutions inadequacy.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an accordion insole that meets the aforementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages, and brings some additional advantages thereof.
The main purpose of the invention is to obtain a new accordion insole that provide high comfort. In the invention, materials such as leather, textile or artificial leather are placed on the upper cover part during fusped printing process. A special mold is used to fold the edges of the leather and similar materials. And thus an accordion like space is obtained. Afterwards, this insole is placed in the shoe.
Another purpose of the invention is to obtain a new accordion insole that will eliminate problems such as folding and deformation the leather tip in the state of the art. In the invention, the tip of the material is passed by folding with the accordion system. In addition, thanks to the invention, an aesthetic and comfortable use and foot comfort are provided.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood by means of the figures given below and the detailed description written with references to these figures, and therefore, the evaluation should be made by considering these figures and detailed description.
DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES
In order to best understand the structure and advantages of the present invention, the figures described below should be evaluated together.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, preferred structuring of the method of the invention are described only for a better understanding of the subject.
The invention relates to accordion insoles (K) for use in all kinds of products such as sandals, slippers, shoes and boots produced for women, men and children. Figure 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the accordion insole (1 ) of the invention. The accordion insoles (K) in question include at least one upper structure (1 ) and at least one lower structure (2). The upper structure (1 ) can be leather, textile and imitation material. Infrastructure (2) may be polyurethane fusped and/or sponge material. In the invention, the upper structure (1 ) is positioned on the top of the lower structure (2). Polyurethane raw material is poured on the lower part of the lower structure (2). However, a part of the upper structure (1 ) is combined with a part of the lower structure (2) and folded and pressed. In this way, an accordion like space (3) between the upper structure (1 ) and the lower structure (2) is formed.
In the final case, the accordion insoles comprising the upper structure (1 ), the lower structure (2) and the accordion like space of the accordion insole (K) are suitable for being placed in products such as shoes, boots and footwear.

Claims
