Description
本发明涉及车辆座椅技术领域,特别是涉及一种车辆的座椅及车辆。
目前汽车座椅坐垫和靠背为一个整体,坐垫与靠背不能实现分离。汽车座椅占据座舱60%以上的空间,当前整车厂为了更大程度的利用车内空间,对汽车座椅的变形提出了更多的要求。一般来说,最后排座椅不可以前后移动或移动量很小,一般在200mm内,导致后排乘坐舒适性很差。一般来说,靠背可以向前放平,与行李箱接平形成更大的载物空间,但是要实现靠背能够完全放平,这就要求坐垫倾角很小,一般在12°以内,坐垫倾角小会导致乘坐舒适性很差。并且座椅的可调节范围有限,导致座椅功能有限,不能满足用户的多样化需求。

本发明第一方面的一个目的是要提供一种车辆的座椅,解决现有技术中车辆座椅不能满足用户多样化需求的技术问题。
本发明第一方面的另一个目的是要提高用户的舒适性。
本发明第二方面的目的是要提供一种具有座椅的车辆。
根据本发明第一方面的目的,本发明提供了一种车辆的座椅,包括:
滑轨,安装在车辆的地板上,且沿车辆的前后方向延伸;
第一连接件,可滑动地设置在所述滑轨处;
第二连接件,可滑动地设置在所述滑轨处,且位于所述第一连接件靠近所述车辆后方的一侧;
坐垫和靠背,分别与所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件可转动地连接;
所述坐垫和所述靠背设置成分别绕所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件转动,并结合所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件在所述滑轨上的位置,从而使得所述座椅在多种座椅模式之间切换。
可选地,所述坐垫具有与所述第一连接件转动连接的第一端以及与所述第一端相对布置的第二端,所述靠背具有与所述第二连接件转动连接的第三端以及与所述第三端相对布置的第四端;
所述坐垫具有所述第二端位于所述第一端的前方且高于所述第一端的第一位置,所述靠背具有所述第四端位于所述第三端的后方且高于所述第三端的第二位置,所述座椅设置成在所述坐垫位于所述第一位置、所述靠背位于所述第二位置且所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件靠近时处于第一座椅模式。
可选地,所述坐垫还具有所述第二端位于所述第一端的前方且高于所述第一端的第三位置,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫位于所述第三位置、所述靠背位于平行于所述滑轨的水平位置且所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件靠近时处于第二座椅模式。
可选地,所述坐垫的所述第二端在位于所述第一位置时的高度低于位于所述第三位置时的高度。
可选地,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均位于平行于所述滑轨的水平位置、所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件之间存在第一预设距离且所述第三端和所述第四端分别位于所述座椅的前端和后端时处于第三座椅模式。
可选地,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均位于所述水平位置且所述第一端与所述第三端相抵接时处于第四座椅模式。
可选地,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均位于所述水平位置且所述第二端和所述第四端相抵接时处于第五座椅模式。
可选地,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均处于所述水平位置、所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件分离且所述坐垫和所述靠背朝向相同时处于第六座椅模式。
可选地,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均处于垂直于所述滑轨的垂直位置且邻近时处于第七座椅模式。
可选地,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均处于所述垂直位置且间隔第二预设距离时处于第八座椅模式。
可选地,座椅还包括:
头枕,可拆卸地安装在所述坐垫的所述第二端处或所述靠背的所述第四端处。
根据本发明第二方面的目的,本发明还提供了一种车辆,包括上述的座椅。
本发明中座椅的坐垫和靠背能够分别通过第一连接件和第二连接件沿滑轨滑动,并且能够分别相对于第一连接件和第二连接件转动,从而使得座椅在多种座椅模式之间切换,使得座椅能够适应多种场景,满足用户多样化的需求。
进一步地,本发明中座椅的头枕可拆卸地安装在坐垫的第二端处或靠背的第四端处,从而可以根据用户的实际需求以及座椅所处的座椅模式对头枕的位置进行调整,以提高用户的舒适性。

图1是根据本发明一个实施例的车辆的座椅100的示意性结构图,图2是根据本发明一个实施例中座椅100的靠背50与坐垫40处于分离状态的示意性结构图。如图1和图2所示,车辆的座椅100包括滑轨10、第一连接件
20、第二连接件30、坐垫40和靠背50。其中,滑轨10安装在车辆的地板上,且沿车辆的前后方向延伸。第一连接件20可滑动地设置在滑轨10处,第二连接件30可滑动地设置在滑轨10处,且位于第一连接件20靠近车辆后方的一侧。坐垫40和靠背50分别与第一连接件20和第二连接件30可转动地连接。坐垫40和靠背50设置成分别绕第一连接件20和第二连接件30转动,并结合第一连接件20和第二连接件30在滑轨10上的位置,从而使得座椅100在多种座椅模式之间切换。
该实施例中座椅100的坐垫40和靠背50能够分别通过第一连接件20和第二连接件30沿滑轨10滑动,并且能够分别相对于第一连接件20和第二连接件30转动,从而使得座椅100在多种座椅模式之间切换,使得座椅100能够适应多种应用场景,满足用户多样化的需求。
在该实施例中,车辆的座椅100为后排座椅,滑轨10包括间隔开布置的两个导轨,第一连接件20和第二连接件30的数量均为两个,每个导轨上安装一个第一连接件20和一个第二连接件30,两个第一连接件20分别连接在坐垫40的左右两侧,两个第二连接件30分别连接在靠背50的左右两侧。座椅100还包括控制器70,控制器70安装在两个导轨之间,用于控制第一连接件20和第二连接件30沿滑轨10前后移动。这里,坐垫40通过两个坐垫调角器80分别与两个第一连接件20转动连接,靠背50通过两个靠背调角器90分别与两个第二连接件30转动连接,控制器70可以控制坐垫调角器80来调节坐垫40的转动角度,也就是翻转角度,从而调节坐垫40的位置,控制器70可以控制靠背调角器90来调节靠背50的转动角度,也就是翻转角度,从而调节靠背50的位置。
在该实施例中,座椅100还包括第一翻转电机42、第一滑动电机43、第二翻转电机52和第二滑动电机53。第一翻转电机42、第一滑动电机43、第二翻转电机52和第二滑动电机53均通过线束与控制器70连接。第一翻转电机42设置在坐垫40的第一骨架41靠近坐垫调角器80的位置处,且与坐垫调角器80轴向连接,用于在控制器70的控制下带动坐垫40翻转。第一翻转电机42与第一骨架41固定连接。第一滑动电机43设置在第一连接件20的下端处,用于在控制器70的控制下带动第一连接件20沿前后方向移动。第二翻转电机52设置在靠背50的第二骨架51靠近靠背调角器90的位置处,且与靠背调角器90轴向连接,用于在控制器70的控制下带动靠背
50翻转。第二翻转电机52与第二骨架51固定连接。第二滑动电机53设置在第二连接件30的下端处,用于在控制器70的控制下带动第二连接件30沿前后方向移动。
在该实施例中,座椅100还包括头枕60,头枕60可拆卸地安装在坐垫40的第二端44处或靠背50的第四端55处,从而可以在根据用户的实际需求以及座椅100所处的座椅模式对头枕60的位置进行调整,以提高用户的舒适性。头枕60通过插入的方式与靠背50的靠背头枕杆套筒56相连,头枕60可以从靠背头枕杆套筒56中拔出。同样地,头枕60可以插入坐垫40的坐垫头枕杆套筒46中,头枕60也可以从坐垫头枕杆套筒46中拔出。
在该实施例中,第一翻转电机42与坐垫调角器80可以实现互锁,控制器70通过线束控制第一翻转电机42转动,从而实现坐垫40的角度调节。第一翻转电机42的转动可以实现坐垫40向前放平和向后放平180°范围的调节。第二翻转电机52与第一翻转电机42的工作原理相同。也就是说,第二翻转电机52与靠背调角器90可以实现互锁,控制器70通过线束控制第二翻转电机52转动,从而实现靠背50的角度调节。第二翻转电机52的转动可以实现靠背50向前放平和向后放平180°范围的调节。
参见图1,坐垫40具有与第一连接件20转动连接的第一端45以及与第一端45相对布置的第二端44,靠背50具有与第二连接件30转动连接的第三端54以及与第三端54相对布置的第四端55。
图3是图1所示座椅100处于原始状态的示意性结构图。如图3所示,当座椅100处于原始状态时,座椅100朝向前方,坐垫40位于水平位置,靠背50向后倾斜。
该实施例中座椅100的坐垫40和靠背50调节都是电动调节,可以单独控制动作,坐垫40和靠背50的独立翻转和前后移动可以组合出很多场景,例如整体向后调节,增加腿部空间;大角度调节坐垫40和靠背50,软件预设坐垫40与靠背50呈零重力角度,实现零重力姿态;坐垫40翻转竖立,靠背50向后放平,可以形成后向座椅;坐垫40或靠背50向前放平,均可形成小桌板;坐垫40和靠背50正面朝上且远离,可以形成沙发长凳;坐垫40和靠背50正面朝上且靠近,可以形成纯平大床;坐垫40和靠背50竖直靠近,移动至车头方向,可以扩大行李仓形形成方形储物空间;坐垫40和靠背50竖直远离,可以形成无级分区隔离,如将宠物和行李物品隔离。另
外,坐垫40和靠背50的独立翻转和前后移动,能够更好地贴合人体乘坐曲面,提高舒适性。
图4是图1所示座椅100处于第一座椅模式的示意性结构图。如图4所示,在该实施例中,坐垫40具有第二端44位于第一端45的前方且高于第一端45的第一位置,靠背50具有第四端55位于第三端54的后方且高于第三端54的第二位置,座椅100设置成在坐垫40位于第一位置、靠背50位于第二位置且第一连接件20和第二连接件30靠近时处于第一座椅模式。这里,第一座椅模式可以认为是舒适模式。坐垫40向上翻转,靠背50向后翻转,坐垫40和靠背50形成标准零重力舒适夹角128°,第一连接件20和第二连接件30在前后方向移动,使用户可以舒适展开。这里,靠背50与坐垫40之间的夹角还可以根据具体的需求进行设定。
图5是图1所示座椅100处于第二座椅模式的示意性结构图。如图5所示,坐垫40还具有第二端44位于第一端45的前方且高于第一端45的第三位置,座椅100还设置在坐垫40位于第三位置、靠背50位于平行于滑轨10的水平位置且第一连接件20与第二连接件30靠近时处于第二座椅模式。这里,第二座椅模式可以认为是后向座座椅模式,也就是说,座椅100朝向车辆后方。将头枕60从靠背50处拔出之后装配至坐垫40的顶部,提高用户的舒适度。
在该实施例中,坐垫40的第二端44在位于第一位置时的高度低于位于第三位置时的高度。在其他实施例中,坐垫40的第二端44在处于第一位置的高度和处于第三位置时的高度还可以根据具体设计需求进行设定。
图6是图1所示座椅100处于第三座椅模式的示意性结构图。如图6所示,座椅100还设置成在坐垫40和靠背50均位于平行于滑轨10的水平位置、第一连接件20与第二连接件30之间存在第一预设距离且第三端54和第四端55分别位于座椅100的前端和后端时处于第三座椅模式。这里,第三座椅模式可以认为是对坐模式,坐垫40向前放平,靠背50向后放平,坐垫40和靠背50相互远离移动,从而实现两个用户对坐。
图7是图1所示座椅100处于第四座椅模式的示意性结构图。如图7所示,在该实施例中,座椅100还设置成在坐垫40和靠背50均位于水平位置且第一端45与第三端54相抵接时处于第四座椅模式。这里,第四座椅模式可以认为是纯平大床模式,坐垫40向前放平,靠背50向后放平,坐垫40
和靠背50相互靠近移动,形成一张床,用户可以在上面睡觉,满足用户平躺休息需求,提供现有座椅100无需增加床垫的额外享受,提高用户的满意度。
图8是图1所示座椅100处于第五座椅模式的示意性结构图。如图8所示,座椅100还设置成在坐垫40和靠背50均位于水平位置且第二端44和第四端55相抵接时处于第五座椅模式。这里,第五座椅模式可以认为是纯平桌板模式,坐垫40向后放平,靠背50向前放平,坐垫40和靠背50相互靠近移动,形成坐板。
图9是图1所示座椅100处于第六座椅模式一个状态的示意性结构图,图10是图1所示座椅100处于第六座椅模式另一个状态的示意性结构图。如图9和图10所示,在该实施例中,座椅100还设置成在坐垫40和靠背50均处于水平位置、第一连接件20和第二连接件30分离且坐垫40和靠背50朝向相同时处于第六座椅模式。第六座椅模式可以认为是茶几模式,一种情况如图9所示,坐垫40和靠背50均向后放平,坐垫40和靠背50相互远离移动,形成向前茶几模式,用户可以坐在靠背50上,坐垫40上可以放置物品。还有一种情况如图10所示,坐垫40和靠背50均向前放平,坐垫40和靠背50相互远离移动,形成向前茶几模式,用户可以坐在坐垫40上,靠背50上可以放置物品,满足用户餐饮需求。具体可以根据用户的需求进行选择。
图11是图1所示座椅100处于第七座椅模式的示意性结构图。如图11所示,座椅100还设置成在坐垫40和靠背50均处于垂直于滑轨10的垂直位置且邻近时处于第七座椅模式。这里,第七座椅模式可以认为是载物模式,坐垫40和靠背50均竖直布置,且相互靠近移动,整体移动靠近前排座椅100,靠背50和坐垫40空间收纳至极限,为行李箱提供方形储物空间。
图12是图1所示座椅100处于第八座椅模式的示意性结构图。如图12所示,在该实施例中,座椅100还设置成在坐垫40和靠背50均处于垂直位置且间隔第二预设距离时处于第八座椅模式。这里,第八座椅模式可以认为是无极分区模式,坐垫40和靠背50均竖直布置,两者随意沿滑轨10移动,可将行李箱和前排座椅100隔离成三个区间,分别是前排座椅100与坐垫40之间形成一个区间,坐垫40与靠背50之间形成一个区间,靠背50的后面形成一个区间,可以将行李和宠物分开放置,用户可以根据自己需求随意组合。
该实施例还提供了一种车辆,车辆包括上述的座椅100。对于座椅100,这里不一一赘述。
该实施例可以解决后排座椅坐人时的乘坐舒适性问题,实现“零重力姿态”休息,同时兼顾不坐人时,靠背50可以完全放平满足更大的储物空间。并且该实时中座椅100可以形成后向座椅,也可以同时作为小桌板,解决需要后装且小桌板安装拆卸困难和收纳小桌板占空间较大的问题。另外,该实施例的座椅100可以实现行李箱分区,如乘员、宠物和行李,单独隔开放置,互不影响。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。
Claims (12)
- 一种车辆的座椅,包括:滑轨,安装在车辆的地板上,且沿车辆的前后方向延伸;第一连接件,可滑动地设置在所述滑轨处;第二连接件,可滑动地设置在所述滑轨处,且位于所述第一连接件靠近所述车辆后方的一侧;坐垫和靠背,分别与所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件可转动地连接;所述坐垫和所述靠背设置成分别绕所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件转动,并结合所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件在所述滑轨上的位置,从而使得所述座椅在多种座椅模式之间切换。
- 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其中,所述坐垫具有与所述第一连接件转动连接的第一端以及与所述第一端相对布置的第二端,所述靠背具有与所述第二连接件转动连接的第三端以及与所述第三端相对布置的第四端;所述坐垫具有所述第二端位于所述第一端的前方且高于所述第一端的第一位置,所述靠背具有所述第四端位于所述第三端的后方且高于所述第三端的第二位置,所述座椅设置成在所述坐垫位于所述第一位置、所述靠背位于所述第二位置且所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件靠近时处于第一座椅模式。
- 根据权利要求2所述的座椅,其中,所述坐垫还具有所述第二端位于所述第一端的前方且高于所述第一端的第三位置,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫位于所述第三位置、所述靠背位于平行于所述滑轨的水平位置且所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件靠近时处于第二座椅模式。
- 根据权利要求3所述的座椅,其中,所述坐垫的所述第二端在位于所述第一位置时的高度低于位于所述第三位置时的高度。
- 根据权利要求4所述的座椅,其中,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均位于平行于所述滑轨的水平位置、所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件之间存在第一预设距离且所述第 三端和所述第四端分别位于所述座椅的前端和后端时处于第三座椅模式。
- 根据权利要求5所述的座椅,其中,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均位于所述水平位置且所述第一端与所述第三端相抵接时处于第四座椅模式。
- 根据权利要求6所述的座椅,其中,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均位于所述水平位置且所述第二端和所述第四端相抵接时处于第五座椅模式。
- 根据权利要求7所述的座椅,其中,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均处于所述水平位置、所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件分离且所述坐垫和所述靠背朝向相同时处于第六座椅模式。
- 根据权利要求8所述的座椅,其中,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均处于垂直于所述滑轨的垂直位置且邻近时处于第七座椅模式。
- 根据权利要求9所述的座椅,其中,所述座椅还设置成在所述坐垫和所述靠背均处于所述垂直位置且间隔第二预设距离时处于第八座椅模式。
- 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的座椅,还包括:头枕,可拆卸地安装在所述坐垫的所述第二端处或所述靠背的所述第四端处。
- 一种车辆,包括如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的座椅。
