- the tubular metal substrate of Comparative Example 4 had a durability time of 232 minutes in the heat resistance test.
- the endurance time of the heat resistance test for the coating structure of Example 2 shown in FIG. 26(a) is shorter than the endurance time of the heat resistance test for the tubular metal substrate of Comparative Example 4 shown in FIG. 27(c), but this is due to the difference in the substrate materials used in Example 2 and Comparative Example 4.
- the coating structures according to Examples 1 and 8 had a D band/G band peak area ratio of 0.5 or more and 2.0 or less in Raman spectroscopy of the metal-carbon composite coating formed on the substrate, which allowed the formation of a physically and chemically stable surface layer and a coating of uniform composition, and therefore had excellent corrosion resistance for the substrate. Furthermore, the coating structures according to Examples 1 and 6 to 9 had a standard deviation of the D band/G band peak area ratio of the metal-carbon composite coating formed on the substrate of 0.1 or more and 0.35 or less in Raman spectroscopy, which allowed the formation of a physically and chemically stable surface layer and a coating of uniform composition, and therefore had excellent corrosion resistance for the substrate.
