Abstract

技术领域
本申请涉及锂电池技术领域,尤其是涉及一种电池包。
背景技术
随着新能源汽车的兴起,电池包的设计百家争鸣,电池包的安全设计已经成为当下研究的热点问题,其中最为热门的话题就是电池包热失控安全。
对此,传统的电芯防爆阀都是设置在电芯模组的顶部或侧部,而电池包顶部或侧部没有设置单独的排气通道供气体流通,电池包内大面积的气体不仅会影响电池模组的极柱,且电芯防爆阀排出的气体排到电池包外部的速度较慢。
因此,现有的电池包结构,不仅没有实现热电分离,且排气较慢。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种电池包,以在一定程度上解决现有技术中存在的现有的电池包结构,不仅没有实现热电分离,且排气较慢的技术问题。
根据本申请的第一方面提供一种电池包,包括外壳、电芯模组、底护板和加强筋板,所述外壳与所述底护板两者围设形成容纳所述电芯模组的容纳空间;
所述加强筋板包括至少一个加强凸筋,所述加强筋板与所述底护板贴合,所述加强凸筋向背对所述底护板的一侧凸出,以使得所述加强凸筋与所述底护板之间围设形成排气通道;
所述电芯模组的底部设置有至少一排第一防爆阀,所述电芯模组设置于所述加强筋板,每个所述加强凸筋与一排第一防爆阀对应设置;
所述外壳包括排气部,所述第一防爆阀经由所述排气通道与所述排气部连通。
可选地,所述加强筋板包括沿第一方向间隔设置的多个加强凸筋,每个所述加强凸筋沿第二方向延伸,所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直;
所述加强凸筋设置有通气部,所述第一防爆阀经由所述通气部与所述排气通道连通;
每个所述加强凸筋设置有两个沿所述第二方向延伸的支撑条,所述通气部设置于所述两个支撑条之间,所述电芯模组经由所述支撑条设置于所述加强凸筋。
可选地,所述加强筋板还包括板本部,多个所述加强凸筋经由所述板本部连接,所述加强筋板经由所述板本部与所述底护板贴合;
所述电池包还包括设置于所述板本部与所述底护板两者之间的密封胶层。
可选地,所述外壳还包括前边梁、后边梁、过气横梁和两个侧边梁,所述后边梁和所述过气横梁均沿所述第一方向延伸,所述侧边梁沿第二方向延伸,所述两个侧边梁的第一端分别与所述前边梁的两端连接,所述两个侧边梁的第二端分别与所述后边梁的两端连接,所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直;
所述过气横梁包括沿所述第一方向延伸的第一容腔,所述侧边梁包括沿第二方向延伸的第二容腔,所述排气部设置于所述后边梁,所述排气通道依次经由所述第一容腔和所述第二容腔与所述排气部连通。
可选地,所述加强凸筋还包括与所述排气通道连通的连通孔,所述过气横梁盖设于所述连通孔的上方,所述排气通道经由所述连通孔与所述第一容腔连通。
可选地,所述通气部包括沿所述第二方向间隔设置的多个通气孔,每个所述加强凸筋所包括的多个通气孔与对应排的多个所述第一防爆阀一一对应。
可选地,所述电芯模组包括沿第一方向并排设置的多个电芯组件,每一所述电芯组件包括沿所述第二方向堆叠的多个电芯,所述电芯的极柱设置于所述电芯的在所述第一方向上的端面上。
可选地,还包括沿所述第二方向延伸纵梁,所述纵梁将所述容纳空间划分为多个容纳部分,每个所述容纳部分对应设置一个所述电芯组件。
可选地,所述电芯还包括第二防爆阀,所述第二防爆阀设置于所述电芯的在所述第一方向上的端面上;
所述纵梁包括第三容腔和第一过气孔,所述第三容腔沿所述第二方向延伸,所述第一过气孔设置于所述纵梁的在所述第一方向上彼此相对的两侧,所述电芯的面对所述纵梁的第二防爆阀与所述第一过气 孔对应设置;
所述侧边梁还包括第二过气孔,所述第二过气孔设置于所述侧边梁的内侧,所述电芯的面对所述侧边梁的第二防爆阀与所述第二过气孔对应设置。
可选地,还包括均沿所述第一方向延伸的前横梁和后横梁,所述电芯模组设置于所述前横梁和所述后横梁之间;
所述后横梁还包括沿第一方向延伸的第四容腔和排气孔,所述第二容腔和所述第三容腔均依次经由所述第四容腔和排气孔与排气部连通。
与现有技术相比,本申请的有益效果为:
本申请提供的电池包,通过将第一防爆阀与加强凸筋和底护板两者围设的排气通道连通,以利用加强凸筋与底护板两者围设形成的空间充当独立的排气通道,当电芯模组内部的气压超出阈值时,泄压气体能够冲出第一防爆阀排入该排气通道,一方面,有效地避免了经由第一防爆阀排出的泄压气体冲击电芯模组,保证了电芯模组的电连接稳定性;另一方面,该泄压气体能够经由该排气通道直接排向排气部,有效地提升了泄压气体的排气速度。

在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
下面参照图1至图5描述根据本申请一些实施例所述的电池包。
参见图1至图5所示,本申请的实施例提供了一种电池包,其包括外壳100、电芯模组200、底护板300和加强筋板400,该外壳100与底护板300两者围设形成容纳电芯模组200的容纳空间。加强筋板400包括多个沿第一方向X间隔设置的加强凸筋401,加强筋板400与底护板300贴合,加强凸筋401向背对底护板300的一侧凸出,以使得该加强凸筋401与底护板300之间围设形成排气通道。电芯模组200的底部设置有多排第一防爆阀2011,该电芯模组200设置于加强筋板400,该多个加强凸筋401与多排第一防爆阀2011一一对应设 置。外壳100包括排气部601,第一防爆阀2011经由排气通道与排气部601连通。
根据以上技术特征,通过将第一防爆阀2011与加强凸筋401和底护板300两者围设的排气通道连通,以利用加强凸筋401与底护板300两者围设形成的空间充当独立的排气通道,当电芯模组200内部的气压超出阈值时,泄压气体能够冲出第一防爆阀2011排入该排气通道,一方面,有效地避免了经由第一防爆阀2011排出的泄压气体冲击电芯模组200,保证了电芯模组200的电连接稳定性;另一方面,该泄压气体能够经由该排气通道直接排向排气部601,有效地提升了泄压气体的排气速度。
参见图1,图中X示出了第一方向的一种示例,图中Y示出了第二方向的一种示例,图中Z示出了第三方向的一种示例。可选地,第一方向X、第二方向Y和第三方向Z三者中的任意两者垂直。其中,当电池包处于使用状态时,该第三方向Z可以平行于重力方向。
可选地,如图1和图2所示,该加强凸筋401沿第二方向Y延伸,所述加强凸筋401设置有通气部,第一防爆阀2011经由通气部与排气通道连通。每个加强凸筋401设置有两个沿第二方向Y延伸的支撑条,通气部设置于两个支撑条之间,电芯模组200经由支撑条设置于加强凸筋401,如此,通过设置于通气部两侧的两个支撑条,有效地将第一防爆阀2011与排气通道进行密封,避免了第一防爆阀2011排出的泄压气体能够完全进入排气通道,进一步提高了电热分离的完全性。
可选地,如图1所示,通气部可以包括沿第二方向Y间隔设置的多个通气孔4011,每个加强凸筋401所包括的多个通气孔4011与对应排的多个第一防爆阀2011一一对应,如此,使得每一防爆阀均能够与排气通道连通,保证了每一第一防爆阀2011的泄压顺畅性。
可选地,上述支撑条可以是支撑泡棉,在该支撑泡棉的弹性作用下,有效地避免了泄压气体冲出第一防爆阀2011时,在泄出泄压气体处的电芯模组200因震动导致泄压气体进入上述容纳空间的现象发生。
可选地,如图4所示,加强筋板400还可以包括板本部402,多个加强凸筋401经由板本部402连接,加强筋板400经由板本部402与底护板300贴合。电池包还可以包括设置于板本部402与底护板300两者之间的密封胶层500,如此,进一步提高了排气通道的气密性,防止了排气通道内的泄压气体经由板本部402和底护板300两者之间的缝隙进行溢散。
可选地,如图1所示,外壳100还可以包括前边梁602、后边梁603、过气横梁604和两个侧边梁605,后边梁603和过气横梁604均沿所述第一方向X延伸,侧边梁605沿第二方向Y延伸,两个侧边梁605的第一端分别与前边梁602的两端连接,两个侧边梁605的第二端分别与后边梁603的两端连接。过气横梁604包括沿第一方向X延伸的第一容腔,侧边梁605包括沿第二方向Y延伸的第二容腔,排气部601设置于后边梁603,排气通道依次经由第一容腔和所述第二容腔与排气部601连通。
可选地,如图2所示,所述加强凸筋401还包括与所述排气通道连通的连通孔4012,上述过气横梁604盖设于连通孔4012的上方,排气通道经由连通孔4012与第一容腔连通,以实现排气通道与过气横梁604的连通。
在实施例中,如图1和图5所示,该电芯模组200可以包括沿第一方向X并排设置的多个电芯组件201,每一电芯组件201包括沿第二方向Y堆叠的多个电芯,该电芯的极柱设置于电芯的在第一方向X 上的端面上,如此,极柱与第一防爆阀2011设置于电芯的不同的表面上,进一步实现了电热的分离。
可选地,如图1所示,电池包还可以包括沿第二方向Y延伸纵梁900,纵梁900将容纳空间划分为多个容纳部分,每个容纳部分对应设置一个所述电芯组件201,一方面,有效地提高了电池包的外壳100强度;另一方面,有效地将各电芯组件201进行分隔,有效降低了电芯组件201相互的干扰。
在实施例中,如图1和图5所示,该电芯还可以包括第二防爆阀2012,该第二防爆阀2012设置于电芯的在第一方向X上的端面,如此,有效的增加了电池的泄压出口,进一步保证了电芯的安全性,有效降低了电芯泄压不及时导致发生变形的几率。
可选地,如图1所述,上述纵梁900可以包括第三容腔和第一过气孔901,第三容腔沿第二方向Y延伸,第一过气孔901设置于所述纵梁900的在第一方向X上彼此相对的两侧,电芯的面对纵梁900的第二防爆阀2012与第一过气孔901对应设置,如此,设置于面对纵梁900的第二防爆阀2012的泄压气体直接有该第三容腔排出,进而减少了经由第二防爆阀2012排出的泄压气体冲击电芯模组200的电连接结构的几率。
可选地,如图1所示,侧边梁605还可以包括第二过气孔6051,该第二过气孔6051设置于侧边梁605的内侧,电芯的面对侧边梁605的第二防爆阀2012与第二过气孔6051对应设置,如此,设置于面对侧边梁605的第二防爆阀2012的泄压气体直接有该第二容腔排出,进而减少了经由第二防爆阀2012排出的泄压气体冲击电芯模组200的电连接结构的几率。
可选地,如图1所述,电池包还可以包括均沿第一方向X延伸的前横梁700和后横梁800,电芯模组200设置于前横梁700和后横 梁800之间,有效地提高了电池包的抗变形强度和电芯模组200的设置稳定性。
可选地,如图1所示,后横梁800还可以包括沿第一方向X延伸的第四容腔和排气孔801,第二容腔和第三容腔均依次经由第四容腔和排气孔801与排气部601连通,如此,泄压气体通过第四容腔汇聚至排气孔801后,再经由排气孔801流向排气部601,以便于控制泄压气体的排出方向。
可选地,如图1所示,电池包还可以包括冷板1000,该冷板1000盖设于电芯模组200的上方,冷板1000分别与前横梁700和后横梁800焊接,一方面,使得冷板1000、底护板300、前横梁700、后横梁800和两个侧边梁605六者形成密闭空间,进而保证了上述容纳空间的环境稳定性,进而保证了电芯模组200的运行平稳性;另一方面,便于冷板1000冷却的冷空气流向整个电池包,提高了冷板1000的冷却效率。
可选地,该排气部可以是设置于外壳100上的防爆阀。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电池包,其特征在于,包括外壳、电芯模组、底护板和加强筋板,所述外壳与所述底护板两者围设形成容纳所述电芯模组的容纳空间;
    所述加强筋板包括至少一个加强凸筋,所述加强筋板与所述底护板贴合,所述加强凸筋向背对所述底护板的一侧凸出,以使得所述加强凸筋与所述底护板之间围设形成排气通道;
    所述电芯模组的底部设置有至少一排第一防爆阀,所述电芯模组设置于所述加强筋板,每个所述加强凸筋与一排第一防爆阀对应设置;
    所述外壳包括排气部,所述第一防爆阀经由所述排气通道与所述排气部连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,
    所述加强筋板包括沿第一方向间隔设置的多个加强凸筋,
    每个所述加强凸筋沿第二方向延伸,所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直;
    所述加强凸筋设置有通气部,所述第一防爆阀经由所述通气部与所述排气通道连通;
    每个所述加强凸筋设置有两个沿所述第二方向延伸的支撑条,所述通气部设置于两个所述支撑条之间,所述电芯模组经由所述支撑条设置于所述加强凸筋。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述加强筋板还包括板本部,多个所述加强凸筋经由所述板本部连接,所述加强筋板经由所述板本部与所述底护板贴合;
    所述电池包还包括设置于所述板本部与所述底护板两者之间的密封胶层。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述外壳还包括前边梁、后边梁、过气横梁和两个侧边梁,所述后边梁和所述过气横梁均沿所述第一方向延伸,所述侧边梁沿第二方向延伸,所述两个侧边梁的第一端分别与所述前边梁的两端连接,所述两个侧边梁的第二端分别与所述后边梁的两端连接,所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直;
    所述过气横梁包括沿所述第一方向延伸的第一容腔,所述侧边梁包括沿第二方向延伸的第二容腔,所述排气部设置于所述后边梁,所述排气通道依次经由所述第一容腔和所述第二容腔与所述排气部连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述加强凸筋还包括与所述排气通道连通的连通孔,所述过气横梁盖设于所述连通孔的上方,所述排气通道经由所述连通孔与所述第一容腔连通。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电池包,其特征在于,
    所述通气部包括沿所述第二方向间隔设置的多个通气孔,每个所述加强凸筋所包括的多个通气孔与对应排的多个所述第一防爆阀一一对应。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述电芯模组包括沿第一方向并排设置的多个电芯组件,每一所述电芯组件包括沿所述第二方向堆叠的多个电芯,所述电芯的极柱设置于所述电芯的在所述第一方向上的端面上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电池包,其特征在于,还包括沿所述第二方向延伸纵梁,所述纵梁将所述容纳空间划分为多个容纳部分,每个所述容纳部分对应设置一个所述电芯组件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电池包,其特征在于,
    所述电芯还包括第二防爆阀,所述第二防爆阀设置于所述电芯的在所述第一方向上的端面上;
    所述纵梁包括第三容腔和第一过气孔,所述第三容腔沿所述第二方向延伸,所述第一过气孔设置于所述纵梁的在所述第一方向上彼此相对的两侧,所述电芯的面对所述纵梁的第二防爆阀与所述第一过气孔对应设置;
    所述侧边梁还包括第二过气孔,所述第二过气孔设置于所述侧边梁的内侧,所述电芯的面对所述侧边梁的第二防爆阀与所述第二过气孔对应设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电池包,其特征在于,还包括均沿所述第一方向延伸的前横梁和后横梁,所述电芯模组设置于所述前横梁和所述后横梁之间;
    所述后横梁还包括沿第一方向延伸的第四容腔和排气孔,所述第二容腔和所述第三容腔均依次经由所述第四容腔和排气孔与排气部连通。
