本申请要求了申请日为2023年6月29日,申请号为202321676448.6,发明名称为“固定结构及灯具”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及照明设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种固定结构及灯具。
背景技术
通常,灯具设计中常常需要使用电源线软缆SR(Strain relief,应力释放)来连接灯具主体和电源线。为了保证电源线的可靠性和安全性,需要采用一种固定方法将其卡在灯具的内部。目前市场上常用的方式是利用SR塑胶塑变,将电源线软缆SR强行拉入卡固线器内。然而,这种方法存在一些困难和局限性,例如电源线软缆SR很难穿透线卡固线器、拉入难度大等,进而影响固定的效率、可靠性和安全性。
CN215523191U提出了一种灯具支架和灯具,通过在灯具支架上设有凸起设置的延伸支架,在延伸支架上设置安装孔,通过延伸支架防止尾卡电线脱离安装孔,以防止尾卡电线被拉脱。但是延伸支架需要在支架本体上单独向外凸伸形成,结构比较复杂,且占用了额外的空间,不利于整个产品的小型化,且尾卡电线在与发光组件电性连接后需要弯折后才能将尾卡电线装入延伸支架内,组装难度增加。
有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种固定结构及灯具,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种结构简单,穿线简单且固定牢靠的固定结构。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种固定结构,用于固定电源线,包括盖体,所述盖体上设有过线孔;壳体,收容在所述盖体内部,所述壳体上对应所述过线孔的位置设有过线槽,所述过线孔与所述过线槽用于穿设所述电源线的卡接部;所述壳体与所述盖体之间形成有固定部,所述固定部配置为容纳所述电源线的卡持部,所述卡持部设置在所述卡接部上,且所述的卡持部在所述电源线的周向上相对所述卡接部凸出,所述固定部上下两侧分别设有所述过线孔和所述过线槽,且所述固定部的正投影分别超出所述过线孔的正投影范围、以及所述过线槽的正投影范围,以通过所述过线槽和所述过线孔将所述卡持部限位固定于所述固定部中。
可选的,所述壳体上设有固定槽,所述固定槽自所述壳体的顶部向内凹陷形成,所述固定槽与所述盖体共同形成所述固定部。
可选的,所述固定槽包括底壁和侧壁,所述侧壁上设有凸起部,所述凸起部自所述侧壁向所述固定槽的内部延伸,以抵接所述卡持部。
可选的,所述过线槽设置在所述固定槽的底壁,并贯穿所述底壁。
可选的,所述过线槽远离所述壳体边缘的一侧设有开口,所述壳体上设有安装口,所述 开口与所述安装口连通。
可选的,所述盖体上对应所述安装口的位置设有散热接触区,所述散热接触区配置为对灯具的发光组件进行散热,所述散热接触区自所述盖体向所述壳体的方向凸伸,并穿过所述安装口靠近所述发光组件。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种具有上述固定结构的灯具。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种灯具,包括电源线,所述电源线包括卡接部和卡持部,所述卡持部设置在所述卡接部上,并且所述卡持部在所述电源线的周向上相对所述卡接部凸出,以及上述的固定结构。
可选的,所述灯具还包括:发光组件和面环,所述发光组件与所述电源线固定连接且电性连接,所述发光组件设置在所述面环与所述壳体之间,并位于所述壳体背离所述盖体的一侧,当所述发光组件固定在所述壳体上时,所述电源线通过所述过线槽卡持固定在所述固定部。
可选的,所述面环包括外缘部和设置在所述外缘部内侧的连接部,所述外缘部和所述连接部之间设有防脱槽,所述盖体卡接在所述防脱槽内。
可选的,所述盖体上设有第一固定部,所述壳体和所述面环上对应所述第一固定部的位置分别设有第二固定部和第三固定孔,紧固件穿过所述第一固定部、所述第二固定部和所述第三固定孔将所述盖体、所述壳体和所述面环固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本申请的实施例的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
本申请的固定结构的结构简单,通过在壳体和盖体之间形成固定部以容纳固定电源线的卡持部,通过在壳体和盖体上分别设置过线槽和过线孔,以供电源线的卡接部通过,同时,过线孔和过线槽分别设置在固定部的上下两侧,并且,固定部的正投影分别超出过线孔和过线槽的正投影范围,以通过过线孔和过线槽将电源线的卡持部限位固定在固定部内,从而不需要额外的设计太多的结构,借助壳体和盖体本身的结构以限位固定电源线,并且电源线在安装时不需要弯折,穿线容易,组装简单易操作,具有良好的便捷性,同时,电源线安装的稳固牢靠,不容易被外力拉脱,满足安规防推拉要求,省去闪电标。

请参阅图1至图8所示,为本申请优选实施例的灯具100。灯具100包括盖体1、壳体2、电源线3、发光组件4和面环7。其中,盖体1套设在壳体2的外侧,盖体1和壳体2之间共同组成一用于固定电源线3的固定结构10。电源线3和发光组件4固定连接且电性连接,发光组件4设置在面环7与壳体2之间,并位于壳体2背离盖体1的一侧,当发光组件4固定在壳体2上时,电源线3通过固定结构10固定在壳体2和盖体1之间。如此设置,以借助壳体2和盖体1本身的结构以限位固定电源线3,不需要额外设计压线片,以降低成本。并且,电源线3在安装时不需要弯折,穿线容易,组装简单易操作,具有良好的便捷性,同时,电源线3安装的稳固牢靠,不容易被外力拉脱,满足安规防推拉要求,省去闪电标。
电源线3包括线体31和设置在线体31上的卡接部32。卡接部32的直径大于线体31的直径,该卡接部32配置为与固定结构10相连接。通过设置直径较大的卡接部32,以提高电源线3连接固定的牢固性,防止电源线3的线体31断裂。
进一步地,电源线3还包括卡持部33,卡持部33设置在卡接部32上,且卡持部33在所述电源线3的周向上相对卡接部32凸出。也就是说,在卡接部32上设置有卡持部33,卡持部33的体积大于卡接部32的体积,如此设置,以方便卡接部32穿过灯具100的固定结构10,而卡持部33被限位固定。
进一步地,卡接部32包括设置在卡持部33上方的第一卡接部321和设置在卡持部33下方的第二卡接部322。第一卡接部321用于穿过盖体1上的过线孔11,第二卡接部322用于穿过壳体2上的过线槽21。优选地,第一卡接部321的形状与第二卡接部322的形状不同,以区分电源线3的安装方向。
第一卡接部321靠近卡持部33的一端的直径大于远离卡持部33的一端的直径,如此设置,以使得第一卡接部321为自上到下直径逐渐增加的结构,以使得第一卡接部321的外表面为倾斜外表面,方便第一卡接部321穿过过线孔11,同时过线孔11的孔壁卡接在第一卡接部321的外表面上,以对卡持部33进行限位。
固定结构10包括盖体1和壳体2,盖体1上设有过线孔11,壳体2收容在盖体1内部,壳体2上对应过线孔11的位置设有过线槽21,过线孔11和过线槽21用于穿设电源线3的卡接部32。壳体2与盖体1之间形成有固定部101,固定部101配置为容纳固定卡持部33,固定部101的上下两侧分别设有过线孔11和过线槽21,并且固定部101的正投影分别超出过线孔11的正投影范围以及过线槽21的正投影范围,以使得卡接部32可以通过过线槽21和过线孔11,但是,过线槽21和过线孔11将卡持部33限位固定于固定部101中。如此设置,以通过壳体2和盖体1本身的结构以限位固定电源线3,不需要额外设置压线片或设计凸起安装结构,以减小灯具100的体积,降低成本。并且,电源线3的体积较小的第二卡接部322和第一卡接部321能够分别穿过壳体2上的过线槽21和盖体1上的过线孔11,而体积较大的卡持部33被过线槽21和过线孔11限位固定于固定部101内,即被壳体2和盖体1本身的壳壁所限位固定,从而将电源线3固定限位在固定结构10内,防止电源线3被拉脱,使得电源线3的安装稳固牢靠,满足安规防推拉要求,省去闪电标。并且,电源线3在安装时不需要弯折,穿线容易,组装简单易操作,具有良好的便捷性。
需要知道的是,上述正投影是指从电源线3的延伸方向(在图4中为竖直方向)来看,固定部101、过线槽21和过线孔11在垂直于电源线3的延伸方向的平面(在图4中为水平面)上的投影。
进一步地,在与电源线3的延伸方向垂直的平面上(在本实施例中为水平面上),过线孔11和过线槽21的投影面积大于卡接部32的投影面积,小于卡持部33的投影面积。如此设置,以使得卡接部32可以顺利通过过线孔11和过线槽21,而卡持部33由于体积较大被限位固定在固定部101内。
进一步地,盖体1由导热材料制成,如铝或其它合适的金属、非金属或混合材料,以方便散热。盖体1包括外基部12、自外基部12的周边向外基部12的内侧延伸,且向远离外基部12的方向凸出形成的外侧壁13。外基部12与外侧壁13共同围设形成一收容腔。壳体2收容在盖体1的收容腔中。
一些实施例中,盖体1上对应壳体2上安装口23的位置设有散热接触区14,该散热接触区14自盖体1的外侧壁13远离外基部12的一侧向壳体2的方向凸伸,并穿过安装口23 靠近灯具100的发光组件4,以对发光组件4进行主动散热。
进一步地,过线孔11设置在外侧壁13上,以避免干扰散热接触区14的散热效率。
外侧壁13靠近外基部12的位置设有若干第一凹陷区131,在第一凹陷区131内设有贯穿外基部12的第一固定孔15,优选地,该第一固定孔15为锁紧孔,配置为供紧固件8穿过以将灯具100的盖体1、壳体2和面环7固定连接。
在本实施例中,第一凹陷区131设有四个,四个第一凹陷区131均匀分布在外侧壁13,并且,每个第一凹陷区131内均设有第一固定孔15。如此设置,以提高灯具100连接的稳定性。需要知道的是,第一凹陷区131及第一固定孔15的数量可以根据需要增加或减少,并且第一凹陷区131及第一固定孔15的位置也可以根据需要进行设置,只要能实现灯具100稳定的安装即可。
进一步地,外侧壁13上设有若干第二凹陷区132,第二凹陷区132内装设有安装卡簧16,安装卡簧16配置为以便将灯具100整体安装到相应的安装区域。优选地,安装卡簧16设有两个,两个安装卡簧16相对设置。
壳体2由绝缘材料制成。壳体2包括内侧壁24,内侧壁24向盖体1的方向凸,以形成一收容部,收容部用以收容发光组件4。
进一步地,内侧壁24的中间设有安装口23,该安装口23的的面积占壳体2的一半以上。如此设置,以可以在发光组件4收容在收容部的同时,形成较大的散热窗口,以方便对发光组件4进行散热。同时该安装口23也方便电源线3穿过,解决电源线3穿线困难的问题。
进一步地,壳体2上设有固定槽22,固定槽22设置在内侧壁24上,并自壳体2的顶部表面向内凹陷形成。可选地,固定槽22的形状与电源线3的卡持部33的形状一致,以方便将卡持部33固定在固定槽22内。在本实施例中,固定槽22为方形固定槽22,在其他实施例中,该固定槽22的形状也可以为其他形状。
进一步地,固定槽22与盖体1共同形成固定部101,该固定部101用于容纳固定电源线3的卡持部33。
一些实施例中,过线槽21设置在固定槽22的底壁221上,并贯穿底壁221,并且,在与电源线3的延伸方向垂直的平面上,过线槽21在平面上的投影面积小于固定槽22在平面上的投影面积。也就是说,过线槽21设置在固定槽22上,且过线槽21为贯穿固定槽22的结构,且固定槽22的正投影超出过线槽21的正投影范围。如此设置,以方便电源线3的卡接部32通过过线槽21,而卡持部33被过线槽21限位于固定槽22内。同时,由于盖体1的存在,以对卡持部33的顶部进行限位固定,从而使得卡持部33被收容固定在固定部101内,防止电源线3被拉脱,满足安规防推要求。
一些实施例中,过线槽21远离壳体2边缘的一侧设有开口211,开口211与安装口23连通。即,通过过线槽21连通安装口23和固定槽22。如此设置,以方便电源线3的卡持 部33和卡接部32均从安装口23进入到壳体2的上方,然后设置在卡持部33下方的卡接部32通过过线槽21进入到固定槽22内,同时设置在卡持部33上方的卡接部32穿过盖体1上的过线孔11,而卡持部33的周向面积大于过线槽21和过线孔11的周向面积,从而被限位固定在固定槽22(或者说壳体2)和盖体1形成的固定部101内。
一些实施例中,固定槽22还包括侧壁222,侧壁222与底壁221垂直,侧壁222上设有凸起部(未图示),凸起部自侧壁222向固定槽22的内部延伸,以抵接卡持部33。通过设置凸起部,以进一步地将卡持部33固定在固定部101内,防止其在固定部101内晃动,从而提高卡持部33的牢固性,满足安规防推要求。
进一步地,在内侧壁24上设有与外侧壁13的第一凹陷区131相对应的第三凹陷区25,三凹陷区内设有贯穿内侧壁24的第二固定孔26,该第二固定孔26与盖体1上的第一固定孔15相对应,以方便紧固件8穿过,实现壳体2与盖体1的固定连接。
请参阅图2及3所示,发光组件4收容在壳体2的收容腔内,并至少部分暴露在安装口23内,对应盖体1上的散热接触区14,以方便进行散热。发光组件4包括电路板及安装电路板上的若干光源及辅助的电子元件。在本实施例中。发光组件4是DOB光源电子组件,当然也可以是其它合适的光源或光源组件,在此不作限制。
进一步地,灯具100还可以包括导热件5,导热件5设置在发光组件4与壳体2之间,并至少部分暴露在安装口23内,以对应盖体1上的散热接触区14,方便将发光组件4上产生的热量通过导热件5传递给散热接触区14进行散热。导热件5可以是导热硅胶布或其它合适的材料。
进一步地,为了提高灯具100的发光效果,可以在发光组件4背离壳体2的一侧设置有透镜6,该透镜6朝向发光组件4的一侧设有若干反射棱块61,以提高灯具100的发光效果。
面环7设置在发光组件4背离壳体2的一侧,包括外缘部71和设置在外缘部71内侧的连接部72。连接部72自外缘部71的表面向靠近发光组件4的方向延伸形成。外缘部71和连接部72之间设有防脱槽73,盖体1卡接在防脱槽73内,以提高灯具100连接的稳定性。
进一步地,面环7还包括设置在连接部72背离外缘部71一侧的防呆凸起74。透镜6及壳体2的至少一个上设有与防呆凸起74配合的防呆凹槽62,以便于组装时能够快速、准确地定位。
进一步地,面环7上对应第一固定孔15的位置分别设有第三固定孔75,紧固件8穿过第一固定孔15、第二固定孔26和第三固定孔75将盖体1、壳体2和面环7固定连接。
本申请的灯具100在组装时,先将电源线3与发光组件4固定连接且电性连接在一起,然后将电源线3从壳体2安装口23穿过,当发光组件4和导热件5安装在壳体2的收容腔后,将电源线3的第二卡接部322从壳体2上的安装口23进入过线槽21内,而将卡持部33安装在固定槽22内。由于卡持部33的体积较大,所以不能穿过过线槽21和过线孔11,从而被固定在固定槽22内,并被固定槽22和盖体1形成的固定部101限位固定,而设置在 卡持部33上方的第一卡接部321可以顺利通过盖体1上的过线孔11而与外部电源连接。然后装入透镜6后,通过防呆凹槽62和防呆凸起74与面环7定位连接,紧固件8穿过第一固定孔15、第二固定孔26和第三固定孔75将盖体1、壳体2和面环7固定连接。此时,电源线3的卡持部33被夹持在了壳体2及盖体1之间,不需要额外设计压线结构,同时电源线3容易穿入和穿出,能够满足了安规的防推拉测试。
综上所述,本申请的固定结构10的结构简单,通过在壳体2和盖体1之间形成固定部101以容纳固定电源线3的卡持部33,通过在壳体2和盖体1上分别设置过线槽21和过线孔11,同时,过线孔11和过线槽21分别设置在固定部101的上下两侧,并且,固定部101的正投影分别超出过线孔11和过线槽21的正投影范围,以通过过线孔11和过线槽21将电源线3的卡持部33限位固定在固定部101内,从而不需要额外的设计太多的结构,借助壳体2和盖体1本身的结构以限位固定电源线3,并且电源线3在安装时不需要弯折,穿线容易,组装简单易操作,具有良好的便捷性,同时,电源线3安装的稳固牢靠,不容易被外力拉脱,满足安规防推拉要求,省去闪电标。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种固定结构,用于固定电源线(3),其中,包括:
    盖体(1),所述盖体(1)上设有过线孔(11);
    壳体(2),收容在所述盖体(1)的内部,所述壳体(2)上对应所述过线孔(11)的位置设有过线槽(21),所述过线孔(11)与所述过线槽(21)用于穿设所述电源线(3)的卡接部(32);
    所述壳体(2)与所述盖体(1)之间形成有固定部(101),所述固定部(101)配置为容纳所述电源线(3)的卡持部(33),所述的卡持部(33)设置在所述卡接部(32)上,且所述卡持部(33)在所述电源线(3)的周向上相对所述卡接部(32)凸出,所述固定部(101)的上下两侧分别设有所述过线孔(11)和所述过线槽(21),且所述固定部(101)的正投影分别超出所述过线孔(11)的正投影范围、以及所述过线槽(21)的正投影范围,以通过所述过线槽(21)和所述过线孔(11)将所述卡持部(33)限位固定于所述固定部(101)中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定结构,其中,所述壳体(2)上设有固定槽(22),所述固定槽(22)自所述壳体(2)的顶部向内凹陷形成,所述固定槽(22)与所述盖体(1)共同形成所述固定部(101)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定结构,其中,所述固定槽(22)包括底壁(221)和侧壁(222),所述侧壁(222)上设有凸起部,所述凸起部自所述侧壁(222)向所述固定槽(22)的内部延伸,以抵接所述卡持部(33)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的固定结构,其中,所述过线槽(21)设置在所述固定槽(22)的底壁上,并贯穿所述底壁。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的固定结构,其中,所述过线槽(21)远离所述壳体(2)边缘的一侧设有开口(211),所述壳体(2)上设有安装口(23),所述开口(211)与所述安装口(23)连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的固定结构,其中,所述盖体(1)上对应所述安装口(23)的位置设有散热接触区(14),所述散热接触区(14)配置为对灯具(100)的发光组件(4)进行散热,所述散热接触区(14)自所述盖体(1)向所述壳体(2)的方向凸伸,并穿过所述安装口(23)靠近所述发光组件(4)。
  7. 一种灯具,其中,包括:
    电源线(3),所述电源线(3)包括卡接部(32)和卡持部(33),所述卡持部(33)设置在所述卡接部(32)上,并且所述卡持部(33)在所述电源线(3)的周向上相对所述卡接部(32)凸出,以及
    如权利要求1~6任意一项所述的固定结构(10)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的灯具,其中,还包括:发光组件(4)和面环(7),所述发光组件(4)与所述电源线(3)固定连接且电性连接,所述发光组件(4)设置在所述面环(7)与所述壳体(2)之间,并位于所述壳体(2)背离所述盖体(1)的一侧,当所述发光组件(4)固定在所述壳体(2)上时,所述电源线(3)通过所述过线槽(21)卡持固定在所述固定部(101)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的灯具,其中,所述面环(7)包括外缘部(71)和设置在所述外缘部(71)内侧的连接部(72),所述外缘部(71)和所述连接部(72)之间设有防脱槽(73),所述盖体(1)卡接在所述防脱槽(73)内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的灯具,其中,所述盖体(1)上设有第一固定孔(15),所述壳体(2)和所述面环(7)上对应所述第一固定孔(15)的位置分别设有第二固定孔(26)和第三固定孔(75),紧固件(8)穿过所述第一固定孔(15)、所述第二固定孔(26)和所述第三固定孔(75)将所述盖体(1)、所述壳体(2)和所述面环(7)固定连接。
