本申请涉及照明灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种接线端子、照明灯具。
背景技术
接线端子是一种用于实现电气连接的配件,例如灯具可以与接线端子连接,从而使灯具通过接线端子与外接导线(如电源线等)电连接。相关技术中,可以将接线端子卡接在灯具的一端,将外接导线插入接线端子即可实现灯具与外接导线的电气连接。但是,一般接线端子都是通过两颗螺丝分别与灯具上的导线以及外接导线进行锁紧连接的,接线工艺复杂,并且成本较高。
因此,有必要提供一种新的技术方案以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种接线端子、照明灯具,用以解决现有接线端子的接线工艺复杂、成本较高的问题。
本申请提供一种接线端子,包括第一导电部、第二导电部、电性连接在所述第一导电部与所述第二导电部之间的连接部以及压线紧固件,所述第一导电部、所述第二导电部以及所述连接部三者为一体形成,所述第一导电部设置有用于与第一导线弹性插接的第一导线腔,所述第二导电部设置有用于收容第二导线的第二导线腔,所述第二导电部上设有与所述第二导线腔相连通的压线孔,所述压线紧固件穿设在所述压线孔中以将所述第二导线压紧。
根据本申请提供的接线端子,所述第一导电部卷绕成型,且所述第一导电部的卷绕结合处形成有缝隙。
根据本申请提供的接线端子,所述第一导线腔与所述第二导线腔连通,所述第一导线腔包括相连通的圆形导线孔和方形导线槽,所述圆形导线孔由所述第一导电部卷绕围合形成,所述方形导线槽由所述缝隙的至少一部分形成。
根据本申请提供的接线端子,所述第一导电部对应所述缝隙的两个端面上均设有一个凸部和一个凹部,相对的两个所述端面上的所述 凸部和所述凹部均对称设置,且所述凹部位于所述凸部远离所述第二导电部的一侧;

下面结合图1-图4描述本申请提供的接线端子和照明灯具。
实施例一
请参照图1和图2,本实施例的接线端子包括第一导电部1、第二导电部2、连接部3以及压线紧固件4。第一导电部1、第二导电部2和连接部3一体成型,连接部3位于第一导电部1与第二导电部2之间并用于电连接第一导电部1和第二导电部2,第一导电部1设置有用于与第一导线弹性插接的第一导线腔10,第二导电部2设置有用于收容第二导线的第二导线腔20,第二导电部2上还设有与第二导线腔20相连通的压线孔21,压线紧固件4穿设在压线孔21中以将第二导线压紧。
其中,第一导线可插入第一导线腔10中与第一导电部1进行电连接,第二导线可插入第二导线腔20中与第二导电部2进行电连接。当第一导线插入第一导线腔10中时,第一导电部1与第一导线弹性插接,以此将第一导线固定在第一导电部1上。
其中,以照明灯具为例,第一导线可以为灯具上的连接导线,第二导线可以为外接导线,例如外部电源线等;接线端子的第一导电部1可以作为导电接触弹片,第二导电部2可以作为外接导线压线端。
本实施例的接线端子,将原本为两个零件的导电接触弹片和外接导线压线端连接在一起合并为一个零件,使得接线端子结构简单;并 且第一导电部1与第一导线直接采用弹性插接的方式进行连接,相较于传统的接线端子可以减少一个压线螺丝和一个压线孔的制作,简化接线工艺的同时还降低成本。
具体地,第一导电部1卷绕成型,且第一导电部1的卷绕结合处形成有缝隙6,使得第一导电部1卷绕成非闭合的圆柱状。其中,缝隙6自第一导电部1远离第二导电部2的一端向靠近第二导电部2的一端延伸。
进一步的,缝隙6自第一导电部1远离第二导电部2的端面贯穿至第一导电部1靠近第二导电部2的端面。其中,缝隙6沿第一导电部1的轴向方向延伸,或者缝隙6绕第一导电部1的中心轴螺旋式延伸。缝隙6的设置可以调节第一导电部1的内径尺寸,当缝隙6的宽度增大时,第一导电部1的内径尺寸也随之增大;当缝隙6的宽度减小时,第一导电部1的内径尺寸也随之减小。如此,可以使第一导电部1在其径向方向具有弹性。当第一导线插接至第一导线腔10内时,第一导电部1可利用其弹性将第一导线箍紧,从而无需使用螺栓等额外的紧固件便可实现对第一导线的固定。
进一步的,第一导线腔10包括相连通的圆形导线孔101和方形导线槽,圆形导线孔101由第一导电部1卷绕围合形成,方形导线槽 由缝隙6形成。也就是说,本实施例中缝隙6即为方形导线槽。其中,圆形导线孔101用于与圆形的第一导线插接,方形导线槽用于与方形的第一导线插接,从而使本实施例的接线端子适用于圆形和方形的导线连接。然而,传统的接线端子一般只适合一种形状的导线连接。
进一步的,方形导线槽远离第二导电部2的一端设置有倒角结构,从而方便圆形、方形的导线插入。
接线端子的第二导电部2包括顺次连接的第一折面201、第二折面202、第三折面203、第四折面204和第五折面205,第一折面201、第二折面202、第三折面203、第四折面204和第五折面205围合形成第二导线腔20。其中,第一折面201远离第二折面202的一侧设有两个卡舌206,第四折面204和第五折面205之间设有与卡舌206相匹配的两个卡槽207,第二导电部2折弯后第一折面201与第五折面205重叠设置,并且第一折面201上的卡舌206卡设在卡槽207内,以此来固定折弯后第二导电部2,使其结构维持稳定。
其中,第一折面201、第二折面202、第四折面204和第五折面205均为平面,第三折面203为弧面,使得折弯后第二导电部2呈下圆上方的结构。
其中,压线孔21包括位于第五折面205上的通孔211和位于第 一折面201上的螺纹孔212,通孔211与螺纹孔212相对应。
在一种实施例中,第一导线腔10与第二导线腔20连通。具体的,圆形导线孔101与第二导线腔20的中心轴重合,通过第二导线腔20与圆形导线孔101的同轴设置可以方便第一导线与第二导线的搭接。
请参照图2,在接线端子使用的过程中,压线紧固件4通过第二导电部2上的压线孔21安装在第二导电部2上。第一导电部1与第二导电部2之间还设有开槽5,第一导电部1与第二导电部2通过开槽5间隔开。开槽5可以利用五金成型工艺将第一导电部1与第二导电部2之间的部分撕裂形成缺口,以此来形成开槽5。通过在第一导电部1与第二导电部2之间设置开槽5可以方便第一导电部1和第二导电部2的折弯成型。
在一种实施例中,可以通过将连接部3进行折弯以调整第一导电部1和第二导电部2的相对位置。
在一种实施例中,压线紧固件4包括但不限于螺钉。
实施例二
请参阅图3,本实施例的接线端子与上述实施例一的接线端子的结构相似,区别在于:本实施例的方形导线槽包括由缝隙6的其中一 部分所形成的第一方形导线槽102。具体地,第一导电部1对应缝隙6的两个端面上均设有一个凸部111和一个凹部112,相对的两个端面上的凸部111和凹部112均对称设置,且凹部112位于凸部111远离第二导电部2的一侧,其中,第一方形导线槽102是由第一导电部1的两个端面上的凹部112之间的空隙形成的。第一方形导线槽102用于与方形的第一导线弹性插接,凸部111可以对第一导线进行限位,避免第一导线插接的深度过深。尤其当第一导线腔10与第二导线腔20连通时,凸部111的设置可以避免第一导线插接至第二导线腔20内影响第二导线的连接。
进一步的,第一方形导线槽102远离第二导电部2的一端设置有倒角结构12,从而方便圆形、方形的导线插入。
其中,本实施例的接线端子的其他结构与上述实施例一中的接线端子的结构相同,因此也具有上述实施例一所具有的技术效果,具体请参照上述实施例中的描述,此处不再赘述。
请参阅图4,在一种实施例中,第一导线腔10还包括与第一方形导线槽102相对设置的第二方形导线槽103,第二方形导线槽103与圆形导线孔101相连通,第二方形导线槽103也用于第一导电部1与方形导线的连接。其中,第二方形导线槽103的长度及槽宽均与第 一方形导线槽102相等。
可以理解的是,第二方形导线槽103距第一导电部1靠近第二导电部2的端面间隔有一定距离,这样在起到限位作用的同时,还可以使第一导电部1靠近第二导电部2的一端在其径向方向具有更紧的约束力,从而提高第一导线与第一导电部1连接的可靠性。
在另一种实施例中,第一导电部1上形成有两条相对设置的缝隙6,第二方形导线槽103也是由其中的一条缝隙6的一部分所形成。具体地,第二方形导线槽103的结构与第一方形导线槽102的结构相同,具体请参照上文对第一方形导线槽102的描述,此处不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种照明灯具,包括如上所述的接线端子和灯具,其中,灯具与接线端子电性连接。
综上,本申请通过折弯工艺将原本分体设计的导电接触弹片和外接导线压线端连接在一起合并为一个零件,使得本申请的接线端子结构简单。并且,本申请的接线端子的第一导电部与第一导线直接采用弹性插接的方式进行连接,相较于传统的接线端子可以减少一个压线螺丝和一个压线孔的制作,简化接线工艺的同时还降低成本。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领 域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种接线端子,包括第一导电部(1)、第二导电部(2)、电性连接在所述第一导电部(1)与所述第二导电部(2)之间的连接部(3)以及压线紧固件(4),所述第一导电部(1)、所述第二导电部(2)以及所述连接部(3)三者为一体形成,所述第一导电部(1)设置有用于与第一导线弹性插接的第一导线腔(10),所述第二导电部(2)设置有用于收容第二导线的第二导线腔(20),所述第二导电部(2)上设有与所述第二导线腔(20)相连通的压线孔(21),所述压线紧固件(4)穿设在所述压线孔(21)中以将所述第二导线压紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接线端子,其中,所述第一导电部(1)卷绕成型,且所述第一导电部(1)的卷绕结合处形成有缝隙(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的接线端子,其中,所述第一导线腔(10)与所述第二导线腔(20)连通,所述第一导线腔(10)包括相连通的圆形导线孔(101)和方形导线槽,所述圆形导线孔(101)由所述第一导电部(1)卷绕围合形成,所述方形导线槽由所述缝隙(6)的至少一部分形成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的接线端子,其中,所述第一导电部(1)对应所述缝隙(6)的两个端面上均设有一个凸部(111)和一个凹部 (112),相对的两个所述端面上的所述凸部(111)和所述凹部(112)均对称设置,且所述凹部(112)位于所述凸部(111)远离所述第二导电部(2)的一侧;
    其中,所述第一导电部(1)的两个所述端面上的所述凹部(112)之间形成所述方形导线槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的接线端子,其中,所述方形导线槽远离所述第二导电部(2)的一端设置有倒角结构(12)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的接线端子,其中,所述第二导电部(2)包括顺次连接的第一折面(201)、第二折面(202)、第三折面(203)、第四折面(204)和第五折面(205),所述第一折面(201)远离所述第二折面(202)的一侧设有卡舌(206),所述第四折面(204)和所述第五折面(205)之间设有与所述卡舌(206)匹配的卡槽(207),所述第二导电部(2)折弯后所述第一折面(201)与所述第五折面(205)重叠,且所述卡舌(206)卡设在所述卡槽(207)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的接线端子,其中,所述第一折面(201)、所述第二折面(202)、所述第四折面(204)和所述第五折面(205)均为平面,所述第三折面(203)为弧面。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的接线端子,其中,所述压线孔(21) 包括位于所述第五折面(205)上的通孔(211)和位于所述第一折面(201)上的螺纹孔(212),所述通孔(211)与所述螺纹孔(212)相对应。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的接线端子,其中,所述第一导电部(1)与所述第二导电部(2)之间还设有开槽(5),所述第一导电部(1)与所述第二导电部(2)通过所述开槽(5)间隔开。
  10. 一种照明灯具,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的接线端子。
