Therefore, the thickness of the foamable adhesive sheet before foaming and curing can be made thinner than the gap between the two components, so that the insertability of the foamable adhesive sheet is improved.

  • the first adhesive layer contains a foaming agent
  • only one of the two adhesive layers contains a foaming agent, and therefore, compared to when both adhesive layers contain a foaming agent, it is possible to prevent the surface of the foamable adhesive sheet from getting caught on a member.

  • the second adhesive layer since the second adhesive layer does not contain a foaming agent, the second adhesive layer after curing does not have bubbles due to the foaming agent. In other words, after the foamable adhesive sheet is foamed and cured, the surface on the side of the cured second adhesive layer does not have unevenness due to bubbles. Therefore, when two components are bonded using a foamable adhesive sheet, the contact area between the cured second adhesive layer and the components is large. This improves the thermal conductivity between the two components. For example, when a foamable adhesive sheet is used to bond a stator core and a coil in a rotor stator, the thermal conductivity between the stator core and the coil can be increased, and heat dissipation can be improved.
  • the second adhesive layer after curing tends to be harder and more brittle than the first adhesive layer after foaming and curing. • the slope of the approximate straight line is a predetermined value or less, so that the second adhesive layer after curing has an appropriate hardness. Therefore, the difference between the hardness of the second adhesive layer after curing and the hardness of the first adhesive layer after foaming and curing can be reduced. In addition, after the foamable adhesive sheet has been foamed and cured, when shear stress is applied, excessive load on layers other than the second adhesive layer can be prevented, improving the durability of the foamable adhesive sheet after foaming and curing.

  • tensile shear adhesive strength testing There are various known methods for testing adhesive strength, including tensile shear adhesive strength testing, tensile adhesive strength testing, peel adhesive strength testing, and bending adhesive strength testing, but generally, tensile shear adhesive strength is often used to evaluate adhesives. Furthermore, when two components are bonded together, the joint is subjected to stresses such as tensile stress, compressive stress, and shear stress, but when one component is bonded and fixed to a hole or groove in the other component, it is believed that the joint is primarily subjected to shear stress. Description

ISO 2555(Resins in the liquid state or as emulsions or dispersions-Determination of Brookfield RV viscosity)に対応するJIS K6862:1984に準拠し、ブルックフィールド形単一円筒回転粘度計、および、溶液を加温するためのサーモセルを用いて測定する。
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-C000001
アクリル樹脂の重量平均分子量は、GPC(溶離液:THF、標準物質:PS、試料:20μL、流量:1mL/min、カラム温度:40℃)により測定する。
1/Tg(K)=W1/Tg1+W2/Tg2+・・・・+Wn/Tgn
