Abstract
本发明提供了一种扬声器,包括振动系统、磁路系统和盆架,振动系统包括振膜和驱动振膜振动发声的音圈,振膜固定于盆架的顶部,磁路系统包括底板和固定于底板的磁钢,扬声器还包括固定于盆架的底部且分设于磁路系统的相对两侧的一对弹性连接件,磁路系统通过该一对弹性连接件弹性连接于盆架,每个弹性连接件包括固定于盆架的底部的固定部和自固定部的相对两端分别沿磁路系统的侧面延伸且位于盆架的底部的下方的弹臂,底板包括固定磁钢的主体部和自主体部延伸至盆架的底部的下方的延伸部,每个弹臂的末端分别固定于各自对应的延伸部,且每个弹臂和盆架的底部之间均夹设有阻尼块。本发明的扬声器能够解决工作时的噪音风险。

技术领域】
本发明涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。

背景技术】
相关技术的扬声器包括振动系统、磁路系统和盆架,振动系统和磁路系统分别固定于盆架。该扬声器工作时,振动系统的振动会传导到盆架进而引起安装有该扬声器的设备的振动,存在噪音风险。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的扬声器解决上述技术问题。

发明内容】
本发明的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种能够解决工作时的噪音风险的扬声器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种扬声器,包括振动系统、磁路系统和盆架,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述振膜固定于所述盆架的顶部,所述磁路系统包括底板和固定于所述底板的磁钢,所述扬声器还包括固定于所述盆架的底部且分设于所述磁路系统的相对两侧的一对弹性连接件,所述磁路系统通过所述一对弹性连接件弹性连接于所述盆架,每个弹性连接件包括固定于所述盆架的底部的固定部和自所述固定部的相对两端分别沿所述磁路系统的侧面延伸且位于所述盆架的底部的下方的弹臂,所述底板包括固定所述磁钢的主体部和自所述主体部延伸至所述盆架的底部的下方的延伸部,每个弹臂的末端分别固定于各自对应的延伸部,且每个弹臂和所述盆架的底部之间均夹设有阻尼块。
优选的,所述阻尼块为泡棉块或橡胶块。
优选的,所述盆架设有对应所述延伸部的凸起以限制所述磁路系统向所述振动系统方向移动的最大位移。
优选的,所述盆架内嵌设有焊片,所述固定部焊接固定于所述焊片,所述弹臂焊接固定于所述延伸部。
优选的,所述盆架包括相对设置的一对长轴边和相对设置的一对短轴边,所述一对弹性连接件分别设置于所述一对长轴边。
优选的,所述振动系统还包括分别设置于所述一对短轴边的一对柔性电路板,每个柔性电路板的一端固定于所述音圈的底部,另一端固定于所述盆架的底部。
本发明的扬声器通过设置固定于盆架的底部且分设于磁路系统的相对两侧的一对弹性连接件,磁路系统通过该一对弹性连接件弹性连接于盆架,每个弹性连接件包括固定于盆架的底部的固定部和自固定部的相对两端分别沿磁路系统的侧面延伸且位于盆架的底部的下方的弹臂,每个弹臂的末端分别固定于各自对应的磁路系统的延伸部,且每个弹臂和盆架的底部之间均夹设有阻尼块,该扬声器工作时,磁路系统会产生与振动系统相反的振动,对于安装有该扬声器的设备而言,振动系统和磁路系统的振动相互抵消,不会造成该设备的振动,从而解决了扬声器工作时的噪音风险,另外,阻尼块的设置还可以调节磁路系统的振动阻尼,从而更好地抵消振动系统的振动影响。

请参阅图1-3所示,本发明提供一种扬声器100,所述扬声器100包括振动系统1、磁路系统2和盆架3。
所述振动系统1包括振膜11和驱动所述振膜11振动发声的音圈12,所述振膜11固定于所述盆架3的顶部31。
所述磁路系统2包括底板21、固定于所述底板21的磁钢22和固定于所述磁钢22的极芯23。所述底板21包括固定所述磁钢22的主体部211和自所述主体部211延伸至所述盆架3的底部32的下方的延伸部212。
所述扬声器100还包括固定于所述盆架3的底部32且分设于所述磁路系统2的相对两侧的一对弹性连接件4,所述磁路系统2通过所述一对弹性连接件4弹性连接于所述盆架3。每个弹性连接件4包括固定于所述盆架3的底部32的固定部41和自所述固定部41的相对两端分别沿所述磁路系统2的侧面延伸且位于所述盆架3的底部32的下方的弹臂42,每个弹臂42的末端421分别固定于各自对应的延伸部212,且每个弹臂42和所述盆架3的底部32之间均夹设有阻尼块5。所述阻尼块5为泡棉块或橡胶块。
所述盆架3设有对应所述延伸部212的凸起33以限制所述磁路系统2向所述振动系统1方向移动的最大位移。
所述盆架3内嵌设有焊片6,所述固定部41焊接固定于所述焊片6,所述弹臂42焊接固定于所述延伸部212。
所述盆架3包括相对设置的一对长轴边301和相对设置的一对短轴边302,所述一对弹性连接件4分别设置于所述一对长轴边301。
所述振动系统1还包括分别设置于所述一对短轴边302的一对柔性电路板13,每个柔性电路板13的一端131固定于所述音圈12的底部121,另一端132固定于所述盆架3的底部32。
本发明的扬声器通过设置固定于盆架的底部且分设于磁路系统的相对两侧的一对弹性连接件,磁路系统通过该一对弹性连接件弹性连接于盆架,每个弹性连接件包括固定于盆架的底部的固定部和自固定部的相对两端分别沿磁路系统的侧面延伸且位于盆架的底部的下方的弹臂,每个弹臂的末端分别固定于各自对应的磁路系统的延伸部,且每个弹臂和盆架的底部之间均夹设有阻尼块,该扬声器工作时,磁路系统会产生与振动系统相反的振动,对于安装有该扬声器的设备而言,振动系统和磁路系统的振动相互抵消,不会造成该设备的振动,从而解决了扬声器工作时的噪音风险,另外,阻尼块的设置还可以调节磁路系统的振动阻尼,从而更好地抵消振动系统的振动影响。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本发明领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
- 一种扬声器,包括振动系统、磁路系统和盆架,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述振膜固定于所述盆架的顶部,所述磁路系统包括底板和固定于所述底板的磁钢,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括固定于所述盆架的底部且分设于所述磁路系统的相对两侧的一对弹性连接件,所述磁路系统通过所述一对弹性连接件弹性连接于所述盆架,每个弹性连接件包括固定于所述盆架的底部的固定部和自所述固定部的相对两端分别沿所述磁路系统的侧面延伸且位于所述盆架的底部的下方的弹臂,所述底板包括固定所述磁钢的主体部和自所述主体部延伸至所述盆架的底部的下方的延伸部,每个弹臂的末端分别固定于各自对应的延伸部,且每个弹臂和所述盆架的底部之间均夹设有阻尼块。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述阻尼块为泡棉块或橡胶块。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架设有对应所述延伸部的凸起以限制所述磁路系统向所述振动系统方向移动的最大位移。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架内嵌设有焊片,所述固定部焊接固定于所述焊片,所述弹臂焊接固定于所述延伸部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架包括相对设置的一对长轴边和相对设置的一对短轴边,所述一对弹性连接件分别设置于所述一对长轴边。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括分别设置于所述一对短轴边的一对柔性电路板,每个柔性电路板的一端固定于所述音圈的底部,另一端固定于所述盆架的底部。
