Claims (8)
- 제어 명령을 위한 CPU모듈과 연결되는 네트워크 어댑터;상기 CPU모듈 또는 상기 네트워크 어댑터를 통해 전송되는 제어 명령에 따라 센서 또는 액추에이터의 입출력을 제어하며, 딘 레일에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 상기 딘 레일을 따라 측면방향으로 확장 가능하게 배치된 복수의 입출력 모듈을 포함하는 증설 모듈; 및하나의 상기 증설 모듈이 이웃하는 적어도 하나의 상기 증설 모듈의 측면을 따라 슬라이드 이동하여 상기 딘 레일에 탈착 가능하도록, 상기 증설 모듈 간의 서로 마주보는 면에 형성된 슬라이드 모듈;을 포함하는 모듈형 PLC 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 슬라이드 모듈은,상기 증설 모듈의 일측면에 형성되며, 횡방향으로 복수의 홈이 연속적으로 배치되며, 상기 홈에 단자홈이 배치된 제1 슬라이드를 포함하는 제1 슬라이드 모듈부; 및상기 증설 모듈의 타측면에 형성되고, 상기 제1 슬라이드에 대응하며, 상기 단자홈에 삽입되어 물리적/전기적으로 연결 가능한 볼록단자가 배치된 제2 슬라이드를 포함하는 제2 슬라이드 모듈부를 포함하는 모듈형 PLC 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 단자홈은 상기 볼록단자가 결합되어 전기적으로 접속이 가능하도록 단면이 U자 형상으로 형성된 모듈형 PLC 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 슬라이드 모듈부는,상기 증설 모듈의 일측면에 형성되는 암커넥터 및 걸림홈부에 각각 삽입되는 수커넥터 및 돌출부를 포함하는 제1 결합부를 더 포함하는 모듈형 PLC 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 슬라이드 모듈부는,상기 증설 모듈의 타측면에 형성되는 수커넥터 및 걸림돌기부에 각각 삽입되는 암커넥터 및 홈부를 포함하는 제2 결합부;를 더 포함하는 모듈형 PLC 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 슬라이드 모듈은 상기 증설 모듈보다 폭이 작게 형성된 사각형 판재로 이루어진 모듈형 PLC 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 슬라이드 및 상기 제2 슬라이드는 상기 제1 및 제2 슬라이드 모듈부의 설치면 상부에 설치되며,상기 제1 및 제2 슬라이드 모듈부의 설치면 하부에는 제1 및 제2 슬라이드가 서로 결합되어 지지될 수 있도록 하는 슬라이딩부와 대응슬라이딩부가 각각 형성되는 모듈형 PLC 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 증설 모듈은,아날로그 신호를 각각 입력 및 출력하는 아날로그 입력 모듈과, 아날로그 출력 모듈; 및 타 기기와 데이터 송수신을 수행할 수 있는 통신 모듈 중 적어도 어느 하나로 이루어지며,상기 아날로그 입력 모듈, 상기 아날로그 출력 모듈 및 상기 통신 모듈은 상기 입출력 모듈에 대응하는 형상으로 이루어진 모듈형 PLC 장치.
