作業機械の制御システムは、旋回体と、旋回体に取り付けられる作業機と、旋回体の旋回を停止可能な旋回駐車ブレーキと、旋回駐車ブレーキを作動させるために操作される旋回ロック入力装置と、旋回体及び作業機を自動制御する自動制御指令を出力する自動制御指令部と、旋回ロック入力装置の操作状態に基づいて、自動制御の可否を判定する自動許可部と、を備える。

Description

作業機械の制御システム、作業機械、作業機械の制御方法、及び作業機械の遠隔操作システム
 本開示は、作業機械の制御システム、作業機械、作業機械の制御方法、及び作業機械の遠隔操作システムに関する。
 作業機械に係る技術分野において、特許文献1に開示されているような、掘削から排土までの一連の動作が自動制御される作業機械が知られている。また、旋回駐車ブレーキを作動するために操作される旋回ロックスイッチを備える作業機械が知られている。

 旋回ロックスイッチが操作された状態で作業機械の自動制御が開始されると、旋回体が旋回しない状態で作業機が動作する状況が発生する可能性がある。その結果、旋回体が旋回リリーフしながら旋回しない状態が続くこと等に起因して、作業機械の作業効率が低下する可能性がある。また、ロックレバー設定ミス、GNSS不良、各制御目標点のティーチング未設定などが起きた場合も、作業復帰に要する時間がかかり、作業効率が低下する可能性がある。
 本開示は、作業効率の低下を抑制することを目的とする。
 本開示に従えば、旋回体と、旋回体に取り付けられる作業機と、旋回体の旋回を停止可能な旋回駐車ブレーキと、旋回駐車ブレーキを作動させるために操作される旋回ロック入力装置と、旋回体及び作業機を自動制御する自動制御指令を出力する自動制御指令部と、旋回ロック入力装置の操作状態に基づいて、自動制御の可否を判定する自動許可部と、を備える、作業機械の制御システムが提供される。
 本開示によれば、作業効率の低下が抑制される。

 以下、本開示に係る実施形態について図面を参照しながら説明するが、本開示は実施形態に限定されない。以下で説明する実施形態の構成要素は適宜組み合わせることができる。また、一部の構成要素を用いない場合もある。
[作業機械]
 図1は、実施形態に係る作業機械1を示す斜視図である。図2は、実施形態に係る作業機械1を示す模式図である。図3は、実施形態に係る作業機械1の運転室2を示す図である。
 作業機械1は、作業現場において稼働する。実施形態において、作業機械1は、油圧ショベルである。以下の説明において、作業機械1を適宜、油圧ショベル1、と称する。
 油圧ショベル1は、走行体3と、旋回体4と、作業機5と、油圧シリンダ6と、操作装置7と、車載モニタ8と、入力装置9と、ロックレバー10と、位置センサ11と、慣性センサ12と、姿勢センサ13と、制御装置14とを備える。
 図2に示すように、作業現場に3次元の現場座標系(Xg,Yg,Zg)が規定される。旋回体4に3次元の車体座標系(Xm,Ym,Zm)が規定される。
 現場座標系は、作業現場に規定された現場基準点Ogから南北に伸びるXg軸、現場基準点Ogから東西に伸びるYg軸、及び現場基準点Ogから上下に伸びるZg軸により構成される。実施形態において、現場座標系は、グローバル座標系である。
 車体座標系は、旋回体4に規定された代表点Omから旋回体4の前後方向に伸びるXm軸、代表点Omから旋回体4の左右方向に伸びるYm軸、及び代表点Omから旋回体4の上下方向に伸びるZm軸により構成される。旋回体4の代表点Omを基準として、+Xm方向は旋回体4の前方であり、-Xm方向は旋回体4の後方であり、+Ym方向は旋回体4の左方であり、-Ym方向は旋回体4の右方であり、+Zm方向は旋回体4の上方であり、-Zm方向は旋回体4の下方である。
 走行体3は、旋回体4を支持した状態で走行する。走行体3は、一対の履帯3Aを有する。履帯3Aの回転により、走行体3は、走行動作する。走行体3の走行動作は、前進動作及び後進動作を含む。油圧ショベル1は、走行体3により作業現場を移動することができる。
 旋回体4は、走行体3に支持される。旋回体4は、走行体3よりも上方に配置される。旋回体4は、走行体3に支持された状態で旋回軸RXを中心に旋回動作する。旋回軸RXは、Zm軸に平行である。旋回体4の旋回動作は、左旋回動作及び右旋回動作を含む。運転室2は、旋回体4に設けられる。
 作業機5は、旋回体4に取り付けられる。作業機5は、作業を実施する。実施形態において、作業機5により実施される作業は、掘削対象16を掘削する掘削作業及び掘削物を排土対象17に排出する排土作業を含む。作業機5により実施される作業は、掘削作業後に掘削物を排土対象17まで移動させる積込作業、及び排土作業後に掘削対象16に向かって移動する戻り作業を含む。
 作業機5は、ブーム5Aと、アーム5Bと、作業具としてのバケット5Cとを含む。ブーム5Aの基端部は、旋回体4の前部に動作可能に連結される。アーム5Bの基端部は、ブーム5Aの先端部に動作可能に連結される。バケット5Cの基端部は、アーム5Bの先端部に動作可能に連結される。なお、作業具の他の例として、クラムバケット、チルトバケット、チルトローテートバケット、及びグラップル等が挙げられる。
 油圧シリンダ6は、作業機5を動作させる。油圧シリンダ6は、ブームシリンダ6Aと、アームシリンダ6Bと、バケットシリンダ6Cとを含む。ブームシリンダ6Aは、ブーム5Aを上げ動作及び下げ動作させる。アームシリンダ6Bは、アーム5Bを掘削動作及びダンプ動作させる。バケットシリンダ6Cは、バケット5Cを掘削動作及びダンプ動作させる。ブームシリンダ6Aの基端部は、旋回体4に連結される。ブームシリンダ6Aの先端部は、ブーム5Aに連結される。アームシリンダ6Bの基端部は、ブーム5Aに連結される。アームシリンダ6Bの先端部は、アーム5Bに連結される。バケットシリンダ6Cの基端部は、アーム5Bに連結される。バケットシリンダ6Cの先端部は、バケット5Cに連結される。
 図3に示すように、操作装置7は、運転室2に配置される。操作装置7は、走行体3、旋回体4、及び作業機5の少なくとも一つを動作させるために操作される。操作装置7は、運転室2に搭乗したオペレータに操作される。オペレータは、運転室2に配置された運転シート15に着座した状態で、操作装置7を操作することができる。
 操作装置7は、左操作レバー7A及び右操作レバー7Bと、左走行レバー7C及び右走行レバー7Dと、左フットペダル7E及び右フットペダル7Fとを含む。
 左操作レバー7Aは、旋回体4を旋回させるために操作される。また、左操作レバー7Aは、作業機5を動作させるために操作される。右操作レバー7Bは、作業機5を動作させるために操作される。左操作レバー7Aが左右方向に操作されることにより、旋回体4が左旋回動作又は右旋回操作する。左操作レバー7Aが前後方向に操作されることにより、アーム5Bがダンプ動作又は掘削動作する。右操作レバー7Bが左右方向に操作されることにより、バケット5Cが掘削動作又はダンプ動作する。右操作レバー7Bが前後方向に操作されることにより、ブーム5Aが下げ動作又は上げ動作する。なお、左操作レバー7Aが前後方向に操作されたときに旋回体4が右旋回動作又は左旋回動作し、左操作レバー7Aが左右方向に操作されたときにアーム5Bがダンプ動作又は掘削動作してもよい。右操作レバー7Bが左右方向又は前後方向に操作されたときに、旋回体4が左旋回動作又は右旋回動作してもよい。
 左走行レバー7C及び右走行レバー7Dは、走行体3を動作させるために操作される。左走行レバー7Cが前後方向に操作されることにより、走行体3の左側の履帯3Aが前進動作又は後進動作する。右走行レバー7Dが前後方向に操作されることにより、走行体3の右側の履帯3Aが前進動作又は後進動作する。
 左フットペダル7Eは、左走行レバー7Cと連動する。右フットペダル7Fは、右走行レバー7D連動する。左フットペダル7E及び右フットペダル7Fが操作されることにより、走行体3が前進動作又は後進動作されてもよい。
 車載モニタ8は、運転室2に配置される。車載モニタ8は、運転シート15の右前方に配置される。車載モニタ8は、表示装置8Aと、入力装置8Bとを有する。表示装置8Aは、規定の表示データを表示する。表示装置8Aとして、液晶ディスプレイ(LCD:Liquid Crystal Display)又は有機ELディスプレイ(OELD:Organic Electroluminescence Display)のようなフラットパネルディスプレイが例示される。入力装置8Bは、オペレータに操作されることにより入力データを生成する。入力装置8Bとして、ボタンスイッチ、コンピュータ用キーボード、及びタッチパネルが例示される。なお、表示装置8Aと入力装置8Bとは別体でもよい。
 入力装置9は、運転室2に配置される。入力装置9は、所定の入力信号を生成するために操作される。入力装置9は、運転室2に搭乗したオペレータに操作される。オペレータは、運転室2に配置された運転シート15に着座した状態で、入力装置9を操作することができる。
 入力装置9は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aと、自動許可スイッチ9Bと、ティーチングスイッチ9Cと、自動開始スイッチ9Dとを含む。旋回ロックスイッチ9A及び自動許可スイッチ9Bのそれぞれは、運転シート15の右方に配置される。ティーチングスイッチ9C及び自動開始スイッチ9Dのそれぞれは、左操作レバー7Aに配置される。
 油圧ショベル1は、旋回体4の旋回を機械的な制動力によって停止可能な旋回駐車ブレーキ28(図7参照)を備える。旋回駐車ブレーキ28は、油圧式のネガティブブレーキであり、ソレノイドバルブ27からの圧油が導入されることによってブレーキが解除される。旋回ロックスイッチ9Aは、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を作動状態又は解放状態にするためにオペレータに操作される。制御装置14は、旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動状態になるように旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されたことを示す入力信号、及び旋回駐車ブレーキ28が解放状態になるように旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されたことを示す入力信号の一方又は両方を受信する。
 例えば、旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動状態になるように旋回ロックスイッチ9Aがオペレータによって操作されると、旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動し、旋回体4の旋回が停止する。旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動しているとき、旋回体4が旋回動作するように左操作レバー7Aが操作されても、旋回体4は旋回しない。例えば手動モードにおいて旋回体4を旋回させない状態で作業機5を動作させる場合、オペレータは、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aを操作する。旋回体4を旋回させない場合、旋回体4を旋回させるための左操作レバー7Aが中立状態になる可能性が高い。油圧ショベル1が例えば傾斜面において作業する場合、左操作レバー7Aが中立状態であると、旋回体4の自重により旋回体4が旋回してしまう可能性がある。旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの操作により旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動することにより、左操作レバー7Aが中立状態でも、旋回体4が旋回してしまうことが抑制される。
 なお、旋回体4を旋回させるための左操作レバー7Aが中立状態とは、左操作レバー7Aが所定方向に操作されることにより旋回体4が旋回動作する場合、少なくとも所定方向において左操作レバー7Aが中立状態であることを意味する。例えば、左操作レバー7Aが左右方向に操作されることにより旋回体4が旋回動作する場合、左操作レバー7Aが中立状態とは、少なくとも左操作レバー7Aが左右方向において中立状態であることを意味する。左操作レバー7Aが前後方向に操作されることにより旋回体4が旋回動作する場合、左操作レバー7Aが中立状態とは、少なくとも前後方向において左操作レバー7Aが中立状態であることを意味する。
 自動許可スイッチ9Bは、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御を許可するために操作される。ティーチングスイッチ9Cは、自動制御におけるバケット5Cの目標位置を設定するために操作される。バケット5Cの目標位置は、後述する掘削目標位置16R、排土目標位置17R、及び中間目標位置18Rを含む。自動開始スイッチ9Dは、自動制御を開始するために操作される。
 ロックレバー10は、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれを動作不可能にするために操作される。ロックレバー10は、運転室2に設けられる。ロックレバー10は、運転室2に設けられている出入口と運転シート15とを結ぶ搭乗通路に配置される。ロックレバー10は、運転室2の床面に回転可能に支持される。ロックレバー10は、ロック位置とフリー位置との間を移動するように操作される。制御装置14は、ロックレバー10がロック位置に操作されたことを示す操作信号、及びロックレバー10がフリー位置に操作されたことを示す操作信号の一方又は両方を受信する。
 ロックレバー10がロック位置に操作された場合、油圧ポンプ等を含む油圧回路の流路が遮断され、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれが動作不可能になるロック状態となる。また、ロックレバー10がロック位置に操作された場合、搭乗通路が開放される。搭乗通路が開放されることにより、オペレータは、搭乗通路を通過することができる。ロックレバー10がフリー位置に操作された場合、油圧ポンプ等を含む油圧回路の流路が連通され、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれが操作装置7によって自在に動作することができるフリー状態となる。また、ロックレバー10がフリー位置に操作された場合、搭乗通路が閉鎖される。搭乗通路が閉鎖されることにより、オペレータは、搭乗通路を通過することが困難になる。
 運転室2の外部に存在するオペレータは、開放された搭乗通路を通過した後、運転シート15に着座することができる。オペレータは、運転シート15に着座した後、ロックレバー10をフリー位置に操作する。ロックレバー10がフリー位置に操作されることにより、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれがフリー状態になる。オペレータは、操作装置7を操作して作業を実施することができる。
 運転シート15に着座しているオペレータは、運転室2から退去するとき、搭乗通路が開放されるようにロックレバー10をロック位置に操作する。オペレータは、開放された搭乗通路を通過して運転室2から退去することができる。ロックレバー10がロック位置に操作されることにより、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれがロック状態になる。旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれがロック状態になるので、オペレータが運転室2に存在しないときに、旋回体4及び作業機5が動いてしまうことが抑制される。
 位置センサ11は、現場座標系における位置を検出する。位置センサ11は、全球測位衛星システム(GNSS:Global Navigation Satellite System)を利用して現場座標系における位置を検出する。全地球航法衛星システムは、全地球測位システム(GPS:Global Positioning System)を含む。全地球航法衛星システムは、緯度、経度、及び高度の座標データで規定される位置を検出する。位置センサ11は、GNSS衛星からGNSS電波を受信するGNSS受信機を含む。位置センサ11は、旋回体4に配置される。
 位置センサ11は、第1位置センサ11Aと、第2位置センサ11Bとを含む。第1位置センサ11Aと第2位置センサ11Bとは、旋回体4の異なる位置に配置される。実施形態において、第1位置センサ11Aと第2位置センサ11Bとは、旋回体4において左右方向に間隔をあけて配置される。第1位置センサ11Aは、第1位置センサ11Aが配置されている位置を示す第1測位位置を検出する。第2位置センサ11Bは、第2位置センサ11Bが配置されている位置を示す第2測位位置を検出する。第1位置センサ11Aの検出データと第2位置センサ11Bの検出データとに基づいて、旋回体4の方位が算出される。
 慣性センサ12は、旋回体4の加速度及び角速度を検出する。慣性センサ12は、慣性計測装置(IMU:Inertial Measurement Unit)を含む。慣性センサ12は、旋回体4に配置される。慣性センサ12は、旋回体4の旋回速度を検出することができる。
 姿勢センサ13は、作業機5の姿勢を検出する。作業機5の姿勢は、作業機5の角度を含む。姿勢センサ13は、作業機5に設けられる。姿勢センサ13は、ブーム5Aの姿勢を検出するブーム姿勢センサ13Aと、アーム5Bの姿勢を検出するアーム姿勢センサ13Bと、バケット5Cの姿勢を検出するバケット姿勢センサ13Cとを含む。ブーム姿勢センサ13Aは、例えば旋回軸RXに対するブーム5Aの角度を検出する。アーム姿勢センサ13Bは、ブーム5Aに対するアーム5Bの角度を検出する。バケット姿勢センサ13Cは、アーム5Bに対するバケット5Cの角度を検出する。姿勢センサ13として、ポテンショメータが例示される。なお、姿勢センサ13は、油圧シリンダ6(ブームシリンダ6A、アームシリンダ6B、バケットシリンダ6C)のストロークを検出するストロークセンサでもよい。また、ブーム5A、アーム5B、及びバケット5CのそれぞれにIMUが取り付けられる場合、IMUがブーム5A、アーム5B、及びバケット5Cのそれぞれの角度を検出してもよい。
[作業機械の動作]
 図4及び図5のそれぞれは、実施形態に係る油圧ショベル1の動作を説明するための図である。実施形態において、油圧ショベル1は、掘削動作と、ホイスト旋回動作と、排土動作と、ダウン旋回動作とを繰り返す。掘削動作とは、旋回体4の前面が掘削対象16に正対した状態で、バケット5Cで掘削対象16を掘削する動作をいう。ホイスト旋回動作とは、作業機5を上げる動作と旋回体4を旋回させる動作とがともに行われる動作をいう。ホイスト旋回動作は、ブーム5Aの上げ動作と旋回体4の旋回動作とがともに行われる動作を含む。例えば、ホイスト旋回動作とは、バケット5Cで掘削対象16を掘削した後、旋回体4の前面が排土対象17に正対し、掘削物を保持したバケット5Cが排土対象17の上方に配置されるように、作業機5を動作させ、旋回体4を旋回させる動作をいう。排土動作とは、旋回体4の前面が排土対象17に正対した状態で、バケット5Cに保持されている掘削物を排土対象17に排出する動作をいう。ダウン旋回動作とは、作業機5を下げる動作と旋回体4を旋回させる動作とがともに行われる動作をいう。ダウン旋回動作は、ブーム5Aの下げ動作と旋回体4の旋回動作とがともに行われる動作を含む。例えば、ダウン旋回動作とは、バケット5Cから排土対象17に掘削物を排出した後、旋回体4の前面が掘削対象16に正対し、バケット5Cが掘削対象16に配置されるように、作業機5を動作させ、旋回体4を旋回させる動作をいう。排土対象17として、ダンプトラックのベッセルが例示される。なお、排土対象17の他の例として、ホッパ、自走式土質改良機、及びベルトコンベア等が挙げられる。
 ホイスト旋回動作及びダウン旋回動作は、作業機5の動作と旋回体4の動作を含む複合動作の一例である。複合動作における作業機5の動作は、ブーム5Aの動作を含む。複合動作におけるブーム5Aの動作は、ブーム5Aの上げ動作又はブーム5Aの下げ動作を含む。ホイスト旋回動作において旋回体4が左旋回する場合、ダウン旋回動作において旋回体4は右旋回する。ホイスト旋回動作において旋回体4が右旋回する場合、ダウン旋回動作において旋回体4は左旋回する。すなわち、ホイスト旋回動作における旋回体4の旋回方向とダウン旋回動作における旋回体4の旋回方向とは異なる。なお、ホイスト旋回動作における旋回体4の旋回方向とダウン旋回動作における旋回体4の旋回方向とは同じでもよい。
 旋回体4及び作業機5の動作モードは、手動モードと自動モードとを含む。旋回体4及び作業機5の動作モードは、手動モードと自動モードとに切り換えられる。手動モードとは、オペレータによる操作装置7の操作に基づいて旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれが動作する動作モードをいう。すなわち、手動モードは、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれが手動操作される動作モードである。自動モードとは、操作装置7の操作に基づかずに、制御装置14から出力される自動制御指令に基づいて旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれが動作する動作モードをいう。すなわち、自動モードは、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれが自動制御される動作モードである。なお、自動モードは、制御装置14から出力される自動制御指令に基づいて旋回体4及び作業機5のいずれか一方が動作する動作モードでもよい。
 掘削作業の一例である掘削動作の動作モードは、手動モードである。掘削動作において、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれは、手動操作される。
 積込作業の一例であるホイスト旋回動作の動作モードは、自動モードである。ホイスト旋回動作において、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれは、自動制御される。掘削動作が終了した後、自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作されることにより、手動モードから自動モードに遷移する。掘削動作が終了し、自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作されると、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御が開始される。ホイスト旋回動作においては、バケット5Cが排土対象17に設定された排土目標位置17Rに配置されるように、旋回体4が自動的に旋回し作業機5が自動的に動作する。ホイスト旋回動作においては、バケット5Cに保持された掘削物がバケット5Cからこぼれないように、ブーム5Aが上げ動作される。バケット5Cが排土目標位置17Rに到達すると、自動モードから手動モードに遷移する。すなわち、バケット5Cが排土目標位置17Rに到達すると、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御が解除される。なお、ホイスト旋回動作において、操作装置7がオペレータにより操作されることによっても、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御が解除されてもよい。
 排土作業の一例である排土動作の動作モードは、手動モードである。排土動作において、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれは、手動操作される。バケット5Cが排土目標位置17Rに到達して、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御が解除された後、オペレータは、操作装置7を操作して、バケット5Cを含む作業機5による排土動作を実施することができる。
 戻り作業の一例であるダウン旋回動作の動作モードは、自動モードである。ダウン旋回動作において、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれは、自動制御される。排土動作が終了した後、自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作されることにより、手動モードから自動モードに遷移する。排土動作が終了し、自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作されると、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御が開始される。ダウン旋回動作においては、バケット5Cが掘削対象16に設定された掘削目標位置16Rに配置されるように、旋回体4が自動的に旋回し作業機5が自動的に動作する。ダウン旋回動作においては、ブーム5Aが下げ動作される。バケット5Cが掘削目標位置16Rに到達すると、自動モードから手動モードに遷移する。すなわち、バケット5Cが掘削目標位置16Rに到達すると、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御が解除される。なお、ダウン旋回動作において、操作装置7がオペレータにより操作されることによっても、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御が解除される。
 バケット5Cが掘削目標位置16Rに到達して、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御が解除された後、オペレータは、操作装置7を操作して、掘削動作を実施することができる。
[ティーチング処理]
 図6は、実施形態に係る掘削目標位置16R及び排土目標位置17Rを設定するティーチング処理を説明するための図である。掘削目標位置16R及び排土目標位置17Rは、ティーチング処理により設定される。
 掘削目標位置16Rを設定する場合、オペレータは、操作装置7を操作して、掘削対象16の任意の位置にバケット5Cを配置した後、ティーチングスイッチ9Cを操作する。制御装置14は、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作された時点のバケット5Cの位置を掘削目標位置16Rとして記憶する。バケット5Cの位置は、旋回体4の方位及び作業機5の姿勢に基づいて規定される。実施形態において、制御装置14は、掘削目標位置16Rに係る位置データとして、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作された時点の旋回体4の方位及び作業機5の姿勢を記憶する。旋回体4の方位は、第1位置センサ11Aの検出データと第2位置センサ11Bの検出データとに基づいて算出される。作業機5の姿勢は、姿勢センサ13により検出される。制御装置14は、掘削目標位置16Rに係る位置データとして、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作された時点の位置センサ11(11A,11B)の検出データ及び姿勢センサ13(13A,13B,13C)の検出データを記憶する。
 排土目標位置17Rを設定する場合、オペレータは、操作装置7を操作して、排土対象17の上方の位置にバケット5Cを配置した後、ティーチングスイッチ9Cを操作する。制御装置14は、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作された時点のバケット5Cの位置を排土目標位置17Rとして記憶する。制御装置14は、排土目標位置17Rに係る位置データとして、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作された時点の旋回体4の方位及び作業機5の姿勢を記憶する。制御装置14は、排土目標位置17Rに係る位置データとして、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作された時点の位置センサ11(11A,11B)の検出データ及び姿勢センサ13(13A,13B,13C)の検出データを記憶する。
 実施形態においては、掘削目標位置16R及び排土目標位置17Rに加えて、中間目標位置18Rが設定される。中間目標位置18Rは、掘削目標位置16Rと排土目標位置17Rとの間に設定される。中間目標位置18Rは、排土対象17から離れた位置に設定される。中間目標位置18Rは、バケット5Cが排土対象17に接触しない位置に設定される。中間目標位置18Rを設定する場合、オペレータは、操作装置7を操作して、掘削目標位置16Rと排土目標位置17Rとの間の排土対象17に接触しない位置にバケット5Cを配置した後、ティーチングスイッチ9Cを操作する。制御装置14は、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作された時点のバケット5Cの位置を中間目標位置18Rとして記憶する。制御装置14は、中間目標位置18Rに係る位置データとして、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作された時点の旋回体4の方位及び作業機5の姿勢を記憶する。制御装置14は、中間目標位置18Rに係る位置データとして、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作された時点の位置センサ11(11A,11B)の検出データ及び姿勢センサ13(13A,13B,13C)の検出データを記憶する。
 掘削目標位置16R、中間目標位置18R、及び排土目標位置17Rのそれぞれが設定された後、制御装置14は、掘削目標位置16Rと中間目標位置18Rとを結ぶ第1経路19Aと、中間目標位置18Rと排土目標位置17Rとを結ぶ第2経路19Bとを設定する。制御装置14は、旋回体4の旋回においてバケット5Cが第1経路19A及び第2経路19Bを通るように、作業機5の姿勢を制御する。実施形態において、制御装置14は、第1経路19Aにおいて作業機5が動作し、第2経路19Bにおいて作業機5が動作しないように、油圧シリンダ6を制御する。
[制御システム]
 図7は、実施形態に係る作業機械1の制御システム50を示すブロック図である。油圧ショベル1は、制御システム50を備える。制御システム50は、操作装置7と、入力装置9と、ロックレバー10と、位置センサ11と、慣性センサ12と、姿勢センサ13と、制御装置14とを有する。制御装置14は、油圧ショベル1を制御する。制御装置14は、コンピュータシステムを含む。操作装置7、入力装置9、ロックレバー10、位置センサ11、慣性センサ12、及び姿勢センサ13のそれぞれは、制御装置14に接続される。
 左操作レバー7A及び右操作レバー7Bを含む操作装置7は、オペレータに操作されることにより、操作信号を生成する。操作装置7において生成された操作信号は、制御装置14に入力される。
 旋回ロックスイッチ9A、自動許可スイッチ9B、ティーチングスイッチ9C、及び自動開始スイッチ9Dを含む入力装置9は、オペレータに操作されることにより、入力信号を生成する。入力装置9において生成された入力信号は、制御装置14に入力される。旋回ロックスイッチ9Aは、制御装置14とソレノイドバルブ27との間に配置される。上述のように、制御装置14は、旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動状態になるように旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されたことを示す入力信号、及び旋回駐車ブレーキ28が解放状態になるように旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されたことを示す入力信号の一方又は両方を受信する。
 ロックレバー10は、オペレータに操作されることにより、操作信号を生成する。ロックレバー10において生成された操作信号は、制御装置14に入力される。上述のように、制御装置14は、ロックレバー10がロック位置に操作されたことを示す操作信号、及びロックレバー10がフリー位置に操作されたことを示す操作信号の一方又は両方を受信する。
 第1位置センサ11A及び第2位置センサ11Bを含む位置センサ11の検出データは、制御装置14に入力される。慣性センサ12の検出データは、制御装置14に入力される。ブーム姿勢センサ13A、アーム姿勢センサ13B、及びバケット姿勢センサ13Cを含む姿勢センサ13の検出データは、制御装置14に入力される。
 また、制御システム50は、EPCバルブ20と、メインバルブ21と、エンジン22と、油圧ポンプ23と、油圧シリンダ6と、旋回モータ24と、旋回駐車ブレーキ28とを有する。
 旋回モータ24は、油圧モータである。旋回モータ24は、旋回体4を旋回させるための動力を発生する。ブームシリンダ6A、アームシリンダ6B、及びバケットシリンダ6Cを含む油圧シリンダ6は、作業機5を動作させるための動力を発生する。エンジン22は、油圧ショベル1の動力源である。油圧ポンプ23は、エンジン22により駆動される。油圧ポンプ23は、油圧シリンダ6及び旋回モータ24のそれぞれを作動させるための作動油を吐出する。メインバルブ21は、油圧ポンプ23に接続される。油圧ポンプ23は、メインバルブ21を介して油圧シリンダ6及び旋回モータ24のそれぞれに作動油を供給する。メインバルブ21は、スプールを有する。メインバルブ21のスプールが移動することにより、油圧ポンプ23から油圧シリンダ6に供給される作動油の方向及び流量が調整される。メインバルブ21は、例えばブームシリンダ6Aに供給される作動油の方向を調整することにより、ブームシリンダ6Aを伸ばしたり縮めたりすることができる。メインバルブ21は、ブームシリンダ6Aに供給される作動油の流量を調整することにより、ブームシリンダ6Aの作動速度を調整することができる。アームシリンダ6B及びバケットシリンダ6Cについても同様である。メインバルブ21のスプールが移動することにより、油圧ポンプ23から旋回モータ24に供給される作動油の方向及び流量が調整される。メインバルブ21は、旋回モータ24に供給される作動油の方向を調整することにより、旋回体4が左旋回動作又は右旋回動作するように旋回モータ24の回転方向を調整することができる。メインバルブ21は、旋回モータ24に供給される作動油の流量を調整することにより、旋回モータ24の回転速度を調整することができる。EPCバルブ20は、メインバルブ21のスプールを移動させるためのパイロット圧をメインバルブ21に与える。EPCバルブ20は、制御装置14からの制御指令に基づいて、パイロット圧を調整する。
 旋回駐車ブレーキ28は、旋回体4の旋回を停止可能である。旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動することにより、旋回駐車ブレーキ28の機械的な制動力が発生し、旋回体4の旋回が停止される。旋回駐車ブレーキ28の作動が解除されることにより、旋回駐車ブレーキ28の制動力が解放され、旋回体4が旋回可能になる。旋回駐車ブレーキ28は、ネガティブディスクブレーキを含む。旋回駐車ブレーキ28は、一対のブレーキディスク25と、ブレーキシリンダ26と、ソレノイドバルブ27とを含む。ソレノイドバルブ27が駆動して、ブレーキシリンダ26が縮むことにより、一対のブレーキディスク25が相互に離隔して、旋回駐車ブレーキ28の作動が解除される。ソレノイドバルブ27の駆動が停止されると、ブレーキシリンダ26に設けられているスプリングの弾性力によりブレーキシリンダ26が伸びる。ブレーキシリンダ26が伸びることにより、一対のブレーキディスク25が相互に接触して、旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動する。
 制御装置14は、位置算出部141と、ティーチング部142と、目標位置記憶部143と、自動許可部144と、モード判定部145と、手動制御指令部146と、自動制御指令部147と、制御指令切換部148と、動作制御部149と、ブレーキ制御部150とを有する。
 位置算出部141は、位置センサ11の検出データと姿勢センサ13の検出データとに基づいて、バケット5Cの位置を算出する。位置算出部141は、第1位置センサ11Aの検出データと第2位置センサ11Bの検出データとに基づいて、旋回体4の方位を算出する。位置算出部141は、姿勢センサ13の検出データと作業機5の寸法データとに基づいて、旋回体4に対するバケット5Cの位置を算出する。作業機5の寸法データは、ブーム5Aの長さ、アーム5Bの長さ、及びバケット5Cの長さを含む。作業機5の寸法データは、既知データである。位置算出部141は、旋回体4の方位と旋回体4に対するバケット5Cの位置とに基づいて、例えば車体座標系におけるバケット5Cの位置を算出することができる。
 ティーチング部142は、ティーチングスイッチ9Cからの入力信号を受信した時点におけるバケット5Cの位置に基づいて、掘削目標位置16R、排土目標位置17R、及び中間目標位置18Rのそれぞれの位置を算出する。図6を参照して説明したように、ティーチング処理において、掘削目標位置16R、排土目標位置17R、及び中間目標位置18Rのそれぞれが設定される。掘削目標位置16Rを設定する場合、操作装置7の操作により掘削対象16の任意の位置にバケット5Cが配置された後、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作される。ティーチング部142は、ティーチングスイッチ9Cからの入力信号を受信した時点のバケット5Cの位置を掘削目標位置16Rとして算出する。排土目標位置17Rを設定する場合、操作装置7の操作により排土対象17の上方の位置にバケット5Cが配置された後、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作される。ティーチング部142は、ティーチングスイッチ9Cからの入力信号を受信した時点のバケット5Cの位置を排土目標位置17Rとして算出する。中間目標位置18Rを設定する場合、操作装置7の操作により排土対象17に接触しない位置にバケット5Cが配置された後、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作される。ティーチング部142は、ティーチングスイッチ9Cからの入力信号を受信した時点のバケット5Cの位置を中間目標位置18Rとして算出する。ティーチング部142により、掘削目標位置16Rが掘削対象16に設定され、排土目標位置17Rが排土対象17に設定され、中間目標位置18Rが掘削目標位置16Rと排土目標位置17Rとの間に設定される。また、ティーチング部142は、第1経路19A及び第2経路19Bを設定する。
 なお、掘削目標位置16R、排土目標位置17R、及び中間目標位置18Rのそれぞれを設定する場合、設定を促すガイダンスが運転室2に出力されてもよい。オペレータは、ガイダンスに基づいて、入力装置8Bを操作することにより、掘削目標位置16R、排土目標位置17R、及び中間目標位置18Rのそれぞれを設定してもよい。設定を促すガイダンスは、表示装置8Aに表示されてもよい。音を出力する音声出力装置が運転室2に配置される場合、設定を促すガイダンスは、音声出力装置から出力されてもよい。
 目標位置記憶部143は、掘削対象16に設定された掘削目標位置16R、排土対象17に設定された排土目標位置17R、及び掘削目標位置16Rと排土目標位置17Rとの間に設定された中間目標位置18Rのそれぞれを記憶する。また、目標位置記憶部143は、第1経路19A及び第2経路19Bを記憶する。
 自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの操作状態に基づいて、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御の可否を判定する。自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されている状態の場合、自動制御を不許可とする。すなわち、自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9AがON状態で旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動状態である場合、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aからの入力信号に基づいて、自動制御を不許可とする。自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されていない状態の場合、自動制御を許可する。すなわち、自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9AがOFF状態で旋回駐車ブレーキ28が解放状態である場合、自動制御を許可する。
 モード判定部145は、予め定められている遷移条件に基づいて、旋回体4及び作業機5の動作モードを判定する。
 手動制御指令部146は、左操作レバー7A及び右操作レバー7Bの少なくとも一方からの操作信号に基づいて、旋回体4及び作業機5の少なくとも一方を動作させるための手動制御指令を生成する。手動モードにおいて、手動制御指令部146は、手動制御指令を制御指令切換部148に出力する。
 自動制御指令部147は、旋回体4及び作業機5を自動制御する自動制御指令を生成する。自動モードにおいて、自動制御指令部147は、自動制御指令を制御指令切換部148に出力する。
 制御指令切換部148には、手動制御指令部146からの手動制御指令と自動制御指令部147からの自動制御指令とが入力される。制御指令切換部148は、ブレーキ制御部150に、手動制御指令及び自動制御指令の一方を出力する。制御指令切換部148は、動作制御部149に、手動制御指令及び自動制御指令の一方を出力する。手動モードにおいて、制御指令切換部148から手動制御指令が出力される。自動モードにおいて、制御指令切換部148から自動制御指令が出力される。
 ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を制御する。ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回体4を旋回させるために操作される左操作レバー7Aの操作状態、又は自動制御指令部147からの自動制御指令の出力状態に基づいて、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を制御する。なお、ブレーキ制御部150は、作業機5を動作させるために操作される操作レバー(7A,7B)の操作状態に基づいて、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を制御してもよい。例えば、ブレーキ制御部150は、作業機5を操作する操作レバー(7A,7B)が操作された場合、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を解放する。
 自動制御指令が出力されない手動モードにおいて、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作された場合、ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aからの入力信号に基づいて、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を作動させる。
 また、自動制御指令が出力されない手動モードにおいて、旋回体4を旋回させるために操作される左操作レバー7Aの操作状態が予め定められているブレーキ作動条件を満たした場合に、ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を作動させる。手動モードにおいて、手動制御指令部146は、左操作レバー7Aからの操作信号に基づいて、左操作レバー7Aの操作状態がブレーキ作動条件を満たすことを示す手動制御指令を制御指令切換部148に出力する。制御指令切換部148は、手動モードにおいて、左操作レバー7Aの操作状態がブレーキ作動条件を満たすことを示す手動制御指令をブレーキ制御部150に出力する。ブレーキ作動条件は、旋回体4を旋回させるために操作される左操作レバー7Aの中立状態が予め設定される所定時間を経過することを含む。左操作レバー7Aの中立状態とは、左操作レバー7Aから旋回体4を旋回させるための操作信号が出力されていない状態をいう。なお、左操作レバー7Aの中立状態は、左操作レバー7Aから旋回体4を旋回させないための操作信号が出力されている状態でもよい。左操作レバー7Aが左右方向に操作されることにより旋回体4が旋回する場合、左操作レバー7Aの中立状態とは、左右方向において左操作レバー7Aが中央位置に配置されている状態をいう。実施形態において、所定時間は、例えば5秒である。手動モードにおいて、左操作レバー7Aの中立状態が5秒を経過した場合、ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を作動させる。
 自動制御指令が出力される自動モードにおいて、ブレーキ制御部150は、左操作レバー7Aの操作状態に基づかずに、自動制御指令部147から出力された自動制御指令に基づいて、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を制御する。制御指令切換部148は、自動モードにおいて、自動制御指令部147からの自動制御指令をブレーキ制御部150に出力する。自動モードにおいては、オペレータは、左操作レバー7A及び右操作レバー7Bのそれぞれを動かさなかったり、左操作レバー7A及び右操作レバー7Bのそれぞれから手を離したりする可能性が高い。すなわち、自動モードにおいては、左操作レバー7Aが中立状態に維持されている可能性が高い。自動モードにおいて、左操作レバー7Aの中立状態が5秒を経過すると、旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動してしまうこととなる。実施形態においては、手動モードにおいて左操作レバー7Aの中立状態が5秒を経過した場合に旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動するものの、自動モードにおいて左操作レバー7Aの中立状態が5秒を経過しても旋回駐車ブレーキ28は作動しない。
 動作制御部149は、旋回体4及び作業機5を制御する。手動モードにおいて、手動制御指令部146は、左操作レバー7A及び右操作レバー7Bの少なくとも一方からの操作信号に基づいて手動制御指令を生成する。制御指令切換部148は、手動制御指令部146において生成された手動制御指令を動作制御部149に出力する。自動モードにおいて、自動制御指令部147は、自動制御指令を生成する。制御指令切換部148は、自動制御指令部147において生成された自動制御指令を動作制御部149に出力する。動作制御部149は、手動モードにおいて、制御指令切換部148から供給された手動制御指令に基づいて、EPCバルブ20を駆動する。動作制御部149は、自動モードにおいて、制御指令切換部148から供給された自動制御指令に基づいて、EPCバルブ20を駆動する。動作制御部149は、EPCバルブ20を駆動するためのEPC電流をEPCバルブ20に供給する。EPCバルブ20は、動作制御部149から供給されたEPC電流に基づいて、メインバルブ21のスプールにパイロット圧を与える。
 ロックレバー10がロック位置に操作された場合、動作制御部149は、ロックレバー10からの操作信号に基づいて、EPCバルブ20に対する元圧をカットし、油圧ポンプから吐出される油を制御弁で遮断する。元圧がカットされることにより、メインバルブ21が動作不可能になる。メインバルブ21が動作不可能になることにより、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれが動作不可能になるロック状態となる。なお、制御弁の駆動は、他の制御装置等により制御されてもよい。
[自動制御の可否判定]
 図8は、実施形態に係る自動制御の可否判定及び動作モードの切り換えを説明するための図である。手動モードにおいて自動制御が不許可の状態で、第1遷移条件が満たされない場合、自動制御が不許可される。手動モードにおいて自動制御が不許可の状態で、第1遷移条件が満たされた場合、自動制御が許可される。第1遷移条件は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されていないことを含む。自動許可部144は、手動モードにおいて、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの操作により旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動している場合、自動制御を不許可する。自動許可部144は、手動モードにおいて、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの非操作により旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動していない場合、自動制御を許可する。
 なお、第1遷移条件は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されていないこと、及びロックレバー10がフリー位置に操作されたことを含んでもよい。すなわち、自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの操作状態及びロックレバー10の操作状態に基づいて、自動制御の可否を判定してもよい。例えば、自動許可部144は、手動モードにおいて、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの操作により旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動し、且つ、ロックレバー10のロック位置への移動により旋回体4及び作業機5がロック状態の場合、自動制御を不許可する。自動許可部144は、手動モードにおいて、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの非操作により旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動してなく、且つ、ロックレバー10のフリー位置への移動により旋回体4及び作業機5がフリー状態の場合、自動制御を許可する。
 なお、第1遷移条件は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されていないこと、ロックレバー10がフリー位置に操作されたこと、自動許可スイッチ9Bが操作されたこと、GNSSが使用可能であること、及び自動制御における目標位置(掘削目標位置16R、排土目標位置17R、中間目標位置18R)が設定済みであることを含んでもよい。なお、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されていないこと、ロックレバー10がフリー位置に操作されたこと、自動許可スイッチ9Bが操作されたこと、GNSSが使用可能であること、及び自動制御における目標位置(掘削目標位置16R、排土目標位置17R、中間目標位置18R)が設定済みであることの少なくとも一つを、第1遷移条件としてもよい。
 手動モードにおいて自動制御が許可の状態で、第2遷移条件が満たされた場合、自動制御が不許可される。第2遷移条件は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されたことを含む。第2遷移条件は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されたこと、又はロックレバー10がロック位置に操作されたことでもよい。第2遷移条件は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されたこと、ロックレバー10がロック位置に操作されたこと、自動許可スイッチ9Bが操作されていないこと、GNSSが使用不可能であること、及び自動制御における目標位置(掘削目標位置16R、排土目標位置17R、中間目標位置18R)が設定されていないことの少なくとも一つを含んでもよい。例えば電離層シンチレーション等により、GNSSが使用不可能になる可能性がある。
 自動制御指令部147は、手動モードにおいて自動制御が許可された状態で、自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作された場合、自動制御指令を出力する。すなわち、手動モードにおいて自動制御が許可された状態で、自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作された場合、手動モードから自動モードに遷移する。
 手動モードにおいて自動制御が許可された状態で、第3遷移条件が満たされた場合、ホイスト旋回動作が自動モードで開始される。第3遷移条件は、バケット5Cが掘削対象16の近傍に配置されているときに自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作されたことを含む。自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作されると、自動制御指令部147は、自動開始スイッチ9Dからの入力信号に基づいて、作業機5のバケット5Cが排土目標位置17Rに移動するように、自動制御指令を出力する。
 手動モードにおいて自動制御が許可された状態で、第4遷移条件が満たされた場合、ダウン旋回動作が自動モードで開始される。第4遷移条件は、バケット5Cが排土対象17の近傍に配置されているときに自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作されたことを含む。自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作されると、自動制御指令部147は、自動開始スイッチ9Dからの入力信号に基づいて、作業機5のバケット5Cが掘削目標位置16Rに移動するように、自動制御指令を出力する。
 自動モードでホイスト旋回動作が実施されている状態で、第5遷移条件が満たされた場合、自動モードから自動制御が許可された手動モードに遷移する。第5遷移条件は、作業機5のバケット5Cが排土目標位置17Rに到達したこと、及びホイスト旋回動作において操作装置7が操作されたことの少なくとも一方を含む。
 自動モードでダウン旋回動作が実施されている状態で、第6遷移条件が満たされた場合、自動モードから自動制御が許可された手動モードに遷移する。第6遷移条件は、作業機5のバケット5Cが掘削目標位置16Rに到達したこと、及びダウン旋回動作において操作装置7が操作されたことの少なくとも一方を含む。
 自動モードでホイスト旋回動作が実施されている状態で、第7遷移条件が満たされた場合、自動モードから自動制御が不許可された手動モードに遷移する。第7遷移条件は、GNSSが使用不可能であること等、第2遷移条件を満たしたことを含む。
 自動モードでダウン旋回動作が実施されている状態で、第8遷移条件が満たされた場合、自動モードから自動制御が不許可された手動モードに遷移する。第8遷移条件は、GNSSが使用不可能であること等、第2遷移条件を満たしたことを含む。
 モード判定部145は、第1遷移条件から第8遷移条件のそれぞれに基づいて、旋回体4及び作業機5の動作モードを判定することができる。
[作業機械の制御方法]
 図9は、実施形態に係る油圧ショベル1の制御方法を示すフローチャートである。手動モードにおいて、自動許可部144は、図8を参照して説明した第1遷移条件を満たすか否かを判定する。実施形態において、自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの操作状態に基づいて、自動制御の可否を判定する(ステップS1)。
 自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されていない場合、自動制御を許可する。自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作された場合、自動制御を不許可する。
 ステップS1において旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されていないと判定された場合、すなわち、自動制御を許可すると判定された場合(ステップS1:Yes)、モード判定部145は、図8を参照して説明した第3遷移条件又は第4遷移条件を満たすか否かを判定する。実施形態において、モード判定部145は、ステップS1において自動制御を許可すると判定された場合、自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作されたか否かを判定する(ステップS2)。
 ステップS2において自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作されたと判定された場合(ステップS2:Yes)、手動モードから自動モードに遷移する。
 モード判定部145は、図8を参照して説明した第5遷移条件、第6遷移条件、第7遷移条件、又は第8遷移条件を満たすか否かを判定する。実施形態において、モード判定部145は、操作装置7が操作されたか否かを判定する(ステップS3)。
 ステップS3において操作装置7が操作されていないと判定された場合(ステップS3:No)、自動制御指令部147は、ホイスト旋回動作又はダウン旋回動作のための自動制御指令を、制御指令切換部148を介して動作制御部149に出力する(ステップS4)。
 ブレーキ制御部150は、自動制御指令部147から出力された自動制御指令を、制御指令切換部148を介して受信する。ブレーキ制御部150は、自動制御指令がブレーキ作動条件を満たすか否かを判定する。自動モードにおいて、左操作レバー7Aの中立状態に相当する自動制御指令が自動制御指令部147から出力される可能性がある。また、自動モードにおいて、ブレーキ作動条件を満たす自動制御指令が自動制御指令部147から出力される可能性がある。ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回体4を旋回させるための自動制御指令の中立状態が5秒を経過したか否かを判定する(ステップS5)。
 ステップS5において自動制御指令の中立状態が5秒を経過していないと判定した場合(ステップS5:No)、旋回駐車ブレーキ28は作動しない。モード判定部145は、バケット5Cが目標位置(排土目標位置17R又は掘削目標位置16R)に到達したか否かを判定する(ステップS6)。
 ステップS6においてバケット5Cが目標位置に到達していないと判定した場合(ステップS6:No)、ステップS3の処理に戻る。ステップS6においてバケット5Cが目標位置に到達したと判定した場合(ステップS6:Yes)、モード判定部145は、油圧ショベル1の作業を終了するか否かを判定する(ステップS7)。
 ステップS7において油圧ショベル1の作業を終了すると判定された場合(ステップS7:Yes)、油圧ショベル1の作業が終了される。ステップS7において油圧ショベル1の作業を終了しないと判定された場合(ステップS7:No)、ステップS1の処理に戻る。
 ステップS1において旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されたと判定された場合、すなわち、自動制御を不許可すると判定された場合(ステップS1:No)、手動モードが維持される。また、ステップS2において自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作されていないと判定された場合(ステップS2:No)も、手動モードが維持される。また、ステップS3において操作装置7が操作されたと判定された場合(ステップS3:Yes)、自動モードから手動モードに遷移する。
 手動モードにおいて、手動制御指令部146は、左操作レバー7A及び右操作レバー7Bからの操作信号に基づいて、手動制御指令を生成する。手動制御指令部146は、制御指令切換部148を介して、ブレーキ制御部150及び動作制御部149のそれぞれに手動制御指令を出力する(ステップS8)。
 ブレーキ制御部150は、制御指令切換部148を介して、手動制御指令部146からの手動制御指令を受信する。ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回体4を旋回させるための手動制御指令の中立状態が5秒を経過したか否かを判定する(ステップS9)。手動制御指令の中立状態は、左操作レバー7Aの中立状態に相当する。
 ステップS9において手動制御指令の中立状態が5秒を経過していないと判定された場合(ステップS9:No)、旋回駐車ブレーキ28は作動せず、ステップS7の処理に移行する。
 ステップS5において自動制御指令の中立状態が5秒を経過したと判定した場合(ステップS5:Yes)、ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を作動させる(ステップS10)。
 ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回体4を旋回させるために操作される左操作レバー7Aが操作されたか否かを判定する(ステップS11)。
 ステップS11において左操作レバー7Aが操作されていないと判定した場合(ステップS11:No)、ステップS10の処理に戻り、ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回駐車ブレーキ28の作動を継続する。ステップS11において左操作レバー7Aが操作されたと判定した場合(ステップS11:Yes)、旋回駐車ブレーキ28の作動が解除され、ステップS6の処理に移行する。
 ステップS9において手動制御指令の中立状態が5秒を経過したと判定した場合(ステップS9:Yes)、ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を作動させる(ステップS12)。
 ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回体4を旋回させるために操作される左操作レバー7Aが操作されたか否かを判定する(ステップS13)。
 ステップS13において左操作レバー7Aが操作されていないと判定した場合(ステップS13:No)、ステップS12の処理に戻り、ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回駐車ブレーキ28の作動を継続する。ステップS13において左操作レバー7Aが操作されたと判定した場合(ステップS13:Yes)、旋回駐車ブレーキ28の作動が解除され、ステップS7の処理に移行する。
[コンピュータシステム]
 図10は、実施形態に係るコンピュータシステム1000を示すブロック図である。上述の制御装置14は、コンピュータシステム1000を含む。コンピュータシステム1000は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)のようなプロセッサ1001と、ROM(Read Only Memory)のような不揮発性メモリ及びRAM(Random Access Memory)のような揮発性メモリを含むメインメモリ1002と、ストレージ1003と、入出力回路を含むインターフェース1004とを有する。上述の制御装置14の機能は、コンピュータプログラムとしてストレージ1003に記憶されている。プロセッサ1001は、コンピュータプログラムをストレージ1003から読み出してメインメモリ1002に展開し、プログラムに従って上述の処理を実行する。なお、コンピュータプログラムは、ネットワークを介してコンピュータシステム1000に配信されてもよい。
 コンピュータプログラム又はコンピュータシステム1000は、上述の実施形態に従って、旋回体4の旋回を停止可能な旋回駐車ブレーキ28を作動するために操作される旋回ロック入力装置の操作状態を取得することと、旋回ロック入力装置の操作状態に基づいて、旋回体4及び旋回体4に取り付けられる作業機5の自動制御の可否を判定することと、を実行することができる。
[効果]
 以上説明したように、実施形態によれば、油圧ショベル1は、旋回体4と、旋回体4に取り付けられる作業機5と、旋回体4の旋回を停止可能な旋回駐車ブレーキ28と、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を作動させるために操作される旋回ロックスイッチ9A(旋回ロック入力装置)と、旋回体4及び作業機5を自動制御する自動制御指令を出力する自動制御指令部147と、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの操作状態に基づいて、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御の可否を判定する自動許可部144と、を備える。
 実施形態によれば、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御の可否の判定において旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの操作状態が考慮されるので、油圧ショベル1の作業効率の低下が抑制される。旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されると、旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動して、旋回体4は旋回できなくなる。旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作された状態で、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御が開始されると、旋回体4が旋回しない状態で作業機5が動作する状況が発生する可能性がある。実施形態においては、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作された場合、自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aからの入力信号に基づいて、自動制御を不許可する。すなわち、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作された場合、手動モードから自動モードに遷移しない。これにより、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作された状態で、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御が開始されることが抑制される。したがって、油圧ショベル1の作業効率の低下が抑制される。
 自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されている状態の場合、自動制御を不許可とする。自動許可部144は、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されていない状態の場合、自動制御を許可する。すなわち、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aが操作されていない状態の場合、油圧ショベル1は、手動モードから自動モードに遷移することができる。実施形態において、油圧ショベル1は、自動制御を開始するために操作される自動開始スイッチ9D(自動開始入力装置)を備える。自動制御指令部147は、自動許可部144において自動制御が許可された状態で、自動開始スイッチ9Dが操作された場合、自動開始スイッチ9Dからの入力信号に基づいて、自動制御指令を出力する。自動制御指令部147から自動制御指令が出力されることにより、旋回体4及び作業機5は、自動制御される。
 ティーチング部142は、ティーチング処理において、掘削対象16に掘削目標位置16Rを設定し、排土対象17に排土目標位置17Rを設定する。目標位置記憶部143は、掘削対象16に設定された掘削目標位置16R及び排土対象17に設定された排土目標位置17Rを記憶する。自動制御指令部147は、作業機5のバケット5Cが掘削目標位置16Rに移動するように、自動制御指令を出力する。自動制御指令部147は、作業機5のバケット5Cが排土目標位置17Rに移動するように、自動制御指令を出力する。実施形態において、自動制御指令部147は、ホイスト旋回動作においてバケット5Cが排土目標位置17Rに移動するように、自動制御指令を出力する。自動制御指令部147は、ダウン旋回動作においてバケット5Cが掘削目標位置16Rに移動するように、自動制御指令を出力する。これにより、オペレータの負荷が軽減される。
 油圧ショベル1は、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれを動作不可能にするために操作されるロックレバー10(動作ロック操作装置)を備える。自動許可部144は、ロックレバー10の操作状態に基づいて、自動制御の可否を判定してもよい。ロックレバー10が操作されると、旋回体4及び作業機5のそれぞれが動作不可能になるので、自動制御指令部147から自動制御指令が出力されても、旋回体4及び作業機5の自動制御を開始することができない。なお、自動制御の可否の判定においてロックレバー10の操作状態とともに、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの操作状態が考慮されてもよい。
[その他の実施形態]
 図11は、他の実施形態に係る油圧ショベル1の制御システム50Bの一部を示すブロック図である。上述の実施形態においては、自動モードにおいて、ブレーキ制御部150に入力される自動操作指令がブレーキ作動条件を満たすか否かを判定することとした。すなわち、図9を参照して説明したステップS5において、自動操作指令の中立状態が5秒を経過するか否かを判定することとした。図11に示すように、ブレーキ制御部150は、自動モードにおいて、EPCバルブ20(制御バルブ)によってメインバルブ21に与えられるパイロット圧に基づいて、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を制御してもよい。ブレーキ制御部150は、自動モードにおいて、パイロット圧に基づいて、ブレーキ作動条件が満たされるか否かを判定してもよい。制御システム50Bの制御装置14Bは、上述の実施形態において説明した制御装置14と同様、手動制御指令部146、自動制御指令部147、制御指令切換部148、動作制御部149、及びブレーキ制御部150を有する。EPCバルブ20によってメインバルブ21に与えられるパイロット圧は、圧力センサ30により検出される。手動モードにおいて、ブレーキ制御部150は、左操作レバー7Aの中立状態が5秒を経過したときに、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を作動させる。自動モードにおいて旋回体4を旋回させる場合、自動制御指令部147は、メインバルブ21に与えられるパイロット圧が所定値以上になるようにEPCバルブ20を制御する。自動モードにおいて、旋回体4を旋回させるパイロット圧が検出されない状態が5秒を経過した場合、すなわち、圧力センサ30によって検出されるパイロット圧が所定値未満である状態が5秒を経過した場合、ブレーキ制御部150は、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を作動させる。
 図12は、他の実施形態に係る油圧ショベル1の制御システム50Cの一部を示すブロック図である。図12に示すように、制御システム50Cの制御装置14Cは、上述の実施形態において説明した制御装置14と同様、モード判定部145、手動制御指令部146、自動制御指令部147、制御指令切換部148、動作制御部149、及びブレーキ制御部150を有する。また、制御装置14Cは、スイッチ部151を有する。スイッチ部151は、モード判定部145により判定された動作モードに基づいて作動する。スイッチ部151は、手動モードにおいて、左操作レバー7Aからの操作信号に基づいて生成された手動制御指令が旋回駐車ブレーキ28に送信され、自動モードにおいて、旋回駐車ブレーキ28の作動を解除する解除指令が旋回駐車ブレーキ28に送信されるように作動する。スイッチ部151は、ブレーキ指令入力部151Aと、解除指令入力部151Bと、出力部151Cとを有する。ブレーキ指令入力部151Aは、ブレーキ制御部150に接続される。スイッチ部151は、ブレーキ指令入力部151Aと出力部151Cとが接続される状態と、解除指令入力部151Bと出力部151Cとが接続される状態とを切り換える。手動モードにおいて、ブレーキ指令入力部151Aと出力部151Cとが接続される。ブレーキ制御部150は、左操作レバー7Aの中立状態が5秒を経過したときに、旋回駐車ブレーキ28が作動するようにスイッチ部151を介してソレノイドバルブ27に手動制御指令を出力する。自動モードにおいて、解除指令入力部151Bと出力部151Cとが接続される。自動モードにおいて、ソレノイドバルブ27には、旋回駐車ブレーキ28の作動を解除させる解除指令が出力される。すなわち、自動モードにおいて、旋回駐車ブレーキ28は作動しない。自動モードにおいて、左操作レバー7Aの中立状態が5秒を経過しても、旋回体4は、自動制御指令部147からの自動制御指令に基づいてホイスト旋回動作又はダウン旋回動作することができる。
 なお、自動モードであるか否かの判定によって、自動モードである場合、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aの操作状態によらず、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を解除させる解除信号をソレノイドバルブ27に出力するようにしてもよい。
 上述の実施形態において、自動モードにおけるバケット5Cの複数の目標位置として、掘削目標位置16R、排土目標位置17R、及び中間目標位置18Rが設定されることとした。中間目標位置18Rは設定されなくてもよい。また、上述の実施形態においては、ティーチング処理において、左操作レバー7A及び右操作レバー7Bの操作によりバケット5Cが任意の位置に配置された後、ティーチングスイッチ9Cが操作されることにより、目標位置が設定されることとした。例えば、レーザセンサ(LiDAR:Light Detection and Ranging)又はステレオカメラのような3次元センサにより掘削対象16及び排土対象17の位置が検出され、3次元センサにより検出された位置に基づいて目標位置が設定されてもよい。また、ティーチング処理において、バケット5Cの目標軌道が設定されてもよい。
 上述の実施形態においては、第1位置センサ11Aの検出データ及び第2位置センサ11Bの検出データに基づいて、旋回体4の方位が算出されることとした。エンコーダ又はポテンショメータのような旋回体4の旋回角度を検出可能な角度センサが油圧ショベル1に搭載され、角度センサの検出データに基づいて旋回体4の方位が算出されてもよい。
 上述の実施形態において、旋回ロックスイッチ9Aは、運転室2に配置されていればよく、運転室2の任意の位置に設置可能である。また、旋回駐車ブレーキ28を作動させるために操作される旋回ロック入力装置は、車載モニタ8に設けられてもよい。旋回ロック入力装置は、例えばタッチパネルでもよい。また、旋回ロック入力装置がタブレット端末に設けられてもよい。また、旋回ロック入力装置は、運転室2の外部に設けられてもよい。例えば、旋回ロック入力装置が油圧ショベル1の遠隔地に配置され、旋回駐車ブレーキ28が遠隔操作されてもよい。自動許可スイッチ9B、ティーチングスイッチ9C、及び自動開始スイッチ9Dについても同様である。
 上述の実施形態において、位置算出部141、ティーチング部142、目標位置記憶部143、自動許可部144、モード判定部145、手動制御指令部146、自動制御指令部147、制御指令切換部148、動作制御部149、ブレーキ制御部150、及びスイッチ部151のそれぞれが、別々のハードウエアにより構成されてもよい。
 上述の実施形態において、作業機械1が走行体3、旋回体4、及び作業機5を有する油圧ショベルであることとした。作業機械1は、旋回体4を有していればよい。
 上述の実施形態において、旋回体4は、電動旋回モータにより旋回してもよい。
 上述の実施形態において、作業機械1は、ハイブリッドショベル又は電動ショベルでもよい。作業機械1は、ロープショベルでもよい。
 上述の実施形態において、掘削動作の動作モード及び排土動作の動作モードは、手動モードであることとした。掘削動作の動作モード及び排土動作の動作モードは、自動モードでもよい。
 上述の実施形態において、ホイスト旋回動作の動作モード及びダウン旋回動作の動作モードは、自動モードであることとした。ホイスト旋回動作の動作モード及びダウン旋回動作の動作モードの一方の動作モードが自動モードであり、他方の動作モードが手動モードでもよい。
 上述の実施形態において、バケット5Cと排土対象17との干渉が起きないように排土目標位置17Rが設定されている場合、中間目標位置18Rは設定されなくてもよい。
 上述の実施形態において、自動許可スイッチ9Bは省略されてもよい。
 上述の実施形態において、作業機械1は、遠隔操作されてもよい。図13は、他の実施形態に係る作業機械1の遠隔操作システム100を示す模式図である。遠隔操作システム100は、作業現場で作業する作業機械1を遠隔操作する。遠隔操作システム100は、上述の制御システム(50,50B,50C)を含む。遠隔操作システム100の少なくとも一部は、作業機械1の外部の遠隔操作室200に配置される。遠隔操作室200は、作業現場から離れた遠隔地に設置される。
 遠隔操作システム100は、遠隔操作装置140と、表示装置120と、コントローラ110とを備える。遠隔操作装置140は、遠隔操作室200に配置される。遠隔操作装置140は、遠隔操作室200においてオペレータに操作される。オペレータは、運転シート160に着座した状態で、遠隔操作装置140を操作することができる。遠隔操作装置140は、オペレータに操作されることにより、作業機5及び旋回体4を動作させる操作信号を生成する。
 表示装置120は、遠隔操作室200に配置される。表示装置120は、作業現場の画像を表示する。遠隔操作室200のオペレータは、表示装置120を介して作業現場の状況を視認することができる。オペレータは、表示装置120に表示される作業現場の画像を見ながら、遠隔操作装置140を操作する。作業機械1は、遠隔操作装置140によって遠隔操作される。
 コントローラ110は、遠隔操作室200に配置される。コントローラ110は、コンピュータシステムを含む。作業機械1は、制御装置14Dを備える。制御装置14Dは、コンピュータシステムを含む。コントローラ110と制御装置14Dとは、通信システム400を介して通信する。通信システム400として、インターネット(internet)、ローカルエリアネットワーク(LAN:Local Area Network)、携帯電話通信網、又は衛星通信網が例示される。通信システム400は、通信されるデータを中継する中継局を含んでもよい。
 また、遠隔操作室200には、旋回ロックスイッチ及びロックレバーが配置されていることが好ましい。遠隔操作の場合、旋回ロックスイッチ及びロックレバーのON/OFF信号が作業機械1に送信され、作業機械1の制御装置14Dは、送信された信号に基づいて動作する。なお、作業機械1に乗り込んでスイッチ操作した後に、遠隔操作することも可能である。

Claims (11)

  1.  旋回体と、
     前記旋回体に取り付けられる作業機と、
     前記旋回体の旋回を停止可能な旋回駐車ブレーキと、
     前記旋回駐車ブレーキを作動させるために操作される旋回ロック入力装置と、
     前記旋回体及び前記作業機を自動制御する自動制御指令を出力する自動制御指令部と、
     前記旋回ロック入力装置の操作状態に基づいて、前記自動制御の可否を判定する自動許可部と、を備える、
     作業機械の制御システム。
  2.  前記自動許可部は、前記旋回ロック入力装置が操作されている状態の場合、前記自動制御を不許可とする、
     請求項1に記載の作業機械の制御システム。
  3.  前記自動許可部は、前記旋回ロック入力装置が操作されていない状態の場合、前記自動制御を許可する、
     請求項1に記載の作業機械の制御システム。
  4.  前記自動許可部は、前記旋回ロック入力装置が操作されていない状態の場合、前記自動制御を許可する
     請求項2に記載の作業機械の制御システム。
  5.  前記自動制御を開始するために操作される自動開始入力装置を備え、
     前記自動制御指令部は、前記自動制御が許可された状態で、前記自動開始入力装置が操作された場合、前記自動制御指令を出力する、
     請求項4に記載の作業機械の制御システム。
  6.  掘削対象に設定された掘削目標位置を記憶する目標位置記憶部を備え、
     前記自動制御指令部は、前記作業機のバケットが前記掘削目標位置に移動するように、前記自動制御指令を出力する、
     請求項5に記載の作業機械の制御システム。
  7.  排土対象に設定された排土目標位置を記憶する目標位置記憶部を備え、
     前記自動制御指令部は、前記作業機のバケットが前記排土目標位置に移動するように、前記自動制御指令を出力する、
     請求項5に記載の作業機械の制御システム。
  8.  前記旋回体及び前記作業機のそれぞれを動作不可能にするために操作される動作ロック操作装置を備え、
     前記自動許可部は、前記旋回ロック入力装置の操作状態及び前記動作ロック操作装置の操作状態に基づいて、前記自動制御の可否を判定する、
     請求項1に記載の作業機械の制御システム。
  9.  請求項1に記載の作業機械の制御システムを備える、
     作業機械。
  10.  旋回体の旋回を停止可能な旋回駐車ブレーキを作動するために操作される旋回ロック入力装置の操作状態を取得することと、
     前記旋回ロック入力装置の操作状態に基づいて、前記旋回体及び前記旋回体に取り付けられる作業機の自動制御の可否を判定することと、を含む、
     作業機械の制御方法。
  11.  請求項1に記載の作業機械の制御システムと、
     前記作業機械の外部に配置され、前記作業機械を遠隔操作する遠隔操作装置と、を備える、
     作業機械の遠隔操作システム。
