本发明涉及漆包线检测技术领域,具体为一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置。
背景技术
电力变压器是发电厂和变电所的主要设备之一。变压器的作用是多方面的,不仅能升高电压把电能送到用电地区,还能把电压降低为各级使用电压,以满足用电的需要。
在变压器制造中,需要使用大量的漆包线,且变压器的工作性能取决于漆包线的规格,目前在将漆包线通过漆包机生产出来之后,有的漆包线的表面会出现气孔的现象,气孔的出现导致漆包线内部的线芯露出,从而无法保证变压器的安全性使用,因此需要对漆包线的表面进行检测,但是现有的检测设备比较欠缺,大部分情况下采用肉眼观察排出,效率低下,且容易出现检测遗漏的现象。为此,本发明提出一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,能够将生产出来的漆包线直接检测,使得漆包线表面的气孔被完全检测到,避免出现检测遗漏的现象,且检测处气孔时,则会立刻在漆包线的表面做出标记,便于工作人员后续查找气孔位置,提高了检测效率,解决了目前变压器漆包线气孔的检测效率低下的问题。
为实现上述的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,包括漆包机,所述漆包机的出线一侧设有U型固定板,所述U型固定板的侧壁对称固定设有两个固定杆,两个所述固定杆的末端均与漆包机的侧壁固定连接,所述U型固定板的内部对称设有下探测导轮和上探测导轮,所述下探测导轮转动设置于U型固定板的内壁上,所述上探测导轮的顶部套设有U型架,且U型架的顶部与U型固定板的顶部设有调节机构,所述U型固定板的内部且位于上探测导轮和下探测导轮的一侧设有打点标记机构,所述漆包机的侧壁固定安装有控制器和显示器,所述上探测导轮和下探测导轮均通过导线与控制器电性连接,所述控制器与显示器信号连接。
优选的,所述调节机构包括螺杆、转柄、连接杆和螺纹块,所述螺杆呈竖直转动设置于U型固定板的顶部,所述转柄固定设置于螺杆的上端,所述连接杆呈竖直固定设置于U型架的顶部,且连接杆的杆壁滑动穿过U型固定板的顶部,所述螺纹块固定设置于连接杆的上端,且螺纹块与螺杆的杆壁螺纹连接。

2、该便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,通过设有的螺杆、转柄、螺纹块和连接杆,由于漆包线的直径不同,可转动转柄,转柄能够带动螺杆旋转,螺杆能够使得螺纹块向上或者向下移动,螺纹块通过连接杆可带动上探测导轮上下或者向下移动,从而能够调节上探测导轮和下探测导轮,能够满足对不同直径的漆包线进行检测。
3、该便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,通过设有的电缸、安装板、滑杆、滑板、第一弹簧、固定套和标记笔,如果上探测导轮和下探测导轮检测出气孔时,此时控制器控制电缸工作,电缸能够带动安装板和滑板下移,使得标记笔在漆包线的外壁上标记点,由于标记点与气孔的位置较近,便于后期人工查找气孔位置,由于漆包线的直径不同,使得标记笔受到的挤压力不同,如果直径较大的漆包线与标记笔接触时,使得滑板被向上推动并压缩第一弹簧,从而能够起到对标记笔保护的作用。
4、该便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,通过设有的固定套、第一弧形夹块、第二弧形夹块和第二弹簧,标记笔的尾部可插入在固定套的内部,再通过第二弹簧给第二弧形夹块施加的弹力,使得第一弧形夹块和第二弧形夹块的共同作用将标记笔夹持住。

调节机构包括螺杆10、转柄11、连接杆13和螺纹块12,螺杆10呈竖直转动设置于U型固定板2的顶部,转柄11固定设置于螺杆10的上端,连接杆12呈竖直固定设置于U型架9的顶部,且连接杆13的杆壁滑动穿过U型固定板2的顶部,螺纹块12固定设置于连接杆13的上端,且螺纹块12与螺杆10的杆壁螺纹连接,转柄11能够带动螺杆10旋转,螺杆10能够使得螺纹块12向上或者向下移动,螺纹块12通过连接杆13可带动上探测导轮5上下或者向下移动;连接杆13的杆壁沿其长度方向设置有刻度线,刻度线能够保证精准的调节上探测导轮5的位置,。
打点标记机构包括电缸14、安装板15、滑杆16、滑板17、第一弹簧18和标记笔20,电缸14呈竖直固定设置于U型固定板2的顶部,且电缸14与控制器6电性连接,安装板15固定设置于电缸14的移动端,滑杆16呈对称固定设置于安装板15的下表面,滑板17滑动设置于两个滑杆16的杆壁上,第一弹簧18呈竖直固定设置于安装板15和滑板17之间,滑杆16的下端固定设有限位挡块21,且限位挡块21将滑板17限位挡住设置,限位挡块21可避免滑板17从滑杆16上脱离,滑板17的下表面固定设有固定套19,标记笔20的尾部插入于固定套19的内部,固定套19的内部设有夹持机构,夹持机构包括第一弧形夹块22、第二弧形夹块23和第二弹簧24,第一弧形夹块22和第二弧形夹块23呈对称位于固定套19的内部,第一弧形夹块22的侧壁与固定套19的内壁固定连接,第二弧形夹块23的侧壁通过第二弹簧24与固定套19的内壁固定连接,通过第二弹簧24给第二弧形夹块23施加的弹力,使得第一弧形夹块22和第二弧形夹块23的共同作用将标记笔20夹持住;U型固定板2的底部对称固定设有两个支撑杆25,两个支撑杆25的上端共同固定设有弧形托板26,弧形托板26能够将漆包线的底部托起,便于标记笔20标记出气孔的位置。
综上,该便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,在使用时,由于漆包线的直径不同,可转动转柄11,转柄11能够带动螺杆10旋转,螺杆10能够使得螺纹块12向上或者向下移动,螺纹块12通过连接杆13可带动上探测导轮5上下或者向下移动,从而能够调节上探测导轮5和下探测导轮4并满足需要生产的漆包线的直径,漆包机1生产出来的漆包线经过上探测导轮5和下探测导轮4之间,如果漆包线出现气孔位置时,则漆包线会出现漏电现象,此时上探测导轮5和下探测导轮4采集到信号并发送至控制器6,控制器6将信号发送至显示器7,可观察到气孔的外形,此时控制器6控制电缸14工作,电缸14能够带动安装板15和滑板17下移,使得标记笔20在漆包线的外壁上标记点,由于标记点与气孔的位置较近,便于后期人工查找气孔位置,由于漆包线的直径不同,使得标记笔20受到的挤压力不同,如果直径较大的漆包线与标记笔20接触时,使得滑板17被向上推动并压缩第一弹簧18,从而能够起到对标记笔20保护的作用。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,包括漆包机(1),其特征在于:所述漆包机(1)的出线一侧设有U型固定板(2),所述U型固定板(2)的侧壁对称固定设有两个固定杆(3),两个所述固定杆(3)的末端均与漆包机(1)的侧壁固定连接,所述U型固定板(2)的内部对称设有下探测导轮(4)和上探测导轮(5),所述下探测导轮(4)转动设置于U型固定板(2)的内壁上,所述上探测导轮(5)的顶部套设有U型架(9),且U型架(9)的顶部与U型固定板(2)的顶部设有调节机构,所述U型固定板(2)的内部且位于上探测导轮(5)和下探测导轮(4)的一侧设有打点标记机构,所述漆包机(1)的侧壁固定安装有控制器(6)和显示器(7),所述上探测导轮(5)和下探测导轮(4)均通过导线(8)与控制器(6)电性连接,所述控制器(6)与显示器(7)信号连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,其特征在于:所述调节机构包括螺杆(10)、转柄(11)、连接杆(13)和螺纹块(12),所述螺杆(10)呈竖直转动设置于U型固定板(2)的顶部,所述转柄(11)固定设置于螺杆(10)的上端,所述连接杆(12)呈竖直固定设置于U型架(9)的顶部,且连接杆(13)的杆壁滑动穿过U型固定板(2)的顶部,所述螺纹块(12)固定设置于连接杆(13)的上端,且螺纹块(12)与螺杆(10)的杆壁螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,其特征在于:所述连接杆(13)的杆壁沿其长度方向设置有刻度线。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,其特征在于:所述打点标记机构包括电缸(14)、安装板(15)、滑杆(16)、滑板(17)、第一弹簧(18)和标记笔(20),所述电缸(14)呈竖直固定设置于U型固定板(2)的顶部,且电缸(14)与控制器(6)电性连接,所述安装板(15)固定设置于电缸(14)的移动端,所述滑杆(16)呈对称固定设置于安装板(15)的下表面,所述滑板(17)滑动设置于两个滑杆(16)的杆壁上,所述第一弹簧(18)呈竖直固定设置于安装板(15)和滑板(17)之间,所述滑板(17)的下表面固定设有固定套(19),所述标记笔(20)的尾部插入于固定套(19)的内部,所述固定套(19)的内部设有夹持机构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,其特征在于:所述滑杆(16)的下端固定设有限位挡块(21),且限位挡块(21)将滑板(17)限位挡住设置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,其特征在于:所述夹持机构包括第一弧形夹块(22)、第二弧形夹块(23)和第二弹簧(24),所述第一弧形夹块(22)和第二弧形夹块(23)呈对称位于固定套(19)的内部,所述第一弧形夹块(22)的侧壁与固定套(19)的内壁固定连接,所述第二弧形夹块(23)的侧壁通过第二弹簧(24)与固定套(19)的内壁固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,其特征在于:所述U型固定板(2)的底部对称固定设有两个支撑杆(25),两个所述支撑杆(25)的上端共同固定设有弧形托板(26)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于检测变压器漆包线气孔装置,其特征在于:所述上探测导轮(5)的旋转轴和下探测导轮(4)的旋转轴均固定设有导电套(27),所述导线(8)的一端与导电套(27)固定连接。
