Definitions

  • the present invention relates to the technical field concerning the management of palletised goods for internal or external logistics and/or storage and transport purposes and refers to a device for separating and managing a part of the load of a pallet assigned, for example, to separate parcels or packages placed in an upper portion of the load of a pallet and to deposit them on a second pallet forming the load thereof, in one or more sequential phases.
  • An object of the present invention is to propose a relatively simple and economical device capable of taking a higher portion of the load from a bench for instanced to reduce the height of the load remaining on such pallet. Another object is to separate the entire load of a pallet from the pallet itself. A further object is to deposit a portion taken from a pallet on another pallet or to stack the portions taken from many pallets forming a total load deposited on another pallet. Another object is to pick up portions of a load made up of one or more layers of parcels or packages. A further object is to pick up, move and deposit portions of the load even if they are delicate, fragile or if they cannot be overturned.
  • Another object is to minimize the risks of fall and/or damage to both the removed part of the load and the part left on the original pallet.
  • FIG. 1 illustrates an axonometric and front view (i.e. from the input and output side for the pallets and for the loads supported by them) of the device for separating and managing part of the load of a pallet, which is the subject of the present invention, in its operating condition in which it base lies on a horizontal plane or floor;
