一种双面发声装置(100),其包括两端开口的盆架(1)、分别设置于盆架(1)的两端开口的第一振动系统(2)和第二振动系统(3)、以及设置于盆架(1)内的磁路系统(4),磁路系统(4)包括固定于盆架(1)的外磁轭(41)、设置于外磁轭(41)内的磁体部(42)、以及连接外磁轭(41)和磁体部(42)的非导磁的连接件(43),外磁轭(41)包括环绕磁体部(42)设置的侧壁(411)和自侧壁(411)的上端向靠近磁体部(42)的方向延伸的第一翻边部(412),磁体部(42)包括上极芯(421)、下极芯(422)、以及夹设于上极芯(421)和下极芯(422)之间的磁钢(423),连接件(43)连接第一翻边部(412)和下极芯(422),第一振动系统(2)的音圈(22)插设于连接件(43)和磁体部(42)之间,第二振动系统(3)的音圈(32)插设于连接件(43)和侧壁(411)之间。有益效果: 减小了双面发声装置(100)的产品体积、降低了物料成本。

Description

一种双面发声装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种双面发声装置。
背景技术
发声装置包括单面发声装置和双面发声装置,其中,双面发声装置的声压级远超过单面发声装置的声压级,具有更优秀的声学性能。
目前,双面发声装置通常只是在一个单面发声装置的背面简单堆叠另一个单面发声装置,导致产品体积过大,此外,两个单面发声装置各自具有独立的磁路系统,造成物料成本居高不下。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的双面发声装置解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种能够减小产品体积、降低物料成本的双面发声装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种双面发声装置,其包括两端开口的盆架、设置于所述盆架的上端开口的第一振动系统、设置于所述盆架的下端开口的第二振动系统、以及设置于所述盆架内的磁路系统,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜和驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜和驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的外磁轭、设置于所述外磁轭内的磁体部、以及连接所述外磁轭和所述磁体部的非导磁的连接件,所述外磁轭包括环绕所述磁体部设置的侧壁和自所述侧壁靠近所述第一振膜的上端向靠近所述磁体部的方向延伸的第一翻边部,所述磁体部包括靠近所述第一振膜的上极芯、靠近所述第二振膜的下极芯、以及夹设于所述上极芯和所述下极芯之间的磁钢,所述连接件连接所述第一翻边部和所述下极芯,所述第一音圈插设于所述连接件和所述磁体部之间,所述第二音圈插设于所述连接件和所述侧壁之间。
优选的,所述连接件为塑料连接件。
优选的,所述连接件与所述外磁轭和所述下极芯注塑成型。
优选的,所述盆架包括外周壁、与所述外周壁间隔设置的内周壁、以及连接所述外周壁和所述内周壁的连接梁,所述内周壁围箍于所述外磁轭的侧壁,所述第一振膜固定于所述外周壁的上端,所述第二振膜固定于所述外周壁的下端。
优选的,所述第一振膜包括第一球顶、环绕所述第一球顶设置的第一折环、以及自所述第一球顶向靠近所述第二振膜的方向延伸的第一支脚,所述第一支脚延伸至相邻的两个所述连接梁之间,所述第二振膜包括第二球顶、环绕所述第二球顶设置的第二折环、以及自所述第二球顶向靠近所述第一振膜的方向延伸的第二支脚,所述第二支脚延伸至相邻的两个所述连接梁之间,所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚相互交错设置,所述第一振动系统还包括连接于所述外周壁和所述第一支脚之间的第一定心支片,所述第一定心支片设置于相邻的两个所述连接梁之间,所述第二振动系统还包括连接于所述外周壁和所述第二支脚之间的第二定心支片,所述第二定心支片设置于相邻的两个所述连接梁之间。
优选的,所述外磁轭还包括自所述侧壁靠近所述第二振膜的下端向远离所述磁体部的方向延伸的第二翻边部,所述内周壁抵接于所述第二翻边部。
优选的,所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜具有相同的形状和尺寸。
本发明的双面发声装置,两个振动系统共用一个磁路系统,结构紧凑,并且该磁路系统可以仅包括一个磁钢,减小了产品体积、降低了物料成本。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本发明领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4所示,本发明提供一种双面发声装置100,所述双面发声装置100包括两端开口的盆架1、设置于所述盆架1的上端开口的第一振动系统2、设置于所述盆架1的下端开口的第二振动系统3、以及设置于所述盆架1内的磁路系统4。
所述第一振动系统2包括第一振膜21和驱动所述第一振膜21振动发声的第一音圈22,所述第二振动系统3包括第二振膜31和驱动所述第二振膜31振动发声的第二音圈32。优选的,所述第一振膜21和所述第二振膜31具有相同的形状和尺寸。
所述磁路系统4包括固定于所述盆架1的外磁轭41、设置于所述外磁轭41内的磁体部42、以及连接所述外磁轭41和所述磁体部42的非导磁的连接件43,所述外磁轭41包括环绕所述磁体部42设置的侧壁411和自所述侧壁411靠近所述第一振膜21的上端向靠近所述磁体部42的方向延伸的第一翻边部412,所述磁体部42包括靠近所述第一振膜21的上极芯421、靠近所述第二振膜31的下极芯422、以及夹设于所述上极芯421和所述下极芯422之间的磁钢423,所述连接件43连接所述第一翻边部412和所述下极芯422。所述第一音圈22插设于所述连接件43和所述磁体部42之间,所述第二音圈32插设于所述连接件43和所述侧壁411之间。
所述连接件43优选为塑料连接件,方便所述连接件43与所述外磁轭41和所述下极芯422注塑成型。
所述盆架1包括外周壁11、与所述外周壁11间隔设置的内周壁12、以及连接所述外周壁11和所述内周壁12的连接梁13,所述内周壁12围箍于所述外磁轭41的侧壁411。所述第一振膜21固定于所述外周壁11的上端,所述第二振膜31固定于所述外周壁11的下端。
所述第一振膜21包括第一球顶211、环绕所述第一球顶211设置的第一折环212、以及自所述第一球顶211向靠近所述第二振膜31的方向延伸的第一支脚213,所述第一支脚213延伸至相邻的两个所述连接梁13之间。
所述第二振膜31包括第二球顶311、环绕所述第二球顶311设置的第二折环312、以及自所述第二球顶311向靠近所述第一振膜21的方向延伸的第二支脚313,所述第二支脚313延伸至相邻的两个所述连接梁13之间。
所述第一支脚213和所述第二支脚313相互交错设置。
所述第一振动系统2还包括连接于所述外周壁11和所述第一支脚213之间的第一定心支片23,所述第一定心支片23设置于相邻的两个所述连接梁13之间,所述第二振动系统3还包括连接于所述外周壁11和所述第二支脚313之间的第二定心支片33,所述第二定心支片33设置于相邻的两个所述连接梁13之间。
所述外磁轭41还包括自所述侧壁411靠近所述第二振膜31的下端向远离所述磁体部42的方向延伸的第二翻边部413,所述内周壁12抵接于所述第二翻边部413。
本发明的双面发声装置,两个振动系统共用一个磁路系统,结构紧凑,并且该磁路系统可以仅包括一个磁钢,减小了产品体积、降低了物料成本。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种双面发声装置,其包括两端开口的盆架、设置于所述盆架的上端开口的第一振动系统、设置于所述盆架的下端开口的第二振动系统、以及设置于所述盆架内的磁路系统,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜和驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜和驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的外磁轭、设置于所述外磁轭内的磁体部、以及连接所述外磁轭和所述磁体部的非导磁的连接件,所述外磁轭包括环绕所述磁体部设置的侧壁和自所述侧壁靠近所述第一振膜的上端向靠近所述磁体部的方向延伸的第一翻边部,所述磁体部包括靠近所述第一振膜的上极芯、靠近所述第二振膜的下极芯、以及夹设于所述上极芯和所述下极芯之间的磁钢,所述连接件连接所述第一翻边部和所述下极芯,所述第一音圈插设于所述连接件和所述磁体部之间,所述第二音圈插设于所述连接件和所述侧壁之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双面发声装置,其特征在于,所述连接件为塑料连接件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双面发声装置,其特征在于,所述连接件与所述外磁轭和所述下极芯注塑成型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的双面发声装置,其特征在于,所述盆架包括外周壁、与所述外周壁间隔设置的内周壁、以及连接所述外周壁和所述内周壁的连接梁,所述内周壁围箍于所述外磁轭的侧壁,所述第一振膜固定于所述外周壁的上端,所述第二振膜固定于所述外周壁的下端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双面发声装置,其特征在于,所述第一振膜包括第一球顶、环绕所述第一球顶设置的第一折环、以及自所述第一球顶向靠近所述第二振膜的方向延伸的第一支脚,所述第一支脚延伸至相邻的两个所述连接梁之间,所述第二振膜包括第二球顶、环绕所述第二球顶设置的第二折环、以及自所述第二球顶向靠近所述第一振膜的方向延伸的第二支脚,所述第二支脚延伸至相邻的两个所述连接梁之间,所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚相互交错设置,所述第一振动系统还包括连接于所述外周壁和所述第一支脚之间的第一定心支片,所述第一定心支片设置于相邻的两个所述连接梁之间,所述第二振动系统还包括连接于所述外周壁和所述第二支脚之间的第二定心支片,所述第二定心支片设置于相邻的两个所述连接梁之间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的双面发声装置,其特征在于,所述外磁轭还包括自所述侧壁靠近所述第二振膜的下端向远离所述磁体部的方向延伸的第二翻边部,所述内周壁抵接于所述第二翻边部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的双面发声装置,其特征在于,所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜具有相同的形状和尺寸。
