充气车顶帐 技术领域
本发明属于车用帐篷技术领域,尤其是指一种充气车顶帐。
背景技术
当人们在户外野营、郊游时常常需要使用帐篷。目前,户外野营用的帐篷大多是需要通过骨架来将帐篷撑起,在支帐篷时极为麻烦,并且这种帐篷在携带时,光骨架的携带就需要占据后车厢大部分的容量空间。
充气的车顶帐篷作为车用帐篷的一个分类,充气车顶帐主要采用结构力学的原理设计充气骨架,利用气体压强特性将充气骨架膨胀形成具有一定强度的骨架安装在车顶,放气后让帐篷缩小体积,从而节省后车厢的容量空间,所以越来越受到人们的青睐。
但是现有充气车顶帐的收纳较为不便,往往被不规范地堆放在后车厢,因此需要一种更便于收纳的充气车顶帐。
技术问题
为了解决现有车顶帐篷中存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种充气车顶帐,采用折叠式收纳,结构简单轻便,易展开。
技术解决方案
为达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案为:充气车顶帐,包括可折叠底架、充气骨架和篷布,充气骨架以可展开和收纳的形式设置在可折叠底座上,篷布蒙设在充气骨架上;
可折叠底架至少包括中间底板以及翻折设置在中间底板两端的第一折板和第二折板,翻折后的所述第一折板、第二折板和中间底板之间形成一容纳腔供所述充气骨架收纳。
作为较优的技术方案,所述第一折板翻折于中间底板的上方,第二折板翻折于第一折板的上方,从而中间底板、第一折板和第二折板依次折叠,相邻两块板件之间形成供充气骨架收纳的容纳腔。

本发明提供一种充气车顶帐,如图1和图2所示,包括可折叠底架1、充气骨架2、侧支撑架3和篷布8。可折叠底架1安装在车顶上,结合图3和图4,为了方便安装,可折叠底架1的底部设有滑动安装在车顶的长条型滑槽11,车顶上可安装滑轨(图中未示出),用于与长条型滑槽11相配合,从而方便可折叠底架1拆装在车顶上。在一实施例中,所述可折叠底架1上设有充气装置(图中未示出),充气装置连通充气骨架2以对充气骨架2充、放气,从而使得充气骨架2充气展开或放气收纳设置在可折叠底架1上,充气骨架2利用气体压强特性将充气骨架2膨胀形成具有一定强度的骨架,篷布8蒙设在充气骨架2上,如图2所示,可折叠底架1承载其上方的充气骨架2和篷布8等构件,本发明所述充气骨架2展开可以设计成呈拱形框架结构。如图1所示,具体地,所述充气骨架2由多根充气柱段连接构成,充气柱段包括侧部柱段21和顶部柱段22,所述侧支撑架3悬空固定在侧部柱段21的外侧,从而侧支撑架3的受力主要集中在侧部柱段21上,而顶部柱段22可以设计成塔状等美观的造型。
如图3至图5所示,可折叠底架1至少包括中间底板12以及翻折设置在中间底板12两端的第一折板13和第二折板14,第一折板13翻折于中间底板12的上方,第二折板14翻折于第一折板13的上方,相邻两块板件(中间底板12和第一折板13、第一折板13和第二折板14)之间形成供充气骨架2收纳的容纳腔15,从而中间底板12、第一折板13和第二折板14依次折叠、重叠在一起,体积更小,避免相互干涉,进而容纳腔15也为自下而上的折叠结构,充气骨架2置于这样的折叠结构内,可以避免产生褶皱,而且具有较高的空间利用率。本案不限于板的数量,还可以有第三折板、第四折板等等,板的数量越多,容纳腔15的容纳空间也就越多。
本实施例所述的第一折板13、第二折板14采用的翻折结构可以是各式各样的,本实施例采用较为稳定一种翻折结构,具体地,所述中间底板12的两端分别设有第一转动座4和第二转动座5,中间底板12通过第一转动座4连接第一折板13,中间底板12通过第二转动座5连接第二折板14,第一转动座4的转动半径小于第二转动座5的转动半径,从而第二转动座5翻折后能够始终位于第一转动座4的上方,保证容纳腔15的折叠结构的形成;所述第一转动座4和第二转动座5优选采用人字形铰链,人字形铰链的优点是易生产获得,而且生产成本较低。如图3所示,每个人字形铰链包括两片页片6和一个铰轴7,两片页片6的一端通过铰轴7铰接在一起,两片页片6的另一端分别固定在板件上,页片6的长度决定了人字形铰链的转动半径,因此,本实施例采用的两个人字形铰链的页片6长度不同,从而决定了第一折板13和第二折板14的上下位置不同。
本实施例的中间底板12、第一折板13和第二折板14的形状尺寸可以相同,也可以不同,为方便生产采购,所述中间底板12、第一折板13和第二折板14的形状尺寸可以设计为相同。
本实施例的侧支撑架3悬空固定在充气骨架2的外侧,当充气骨架2展开时,侧支撑架3在充气骨架2的外侧延展开来,扩大了使用空间,因此用户无需组装支架就能实现侧支撑架3的自动展开,方便懒人使用,让车顶帐使用起来更简便,从而充气骨架2和侧支撑架3共同构成车边帐的内部支架,最后篷布8蒙设在充气骨架2和侧支撑架3上即可,为方便篷布8安装,篷布8可以设计成与充气骨架2和侧支撑架3结构相同的形状,从而能够与充气骨架2和侧支撑架3搭配完成快速安装。
本实施例的侧支撑架3展开可以扩大车边帐的使用空间,故本案对侧支撑架3的数量不作限制,优选方案是所述侧支撑架3的数量为两个以上,本优选实施例设计了左右两个侧支撑架3,两个侧支撑架3悬空固定在充气骨架2的外周侧,使得车边帐整体的覆盖空间更宽广,创造更多的使用空间。
本实施例侧支撑架3的形状可以是各式各样的,本实施例采用了结构较为简单、轻便的侧支撑架3形状,具体侧支撑架3可以呈U型,侧支撑架3的两端固定在充气骨架2的外侧上,因为U型结构简单轻便,故在都能较简易、快速地收纳和展开。
此外,本实施例所述侧支撑架3可以是以任意角度悬空固定在充气骨架2的外侧,优选设计为倾斜朝上设置,倾斜朝上设置可以撑起篷布8,让篷布8更立体,从而获得更多的使用空间,而且还能够当做遮阳边使用;当然,侧支撑架3也可以倾斜朝下设置、水平设置,本案不作限定。
本案所述的“悬空固定”是指侧支撑架3的一端为固定端,与充气骨架2相连,另一端为悬空端,悬空在充气骨架2的外侧。
本案所述的“蒙设”通常是是蒙罩设置、遮蔽设置的意思。
为了增加侧支撑架3的牢固性,本实施例所述侧支撑架3由刚性材料制成。
实施例二:
实施例二与实施例一的区别在于可折叠底架1的结构及充气骨架2收纳方式的不同,请重点参阅图6和图7,可折叠底架1至少包括中间底板12、第一折板13和第二折板14,第一折板13通过中间底板12连接第二折板14,所述中间底板12翻折于所述第一折板13和所述第二折板14的侧方,翻折后的第二折板14位于中间底板12上方,翻折后的第二折板14、第一折板13和中间底板12之间形成一容纳腔15供充气骨架2收纳。这样一来,充气骨架2全部收纳在容纳腔15,可折叠底架1在水平展开时保持平整,如图8和图9所示,进而充气车顶帐也能够按照预先的设计结构展开,提升充气车顶帐的使用效果。
本实施例所述可折叠底架1至少包括中间底板12、第一折板13和第二折板14三块板件,三块板件折叠时,可折叠底架1在第一折板13对面的一侧是开放的,可以方便取放,本发明不限制板的数量,还可以根据设计需要在该三块板件的基础上加设更多板件。
本实施例所述第一折板13和中间底板12之间设置第一合页9,所述第一折板13和第二折板14之间设置第二合页10,合页是比较常见的转动构件,容易获取,价格低廉,而且拆装方便,当然,本实施例也可以选用其他的转动构件,本发明不做限制。本发明采用合页的原因除了上述以外,还在于特定角度的合页比较容易获取,比如直角合页,转动角度为90°,在一优选实施例中,所述第一合页9和第二合页10的转动角度均为90°,这样一来,所述中间底板12以“垂直”的角度翻折设置在第一折板13和第二折板14的侧方,翻折后的第二折板14“平行”位于第一折板13上方,这样可折叠底架1的结构更规整、方正,各处受力均匀、稳固,不会因外力而歪斜。
本发明可以选用相同型号的第一合页9和第二合页10,无需采购不同的转动构件,降低生产要求,简化生产内容。
本发明的容纳腔15的容纳大小受到中间底板12的宽度影响,容纳腔15的高度也就是第二折板14和第一折板13之间的距离,而第二折板14和第一折板13之间通过中间底板12连接,在一优选实施例中,所述中间底板12的宽度小于第一折板13和第二折板14的宽度,从而容纳腔15呈扁平状,整体高度降低,收折在车顶上时不会给车身增加太多的高度。再进一步优化结构,所述第一折板13和第二折板14的大小相同且对称,且都为矩形的板件,与车顶形状适配,本发明相同对称的结构便于统一化生产、组装,提高工人的工作效率。
本实施例的好处是:可折叠底架1至少由底板、侧板和顶板三块板件组成,三块板件所围合成的容置腔是一个整体,容置腔内没有悬空的板件,从而充气骨架能够全部被收纳在容纳腔里面,只有底板承受充气骨架的重力,其他板件不受力,也就不会出现板件塌陷而导致使用时不平整的问题,展开时,可折叠底架能够保持平整,不会出现翘起,使用寿命提高,进而充气车顶帐也能够按照预先的设计结构展开,不会产生变形,保证充气车顶帐的使用效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例,本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应属于本发明涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 充气车顶帐,其特征在于:包括可折叠底架、充气骨架和篷布,充气骨架以可展开和收纳的形式设置在可折叠底座上,篷布蒙设在充气骨架上;
    可折叠底架至少包括中间底板以及翻折设置在中间底板两端的第一折板和第二折板,翻折后的所述第一折板、第二折板和中间底板之间形成一容纳腔供所述充气骨架收纳。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的充气车顶帐,其特征在于:所述第一折板翻折于中间底板的上方,第二折板翻折于第一折板的上方,从而中间底板、第一折板和第二折板依次折叠,相邻两块板件之间形成供充气骨架收纳的容纳腔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的充气车顶帐,其特征在于:所述中间底板的两端分别设有第一转动座和第二转动座,中间底板通过第一转动座连接第一折板,中间底板通过第二转动座连接第二折板,第一转动座的转动半径小于第二转动座的转动半径。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的充气车顶帐,其特征在于:所述中间底板、第一折板和第二折板的形状尺寸相同。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的充气车顶帐,其特征在于:还包括侧支撑架,侧支撑架悬空固定在充气骨架的外侧,当充气骨架展开时,侧支撑架在充气骨架的外侧延展开来,篷布蒙设在充气骨架和侧支撑架上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的充气车顶帐,其特征在于:所述侧支撑架的数量为两个以上,侧支撑架悬空固定在充气骨架的外周侧。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的充气车顶帐,其特征在于:所述侧支撑架倾斜朝上设置。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的充气车顶帐,其特征在于:所述第二折板翻折于所述第一折板上方,所述中间底板翻折于所述第一折板和所述第二折板的侧方。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的充气车顶帐,其特征在于:所述侧板和所述底板之间设置第一合页,所述侧板和所述顶板之间设置第二合页,所述第一合页和所述第二合页的转动角度均为90°。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的充气车顶帐,其特征在于:所述可折叠底架上设有充气装置,充气装置连通充气骨架以对充气骨架充、放气。
