市面上通常意义的床品套件组合为四件标配,产品内含被套*1、枕套*2、床单*1,且均由同一材质制成,解决了花型颜值和对床品的使用基本需求,同时起到保护被芯洁净的作用。在消费观念及生活方式的改变下,民众不再只满足于家纺品在起居场景中纯粹的实用性,还越来越关注产品的品质和体验,更注重睡眠质量对家纺用品的设计、面料和功能性提出了更高的要求。
春夏季恰好是细菌螨虫滋生的季节,且天气炎热,床单被套容易沾上汗液,适合使用清凉舒适的床品套件;而秋冬季温度慢慢降下来直到越来越冷,细菌相对于其他季节不易产生,适合使用柔软贴肤的床品套件。由于现有床品套件均为单一材质,因此在应对不同的季节时,需要更换相应的床品套件。每次对被套进行拆套及清洗晾晒收纳的过程大多很辛苦,且换季后更换下的套件也会占用不小的收纳空间,另外,现有床品四件套中仅有一条床单,而床单的洗涤次数和使用汰换率是最高的,这会导致整体套件洗涤次数和使用汰换率变高。上述问题也是当下床品使用与洗护过程中存在比较普遍的问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双温双感床上用品套件,其解决了现有床品套件采用单一材质所带来的使用与洗护方面的问题。

该套件在春夏季节使用时,用被套3、第一枕套4以及第二枕套5的正面作为贴身面,且采用莱赛尔纤维面料的第一床单1,莱赛尔纤维具有卓越的吸湿能力,独特的原纤结构,能有效调节湿气的吸收与释放,即使是在空气湿度达到65%的环境,莱赛尔纤维仍然可以将人体产生的湿气转移到外部,特别适合春夏容易出汗闷热的夏夜环境,带来消暑去燥的舒适睡感,且不易滋生细菌;在秋冬季节使用时,用被套3、第一枕套4以及第二枕套5的反面作为贴身面,且选用长绒棉面料的第二床单2,棉纤维本身具有多孔高弹性的特点,所以纯棉面料的保湿性是非常好的,天然棉花棉纤维强度高,透气蓄暖,秋冬干爽无静电,也不易滋生细菌,贴身特别健康。另外,配置两条不同材质的床单也是应四季变换需求,莱赛尔纤维面料的第一床单用于春夏,长绒棉面料的第二床单用于秋冬,两条床单为消费者睡眠提供全方位考虑,特别是在季节交替时根据自己的需求选择套件的贴身睡感。
优选的,所述被套3、第一枕套4和第二枕套5均由莱赛尔纤维面料与长绒棉面料缝制而成,且缝制针距为15针/3cm,缝纫工艺精益,针脚细密均匀,有助于提升产品品质。
优选的,所述莱赛尔纤维面料与长绒棉面料的颜色不同,双面形成撞色设计,更加突显出不同材质面料相互兼容搭配,且在不同季节优势互补以示直观区分,这也是对套件刻板印象的改革和升级。
优选的,所述莱赛尔纤维面料上设有冰蓝色的凉感标识6,例如采用冰蓝色正方形的“冰块”图案,所述长绒棉面料上设有橙色的温感标识7,例如采用橙色圆形的“小太阳”图案,加以突显各自的不同体感。
在具体款式上,第一床单1和第二床单2为单层面料,第一床单1和第二床单2的四边或者三边(剩余一边为头侧)均可设置裙边,被套3、第一枕套4和第二枕套5均为双层面料缝制而成,且为三边缝制,而剩余一边设置有开口,开口处设置拉链、魔术贴或按扣等闭合结构,双层面料之间形成容纳被芯及枕芯的空间。
另外,被套3在使用过程中,许多人喜欢将手部放置在被套3头部一侧外表面,或者在睡觉过程中,颈部、脸部不可避免的触及被套3头部一侧外表面,而被套3外表面又是与贴身侧不同的面料(春夏季节外侧为长绒棉面料,秋冬季外侧为莱赛尔纤维面料),因此会导致颈部、脸部或手部触及的部位与想要的面料材质恰好相反,舒适度降低。针对该问题,可以对被套3进行结构优化,具体为:
如图3所示,在所述被套3的其中一边(使用时为头部一侧)连接有翻边8,所述翻边8由正面的莱赛尔纤维面料以及反面的长绒棉面料贴合缝制而成,且翻边8内部间隔设有若干柔性铁片9(即掺杂铁粉的橡胶片),所述被套3在莱赛尔纤维面料以及长绒棉面料的内侧均设有若干柔性磁片10(即掺杂磁粉的橡胶片),且所述翻边8翻折贴合至被套3任一侧面料表面时,所述柔性铁片9与该面料内侧柔性磁片10一一对应吸合,这样翻边8外漏侧的面料始终与被套3贴身侧的面料一致,使得颈部、脸部或手部触及的部位同样为想要的材质,舒适性更高。
上述柔性铁片9和柔性磁片10的设置可避免硬质材料带来不适感,其具体结构为柔性铁片9和柔性磁片10为现有技术,例如采用掺杂铁粉(磁粉)的橡胶片,或者采用填充铁粉(磁粉)的囊袋。当然,对于一些要求不高的产品套件,可以直接用铁片和磁片代替,只需注意尺寸及厚度不要过大即可,例如采用半径1cm、厚度0.2cm的圆形片结构。
优选的,所述被套中莱赛尔纤维面料内侧的柔性磁片10与长绒棉面料内侧的柔性磁片10相对端为异名磁极,这样两者之间具有一定的吸附力,其作用在于,在被套3内装填被芯时,先将两侧柔性磁片10分开,而在被芯装填好后,可利用两侧柔性磁片10之间的吸附力,对被芯进行夹持定位,避免被芯在被套3内发生滑动、卷缩,尤其是针对夏季轻薄易滑动的被芯,定位效果越好。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种双温双感床上用品套件,其特征在于,所述被套的其中一边连接有翻边,所述翻边由正面的莱赛尔纤维面料以及反面的长绒棉面料贴合缝制而成,且翻边内部间隔设有若干柔性铁片,所述被套在莱赛尔纤维面料以及长绒棉面料的内侧均设有若干柔性磁片,且所述翻边翻折贴合至被套任一侧面料表面时,所述柔性铁片与该面料内侧柔性磁片一一对应吸合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种双温双感床上用品套件,其特征在于,所述被套中莱赛尔纤维面料内侧的柔性磁片与长绒棉面料内侧的柔性磁片相对端为异名磁极。
