本实用新型涉及一种婴幼儿用防水透气隔尿垫。
背景技术
为防止婴幼儿尿床弄脏被褥床铺，一般会在婴幼儿身下铺设一条隔尿垫，隔尿垫具有防水特性，能有效防止床单、褥垫脏污，减轻使用者负担。目前现有的隔尿垫大多采用PU薄膜等防水材料，使得隔尿垫本身透气性差，婴幼儿皮肤长期接触容易出痱子和疹子，影响婴幼儿的身体健康。因此，有必要对现有的隔尿垫的结构进行优化。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构紧凑，透气防水保温性能好，可反复清洗不会皱，安全卫生，使用舒适的婴幼儿隔尿垫。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决：
隔尿垫，包括位于上表面的面层、位于下表面的底层及设置在面层和底层之间的中间层，所述中间层为防水透气膜，底层为竹纤维毛圈布，面层、中间层、底层的边缘通过包边固定。上述采用的竹纤维毛圈布具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性，同时还具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。
作为优选，所述的隔尿垫由面层、中间层、底层从上到下依次复合而成。
作为优选，所述的面层为网眼布或法兰绒棉布。网眼布具有很好的透气性，且其质地轻，易洗快干，抗静电，回弹性好，环保无毒，防潮防霉。
作为优选，所述的防水透气膜为TPU膜或PU膜，优选TPU膜，TPU膜本身具有亲水特性，依靠衣服内外蒸汽压的差异，从而实现透湿的效果，人体汗气可以在薄膜间自由穿透，其透湿性可保证人体皮肤的正常呼吸，减少过敏的发生。其耐水解性，抗菌性都非常优秀，强度高、耐水压性能好，可以承受零下30度和零上120度的高温。
作为优选，所述的包边为棉布、涤棉布或拉毛布。
作为优选，所述的隔尿垫的形状为矩形，其尺寸大小为：长40-240cm；宽30-220cm。
作为优选，所述的隔尿垫的形状为圆形、椭圆形、菱形或心形。

隔尿垫，如图1至图2所示，包括位于上表面的面层1、位于下表面的底层3及设置在面层1和底层3之间的中间层2，面层1、中间层2、底层3从上到下依次复合而成，面层1为网眼布，中间层2为TPU膜，底层3为竹纤维毛圈布，面层1、中间层2、底层3的边缘通过包边4固定，包边4可为棉布、涤棉布或拉毛布；隔尿垫的形状为矩形时，其优选尺寸规格为：32*45cm、55*70cm、70*118cm。

隔尿垫，包括位于上表面的面层1、位于下表面的底层3及设置在面层1和底层3之间的中间层2，面层1、中间层2、底层3从上到下依次复合而成，面层1为法兰绒棉布，中间层2为TPU膜，底层3为竹纤维毛圈布，面层1、中间层2、底层3的边缘通过包边4固定，包边4可为棉布、涤棉布或拉毛布；隔尿垫的形状为矩形时，其优选尺寸规格为：32*45cm、55*70cm、70*118cm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的隔尿垫，其特征在于：所述的隔尿垫由面层（1）、中间层（2）、底层（3）从上到下依次复合而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的隔尿垫，其特征在于：所述的面层（1）为网眼布或法兰绒棉布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔尿垫，其特征在于：所述的防水透气膜为TPU膜或PU膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隔尿垫，其特征在于：所述的包边（4）为棉布、涤棉布或拉毛布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的隔尿垫，其特征在于：所述隔尿垫的形状为矩形，其尺寸大小为：长40-240cm；宽30-220cm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的隔尿垫，其特征在于：所述隔尿垫的形状为圆形、椭圆形、菱形或心形。
