本申请要求于2022年11月09日提交中国专利局、申请号为202211401299.2、申请名称为“流量转移方法及设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及网络技术领域,尤其涉及一种流量转移方法及设备。
背景技术
随着电子设备的智能化发展,为了能够实现某一预设功能,不仅开发有独立的应用程序,实现相同功能的小程序也应运而生,其中,小程序是一种不需要下载安装即可使用的应用,它实现了应用“触手可及”的梦想,用户扫一扫或者搜一下即可打开应用;同时也体现了“用完即走”的理念,用户不用关心是否安装太多应用的问题。
目前,小程序往往需要配置在某一主应用程序中,当用户使用上述应用程序时,可以通过小程序实现其他操作,例如:可以通过小程序进行商品购物、快递邮寄、医院的预约挂号等操作。然而,由于使用小程序的用户往往是来自于上述主应用程序的用户,这样对于小程序所对应的服务提供者或者服务提供平台而言,并不方便进行用户的运维和管理。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种流量转移方法及设备,能够基于所提供的转移提示信息引导用户流量进行转移操作,从而便于服务提供者或者服务提供平台进行用户的运维和管理操作。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种流量转移方法,包括:
获取预设小程序中所生成的商品交易信息;
确定与所述预设小程序相对应的关联应用;
基于所述关联应用和所述商品交易信息,生成与所述关联应用相对应的转移提示信息,所述转移提示信息用于引导所述预设小程序的用户流量转移至所述关联应用;
在所述预设小程序中的显示页面中显示所述转移提示信息。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种流量转移装置,包括:
第一获取模块,用于获取预设小程序中所生成的商品交易信息;
第一确定模块,用于确定与所述预设小程序相对应的关联应用;
第一处理模块,用于基于所述关联应用和所述商品交易信息,生成与所述关联应用相对应的转移提示信息,所述转移提示信息用于引导所述预设小程序的用户流量转移至所述关联应用;

本申请实施例提供的技术方案,通过获取预设小程序中所生成的商品交易信息, 确定与所述预设小程序相对应的关联应用,而后基于所述关联应用和所述商品交易信息,生成与所述关联应用相对应的转移提示信息,并在所述预设小程序中的显示页面中显示所述转移提示信息,从而可以基于所显示的转移提示信息内容引导用户在由预设小程序转移至关联应用中进行操作,有效地实现了低成本、高效率进行流量转移操作,进而方便服务提供者或者服务提供平台对用户进行统一的运维和管理,这样不仅保证了流量转移的质量和效率,并且还有利于提高用户的良好体验性,进一步保证了该方法的实用性,有利于市场的推广与应用。

术语定义:
权益差:是指实现相同功能的应用在不同运营端上运营所存在的权益差值,例如,购物应用程序可以在小程序和独立平台上分别运营,由于针对不同运营端的运营策略之间会存在差异,这样会使得购物应用程序中所生成的同一笔订单在不同运营端中进行结算时,用户享受的权益(包括实付金额)或者优惠会出现差异,上述的差异值即为权益差。
换端:引导用户从当前运营端转换到另一个运营端中实现相同的操作,例如:购物应用程序可以在小程序中运营,也可以在独立平台上运营,而后可以利用不同的运营策略引导用户从小程序中转换到独立平台,这种引导用户更换App使用服务的方式表述为“换端”。
私转公:对于某一服务提供平台或者服务管理平台而言,包括可支持或者可运维管理的一个或多个应用程序,通过上述应用程序所获得的用户流量可以称为“公域流量”。对于服务提供平台或者服务管理平台不支持或者不可进行运维管理的应用程序而言,从上述应用程序所获得的用户流量可以称为“私域流量”,而私转公指的是引导私域流量转移到公域流量,即引导用户由不支持或者不可进行运维管理的应用程序转移至可支持或者可运维管理的应用程序中进行相应的操作。
为了方便本领域技术人员理解本申请实施例提供的技术方案,下面对相关技术进行简要说明:
目前,小程序往往需要配置在某一主应用程序中,当用户使用上述应用程序时,可以通过小程序实现其他操作,例如:可以通过小程序进行商品购物、快递邮寄、医院的预约挂号等操作。然而,由于使用小程序的用户往往是来自于上述主应用程序的用户,对于小程序所对应的服务提供者或者服务提供平台而言,并不方便进行用户的运维和管理。
以能够实现购物操作的购物小程序和独立应用程序为例,上述的购物小程序和独立应用程序可以由同一个服务提供者或者服务提供平台进行运维管理,其中,购物小程序可以在所依附的主应用程序中进行运维管理,独立应用程序可以直接进行单独的运维管理。综合服务提供平台的发展策略和外部行业环境来看,购物应用程序需要不断地调整运营策略以适应变化。然而,当需要对购物小程序进行运维管理时,由于小程序往往是配置在某一主APP中,因此,购物小程序往往会受到来自主APP的限制而无法进行灵活、自由的进行运维管理操作,这样不仅无法保证购物应用程序的运维质量,并且还容易降低用户的体验。
另外,对于服务提供平台而言,来自于购物小程序的用户与来自独立APP的用户是不同的,例如,通过对某一购物应用程序中的交易订单进行统计,来自购物小程序中的订单占比约为61.19%,由上可知,购物小程序所获得的订单占比超过了独立的购物应用程序的订单占比。由于独立的购物应用程序由服务提供平台直接进行运维管理,不受任何其他场景的限制,因此,为了能够保证用户的良好体验,同时便于进行用户的维护和管理操作,如何引导该部分用户由小程序转移至独立APP中进行交易,以提升可独立APP中订单交易的占比率是一种亟需解决的技术问题。
下面结合附图,对本发明的一些实施方式作详细说明。在各实施例之间不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。另外,下述各方法实施例中的步骤时序仅为一种举例,而非严格限定。
图1为本申请示例性实施例的一种流量转移方法的流程示意图;参考附图1所示,本实施例提供了一种流量转移方法,该方法的执行主体可以为流量转移装置,可以理解的是,该流量转移装置可以实现为软件、或者软件和硬件的组合,流量转移装置是指可以在网络虚拟环境中提供流量转移服务的设备,通常是指利用网络进行信息规划以及流量转移操作的装置。在物理实现上,流量转移装置可以是任何能够提供计算服务,响应流量转移请求,并可以基于流量转移请求进行流量转移服务的设备,例如:可以是集群服务器、常规服务器、云服务器、云主机、虚拟中心等。流量转移装置的构成主要包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,和通用的计算机架构类似。
在流量转移装置可以实现为云端的服务器时,该流量转移方法可以在云端来执行,在云端可以部署有若干计算节点(云服务器),每个计算节点中都具有计算、存储等 处理资源。在云端,可以组织由多个计算节点来提供某种服务,当然,一个计算节点也可以提供一种或多种服务。云端提供该服务的方式可以是对外提供服务接口,用户调用该服务接口以使用相应的服务。服务接口包括软件开发工具包(Software Development Kit,简称SDK)、应用程序接口(Application Programming Interface,简称API)等形式。
针对本发明实施例提供的方案,云端可以提供有流量转移服务的服务接口,用户通过客户端/请求端调用该流量转移服务接口,以向云端触发调用该流量转移服务接口的请求。云端确定响应该请求的计算节点,利用该计算节点中的处理资源执行流量转移的具体处理操作。
另外,流量转移装置可以通信连接有客户端/请求端,上述的客户端/请求端可以是任何具有一定数据传输能力的计算设备,具体实现时,客户端/请求端可以是手机、个人电脑PC、平板电脑、设定应用程序等等。此外,客户端的基本结构可以包括:至少一个处理器。处理器的数量取决于客户端的配置和类型。客户端也可以包括存储器,该存储器可以为易失性的,例如RAM,也可以为非易失性的,例如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM)、闪存等,或者也可以同时包括两种类型。存储器内通常存储有操作系统(Operating System,简称OS)、一个或多个应用程序,也可以存储有程序数据等。除了处理单元和存储器之外,客户端还包括一些基本配置,例如网卡芯片、IO总线、显示组件以及一些外围设备等。可选地,一些外围设备可以包括,例如键盘、鼠标、输入笔、打印机等。其它外围设备在本领域中是众所周知的,在此不做赘述。
在上述本实施例中,客户端/请求端可以与流量转移装置进行网络连接,该网络连接可以是无线或有线网络连接。若客户端/请求端与流量转移装置是通信连接,该移动网络的网络制式可以为2G(GSM)、2.5G(GPRS)、3G(WCDMA、TD-SCDMA、CDMA2000、UTMS)、4G(LTE)、4G+(LTE+)、WiMax、5G、6G等中的任意一种。
具体的,该流量转移方法可以包括:
步骤S101:获取预设小程序中所生成的商品交易信息。
步骤S102:确定与预设小程序相对应的关联应用。
步骤S103:基于关联应用和商品交易信息,生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息,转移提示信息用于引导预设小程序的用户流量转移至关联应用。
步骤S104:在预设小程序中的显示页面中显示转移提示信息。
下面对上述各个步骤的具体实现方式和实现效果进行详细说明:
步骤S101:获取预设小程序中所生成的商品交易信息。
其中,预设小程序是指配置在某一主应用程序APP中可实现商品交易操作的应用程序,商品可以包括虚拟商品或者实体商品,其中,实体商品是指需要物流运输的商品,其可以包括:服饰、首饰、食品、化妆品、电器等等,虚拟商品与实体商品相对 应,其是指不需要物流运输的商品,具体可以包括游戏点卡、话费充值、会员账号等等。需要注意的是,上述的商品交易操作还可以包括对服务的交易操作,例如:商品配送服务、人员雇佣服务、网上授课服务等均可以进行交易操作。
另外,不同的商品交易操作可以对应有不同的预设小程序,例如:用于实现买药品的小程序、用于实现买生鲜水果的小程序、用于实现买电子产品的小程序等等。对于主应用程序APP的用户而言,用户通过访问预设小程序实现商品交易操作,此时,则可以统计或者获得预设小程序中所生成的商品交易信息,该商品交易信息可以包括:商品品类、商品数量、商品交易价格等等。
步骤S102:确定与预设小程序相对应的关联应用。
对于预设小程序而言,预先配置能够实现相同功能或者相同操作目的的关联应用,上述的关联应用是一种不需要依附于其他应用程序的独立应用程序,且关联应用与预设小程序往往是通过同一个服务运维管理平台进行运维管理。
在获取到商品交易信息之后,则说明存在用户通过预设小程序进行商品交易操作,此时,为了能够将预设小程序中的用户流量转移至独立的关联应用中,则可以确定与预设小程序相对应的关联应用。具体实现时,由于预设小程序与关联应用往往是通过同一个服务管理平台进行运维管理,因此,服务管理平台中可以存储有预设小程序与关联应用之间的映射关系,在获取到商品交易信息之后,可以通过商品交易信息确定关联小程序的程序标识,通过程序标识和上述的映射关系即可确定与预设小程序相对应的关联应用。
在又一些实例中,与预设小程序存在关系的关联应用的数量可以为一个或多个,在关联应用的数量为多个时,为了能够将预设小程序的用户流量引导至特定的关联应用中,本实施例中提供了一种基于优惠信息来确定关联应用的实现方式,具体的,确定与预设小程序相对应的关联应用,包括:获取与预设小程序相关联的多个备选应用;确定商品信息在各个备选应用中所对应的优惠信息;将最大的优惠信息所对应的备选应用确定为关联应用。
具体的,在获取到预设小程序中所生成的商品交易信息之后,则可以获取与预设小程序相关联多个备选应用,备选应用的具体获取方式与上述关联应用的获取方式相类似,由于不同的备选应用可能对应有不同的营销策略,因此,不同备选应用所对应的优惠信息可能不同,为了能够提高流量转移的成功率,在获取多个备选应用之后,可以确定商品信息在各个备选应用中所对应的优惠信息,上述各个备选引用中所对应的优惠信息可以相同或者不同,而后可以将最大的优惠信息所对应的备选应用确定为关联应用,从而有效地提高了对关联应用进行确定的准确可靠性。
举例来说,参考附图2所示,预设小程序可以对应有备选应用1、备选应用2和备选应用3,上述备选应用1针对商品交易信息可以对应有优惠信息1,备选应用2针对商品交易信息可以对应有优惠信息2,备选应用3针对商品交易信息可以对应有 优惠信息3,在优惠信息3>优惠信息1>优惠信息2时,则可以将最大的优惠信息3所对应的备选应用3确定为关联应用,由于上述备选应用3所对应的优惠比较多,因此,在将备选应用3确定为关联应用时,可以提高基于关联应用所生成的转移提示信息进行流量转移操作的成功率。
在另一些实例中,在关联应用的数量为多个时,不仅可以通过优惠信息来确定关联应用,还可以基于关联应用的应用优先级来确定特定的应用程序,此时,确定与预设小程序相对应的关联应用可以包括:获取与预设小程序相关联的多个备选应用;确定多个备选应用各自对应的转移优先级;将最高的转移优先级所对应的备选应用确定为关联应用。

举例来说,参考附图2所示,预设小程序可以对应有备选应用1、备选应用2和备选应用3,上述备选应用1对应有优先级a,备选应用2对应有优先级b,备选应用3对应有优先级c,在优先级b>优先级c>优先级a时,则可以将最大的优先级b所对应的备选应用2确定为关联应用,由于上述备选应用2所对应的优先级比较高,因此,在将备选应用2确定为关联应用时,可以准确地引导用户由预设小程序转移到特定的备选应用2中,从而有利于满足对用户的统一运维管理。
步骤S103:基于关联应用和商品交易信息,生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息,转移提示信息用于引导预设小程序的用户流量转移至关联应用。

此外,转移提示信息中还可以包括两个接口控件,分别用于实现用户流量的转移 操作的第一控件(例如:“去结算”控件)和用于关闭转移提示信息的第二控件(例如:“再看看”控件),当用户对第一控件输入点击操作时,则获取到用户基于转移提示信息所触发的流量转移操作,而后则可以直接启动并跳转到关联应用的相应页面。在用户对第二控件输入点击操作时,则获取到用户关闭转移提示信息的操作,因此,则可以页面中所显示的转移提示信息关闭,并对其他相关信息进行显示。
对于转移提示信息而言,本实施例对于其具体生成方式不做限定,在一些实例中,转移提示信息可以通过预先训练好的机器学习模型或者神经网络模型对关联应用和商品交易信息进行分析处理所获得的,此时,基于关联应用和商品交易信息,生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息可以包括:获取预先训练好的机器学习模型或者神经网络模型,将关联应用和商品交易信息输入至机器学习模型或者神经网络模型,获得机器学习模型或者神经网络模型所输出的转移提示信息。
在又一些实例中,不仅可以通过机器学习模型或者神经网络模型获取到转移提示信息,为了能够提高基于转移提示信息进行流量转移操作的成功率,还可以基于优惠信息来确定转移提示信息,此时,基于关联应用和商品交易信息,生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息可以包括:基于关联应用,确定与商品交易信息相对应的优惠信息;基于优惠信息,生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息。

在获取到用户信息之后,可以对用户信息进行分析处理,以确定用户流量相对应 关联应用的流量类型,在一些实例中,基于用户信息,确定用户流量在关联应用中所对应的流量类型可以包括:基于用户信息,识别用户流量是否为关联应用中的注册流量;若用户流量为关联应用中的注册流量、且已开通关联应用中的预设权限,则确定流量类型为已注册流量,若用户流量为关联应用中的注册流量、且未开通关联应用中的预设权限,则确定流量类型为待开发流量;若用户流量为关联应用中的未注册流量,确定流量类型为未注册流量,其中,关联应用中的预设权限可以包括以下至少之一:会员服务权限、月卡服务权限等等。
由于流量转移操作所对应的用户流量对于关联应用而言,可以包括未注册流量、未开通关联应用中预设权限的待开发流量以及已注册流量等类型,而不同的流量类型可以对应有不同的优惠信息,并且,已注册流量在关联应用中可以直接进行运维管理,因此,为了能够提高流量转移操作的成功概率,未注册流量所对应的优惠信息往往高于待开发流量所对应的优惠信息,待开发流量所对应的优惠信息往往高于已注册流量所对应的优惠信息。

本实施例提供的流量转移方法,实现了一种私转公的流量转移方案,具体通过获取预设小程序中所生成的商品交易信息,确定与预设小程序相对应的关联应用,而后基于关联应用和商品交易信息,生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息,并在预设小程序中的显示页面中显示转移提示信息,从而可以基于所显示的转移提示信息内容引导用户在由预设小程序转移至关联应用中进行操作,有效地实现了低成本、高效率进行流量转移操作,进而方便服务提供者或者服务提供平台对用户进行统一的运维和管理,这样不仅保证了流量转移的质量和效率,并且还有利于提高用户的良好体验性,进一步保证了该方法的实用性,有利于市场的推广与应用。
图5为本申请示例性实施例的另一种流量转移方法的流程示意图;在上述实施例的基础上,参考附图5所示,为了能够提高用户流量转移的质量和效率,在确定与预设小程序相对应的关联应用之后,本实施例中的方法还可以包括判断商品交易信息所对应的用户流量是否满足转移条件的技术方案,具体的,本实施例中的方法还可以包括:
步骤S501:基于关联应用和商品交易信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件。
步骤S502:在用户流量满足转移条件时,则生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息。
步骤S503:在用户流量不满足转移条件时,则禁止生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息。

具体的,在获取到关联应用和商品交易信息之后,可以对关联应用和商品交易信息进行分析处理,以识别用户流量是否满足转移条件,在一些实例中,转移条件可以 与优惠信息相关,此时,基于关联应用和商品交易信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件可以包括:获取商品交易信息在关联应用中所对应的优惠信息;基于优惠信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件。
其中,对于与预设小程序相对应的关联应用而言,由于关联应用相对于预设小程序可以对应有不同的运营策略,因此,针对同一商品交易信息而言,在关联应用中所对应的优惠信息与在预设小程序中所对应的优惠信息可能不同,此时,为了能够准确地识别用户流量是否满足转移条件,则可以对商品交易信息和关联应用进行分析处理,具体的,可以基于商品交易信息在关联应用中进行模拟交易操作,模拟交易操作可以是在与商品交易信息相对应的优惠策略进行实现的,因此,可以获得基于优惠策略来确定商品交易信息在关联应用中所对应的优惠信息,不同的优惠策略可以对应有不同的优惠信息。

具体的,在获取到商品交易信息之后,可以直接对商品交易信息进行分析处理,以获取商品交易信息在预设小程序中所对应的第一结算信息,该第一结算信息可以包括在预设小程序中所享受的优惠信息。同时,为了能够获取到结算信息之间的差值,在确定商品交易信息和关联应用之后,可以确定商品交易信息在关联应用中所对应的第二结算信息,在一些实例中,确定商品交易信息在关联应用中所对应的第二结算信息可以包括:基于商品交易信息,确定所购买的商品品类以及商品数量;基于商品品类以及商品数量在关联应用中进行模拟交易,生成第二结算信息,第二结算信息可以包括在关联应用中所享受的优惠信息。
在获取到第一结算信息和第二结算信息之后,可以对第一结算信息和第二结算信 息进行分析处理,以基于分析处理结果识别用户流量是否满足转移条件,具体的,在第二结算信息高于或等于第一结算信息时,则说明用户在关联应用中针对相同的商品需要支付更多的费用,此时,对于用户而言,并不适合在关联应用中进行商品交易操作,因此可以确定用户流量不满足转移条件。在第二结算信息小于第一结算信息时,则说明用户在关联应用中针对相同的商品需要支付更少的费用,此时,对于用户而言,初步确定适合在关联应用中进行商品交易操作,为了进一步准确地确定用户流量是否满足转移条件,则可以进一步获取第一结算信息与第二结算信息之间的结算差值,而后基于结算差值识别用户流量是否满足转移条件。
具体的,基于结算差值识别用户流量是否满足转移条件可以包括:在结算差值大于或等于预设限值时,则确定用户流量满足转移条件;在结算差值小于预设限值时,则确定用户流量不满足转移条件,从而有效地实现了对用户流量是否满足转移条件进行准确地识别操作。

其中,为了能够提高流量转移操作的成功率,在生成转移提示信息之后,不仅可以通过显示界面对转移提示信息进行显示,以使得用户可以通过显示界面直观地查看到转移提示信息,还可以向关联终端发送推送信息,以通过关联终端所显示的推送信息引导用户进行相对应的流量转移操作。具体的,为了能够实现上述操作,在获取到转移提示信息之后,可以对转移提示信息进行分析处理,以获取与转移提示信息相对应的推送信息,该推送信息中可以包括:关联应用、流量转移文本以及与关联应用相对应的链接信息等等,在获取到推送信息之后,可以确定与用户流量相对应的关联终端(手机、智能手表、平板电脑等等),该关联终端可以通过用户流量所对应的账户信息来确定。

本实施例中,通过获取与转移提示信息相对应的推送信息,确定与用户流量相对 应的关联终端,并将推送信息发送至关联终端,有效地实现了能够结合推送信息和转移提示信息进行流量转移操作,这样能够提高流量转移操作的成功率,进一步提高了该方法的实用性。
具体应用时,以能够实现买菜操作的买菜小程序作为预设小程序为例,本应用实施例提供了一种流量转移方法,该流量转移方法能够对买菜小程序中的用户转移至独立关联应用中进行买菜操作,具体的,本实施例中的流量转移方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1:获取预设用户在买菜小程序中所生成的菜品交易信息。
其中,菜品交易信息可以包括待交易的菜品品类、菜品数量、菜品单价等等。
步骤2:在买菜小程序中,显示与菜品交易信息相对应的结算页面。
步骤3:基于菜品交易信息识别预设用户是否满足与关联应用相对应的流量转移条件,其中,关联应用是与小程序相关联的、独立运维管理的应用程序。
在一些实例中,基于菜品交易信息识别预设用户是否满足与关联应用相对应的流量转移条件可以包括:确定菜品交易信息在关联应用中所对应的优惠信息,其中,确定菜品交易信息在关联应用中所对应的优惠信息可以包括:基于菜品交易信息确定预设用户的基础数据,基础数据可以包括预设用户的身份信息、用户的偏好信息等等,而后可以结合关联应用中的具体计算规则对基础数据进行分析处理,以计算出预设用户的优惠信息,甚至可以计算出预设用户在买菜小程序和关联应用之间实付金额的差值等等。

在又一些实例中,基于菜品交易信息识别预设用户是否满足与关联应用相对应的流量转移条件可以包括:确定菜品交易信息在关联应用中所对应的预估结算信息,获取菜品交易信息在菜品小程序中所对应的当前结算信息;获取当前结算信息与预估结算信息之间的结算差值,即结算差值=当前结算信息-预估结算信息。而后基于结算差值来识别预设用户是否满足于关联应用相对应的流量转移条件,具体的,在结算差值大于或等于预设正整数时,则说明预设用户在菜品小程序中需要支付更多的费用,对于用户而言,转移至关联应用的概率更高,因此,可以确定预设用户满足与关联应用相对应的流量转移条件。在结算差值小于预设正整数时,则说明预设用户在菜品小程序中需要支付较少的费用,对于上述的预设用户而言,转移至关联应用的概率较低,因此,可以确定预设用户不满足与关联应用相对应的流量转移条件。
步骤4:在预设用户满足流量转移条件时,则生成转移提醒信息,并在显示界面中显示转移提醒信息。在预设用户不满足流量转移条件时,则不生成转移提醒信息。
其中,转移提醒信息可以以弹窗的方式、飘窗的方式、插入的方式在结算页面中 进行显示,以提醒并引导预设用户转移至关联应用中进行相对应的菜品交易操作。在转移提醒信息以弹窗方式在结算页面中进行显示时,转移提醒信息可以包括提醒内容以及与菜品小程序相对应的关联应用,除了包括上述信息之外,转移提醒信息还可以包括优惠信息或者结算差值,以提高对预设用户进行流量转移操作的成功率。具体的,参考附图6所示,转移提醒信息可以包括标题信息(买菜卡特惠)、关联应用(买菜卡服务)提醒内容(首次开通买菜卡,送你5元专享券,使用买菜卡,本单可优惠4.94元,还可领最高0.96元的赠品,打开【短信】查看攻略)等等。
另外,转移提醒信息的显示时机也可以根据不同的显示方式进行不同的配置操作,例如,在转移提醒信息以弹窗的方式进行显示时,则可以识别是否检测到用户在结算页面中输入提交结算操作,当获取到用户输入提交结算操作时,则在结算页面中显示转移提醒信息,并且在转移提醒信息关闭之后,才会允许进入结算流程。在转移提醒信息以飘窗或者插入的方式在结算页面中进行显示时,则可以直接在显示结算页面中对转移提醒信息进行显示。
此外,转移提醒信息不仅可以在结算页面中进行显示,还可以在订单提交页面中进行显示,具体的显示方式与在结算页面中进行显示的方式相类似,在此不再赘述。需要注意的是,由于订单提交页面中只包括结算信息,因此,页面中存在较大的空间显示区域,因此,在对转移提醒信息进行显示时,可以对转移提醒信息的具体条目以及优惠信息进行显示。具体的,参考附图7所示,在订单提交页面中可以包括订单的相关信息,并且在订单提交页面的中部可以显示转移提醒信息,该转移提醒信息可以包括多个优惠明细,为了能够使得用户了解具体的信息,可以依次对多个优惠明细进行显示,例如:在转移提醒信息可以包括以下优惠明细:赠品菜最高价值(5元)、买菜卡专享价(2元)、买菜卡专享券(2元)、买菜金折扣(0.2元)、淘宝币折扣(0.3元)以及其他优惠项目(1元)等等,从而使得用户可以更加直观地了解到转移提醒信息,有利于提高流量转移操作的成功率。
步骤5:在生成转移提醒信息之后,可以确定预设用户相对应的关联终端,并基于转移提醒信息生成推送信息,向关联终端发送推送信息。
具体的,在关联终端实现为手持终端时,推送信息可以实现为短信,从而有效地实现了不仅可以在显示界面中通过转移提醒信息来引导用户进行转移操作,还可以通过短信触发关联终端,使得用户可以直接通过关联终端的短信查看到优惠明细或者结算信息等等,这样可以进一步提高用户转移流量的成功率。
此外,为了能够提高流量转移操作的成功率,关联应用还可以基于不同类型的用户发放不同的权益和优惠,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤11:基于菜品交易信息获取用户信息;
步骤12:基于用户信息确定预设用户相对于关联应用的用户类型。
其中,关联应用中可以开通有预设活动服务,例如:月卡服务(在一个月的时间 内享受特定优惠的会员卡服务)、年卡服务(在一年内的时间内享有特定优惠的会员卡服务)、季卡服务(在一个季度内的时间内享有特定优惠的会员卡服务),当用户开通上述预设活动服务时,则会享有更多的优惠和权益,因此,将用户是否已经在关联应用中开通账户、是否已经开通预设活动服务将用户划分为三类,具体包括:未在关联应用中开通账户的未注册用户(即为新用户)、已经在关联应用中开通账户但未开通预设活动服务的待开发用户以及已经在关联应用中开通账户且已经开通预设活动服务的已开通用户(即为老用户)。
另外,还可以统计其他数据(上述数据已经获得用户的授权且已经进行脱敏操作),以能够提高对用户类型进行识别的准确性,例如:基于用户信息确定交易数据(加购商品特性、下单频次金额、购物车当前容量等)、用户操作行为记录(停留时长、操作习惯等),其中,下单频次金额用于标识用户的活跃度,购物车的当前容量用于标识所有未结算的产品,并结合预设活动进行购物提醒操作,例如:提醒用户添加某项商品即可享有特定的服务(例如:领取菜品)等活动。用户操作行为记录用于识别出用户的喜好或者偏好,以便向用户提供相对应的推送产品,并发放向贴近或者适配的商品服务权益。结合上述数据以及菜品交易信息来准确地确定用户类型,这样能够实现对用户进行更加精细化的维护和管理操作。
步骤13:基于用户类型来确定与商品交易信息相对应的优惠信息,并向预设用户发放相对应的权益,以实现对用户的运维和管理。
需要注意的是,本实施例中用于实现流量转移操作的转移提醒信息不仅可以在客户端链路中的各个场景中的显示界面中进行信息推送展示,或者通过应用层中进行信息推送展示,还可以通过第三方消息能力进行信息展示等等,例如:通过广告平台进行推送显示等等,这样可以进一步提高流量转移操作的成功率和多样性。
本应用实施例提供的技术方案,结合具体的营销策略来生成转移提醒信息,之后采用信息推送以及界面显示等技术手段对转移提醒信息进行显示,通过所显示的转移提醒信息可以引导用户由小程序转移至关联应用中进行操作,从而实现了目标性质的流量转移操作,这样不仅能够降低流量转移的运营成本,并且还能够保证并提高服务提供平台对用户进行运维和管理操作,有利于提高用户的良好体验,进一步提高了该方法的实用性,有利于市场的推广与应用。
图8为本申请示例性实施例的又一种流量转移方法的流程示意图;参考附图8所示,本实施例提供了一种流量转移方法,该方法的执行主体可以为流量转移装置,可以理解的是,该流量转移装置可以实现为软件、或者软件和硬件的组合,具体的,该流量转移方法可以包括:
步骤S801:响应于用户在预设程序中输入的交互行为,显示交互界面。
步骤S802:在交互界面中,显示转移提示信息,转移提示信息用于引导用户由预设小程序转移至关联应用进行操作,关联应用与预设小程序之间存在关联关系。
其中,用户在预设程序中输入的交互行为可以包括以下至少之一:用户在预设程序中输入的商品交易行为/服务预定行为、用户打开或者浏览预设程序的行为等等。在获取到用户在预设程序中输入的交互行为之后,可以基于交互行为显示交互界面,为了能够实现流量转移操作,则可以在交互界面中显示转移提示信息,该转移提示信息用于引导用户由预设程序转移至关联应用中进行操作,在用户查看到转移提示信息之后,可以基于转移提示信息的操作进行相对应的转移操作,即用户可以由预设程序转移至关联应用中进行相应操作。
需要注意的是,在交互界面中不仅可以显示转移提示信息,还可以包括用于实现人机交互操作的预设控件,而后用户可以对交互界面中所包括的预设控件输入点选或者滑动操作等等,以实现人机交互操作。
应用场景1,预设程序可以实现为依附在某一主应用程序中的预设小程序,此时,在用户通过预设小程序进行启动操作或者商品选择操作时,则可以获取到交互行为,而后可以显示交互界面,在显示交互界面之后,可以直接在交互界面中显示转移提示信息,该转移提示信息可以在预设小程序的首页、内容显示页面(例如:商品显示页面)、订单页面、结算页面等等进行显示,从而可以实现基于所显示的转移提示信息引导用户由预设小程序转移至关联应用中进行商品交易操作。
再例如,在用户通过预设小程序进行游戏娱乐、直播、会议等操作时,可以显示与独立游戏、直播以及会议的转移提示信息,并且可以在预设小程序中的任意一个界面中显示转移提示信息,以实现基于所显示转移提示信息引导用户由预设小程序转移至关联应用中进行游戏娱乐、直播、会议等操作。
应用场景2,预设程序可以实现为独立功能操作的应用程序,此时,在用户通过预设小程序进行启动操作、视频浏览操作、图像浏览操作、文本浏览操作时,则可以获取到交互行为,而后可以显示交互界面,在交互行为与某一关联应用存在关联时,例如:在所浏览的视频、图像或者文本与预先要购买的某件商品相对应时,则可以生成转移提示信息,并在可以直接在交互界面中显示转移提示信息,该转移提示信息可以在预设程序的内容显示页面中进行显示,从而可以实现基于所显示的转移提示信息引导用户由预设程序转移至关联应用中进行相应操作。
此外,本实施例还可以包括上述图1-图7所示实施例的方法,本实施例未详细描述的部分,可参考对图1-图7所示实施例的相关说明。该技术方案的执行过程和技术效果参见图1-图7所示实施例中的描述,在此不再赘述。
图9为本申请示例性实施例的一种流量转移装置的结构示意图;参考附图9所示,本实施例提供了一种流量转移装置,该流量转移装置能够执行上述图1所示的流量转移方法,具体的,该流量转移装置可以包括:
第一获取模块11,用于获取预设小程序中所生成的商品交易信息;
第一确定模块12,用于确定与预设小程序相对应的关联应用;
第一处理模块13,用于基于关联应用和商品交易信息,生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息,转移提示信息用于引导预设小程序的用户流量转移至关联应用;
第一显示模块14,用于在预设小程序中的显示页面中显示转移提示信息。
在一些实例中,在确定与预设小程序相对应的关联应用之后,本实施例中的第一处理模块13用于执行以下步骤:基于关联应用和商品交易信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件;在用户流量满足转移条件时,则生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息;在用户流量不满足转移条件时,则禁止生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息。
在一些实例中,在第一处理模块13基于关联应用和商品交易信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件时,该第一处理模块13用于执行:获取商品交易信息在关联应用中所对应的优惠信息;基于优惠信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件。
在一些实例中,在第一处理模块13基于优惠信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件时,该第一处理模块13用于执行:在优惠信息大于或等于预设优惠值时,则确定用户流量满足转移条件;在优惠信息小于预设优惠值时,则确定用户流量不满足转移条件。
在一些实例中,在第一处理模块13基于关联应用和商品交易信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件时,该第一处理模块13用于执行:获取商品交易信息在预设小程序中所对应的第一结算信息;确定商品交易信息在关联应用中所对应的第二结算信息;在第二结算信息高于或等于第一结算信息时,则确定用户流量不满足转移条件;在第二结算信息小于第一结算信息时,则获取第一结算信息与第二结算信息之间的结算差值,基于结算差值识别用户流量是否满足转移条件。

在一些实例中,在第一处理模块13基于用户信息,确定用户流量在关联应用中所对应的流量类型时,该第一处理模块13用于执行:基于用户信息,识别用户流量是否为关联应用中的注册流量;若用户流量为关联应用中的注册流量、且已开通关联应用中的预设权限,则确定流量类型为已注册流量;若用户流量为关联应用中的注册流量、且未开通关联应用中的预设权限,则确定流量类型为待开发流量;若用户流量为关联 应用中的未注册流量,确定流量类型为未注册流量。
在一些实例中,在确定用户流量在关联应用中所对应的流量类型之后,本实施例中的第一处理模块13用于执行以下步骤:基于流量类型,确定关联应用中提供的与用户流量相对应的权益类型;基于权益类型在关联应用中为用户流量发放权益。
在一些实例中,在第一显示模块14在预设小程序中的显示页面中显示转移提示信息时,该第一显示模块14用于执行:获取预设小程序中与商品交易信息相对应的结算页面;在结算页面中显示转移提示信息。
在一些实例中,在第一显示模块14在预设小程序中的显示页面中显示转移提示信息时,该第一显示模块14用于执行:获取预设小程序中与商品交易信息相对应的订单提交页面;在订单提交页面中显示转移提示信息。

在一些实例中,在第一确定模块12确定与预设小程序相对应的关联应用时,该第一确定模块12用于执行:获取与预设小程序相关联的多个备选应用;确定多个备选应用各自对应的转移优先级;将最高的转移优先级所对应的备选应用确定为关联应用。
在一些实例中,在生成与预设小程序相对应的转移提示信息之后,本实施例中的第一获取模块11、第一确定模块12和第一处理模块13用于执行以下步骤:
第一获取模块11,用于获取与转移提示信息相对应的推送信息;
第一确定模块12,用于确定与用户流量相对应的关联终端;
第一处理模块13,用于将推送信息发送至关联终端。
图9所示流量转移装置可以执行图1-图7所示实施例的方法,本实施例未详细描述的部分,可参考对图1-图7所示实施例的相关说明。该技术方案的执行过程和技术效果参见图1-图7所示实施例中的描述,在此不再赘述。
在一个可能的设计中,图9所示流量转移装置的结构可实现为一电子设备,该电子设备可以是集群服务器、常规服务器、云端的服务器、云主机、虚拟中心等。如图10所示,该电子设备可以包括:第一处理器21和第一存储器22。其中,第一存储器22用于存储相对应电子设备执行上述图1-图7所示实施例中提供的流量转移方法的程序,第一处理器21被配置为用于执行第一存储器22中存储的程序。
程序包括一条或多条计算机指令,其中,一条或多条计算机指令被第一处理器21执行时能够实现如下步骤:获取预设小程序中所生成的商品交易信息;确定与预设小 程序相对应的关联应用;基于关联应用和商品交易信息,生成与关联应用相对应的转移提示信息,转移提示信息用于引导预设小程序的用户流量转移至关联应用;在预设小程序中的显示页面中显示转移提示信息。
进一步的,第一处理器21还用于执行前述图1-图7所示实施例中的全部或部分步骤。
其中,电子设备的结构中还可以包括第一通信接口23,用于电子设备与其他设备或通信网络通信。
另外,本发明实施例提供了一种计算机存储介质,用于储存电子设备所用的计算机软件指令,其包含用于执行上述图1-图7所示方法实施例中的流量转移方法所涉及的程序。
此外,本发明实施例提供了一种计算机程序产品,包括:计算机程序,当计算机程序被电子设备的处理器执行时,使处理器执行图1-图7所示方法实施例中的流量转移方法。
图11为本申请示例性实施例的另一种流量转移装置的结构示意图;参考附图11所示,本实施例提供了另一种流量转移装置,该流量转移装置能够执行上述图8所示的流量转移方法,具体的,该流量转移装置可以包括:
第二获取模块31,用于响应于用户在预设程序中输入的交互行为,显示交互界面。
第二显示模块32,用于在交互界面中,显示转移提示信息,转移提示信息用于引导用户由预设小程序转移至关联应用进行操作,关联应用与预设小程序之间存在关联关系。
图11所示流量转移装置可以执行图8所示实施例的方法,本实施例未详细描述的部分,可参考对图8所示实施例的相关说明。该技术方案的执行过程和技术效果参见图8所示实施例中的描述,在此不再赘述。
在一个可能的设计中,图11所示流量转移装置的结构可实现为一电子设备,该电子设备可以是集群服务器、常规服务器、云端的服务器、云主机、虚拟中心等。如图12所示,该电子设备可以包括:第二处理器41和第二存储器42。其中,第二存储器42用于存储相对应电子设备执行上述图8所示实施例中提供的流量转移方法的程序,第二处理器41被配置为用于执行第二存储器42中存储的程序。
程序包括一条或多条计算机指令,其中,一条或多条计算机指令被第二处理器41执行时能够实现如下步骤:响应于用户在预设程序中输入的交互行为,显示交互界面;在交互界面中,显示转移提示信息,转移提示信息用于引导用户由预设小程序转移至关联应用进行操作,关联应用与预设小程序之间存在关联关系。
进一步的,第二处理器41还用于执行前述图8所示实施例中的全部或部分步骤。
其中,电子设备的结构中还可以包括第二通信接口43,用于电子设备与其他设备或通信网络通信。
另外,本发明实施例提供了一种计算机存储介质,用于储存电子设备所用的计算机软件指令,其包含用于执行上述图8所示方法实施例中的流量转移方法所涉及的程序。
此外,本发明实施例提供了一种计算机程序产品,包括:计算机程序,当计算机程序被电子设备的处理器执行时,使处理器执行图8所示方法实施例中的流量转移方法。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种流量转移方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取预设小程序中所生成的商品交易信息;
    确定与所述预设小程序相对应的关联应用;
    基于所述关联应用和所述商品交易信息,生成与所述关联应用相对应的转移提示信息,所述转移提示信息用于引导所述预设小程序的用户流量转移至所述关联应用;
    在所述预设小程序中的显示页面中显示所述转移提示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定与所述预设小程序相对应的关联应用之后,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述关联应用和所述商品交易信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件;
    在所述用户流量满足转移条件时,则生成与所述关联应用相对应的转移提示信息;
    在所述用户流量不满足转移条件时,则禁止生成与所述关联应用相对应的转移提示信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述关联应用和所述商品交易信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件,包括:
    获取所述商品交易信息在所述关联应用中所对应的优惠信息;
    基于所述优惠信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述优惠信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件,包括:
    在所述优惠信息大于或等于预设优惠值时,则确定所述用户流量满足转移条件;
    在所述优惠信息小于预设优惠值时,则确定所述用户流量不满足转移条件。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述关联应用和所述商品交易信息识别用户流量是否满足转移条件,包括:
    获取所述商品交易信息在所述预设小程序中所对应的第一结算信息;
    确定所述商品交易信息在所述关联应用中所对应的第二结算信息;
    在所述第二结算信息高于或等于第一结算信息时,则确定所述用户流量不满足转移条件;
    在所述第二结算信息小于第一结算信息时,则获取所述第一结算信息与所述第二结算信息之间的结算差值,基于所述结算差值识别所述用户流量是否满足转移条件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述结算差值识别所述用户流 量是否满足转移条件,包括:
    在所述结算差值大于或等于预设限值时,则确定所述用户流量满足转移条件;
    在所述结算差值小于预设限值时,则确定所述用户流量不满足转移条件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述关联应用和所述商品交易信息,生成与所述预设小程序相对应的转移提示信息,包括:
    基于所述关联应用,确定与所述商品交易信息相对应的优惠信息;
    基于所述优惠信息,生成与所述关联应用相对应的转移提示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述关联应用,确定与所述商品交易信息相对应的优惠信息,包括:
    获取与所述商品交易信息相对应的用户信息;
    基于所述用户信息,确定所述用户流量在关联应用中所对应的流量类型;
    基于所述流量类型,确定与所述商品交易信息相对应的优惠信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述用户信息,确定所述用户流量在关联应用中所对应的流量类型,包括:
    基于所述用户信息,识别所述用户流量是否为所述关联应用中的注册流量;
    若所述用户流量为所述关联应用中的注册流量、且已开通所述关联应用中的预设权限,则确定流量类型为已注册流量;
    若所述用户流量为所述关联应用中的注册流量、且未开通所述关联应用中的预设权限,则确定流量类型为待开发流量;
    若所述用户流量为所述关联应用中的未注册流量,确定所述流量类型为未注册流量。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定所述用户流量在关联应用中所对应的流量类型之后,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述流量类型,确定所述关联应用中提供的与所述用户流量相对应的权益类型;
    基于所述权益类型在所述关联应用中为所述用户流量发放权益。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述预设小程序中的显示页面中显示所述转移提示信息,包括:
    获取所述预设小程序中与所述商品交易信息相对应的结算页面;
    在所述结算页面中显示所述转移提示信息。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述预设小程序中的显示页面中显示所述转移提示信息,包括:
    获取所述预设小程序中与所述商品交易信息相对应的订单提交页面;
    在所述订单提交页面中显示所述转移提示信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述订单提交页面中显示所述转移提示信息,包括:
    获取所述转移提示信息所对应的优惠明细以及优惠总额;
    在所述订单提交页面中显示所述优惠明细以及所述优惠总额。
  14. 一种流量转移方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于用户在预设程序中输入的交互行为,显示交互界面;
    在所述交互界面中,显示转移提示信息,所述转移提示信息用于引导用户由所述预设小程序转移至关联应用进行操作,所述关联应用与所述预设小程序之间存在关联关系。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器;其中,所述存储器用于存储一条或多条计算机指令,其中,所述一条或多条计算机指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-14中任意一项所述的方法。
