本公开涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质。
背景技术
文档,例如在线文档,其可以用于记录数据。文档在记录数据时需要能够访问数据源,因此需要具有相应的权限,即需要预先为文档配置权限。
发明内容
本公开提供一种信息处理方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质。
本公开采用以下的技术方案。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种信息处理方法,包括:
响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档;
确定第一文档中数据的数据量;
若所述第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,所述第二文档中记载有至少部分所述第一文档所记载的数据,将所述第二文档归档至预设文档空间,并清除所述第一文档中与所述第二文档记载的数据相同的数据;
将所述目标事件的数据记载到所述第一文档中。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种信息处理装置,包括:
控制单元,用于响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档;
文档处理单元,用于确定第一文档中数据的数据量;若所述第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,所述第二文 档中记载有至少部分所述第一文档所记载的数据,将所述第二文档归档至预设文档空间,并清除所述第一文档中与所述第二文档记载的数据相同的数据;
控制单元还用于将所述目标事件的数据记载到所述第一文档中。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种电子设备,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
其中,存储器用于存储程序代码,处理器用于调用所述存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述的方法。

本公开一些实施例中,因为始终使用与配置信息相关的第一文档去记录数据,这样只需要设置一次配置信息,之后也就无需重新设置配置信息,从而提高了处理效率,减少了用户操作。
以下将结合附图,对本公开实施例提供的方案进行详细描述。
如图1所示,图1是本公开实施例的一种信息处理方法的流程图,包括如下步骤。
S11:响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档。
一些实施例中,本公开实施例中提出的方法的执行端可以是通信客户端,例如通信软件或者集成了通信功能的办公协作平台。本公开实施例中提出的方法的执行端也可以是第三方软件。第一对象可以是任意对象,例如可以是某个会议、群组、用户等。目标事件是满足预设条件的事件。配置信息可以包括与第一文档相关的设置信息,其可以用于确定第一文档,因此配置信息是与第一文档相关联的,配置信息例如可以是预先设定的与第一对象关联的第一文档的地址、第一文档的名称等预先设定的信息。
S12:确定第一文档中数据的数据量。
一些实施例中,第一文档可以是在线文档,或者本地文档。第一文档的类型可以是文本文档或表格文档,第一文档为表格文档时可以是数据库表格,数据库表格中可以记录图片、音频、视频等多媒体数据。第一文档中数据的数据量可以用记录的数据条数进行表示,例如第一文档为表格文档时,一条数据记录在一行或一列中,数据的数据量可以用数据行数或数据列数表示。
一些实施例中,与常规的excel或者电子表格不同,数据库表格中每一列数据都配置有一个数据类型,也可以理解为字段类型,该列的单元格中输入的数据须与该数据类型对应;每一个单元格在被创建时就会为其分配数据类型,数据类型与每一列单元格数据的标题行的字段相对应。
S13:若第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,第二文档中记载有至少部分第一文档所记载的数据,将第二文档归档至预设文档空间,并清除第一文档中与第二文档记载的数据相同的数据。
S14:将目标事件的数据记载到第一文档中。
一些实施例中,步骤S12和S13的执行时间点可以位于步骤S11之前、S11和S14之间、S14之后,本实施例对其并不做限定。一些实施例中,预先设置有预设值,预设值可以是不大于第一文档所能记载的数据总量。预设值例如可以是第一文档所能记载的数据总量的85%、90%、95%等,可以根据具体情况设置,例如第一文档中的数据总量可以是2万行数据,则预设值可以是1万5千行。在第一文档中的数据量超过或达到预设值时,表示第一文档即将无法再记录数据,但是第一文档与配置信息是密切相关的,如果放弃使用第一文档,而使用其他文档记录数据,则需要重新设置配置信息,使得能够通过配置信息访问到其他文档。然而配置信息可能并不是位于本公开实施例中所提出的方法的执行端,可能位于其他终端,也可能是需要特定的权限才能够修改,或者配置信息与其他信息具有关联,修改了配置信息可能导致其他信息产生错误。因此,如果使用其他文档记录数据,由于需要修改配置信息,例如可能需要重新设置其他文档的文档地址以及文档访问权限等信息,将造成用户的使用不便。本公开一些实施例中考虑到上述情况,因此并没有使用其他文档去记录数据,而是基于第一文档创建了第二文档,通过第二文档去记录第一文档中的至少部分数据,这样就可以清除第一文档中的至少部分数据,从而使得第一文档中的数据少于预设值,也就可以继续使用第一文档去记录数据,而无需修改配置信息。预设文档空间例如可以是归档空间,其可以用于存储记录了目标事件的数据的文档,用户想要查看历史的目标事件的数据时,可以从预设文档空间中查找。目标事件的数据可以是目标事件本身的数据,也可以是基于目标数据所生成的数据。
本公开一些实施例中,因为始终使用与配置信息相关的第一文档去记录数据,这样只需要设置一次配置信息,之后也就无需重新设置配置信息,例如无需设置文档地址和访问权限等内容,从而提高了处理效率,减少了用户操作。
在本公开的一些实施例中,配置信息包括第一文档的链接地址,或者,配置信息既包括第一文档的链接地址,还包括:对第一文档的权限和访问第一文档的访问凭证中的至少一个。一些实施例中,配置信息中可以是设置了用于记录数据的文档的链接地址,方法的执行端通过配置信息中设置的与第 一对象关联的链接地址来找到用于存储数据的文档,从而存储数据。第一文档可以具有权限控制,即需要对第一文档具有编辑权限才能编辑第一文档,或者具有特定的访问凭证才能编辑第一文档,因此,一些实施例中,在将数据记载到第一文档时,需要从配置信息中获取对第一文档的权限和访问凭证。
在本公开的一些实施例中,基于第一文档创建第二文档,包括:创建第一文档的副本作为第二文档;清除第一文档中与第二文档记载的数据相同的数据,包括:清空第一文档中的数据。
一些实施例中,第二文档为第一文档的副本,因此其具有第一文档中的全部数据,因此,可以直接清空第一文档中的数据,这样使得第二文档承载的内容尽量多,文档利用率最高,对于第二文档,可以自动命名,例如名命名为例如可以命名为“第一对象”+“存档”+“日期”,这样方便用户查找。
在本公开的一些实施例中,信息处理方法还包括:确定第一文档的所有者,将第二文档的所有权转让给第一文档的所有者。
一些实施例中,第二文档是自动创建的文档,例如是聊天机器人创建的文档,因此,其他用户对第二文档没有访问权限,这样在创建了第二文档之后,导致原先能够查看第一文档的用户无法查看到第二文档的内容,因此,将第二文档的所有权转让给第一文档的所有者,这样第一文档的所有者就能够查看第二文档中的内容,并能够将第二文档的访问权限分享给其他用户。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档,包括:响应于第一群组中产生了目标信息,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档。
一些实施例中,第一对象为第一群组,例如为通信客户端中的第一群组,目标事件包括第一群组中产生了目标信息,目标信息可以是第一群组中的聊天信息,即第一群组中的成员发送的会话信息,可以是在第一群组中发送了任一会话信息时记录该会话的数据,也可以是只对第一群组中的部分会话信息进行记录。这样能够实现对第一群组中的信息的汇总。一些实施例中,目标信息可以是普通的通信信息(非话题信息),也可以是话题信息或者话题信息的话题回复信息。第一群组可以是只能发布话题信息以及话题回复信息的话题群。
在本公开的一些实施例中,配置信息中包括设定状态,设定状态按照类型可以分为第一状态和第二状态;根据设定状态的不同,目标信息可以是不同的。具体的,响应于第一群组中产生了目标信息,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档,包括:若设定状态为第一状态,则响应于第一群组中产生新的 第一信息,确定第一文档,第一信息为目标信息;或者,若设定状态为第二状态,则响应于在第一群组中产生了新的第二信息、且第二信息所在的话题的话题信息中提及了聊天机器人或第二信息所在的话题的话题回复信息中提及了聊天机器人,则确定第一文档,第二信息所在的话题的话题信息及话题回复信息为所述目标信息。在本公开中,第二信息所在的话题指与第二信息相关的话题。话题包括话题信息和话题回复信息。话题信息和话题回复信息可以以聚合信息的形式进行展示。
一些实施例中,将所述目标事件的数据记载到所述第一文档中,可以是根据目标信息所在的话题的话题信息及话题回复信息生成记录。一个话题的话题信息以及话题回复信息可以记载在同一条记录中。一个话题可以对应于一条记录。具体的,一个记录中可以有多个字段,例如一个记录为表格中的一行或一列,一个字段为一行或一列中的一个单元格,一个记录中可以包括与话题信息对应的字段(用于记载话题信息的数据)以及与话题回复信息对应的字段(用于记载话题回复信息的数据)。这样能够通过一条记录了解话题信息以及其对应的话题回复信息,体现其关联性,可以通过触发记录从而打开第一群组并定位到与该记录对应的话题信息。
一些实施例中,一条记录中例如可以包括:话题时间字段、话题内容字段、话题附件字段、回复内容字段、回复附件字段、话题创建人字段、话题群名称字段、跟进人字段、完成时间字段、完成周期字段、状态字段和状态更新人字段中的一个或多个,其中状态字段用于记录话题信息的状态,如果话题信息被撤回,则状态信息可以变更为已撤回,并可以在记录中将话题内容字段和回复内容字段变更为预设的内容,以防止记录泄露已经撤回的内容。
一些实施例中,可以在通过对记录中的状态字段进行变更,从而变更该记录对应的话题信息的状态,如可以通过对状态字段的内容变更为“已完成”从而完成该话题信息,在变更了状态字段后,可以通过聊天机器人向该记录对应的话题信息进行回复,回复的内容中可以包括变更后的状态字段以及执行变更的用户,例如可以提及执行变更的用户,这样用户可以通过操作记录来变更话题信息的状态,而不用在第一群组中操作,提高了便利性。
一些实施例中,设定状态用于确定需要进行响应的目标信息,其是预先设定的。如果其为第一状态,表明第一群组中用户发送的任何信息,都需要被记载到第一文档中,因此,此时目标信息为新发送的信息(即第一信息),此时会根据第一信息生成第一文档中的记录。另一些实施例中,第一群组中并非所有信息都需要被记载到第一文档中,此时,通过提及聊天机器人的方 式确定需要记载的信息,提及聊天机器人可以是指@聊天机器人,这样可以由聊天机器人获取目标信息。此时,如果用户在第一群组中发送了一条提及聊天机器人的第二信息,那么,可以先判断第二信息是否为话题信息,如果是,则表示该话题信息以及之后该话题信息的话题回复信息都是需要被记载到第一文档中的数据,此时该话题信息为目标信息,以后该话题信息的话题回复信息也是目标信息。如果第二信息为回复某一个话题信息的话题回复信息,则表示该话题信息以及该话题信息的话题回复信息需要被记载到第一文档中,此时会将该话题信息以及其话题回复信息作为目标信息,并在第一文档中生成目标信息对应的数据,该话题信息以后的话题回复信息也是目标信息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于第一群组中产生了目标信息之前,还包括:将聊天机器人加入第一群组中;通过聊天机器人确定第一群组中是否产生了目标信息。一些实施例中,聊天机器人不是真人用户,通过将聊天机器人加入到第一群组中,这样聊天机器人能够获取到第一群组中的数据,也就能够采集目标信息。因为是通过聊天机器人确定是否产生了目标信息,因此,用户无需手动操作记录是否产生了目标信息,用户只需要关注发送的信息即可。
一些实施例中,响应于第一群组中产生了目标信息之前,还包括:创建第一文档并将第一群组与第一文档相关联;向第一群组的群主、或者群主和群成员发送第一文档的链接。一些实施例中,可以是通过配置信息中的文档模板创建第一文档。而且为了第一群组中的成员能够找到的记录的第一文档,因此需要将第一文档的链接发送给第一群组中的群主或者群主和成员,可以是通过聊天机器人发送第一文档的链接。一些实施例中,第一文档的所有者默认为第一群组的群主,如果第一群组的群主发生变更,可以向第一群组的原群主发送提醒信息,以提醒其是否转让第一文档的所有权,例如转让给新的群主。一些实施例中,第二文档的所有者始终与第一文档的所有者保持一致,如果第一文档的所有者发生变更,则第二文档的所有者对应变更。
在本公开的一些实施例中,将聊天机器人加入第一群组中之前,还包括:预先设置对聊天机器人具有第二权限的用户,由具有第二权限的用户将聊天机器人加入第一群组之中,其中,不具有第二权限的用户无法查找到聊天机器人。
一些实施例中,并非所有用户都能够将聊天机器人加入第一群组,如果用户没有第二权限,则无法在为第一群组添加新成员时查找到聊天机器人, 也就不能将聊天机器人加入第一群组。因为聊天机器人并不是真人用户,因此需要避免聊天机器人泄露第一群组中的信息,因而设置第二权限,避免第一群组的成员任意添加聊天机器人。
在本公开的一些实施例中,配置信息包括预先设置,预先设置用于确定是否同步历史信息;将聊天机器人加入第一群组中之后,还包括:若预先设置表明同步历史信息,则根据第一群组的历史信息在第一文档中生成对应的数据。
在本公开的一些实施例中,是通过聊天机器人确定第一群组中产生了目标信息并将目标信息的数据记载到第一文档,而在将聊天机器人加入到第一群组之前,第一群组中本身具有历史信息,也就是之前的会话记录等,这些历史信息有可能也是需要被记录的信息,因此,可以在将聊天机器人加入第一群组之前或之后或当时设定预先设置,预先设置用于确定是否需要同步历史信息到第一文档中,如果预先设置表明需要同步历史信息到第一文档中,则可以例如通过聊天机器人调取第一群组的历史信息,然后根据历史信息在第一文档中生成对应的记录。
本公开一些实施例中还提出一种信息处理装置,包括:
控制单元,用于响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档;
文档处理单元,用于确定第一文档中数据的数据量;若第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,第二文档中记载有至少部分第一文档所记载的数据,将第二文档归档至预设文档空间,并清除第一文档中与第二文档记载的数据相同的数据;
控制单元还用于将目标事件的数据记载到第一文档中。
一些实施例中,所述配置信息包括所述第一文档的链接地址,或者,包括所述第一文档的链接地址、以及对所述第一文档的权限和访问第一文档的访问凭证中的至少一个。
一些实施例中,基于第一文档创建第二文档,包括:创建所述第一文档的副本作为第二文档;清除所述第一文档中与所述第二文档记载的数据相同的数据,包括:清空所述第一文档中的数据。

一些实施例中,所述配置信息包括预先设置,所述预先设置用于确定是否同步历史信息;
控制单元还用于:将聊天机器人加入所述第一群组中之后,若所述预先设置表明同步历史信息,则根据所述第一群组的历史信息在所述第一文档中生成对应的数据。

电子设备800可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)801,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)802中的程序或者从存储装置808加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)803中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM803中,还存储有电子设备800操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置801、ROM 802以及RAM 803通过总线804彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口805也连接至总线804。

响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档;
确定第一文档中数据的数据量;
若第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,第二文档中记载有至少部分第一文档所记载的数据,将第二文档归档至预设文档空间,并清除第一文档中与第二文档记载的数据相同的数据;
将目标事件的数据记载到第一文档中。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,其中,配置信息包括第一文档的链接地址,或者,包括第一文档的链接地址、以及对第一文档的权限和访问第一文档的访问凭证中的至少一个。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,其中,基于第一文档创建第二文档,包括:创建第一文档的副本作为第二文档;
清除第一文档中与第二文档记载的数据相同的数据,包括:清空第一文档中的数据。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,方法还包括:确定第一文档的所有者,将第二文档的所有权转让给第一文档的所有者。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,其中,响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档,包括:响应于第一群组中产生了目标信息,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档;其中,第一对象为第一群组,目标事件包括第一群组中产生了目标信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,其中,配置信息中包括设定状态;
响应于第一群组中产生了目标信息,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档,包括:
若设定状态为第一状态,则响应于第一群组中产生新的第一信息,确定第一文档,第一信息为目标信息;或者,
若设定状态为第二状态,则响应于在第一群组中产生了新的第二信息、且第二信息所在的话题的话题信息中提及了聊天机器人或第二信息所在的话题的话题回复信息中提及了聊天机器人,则确定第一文档,第二信息所在的话题的话题信息及话题回复信息为目标信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,其中,响应于第一群组中产生了目标信息之前,还包括:将聊天机器人加入第一群组中;通过聊天机器人确定第一群组中是否产生了目标信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,其中,将聊天机器人加入第一群组中之前,方法还包括:
预先设置对聊天机器人具有第二权限的用户,由具有第二权限的用户将 聊天机器人加入第一群组之中,其中,不具有第二权限的用户无法查找到聊天机器人。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,其中,配置信息包括预先设置,预先设置用于确定是否同步历史信息;
将聊天机器人加入第一群组中之后,还包括:若预先设置表明同步历史信息,则根据第一群组的历史信息在第一文档中生成对应的数据。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,包括:
响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档;
确定第一文档中数据的数据量;
执行以下操作中的一者:
若所述第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,所述第二文档中记载有至少部分所述第一文档所记载的数据,将所述第二文档归档至预设文档空间,并清除所述第一文档中与所述第二文档记载的数据相同的数据,或者
若所述第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,使第二文档与所述预设的配置信息相关联,并将所述第一文档归档至预设文档空间;
在将所述第二文档归档至预设文档空间的情况下将所述目标事件的数据记载到所述第一文档中,或者在将所述第一文档归档至预设文档空间的情况下将所述目标事件的数据记载到所述第二文档中。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理装置,包括:
控制单元,用于响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档;
文档处理单元,用于确定第一文档中数据的数据量;若第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,第二文档中记载有至少部分第一文档所记载的数据,将第二文档归档至预设文档空间,并清除第一文档中与第二文档记载的数据相同的数据;
控制单元还用于将目标事件的数据记载到第一文档中。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子设备,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述中任一项所述的方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种非瞬态的计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码在被处理器运行时,促使所述处理器执行上述中任一项所述的方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述中任一项所述的方法。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档;
    确定第一文档中数据的数据量;
    若所述第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,所述第二文档中记载有至少部分所述第一文档所记载的数据,将所述第二文档归档至预设文档空间,并清除所述第一文档中与所述第二文档记载的数据相同的数据;
    将所述目标事件的数据记载到所述第一文档中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述配置信息包括所述第一文档的链接地址,或者,包括所述第一文档的链接地址、以及对所述第一文档的权限和访问第一文档的访问凭证中的至少一个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    基于第一文档创建第二文档,包括:创建所述第一文档的副本作为第二文档;
    清除所述第一文档中与所述第二文档记载的数据相同的数据,包括:清空所述第一文档中的数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:确定所述第一文档的所有者,将所述第二文档的所有权转让给所述第一文档的所有者。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档,包括:响应于第一群组中产生了目标信息,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档;其中,所述第一对象为第一群组,所述目标事件包括所述第一群组中产生了目标信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,
    所述配置信息中包括设定状态;
    响应于第一群组中产生了目标信息,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档,包括:
    若所述设定状态为第一状态,则响应于所述第一群组中产生新的第一信息,确定第一文档,所述第一信息为所述目标信息;或者,
    若所述设定状态为第二状态,则响应于在第一群组中产生了新的第二信息、且所述第二信息所在的话题的话题信息中提及了聊天机器人或所述第二信息所在的话题的话题回复信息中提及了聊天机器人,则确定第一文档,所述第二信息所在的话题的话题信息及话题回复信息为所述目标信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,
    响应于第一群组中产生了目标信息之前,还包括:将聊天机器人加入所述第一群组中;通过所述聊天机器人确定所述第一群组中是否产生了目标信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,将聊天机器人加入所述第一群组中之前,所述方法还包括:
    预先设置对所述聊天机器人具有第二权限的用户,由具有所述第二权限的用户将所述聊天机器人加入所述第一群组之中,其中,不具有所述第二权限的用户无法查找到所述聊天机器人。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,
    所述配置信息包括预先设置,所述预先设置用于确定是否同步历史信息;
    将聊天机器人加入所述第一群组中之后,还包括:若所述预先设置表明同步历史信息,则根据所述第一群组的历史信息在所述第一文档中生成对应的数据。
  10. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档;
    确定第一文档中数据的数据量;
    执行以下操作中的一者:
    若所述第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,所述第二文档中记载有至少部分所述第一文档所记载的数据,将所述第二文档归档至预设文档空间,并清除所述第一文档中与所述第二文档记载的数据相同的数据,或者
    若所述第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,使第二文档与所述预设的配置信息相关联,并将所述第一文档归档至预设文档空间;
    在将所述第二文档归档至预设文档空间的情况下将所述目标事件的数据记载到所述第一文档中,或者在将所述第一文档归档至预设文档空间的情况下将所述目标事件的数据记载到所述第二文档中。
  11. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    控制单元,用于响应于第一对象的目标事件,根据预设的配置信息确定第一文档;
    文档处理单元,用于确定第一文档中数据的数据量;若所述第一文档中数据的数据量超过或达到预设值,基于第一文档创建第二文档,所述第二文 档中记载有至少部分所述第一文档所记载的数据,将所述第二文档归档至预设文档空间,并清除所述第一文档中与所述第二文档记载的数据相同的数据;
    控制单元还用于将所述目标事件的数据记载到所述第一文档中。
  12. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
    其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种非瞬态的计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码在被处理器运行时,促使所述处理器执行权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
  14. 一种计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
