本发明涉及汽车安全用品技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅。
背景技术
儿童安全座椅安装于汽车座椅上以供儿童乘坐,其能在发生车祸时束缚儿童。儿童安全座椅一般包括底座和插装连接在底座上的提篮或安全座椅,提篮主要是供年龄较小的婴儿使用,安全座椅主要是供年龄较大的儿童的使用。为了方便提篮或安全座椅在底座上进行交替安装或方便拆卸下提篮或安全座椅,在底座与提篮或安全座椅之间会设置释锁结构,但现有的释锁结构设计都较为复杂,零部件多,操作繁琐。
发明内容
为解决上述问题中的至少一个方面,本发明提供一种具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,包括椅身、底座和安装于所述底座的旋转盘和释锁拉手,所述椅身设有前锁杆和后锁杆,所述旋转盘活动连接有用于与所述前锁杆锁定配合的前卡钩和用于与所述后锁杆锁定配合的后卡钩;还包括用于驱动所述前卡钩解锁的前钩释锁组件和用于驱动所述后卡钩解锁的后钩释锁组件,所述前钩释锁组件和所述后钩释锁组件均与所述释锁拉手联动连接;当拉动所述释锁拉手进行释锁时,所述释锁拉手带动所述前钩释锁组件和所述后钩释锁组件同时动作,实现所述前钩释锁组件带动所述前卡钩及所述后钩释锁组件带动所述后卡钩同时释锁以解锁所述椅身。
可选地,所述前钩释锁组件包括相互连接的前钩释锁驱动件和前钩锁止限位杆,所述释锁拉手与所述前钩释锁驱动件联动连接,所述前卡钩与所述前锁杆相互锁定时,所述前钩锁止限位杆与所述前卡钩配合以限制所述前卡钩动作,当拉动所述释锁拉手时,所述前钩释锁驱动件带动所述前钩锁止限位杆移动以使所述前钩锁止限位杆与所述前卡钩相互脱离,实现所述前卡钩释锁;所述后钩释锁组件包括相互连接的后钩释锁驱动件和后钩锁止限位杆,所述释锁拉手与所述后钩释锁驱动件联动连接,所述后卡钩与所述后锁杆相互锁定时,所述后钩锁止限位杆与所述后卡钩配合以限制所述后卡钩动作,当拉动所述释锁拉手时,所述后钩释锁驱动件带动所述后钩锁止限位杆移动以使所述后钩锁止限位杆与所述后卡钩相互脱离,实现所述后卡钩释锁。
可选地,所述前钩释锁驱动件设有前驱动块,所述后钩释锁驱动件设有后驱动块,所述底座铰接连接有前钩释锁块,所述前钩释锁块设有第三销轴、抵接块和与所述前驱动块的前侧钩接连接的前拨块,所述前拨块和所述抵接块分别位于所述第三销轴的上下两侧,所述释锁拉手设有与所述后驱动块的后侧钩接连接的后钩释锁块和与所述抵接块的后侧抵接的斜坡;当拉动所述释锁拉手前移时,所述后钩释锁块移动带动所述后驱动块前移,以及所述斜坡前移带动所述前钩释锁块转动以使所述前拨块向后翻转来实现所述前拨块带动所述前驱动块后移。
可选地,所述前钩释锁组件还包括前钩复位弹性件,所述前钩复位弹性件的两端分别与所述前钩释锁驱动件和所述旋转盘连接;所述后钩释锁组件还包括后钩复位弹性件,所述后钩复位弹性件的两端分别与所述后钩释锁驱动件和所述旋转盘连接。
可选地,所述旋转盘与所述底座旋转连接,所述前钩释锁驱动件设有前驱动块,所述后钩释锁驱动件设有后驱动块,所述底座活动连接有第一侧释锁件和第二侧释锁件,所述第一侧释锁件设有与所述前驱动块钩接连接的第一侧拨块,所述第二侧释锁件设有与所述后驱动块钩接连接的第二侧拨块;当拉动所述释锁拉手前移时,所述第一侧拨块移动带动所述前驱动块向左移动,以及所述第二侧拨块移动带动所述后驱动块向右移动。
可选地,所述释锁拉手设有第一圆柱和第二圆柱,所述第一侧释锁件设有与所述第一圆柱滑动配合的第一侧斜槽,所述第二侧释锁件设有与所述第二圆柱滑动配合的第二侧斜槽,所述底座设有供所述第一侧释锁件和所述第二侧释锁件左右滑动的导轨。
可选地,所述前钩释锁驱动件设有前斜槽,所述后钩释锁驱动件设有后斜槽,所述旋转盘设有与所述前斜槽位置对应的前竖槽和与所述后斜槽位置对应的后竖槽;所述前钩锁止限位杆贯穿所述前斜槽和所述前竖槽且与所述前斜槽和所述前竖槽滑动连接,当拉动所述释锁拉手时,所述前钩释锁驱动件带动所述前钩锁止限位杆从所述前竖槽一端移动至另一端,以使所述前钩锁止限位杆与所述前卡钩相互脱离,实现所述前卡钩释锁;所述后钩锁止限位杆贯穿所述后斜槽和所述后竖槽且与所述后斜槽和所述后竖槽滑动连接,当拉动所述释锁拉手时,所述后钩释锁驱动件带动所述后钩锁止限位杆从所述后竖槽一端移动至另一端,以使所述后钩锁止限位杆与所述后卡钩相互脱离,实现所述后卡钩释锁。
可选地,所述前卡钩设有与所述前锁杆锁定配合的前锁槽和与所述前钩锁止限位杆抵接的前限位部,所述后卡钩设有与所述后锁杆锁定配合的后锁槽和与所述后钩锁止限位杆抵接的后限位部,所述前卡钩和所述后卡钩均与所述旋转盘铰接连接。

可选地,当向下按压所述拉压两用件时,所述旋转释锁组件与所述旋转盘脱离以实现所述旋转盘的旋转释锁;所述底座设有腰型槽,所述拉压两用件设有与所述腰型槽活动连接的第一销轴,当向下按压所述拉压两用件时,所述拉压两用件绕着所述第一销轴转动,所述第一销轴与所述腰型槽旋转连接;当向前拉动所述拉压两用件时,所述第一销轴在所述腰型槽内向前移动,所述第一销轴与所述腰型槽滑动连接。
可选地,当需要向下按压所述拉压两用件来实现所述旋转盘的旋转释锁时,所述第一销轴与所述腰型槽的后端抵接。
可选地,还包括复位弹性件,所述复位弹性件的两端分别与所述拉压两用件和所述底座连接。

本发明实施例提供了一种具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,结合图1至图25所示,包括椅身1、底座2和安装于所述底座2的旋转盘3和释锁拉手4,所述椅身1设有前锁杆11和后锁杆12,所述旋转盘3活动连接有用于与所述前锁杆11锁定配合的前卡钩5和用于与所述后锁杆12锁定配合的后卡钩6;还包括用于驱动所述前卡钩5解锁的前钩释锁组件7和用于驱动所述后卡钩6解锁的后钩释锁组件8,所述前钩释锁组件7和所述后钩释锁组件8均与所述释锁拉手4联动连接;当拉动所述释锁拉手4进行释锁时,所述释锁拉手4带动所述前钩释锁组件7和所述后钩释锁组件8同时动作,实现所述前钩释锁组件7带动所述前卡钩5及所述后钩释锁组件8带动所述后卡钩6同时释锁以解锁所述椅身1。

椅身1被锁定时,前卡钩5与前锁杆11锁定,后卡钩6与后锁杆12锁定,以供婴幼童乘车使用;需要解锁椅身1时,使用者先作用力于释锁拉手4上以拉动释锁拉手4向前移动,释锁拉手4带动前钩释锁组件7和后钩释锁组件8同时动作,前钩释锁组件7带动前卡钩5动作使得前卡钩5与前锁杆11相互脱离以实现释锁,同时后钩释锁组件8带动后卡钩6动作使得后卡钩6与后锁杆12相互脱离以实现释锁,从而完成椅身1的解锁。

本实施例中,设置相互连接且能跟随释锁拉手4同步移动的前钩释锁驱动件71和前钩锁止限位杆72以及设置相互连接且能跟随释锁拉手4同步移动的后钩释锁驱动件81和后钩锁止限位杆82,通过前钩锁止限位杆72与前卡钩5的配合与脱离来实现前卡钩5与前锁杆11的锁定与解锁以及通过后钩锁止限位杆82与后卡钩6的配合与脱离来实现后卡钩6与后锁杆12的锁定与解锁,结构简单可靠,操作方便。

其中,第三销轴91水平设置,底座2设有与第三销轴91配合的通孔以实现前钩释锁块9与底座2铰接连接;斜坡42为前低后高的斜面,前钩释锁驱动件71和后钩释锁驱动件81均位于释锁拉手4的上方。本实施通过前驱动块711与前拨块93钩接连接及通过后驱动块811与后钩释锁块41钩接连接,使得在向前拉动释锁拉手4时,前钩释锁驱动件71和后钩释锁驱动件81能相互靠近,以分别解锁前卡钩5和后卡钩6,结构简单,操作方便。
需要解锁椅身1时,使用者先作用力于释锁拉手4上以拉动释锁拉手4向前移动,使得后钩释锁块41带动后驱动块811前移,以及同时使得斜坡42前移带动前钩释锁块9翻转使得抵接块92前移而前拨块93后移,后驱动块811移动带动后钩锁止限位杆82移动以使后钩锁止限位杆82与后卡钩6相互脱离,前拨块93后移带动前驱动块711后移,前驱动块711移动带动前钩锁止限位杆72移动以使前钩锁止限位杆72与前卡钩5相互脱离,从而实现前卡钩5和后卡钩6同时释锁,完成椅身1的解锁。

可选地,结合图25所示,还包括与所述底座2活动连接的拉压两用件50,所述拉压两用件50用于向下推动所述旋转释锁块601转动。拉压两用件50与底座2优选为铰接连接,拉压两用件50设有倾斜设置的拨动杆,当用户向下按压拉压两用件50时,拨动杆的后端会推动旋转释锁块601的后端绕着销轴向下转动,实现旋转释锁块601与旋转盘3相互脱离。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述前钩释锁组件(7)还包括前钩复位弹性件(73),所述前钩复位弹性件(73)的两端分别与所述前钩释锁驱动件(71)和所述旋转盘(3)连接;所述后钩释锁组件(8)还包括后钩复位弹性件(83),所述后钩复位弹性件(83)的两端分别与所述后钩释锁驱动件(81)和所述旋转盘(3)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述旋转盘(3)与所述底座(2)旋转连接,所述前钩释锁驱动件(71)设有前驱动块(711),所述后钩释锁驱动件(81)设有后驱动块(811),所述底座(2)活动连接有第一侧释锁件(10)和第二侧释锁件(20),所述第一侧释锁件(10)设有与所述前驱动块(711)钩接连接的第一侧拨块(101),所述第二侧释锁件(20)设有与所述后驱动块(811)钩接连接的第二侧拨块(201);当拉动所述释锁拉手(4)前移时,所述第一侧拨块(101)移动带动所述前驱动块(711)向左移动,以及所述第二侧拨块(201)移动带动所述后驱动块(811)向右移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述释锁拉手(4)设有第一圆柱(43)和第二圆柱(44),所述第一侧释锁件(10)设有与所述第一圆柱(43)滑动配合的第一侧斜槽(102),所述第二侧释锁件(20)设有与所述第二圆柱(44)滑动配合的第二侧斜槽(202),所述底座(2)设有供所述第一侧释锁件(10)和所述第二侧释锁件(20)左右滑动的导轨(21)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述前钩释锁驱动件(71)设有前斜槽(712),所述后钩释锁驱动件(81)设有后斜槽(812),所述旋转盘(3)设有与所述前斜槽(712)位置对应的前竖槽(31)和与所述后斜槽(812)位置对应的后竖槽(32);所述前钩锁止限位杆(72)贯穿所述前斜槽(712)和所述前竖槽(31)且与所述前斜槽(712)和所述前竖槽(31)滑动连接,当拉动所述释锁拉手(4)时,所述前钩释锁驱动件(71)带动所述前钩锁止限位杆(72)从所述前竖槽(31)一端移动至另一端,以使所述前钩锁止限位杆(72)与所述前卡钩(5)相互脱离,实现所述前卡钩(5)释锁;所述后钩锁止限位杆(82)贯穿所述后斜槽(812)和所述后竖槽(32)且与所述后斜槽(812)和所述后竖槽(32)滑动连接,当拉动所述释锁拉手(4)时,所述后钩释锁驱动件(81)带动所述后钩锁止限位杆(82)从所述后竖槽(32)一端移动至另一端,以使所述后钩锁止限位杆(82)与所述后卡钩(6)相互脱离,实现所述后卡钩(6)释锁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述前卡钩(5)设有与所述前锁杆(11)锁定配合的前锁槽(51)和与所述前钩锁止限位杆(72)抵接的前限位部(52),所述后卡钩(6)设有与所述后锁杆(12)锁定配合的后锁槽(61)和与所述后钩锁止限位杆(82)抵接的后限位部(62),所述前卡钩(5)和所述后卡钩(6)均与所述旋转盘(3)铰接连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,还包括前卡钩弹性件(30)和后卡钩弹性件(40),所述前卡钩弹性件(30)的两端分别与所述前卡钩(5)和所述旋转盘(3)连接,所述后卡钩弹性件(40)的两端分别与所述后卡钩(6)和所述旋转盘(3)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,还包括拉压两用件(50),所述旋转盘(3)与所述底座(2)旋转连接,所述释锁拉手(4)和所述拉压两用件(50)均与所述底座(2)活动连接,所述底座(2)还活动连接有与所述旋转盘(3)锁定的旋转释锁组件(60),所述旋转释锁组件(60)和所述释锁拉手(4)均与所述拉压两用件(50)活动连接;当向下按压所述拉压两用件(50)时,所述旋转释锁组件(60)与所述旋转盘(3)脱离以实现所述旋转盘(3)的旋转释锁,当向前拉动所述拉压两用件(50)时,所述拉压两用件(50)带动所述释锁拉手(4)移动以解锁所述椅身(1)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,当向下按压所述拉压两用件(50)时,所述旋转释锁组件(60)与所述旋转盘(3)脱离以实现所述旋转盘(3)的旋转释锁;所述底座(2)设有腰型槽(23),所述拉压两用件(50)设有与所述腰型槽(23)活动连接的第一销轴(501),当向下按压所述拉压两用件(50)时,所述拉压两用件(50)绕着所述第一销轴(501)转动,所述第一销轴(501)与所述腰型槽(23)旋转连接;当向前拉动所述拉压两用件(50)时,所述第一销轴(501)在所述腰型槽(23)内向前移动,所述第一销轴(501)与所述腰型槽(23)滑动连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,当需要向下按压所述拉压两用件(50)来实现所述旋转盘(3)的旋转释锁时,所述第一销轴(501)与所述腰型槽(23)的后端抵接。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,还包括复位弹性件(70),所述复位弹性件(70)的两端分别与所述拉压两用件(50)和所述底座(2)连接。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述释锁拉手(4)设有抵接台(45),所述拉压两用件(50)的前端设有抵接面(502),当向前拉动所述拉压两用件(50)时,所述抵接面(502)与所述抵接台(45)抵接。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述旋转释锁组件(60)包括旋转释锁块(601)和旋转释锁弹性件(602),所述旋转释锁块(601)设有第二销轴(6013),所述底座(2)设有与所述第二销轴(6013)铰接连接的铰接孔(22),所述旋转释锁弹性件(602)的两端分别与所述旋转释锁块(601)和所述底座(2)连接,所述旋转释锁块(601)与所述拉压两用件(50)抵接;当未向下按压所述拉压两用件(50)时,所述旋转释锁块(601)与所述旋转盘(3)锁定;当向下按压所述拉压两用件(50)时,所述旋转释锁块(601)受到向下压力并绕所述第二销轴(6013)发生转动后与所述旋转盘(3)脱离,以实现所述旋转盘(3)的旋转释锁。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述旋转盘(3)的边缘间隔设有多个安装槽(33),多个所述安装槽(33)择一与所述旋转释锁块(601)插接锁定连接。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述旋转释锁块(601)开设有让位槽(6012),以使向前拉动所述拉压两用件(50)时所述拉压两用件(50)与所述旋转释锁块(601)脱离。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述旋转释锁块(601)设有与所述拉压两用件(50)后端抵接的凸起(6011)。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,包括相互旋转连接的底座(2)和旋转盘(3),所述底座(2)连接有与所述旋转盘(3)锁定的旋转释锁块(601),所述旋转释锁块(601)设有第一铰接部,所述底座(2)设有与所述第一铰接部铰接连接的第二铰接部,当所述旋转释锁块(601)受到向下压力并绕所述第一铰接部发生转动后与所述旋转盘(3)脱离,以实现所述旋转盘(3)释锁。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述第一铰接部为第二销轴(6013),所述第二铰接部为铰接孔(22)。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述第二销轴(6013)的周壁上设有缺口(60131)。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,还包括旋转释锁弹性件(602),所述旋转释锁弹性件(602)的两端分别与所述旋转释锁块(601)和所述底座(2)连接。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述底座(2)上设有圆筒柱(24),所述旋转盘(3)设有与所述圆筒柱(24)配合的安装孔(34)。
  24. 根据权利要求19所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述旋转盘(3)设有多个间隔设置的安装槽(33),多个所述安装槽(33)择一与所述旋转释锁块(601)插接锁定连接。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述安装槽33为L型槽,所述旋转释锁块601设有插接部6014,当所述旋转释锁块601与所述旋转盘3锁定时,所述插接部6014的上表面与所述L型槽插接抵接连接。
  26. 根据权利要求19所述的具有联动释锁功能的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,还包括与所述底座(2)活动连接的拉压两用件(50),所述拉压两用件(50)用于向下推动所述旋转释锁块(601)转动。
