本公开的第二个方面提供一种汽车安全座椅,包括底座、折叠后设置于所述的底座上的推车车架、设 置于所述的推车车架上的提篮、用于将所述的折叠后的推车车架锁定于所述的底座上的第三锁定机构,所述的第三锁定机构具有锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态,当所述的第三锁定机构处于锁定工作状态时,禁止所述的推车车架与所述的底座相分离,当所述的第三锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时,允许所述的推车车架与所述的底座相分离;所述的第三锁定机构上还设置有保险机构,在所述的保险机构处于打开状态下,允许所述的第三锁定机构从锁定工作状态进入解锁工作状态,在所述的保险机构处于关闭状态下,禁止所述的第三锁定机构从锁定工作状态进入解锁工作状态。当保险机构处于打开状态下,允许第三锁定机构从锁定工作状态进入解锁工作状态,当保险机构处于关闭状态下,禁止第三锁定机构从锁定工作状态进入解锁工作状态;当提篮、推车车架和底座三部分组合作为汽车安全座椅使用时,通过第三锁定机构,将推车车架和底座锁定,防止使用者误将提篮直接安装到底座上。

本公开的第四个方面提供一种汽车安全座椅,包括底座、折叠后设置于所述的底座上的推车车架、设置于所述的推车车架上的提篮;所述的推车车架包括前轮支架、后轮支架,所述的后轮支架的下部通过后轮轴转动连接有后轮,所述的汽车安全座椅还包括用于将所述的提篮锁定于所述的折叠后的推车车架上的第一锁定机构,所述的第一锁定机构包括:
解锁拉手,所述的解锁拉手设置于所述的提篮上;
第一锁定件,所述的第一锁定件通过第一转轴转动连接于所述的提篮的后部;
第一弹性件,所述的第一弹性件与所述的第一锁定件相连接;
第一连接件,所述的第一连接件的两端部分别与所述的解锁拉手和所述的第一锁定件相连接,所述的解锁拉手通过所述的第一连接件带动所述的第一锁定件转动;
第二锁定件,所述的第二锁定件通过第二转轴转动连接于所述的推车车架的前部;
第二弹性件,所述的第二弹性件与所述的第二锁定件相连接;
第一驱动件,所述的第一驱动件活动地设置于所述的提篮的前部,所述的第一驱动件可驱动所述的第二锁定件运动;
第二连接件,所述的第二连接件的两端部分别与所述的解锁拉手和所述的第一驱动件相连接,所述的解锁拉手通过所述的第二连接件和所述的第一驱动件带动所述的第二锁定件转动;
第三锁定件,所述的第三锁定件通过第四转轴转动连接于所述的提篮的中部;
第三弹性件,所述的第三弹性件与所述的第三锁定件相连接;
第三连接件,所述的第三连接件的两端部分别与所述的解锁拉手和所述的第三锁定件相连接,所述的解锁拉手通过所述的第三连接件带动所述的第三锁定件转动;
所述的第一锁定机构具有锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态,在所述的第一锁定机构处于锁定工作状态时,所述的第一锁定件钩住所述的后轮轴或所述的后轮支架,所述的第二锁定件钩住所述的前轮支架;在所述的第一锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时,所述的第一锁定件脱离所述的后轮轴或所述的后轮支架,所述的第一驱动件连接于所述的第二锁定件上,所述的第二锁定件脱离所述的前轮支架;当拉动所述的解锁拉手时,所述的第一锁定机构从锁定工作状态向解锁工作状态转换。当提篮、推车车架和底座三部分组合作为汽车安全座椅使用时,通过第一锁定机构控制提篮和折叠后推车车架的锁定和解锁,过程简洁,便于提篮的放入及取出。
在一些实施例中,所述的汽车安全座椅还包括用于将所述的提篮再锁定于所述的推车车架上的第二锁定机构,所述第二锁定机构包括第一锁定滑块,所述第一锁定滑块沿前后方向滑动地设置于所述的提篮的底部;所述的第一锁定滑块与所述的第一连接件或解锁拉手之间设置有离合装置;所述的第二锁定机构和所述的离合装置如上述第一个方面的汽车安全座椅中的第二锁定机构和离合装置。
在一些实施例中,所述的推车车架还包括提篮托盘,所述的提篮托盘连接所述的前轮支架和/或所述的后轮支架,所述的提篮设置于所述的提篮托盘上且至少部分提篮位于所述的提篮托盘的上方;所述的汽车安全座椅还包括用于将所述的推车车架锁定于所述的底座上的第三锁定机构,所述的第三锁定机构如上述第一个方面的汽车安全座椅中的第三锁定机构。
本公开的第五个方面提供一种汽车安全座椅的提篮拆卸方法,汽车安全座椅包括底座、折叠后设置于所述的底座上的推车车架、设置于所述的推车车架上的提篮、用于将所述的提篮锁定于折叠后的推车车架上的第一锁定机构、用于将所述的提篮再锁定于所述的折叠后的推车车架上的第二锁定机构、用于将所述的推车车架锁定于底座上的第三锁定机构,所述的第一锁定机构与所述的第二锁定机构之间设置有离合装置,在所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构相连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构同步处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态,在所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构脱离连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态;
所述的提篮拆卸方法是使所述的第三锁定机构处于锁定工作状态,然后同步解锁所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构,再从所述的推车车架上取下所述的提篮;当把所述的提篮从所述的推车车架取下后,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态。

本公开的第六个方面提供一种汽车安全座椅的推车车架带提篮拆卸方法,汽车安全座椅包括底座、折叠后设置于所述的底座上的推车车架、设置于所述的推车车架上的提篮、用于将所述的提篮锁定于折叠后的推车车架上的第一锁定机构、用于将所述的提篮再锁定于所述的折叠后的推车车架上的第二锁定机构、用于将所述的推车车架锁定于底座上的第三锁定机构,所述的第一锁定机构与所述的第二锁定机构之间设置有离合装置,在所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构相连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构同步处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态,在所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构脱离连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态;
所述的推车车架带提篮拆卸方法是使所述的第三锁定机构处于解锁工作状态,再把所述的推车车架带着所述的提篮从所述的底座上取下来;当把所述的推车车架带着所述的提篮从所述的底座上取下来后,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态。

本公开的第七个方面提供一种儿童推车,包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的推车车架、设置于所述的推车车架上的提篮;所述的推车车架包括前轮支架和后轮支架;所述的儿童推车还包括用于将所述的提篮锁定于折叠后的推车车架上的第一锁定机构、用于将所述的提篮再锁定于所述的折叠后的推车车架上的第二锁定机构,所述的第一锁定机构与所述的第二锁定机构之间设置有离合装置,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构脱离连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态。当提篮和推车车架作为儿童推车使用时,提篮与推车车架可以完全锁定,提高了儿童推车的安全性,减小了误使用的风险。
在一些实施例中,所述的第一锁定机构包括:
解锁拉手,所述的解锁拉手设置于所述的提篮上;
第一锁定件,所述的第一锁定件通过第一转轴转动连接于所述的提篮的后部;

第一锁定滑块,所述的第一锁定滑块沿前后方向滑动地设置于所述的提篮的底部,所述的第一锁定滑块的前部具有第四锁定件,所述的第一锁定滑块的后部具有第五锁定件;
第四弹性件,所述的第四弹性件与所述的第一锁定滑块相连接;
第一锁定杆,所述的横向锁定杆固定设置于所述的推车车架前部且沿左右方向延伸;

第五弹性件,所述的第五弹性件连接于所述的第六锁定件,所述的第五弹性件对所述的第六锁定件施加一个方向的弹性力,该方向的弹性力使得所述的第六锁定件趋于脱离所述的锁定孔;
第二驱动件,所述的第二驱动件用于驱动所述的第六锁定件朝着插入所述的锁定孔的方向滑动;

在一些实施例中,所述的推车车架还包括提篮托盘,所述的提篮托盘连接于所述的前轮支架和/或所述的后轮支架,所述的提篮设置于所述的提篮托盘上且至少部分提篮位于所述的提篮托盘的上方;所述的第二驱动件为触发推杆,所述的触发推杆沿上下方向滑动地设置于所述的提篮托盘上,所述的触发推杆的上端部对着所述的第六锁定件的下端部;当所述的触发推杆向上移动,所述的触发推杆再推动所述的第六锁定件也向上移动并插入所述的锁定孔内,所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态;当所述的第六锁定件在所述的第五弹性件的弹力作用下向下滑动,推动所述的触发推杆的下端部向下伸出提篮托盘的下底面,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态。
在一些实施例中,所述的触发推杆还连接有第六弹性件,所述的第六弹性件向所述的触发推杆施加一个弹性力使得所述的触发推杆的下端部具有向提篮托盘的底部伸出的趋势。
在一些实施例中,所述的推车车架包括分别位于左右两侧的前轮支架、分别位于左右两侧的后轮支架,所述的前轮支架还包括用于连接所述的左右两侧的两个前轮支架的第一横连杆,所述的第一横连杆上开设有锁槽,在所述的第一锁定机构处于锁定工作状态时,所述的第二锁定件钩在所述的锁槽内,在所述的第一锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时,所述的第二锁定件脱离所述的锁槽。
在一些实施例中,所述的第一连接件、第二连接件均为柔性塑料带;所述的解锁拉手滑动地设置于所述的提篮的前下部。

具体实施方式
在本公开的描述中,涉及到的“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”、“下”等方向,均是以儿童乘坐时所观察到的方向进行参考定义的,如图1中,图中的右侧方向为“前”,图中的左侧方向为“后”,图中的上侧方向为“上”,图中的下侧方向为“下”,垂直于图中视角的方向为“左”和“右”,对于上述方向的定义仅仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。
如图1至图21所示,本发明的汽车安全座椅包括底座1、折叠后设置于底座1上的推车车架2、设置于推车车架2上的提篮3。推车车架2包括前轮支架21和后轮支架22,前轮支架21的下部通过前轮轴211转动连接有前轮212,后轮支架22的下部通过后轮轴221转动连接有后轮222。进一步地,推车车架2包括前轮支架21和后轮支架22,后轮支架22包括左侧后轮支架、右侧后轮支架和用于连接左侧后轮支架和右侧后轮支架的第二横连杆221(即位后轮轴221),前轮支架21包括左侧前轮支架、右侧前轮支架、用于连接左侧前轮支架和右侧前轮支架的第一横连杆8,前轮支架21的下部通过前轮轴211转动连接有前轮212,后轮支架22的下部通过后轮轴221转动连接有后轮222。
以下对汽车安全座椅的具体结构及各组件的连接关系做详细介绍:
本实施例中的汽车安全座椅包括用于将提篮3锁定于折叠后的推车车架2上的第一锁定机构4。如图3、图4、图9、图10和图19所示,第一锁定机构4包括解锁拉手41、第一锁定件42、第一弹性件422、第一连接件423、第二锁定件43、第二弹性件432、第二连接件433、第一驱动件434、第三锁定件44、第三弹性件442和第三连接件443。其中,解锁拉手41滑动地设置于提篮3的前下部。第一锁定件42通过第一转轴421转动连接于提篮3的后部,第一弹性件422与第一锁定件42相抵接,第一连接件423的两端部分别与解锁拉手41和第一锁定件42相连接,解锁拉手41通过第一连接件423带动第一锁定件42转动。第二锁定件43通过第二转轴431转动连接于推车车架2的前部,具体的,第二锁定件43通过第二转轴431转动连接于提篮托盘7的前部,第二弹性件432与第二锁定件43相抵接。如图19所示,第二连接件433的一端部与解锁拉手41相连接,另一端部与第一驱动件434的一端部相连接,第一驱动件434通过第三转轴435转动连接于提篮3的前部,解锁拉手41通过第二连接件433带动第一驱动件434转动, 第一驱动件434的另一端部端部顶推第二锁定件43的上端部使得第二锁定件43发生转动,在其他的实施例中,第二锁定件43也可以直接设置在提篮3的前部,第二连接件433直接与第二锁定件43连接,本实施例中的设置方案可更好地匹配设计需要。第三锁定件44通过第四转轴441转动连接于提篮3的中部,第三弹性件442与第三锁定件44相抵接,第三连接件443的两端部分别与解锁拉手41和第三锁定件44相连接,解锁拉手41通过第三连接件443带动第三锁定件44转动。进一步地,第一连接件423、第二连接件433和第三连接件443均为柔性塑料带。
第一锁定机构4具有锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态,在第一锁定机构4处于锁定工作状态时,如图3和图4所示,第一锁定件42钩住第二横连杆/后轮轴221或后轮支架22,第二锁定件43钩住前轮支架21;在第一锁定机构4处于解锁工作状态时,如图9和图10所示,第一锁定件42脱离第二横连杆/后轮轴221或后轮支架22,第二锁定件43脱离前轮支架21;第一弹性件422对第一锁定件42施加一个弹性力,使得第一锁定件42绕第一转轴421向趋于钩住第二横连杆/后轮轴221或后轮支架22的方向转动,第二弹性件432对第二锁定件43施加一个弹性力,使得第二锁定件43绕第二转轴431向趋于钩住前轮支架21的方向转动。当拉动解锁拉手41时,第一锁定机构4从锁定工作状态向解锁工作状态转换。
该汽车安全座椅还包括用于将提篮3二次锁定于推车车架2上的第二锁定机构5。第二锁定机构5包括第一锁定滑块51、第四弹性件52、第一锁定杆53和第二锁定杆54,如图3、图4、图9和图10所示。其中,第一锁定滑块51沿前后方向滑动地设置于提篮3的底部,第一锁定滑块51的前部具有第四锁定件511,第一锁定滑块51的后部具有第五锁定件512,第四弹性件52与第一锁定滑块51相抵接,第一锁定杆53固定设置于推车车架2的前部且沿左右方向延伸,第二锁定杆54固定设置于推车车架2的后部且沿左右方向延伸。进一步地,提篮3的底部具有和第二锁定杆54相配合的容槽541;当提篮3置于推车车架2上后,第二锁定杆54位于该容槽541中,如图3和图4所示,而提篮3的底部和第一锁定杆53之间具有允许第四锁定件511通过的间隙。
第二锁定机构5具有锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态;在第二锁定机构5处于锁定工作状态时,如图3至图4所示,第四锁定件511钩住第一锁定杆53,第五锁定件512将提篮3底部的容槽541封闭而将第二锁定杆54锁合在提篮3底部的容槽541中;在第二锁定机构5处于解锁工作状态时,如图9至图10所示,第四锁定件511脱离第一锁定杆53,第五锁定件512脱离第二锁定杆54;当第二锁定机构5在锁定工作状态与解锁工作状态之间转换时,第一锁定滑块51沿着提篮的底部滑动,第四弹性件52向第一锁定滑块51施加一个弹性力,使得第二锁定机构5趋于进入锁定工作状态。
第一锁定滑块51与第一连接件423或解锁拉手41之间还设置有离合装置6。当折叠后的推车车架2放置于底座1上且提篮3放置于推车车架2上时,离合装置6处于合的工作状态。如图3、图4、图9和图10所示,第一锁定滑块51与第一连接件423或解锁拉手41相连接,解锁拉手41能够带动第一锁定滑块51滑动,使得第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5同步从锁定工作状态向解锁工作状态转换或使得第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5同步从解锁工作状态向锁定工作状态转换;当第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5都处于解锁工作状态时,允许提篮3脱离推车车架,此时提篮3可以单独提拎使用。当提篮3脱离推车车架后,离合装置6处于离的工作状态,如图14所示;当推车车架2带着提篮3脱离底座1后,离合装置6处于离的工作状态,第一锁定滑块51与第一连接件423或解锁拉手41脱开连接,即第一锁定滑块51与解锁拉手41脱开连接,解锁拉手41无法带动第一锁定滑块51滑动,使得第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态,当第二锁定机构5处于锁定工作状态时,提篮3无法脱离推车车架,如图17和图18所示。
具体的,离合装置6包括第六锁定件61、第四连接件62、第五弹性件64、第二驱动件65。其中,第六锁定件61沿上下方向滑动地设置于第一锁定滑块51内,第四连接件62上开有锁定孔63,第五弹性件64抵接于第六锁定件61,第五弹性件64对第六锁定件61施加一个方向的弹性力,该方向的弹性力使得第六锁定件61趋于脱离锁定孔63,第二驱动件65用于驱动第六锁定件61朝着插入锁定孔63的方向滑动。本实施例中,第四连接件62即第一连接件423,第一锁定滑块51与第一连接件423通过第六锁定件61相连接,这样的设计更加简洁,在其他的实施例中,第四连接件62和第一连接件423也可以分开设置。
推车车架2还包括提篮托盘7,如图17和图18所示,提篮托盘7连接前轮支架21或后轮支架22。在另外一些实施例中,提篮托盘7与前轮支架21和后轮支架22同时连接。提篮3设置于提篮托盘7上且至少部分提篮3位于提篮托盘7的上方,第二驱动件65为触发推杆,触发推杆沿上下方向滑动地设置于提篮托盘7上,触发推杆的上端部对着第六锁定件61的下端部。触发推杆还抵接有第六弹性件71,如图5所示,第六弹性件71向触发推杆施加一个弹性力使得触发推杆的下端部具有向提篮托盘7的底部伸出的趋势。
在折叠后的推车车架2带着提篮3放置于底座1上时,第二驱动件65推动第六锁定件61沿着第一锁定滑块51向上滑动,使得第六锁定件61部分插入第四连接件62上的锁定孔63内且另一部分第六锁定件61也仍位于第一锁定滑块51内。具体的,触发推杆(即第二驱动件65)的下端部和底座1上表面接触而使得触发推杆向上移动,触发推杆再推动第六锁定件61也向上移动并插入锁定孔63内,此时离合装置6处于合的工作状态。
在推车车架2带着提篮3脱离底座1后,如图15至图21所示,第六锁定件61在第五弹性件64的弹力作用下沿着第一锁定滑块51向下滑动(即推动触发推杆的下端部向下伸出提篮托盘7的下底面),第六锁定件61脱离第四连接件62上的锁定孔63,此时离合装置6处于离的工作状态。
如图1所示,推车车架2还包括分别位于左右两侧的前轮支架21、分别位于左右两侧的后轮支架22。前轮支架21还包括用于连接左右两侧的两个前轮支架的第一横连杆8,如图3、图4、图9和图10所示。第一横连杆8上开设有锁槽81,在第一锁定机构4处于锁定工作状态时,第二锁定件43钩在锁槽81内,在第一锁定机构4处于解锁工作状态时,第二锁定件43脱离锁槽81。
汽车安全座椅还包括用于将推车车架2锁定于底座1上的第三锁定机构9。第三锁定机构9包括第二锁定滑块91、第七锁定件92、第三驱动件93、第七弹性件94、第三锁定杆95、第八锁定件96、第八弹性件97和第五连接件/第四驱动件98,如图6、图7、图11和图12所示。其中,第二锁定滑块91沿前后方向滑动地设置于提篮托盘7的底部,第二锁定滑块91的前部设有第七锁定件92,本实施例中,第二锁定滑块91和第七锁定件92一体设置;第七锁定件92的前下部具有导向斜面921,导向斜面921平行于第三锁定杆95,且导向斜面921自上而下逐渐向前倾斜,第七锁定件92位于第三锁定杆95的前下方;第三驱动件93用于驱动第二锁定滑块91沿前后方向在提篮托盘7内滑动,第七弹性件94抵接第二锁定滑块91,第三锁定杆95沿左右方向延伸且固定设置于底座1的前部,第八锁定件96通过第五转轴961转动连接于底座1的后部,第八弹性件97抵接第八锁定件96,第五连接件98的前部连接第二锁定滑块91,第五连接件98的后部连接第八锁定件96。第四驱动件98与第八锁定件96连接或接触,第四驱动件98用于驱动第八锁定件96转动,第四驱动件即为第五连接件。
第三锁定机构9具有锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态。在第三锁定机构9处于锁定工作状态时,如图6和图7所示,第七锁定件92钩住第三锁定杆95,第八锁定件96钩住后轮轴221或后轮支架22;在第三锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时,如图11和图12所示,第七锁定件92脱离第三锁定杆95,第八锁定件96脱离后轮轴221或后轮支架22;第八弹性件97对第八锁定件96施加一个趋于钩住后轮轴221或后轮支架22的弹性力,第七弹性件94对第二锁定滑块91施加一个趋于使得第七锁定件92钩住第三锁定杆95的弹性力。需要说明的是,本实施例中,第一锁定杆53、第二锁定杆54和第三锁定杆95均沿左右方向横向设置。
第二锁定滑块91上还设置有保险机构99,如图6、图7、图11、图12、图29至图32所示,在保险机构99处于打开状态下,允许第二锁定滑块91滑动使得第三锁定机构9处于从锁定工作状态进入解锁工作状态,在保险机构99处于关闭状态下,禁止第二锁定滑块91滑动使得第三锁定机构9处于锁定工作状态。
具体的,保险机构99包括挡杆991和挡杆弹性件992,挡杆991沿上下方向滑动地插设于提篮托盘7内,挡杆弹性件992与挡杆991相抵接,挡杆弹性件992对挡杆991施加一个弹性力使得挡杆991具有向上滑动的趋势;在保险机构99处于关闭状态下,挡杆991的上端部向上伸出提篮托盘7的上表面,挡杆991的一侧部挡在第二锁定滑块91的滑动前方,如图7和图30所示;在保险机构99处于打开状态下,挡 杆991的上端部向提篮托盘7的上表面内缩入,如图12和图32所示。具体到本实施例中,挡杆991的一侧部上具有凸起部9911;在保险机构99处于关闭状态下,凸起部9911上移并挡在第二锁定滑块91的滑动前方;在保险机构99处于打开状态下,凸起部9911下移并位于第二锁定滑块91的下方而失去对第二锁定滑块91的阻挡作用,第二锁定滑块91可移动。
提篮3具有脱离提篮托盘7和安装到提篮托盘7上的两个工作状态,在提篮3脱离提篮托盘7后,保险机构99处于关闭状态,挡杆991的上端部向上伸出提篮托盘7的上表面,如图6和图7所示;在提篮3安装到提篮托盘7上后,提篮3的底面下压挡杆991的上端部使之向下滑动,保险机构99处于打开状态,如图11和图12所示。
本实施例还提供一种汽车安全座椅的提篮拆卸方法。如上所述,该汽车安全座椅包括用于将提篮3锁定于折叠后的推车车架2上的第一锁定机构4、用于将提篮3再锁定于折叠后的推车车架2上的第二锁定机构5、用于将推车车架2锁定于底座1上的第三锁定机构9,第一锁定机构4与第二锁定机构5之间设置有离合装置6,在离合装置6处于合的工作状态下,第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5相连接使得第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5同步处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态,在离合装置6处于离的工作状态下,第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5脱离连接使得第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态。具体的,该提篮拆卸方法是使第三锁定机构9处于锁定工作状态,然后同步解锁第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5,再从推车车架2上取下提篮3;当把提篮3从推车车架2取下后,此时离合装置6处于离的工作状态。汽车安全座椅的具体结构如上所述,此处不再赘述。
本实施例还包括一种汽车安全座椅的推车车架带提篮拆卸方法。如上所示,该汽车安全座椅包括用于将提篮3锁定于折叠后的推车车架2上的第一锁定机构4、用于将提篮3再锁定于折叠后的推车车架2上的第二锁定机构5、用于将推车车架2锁定于底座1上的第三锁定机构9,第一锁定机构4与第二锁定机构5之间设置有离合装置6,在离合装置6处于合的工作状态下,第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5相连接使得第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5同步处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态,在离合装置6处于离的工作状态下,第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5脱离连接使得第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态。具体的,该推车车架带提篮拆卸方法是使第三锁定机构9处于解锁工作状态,再把推车车架2带着提篮3从底座1上取下来,当把推车车架2带着提篮3从底座1上取下来后,离合装置6处于离的工作状态。
本实施例还包括一种儿童推车,如图22所示,该儿童推车即为上述汽车安全座椅中的推车,推车车架2带提篮3拆卸后,推车车架展开时的状态,第一锁定机构4与的第二锁定机构5之间设置有离合装置6,离合装置6处于离的工作状态,在此工作状态下,第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5脱离连接使得第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态。通过解锁第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5允许提篮3脱离推车车架,此时提篮3可以单独提拎使用。或者,离合装置6还具有合的工作状态,当离合装置6处于合的工作状态下,第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5相连接使得第一锁定机构4和第二锁定机构5同步处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态。当儿童推车在使用状态(推行状态)时,第一锁定机构4处于解锁状态,第二锁定机构5处于锁定状态,第二锁定机构5可以使提篮与推车车架完全锁定,提高了儿童推车的安全性,减小了误使用的风险。
本实施例还包括另一种儿童推车,如图23至图28所示,该儿童推车,包括具有展开状态的推车车架10、设置于推车车架10上的提篮3,推车车架10包括前轮支架101、后轮支架102,后轮支架102的下部通过后轮轴1021转动连接有后轮1022,前轮支架101的下部通过前轮轴1011转动连接有前轮1012。
上述的另一种儿童推车还包括用于将提篮3锁定于推车车架10上的第一锁定机构4,第一锁定机构4包括解锁拉手41、第一锁定件42、第一弹性件422、第一连接件423、第二锁定件43、第二弹性件432、第二连接件433、第三锁定件44、第三弹性件442、第三连接件443和中间锁杆444,其中,解锁拉手41滑动地设置于提篮3的前下部,第一锁定件42通过第一转轴421转动连接于提篮3的后部,第一弹性件422与第一锁定件42相抵接,第一连接件423的两端部分别与解锁拉手41和第一锁定件42相连接,解锁拉手41通过第一连接件423带动第一锁定件42转动;第二锁定件43通过第二转轴431转动连接于提篮3 的前部,第二弹性件432与第二锁定件43相抵接,第二连接件433的两端部分别与解锁拉手41和第二锁定件43相连接,解锁拉手41通过第二连接件433带动第二锁定件43转动,第三锁定件44通过第四转轴441转动连接于提篮3的中部,第三弹性件442与第三锁定件44相抵接,第三锁定件44拉动连接件443的两端部分别与解锁拉手41和第三锁定件44相连接,解锁拉手41通过第三锁定件44拉动连接件443带动第三锁定件44转动,中间锁杆444固定设置于推车车架10的中部;第一连接件423、第二连接件433和第三连接件443均为柔性塑料带。
第一锁定机构4具有锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态,在第一锁定机构处于锁定工作状态时,如图25所示,第三锁定件44钩住中间锁杆444;在第一锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时,如图27和图28所示,第三锁定件44脱离中间锁杆444,允许提篮3与推车车架10相分离;第三弹性件442对第三锁定件44施加一个弹性力,使得第三锁定件44绕第四转轴441向趋于钩住中间锁杆444的方向转动,当拉动解锁拉手41时,第一锁定机构4从锁定工作状态向解锁工作状态转换。推车车架10的中部设置有沿上下方向延伸的插槽445,如图25和图27所示,提篮3上设置有与插槽445相配合的插块446,插块446插在插槽445中,第三锁定件44位于插槽445中,中间锁杆444也位于插槽445中。当推车车架处于折叠状态的儿童推车需要转换为推行使用时,先将第一锁定机构4解锁,第一锁定件42脱离第二横连杆/后轮轴221或后轮支架22,第二锁定件43脱离前轮支架21,使得推车车架2可以由折叠状态转变为展开状态。当推车车架2完全展开时,第一锁定机构4的第三锁定件44钩住中间锁杆444,且第二锁定机构5处于锁定状态。将提篮3锁定在推车车架上2时的多重锁定可以进一步提高儿童推车的安全性。
本实施例中的转动连接具体为通过枢轴转动连接,在其它一些实施例中也可以为其它连接方式,具体此处不做限定。
综上所述,本实施例中的汽车安全座椅及儿童推车至少具有如下技术效果:
本实施例中,当提篮、推车车架和底座三部分组合作为汽车安全座椅使用时,通过离合装置,使得第一锁定机构、第二锁定机构和第三锁定机构联动,操作解锁拉手可以同时控制多处锁定机构,锁定和解锁过程简洁,便于提篮的放入及取出,当提篮和推车车架作为儿童推车使用时,提篮与推车车架可以完全锁定,提高了儿童推车的安全性,减小了误使用的风险;
当保险机构处于打开状态下,允许第三锁定机构从锁定工作状态进入解锁工作状态,当保险机构处于关闭状态下,禁止第三锁定机构从锁定工作状态进入解锁工作状态;当提篮、推车车架和底座三部分组合作为汽车安全座椅使用时,通过第三锁定机构,将推车车架和底座锁定,防止使用者误将提篮直接安装到底座上;
当提篮、推车车架和底座三部分组合作为汽车安全座椅使用时,通过第一锁定机构控制提篮锁定于折叠后的推车车架上,通过第三锁定机构将推车车架锁定于底座上,结构简单,锁定和解锁过程简洁,便于提篮的放入及取出;
当提篮、推车车架和底座三部分组合作为汽车安全座椅使用时,通过第一锁定机构控制提篮和折叠后推车车架的锁定和解锁,过程简洁,便于提篮的放入及取出;
当提篮和推车车架作为儿童推车使用时,提篮与推车车架可以完全锁定,提高了儿童推车的安全性,减小了误使用的风险。

  1. 一种汽车安全座椅,包括底座、折叠后设置于所述的底座上的推车车架、设置于所述的推车车架上的提篮;
    其特征在于:
    所述的汽车安全座椅还包括用于将所述的提篮锁定于折叠后的推车车架上的第一锁定机构、用于将所述的提篮再锁定于所述的折叠后的推车车架上的第二锁定机构、用于将所述的推车车架锁定于底座上的第三锁定机构,所述的第一锁定机构与所述的第二锁定机构之间设置有离合装置,在所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构相连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构同步处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态,在所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构脱离连接使得所述的第一锁定机构或所述的第二锁定机构独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的第一锁定机构包括:
    解锁拉手,所述的解锁拉手设置于所述的提篮上;
    第一锁定件,所述的第一锁定件通过第一转轴转动连接于所述的提篮的后部;
    第一弹性件,所述的第一弹性件与所述的第一锁定件相抵接;
    第一连接件,所述的第一连接件的两端部分别与所述的解锁拉手和所述的第一锁定件相连接,所述的解锁拉手通过所述的第一连接件带动所述的第一锁定件转动;
    第二锁定件,所述的第二锁定件通过第二转轴转动连接于所述的推车车架的前部;
    第二弹性件,所述的第二弹性件与所述的第二锁定件相抵接;
    第一驱动件,所述的第一驱动件活动地设置于所述的提篮的前部,所述的第一驱动件可驱动所述的第二锁定件运动;
    第二连接件,所述的第二连接件的两端部分别与所述的解锁拉手和所述的第一驱动件相连接,所述的解锁拉手通过所述的第二连接件带动所述的第一驱动件活动,从而所述的第一驱动件再驱动所述的第二锁定件转动;
    所述的推车车架包括前轮支架和后轮支架,所述的后轮支架的下部通过后轮轴转动连接有后轮;
    所述的第一锁定机构具有锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态,在所述的第一锁定机构处于锁定工作状态时,所述的第一锁定件钩住所述的后轮轴或所述的后轮支架,所述的第二锁定件钩住所述的前轮支架;在所述的第一锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时,所述的第一锁定件脱离所述的后轮轴或所述的后轮支架,所述的第一驱动件抵接于所述的第二锁定件上,所述的第二锁定件脱离所述的前轮支架;当拉动所述的解锁拉手时,所述的第一锁定机构从锁定工作状态向解锁工作状态转换。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的第一驱动件通过第三转轴转动连接于所述的提篮的前部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的汽车安全座椅还包括用于将所述的提篮再锁定于所述的推车车架上的第二锁定机构,所述的第二锁定机构包括:
    第一锁定滑块,所述的第一锁定滑块沿前后方向滑动地设置于所述的提篮的底部,所述的第一锁定滑块的前部具有第四锁定件,所述的第一锁定滑块的后部具有第五锁定件;
    第四弹性件,所述的第四弹性件与所述的第一锁定滑块相抵接;
    第一锁定杆,所述的横向锁定杆固定设置于所述的推车车架前部且沿左右方向延伸;
    第二锁定杆,所述的第二锁定杆固定设置于所述的推车车架后部且沿左右方向延伸;
    所述的第二锁定机构具有锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态,在所述的第二锁定机构处于锁定工作状态时,所述的第四锁定件钩住所述的第一锁定杆,所述的第五锁定件将所述的第二锁定杆锁合;在所述的第二锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时,所述的第四锁定件脱离所述的第一锁定杆,所述的第五锁定件脱离所述的第二锁定杆;当所述的第二锁定机构在锁定工作状态与解锁工作状态之间转换时,所述的第一锁定滑块沿着所述的提篮的底部滑动;所述的第四弹性件向所述的第一锁定滑块施加一个弹性力,使得所述的第二锁定 机构趋于进入锁定工作状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的第一锁定滑块与所述的第一连接件或解锁拉手之间设置有离合装置,当所述的折叠后的推车车架放置于所述的底座上且所述的提篮放置于所述的推车车架上时,所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态,所述的第一锁定滑块与所述的第一连接件或所述的解锁拉手相连接,所述的解锁拉手能够带动所述的第一锁定滑块滑动,使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构同步从锁定工作状态向解锁工作状态转换或使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构同步从解锁工作状态向锁定工作状态转换;当所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构都处于解锁工作状态时,允许所述的提篮脱离所述推车车架;当所述的推车车架带着所述的提篮脱离所述的底座后,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态,所述的第一锁定滑块与所述的第一连接件或解锁拉手脱开连接,所述的解锁拉手无法带动所述的第一锁定滑块滑动,使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的离合装置包括
    第六锁定件,所述的第六锁定件沿上下方向滑动地设置于所述的第一锁定滑块内;
    第四连接件,所述的第一连接件上开有锁定孔,所述的第四连接件即为所述的第一连接件;
    第五弹性件,所述的第五弹性件抵接于所述的第六锁定件,所述的第五弹性件对所述的第六锁定件施加一个方向的弹性力,该方向的弹性力的使得所述的第六锁定件趋于脱离所述的锁定孔;
    第二驱动件,所述的第二驱动件用于驱动所述的第六锁定件朝着插入所述的锁定孔的方向滑动;
    在所述的折叠后的推车车架带着所述的提篮放置于所述的底座上时,所述的第二驱动件推动所述的第六锁定件向上滑动,使得所述的第六锁定件部分插入所述的第四连接件上的锁定孔内,且另一部分所述的第六锁定件仍位于所述的第一锁定滑块内,所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态;在所述的推车车架带着所述的提篮脱离所述的底座后,所述的第六锁定件在所述的第五弹性件的弹力作用下向下滑动,所述的第六锁定件脱离所述的第四连接件上的锁定孔,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的推车车架还包括提篮托盘,所述的提篮托盘连接所述的前轮支架和/或所述的后轮支架,所述的提篮设置于所述的提篮托盘上且至少部分提篮位于所述的提篮托盘的上方;所述的第二驱动件为触发推杆,所述的触发推杆沿上下方向滑动地设置于所述的提篮托盘上,所述的触发推杆的上端部对着所述的第六锁定件的下端部;当所述的推车车架带着所述的提篮放置到所述的底座上时,所述的触发推杆的下端部和所述的底座上表面接触而使得所述的触发推杆向上移动,所述的触发推杆再推动所述的第六锁定件也向上移动并插入所述的锁定孔内,所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态;当所述的推车车架带着所述的提篮脱离所述的底座之后,所述的第六锁定件在所述的第五弹性件的弹力作用下向下滑动,推动所述的触发推杆的下端部向下伸出提篮托盘的下底面,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的触发推杆还和第六弹性件抵接,所述的第六弹性件向所述的触发推杆施加一个弹性力使得所述的触发推杆的下端部具有向所述的提篮托盘的底部伸出的趋势。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于,所述的第一锁定件、所述的第二锁定件、所述的第四锁定件、所述的第五锁定件和所述的第六锁定件分别包括锁钩。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的前轮支架和所述的后轮支架分别包括位于左右两侧的至少两个,所述的前轮支架还包括用于连接左右两侧的两个前轮支架的第一横连杆,所述的第一横连杆上开设有锁槽,在所述的第一锁定机构处于锁定工作状态时,所述的第二锁定件钩在所述的锁槽内,在所述的第一锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时,所述的第二锁定件脱离所述的锁槽。

  14. 根据权利要求11所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的第二锁定滑块上还设置有保险机构,在所述的保险机构处于打开状态下,允许所述的第二锁定滑块滑动使得所述的第三锁定机构从锁定工作状态进入解锁工作状态,在所述的保险机构处于关闭状态下,禁止所述的第二锁定滑块滑动使得所述的第三锁定机构处于锁定工作状态。

    挡杆,所述的挡杆沿上下方向滑动地插设于所述的提篮托盘内;
    挡杆弹性件,所述的挡杆弹性件与所述的挡杆相抵接,所述的挡杆弹性件对所述的挡杆施加一个弹性力使得所述的挡杆具有向上滑动的趋势;
    在所述的保险机构处于关闭状态下,所述的挡杆的上端部向上伸出所述的提篮托盘的上表面,所述的挡杆的一侧部挡在所述的第二锁定滑块的滑动前方;在所述的保险机构处于打开状态下,所述的挡杆的上端部向所述的提篮托盘的上表面内缩入,所述的挡杆的一侧部位于所述的第二锁定滑块的下方并允许所述的第二锁定滑块滑动。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的提篮具有脱离所述的提篮托盘和安装到所述的提篮托盘上的两个工作状态;在所述的提篮脱离所述的提篮托盘后,所述的保险机构处于关闭状态,所述的挡杆的上端部向上伸出所述的提篮托盘的上表面;在所述的提篮安装到所述的提篮托盘上后,所述的提篮底面下压所述的挡杆的上端部使之向下滑动,所述的保险机构处于打开状态。

  18. 一种汽车安全座椅,包括底座、折叠后设置于所述的底座上的推车车架、设置于所述的推车车架上的提篮、用于将所述的折叠后的推车车架锁定于所述的底座上的第三锁定机构,所述的第三锁定机构具有锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态,当所述的第三锁定机构处于锁定工作状态时,禁止所述的推车车架与所述的底座相分离,当所述的第三锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时,允许所述的推车车架与所述的底座相分离;其特征在于:所述的第三锁定机构上还设置有保险机构,在所述的保险机构处于打开状态下,允许所述的第三锁定机构从锁定工作状态进入解锁工作状态,在所述的保险机构处于关闭状态下,禁止所述的第三锁定机构从锁定工作状态进入解锁工作状态。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的推车车架包括前轮支架和后轮支架, 所述的折叠后的推车车架还包括提篮托盘,所述的提篮托盘连接所述的前轮支架和/或所述的后轮支架,所述的提篮可分离地设置于所述的提篮托盘上且至少部分提篮位于所述的提篮托盘的上方。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的第三锁定机构中具有第二锁定滑块,所述的第二锁定滑块沿前后方向滑动地设置于所述的提篮托盘底部;当所述的第二锁定滑块沿所述的提篮托盘向前或向后滑动时,所述的第三锁定机构在锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态之间变换;所述的保险机构设置在所述的提篮托盘上,在所述的保险机构处于打开状态下,允许所述的第二锁定滑块滑动使得第三锁定机构从锁定工作状态进入解锁工作状态,在所述的保险机构处于关闭状态下,禁止所述的第二锁定滑块滑动使得所述的第三锁定机构处于锁定工作状态。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述的保险机构包括:

    在所述的保险机构处于关闭状态下,所述的挡杆的上端部向上伸出所述的提篮托盘的上表面,所述的挡杆的一侧部挡在所述的第二锁定滑块的滑动前方;在所述的保险机构处于打开状态下,所述的挡杆的上端部向所述的提篮托盘的上表面内缩入,所述的挡杆的一侧部位于所述的第二锁定滑块的下方并允许所述的第二锁定滑块滑动。

  42. 一种汽车安全座椅的提篮拆卸方法,其特征在于:汽车安全座椅包括底座、折叠后设置于所述的底座上的推车车架、设置于所述的推车车架上的提篮、用于将所述的提篮锁定于折叠后的推车车架上的第一锁定机构、用于将所述的提篮再锁定于所述的折叠后的推车车架上的第二锁定机构、用于将所述的推车车架锁定于底座上的第三锁定机构,所述的第一锁定机构与所述的第二锁定机构之间设置有离合装置,在所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构相连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构同步处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态,在所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构脱离连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态;
    所述的提篮拆卸方法是使所述的第三锁定机构处于锁定工作状态,然后同步解锁所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构,再从所述的推车车架上取下所述的提篮;当把所述的提篮从所述的推车车架取下后,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态。
  43. 根据权利要求42所述的汽车安全座椅的提篮拆卸方法,其特征在于:所述的汽车安全座椅如1-17任一项权利要求所述。
  44. 一种汽车安全座椅的推车车架带提篮拆卸方法,其特征在于:汽车安全座椅包括底座、折叠后设置于所述的底座上的推车车架、设置于所述的推车车架上的提篮、用于将所述的提篮锁定于折叠后的推车车架上的第一锁定机构、用于将所述的提篮再锁定于所述的折叠后的推车车架上的第二锁定机构、用于将所述的推车车架锁定于底座上的第三锁定机构,所述的第一锁定机构与所述的第二锁定机构之间设置有离合装置,在所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构相连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构同步处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态,在所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构脱离连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态;
    所述的推车车架带提篮拆卸方法是使所述的第三锁定机构处于解锁工作状态,再把所述的推车车架带着所述的提篮从所述的底座上取下来;当把所述的推车车架带着所述的提篮从所述的底座上取下来后,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态。
  45. 根据权利要求44所述的汽车安全座椅的推车车架带提篮拆卸方法,其特征在于:所述的汽车安全座椅如1-17任一项权利要求所述。
  46. 一种儿童推车,包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的推车车架、设置于所述的推车车架上的提篮;所述的推车车架包括前轮支架和后轮支架;其特征在于:所述的儿童推车还包括用于将所述的提篮锁定于折叠后的推车车架上的第一锁定机构、用于将所述的提篮再锁定于所述的折叠后的推车车架上的第二锁定机构,所述的第一锁定机构与所述的第二锁定机构之间设置有离合装置,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态下,所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构脱离连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构独立地处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述的第一锁定机构包括:
    解锁拉手,所述的解锁拉手设置于所述的提篮上;
    第一锁定件,所述的第一锁定件通过第一转轴转动连接于所述的提篮的后部;
    第一弹性件,所述的第一弹性件与所述的第一锁定件相抵接;
    第一连接件,所述的第一连接件的两端部分别与所述的解锁拉手和所述的第一锁定件相连接,所述的解锁拉手通过所述的第一连接件带动所述的第一锁定件转动;
    第二锁定件,所述的第二锁定件通过第二转轴转动连接于所述的推车车架的前部;
    第二弹性件,所述的第二弹性件与所述的第二锁定件相抵接;
    第一驱动件,所述的第一驱动件活动地设置于所述的提篮的前部,所述的第一驱动件可驱动所述的第二锁定件运动;
    第二连接件,所述的第二连接件的两端部分别与所述的解锁拉手和所述的第一驱动件相连接,所述的解锁拉手通过所述的第二连接件和所述的第一驱动件带动所述的第二锁定件转动;
    所述的后轮支架的下部通过后轮轴转动连接有后轮,所述的前轮支架的下部设置有前轮;
    所述的第一锁定机构具有锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态,在所述的推车车架处于折叠工作状态且所述的第一锁定机构处于锁定工作状态时,所述的第一锁定件钩住所述的后轮轴或所述的后轮支架,所述的第二锁定件钩住所述的前轮支架;在所述的第一锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时允许所述的推车车架处于展开工作状态,此时所述的第一锁定件脱离所述的后轮轴或所述的后轮支架,所述的第一驱动件抵接于所述的第二锁定件上,所述的第二锁定件脱离所述的前轮支架;当拉动所述的解锁拉手时,所述的第一锁定机构从锁定工作状态向解锁工作状态转换。
  48. 根据权利要求47所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述的第一驱动件通过第三转轴转动连接于所述的提篮的前部。
  49. 根据权利要求47所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述的第二锁定机构包括:
    第一锁定滑块,所述的第一锁定滑块沿前后方向滑动地设置于所述的提篮的底部,所述的第一锁定滑块的前部具有第四锁定件,所述的第一锁定滑块的后部具有第五锁定件;
    第四弹性件,所述的第四弹性件与所述的第一锁定滑块相抵接;
    第一锁定杆,所述的横向锁定杆固定设置于所述的推车车架前部且沿左右方向延伸;
    第二锁定杆,所述的第二锁定杆固定设置于所述的推车车架后部且沿左右方向延伸;
    所述的第二锁定机构具有锁定工作状态和解锁工作状态,在所述的第二锁定机构处于锁定工作状态时,所述的第四锁定件钩住所述的第一锁定杆,所述的第五锁定件将所述的第二锁定杆锁合;在所述的第二锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时,所述的第四锁定件脱离所述的第一锁定杆,所述的第五锁定件脱离所述的第二锁定杆;当所述的第二锁定机构在锁定工作状态与解锁工作状态之间转换时,所述的第一锁定滑块沿着所述的提篮的底部滑动;所述的第四弹性件向所述的第一锁定滑块施加一个弹性力,使得所述的第二锁定机构趋于进入锁定工作状态。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述的第一锁定滑块与所述的解锁拉手或第一连接件之间设置有所述离合装置且所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态时,所述的第一锁定机构和第二锁定机构相连接使得所述的第一锁定机构和所述的第二锁定机构同步处于锁定工作状态或解锁工作状态。
  51. 根据权利要求47所述的儿童推车,其特征在于,所述的第一锁定机构还包括:
    第三锁定件,所述的第三锁定件通过第四转轴转动连接于所述的提篮的中部;
    第三弹性件,所述的第三弹性件与所述的第三锁定件相连接;
    第三连接件,所述的第三连接件的两端部分别与所述的解锁拉手和所述的第三锁定件相连接,所述的解锁拉手通过所述的第三连接件带动所述的第三锁定件转动;
    所述的推车车架处于展开状态,且所述提篮设置在展开后的所述推车车架上时,所述的第三锁定件将所述的提篮锁定在所述的推车车架上。
  52. 根据权利要求50所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述的离合装置包括
    第六锁定件,所述的第六锁定件沿上下方向滑动地设置于所述的第一锁定滑块内;
    第四连接件,所述的第四连接件上开有锁定孔,所述的第四连接件即为所述的第一连接件;
    第五弹性件,所述的第五弹性件抵接于所述的第六锁定件,所述的第五弹性件对所述的第六锁定件施加一个方向的弹性力,该方向的弹性力使得所述的第六锁定件趋于脱离所述的锁定孔;
    第二驱动件,所述的第二驱动件用于驱动所述的第六锁定件朝着插入所述的锁定孔的方向滑动;
    当所述的第二驱动件推动所述的第六锁定件向上滑动,使得所述的第六锁定件部分插入所述的第四连接件上的锁定孔内,且另一部分所述的第六锁定件仍位于所述的第一锁定滑块内,所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态;在所述的第六锁定件在所述的第五弹性件的弹力作用下向下滑动,所述的第六锁定件脱离所述的第四连接件上的锁定孔,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态。
  53. 根据权利要求52所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述的推车车架还包括提篮托盘,所述的提篮托 盘连接于所述的前轮支架和/或所述的后轮支架,所述的提篮设置于所述的提篮托盘上且至少部分提篮位于所述的提篮托盘的上方;所述的第二驱动件为触发推杆,所述的触发推杆沿上下方向滑动地设置于所述的提篮托盘上,所述的触发推杆的上端部对着所述的第六锁定件的下端部;当所述的触发推杆向上移动,所述的触发推杆再推动所述的第六锁定件也向上移动并插入所述的锁定孔内,所述的离合装置处于合的工作状态;当所述的第六锁定件在所述的第五弹性件的弹力作用下向下滑动,推动所述的触发推杆的下端部向下伸出提篮托盘的下底面,所述的离合装置处于离的工作状态。
  54. 根据权利要求53所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述的触发推杆还抵接有第六弹性件,所述的第六弹性件向所述的触发推杆施加一个弹性力使得所述的触发推杆的下端部具有向提篮托盘的底部伸出的趋势。
  55. 根据权利要求54所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述的推车车架包括分别位于左右两侧的前轮支架、分别位于左右两侧的后轮支架,所述的前轮支架还包括用于连接所述的左右两侧的两个前轮支架的第一横连杆,所述的第一横连杆上开设有锁槽,在所述的第一锁定机构处于锁定工作状态时,所述的第二锁定件钩在所述的锁槽内,在所述的第一锁定机构处于解锁工作状态时,所述的第二锁定件脱离所述的锁槽。
  56. 根据权利要求55所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述的第一连接件、第二连接件均为柔性塑料带;所述的解锁拉手滑动地设置于所述的提篮的前下部。
