Description

一种卷发器 技术领域
本发明涉及美发设备技术领域，具体是指一种卷发器。
背景技术
卷发器是一种美发工具，通过将头发绕卷并加热软化，经冷却后使头发定型以呈现卷曲效果。现有常见的一种自动卷发器，包括圆棒状的发热体，以及与发热体同心设置的带放置槽的套筒，发热体或套筒可绕轴转动，使用时，将头发缠绕在发热体外周面，启动旋转同时加热头发，一定时间后即可完成卷发，操作非常方便，但这种自动卷发器在卷发后需要较长时间自然冷却才能定型，使得卷发时间较长，而且头发在自然冷却过程中容易变形，达不到理想的卷发效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种操作简便、快速成型且更安全的卷发器。
为实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种卷发器，包括卷发部和握柄部，所述卷发部包括两相对设置的夹板装置，以及同心地套设于所述夹板装置外的套筒，所述握柄部包括壳体，设于所述壳体内的用于驱动所述夹板装置或所述套筒绕轴心转动的驱动电机，以及用于提供冷风的风机组件，所述套筒上具有轴向设置且外端开口的用于卡放头发的放置槽；所述夹板装置包括沿轴向设置且内侧具有轴向安装槽的安装壳，通过若干弹簧弹性安装于所述安装槽内的发热板组件，以及固定于所述安装壳背面的截面为弧型的金属板；两组相对的所述发热板组件在所述弹簧的作用下贴合形成烫发工作面，所述安装壳背面与所述金属板之间形成与所述握柄部相 通的冷风通道，所述金属板上分布有出风孔，而所述金属板的外表面具有光滑层，使得两组相对的所述金属板外表面形成一圆形且光滑的卷发冷却面。
一种优选方案，所述金属板的两长侧边具有内扣的弧形倒角，而所述发热板组件对应所述烫发工作面的两长侧边亦具有弧形倒角，使得所述烫发工作面与所述卷发冷却面的衔接处形成光滑的过渡面。
一种优选方案，所述金属板外表面的所述光滑层为氧化层、喷漆层或电镀层。
一种优选方案，所述烫发工作面的外端具有扩口状的用于导入头发的导入面。
一种优选方案，所述套筒的外端具有与所述导入面相适应的扩口状导入端。
一种优选方案，述套筒的所述放置槽为开口端缩口的缩口槽。
本发明的有益效果在于：卷发时，只需将一束头发卡入烫发工作面之间，然后启动持续旋转，头发被完全缠绕在夹持装置外周面，同时缓慢向发尾方向梳动，梳动过程中，头发被烫发工作面加热，而被卷发冷却面冷却，卷发操作方便且能快速定型；由于头发被烫发工作面夹持并弯折后完全缠绕在卷发冷却面，会导致头发卡住或难以梳动，在夹持装置外周面设置光滑层，可避免头发因持续转动而缠绕卡住，梳动时也较为省力。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明：
参考图1至图4，本实施例以一种卷发器为例进行说明，该卷发器包括卷发部1和握柄部2，所述卷发部1包括两相对设置的夹板装置11，以及同心地套设于所述夹板装置11外的套筒12，所述握柄部2包括壳体21，设于所述壳体21内的用于驱动所述夹板装置11或所述套筒12绕轴心转动的驱动电机22，以及用于提供冷风的风机组件23，所述套筒12上具有轴向设置且外端开口的用于卡放头发的放置槽121；所述夹板装置11包括沿轴向设置且内侧具有轴向安装槽111a的安装壳111，通过若干弹簧112弹性安装于所述安装槽111a内的发热板组件113，以及固定于所述安装壳111背面的截面为弧型的金属板114；两组相对的所述发热板组件113在所述弹簧112的作用下贴合形成烫发工作面11a，所述安装壳111背面与所述金属板114之间形成与所述握柄部2相通的冷风通道，所述金属板114上分布有出风孔115，而所述金属板114的外表面具有光滑层，使得两组相对的所述金属板114外表面形成一圆形且光滑的卷发冷却面11b。其中，握柄部2的壳体21内还具有控制电路板24，壳体21尾端还具有进风口25，所述风机组件23包括电机及风叶，从而产生吹向卷发部1的冷风。而发热板组件113包括内部具有安装槽的发热板，以及装于安装槽内的发热体及温控传感器。
卷发时，只需将一束头发卡入烫发工作面11a之间，然后启动持续旋转，头发被完全缠绕在夹持装置外周面，最后缓慢向发尾方向梳动即可，梳动过程中，头发被烫发工作面11a加热，而被卷发冷却面11b冷却，卷发操作方便且能快速定型。由于头发被烫发工作面11a夹持并弯折后完全缠绕在卷发冷却面11b， 会导致头发卡住或难以梳动，如果设计成不完全缠绕，比如通过按键控制每次只转动半圈或一圈，这种方式会因烫发时头发绕卷太少而影响卷发效果，而且控制转动的方式会使得操作变复杂，比如头发缠绕太紧时需要通过按键进行反转操作以使头发松开，而有时因多次按键转动又会使头发缠绕太紧造成风险。而在夹持装置的金属板114外周面设置光滑层，不仅使得卷发冷却面11b具有更佳的冷却效果，而且可解决头发因持续转动缠绕而卡住的问题，梳动时更为省力，还能使得卷发器的结构及控制更简单，并获得更好的卷发效果。
一种优选结构，所述金属板114的两长侧边具有内扣的弧形倒角114a，而所述发热板组件113对应所述烫发工作面11a的两长侧边亦具有弧形倒角113a，使得所述烫发工作面11a与所述卷发冷却面11b的衔接处形成光滑的过渡面11c。进一步，所述金属板114外表面的所述光滑层为氧化层、喷漆层或电镀层。由于烫发工作面11a与卷发冷却面11b之间夹角较小，设置成光滑的过渡面11c，可大大减少头发的摩擦阻力，使得梳动更省力，并能避免头发因过度弯折而导致损伤或折断。
一种优选结构，所述烫发工作面11a的外端具有扩口状的用于导入头发的导入面11d。进一步，所述套筒12的外端具有与所述导入面11d相适应的扩口状导入端122。外端的所述导入面11d及所述导入端122可方便将头发从端部卡入所述烫发工作面11a。
一种优选结构，述套筒12的所述放置槽121为开口端缩口的缩口槽。缩口槽可避免头发在转动过程中从外端逸出而影响卷发效果。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种卷发器，包括卷发部和握柄部，所述卷发部包括两相对设置的夹板装置，以及同心地套设于所述夹板装置外的套筒；其特征在于：所述握柄部包括壳体，设于所述壳体内的用于驱动所述夹板装置或所述套筒绕轴心转动的驱动电机，以及用于提供冷风的风机组件，所述套筒上具有轴向设置且外端开口的用于卡放头发的放置槽；所述夹板装置包括沿轴向设置且内侧具有轴向安装槽的安装壳，通过若干弹簧弹性安装于所述安装槽内的发热板组件，以及固定于所述安装壳背面的截面为弧型的金属板；两组相对的所述发热板组件在所述弹簧的作用下贴合形成烫发工作面，所述安装壳背面与所述金属板之间形成与所述握柄部相通的冷风通道，所述金属板上分布有出风孔，而所述金属板的外表面具有光滑层，使得两组相对的所述金属板外表面形成一圆形且光滑的卷发冷却面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卷发器，其特征在于：所述金属板的两长侧边具有内扣的弧形倒角，而所述发热板组件对应所述烫发工作面的两长侧边亦具有弧形倒角，使得所述烫发工作面与所述卷发冷却面的衔接处形成光滑的过渡面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种卷发器，其特征在于：所述金属板外表面的所述光滑层为氧化层、喷漆层或电镀层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卷发器，其特征在于：所述烫发工作面的外端具有扩口状的用于导入头发的导入面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种卷发器，其特征在于：所述套筒的外端具有与所述导入面相适应的扩口状导入端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种卷发器，其特征在于：所述套筒的所述放置槽为开口端缩口的缩口槽。
