Abstract
一种电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构,其包括脱卸按钮(22),与脱卸按钮固定连接的U型卡簧(24),U型卡簧较窄的开口端固定在脱卸按钮中,垂直于U型卡簧所在平面设置的弹簧(23);与工作部件(30)的壳体固定的榫头部件(31),其上设有插接部(322),插接部的圆周面上设有与U型卡簧固定的卡槽(332),插接部对应U型卡簧开口端的位置设置有卡榫结构(313)。还提出一种应用该工作部件拆换及固定结构的电动工具。该拆换及固定结构利用脱卸按钮、开口端较窄的U型卡簧、弹簧以及榫头部件的配合,非常方便的实现工作部件与驱动部件的插接固定以及拆卸,连接固定效果优异且使用寿命长,不易发生由于部件的长期使用磨损造成的插接不良,产品的维护容易,成本低。
Description
本实用新型涉及电动工具技术领域,特别涉及一种方便工作部件更换及维护的电动工具工作部件拆换固定结构及具有所述结构的电动工具。
随着社会发展水平的不断进步,作业效率在其中发挥了重要的作用,而先进工具的使用则是推动作业效率不断提升的重要原因之一,不管是在工业生产领域还是在个人制作(DIY)领域,电动工具都得到了广泛的使用,特别是随着锂电电池产业的发展,便携式的电动工具的应用场景不断扩展。在电动工具广泛普及应用的同时,工具使用中的安全性成了电动工具设计中最关键的考虑因素之一。为了提供工具使用的便利性并降低成本,一般的电动工具都包括三部分,握持部件(含电池模块),驱动部件(含驱动电机)以及工作部件,工作部件与驱动部件一般设计为可拆卸结构,如此,在用户需要进行不同的作业时,只需要更换工作部件即可,而不需要购买不同的整机,如此可以降低用户成本,便于工具的推广使用。对于目前的电动工具,工作部件与驱动部件之间一般是通过塑料壳体上设计的卡槽与卡勾的配合进行装配与拆卸,这种可拆卸结构,在长期使用过程中,容易发生磨损或者卡勾部件断裂,如此会导致工作部件与驱动部件结合不稳定,工具头在高速工作时发生晃动;如果卡勾或卡槽部件断裂,需要对驱动部件或工作部件进行整体更换或对壳体进行更换,一是成本比较高,另外维护不方便。
实用新型内容
针对上述的电动工具在应用中的使用要求,本实用新型的目的是提供一种电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构以及具有所述结构的电动工具,可以方便快捷地实现工作部件的拆卸更换及固定,且便于维护,维护成本低。
为达到本实用新型的目的,本实用新型的一种电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构,用于电动工具中对电动工具的工作部件进行拆卸更换及固定,所述的电动工具包括握持部件、驱动部件以及与驱动部件连接固定的工作部件;所述的工作部件拆换及固定结构包括脱卸按钮,与脱卸按钮固定连接的U型卡簧,所述的U型卡簧较窄的开口端固定在脱卸按钮中,底部与电动工具的壳体内壁抵接;垂直于U型卡簧所在平面设置的弹簧,与工作部件的壳体固定的榫头部件,所述的榫头部件上设有大致呈柱体状的插接部,所述的插接部的圆周面上设有与U型卡簧固定的卡槽,所述的插接部对应U型卡簧开口端的位置设置有卡榫结构,卡榫 结构的两端凸出于插接部的圆周表面形成两个肩部,所述的榫头部件上对应弹簧的位置设置有弹簧定位孔。
较优的,所述的U型卡簧的底部固定在壳体内壁的卡簧槽中。
再优选的,所述的榫头部件的插接部的端部设置为锥体结构。
再优选的,所述的弹簧相对榫头部件的轴向方向成对设置。
再优选的,所述的弹簧设置有2个或4个。
根据本实用新型的另一目的,本实用新型还提供一种包括上述的工作部件拆换及固定结构的电动工具,所述的电动工具包括握持部件、驱动部件以及工作部件,所述的工作部件拆换及固定结构的脱卸按钮、U型卡簧、弹簧设置在驱动部件上,所述的榫头部件与工作部件的壳体固定。
再优选的,所述的电动工具为便携式的采用电池驱动的电动工具或者为采用外接电源驱动的电动工具。
再优选的,所述的握持部件与驱动部件的壳体为一体成型的壳体。
再优选的,所述的握持部件的底部具有电池包容置结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型的电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构,利用脱卸按钮、开口端较窄的U型卡簧、弹簧以及榫头部件的配合,非常方便的实现工作部件与驱动部件的插接固定以及拆卸,此结构中,不存在容易磨损或断裂的如卡勾、卡槽之类的结构,连接固定效果优异且使用寿命长,不易发生由于部件的长期使用磨损造成的插接不良,而且产品的维护也比较容易,成本低。

结合附图本实用新型的结构特征及优点详述如下。
结合参照图1至图3,本实用新型的一种电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构,用于电动工具中对电动工具的工作部件进行拆卸更换及固定,如图1所示,所述的电动工具包括握持部件10、驱动部件20以及与驱动部件连接固定的工作部件30;参照图2,所述的工作部件拆换及固定结构包括脱卸按钮22,与脱卸按钮固定连接的U型卡簧24,所述的U型卡簧24较窄的开口端固定在脱卸按钮22中,底部与电动工具的壳体内壁抵接;垂直于U型卡簧24所在平面设置的弹簧23,与工作部件30的壳体固定的榫头部件31,所述的榫头部件31上设有大致呈柱体状的插接部322,所述的插接部322的圆周面上设有与U型卡簧固定的卡槽332,所述的插接部322对应U型卡簧开口端的位置设置有卡榫结构313,卡榫结构313的两端凸出于插接部的圆周表面形成两个肩部314,所述的榫头部件31上对应弹簧23的位置设置有弹簧定位孔315。
本实用新型的电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构,当需要将工作部件与驱动部件插接时,按压脱卸按钮22,由于脱卸按钮22的底部被限定,因此,U型卡簧的开口端变形张开,工作部件的榫头部件31的卡榫结构313顺利通过U型卡簧24使U型卡簧24卡套在卡槽332中,弹簧23对应插入弹簧定位孔315中并被压缩,松开脱卸按钮22,U型卡簧复位,由于卡槽332以及卡榫结构313的限制,阻止U型卡簧脱开,如此,将工作部件与驱动部件固定连接;当需要将工作部件从电动工具上拆卸时,按压脱卸按钮22,U型卡簧变形,且在被压缩的弹簧23的作用下,榫头部件31的的卡榫结构313从U型卡簧的限制中脱开,与驱动部件脱离。
在一较优的设计方案中,所述的U型卡簧的底部固定在壳体内壁的卡簧槽(未图示)中,如此,通过脱卸按钮以及卡簧槽与对卡簧的位置进行上下限定,避免其移位。
在另一优选的实施方式中,在工作部件安装时,为了便于工作部件的榫头部件31通过U型卡簧,所述的榫头部件31的插接部322的端部设置为锥体结构。
在另一优选的实施方式中,所述的弹簧23相对榫头部件31的轴向方向成对设置,可以设置2个或4个。本实施例中,是将弹簧23固定设置在U型卡簧的一端,应当理解的是,也可以将其固定设置在榫头部件31上,而在U型卡簧的一端设置弹簧定位孔,此应视为本实用新型的等同技术手段。
根据本实用新型的另一目的,本实用新型还提供一种包括上述的工作部件拆换及固定结构的电动工具,所述的电动工具包括握持部件、驱动部件以及工作部件,所述的工作部件拆换及固定结构的脱卸按钮22、U型卡簧23设计在驱动部件上,所述的榫头部件31与工作 部件的壳体固定。
在另一优选的实施方式中,所述的电动工具可以是便携式的采用电池驱动的电动工具,也可以是采用外接电源驱动的电动工具。
在另一优选的实施方式中,所述的握持部件与驱动部件的壳体为一体成型的壳体,如此,可以简化电动工具的安装工序,并保证内部零件之间的位置定位精度。
在另一优选的实施方式中,所述的握持部件的底部具有电池包容置结构(未图示),便于电池的安装及拆卸。
本实用新型的电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构,利用脱卸按钮、开口端较窄的U型卡簧、弹簧以及榫头部件的配合,非常方便的实现工作部件与驱动部件的插接固定以及拆卸,此结构中,不存在容易磨损或断裂的如卡勾、卡槽之类的结构,连接固定效果优异且使用寿命长,不易发生由于部件的长期使用磨损造成的插接不良,而且产品的维护也比较容易,成本低。另外,本实用新型的工作部件拆换及固定结构可以单独使用,也可以结合现有的卡勾卡槽结构使用,是工作部件与驱动部件的连接更加可靠,延长产品的使用寿命。
本实用新型并不局限于所述的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不脱离本实用新型的精神即公开范围内,仍可作一些修正或改变,故本实用新型的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。

- 一种电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构,用于电动工具中对电动工具的工作部件进行拆卸更换及固定,所述的电动工具包括握持部件、驱动部件以及与驱动部件连接固定的工作部件;其特征在于,所述的工作部件拆换及固定结构包括脱卸按钮,与脱卸按钮固定连接的U型卡簧,所述的U型卡簧较窄的开口端固定在脱卸按钮中,底部与电动工具的壳体内壁抵接;垂直于U型卡簧所在平面设置的弹簧,与工作部件的壳体固定的榫头部件,所述的榫头部件上设有大致呈柱体状的插接部,所述的插接部的圆周面上设有与U型卡簧固定的卡槽,所述的插接部对应U型卡簧开口端的位置设置有卡榫结构,卡榫结构的两端凸出于插接部的圆周表面形成两个肩部,所述的榫头部件上对应弹簧的位置设置有弹簧定位孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构,其特征在于,所述的U型卡簧的底部固定在壳体内壁的卡簧槽中。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构,其特征在于,所述的榫头部件的插接部的端部设置为锥体结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构,其特征在于,所述的弹簧相对榫头部件的轴向方向成对设置。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种电动工具工作部件拆换及固定结构,其特征在于,所述的弹簧设置有2个或4个。
- 一种包括如权利要求1-5任一项所述的工作部件拆换及固定结构的电动工具,其特征在于,所述的电动工具包括握持部件、驱动部件以及工作部件,所述的工作部件拆换及固定结构的脱卸按钮、U型卡簧、弹簧设置在驱动部件上,所述的榫头部件与工作部件的壳体固定。
