Abstract
一种剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构,其特征在于:接头底座(3)上形成有安装槽(31),安装槽(31)的侧壁至少形成有两个相对应的卡槽(32),连接头(4)上形成有环形安装凸台(41),所述环形安装凸台(41)与安装槽(31)相适配,并插入安装槽(31)内,所述环形安装凸台(41)的侧壁上形成有与卡槽(32)相对应的安装孔(42),所述安装孔(42)内安装有滚珠(5),且所述连接头上设有能驱使滚珠(5)局部露出在安装孔(42)外与卡槽(32)卡接的弹性件(6)。其优点在于通过上述弹性件(6)配合滚珠(5)的卡扣结构,拆装时,通过滚珠(5)滚动配合,减少磨损,不仅使用寿命长,而且拆装更加轻松方便。
Description
本发明涉及一种剃须刀,具体涉及一种剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构。
目前,现有的剃须刀主要分为电动式剃须刀和手动式剃须刀,其中,电动剃须刀的手柄与刀头通常通过连接扣板以及扣板底座之间的卡扣连接来实现可拆卸连接。
但是上述扣接方式,时间长了,连接扣板会出现弹力减小的状况,进而无法保持与所述扣板底座之间的扣接状态,使用寿命低,同时拆装比较困难。
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明提供一种剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案:一种剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构,包括接头底座、连接头;所述接头底座与连接头分别对应安装在剃须刀手柄上部和剃须刀刀头下部;所述接头底座上形成有安装槽,所述安装槽的侧壁至少形成有两个相对应的卡槽;所述连接头上形成有环形安装凸台,所述环形安装凸台与安装槽相适配,并插入安装槽内,所述环形安装凸台的侧壁上形成有与卡槽相对应的安装孔,所述安装孔内安装有滚珠,且所述连接头上设有能驱使滚珠局部露出在安装孔外与卡槽卡接的弹性件。
所述安装孔包括直径与滚珠适配的安装部以及安装部外侧直径小于滚珠的限位部;所述弹性件安装在连接头上,并弹性挤压滚珠,使滚珠与限位部相贴合。
所述限位部内壁呈与滚珠适配的球面结构。
所述弹性件采用卡环的结构,所述弹性件嵌入环形安装凸台内,与环形安装凸台的内壁相贴合。
所述环形安装凸台的内壁至少形成有二个对称布置的第一限位凸台以及二个对称布置的第二限位凸台,所述第一限位凸台与第二限位凸台分别位于相对安装孔的上下方,所述弹性件设置于第一限位凸台与第二限位凸台之间。
所述第一限位凸台的上端面呈斜面导向结构。
所述卡槽呈竖直布置的长形结构。
本发明的有益效果是:采用以上方案,通过上述弹性件配合滚珠的卡扣结构,拆装时,通过滚珠滚动配合,减少摩擦,不仅磨损少,使用寿命长,而且拆装更加轻松方便。

下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步说明:
如图所示,一种剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构,包括接头底座3、连接头4、滚珠5、弹性件6。
所述接头底座3固定安装在剃须刀手柄1的上部,所述连接头4固定安装在剃须刀刀头2的下部,所述接头底座3与连接头4可拆卸连接,从而能够实现剃须刀手柄1与剃须刀刀头2之间的可拆卸连接。
所述接头底座3上形成有安装槽31,所述安装槽31的两侧侧壁上形成有两个相对应的卡槽32。
所述连接头4上形成有环形安装凸台41,所述环形安装凸台41与安装槽31相适配,并插入安装槽31内,所述环形安装凸台41的侧壁上形成有与卡槽32相对应的安装孔42,所述滚珠5安装在安装孔42内,所述弹性件6安装在连接头4上,能驱使滚珠5局部露出在安装孔42外,与卡槽32卡接。
安装时,将连接头4的环形安装凸台41插入安装槽31,滚珠5则会受力克服弹性件6的弹性力,缩回到安装孔42内,当安装到位后,安装孔42与卡槽32对应,滚珠5在弹性件6的弹性力作用下弹出,卡进卡槽32内,实现连接头4与接头底座3的卡扣连接。
通过上述弹性件6配合滚珠5的卡扣结构,拆装时,通过滚珠5滚动配合,减少磨损,不仅使用寿命长,而且拆装更加轻松方便。
如图所示,所述安装孔42包括安装部421以及安装部421外侧的限位部422,所述安装部421的直径与滚珠5相同或略大于滚珠5的直径,与滚珠5相适配,使得滚珠能沿安装孔42轴向活动,所述限位部422的直径则略小于滚珠5的直径。
所述弹性件6采用钢丝弯折形成未封闭的环状结构,并嵌入到环形安装凸台41内,与环形安装凸台41的内壁相贴合,弹性件6能够挤压滚珠5,使滚珠5与限位部422相贴合,使得滚珠5与限位部422限位配合,且其局部结构能够穿出限位部422外,能够实现与卡槽32卡扣配合。
滚珠6与弹性件5拆装方便,即使用久了损坏了,也可以非常方便的进行更换。
为了滚珠5更好地滚动配合,还可以将所述限位部422内壁呈与滚珠5适配的球面结构。
另外,在所述环形安装凸台41的内壁形成有多个第一限位凸台43以及二个对称布置的第二限位凸台44,所述第一限位凸台43与第二限位凸台44分别位于相对安装孔42的上下方,所述弹性件6设置于第一限位凸台43与第二限位凸台44之间,通过第一限位凸台43与第二限位凸台44对弹性件6进行固定,结构更加稳定牢固。
为了便于弹性件的安装,将所述第一限位凸台43的上端面呈斜面导向结构,通过斜面导向能够将弹性件6快速的进行安装。
另外,所述卡槽32呈竖直布置的长形结构,使得其具有足够的空间与滚珠5配合,不仅便于安装,而且可以实现上下浮动的效果,提高剃须刀的使用舒适性。
所述滚珠5可以采用钢珠,具有结构稳定,不易磨损的优点,当然也可以采用其他材质。

- 一种剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构,包括接头底座(3)、连接头(4);所述接头底座(3)与连接头(4)分别对应安装在剃须刀手柄(1)上部和剃须刀刀头(2)下部;其特征在于:所述接头底座(3)上形成有安装槽(31),所述安装槽(31)的侧壁至少形成有两个相对应的卡槽(32);所述连接头(4)上形成有环形安装凸台(41),所述环形安装凸台(41)与安装槽(31)相适配,并插入安装槽(31)内,所述环形安装凸台(41)的侧壁上形成有与卡槽(32)相对应的安装孔(42),所述安装孔(42)内安装有滚珠(5),且所述连接头(4)上设有能驱使滚珠(5)局部露出在安装孔(42)外与卡槽(32)卡接的弹性件(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述安装孔(42)包括直径与滚珠(5)适配的安装部(421)以及安装部(421)外侧直径小于滚珠(5)的限位部(422);所述弹性件(6)安装在连接头(4)上,并弹性挤压滚珠(5),使滚珠(5)与限位部(422)相贴合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述限位部(422)内壁呈与滚珠(5)适配的球面结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述弹性件(6)采用卡环的结构,所述弹性件(6)嵌入环形安装凸台(41)内,与环形安装凸台(41)的内壁相贴合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述环形安装凸台(41)的内壁至少形成有二个对称布置的第一限位凸台(43)以及二个对称布置的第二限位凸台(44),所述第一限位凸台(43)与第二限位凸台(44)分别位于相对安装孔(42)的上下方,所述弹性件(6)设置于第一限位凸台(43)与第二限位凸台(44)之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述第一限位凸台(43)的上端面呈斜面导向结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述卡槽(32)呈竖直布置的长形结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的剃须刀刀头的卡扣结构,其特征在于:所述滚珠(5)采用钢珠。
