Abstract
L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine et du sport, concerne notamment une structure d'appareil pour exercices sportifs, et peut être utilisée lors de la pratique sur des appareils d'exercice sportifs de force. Ce complexe comprend des fixations pour les mains que l'on fixe sur les poignées de l'appareil d'exercice, des fixations pour les pieds, ainsi qu'un siège avec un dossier comportant des ceintures de sécurité avec un verrou fié sur un actionneur vertical et capable de tourner autour de son axe. L'actionneur vertical est connecté à un actionneur horizontal disposé sur l'appareil d'exercice afin de déplacer le siège le long de la partie de travail de l'appareil d'exercice vers les poignées. Des guides pour les jambes sont fixés au siège et comprennent deux parties connectées et capables de tourner l'une par rapport à l'autre tandis que, de l'autre côté, les guides viennent se fixer à un support des jambes avec des fixations de jambes. Il est ainsi possible d'améliorer la condition des muscles et l'état de santé général de l'utilisateur.
