背景技术
目前的网络架构和标准协议中,终端在注册的过程中,核心网侧的部分网元可以收集到该终端的部分数据,而当核心网侧需要收集该终端的大量数据时,需要先制定该终端对应的数据收集策略,以供核心网侧在收集大量数据时借鉴或遵守。
然而,制定上述数据收集策略需根据上述终端的数据上报信息(包括数据上报能力信息和/或数据上报意愿信息),由于目前尚无终端上报其数据上报信息的方案,因此如何上报终端的数据上报信息成为亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种信息上报方法、装置、通信设备及存储介质,能够解决如何上报终端的数据上报信息的问题。
第一方面,提供了一种信息上报方法,该方法包括:终端发送注册请求消息,以请求进行注册;其中,注册请求消息包括终端的数据上报信息,数据上报信息用于制定终端对应的数据收集策略。
第二方面,提供了一种信息上报装置,该装置包括第一发送模块;第一发送模块,用于发送注册请求消息,以请求进行注册;其中,注册请求消息包括信息上报装置的数据上报信息,数据上报信息用于制定信息上报装置对应的数据收集策略。
第三方面,提供了一种信息上报方法,该方法包括:第一网元接收来自于终端的注册请求消息,注册请求消息包括终端的数据上报信息,数据上报信息用于制定终端对应的数据收集策略;第一网元向第二网元发送第一消息,并向第三网元发送第二消息,第一消息包括数据上报信息,第二消息用于请求第三网元制定数据收集策略;第一网元向终端发送注册响应消息,注册响应消息包括制定的数据收集策略。

在本申请实施例中,终端可以发送注册请求消息,以请求进行注册;其中,注册请求消息包括终端的数据上报信息,数据上报信息用于制定终端对应的数据收集策略。 通过该方案,由于终端可以发送包括该终端的数据上报信息的注册请求消息,以请求进行注册,因此该终端可以在注册时完成该终端的数据上报信息的上报,如此可以实现上报终端的数据上报信息。

图1示出本申请实施例可应用的一种无线通信系统的框图。无线通信系统包括终端11和网络侧设备12。其中,终端11可以是手机、平板电脑(Tablet Personal  Computer)、膝上型电脑(Laptop Computer)或称为笔记本电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、掌上电脑、上网本、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)/虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、机器人、可穿戴式设备(Wearable Device)、车载设备(VUE)、行人终端(PUE)、智能家居(具有无线通信功能的家居设备,如冰箱、电视、洗衣机或者家具等)、游戏机、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、柜员机或者自助机等终端侧设备,可穿戴式设备包括:智能手表、智能手环、智能耳机、智能眼镜、智能首饰(智能手镯、智能手链、智能戒指、智能项链、智能脚镯、智能脚链等)、智能腕带、智能服装等。需要说明的是,在本申请实施例并不限定终端11的具体类型。网络侧设备12可以包括接入网设备或核心网设备,其中,接入网设备12也可以称为无线接入网设备、无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)、无线接入网功能或无线接入网单元。接入网设备12可以包括基站、WLAN接入点或WiFi节点等,基站可被称为节点B、演进节点B(eNB)、接入点、基收发机站(Base Transceiver Station,BTS)、无线电基站、无线电收发机、基本服务集(Basic Service Set,BSS)、扩展服务集(Extended Service Set,ESS)、家用B节点、家用演进型B节点、发送接收点(Transmitting Receiving Point,TRP)或所述领域中其他某个合适的术语,只要达到相同的技术效果,所述基站不限于特定技术词汇,需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中仅以NR系统中的基站为例进行介绍,并不限定基站的具体类型。核心网设备可以包含但不限于如下至少一项:核心网节点、核心网功能、移动管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME)、接入移动管理功能(Access and Mobility Management Function,AMF)、会话管理功能(Session Management Function,SMF)、用户平面功能(User Plane Function,UPF)、策略控制功能(Policy Control Function,PCF)、策略与计费规则功能单元(Policy and Charging Rules Function,PCRF)、边缘应用服务发现功能(Edge Application Server Discovery Function,EASDF)、统一数据管理(Unified Data Management,UDM),统一数据仓储(Unified Data Repository,UDR)、归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)、集中式网络配置(Centralized network configuration,CNC)、网络存储功能(Network Repository Function,NRF),网络开放功能(Network Exposure Function,NEF)、本地NEF(Local NEF,或L-NEF)、绑定支持功能(Binding Support Function,BSF)、应用功能(Application Function,AF)等。需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中仅以NR系统中的核心网设备为例进行介绍,并不限定核心网设备的具体类型。
下面结合附图,通过一些实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的信息上报方法、装置、通信设备及存储介质进行详细地说明。
目前的网络架构和标准协议中,终端在注册的过程中,核心网侧的部分网元可以收集到该终端的部分数据。
例如,如图2所示,在用户设备(User Equipment,UE)注册的过程中,无线接入网络(Radio Access Network,RAN)侧基站会将UE的时间提前量(Timing Advance,TA)和cell(即细胞)信息告知认证管理功能(AuthenticationManagementFunction,AMF),即在UE注册的时候,AMF会采集到UE的部分位置信息。除此之外,在UE 注册的时候,AMF可以采集到的注册信息还包括以下至少之一:注册类型信息(即Registration type),用户隐藏标识符(Subscription Concealed Identifier,SUCI)或5G全局唯一的临时UE标识(5G Globally Unique Temporary Identifier,5G-GUTI)或永久设备标识符(Permanent Equipment Identifier,PEI)(即SUCI or 5G-GUTI or PEI),安全参数(即Security parameters),补充的GUTI信息(即additional GUTI),4G追踪区域更新信息(即4G Tracking Area Update),UE从演进分组系统(Evolved Packet System,EPS)转移来的指示信息(即the indication that the UE is moving from EPS),灾难情况的公共陆地移动网(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)信息(即PLMN with Disaster Condition)。
而当核心网侧需要收集终端的大量数据时,需要先制定该终端对应的数据收集策略,以供核心网侧在收集大量数据时借鉴或遵守。然而,制定该数据收集策略需根据该终端的数据上报信息(包括数据上报能力信息和/或数据上报意愿信息),由于目前尚无终端上报其数据上报信息的方案,因此如何上报终端的数据上报信息成为亟需解决的技术问题。
为了解决上述问题,在申请实施例提供的信息上报方法中,终端可以发送注册请求消息,以请求进行注册;其中,注册请求消息包括终端的数据上报信息,数据上报信息用于制定终端对应的数据收集策略。通过该方案,由于终端可以发送包括该终端的数据上报信息的注册请求消息,以请求进行注册,因此该终端可以在注册时完成该终端的数据上报信息的上报,如此可以实现上报终端的数据上报信息。
本申请实施例提供一种信息上报方法,图3示出了本申请实施例提供的信息上报方法的流程图。如图3所示,本申请实施例提供的信息上报方法可以包括下述的步骤301。

本申请实施例中,上述注册请求消息包括上述终端的数据上报信息,该数据上报信息用于制定该终端对应的数据收集策略。

4、AMF与选择的PCF建立UE数据收集策略关联,其中携带上述数据上报能力信息和数据上报意愿信息;
5、上述PCF与UDM交互,以获取上述数据上报能力信息和数据上报意愿信息;
6、PCF制定上述UE的数据收集策略;

本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述信息上报方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,所述处理器为上述实施例中所述的终端中的处理器。所述可读存储介质,包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器ROM、随机存取存储器RAM、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述信息上报方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例提到的芯片还可以称为系统级芯片,系统芯片,芯片系统或片上系统芯片等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种计算机程序/程序产品,所述计算机程序/程序产品被存储在存储介质中,所述计算机程序/程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现上述信息上报方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供了一种通信系统,包括:终端、第一网络侧设备和第二网络侧设备,该终端可用于执行如上述终端侧方法的步骤,第一网络侧设备可用于执行如上述第一网元侧方法的步骤,第二网络侧设备可用于执行如上述第二网元侧方法的步骤。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种信息上报方法,所述方法包括:
    终端发送注册请求消息,以请求进行注册;
    其中,所述注册请求消息包括所述终端的数据上报信息,所述数据上报信息用于制定所述终端对应的数据收集策略。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述数据上报信息包括以下至少之一:数据上报能力信息,数据上报意愿信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据上报能力信息包括以下至少之一:
    第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示所述终端是否支持上报数据;
    第一上报机制信息,所述第一上报机制信息用于指示所述终端是否支持采用第一上报机制上报数据,所述第一上报机制为上报的数据量大于或等于第一预设阈值的上报机制;
    第二上报机制信息,所述第二上报机制信息用于指示所述终端是否支持采用静默机制上报数据;
    上报数据类型信息,所述上报数据类型信息用于指示所述终端支持的上报数据类型;
    第一上报署名方式信息,所述第一上报署名方式信息用于指示所述终端支持的上报署名方式;
    第一上报数据状态信息,所述第一上报数据状态信息用于指示所述终端支持的上报数据状态;
    第一上报网络类型信息,所述第一上报网络信息用于指示所述终端上报数据时支持的接入网络的类型;
    上报通道方式信息,所述上报通道方式信息用于指示所述终端上报数据时支持的上报通道方式;
    第一上报时间信息,所述第一上报时间信息用于指示所述终端支持的上报数据时间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第一上报机制信息包括以下至少之一:所需上报数据的数据格式信息,所需上报数据的数据处理信息,预设数据量阈值信息;
    其中,所述预设数据量阈值信息用于指示触发采用所述第一上报机制上报数据的最小数据量。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第二上报机制信息包括以下至少之一:数据存储时间信息,数据溢出操作信息。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述上报署名方式包括以下至少之一:匿名方式,半匿名方式,非匿名方式。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述上报数据状态包括以下至少之一:原始数据状态,经数据预处理的数据状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据预处理包括以下至少之一:
    将数据的数据量从第一数据量处理为第二数据量,所述第一数据量大于所述第二数据量;
    去除数据中的隐私信息;
    将数据的数据格式处理为目标数据格式。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述上报通道方式包括以下至少之一:通过用户面UP上报的方式,通过控制面CP上报的方式,通过应用功能AF上报的方式。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据上报意愿信息包括以下至少之一:
    第二上报署名方式信息,所述第二上报署名方式信息用于指示所述终端期望的上报署名方式;
    第二上报数据状态信息,所述第二上报数据状态信息用于指示所述终端期望的上报数据状态;
    第二上报网络类型信息,所述第二上报网络信息用于指示所述终端上报数据时期望的接入网络的类型;
    第二上报时间信息,所述第二上报时间信息用于指示所述终端期望的上报数据时间。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据收集策略包括以下至少之一:
    数据的数据状态;
    数据的署名方式;
    数据上报时终端接入网络的类型;
    数据上报时终端支持的上报通道方式;
    数据的采集机制是否包括第一采集机制,所述第一采集机制为采集的数据量大于或等于第二预设阈值的采集机制;
    数据的采集机制是否包括静默机制。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述注册请求消息还包括所述终端的标识信息。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述终端发送注册请求消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端接收来自于第一网元的注册响应消息;
    其中,所述注册响应消息包括所述数据收集策略。
  14. 一种信息上报方法,所述方法包括:
    第一网元接收来自于终端的注册请求消息,所述注册请求消息包括所述终端的数据上报信息,所述数据上报信息用于制定所述终端对应的数据收集策略;
    所述第一网元向第二网元发送第一消息,并向第三网元发送第二消息,所述第一消息包括所述数据上报信息,所述第二消息用于请求所述第三网元制定所述数据收集策略;
    所述第一网元向所述终端发送注册响应消息,所述注册响应消息包括制定的所述数据收集策略。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述数据上报信息包括以下至少之一:数据上报能力信息,数据上报意愿信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据上报能力信息包括以下至少之一:
    第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示所述终端是否支持上报数据;
    第一上报机制信息,所述第一上报机制信息用于指示所述终端是否支持采用第一上报机制上报数据,所述第一上报机制为上报的数据量大于或等于第一预设阈值的上报机制;
    第二上报机制信息,所述第二上报机制信息用于指示所述终端是否支持采用静默机制上报数据;
    上报数据类型信息,所述上报数据类型信息用于指示所述终端支持的上报数据类型;
    第一上报署名方式信息,所述第一上报署名方式信息用于指示所述终端支持的上报署名方式;
    第一上报数据状态信息,所述第一上报数据状态信息用于指示所述终端支持的上报数据状态;

    第二上报署名方式信息,所述第二上报署名方式信息用于指示所述终端期望的上报署名方式;
    第二上报数据状态信息,所述第二上报数据状态信息用于指示所述终端期望的上报数据状态;
    第二上报网络类型信息,所述第二上报网络信息用于指示所述终端上报数据时期望的接入网络的类型;
    第二上报时间信息,所述第二上报时间信息用于指示所述终端期望的上报数据时间。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据收集策略包括以下至少之一:
    数据的数据状态;
    数据的署名方式;
    数据上报时终端接入网络的类型;
    数据上报时终端支持的上报通道方式;
    数据的采集机制是否包括第一采集机制,所述第一采集机制为采集的数据量大于 或等于第二预设阈值的采集机制;
    数据的采集机制是否包括静默机制。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述第二消息包括所述数据上报信息。
  20. 一种信息上报方法,所述方法包括:
    第三网元接收来自于第一网元的第二消息,所述第二消息用于请求所述第三网元制定终端对应的数据收集策略;
    所述第三网元基于获取的所述终端的数据上报信息,制定所述数据收集策略,所述数据上报信息用于制定所述数据收集策略。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述数据上报信息包括以下至少之一:数据上报能力信息,数据上报意愿信息。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据上报能力信息包括以下至少之一:
    第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示所述终端是否支持上报数据;
    第一上报机制信息,所述第一上报机制信息用于指示所述终端是否支持采用第一上报机制上报数据,所述第一上报机制为上报的数据量大于或等于第一预设阈值的上报机制;
    第二上报机制信息,所述第二上报机制信息用于指示所述终端是否支持采用静默机制上报数据;
    上报数据类型信息,所述上报数据类型信息用于指示所述终端支持的上报数据类型;

    第二上报数据状态信息,所述第二上报数据状态信息用于指示所述终端期望的上报数据状态;
    第二上报网络类型信息,所述第二上报网络信息用于指示所述终端上报数据时期望的接入网络的类型;
    第二上报时间信息,所述第二上报时间信息用于指示所述终端期望的上报数据时 间。
  24. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据收集策略包括以下至少之一:
    数据的数据状态;
    数据的署名方式;
    数据上报时终端接入网络的类型;
    数据上报时终端支持的上报通道方式;
    数据的采集机制是否包括第一采集机制,所述第一采集机制为采集的数据量大于或等于第二预设阈值的采集机制;
    数据的采集机制是否包括静默机制。
  25. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述数据上报信息是从以下至少之一获取的:所述第二消息,第二网元;
    其中,所述第二网元为负责数据管理的网元。
  26. 一种信息上报装置,所述装置包括第一发送模块;
    所述第一发送模块,用于发送注册请求消息,以请求进行注册;
    其中,所述注册请求消息包括所述信息上报装置的数据上报信息,所述数据上报信息用于制定所述信息上报装置对应的数据收集策略。
  27. 一种信息上报装置,所述装置包括第一接收模块和第二发送模块;
    所述第一接收模块,用于接收来自于终端的注册请求消息,所述注册请求消息包括所述终端的数据上报信息,所述数据上报信息用于制定所述终端对应的数据收集策略;
    所述第二发送模块,用于向第二网元发送第一消息,并向第三网元发送第二消息,所述第一消息包括所述数据上报信息,所述第二消息用于请求所述第三网元制定所述数据收集策略;
    所述第二发送模块,还用于向所述终端发送注册响应消息,所述注册响应消息包括制定的所述数据收集策略。
  28. 一种信息上报装置,所述装置包括第二接收模块、获取模块和制定模块;
    所述第二接收模块,用于接收来自于第一网元的第二消息,所述第二消息用于请求所述信息上报装置制定终端对应的数据收集策略;
    所述制定模块,用于基于所述获取模块获取的所述终端的数据上报信息,制定所述数据收集策略,所述数据上报信息用于制定所述数据收集策略。
  29. 一种终端,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的信息上报方法的步骤。
  30. 一种网络侧设备,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求14至19中任一项所述的信息上报方法的步骤,或者实现如权利要求20至25中任一项所述的信息上报方法的步骤。
  31. 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令 被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的信息上报方法的步骤,或者实现如权利要求14至19中任一项所述的信息上报方法的步骤,或者实现如权利要求20至25中任一项所述的信息上报方法的步骤。
