背景技术
目前的网络架构和标准协议中,核心网侧的部分网元可以在终端签约的过程中,采集到该终端相关的签约数据。
然而,按照上述方法,当核心网侧需要大量终端数据进行训练或推理等操作时,由于网元仅能被动地在终端签约的过程中采集到较少的终端数据,无法满足核心网侧的需求,因此如何主动采集所需的终端数据成为亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种数据采集方法、装置、通信设备及可读存储介质,能够解决如何主动采集所需的终端数据的问题。
第一方面,提供了一种数据采集方法,该方法包括:第一网元向第二网元发送第一消息,第一消息用于第二网元向目标终端发起数据采集请求,数据采集请求用于请求目标终端采集目标终端的数据;第一网元接收来自于第二网元的第二消息,第二消息包括采集的目标终端的数据。

下面结合附图,通过一些实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的数据采集方法、装置、通信设备及可读存储介质进行详细地说明。
网络数据分析功能(Network Data Analytics Function,NWDAF)是第五代移动通信技术(5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology,5G)核心网控制面(即5GC)网络功能之一,可以根据不同目的与不同的实体进行交互:
1、基于认证管理功能(AuthenticationManagementFunction,AMF)、业务管理功能(Service Management Function,SMF)、策略控制功能(Policy Control function,PCF)、统一数据管理功能(Unified Data Management,UDM)、应用功能(Application Function,AF)(直接或通过网络开放功能(Network Exposure Function,NEF))或操作维护管理(Operation Administration and Maintenance,OAM)等提供的事件订阅采集数据;
2、使用数据采集协调功能(Data Collection Coordination Function,DCCF)进行分析和数据采集;
3、从数据存储库检索信息;例如,通过UDM检索用户相关信息的统一数据仓储功能(Unified Data Repository,UDR);
4、在数据分析存储库(Analytics Data Repository Function,ADRF)中存储和检索信息;
5、使用消息框架适配功能(Messaging Framework Adaptor Function,MFAF)的分析和数据采集;
6、检索有关网络功能实体的信息;例如,从网络存储功能(Network Repository Function,NRF)检索与网络功能实体相关的信息;
7、根据需求向消费者提供分析;
8、向消费者提供大量数据。
在相关技术的网络架构和标准协议中,虽然NWDAF支持基于核心网控制面数据的数据分析,且可以通过DCCF进行分析和数据采集,但是其功能仅限于5G核心网控制面网络功能提供的订阅事件。
例如,如图2所示,在UE注册的过程中,无线接入网络(Radio Access Network,RAN)侧基站会将UE的时间提前量(Timing Advance,TA)和cell(即细胞)信息告知AMF,即在UE注册的时候,AMF会采集到UE的部分位置信息。
可以看出,核心网对UE数据的采集是被动的或因事件触发的,所采集到的数据的数据类型、数据数量有限。当核心网侧需要大量终端数据进行训练或推理等操作时,按照上述方法采集的数据由于数据量不足、时延过大等问题,使得无法满足核心网侧的需求。为了使核心网和UE获得更好的体验,如何主动采集所需的UE数据成为亟需解决的技术问题。
为了解决上述问题,在本申请实施例提供的数据采集方法中,DCCF(例如本申请实施例中的第一网元)可以向AMF(例如本申请实施例中的第二网元)发送第一消息,第一消息用于指示AMF向目标UE发起数据采集请求,数据采集请求用于请求目标UE采集目标UE的数据;且DCCF可以接收来自于AMF的第二消息,第二消息包括采集的目标UE的数据。通过该方案,由于当DCCF需要采集目标UE的数据时,可以主动向AMF发送第一消息,以指示AMF向目标UE发起数据采集请求,并可以接收AMF发送的包括采集的目标UE的数据的第二消息,以完成目标UE的数据的采集,因此可以实现主动采集所需的UE数据,从而可以避免核心网无法采集到所需的数据的情况。
本申请实施例提供一种数据采集方法,图3示出了本申请实施例提供的数据采集方法的流程图。如图3所示,本申请实施例提供的数据采集方法可以包括下述的步骤301和步骤302。
步骤301、第一网元向第二网元发送第一消息。
本申请实施例中,第一消息用于第二网元向目标终端发起数据采集请求,该数据采集请求用于请求目标终端采集目标终端的数据。
可选地,本申请实施例中,第一网元为负责数据采集的网元,第二网元为负责终端注册的网元。
可选地,本申请实施例中,第一网元可以为数据面网元(Data Plane Function,DPF),例如,第一网元具体可以为DCCF。

本申请实施例中,上述数据生成位置限定信息用于限定采集的数据的生成位置范围。
可选地,本申请实施例中,上述生成位置范围可以为一个cell区域或跟踪区域(Tracking Area,TA)等粒度,或者可以为经纬度等粒度;例如,该生成位置范围可以为一个cell区域,那么采集目标终端的数据时只会采集该cell区域内生成的数据。
本申请实施例中,上述数据生成时间限定信息用于限定采集的数据的生成时间范围。

(1.3)数据上报条件信息,该数据上报条件信息用于指示上报采集的数据的上报条件;

本申请实施例中,上述静默机制允许数据提供者对数据进行暂时的存储,然后在接收到数据取回通知标识(即retrieval notification flag)之后,将存储的数据发送给任务请求者(即数据消费者)。
本申请实施例中,上述数据存储时间信息用于指示存储数据的时间;例如,该数据存储时间信息为一周,那么一周之内采集的数据均可以进行存储,而超过一周的采集数据可以被删除,从而可以减少存储空间的消耗。
本申请实施例中,在上述静默机制中,若短时间内存储的数据过多,则会超出系统分配的或系统拥有的存储数量(或存储空间),从而会造成数据丢失等问题。
本申请实施例中,上述数据溢出操作信息用于指示数据溢出时进行的操作;例如,该操作可以为按照数据采集时间删除数据,或将数据上报至其他存储网元中等。
可选地,本申请实施例中,第二采集机制信息还可以包括第二指示信息,第二指示信息用于指示是否采用静默机制采集数据;可以理解,终端可以根据第二采集机制信息中的第二指示信息,确定是否采用静默机制采集数据。
当然,终端也可以根据上述数据采集信息是否包括第二指示信息,确定是否采用静默机制采集数据。
本申请实施例中,由于第二采集机制信息可以包括数据存储时间信息,数据溢出操作信息中的至少之一,因此通过第二采集机制信息的指示,可以提高采用第二采集机制采集数据的灵活性。

又示例性地,假设第二网元获取的目标终端的数据上报信息包括第二上报时间信息,且接收的第一消息中的数据采集信息包括上述数据上报条件信息,若第二上报时间信息指示的目标终端期望的上报数据时间,与该数据上报条件信息指示的上报采集的数据的上报时间相匹配(可以为上报时间相同,或该两个上报时间的差异小于或等于预设值等),则第二网元向目标终端发送上述数据采集请求消息;可以看出,此时目标终端期望采集该数据采集信息指示采集的数据。
可以看出,第二网元可以根据上述数据上报能力信息指示的数据和/或上述数据上报意愿信息指示的数据,与上述数据采集信息指示的所需采集的数据是否相匹配,确定是否向目标终端发送上述数据采集请求消息。
本申请实施例中,由于第二网元可以在上述数据上报信息与上述数据采集信息相匹配的情况下,基于第一消息,向目标终端发送数据采集请求消息,因此可以减少不必要的数据传输,并可以提高采集所需数据的成功率。

1、DPF与PCF建立/修改UE数据采集策略关联,以获取该UE对应的数据采集策略;
2、DPF根据从PCF获取的上述数据采集策略,确定上述UE对应的数据采集信息;
3、DPF向AMF(即第二网元)发送Namf_Communication_N1N2MessageTransfer信令(该信令上承载有第一消息),以指示AMF向上述UE发起数据采集请求,该信令中包括该UE标识信息信息和数据采集信息和数据采集策略;
4、AMF根据上述UE的数据上报能力信息和数据上报意愿信息,与接收的上述数据采集信息是否相匹配,触发该UE进行数据上报;
5、RAN网络触发服务请求,以激活上述UE;
6、AMF向上述UE发送下行NAS消息(即上述数据采集请求消息),该消息中包括该UE标识信息信息和上述数据采集信息;

一种可能的实现方式中,网络接口1202,具体可以用于在数据上报信息与第一消息中的数据采集信息相匹配的情况下,基于第一消息,向目标终端发送上述数据采集请求消息。其中,该数据上报信息为:从第四网元获取的与目标终端上报数据相关的信息,第四网元为负责数据管理的网元。
一种可能的实现方式中,上述数据上报信息可以包括以下至少之一:数据上报能力信息,数据上报意愿信息。其中,该数据上报能力信息为:与目标终端支持的数据上报相关的信息;该数据上报意愿信息为:与目标终端期望的数据上报相关的信息。

一种可能的实现方式中,上述数据上报意愿信息可以包括以下至少之一:第二上报署名方式信息,第二上报署名方式信息用于指示目标终端期望的上报署名方式;第二上报数据状态信息,第二上报数据状态信息用于指示目标终端期望的上报数据状态;第二上报网络类型信息,第二上报网络信息用于指示目标终端上报数据时期望的接入网络的类型;第二上报时间信息,第二上报时间信息用于指示目标终端期望的上报数据时间。
一种可能的实现方式中,目标消息可以包括目标终端的标识信息,目标消息包括以下至少之一:第一消息、上述数据采集请求消息、上述数据采集反馈消息、第二消息。
在本申请实施例提供的网络侧设备中,由于该网络侧设备可以基于第一网元发送的第一消息,向目标终端发送数据采集请求消息,以请求目标终端采集目标终端的数据,并可以基于目标终端发送的数据采集反馈消息,向第一网元发送包括采集的目标终端的数据的第二消息,因此在第一网元需求采集目标终端的数据时,该网络侧设备可以通过向目标终端发送该数据采集请求消息,使目标终端采集并反馈目标终端的数据,从而可以实现主动采集所需的终端数据。
本申请实施例提供的网络侧设备能够实现上述方法实施例中第二网元实现的各个过程,并达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述数据采集方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,所述处理器为上述实施例中所述的终端中的处理器。所述可读存储介质,包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器ROM、随机存取存储器RAM、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述数据采集方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例提到的芯片还可以称为系统级芯片,系统芯片,芯片系统或片上系统芯片等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种计算机程序/程序产品,所述计算机程序/程序产品被存储在存储介质中,所述计算机程序/程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现上述数据采集方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供了一种通信系统,包括:终端、第一网络侧设备和第二网络侧设备,所述终端可用于执行如上所述的目标终端侧方法的步骤,所述第一网络侧设备可用于执行如上所述的第一网元侧方法的步骤,所述第二网络侧设备可用于执行如上所述的第二网元侧方法的步骤。

Claims (41)

  1. 一种数据采集方法,所述方法包括:
    第一网元向第二网元发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于所述第二网元向目标终端发起数据采集请求,所述数据采集请求用于请求所述目标终端采集所述目标终端的数据;
    所述第一网元接收来自于所述第二网元的第二消息,所述第二消息包括采集的所述目标终端的数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一消息包括数据采集信息,所述数据采集信息为:与采集所述目标终端的数据相关的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据采集信息包括以下至少之一:
    数据类型信息,所述数据类型信息用于指示采集的数据的数据类型;
    数据限定信息,所述数据限定信息用于限定采集的数据的数据范围;
    数据上报条件信息,所述数据上报条件信息用于指示上报采集的数据的上报条件;
    第一采集机制信息,所述第一采集机制信息用于指示是否采用第一采集机制采集数据,所述第一采集机制为采集的数据量大于或等于预设阈值的采集机制;
    第二采集机制信息,所述第二采集机制信息用于指示是否采用静默机制采集数据;
    数据存储格式信息,所述数据格式处理信息用于指示采集的数据的存储格式;
    数据处理方法信息,所述数据处理方法信息用于指示采集的数据的处理方法。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述数据限定信息包括以下至少之一:数据生成位置限定信息,数据生成时间限定信息,数据生成应用程序限定信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述数据上报条件信息包括以下至少之一:数据上报的时间周期信息,数据上报的触发事件信息。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第一采集机制信息包括以下至少之一:预设数据量阈值信息,所需采集数据的数据格式信息,所需采集数据的数据处理信息;
    其中,所述预设数据量阈值用于指示触发采用所述第一采集机制采集数据的最小数据量。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第二采集机制信息包括以下至少之一:数据存储时间信息,数据溢出操作信息。
  8. 根据权利要求2至7中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述数据采集信息是根据数据采集策略确定的,所述数据采集策略用于指示所述第一网元采集数据的采集方式。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据采集策略包括以下至少之一:
    数据的数据处理状态;
    数据的匿名状态;
    数据上报时终端接入网络的类型;
    数据上报时终端支持的通道上报方式;
    数据的采集机制是否包括第一采集机制;
    数据的采集机制是否包括静默机制。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述数据处理状态包括以下至少之一:原始数据状态,经数据预处理的数据状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据预处理包括以下至少之一:
    将数据的数据量从第一数据量处理为第二数据量,所述第一数据量大于所述第二数据量;
    去除数据中的隐私信息;
    将数据的数据格式处理为目标数据格式。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述通道上报方式包括以下至少之一:通过用户面UP上报的方式,通过控制面CP上报的方式,通过应用功能AF上报的方式。
  13. 根据权利要求8至12中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述数据采集策略是从第三网元获取的,所述第三网元为负责制定策略的网元。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一消息还包括所述目标终端的标识信息;和/或,所述第二消息还包括所述目标终端的标识信息。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一网元接收所述第二网元发送的第二消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网元存储所述第二消息中采集的所述目标终端的数据。
  16. 一种数据采集方法,所述方法包括:
    第二网元接收来自于第一网元的第一消息,所述第一消息用于所述第二网元向目标终端发起数据采集请求,所述数据采集请求用于请求所述目标终端采集所述目标终端的数据;
    所述第二网元基于所述第一消息,向所述目标终端发送数据采集请求消息,以请求所述目标终端采集所述目标终端的数据;
    所述第二网元接收来自于所述目标终端的数据采集反馈消息,所述数据采集反馈消息用于反馈采集的所述目标终端的数据;
    所述第二网元基于所述数据采集反馈消息,向所述第一网元发送第二消息,所述第二消息包括采集的所述目标终端的数据。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述第一消息包括数据采集信息,和/或所述数据采集请求消息包括数据采集信息;
    其中,所述数据采集信息为:与采集所述目标终端的数据相关的信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据采集信息包括以下至少之一:
    数据类型信息,所述数据类型信息用于指示采集的数据的数据类型;
    数据限定信息,所述数据限定信息用于限定采集的数据的数据范围;
    数据上报条件信息,所述数据上报条件信息用于指示上报采集的数据的上报条件;
    第一采集机制信息,所述第一采集机制信息用于指示是否采用第一采集机制采集数据,所述第一采集机制为采集的数据量大于或等于预设阈值的采集机制;
    第二采集机制信息,所述第二采集机制信息用于指示是否采用静默机制采集数据;
    数据存储格式信息,所述数据格式处理信息用于指示采集的数据的存储格式;
    数据处理方法信息,所述数据处理方法信息用于指示采集的数据的处理方法。
  19. 根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其中,所述第一消息还包括数据采集策略,和/或所述数据采集请求消息包括数据采集策略;
    其中,所述数据采集策略用于指示所述第一网元采集数据的采集方式。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据采集策略包括以下至少之一:
    数据的数据处理状态;
    数据的匿名状态;
    数据上报时终端接入网络的类型;
    数据上报时终端支持的通道上报方式;
    数据的采集机制是否包括第一采集机制;
    数据的采集机制是否包括静默机制。
  21. 根据权利要求16至20中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第二网元基于所述第一消息,向所述目标终端发送数据采集请求消息,包括:
    所述第二网元在数据上报信息与所述第一消息中的数据采集信息相匹配的情况下,基于所述第一消息,向所述目标终端发送所述数据采集请求消息;
    其中,所述数据上报信息为:从第四网元获取的与所述目标终端上报数据相关的信息,所述第四网元为负责数据管理的网元。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中,所述数据上报信息包括以下至少之一:数据上报能力信息,数据上报意愿信息;
    其中,所述数据上报能力信息为:与所述目标终端支持的数据上报相关的信息;所述数据上报意愿信息为:与所述目标终端期望的数据上报相关的信息。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,
    所述数据上报能力信息包括以下至少之一:
    第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示所述目标终端是否支持上报数据;
    第一上报机制信息,所述第一上报机制信息用于指示所述目标终端是否支持采用第一上报机制上报数据,所述第一上报机制为上报的数据量大于或等于第一预设阈值的上报机制;
    第二上报机制信息,所述第二上报机制信息用于指示所述目标终端是否支持采用静默机制上报数据;

    目标终端接收来自于第二网元的数据采集请求消息,所述数据采集请求消息用于请求所述目标终端采集所述目标终端的数据;
    所述目标终端基于所述数据采集请求消息,采集所述目标终端的数据;
    所述目标终端向所述第二网元发送数据采集反馈消息,所述数据采集反馈消息用于反馈采集的所述目标终端的数据。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其中,所述数据采集请求消息包括数据采集信息,所述数据采集信息为:与采集所述目标终端的数据相关的信息。

  36. 一种数据采集装置,所述装置包括第一发送模块和第一接收模块;
    所述第一发送模块,用于向第二网元发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于所述第二网元向目标终端发起数据采集请求,所述数据采集请求用于请求所述目标终端采集所述目标终端的数据;
    所述第一接收模块,用于接收来自于所述第二网元的第二消息,所述第二消息包括采集的所述目标终端的数据。
  37. 一种数据采集装置,所述装置包括第二接收模块和第二发送模块;
    所述第二接收模块,用于接收来自于第一网元的第一消息,所述第一消息用于所述数据采集装置向目标终端发起数据采集请求,所述数据采集请求用于请求所述目标终端采集所述 目标终端的数据;
    所述第二发送模块,用于基于所述第二接收模块接收的所述第一消息,向所述目标终端发送数据采集请求消息,以请求所述目标终端采集所述目标终端的数据;
    所述第二接收模块,还用于接收来自于所述目标终端的数据采集反馈消息,所述数据采集反馈消息用于反馈采集的所述目标终端的数据;
    所述第二发送模块,还用于基于所述第二接收模块接收的所述数据采集反馈消息,向所述第一网元发送第二消息,所述第二消息包括采集的所述目标终端的数据。
  38. 一种数据采集装置,所述装置包括第三接收模块、采集模块和第三发送模块;
